Turning off the TV, Jackie Welles look at the chaos that is the world as he sat lounging in the garage, having just honed his fighting skill. It frightens him how easily it came back - even more to why he is doing it.
ULTRAMAN
Jackie wasn't blind, he knew that the kid must be related to this whole mess - one way or another. At any rate, it has only been about 2 weeks since he debuted and he already touched upon one of the GOC top secret. There will be retaliation from all parties and although Ultraman is powerful (no doubt about it) he is one person.
The enemies he is facing are many, resources and secrets that could flip the board, tactics and cunning so disgusting that it will twist anyone stomach. Sure Ide may not actually care with it but what of his companions? He has kept watch on the news and realized that he is traveling with a 1… maybe 2 but that is exactly his point - can they handle this?
"Ai yi yi… why is this so hard?" Jackie asked himself - he should have refused but some part in him wanted to go, don't be a scumbag. Don't walk out of them at their lowest like your father did to you and mom. Remember what happened to that little girl and all those other people you couldn't save and was forced to just watch and/or kill? This is your redemption.
Not only that but Ultraman reminded him of… what he wanted to be before the reality of corporate greed and cynicism caught up with him. "Tch…"
"Jackie… I don't think I have heard you click your tongue for almost 2 decade… What is wrong" Mama Welles asked as she enter the garage holding some drinks and food as Jackie turn his head toward her as he groaned
"… Mama, I want to be a hero" … Now that bought up memories, as Mama Welles had a mixed reaction. "Is it because of Ide?"
"… Why? What? How? Those are the questions I never got to ask him… What is he fighting for, Why is he fighting for it, how is he still able to keep on going and…" Jackie got up as he look down toward his hand "Is he fighting due to his powers?"

She said as Jackie smiled and clapped his hand together, disappearing from the spot with only a trash bag taking his place. Oblivion Bar itself is nothing short of legendary, the Switzerland of the supernatural world, don't think of doing anything funny - the place is packed with other Chaos user, alien warlord, and the occasion eldritch monstrosity. Not only that but you will receive a lifetime ban, big deal since most middleman don't want to get associated with those kind of people.
"Yo Jackie, how you do, I don't recall it being your shift" Emmerick greeted him as Jackie dapped him up "Nothing much, just need a quick drink and... I would like to turn in my entire staff point for a meeting with the queen" Jackie whisper to the bouncer as his eye widen as words failed him... "Very well"
Jackie thanked the man as he gave him his card and sat down, he was planning to use the points saved up to buy him and his mother retirement but... If all goes according to plan then either he (and everyone else) will be very dead or he will be able to make it out alive with more than enough money to retire and get married
Taking a quick shot to calm his nerve, he tried to repeat a mantra 'you are only meeting the queen of info broker and telling her some of the deepest darkest secret you know in your life, no biggie' Oh god, he is way in over his head, but he can't pull back now - sighing he bought down his shot as Emmerick told him "The queen is ready to see you and... Good luck"
... Bruh he really did not just said 'Good luck' now he's even more worried as he was escorted into a private room as the bouncer told him "When the door light up, you may enter by pulling it" he said before closing the door as Jackie was left there in the room, with nothing but the beat of his heart to listen to. After a few moment that felt like minutes to Jackie the door glowed as he walked up, took a deep breath, and pull it open to reveal a simple room, not well decorated with 2 chair mounted on the wall and a holotable in the middle - sitting on one side was a face that has seen to many things in life.
"Greeting Jackie, why don't you have a sit and we can start talking" Rogue said as Jackie sat opposite of her and trying to avoid the smell of bleach, this could mean 2 things - this room was cleaned recently or that is blood he is smelling... Possibly both of them
"When I received news that one of my best employee wanted to turn in all of his points just to arrange a meeting with me, I was quite shocked. For starters, you know that I don't just meet with anybody and that even with all your points, you wouldn't even be able to meet me" she started, as this was not looking good for Jackie "However, I became intrigued when I remembered who you were. After all you have one of the... most esoteric Resume of all our staff, and even more than most of our clientele - a street kid scouted out by Prometheus labs for an experiment, only to become the head of security 3 years later."
"Then he went on and became a member of the GOC PHYSICS Division, strike team 4589 - Anchor out having 89 confirmed kills and over 100 confirmed mission before being honorably discharged... Is that correct?" she said as Jackie jaw clenched... As expected "Yep, that is correct and as you know... I am here to make a... deal"
"Depends on what type of deal you are asking for" she mused as he decided to drop almost everything he knows "Location of former Prometheus lab location that has yet to be raided, several blue prints and technology that has yet to be discovered, the location of a few GOC/MIB bases that I am aware of, and several information regarding multiple POI and LOI as well as a full debriefing of all of my missions" he said in one breath as Rogue raised an eyebrow, even she didn't foresee this coming
"But what about your contract or whatever is binding yo-" "Actually ma'am with all due respect but due to the broken masquerade and reveal of the GOC - the contracts that were once binding me have been... broken" of course this was mostly thanks to Ultraman somehow nullifying all and any type of magic from just being around him. But clearly she did no buy that excuse, but regardless she did continue
"And what would you want in return?"

He wanted to ask for some contact with certain material seller but he realized that he could raid a few bases that he still kept close to his heart "That would be all... If possible"
"I think we can come up with a compromise here, I will fulfill all of your condition and provide you access to several meta materials dealer, up to and including Vibranium and Zeyd cloth in return for a few missions, of course you won't be paid the full commission but if you complete these mission and your information check out then... I believe we can work out a deal" she said as she stretch out a hand
Jackie smiled as he took it and shook it "Thank you ma'am"

How Ultraman didn't notice this was but a mystery to him and everyone who knew a damn thing but the fact is that it was a stroke of luck Ultraman hasn't found it and blast it into oblivion. The corpse of the once immortal Hitler, its red flesh sprayed across the floor and walls as hundreds of thousand of faces seemingly stuck in eternal torment on the ceiling. Shinya smiled as he scratched his lips.
A feeling that can be considered as 'pleasure' mount up inside of him, he cannot wait for this. For now he commanded his 'servant' to set up base, for he has unlocked infinite possibility and is so close to bringing humanity toward oneness - a perfect utopia.

So for now you can call me Someone" The being said known as someone said as he looked at her arm, the blood no longer leaking as she could not express her fear, nor her confusion. Yang thought about it as she was tempted to accept it, all of the suffering that she has ever experienced in life, looking to her side at Blake who was trying to cover her and Adam approaching her... She wanted to say yes... But what is the catch

As Yang felt the pain die down, the arm then turn into flesh, nearly indistinguishable from her own real arm, she would have tried it but she is kinda frozen in time when suddenly she felt herself float up as someone smirked - before he started
"By the way I almost forgot to mention - when I removed the Grimm, I also removed the sole reason why the people of Remnant has yet to devolve into full on anarchy. Resulting in the whole of Remnant devolving into civil war with only 3 kingdom 'Vale' 'Atlas' and 'Vacuo' as well as the sanctuary known as 'Menagerie'. In here Raven Branwen is a bandit who never left Taiyang Xiao Long due to the fact that you do not exist, Summer Rose did not die to the Grimm but was rather tortured and executed by Vacuo..."
As she stared in horror at the monster he finally said the final words "I never lied, I did exactly what I promised - just that it's humanity who is too selfish... But you? Well shall you ever meet the Shining one then may your journey be one full with grief and suffering worthy of being called the messiah"
As Yang wanted to scream bloody murder, she didn't hear someone final words "But I did not lie about the ending, for that is something you must build"

"Excuse me" A person, she care not ask her "Are you ok?" he said as she felt... He is touching her hair - usually she would be pissed off but now? "FUCK OFF!" She all but shouted as her body was enveloped in a supernova as she felt herself burning up.

Jackie was walking around the city when suddenly he felt the ground tremor and then he saw it, an explosion that is covering the city block... No at this rate the entire city will be destroyed. Quickly he stretch out his arm and used his semblance, screaming out as the strain of displacing so much energy caught up with him - in what felt like hours, he finally collapse as he looked around, the scattering Sakura petals that paint the place, heading toward the source of destruction, he was met with nothing but a crater.
Oh and there was that one chicko on fire but... 'Could it be that she awaken her Chaos and semblance? I have heard of violent Chaos/Semblance awakening but they aren't as volatile or destructive as her is!' he thought as the girl on fire turn toward him and roared in... pain?
"Mr... I don't want to hurt anyone"
Fuck my conscience (Guilt) is catching up with me "Listen girl, you need to cal-" he said before dodging a stream of fire by displacing himself with the dirt behind her - he got into a fighting stance as he can tell that this chick is not thinking straight... "ADAM!" 'Who the fuck is Adam? An Ex?' He thought as he got up and get ready for the fight of his life

It was Yang who made the first move as she got on all 4 and charged at Jackie who took out his Unity handgun and fired several Chaos infused bullets that seem to only fuel her rage more as she charge up and tried to grapple him but he managed to slide under her - the floor melting with each step she takes.
Internally thanking the thermal regulator, Jackie proceeded to clap his hand as Yang tried to punch him only to miss as she only managed to punch a block of concrete before being staggered by a kick from behind as Jackie said "Last chance to calm down kid"
Not giving up, Yang kept on punching relentlessly as Jackie had to weave and bob out of the punch as he noticed that she still have some instincts left in her, giving how her moves resemble boxing. He then deliver a knee to her stomach as she crumbled and roared in pain, however, her body powered through and grapple him as Jackie felt his inside burns... He then clapped his hand as the girl arm wrap around herself as if in a hug and in that very moment he managed to push her back before doing a spinning kick.
Having gathered some distance he clapped his hand as he and Yang switch position "I don't know if you can even comprehend this but my Semblance allow me to switch the position of any 2 things by clapping... Like this" he clapped as he appear behind her and punched her in the face. Yang turning around growling as she then tried to punch him

"Let see if this bad boy still work" he shouted as he placed it onto Yang chest before backing away. Yang standing up as she claw the unknown device on her chest when suddenly, it expanded and turn into a chestplate, covering her body when she felt her body no longer burning and... What has she done?
Looking at the collapsing girl, Jackie Welles sighed as he then look up and saw Ultram- no Ide standing in the sky, his helmet staring at them with the passivity of a God
"Yo kid, glad to see you here, could have needed you like a minute or so ago but yeah"
And that is the end! Now I want to announce some stuff first... Most of the origin story for our Ultras, we have almost completed the Origin saga and now we are getting into the civil war age - this is a defining moment in the career of Ultraman. Ide is reaching a point where... What? Oh Hoshino Ai? Oh... Urm who is she? Oh... I don't know. I will make a Hoshino Ai centric episode... Someday
Now I would like to say that I will be busy with end of the year report and party for the next 2 week so yeah - I will probably only having like 3 episode of Gotchard released but yeah, just want to let you know about that. Anyway, this year was less shitty than last year, holy fuck is the land inflation bad, I had several friends who lost money on investing properties.
Anyway, this was another 'non-Ultraman' centric episode that focus more on the people then Ultraman - obviously in chaos after the reveal of Mongolia as a nation and the fact that the higher up might be hiding even more stuff out there. Not only that but Jackie determination/guilt/heroism is shining through as he gave up almost everything just for a chance to be a hero again. He can't get off his mind his ideals of being a legend.
Not only that but the debut of Yang Xiao Long, who was isekai from RWBY by someone/something. Friendly reminder that Something is not benevolent but neutral, he see humanity as entertaining rather than as chess piece. He did lie to Yang face but he also gave her a chance to turn those lies into reality, Something is (Neutral in all things but what I am interested in)
Regardless next episode is gonna be epic
