Welcome back! This is gonna be a short chapter, but the next arc will be much longer, so don't be too disappointed. Also if any of you have any thoughts of ideas of your own, I'd love to hear them, so don't be shy to comment/message and let me know.
Starting UA
*Izuku passes the entrance exam, obtaining both villain points, but still a higher number of rescue points, as he ends up using his solver to protect and save other examinees more than destroy robots with it.
*He still befriends Urakaka and Iida once he starts school; Uraraka especially bonding with him over the similarities yet differences her weightlessness has to his solver's ability to levitate objects.
*Izuku's team doesn't end up fighting Katsuki's during the battle trial, but instead Todoroki's, with Izuku's team still winning due to Izuku using his solver to counter Todoroki's "ice the building strategy" and using the fire & ice user's underestimation of their skills against him, shocking Todoroki greatly; he never expected he would be bested so easily as up till now he thought the pure power of his ice was all he needed, forming the first crack in his worldview of himself and his skill level, and immediately putting Izuku on his radar.
USJ incident
*Izuku uses his solver to throw Tomura away from Tsuyu instead of trying to punch him, which successfully works but angers Tomura enough to order the nomu to pulverize Izuku into the ground, only for Izuku to use his solver to shield himself, which shocks Tomura because how could this NPC brat possibly halt an attack with enough power to rival All Might?!
*Izuku also uses his solver(specifically the scale ability) to keep Kurogiri's portal open and from slicing All Might in two when the nomu has the hero locked in its grip, shocking the mist villain as well that this boy can actually interfere with his warp gate.
*Lastly, before the villains leave and Tomura lunges at All Might in a rage, Izuku uses his solver to hold Tomura's hand in place, infuriating the young villain that this brat keeps getting in his way, and has Kurogiri warp his outstretched hand directly in front of Izuku's face instead, leaving the young hero no time to react or move out of the way… until Snipe fires at Tomura like in canon.
*Izuku is directly on Tomura's radar now however, being referred to as a secret hacker that cheated and kept Tomura from beating the boss; unfairly countering all of their plays.
*All For One on the other hand takes interest in this student that was apparently able to tank a hit from the nomu and interfere with Kurogiri, wondering if he is possibly All Might's successor.
As you can see, due to the nature of Izuku and Katsuki's relationship in this AU, the two of them won't have a big confrontation with one another just yet... rather I figured this would be a good way to get Izuku noticed by Todoroki since he doesn't(as he knows it) have a connection to All Might in this AU.
Like I said above, the next arc will be longer than these two, and is sure to be interesting... because it is where the literal BODY HORROR aspect of this AU begins to come into play.
