Santa Saurus
In Sanjo city, the city is filled with Christmas lights and decoration as the Taylor's family is setting up for Christmas eve.
"It's Christmas time! My favorite time of the year! Merry Christmas, everyone!" Dr. Taylor said, hanging the Christmas decoration on the tree as Chomp and Ace ran by. "I can hardly wait to see what Santa Claus will bring me this year."
"Oh well. I don't know about Santa, but you can sure count on me bringing you a delicious Christmas dinner." Aki said.
"It couldn't be any worse than that thanksgiving turkey you burned up."
They sung the Christmas song as Rex and Max peek from the door.
"Here we go again. It's that time of year when my mom and dad start acting like a couple on little kids." Max said, annoyed a bit.
"What's so bad about that? It is Christmas." Rex said.
"That's right!" They turned to see Zoe and Terran, who arrived here. "And Christmas is the time for fun, so I suggest you start having some."
"Now don't be such a scrooge." Zoe said, firmly. "You guys need to dress up too and get into holiday spirit!"
"What do you expect us to do? Put on reindeer antlers or something?"
"You're here too, Terran." Rex said.
"Only because Zoe insisted on inviting me to this Christmas party." He said.
"Whatever." Max sighed.
The boys yelped as Aki opens the door.
"Hi Zoe. Hi Terran." Aki greeted.
"Merry Christmas!" Zoe said.
"Uh, Merry Christmas." Terran said.
"Oh, what an adorable little Christmas outfit." Aki said.
"See? Now that's what I'm talking about." Zoe smiled.
"Hey, that gives me an idea." Dr. Taylor said, having an idea. "Why not have the whole family dress up for the holidays?"
Rex and Max groaned in annoyance.
"Yes, that's the spirit!" Zoe beamed, "We'll have ourselves a Christmas holiday costume party!"
"Holiday party!" Max's parents shouted, cheerfully.
"It looks like I'll be wearing those reindeer antlers after all." Max sighed.
"Well, I guess I'd better be going." Rex said, walking away.
Max grabbed his shoulder. "If I had to do this, you're in too."
Rex winced that he'll wearing a costume as well.
(THEME SONG)
Dinosaur King is what you wanna be, yeah
(Make your move! C'mon an' make your move!)
Dinosaur King is your destiny, yeah
(Make your move! C'mon an' make your move!)
Control your cards right in your hands
Jurassic giants at your command!
D-D-D-D-Team!
Watch out
Here we go
Prehistoric dinosaurs
Aren't ex-tinct anymore
See 'em fight, hear 'em roar
Watch out 'cuz they're right next door!
The past is in the present
Time's been twisted upside-down
These fossils are colossal
Only one can wear the crown!
Dinosaur King is what you want to be, yeah
(Make your move! C'mon an' make your move!)
Dinosaur King is your destiny, yeah
(Make your move! C'mon an' make! Your! Move!)
(Loud Dinosaur Roar)
In Rod and Laura's room, they watched the recorded video of their parents.
"Come on, Laura!" Rod called.
"Okay! Bye mommy and daddy!" Laura waved their parent.
"You two behave yourselves at Grandpa's." Their dad said.
"Have a good time, kids." Their mom said. "We'll see you both tonight! Okay. See you later!"
"Okay. See you later!" Laura ran off to catch up to her brother.
They get on to the unknown craft.
"Goodbye kids!" They waved at them until the video ended.
Rod then replays the video as they watch tearfully that they missed their parents so much as if this is the day they last seen them before departing.
At dining room, Helga dragged the Alpha Gang and throws them to the table where Dr. Z eats his instant noodle.
"Eat up! T-There will be no skipping of meals in t-this household of mine!" She barked while glitched before heading in the kitchen. "For dinner, we have motor oil stew."
She put the ingredient in the soup pot as the Alpha Gang flinched fearfully.
"Aren't you going to do something about Helga?" Ursula asked Dr. Z, "Even if we survive her throwing us around, she going to kill us with her cooking, yes?"
"Nonsense! She may have had a few blown fuses and some crossed wires, but she's harmless." He said.
"Now she's going after the produce!" Ed said as Helga is jabbing the ingredients.
"Yesterday, I saw her head spin completely around." Zander said.
"Helga may have taken a few too many volts to the brain, but she's a devoted servant and she'd never hurt us, isn't that right Helga?" Dr. Z said.
Helga turns to him. "Who are you?"
"Helga! I'm the one who first jump-start your heart!
Rod and Laura walks in the room while having a sad looks and Helga noticed them.
"Und who are you, kids?" She asked them.
"Your boss! Get back in the kitchen and make chocolate cake." Rod said.
"Yes, boss!"
"And I'm a 21-year-old super model who would like something low carb." Ursula smiled.
"And I'm the nutritionist." Zander said.
"President of the U.S." Ed raised his hand.
Helga then stuffed Ursula's mouth with food. "Here's something low carb, Ursula!" She stuffed the raw cabbage in Zander's mouth. "Here's some nutrition for you, Zander!" She then pours soup in Ed's mouth. "Und you Ed couldn't be in charge of tying your shoes!"
"Well, apparently we're very memorable." Ursula muffled.
Dr. Z sighed before noticing his grandchildren. "Are you kids hungry?"
"Well…" Rod begins.
"Actually, we were wondering about Christmas." Laura said.
"It's probably no use." He told her. "Never mind, Grandpa."
They started walking away.
"I know what you two really want. You wanna go out on another mission, don't you?" Dr. Z asked.
"Mission?" Laura repeated.
"I need someone to get all the dinosaur cards back from that wretched D-Team and couple of kids would be the perfect cover agents to send, right?"
The Alpha Gang stood up when hearing a mission.
"That's right! Ed, Zander, and I are just the undercover kids that you need." Ursula said, "A cute young girl and her two little friends."
"You can forget it! You three had your chances and messed up every time!" Dr. Z exclaimed before looking at his grandchildren. "Laura and Rod, you go and take Terry and Tank with you, okay?"
"Thanks, Grandpa!" Rod said, happily.
"You can count on us!" Laura said.
Flew over to the Sanjo city, the kids rode on Alpha jet as they head to the city.
"Look at all the snow!" Rod said, noticing the snow.
"It sure feels like Christmas here, doesn't it?" Laura said.
They flew pass the outlet mall.
"Wow, look at that great big Santa down there!"
"Big deal! It's just a fake statue." Rod said as they flew around.
At Taylor's residence, their dinosaurs runs around in circles as they wear the reindeer costume.
"Mom, where did all these costumes come from?" Max asked as his parent brought the box.
"They're from my college days." His mom said, "I used to be in the theater department. Now I'm glad I kept them all." She then pulls out the costume. "Hey, how about something like this, honey?"
"Oh! It's a robin hood outfit." Spike said, "I used to pretend I was Robin Hood all the time when I was a boy. This one is all mine!"
"This one is for Max." She then pulls out the costume. "And look at this, Rex. This one is perfect!" She pulls another costume. "I hope this one will do for you, Terran."
"Are you really gonna make us wear these things?" Max said.
"I don't know, I think I'll pass." Rex said as they started to leave.
"No way!" Zoe smirked, stopping them.
"It's only for Christmas Eve, boys." Aki said, giving Rex and Terran her costumes.
"Fine, but how come I have to be the snowman?" Max questioned as she puts cap on his head.
As they dressed up, Rod and Laura was watching them from the topiary.
"Excuse me, ma'am, but which way to Sherwood Forest?" Spike said, speaking in middle English.
"What a handsome Robin Hood." Aki smiled.
"Beware Niquedouielle."
"They're having so much fun." Laura said.
Rod clenched his hand. "We'll put a stop to that."
"Huh?" She turned to her brother.
"As soon as they leave the house, we'll break in and steal back the dinosaur cards."
"Sort of like Santa Claus in reverse."
Their house clock shows 3:25 p.m.
"Oh wow!" Aki looked at the clock. "It's time for me to go pick up the Christmas cake."
Aki then left the house to pick up the Christmas cake.
"I got the best bakery in town. You have to put your order in a month ahead of time."
When she went to the bakery shop, Rod and Laura steps out and follow her.
In town, the kids waited Aki to come out of the bakery.
"So, we're gonna capture Max's mom?" Laura said.
"No, we're gonna capture her." Rod explained, "We're just gonna distract her, and then you have to try and keep her from going back home for little while. Then, I'll lure Max and the others out of the house and sneak back in and get the cards."
"Yeah, but…"
"What's the matter with you, Laura? All we're doing is getting back the dinosaur cards that Grandpa and Dr. Ancient created and returning them to where they belong."
"Yeah, but it feels wrong." Laura doubted.
"So I guess you're saying you don't wanna go back to mom and dad?" Rod questioned.
"No. of course I do. I want that more than anything."
"Let's do what we have to do." He said as Aki walks outside the bakery with cake. "Come on. There she is now."
Rod snapped his fingers as his Alpha Scooter hovers to them and they hopped on before hovering away. Once they reached her, they swiped the cake form her and drove off.
"My cake!" Aki gasped before following them, "Stop, thief! Please, don't take my cake! Come back with that box."
She then stopped by the temple shrine to catch her breath.
"Oh, this is terrible!" She panted.
"Lose something?" She turned to Rod and Laura, holding her cake.
"Oh, there you are!"
"If you want your stupid cake back, you'll have to come over her and get it." He said.
"My, my. Wow, you must want cake pretty badly to act this way." Aki smiled.
"Uh well, that's not." Rod said, confused.
"You probably heard how delicious that bakery's cakes are and when you saw it, you couldn't help yourself. I barely got one myself, even though I put the order in a whole month ago, so I can't blame you for wanting too."
The two kids looked each other in confusion.
"Yeah, I guess so." He said.
"I have an idea." Aki said, "Come home with me and you can share it with my family."
"Oh yeah, I guess that's okay."
As they returned to her house, Aki was getting to know them as they walked back to her home.
"So you're Rod and you're Laura, right?" Aki said
"Right." Laura said.
"Do you know what, kids? I have a son named Max who's about your age and his Rex lives with us too. And there's Max's other friends, Zoe, who's spending the day with us and there's Terran, he is such a dear friend to watch over Max and his friend on this adventure of theirs. And my husband and I know they'll be delighted to have you two join our Christmas party." She said, "It'll be a big crowd, but the more the merrier, right?"
"This is good to be true." He muttered to Laura. "We're gonna walk right the house with her."
"But what about your family, children?" Aki asked, "won't they have their plans for Christmas Eve and wonder where you are?"
"No. Our parents are on the trip and uh…" Rod said.
"Yeah, so we're on our own." Laura said.
"Really?" Aki said, "Oh well, all the more reason for you to come have fun with us."
At Taylor's residence, Aki brought Rod And Laura to her house, much to D-Team's shock and Terran's surprise as Max is in snowman costume, Rex in pirate outfit, and Terran in Court Fool's outfit.
"So I invited them to join our party, isn't that great?" Aki said. "And Max, I knew you'd be the most excited of all."
"Thanks so much for inviting us." Rod thanked. "I hope we're not getting in the way or anything."
"You sure look like you know how to celebrate a holiday the right way." Laura said. "All of your costumes are really cool."
"Yeah, but you're a… I mean…" Max stammered.
"Come on now everybody, it's Christmas Eve." Spike said, "A time for fun and family and a chance for even the worst of enemies to bury the hatchet."
"The worst of enemies?" Aki repeated, confused.
"No, it's just a figure of speech." Spike said, rubbing his head.
"Max, I believe your father's talking about the way you always get into fights around here with Rex and Zoe." She said, "Well, I'll have none of that with Rod and Laura here, do you understand?"
"Oh well, yeah." Max said.
"Now that's a good little snowman." Aki rubbed her son's head as he flushed in embarrassment.
"I think I smelled dinner burning."
"Oh, that's right! We got a delicious Christmas roast coming!" She beamed before checking the roast. "Could you give me a hand, honey?"
"Robin Hood at your service!" Spike proclaimed before dashing in the kitchen.
"That's a good little snowman." Rod teased.
"What are two doing here?" Max demanded.
"Ah ah. Don't forget, your mother just said you're not supposed to fight with us." Laura smirked.
"So what do you think they're up to?" Zoe said while glaring them.
"I'm sure they came here to try and get the dinosaur cards." Rex said.
"I bet you're right." Max said, rubbing his nose. "Especially since the card we got in Kyoto was the one of the fifty-one types, so there won't be anymore new ones to get."
They then noticed them leaving the living room.
"Hey! Where do you think you're going?"
Terran, the kids, and their dinosaurs followed them up the stairs.
"You can't just snoop around our house."
"It won't take too long, it's so little." Rod said.
"Hey!" Max said.
"I'll bet your mother doesn't know these know so-called pets of yours are really dinosaurs, does she?"
"No."
"She might not like it as she found that these little guys get really big in battle with other dinosaurs and that you've been hiding them." Laura smirked.
"Is that a threat?" Rex asked.
"No, it's our plan." Rod said before he and Laura slashed their cards on their Alpha Scanners.
Terry and Tank was summoned in chibi form. They barked as Chomp, Ace, Paris, and Wisp did the same thing.
"Oh no!" Max gulped before their dinosaurs gets into the fight. "Cut it out, Chomp!"
"No Paris!" Zoe cried.
"Ace, you too!" Rex yelled.
"Quit fighting, you guys!" Terran said.
"What's all the racket up there?" Aki's voice was heard from the living room.
"Nothing, mom! Everything's fine!" Max said as their dinosaur's stops fighting.
"Now's our chance to look for those cards." Rod said as they entered Max's room. "They've gotta be here somewhere."
Max and Zoe enters the room.
"What do you think you're doing in my bedroom?" He demanded as they rummaging his stuff. "Get out of here!"
"They're not in here!" Rod said, looking in the chest.
"Not here either!" Laura said while looking under his bed.
Max then ran and grabbed Rod. "I mean it!"
They started fighting before Zoe came and grabbed Laura.
"You two!" Zoe said.
Aki and Spike barged in the room. "Stop it now! All of you!" She yelled, making them stop fighting.
At Zeta Point, Helga was dusting the bookshelf in the workroom.
"Vork, vork, vork. So many messes to clean." She said, dusting before crashing the wall.
"My poor books." Dr. Z mumbled while picking up his books and saw something. "Well, look at that! It's my dear old Megalosaurus."
Dr. Z picked up the Megalosaurus card.
"Forget all about you. I had high hopes for this one but he was just too violent."
(Flashback)
Chibi-Megalosaurus rammed Dr. Z and ruined Christmas party.
"He meant well but played too rough and once he became an adult…"
Full-sized Megalosaurus roared before Dr. Z turn it into a card.
"…Well he was uncontrollable."
"You bad boy!"
Dr. Z picked the card up and puts it in the book.
"You're going up on the shelf for a while to think about all the things you've done."
He puts the book in the shelf.
(Flashback ends)
"And the timing for this one couldn't be all perfect." He smiled.
Back at Taylor's residence, Dr. Taylor was playing with dinosaurs while Aki was fixing Rod's goggle cap with Rod, Laura, and Max.
"I'm sorry, Rod and Laura." She apologized. "I warned Max, but apparently he doesn't listen well."
"But it wasn't my fault!" Max protested and Rod huffed.
"I see that two of you each have strange looking doggies too." She said, noticing their pets. "Isn't that a coincidence?"
"Yeah, it sure is." Laura said.
Aki seems to reminded them of their mother and they looked outside to see Spike is playing with their dinosaurs which reminded them of their father. It really saddens them a bit. The kids then looked at Terran, who looking at the secret dinosaur cards that he recovered before putting them in his card holder.
"Here you go, Rod. All fixed, I'm sorry about this." Aki said, giving his cap back.
"Thank you. It looks good as new now." He said.
Dr. Taylor enters the room. "Aki! Don't you think we ought to get this party started?"
"Absolutely! Let's eat!" She beamed.
"Come on, kids! Time for a Christmas feast!"
Max's parents went to get the dinner ready.
"Have your cake and hit the road." Max said, coldly, making them frowned.
At Zeta Point, The Alpha Gang and Dr. Z hasn't heard from Rod and Laura after sending them to the mission to retrieve the rest of the dinosaur cards.
"Dr. Z, the Alpha Droid scout we sent out is beaming back the picture from the house of that D-Team." Ursula reported while Zander and Ed looked at the screen as Dr. Z looked at the Megalosaurus card.
"Hmm…?" He turned to the screen.
Hiding behind the bush, the undercover Alpha Droid is spying on them as it is beaming the feed back to their headquarter.
"Searching…" Its eyes beamed as it catches the footage of everyone is enjoying the party, including Rod and Laura as Aki is dressed as Snow White.
"What in the name of the dinosaur are they doing?" Dr. Z said.
"Well, it looks to me like they're having a party." Ed said.
"Yes. A celebration with food and presents and a Christmas tree and everything." Zander added.
"Helpful as that was, Zander." Dr. Z said, "When I needed definition of a party, I'll ask for it."
"Oh no, it looks like Rod and Laura may have gotten caught sneaking in." Ursula said.
"And they're being forced to eat cake?"
"I don't know. I guess this kind of thing is what happens when you send children out on a grown up's mission."
"Then I'll give you three clods one more chance to go fix it!" Dr. Z said before giving them his dinosaur card. "Take this!"
"Wow! So where did you get this one come from?" Ursula asked, taking the card. "I thought you didn't have any cards left."
"You want it or not?"
"Yes, yes. I'm sure this will come in handy."
"No more homework! No more stew! No more Helga's nasty food!" Ed and Zander hollered.
"You three just better bring those cards and my grandkids back here safe and sound!" Dr. Z exclaimed.
"Count on us!" The trio said.
At Taylor's residence, The family and friends is enjoying the cake that Aki brought. Even their dinosaurs is enjoying her cake.
"This has to be the most delicious cake I've ever had." Aki smiled after savoring the cake. "What do you kids think?"
"It's really good." Rod said.
"Yeah, I love it!" Laura said.
"I'm glad you like it." Aki said.
"How about a third piece for Robin Hood, fair maiden?" Spike asked from the table with the boys.
"Careful, you might turn into Friar Tuck." She said. "You children can have as many pieces as you want though."
"Thanks, but I'm pretty full." Rod said before Aki smears off the cake from his face.
"It's okay. Don't be shy."
"Well then if it's okay with you, I'd like to stay a little while longer."
"Of course, children. Just make yourselves at home."
Rod turned to Max. "All right with you?"
"Uh, well, I guess." He said, warily.
After finishing eating the cake, Spike is playing darts with Aki while Terran and the kids was gathered at the sofa with Rod and Laura.
"He's not anything like my dad, but you know." Rod said. "I like him."
"Yeah. Same with mom." Laura said.
"So, how come you're not with mom and dad?" Max asked.
Rod and Laura was saddened when he asked that.
"I never knew my parents." Rex said, "I was adopted when I was a baby so I don't know anything about them."
It got their attention.
"Dr. Owen has raised me like his own ever since."
Rod then eyed at the desk where Zoe left her Dino-Holder there before looking away from it.
"Ho, ho, ho! Come on in, kids!" Spike called as he and Aki has Christmas presents to them. "Robin Claus and his wife with Christmas presents for everyone!"
"All right!" They said as Max got his present. "Thanks, mom and dad!"
"This is great!" Rex said, excited.
"I can't wait to open it!" Zoe said.
Dr. Taylor even gave Rod and Laura their presents. "Here you go."
"Huh?" They looked at the gifts.
"Merry Christmas, kids."
"It was kind of last minute, so it's nothing too fancy." Aki smiled.
"They're books with Aki's drawings and she's pretty good."
"It's not much, but I hope you enjoy them."
"This is amazing!" Rod smiled. "Thank you both so much!"
"Merry Christmas!" Laura said.
They went to the table and wrapped their presents as Aki and Spike watches them, happily.
"This is so cool! I have a picture of Ace in mine." Rex said, looking at the drawing book of Ace.
"And I have pictures of Paris! Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Taylor." Zoe said, looking at the drawing book of Paris as well.
Terran looked at the drawing book of Wisp and has a snow globe with pictures of him and the kids as Rod and Laura was looking at the pictures of Terry and Tank.
"Hey! So what's the big idea of giving me a dump old math book?" Max said, looking at the math book.
"You got that extra because your math grades aren't so great, Max." His mom said, "And we thought you could do some studying over winter break."
"What? That really stinks!" Max threw a book up and it landed on her head.
Everyone gasped at the sight of what Max did.
"Come here, Max!" Spike said, firmly.
"What's wrong with you? Apologize to your mom!" Rod said before gripped his suit.
"Let go of me, you creep." Max said.
"Your mom and dad gave you something to help with because they care about you, don't you understand that?"
"Oh yeah, like I really need to hear a lecture from some Christmas eve party crasher like you! No one wants to hear so why don't you just get out?"
"Oh Max." Aki muttered.
"Laura, it's time to go." Rod said while frowning and took off the party hat and bowing to Aki and Spike. "Thank you so much for everything."
"Not at all." Spike said.
"You're welcome." Aki said before looking at her son. "Max, I'm appalled you would treat anyone so rudely."
"You don't understand." Max muttered.
"Now are you going apologize to your parents or what, Max?" Terran said.
As the kids and their dinosaurs left, Zoe's Dino-Holder is not on the desk.
"Hey, that's strange. My Dino Holder was right there, but now it's gone." Zoe noted.
"Oh! Rod and Laura stole it!" Max gasped.
Running in the street, Rod and Laura has Zoe's Dino Holder as they ran back to their transportation.
"That worked out well!" Laura giggled.
"Yeah and I think when he sees this, Grandpa will finally repair the time machine for us." Rod said.
"Then we'll finally get to go back home to see mom and dad again."
"Yep!"
As they ran, they look back to see Terran and the D-Team is running after them.
"Hold it , you two!" Max yelled.
"Give me back my Dino Holder, you thieving thieves!" Zoe demanded.
"Here they come, Rod." Laura said.
"I guess they want to play." Rod said.
They turned their dinosaur into a cards and zap to their hands.
"Alpha Slash!" They slashed the cards on their Alpha Scanners.
Terry and Tank was summoned in full-size T-Rex and Tank.
Max turned Chomp into a card and zaps to his hand. "Dino Slash!" He swipes the card on his holder. "Go Triceratops, Roar!"
Chomp is summoned in full-sized Triceratops.
Rex turns Ace into the card and zaps to his hand. "Dino Slash!" He swipes the card on his holder. "Carnotaurus, Blow them away!"
Ace is summoned in full-sized Carnotaurus.
"Dino Slash!" Terran swipe the card to his controller. "Brachiosaurus, Shine your way!"
Wisp is summoned in full-sized Brachiosaurus.
Their dinosaurs enters the battlefield.
"We can't lose this one!" Rod exclaimed.
"We have to win so we can get back home." Laura said.
Terry roared before runs up and smashes Ace across the face with his tail, then Tank charges Chomp and knocks him into Ace, and Terry throws them both at Wisp, knocking all into a Christmas display.
"Augh!" Max gasped.
Chomp to come out with reindeer antlers and Ace to be dressed in a Santa coat and hat. Even Wisp got up with Christmas tree stuck around his neck.
"Dino Claus and his reindeer Chomp." Max said amused. "Even a walking tree Wisp."
"All right, Ace. Let's send them home for holidays." Rex said before slashing the move card. "MayFly!"
Ace roared and dropped the Santa suit as he vanish in the wind while Terry and Tank looks for him. Before they react, Ace pummel them both rapidly and repeatedly until they were defeated before skidding back to Chomp and Wisp.
"Huh?!" Rod and Laura gasped.
"Yoohoo!" They turned to see the Alpha Gang is here. "The A-Team is here now so we'll take of this."
"Oh, no. It's the old lady." Max said.
"How dare you call me that!" Ursula snapped while Ed and Zander holds on to her. "If I weren't so full of Christmas cheer and goodwill, I'd stuff you up the chimney!"
"Just use the card!" Zander told her.
"Oh yeah. I almost forgot." She holds up the card as it shines on the Christmas tree neon. "We brought a Christmas present for you."
The Megalosaurus roared as the Time Warp occurs.
"Another dinosaur?!" Terran said.
"I've never seen him before." Max said.
"A Megalosaurus!" Rex said.
"Look at all the colors!" Zoe said, notice the colors form the dinosaur. "This must be another secret dinosaur!"
It charges forward, shattering small rocks in its way, and flips Chomp over onto Ace as it runs by. Wisp headbutted the Megalosaurus, who rammed his head harder. As Wisp writhed his head in pain, the Megalosaurus roared as the small meteorites falls from the skies and crashed down.
"Take cover!" Terran said, ushered the kids to take over in the boulder.
Chomp, Ace, and Wisp took cover behind the boulder.
The Megalosaurus roared out of control as the kids and the Alpha Gang took cover behind the boulder.
"He seems a bit reckless side." Ursula said, unnerved. "Uh, do you think he realizes we're on the same team?"
"I'm not gonna be the one telling him." Ed said.
Megalosaurus roared as ace was being lifted up from the boulder in the air as he was covered in shining aura.
"No, Ace!" Rex said.
"What's going on?" Zoe asked.
"He's using Zero G throw!" Ed said.
As Ace is being held high enough, the Megalosaurus dropped him to the ground hard, defeating him.
"No way!" Rex said.
"Don't worry, Chomp will get him!" Max said before using the move card. "Thunder Bazooka!"
Chomp ran and jumped before spinning around with lightning and rammed Megalosaurus, knocking it away. Chomp pushed the sled from Christmas display to knock the disoriented dinosaur off its feet, sending towards Wisp, who raised his front leg and stomps on Megalosaurus, defeating it.
"All right!" Max said.
"Look out!" Zoe cried.
"Incoming!" Terran yelled they ran from the falling fragments of meteor.
"They coming down!" The Alpha Gang shouted before the meteorite falls on them. "We're going up!"
The shards of meteor sends them and the kids flying. Once the falling meteorites stops falling, Megalosaurus turns back into the card.
"That was close one but at least we won." Max said as the Time Warp faded.
"The card!" Rex said, before he and Terran went to get it.
"Yeah!"
Rex founded the Megalosaurus card on the ground.
"Another dinosaur card for our collection." He said.
Then, Max found Zoe's Dino Holder on the ground.
"And I even got Zoe's Dino Holder back too." Max said before noticing something.
Rod and Laura still holding he drawing books of their dinosaurs as they carefully rubbed it.
"Really? you wanted those books more than the dinosaur card?" He said.
"Huh. We'll be back to get those cards next time." Rod said as they head back to the Zeta Point.
The Alpha Gang then followed the kids back as they retreated.
"Ed, you tell Dr. Z we didn't get the cards! Zander, you tell him we didn't bring back Megalosaurus!" Ursula told them.
"What about you?" Zander and Ed asked.
"I'll tell him I didn't have anything to do with it!" She said.
As they watched, Spike and Aki found the kids as they watched them go.
"There they go." Max said.
"I hope you made up with them after being so unkind." Aki said.
"Yeah, I think they're okay."
"That's good. They were nice kids."
"Don't worry about them. They went back to their Grandfather's place." Terran said.
"Mom and dad, I'm sorry for what I said." Max said, apologetically. "I'll do the math homework, I guess. At least I'll try."
"I suppose that's all we can ask." Aki smiled.
"What do you say we all head back to the house and get this party going again?" Spike said.
"Yeah! After all, it's still Christmas Eve!" Max said as they head back home.
"All this excitement made me hungry, Aki. Is there anymore cake left?"
"Not for you." She said, "You boys had your share. Zoe and I get the rest, right Zoe?"
"Right!" She said.
"Come on, Robin Hood. Aren't you supposed to steal like cake and give it to poor guys?" Max told his dad.
"Not when it's your mom. No." Spike said.
