At Sanjo city, everyone is casually minding their own business until a large shadow is looming over them as the locals looks up, including Zoe's parents and Aki. The group sees the time machine is here.

"It's Seth!" Ursula said.

"And my Zeta Point!" Dr. Z said while frowning.

Terran zoomed in from his visor and spotted a large Black T-Rex on top of the time machine.

"What the…?!" He muttered.

Seth laughed, scoffingly. "If you thought that was good, watch this!"

He turned to his creation.

"Destroy, Black T-Rex!"

The giant dinosaur roared, obeying as it marches to the edge. Everyone in the city ran for their life as the driver droves away before the Black T-Rex crushes them as it landed on the streets. The ginormous dinosaur is prowling around the city as the two Alpha Jets and Terran, in flight mode, is hovering over the Black T-Rex.

"Woah! Look at it!" Max awed.

"That's the one the scanner detected for sure!" Rex said.

"It looks like a T-Rex, but it's enormous!" Zoe said.

"As far as I know, Tyrannosaurus fossils as large as that one have never unearthed, so this could be an amazing new discovery!" Dr. Taylor said. "But somehow, I don't think so."

"Seth is behind this." Dr. Z said. "That dinosaur has obviously been genetically modified in one of his evil experiments."

Black T-Rex roared as it climbs up the building.

"Aren't you supposed to be the one doing evil experiments, doctor?" Ursula said.

"Does he have no respect?" Zander said.

Its tail bashed the building behind it as the debris collapsed on one of the Alpha Jets. Dr. Z and the Alpha Gang hops out as their jet crash-landed.

"Seth, you give honest, hardworking evil scientist like me a bad name!" Dr. Z shouted.

The Black T-Rex bumped its head against the building, causing the window to shattered before moving on.

"All citizens are urged to immediately take shelter from both the huge UFO and the vicious dinosaur that came from it." The news reporter announced as everyone panics while the Black T-Rex is on top of the building and steps on the dome skylight. "Now wreaking havoc over Sanjo City."

Terran and the kids arrived at the town station.

"What kind of monstrosity did Seth created?" Terran said. "I'm not sure it's a dinosaur anymore."

"He must have made some modifications to it." Rex said.

"I'm sure he did." Max frowned. "We already know he could care less about dinosaurs."

"Right now, we've gotta stop this one from destroying the town." Zoe said.

Terran and the kids have their dinosaurs zapped to their hands.

"Dino Slash!" They slashed their cards on their Dino-Holders/wrist controller and summoned them in full-sized Triceratops, Carnotaurus, Parasaurolophus, and Brachiosaurus.

The Black T-Rex jumps down to the ground and faces towards the dinosaur.

"It's not afraid after all! It's going right after them!" Zoe said as the Black T-Rex roared.

"Let's go, Chomp!" Max pops open his Dino Holder and catches the move card. "Lightning Spear!"

Chomp roared and shot forward towards the Black T-Rex in the neck, but its skin stops the attack and knocks Chomp away.

"My turn! Shooting Star Lasers!" Terran activates the move card attack.

Wisp bellowed as the seven stars falls from sky and strikes the Black T-Rex seven times, but it proves less effective as it shrugs off from his attacks.

"Oh no, not even the Secret Dinosaur isn't strong enough to defeat it!" He gasped as the Black T-Rex snorted at their futile.

"Hey! I think that dinosaur is making fun of us." Laura exclaimed.

"Did you notice his size? When you're that big, you can be a jerk." Rod said.

Well, it's time I showed that traitor Seth who he's dealing with here!" Dr. Z said as he and the Alpha Gang is here.

"We'll never win if we battle like this." Rex told his friends. "We need to all strike at once."

"Right!" Terran said.

They then noticed Terry was summoned in battle as full-size T-Rex.

Terry then arrives in battle, but freezes when he looks up that the Black T-Rex is several times his size as it looks down at him.

"Yeah! Show that T-Rex what you got, Terry!" Dr. Z cheered before slashing the move card. "Volcano Burst!"

Terry breathed the volcano fires from the ground towards the Black T-Rex, but it had no effect against it.

"What's this? No effect?" He gasped.

The dinosaurs was becoming fearful from the Black T-Rex and ran as they're recalled before it crushes them with its tail.

"Bunch of cowards!" He muttered.

"You called?" Ursula said as they ran to him.

"Reporting for duty." Ed panted.

"Don't you get it?" Rex said, running to Dr. Z and gripped his coat. "None of us can beat that thing on our own!"

"I don't take orders from you!" He retorted.

"You're gonna have to because this was your fault in the first place!"

"I don't know what you're talking about."

"You're responsible for everything that's gone wrong here!" He gripped his coat tightly while seething in anger.

"Don't stretch my lab coat!" He yelled.

"Hey, Rex. it's okay." Max said as he and Rex grabbed him away from Dr. Z.

"Come on, Grandpa. Stop." Laura said, calming her grandfather down.

"You alright?" Zoe asked while Rex didn't take his eyes off of Dr. Z.

"This is no time for that, Rex." Terran said, calmed him down. "I understand you're angry with him, but right now we've got a bigger fossil to deal with."

"Grandpa, you really should at least tell him you're sorry about what happened to his mom and dad." Laura said.

"Ha! I won't apologize to the likes of him. No!" Dr. Z scoffed and turned back. 'So this kid is the baby that was left behind that day.'

As they berating, the holograph of Seth hovers in front of Black T-Rex.

"Fighting amongst yourselves already?" He said, amused.

"Look, it's him!" Max said.

"What have you done?" Rod demanded.

"Seth! When I get my hands on you, I'm going to crush you!" Dr. Z yelled.

Seth scoffed. "But how? You've seen that you're no match for my new dinosaur. I finally created my Black T-Rex!"

"Black T-Rex?" Terran repeated.

"So that's what it called." Zoe muttered.

"You creep!" Max seethed in anger. "Dinosaurs aren't objects! You have no right to mess with them like that!"

"If you want my Black T-rex to stop destroying the city, I have only one simple demand."

"What demand?" Terran inquired.

"Simple, surrender all of the stones you have in your possession to me."

"What? Forget it!" Zoe hissed.

"So that's it? You've been after the stones all this time?" Spike realized.

"You're planning to use them to travel through time?" Terran realized.

"No way! We all know those stones hold the souls of the dinosaurs!" Max said, "You'll never get your hands on them!"

"Oh really? You should never say never!" Seth smirked, pressing the button.

The Alpha Droids was deployed from the time machine.

"Capture! Capture!"

They landed behind the D-team and abduct Zoe before leaping away.

"Zoe!" Max cried.

"Zoe!" Terran said.

"Captured! Captured! Captured!"

They retreated to where the maintenance robots are at.

"I'll ask one more time. Hand over all of the stones you have if want the girl unharmed."

"All right. Now you've gone too far!" Dr. Taylor said while Terran clenched his hands, angrily.

"So what'll it be?"

"Okay…" Rex said, comply to his demand.

"No guys! If you give it now, it's all over!" Zoe protested.

"The stones or your friend?"

Terran looked at Zoe, concerned for her safety. Then, looking at the Black T-Rex and Seth before looking at the kids.

"No choice. We have to give him the stones." He told Max.

With no choice, Max and Rex gave their D-Holder to the maintenance bots as they took it from them.

"I'm so sorry." Zoe said as the bots took her Dino-Holder as well.

"Well, that's that." He smirked before looking at something.

At the ship's control, Seth looks at the stats on the Black T-Rex which it has low power.

'The low power warning? This operation used a lot more energy than I expected.' He thought. 'Black T-Rex is going to need more power.'

Seth dismissed his hologram as the Alpha Droid let Zoe go and the Black T-Rex was called back by Seth. The droids was teleported back on the ship.

"Zoe!" Rex said as they run up to her.

"Are you alright?" Max asked.

"Yeah, this isn't the first time I've been snatched by androids." She said as Terran helps her up.

"I wonder what happened." Rex wondered, "Why'd he take back T-rex?"

"Maybe his creation isn't what he expected." Terran said.

"Then let's go! We gotta get our Dino Holder back and the stones!" Max said.

"You good to go, Zoe?" Rex asked.

"Yep!" She said, determined.

At the Alpha Jet, Dr. Z and the Alpha Gang in it as Zander starts it up.

"Take me back to Zeta Point!" He told Zander. "Seth is going to be very sorry he tried to take over my home!"

Rod and Laura hops in with them.

"What's this?" He said.

"We wanna come as well, grandpa." Rod said.

"It's our home too, and I left something important there!" Laura said.

"Don't take off yet." They looked to the group is coming. "We're all coming with you too!"

"That's right, so hold the plane!" Max said.

"Impossible! Villains don't give the good guys a ride." Dr. Z protested.

"Grandpa! It's bad enough you wouldn't apologize to Rex. Now let them onboard." Laura argued.

Dr. Z flinched and thought before deciding.

"Fine! But they have to buy the gas." He said.

Once they're onboard the Alpha Jet with Terran flown beside them, they flew up to the time machine.

"I'm calling the union. Pilot shouldn't have to operate under these conditions." Zander complained as everyone is having trouble since there is no room in the jet.

Suddenly, Zander noticed the system is on red.

"Warning! Weight limit exceeded. Engine shutdown."

Before he react, the Alpha Jet starts falling down as everyone yelped as Terran looks back to see them fall.

"Time to jettison in the cargo now!" Dr. Z said, "Anything worthless gets thrown overboard!"

They're everything overboard but they're still falling as they hold on as Terran flew over to save them.

"No good! We're still dropping like a rock!" Zander said.

"Weight limit still exceeded. Engine restart disabled."

"We're going to crash if we don't lighten the ship even more!" Dr. Z said.

"But how? We've already tossed out anything worthless!" Ursula said.

"Huh…?" He looks at her.

'Uh, why is he looking at me like that?' She thought.

"Weight standardized; engines restarted."

They were up in the air again as the Alpha Gang is floating down with parachutes.

"How dare he call us 'worthless cargo'!" Ursula exclaimed.

"I've been called worse." Ed said.

"How could I be worthless? I was the pilot!" Zander complained.

They flew to the hole where the Black T-Rex made.

"Perfect! The taking back of Zeta Point begins now!" Dr. Z declared as he pilots to the big hole.

Once they're on board the Zeta Point, Jonathan and Terran ran towards the Alpha Droids and smashed them all as they can while the group hides in the corner.

"Woah, they're good." Max said. "Even Terran doesn't need a dinosaur to help."

"Let's go. While they fights the guard droids, we'll take the elevator up to the bridge." Dr. Z said.

Jonathan swains the droid around while Terran punches the hole in the android before kicking the maintenance bots as the group heads to the elevator. He throw the droid to another before kicking the another one as the group hurries on the zipline.

Dr. Z opens to another hallway for the others as they head to the bridge.

"Almost to the bridge." He said.

As they headed there, the floating surveillance driods sees them as Seth sees through them.

"Oops. Not good." He gulped.

"Surveillance droids!" Rex said.

"Come on! This way!" Max said as they headed to another hallway.

Dr. Z blew his tongue at the surveillance droid as Seth could see him.

"Nyah-nyah, nyah, nyah!"

Seth groaned and pressed the button to dismissed it.

"I don't know how they got back on the island, but it won't matter." He said as he transfer the data from the kid's Dino Holders. "In a few minutes, transferring energy data from these Dino Holders will give me enough power to make me invincible."

The Alpha Droids was sent to detained the intruders as more of them is coming and all over the halls.

"Augh! We have to go back." Max said as he looked at the hallway with androids.

"More are coming from this way." Dr. Taylor said, spotted more androids from their end.

"I am the master of this domain and these androids will listen to my commands!" Dr. Z exclaimed.

Zoe then spotted the door to the room.

"Quick, you guys! Let's hide in here." She said, pointing at the door.

"Good idea."

They ran inside the room before they reached them.

"So what is this place?" Max asked they walked in the room with spare parts for androids.

"The warehouse that stores the android's spare parts." Dr. Z said.

"I have a great idea for how we can all get out of here."

As the androids waits outside for them to come out, the door was opened on the other side when they looked at it as the group disguised themselves as the androids. The androids was a bit confused until a maintenance bot approaches them.

"Halt! What are your orders?" It said, making them stop. "What unit are you with?"

"Uh, we're new!" Max said.

"You're new?" It said, "Inspection!"

"Sir!" Max said.

"Sir!" Rex said.

"Sir!" Zoe said.

"Sir!" Spike said.

"Sir!" Dr. Z said.

"Sir!" Laura said.

"Sir!" Rod said.

Their dinosaur said as they wear the head part.

'Oh Chomp!' Max thought, worried.

'Ace!' Rex thought.

'Paris!' Zoe thought.

The kids completely forgot that their dinosaur, worried that they'll blow their cover.

"Hmm. Not a well-built group." It said. "Obviously defective construction. Report to the scrap heap to be junked."

They all sighed at close call before moving on.

"Achoo!" Dr. Z sneezed as the head falls over and the androids noticed them

"Huh? Intruders! Intruders! Surround them!"

They soon surrounds the group as Dr. Z was sweat dropped that they've been caught.

"Does anyone have a tissue?" He asked, fearfully.

A few minutes later, The Alpha androids locked the group in the room as Max pounds the door.

"Hey! Let us out! Open this door!" He yelled, much to their exasperation.

Dr. Z scoffed. "I could have told you wearing a bunch of droid suits was never going to work."

"What was that?" Max chided.

"At least he had a plan." Rod said. "And it was working pretty well."

"Until you had to sneeze and give the whole thing away, grandpa." Laura said.

Dr. Z huffed until they heard Seth laughing as the holoscreen appeared.

"Having another little spat?" He said.

"Seth!" Dr. Z said.

"I've extracted the energy data from the stones." Seth said while they glared at him. "Next, I'm going to restore Zeta Point's time travel functions. So, where would you like to go? The Triassic period? The Jurassic? Or just anywhere along the way. I decided to toss you out? What do you say, Rex Ancient?"

"Huh?" Rex gasped.

"Yes, just like before when Dr. Z tossed out your parents and Terran."

"Huh? That was all your fault, Seth and you know it." Dr. Z exclaimed as he stood up. "Somehow you managed to trick me into doing it."

"That's right! You're always trying to get other people to do your dirty work for you." Laura said.

"Huh!" Rex gasped as Seth was the one making Dr. Z tossed out his parents and Terran.

"I realized now that you were manipulating me all along!" Dr. Z said, angrily. "You just wanted the Ancients out of the picture, didn't you? Didn't you?"

Meanwhile, the Alpha Droids is looking around while Jonathan and Terran took cover in the hallway.

"Master Rex and his friends have been caught." Jonathan muttered, "I must rescue them now. Huh?"

They noticed the familiar arm on the floor.

"Did the arm belong to..." Terran said, but noticed the trail of parts on the floor.

"You snake! After all I've taught you and all I've done for you, this is how you repay me?" Dr. Z exclaimed. "It was my skills that got you where you are today."

"And my skills that got me the keys to the time machine." Seth said, "You see, the future belongs to me while useless old buzzards like you are left in the dust."

He laughed as he ends the transmission.

"No wait! Hey, come on! You can't just leave us in here." Max begins pounding on the wall. "Give us back the stones!"

"All right. Calm down, Max." Spike said.

"Yeah. It's not like you're gonna break through that wall with your fist."

As Max pounded, the wall cracked where he pounded until it grew wider until the wall broke down, revealing it was Helga, who was back and fully functioned.

"I'm back!" She said.

"It's Helga!" Rod and Laura beamed.

"And she's all right!" Dr. Z said.

Terran and Jonathan appears behind her.

"We were on our way here to rescue Master Rex and all of you when we found Helga in sorts of pieces in the android storage room, dumped like rubbish." Jonathan explained. "So we collected all of her components and I resembled her and have Terran jumpstart her."

"DO YOUR HOMEWORK!" Helga blurted before calming down, "That's my usual line, but now there's bigger fish to fry. Everybody out before the droids come."

"You don't have to tell me twice." Dr. Z said, heading out first.

"Hurry up, everyone." Jonathan said as Max and Zoe went out next.

As Spike left, Rex noticed Rod and Laura has something they need.

"What are you doing, guys?" He asked.

"I have to make sure to take this projector with us." Laura said as she check the video of their parent. "It's a video of our mom and dad."

"Huh?" Dr. Z noticed.

At the engine room, The Dino Holders was left on the perch as Seth extracts the energy from the stones.

"It works. Now I can travel through time backwards or forwards." Seth gloated while laughing.

Suddenly, the engine system stops working and confused him.

"What? What's this? Impossible!" Seth checked the system.

He turned to Dr. Taylor with Dino Holders in his hands.

"Well, you wouldn't be looking for these now, would you?" Dr. Taylor then lassoed the rail. "Spike Taylor is the name…" He swings over to the balcony where the kids are. "…And sweet justice is my game!"

"That'll teach you to steal!" Zoe said.

"How did you possibly get out of that room?" Seth said.

"All that matters is that we did get out, so your evil plans not gonna work anymore." Max said. "And we've got our Dino-Holder back too."

"Yeah, so don't think about hurting the dinosaurs again!" Rex said.

"That's the name of the tune!" Spike remarked. "Let's go!"

"Hah! You think you beat me that easily?" Seth smirked and ran.

The group heads down the hallway, but Saurophaganax appeared and heads them off.

"That dinosaur again!" Terran gasped.

"Saurophaganax!" Max said.

Saurophaganax roared at them, but Terry, in full-size T-Rex, charges in from the other hallway and brings it down to the ground by latching his jaws to its neck.

"No!" Seth gasped.

Dr. Z came in from the hall with Terry.

"Take that! I'm not about to let you steal my Zeta Point without the fight!" Dr. Z exclaimed.

"If it's a you want, you'll get one! Fire Scorcher!" Seth slashed the super move card.

Saurophaganax conjures the fiery huge fireball and hurls it towards Terry, defeating him.

"No!" Dr. Z screeched.

"That move again!" Max said.

"It's just too powerful." Rex said.

"And Saurophaganax is just too strong to beat it." Terran said.

"I don't care! There's gotta be a way to counter it!" Max said, pulls out his Dino Holder and slashed the card. "Dino Slash! Go Triceratops, Roar!"

Chomp is summoned in full-sized Triceratops.

"Dino Slash!" Rex swipes the card on his holder. "Carnotaurus, Blow them away!"

Ace is summoned in full-sized Carnotaurus.

"Dino Slash!" Terran swipe the card to his controller. "Brachiosaurus, Shine your way!"

Wisp is summoned in full-sized Brachiosaurus.

Saurophaganax roared as the three dinosaurs entered the battle.

Max opens the dino holder and catches the move card. "Thunder Bazooka!"

Chomp jumps and spins in the air and rams Saurophaganax, but the dinosaur catches his attack and throws him to the wall.

"Shining Blade!" Terran said, activated the move card attack.

A glowing blade shines on Wisp's head and swings his head towards Saurophaganax, but the dinosaur catches his attack and clawed his head, making Wisp recoil his head in pain.

"Cyclone!" Rex slashed the move card.

Ace shot towards Saurophaganax as the wind gathers around him and spins around by grabbing its tail before tossing it to the wall, but it recovers and roars at them as if it didn't faze it.

"Oh man!" Max said.

"Even that didn't work!" Rex said.

"What is it take to beat this dinosaur?" Terran said.

"Try fusion move!" Dr. Z shouted.

They turned to Dr. Z.

"What's a fusion move?" Max asked.

"You just slash the cards together which synchronizes them with each other." He explained. "The resulting fusion gives your attack double the power!"

"Right! You expect us to believe what you say?" Rex said, bitterly.

"Look, Rex!" Max said, looking at the Saurophaganax.

"Fine then! Don't believe me. I just hope you three enjoy the barbecue." Dr. Z said.

"Fire Scorcher!" Seth slashed the super move card.

Saurophaganax conjures the huge fiery meteor and hurls it towards them as Ace barely evades from the attack.

Ace, Chomp, and Wisp roared as if they're telling to use that move together.

"I think they're telling us to try it!" Rex noted.

"Let's go!" They said.

"Together, you two!" Rex readied the move card.

"Yeah!" Max said.

They slashed the move card together as Terran activates the move card.

"Thunder Storm Star Bazooka!"

Wisp bellowed as the stars falls from the sky while Ace forms a wind tunnel, which he and Chomp run through, before Chomp jumps and spins, gathering lightning, wind, and stars on his body, then rockets forward to deliver a drilling hit backed by three Elements to Saurophaganax, finally defeating it.

Terran shot his grappling hand and takes the Saurophaganax card.

"We've got the Saurophaganax card!" Max said.

"Way to go, kids!" Dr. Taylor cheered.

Much to the kid's amazement and Seth's displeasure.

"Time for you to surrender, Seth." Dr. Z said, pointing at him. "Leave Zeta Point and don't come back."

Seth instead chuckled, sinisterly. "I'm afraid you'll be the ones leaving, thanks to this."

"That looks like our Dino Holders." Max said, noticed the copy of Dino Holder that Seth has.

"I've copied the Dino Holder and the stone inside. Of course, my version is twenty times more powerful."

"Woah!" Max awed.

"Copycat, aren't ya?" Terran said, coldly.

"I thought the stone couldn't be copied!" Rex said.

"Rise, Black T-Rex!" Seth slashed the dinosaur card, summoning the Black T-Rex. "Tell me! Who's the real dinosaur king now?"

"That big dinosaur again!?" Terran said, shocked.

"This is too dangerous! We've got to get out of here! Come on!" Spike exclaimed.

The whole group runs from it, but Dr. Z stood his ground, not moving an inch.

"Oh no! Grandpa!" Laura cried, causing them to look back.

"I'm not letting this overgrown lizard force me out of my home!" Dr. said as the Black T-Rex leans towards him. "Oh, that's hot."

"Come on! You can't beat it!" Max shouted.

"It's over, doc!" Spike shouted.

Dr. Z stood there, shocked and fearfully as the Black T-Rex leans its head to eat him, but Rex rushed in to save him before the giant dinosaur devours him as it bashed against the wall.

"You saved me!" Dr. Z said, shocked of what he did.

"Get up and run!" Rex said.

They got up and ran around the corner where the others are.

"But why? Why would you do such a thing?" Dr. Z asked, questionably while confused.

"I don't know." Rex panted. "I guess I thought that even someone like you don't deserve to be eaten up by a dinosaur."

Dr. Z looked down for a moment.

"Well now… About that… And listen because I'm not gonna say this twice."

"Yeah?"

"I'm so…" He paused. "I'm sorry what I did to you."

Dr. Z was feeling apologetic for what he did and Rex was bittered but smiled. The kids was glad that their bitterness is resolved.

"I hate to ruin your moment but we've got a bigger problem to deal with." Terran said as they heard a roar.

They looked as the Black T-Rex is leaning its head at the hallway.

'We're trapped and if we don't find a way take down Black T-Rex, we'll never get out!' Max thought while gritting his teeth.
