Taking by surprise, Cody and Loona were looking at the three unusual demons at the front doors of the hotel. "There he is." said the female one in a British accent. She, and her two cohorts walked up to the human boy. "Wow, you are even cuter in person, love." she knelt down to get better eye contact on Cody. "Just look at those round cheeks on ya."
"Oh no, what are you all doing here?" said Angel Dust. He did not sound happy to see these three demons, and Fat Nuggets hid behind him, hissing at the three demons like a cat.
"What? I heard that the famous human kid was going to be here, and I might as well give him a little surprise visit. I mean, look at the adorable little baby. Still very young, so full of life, isn't he not?" Cody got mad at being called a baby, and pulled away from the three demons
"I'm not a baby!" said the human boy. "i'm nine years old!" then he crossed his arms with a pout to show how pissed off he was. "I listen to heavy metal, and i eat big boy burgers!"
"heavy metal?" said the female demon. "Pfft, that is so nineteen-eighties. Pure, utter, bullshit music that is fucking repulsive to the eardrums!"
"Hey! Don't you fucking insult my brother's taste in music like that, cunt!"
"easy, Loona." said Angel Dust. "They are Overlords."
"Overlords."
"That's right." said the demon with the television head. "Allow us to introduce ourselves. I am Vox."
"Name's Velvette, motherfuckers." said she
"and I am Valentino."
"Together, we are the Three Vs of Hell." said Vox.
"Look, I don't know what brought you here in the first place," said Charlie. "But you're making Cody uncomfortable. Not to mention, scaring my new guests. This is the best business time i had in a while now, and you guys are not... making it any better for me and my friends."
The three Vs frowned hearing this. "All we want is to meet the famous Cody Laurent himself." said Valentino.
"And of course, Velvette wanted a photo with him."
"Yeah, now come here, luv." said Velvette as she zoomed in and squished the right side of her face next to Cody's face, making him uncomfortable. But at least she wasn't really hurting or trying to kill him, which is good. The pony-tailed humanoid demon did a duck face and took a few selfies with Cody, despite the discomfort of the human boy. Loona just wanted to intervene and rip her face off for violating Cody's privacy like this.
Alas, these three are Overlords and Loona was, unfortunately, below these three demons, such as the life of a hellhound. "Look, Cody has an awesome taste in music." Loona said. "So you gotta respect his opinion. Everyone has a different taste."
As soon as Velvette was finally done with taking a few selfies with the human child, she looked at Loona with disdain, and said: "Sure, heavy metal and rock n roll was quite the fad in the old days, but now it's all about pop and hip-hop, and electronic. That is the fad today. And, one more thing," she pulled out some measuring tape to measure Cody's height and width.
"hey," Cody said, looking uncomfortable again. "Why are you measuring me?"
"Because that way, I can now figure out the kind of outfit and suits to design for a cutie like you. A handsome young boy like you deserves the best kind of wardrobe with the best kind of musicians and not some kind of... washed up bands on them.
"Nevermind Velvette." said Vox. "She can be a little... picky."
"That would be an understatement." Valentino rolled his eyes. "She's the most stubborn person i've known."
"Hey, you guys know that i'm the backbone of the gang, right? That makes me the leader. So just listen to me, and heed my instructions."
"Look, can you guys just get out of here?" said Loona. "The kid's already uncomfortable enough as it is."
"Guys, please leave. Or i'm gonna have to talk to my dad about this." Charlie sounded stern
"I'd listen to the king's daughter if i were you." said Vaggie. "Make her mad, you make Lord Lucifer mad. Unless you want to end up like Stella Goetia."
"Ok, ok, we'll go." said Velvette. "Don't worry, Cody. I'll have fhe best kind of threads for you soon."
"Thanks, but i like my shirts and clothes the way they are." Cody pointed
"You don't know what you're missing, love." Velvette sang. "Come on, gang. We're out of this failure of a hotel. Ooh! Gotta put these new pictures in ne profile."
The three overlords walked away and out of the Hotel after. "Shit. What is wrong with those people?" Asked Loona
"What isn't wrong with them?" Said Angel Dust. "Never trust a guy like Valentino. The fucker is very manipulative and and does anything to get his own way or any shit he wants to get."
"Hope they didn't give you a hard time, Cody." Said Vaggie.
"No i'm ok. But I wouldn't be friends with them." The boy admitted
"Pfft, only a retard would be friends with those people." Husk scoffed. "Trust me, Cody. You do yoyr best to avoid them at all costs."
"I can double confirm it." Said a snake-demon, or... more like a "cobra-demon" with frills on the side of his head. "Bessst to sssstay away from those three."
Cody had never seen him before. "Who are you?" he said.
"My name is Sir Pentiousss." said he. "A good friend of the Happy Hotel Gang. I've wanted to meet you for a while now, Cody." then the snake demon shook his hand. "But still, sssstay away from the Three V'sssss at all costsss. They are nothing but trouble.
"i believe you guys." Cody smirked.
"And i honestly like your tasssste in music." said the kind snake demon. "Don't ssssse a lot of kids liking the same mussssic as you do." he gave the boy a gentle nuzzle on the head with a scaly hand, making Cody chuckle a little. "Feel free to come to me for problems, and if ssssome punk triessss to hurt or kill you, i'll just bite them with my venom until they die."
"Very intimidating, snake boy." said Loona with her arms crossed. "But i'm sure i'll take care of any bad fuckers for him."
"Right, but i am jusssst lending a helping hand for him, Madame."
"Don't call me that." Loona narrowed her eyes at the snake demon.
"My apologiessss." then the snake demon looked at the human kid. "If you want to talk to me, or hang out, let me know."
"Thanks." the kid smiled. "So let's see how my dead friends are doing."
"Ooh, I can't wait to show you the progress of these people." Said Charlie with excitement.
"And business isssss booming, Cody. We have you to thank for it." Said Sir Pentious with a smile before patting the kid's head. Walking down many corridors and hallways, Loona was walking with her adopted brother and Charlie knocked on one door. When it opened, it revealed to be one of Cody's acquaintances, Hugo Benedict, who worked as a grocery store deli employee at a Kroger brand place. He looked like a ram a little bit as a sinner demon and his hands were replaced by knives with now fingers.
"Hugo." said Cody
"Cody!" said the former deli worker in happiness. The boy was about to hug his deceased friend, but the big guy stopped him. "Wait, wait, wait, i wouldn't if i were you." he held out his hands. "Not with these knives for hands, hehe."
"Oh. Right." the kid then backed away, not taking the risk of being accidentally sliced or stabbed by Hugo's new knife hands. "How are you learning how to use those?"
"Well..." the former deli worker looked a little uncomfortable about the question. "It... it sucks so much. Obviously, i can't pick up things with these little deathtraps on my wrists. How am I supposed to use these without killing someone?" then he groaned and knelt his head in shame. "Makes me feel lie Edward Scissorhands with these weapons."
"I told you, that i'm going to have some robot hands to replace the knife ones." said Charlie. "Sir Pentious is a master of inventing."
"It'sssss true." said Pentious. "I am almossst done with it. Just give it one more day, Mr. Benedict, and it will be ready before you can say 'fuck me hard'!"
"I'm already married." said Hugo.
"Oh. I was just making a point."
"Moving on now, before this gets even more awkward." Charlie laughed nervously.
"Should I be worried about those three demons?" asked Cody
"No, as long as you're with me, they'll never lay a harmful finger on you. And you got your crucifix and revolver on ya, right?"
"Right."
After leaving Hugo alone, Cody saw some of his deceased friends from school in many different forms. Animals, objects, monsters, mythical creatures, they were randomly transformed as soon as they were down here in Hell. When they saw Cody, they were happy to see him.
