AN-1: Hello Good people and welcome to the next chapter of Vortex Hunter and we continue as our group leaves Uzushio and begin their journey for the next three years until their return to Konoha or some of them going to Konoha. Now I have question to gauge people's opinion. Do you wish Satsuki to remain as the last member of the harem or someone else in Konoha or even from another place. Review with your choices. I won't have Naruto and company arrive in Konoha until chapter six, so if there is a big push to move Satsuki out. I can make those changes accordingly. Naruto stares at the ceiling of his old room with a groan escaping his lips as someone is sitting on his chest, "Can I help you Aria" he asks, his voice tinged with affection for the little girl. It has been a week since his escapade in nami and news is spreading of the heroic vortex heart and his cadre as the general public were unaware of gato's actions. Aria stares back at him with wide and innocent eyes, her arms clutching a stuffed slug to her chest. Her pink and white dress only adds to her cherubic appearance, "You know magic like my Dad did" aria asks, her voice filled with childlike curiosity.

"I do but you need to be bigger to learn" naruto replies, beating her to the punch and ruffling her hair. Aria puffs her cheeks and slides off his chest but naruto raises his right hand to create a small flame to aria's enjoyment, "Magic is not too different from Chakra.. Learn that first then maybe I can help with Magic" he says, patiently. The door opens and karin pokes her head in with kushina, "Lunch is ready" kushina says, her warm voice carrying across the room.

"Mom made cheesesteak sandwiches" karin says, her eyes lighting up with excitement. Aria hops off naruto's bed and the blond sits up to get off as well, "Extra cheese on mine" he says with a grin and karin nods, as he ruffles her hair a little. The two teens and toddlers make their way to the dining room, where rebecca and kaguya were seated with tsunade and tonton.

"Where's Shizune and Konan" naruto asks, his brow furrowing slightly.

"Konan still working at the hospital" tsunade says, her voice tinged with pride. Konan Atsuko is one of the prisoners found at gato's compound and the man planned to sell her in a slave auction. She decided to follow naruto and his cadre as they had saved her from such a horrid fate.

"Thanks for the food" everyone says and start eating. Naruto picks up half his cheesesteak as the extra cheese oozes from it, "You are going be backed up from all that cheese" veldora comments within naruto's mindscape.

"You're thinking about my bowel movements" naruto thought, continuing to eat with happy noises.

"Naruto.. Do you know where you and the others will head to train" tsunade says, after a sip of tea.

"I want to learn to fully control Veldora's chakra but also gain experience" naruto replies, after swallowing a mouthful.

"If that is the case.. You would need to head to Kumogakure" asakura says, cutting karin's sandwich.

"Why Kumo" kaguya asks, her rabbit ears twitching slightly as she turns her curious gaze towards asakura.

"Of all the nations with Jinchuriki.. Kumo has a track record of creating Perfect Jinchuriki.. Unlike the Unstable Mizukage of Kirigakure who many call the Perfect Jinchuriki.. Kumo has two True Perfect Jinchuriki.. Yugito Nii and holder of the Nibi and Killer-B holder of the Hachibi but he's also the Raikage's brother" asakura says, setting down karin's neatly cut sandwich and meets kaguya's inquisitive stare.

"Minato tangled a lot with Ei and Bee during the war" tsunade adds, after another sip of tea.

"To think Gyuki would get along with his Host.. Heh the world might end soon" veldora comments, his deep voice resonating.

"Gyuki is that bad" naruto thought, as asakura explains what perfect jinchuriki were.

"Gyuki is pretty Bull-headed.. Bad experiences when we were smaller" veldora says, shrugging his shoulders.

"So to become a Perfect Jinchuriki.. Naruto would need to go to Kumogakure" kushina says, her brow furrowed slightly.

"Wouldn't the Raikage recognize Naruto as the Hokage's son" rebecca questions, her brow furrowed with concern.

"Ay is a formidable man and he would undoubtedly recognize Naruto's lineage.. However he also deeply respects strength and family bonds above all else" asakura says, her expression growing somber. Lunch soon finishes and naruto heads out to the back grounds to work off his sandwich with rebecca and kaguya watching from the deck. Naruto summons bren and kaiser to watch him but also give tips as he brings out vortex gaze and a clone, that brings out vortex pain as both stare each other down.

"You possess affinities for Water and Air.. Both can be gentle but both can be very violent" bren says, observing. Naruto moves forward with a flurry of strikes as his clones block, parry or even counter his various strikes.

"From a Gentle Breeze to a Raging Hurricane or a Serene Lake to a Powerful Maelstrom.. Such is the power of Wind and Water" kaiser adds, his deep voice echoing. Gaze gains a sharpness as naruto add his fūton and wind elemancy to the sword. The clone counters with pain glowing a light blue and the blade seemingly flowing like water. The clash ramps up more as both pick up their speed as the swords become a flurry of movement, clangs and sparks as both circle each other. Naruto manages to disarm his clone into a spinning and upward slice to dispel the clone, before dispelling the sword with a roll of his neck. He then shifts into a stance of standing on his toes with his left outstretched and his right close to his chin.

"I wonder who he'll shadow box this time" rebecca says, her gaze fixed on his form. Naruto slowly closes his eyes as the sea wind washes over his body, before his left arm start move like piston on an imaginary opponent. His head moves on a swivel as he dodging punches as his left moves from right to left but right crashes forward. Rebecca and kaguya focus and can barely out the form of a stocky fighter's head flying back from naruto's right.

"It's like Naruto is conjuring an opponent from the Ether" a voice says and both look to see konan. She has fair skin with amber eyes and shoulder length blue hair, wearing a white blouse and black pants with a red scarf around her neck.

"It is known as Image Training" bren says, landing on the deck fence.

"So like Konan said.. Conjuring an opponent from his mind" rebecca says and bren nods her head. The three turn their attention back to naruto as his moves become more focused as the image's fist move faster and harder.

"His footwork.. His movements.. The image he created is strong" asakura remarks, standing behind the three girls with kushina.

"What is the image based on" kaguya inquires, her pale eyes alight with curiosity. Asakura watches naruto's movements as he seems to be bracing for punches from right to left but sending a vague outline of moves, "Naruto was a bit of bookworm in his younger days.. Something I believe you two know" she says glancing to rebecca and kaguya as both nod, confusing konan.

"When he was here.. He did the same between his training.. He read about many fighters and that built the image he is fighting by using a Genjutsu" asakura says, her gaze fixed on naruto moving through intricate stances.

"Genjutsu" rebecca repeats, her brow furrowing slightly in confusion.

"It is a self-inflicted one of sort" asakura says, seeing naruto's guard break open. The blond suddenly creates a gap into a full power right to his imagined opponent, sending him crashing back into the sand. Naruto releases a deep breath and falls on his rear with a sigh with a rub of his arms, "A little better" veldora says and naruto chuckles. He kips up and bring out a bo-staff from his armiger, before spinning around in right hand and closes his eyes once again. Naruto slowly starts move the staff around in what appears to an intricate dance, striking at invisible foes with precise thrusts of staff like a spear.

"Your weapons are extension of your limbs.. No matter the weapon" kaiser says and naruto imperceptibly. Naruto leaps with a burst of chakra into a spear thrust, landing in a front-flip to a crouch but springs up into a series of twirls of the staff and spins to bring the staff down to disturb the sand. He pulls back into another spin with staff to cut the air as if he was cutting a drop of water. Naruto halts and dispels the staff but just as quickly brings out vortex abandon to pull it taut, firing a burst of wind to create a small split of the water.

"Uncle Ravus... Mom... I will continue to grow stronger and perhaps someday.. I'll find the ones who took you away from me" naruto thought, his eyes narrowing with determination.

It would be a month later when naruto and companions would leave uzushio for the land of lightning and kumogakure. To get the five into the village asakura would have kushina and by extension naruto broker a treaty between kumo and uzushio. The terms were fair of trade between the two nations with uzushio possibly providing fuinjutsu seals of various varieties for a price. Kushina would say goodbye to her mother and baby sister but also aria, tsunade, shizune and tonton as naruto did the same.

There would two routes for the group to take with one being by sea and moving through frost country or travel by land. Naruto and company chose the latter as way to further train themselves but also incorporate konan into their group, teaching her some the skills they learned in the kingsglaive and crownguard. Konan would also learn their life stories of naruto's life in konoha until five, leaving with his uncle and traveling south to niflheim with kushina. Kaguya's life that her mother was assaulted by a hyuga clan member, to how her village was wiped by people working for the slave auction. To rebecca's family being killed and her being sold into slavery by a former friend of the family.

Konan told her own story of how she grew in the country of Amegakure, a place of perpetual battles and rain. How family attempted to escape Hanzo the Salamander's isolationist actions at the cost of her father but slavers would kill her mother and would sell her to gato. This talk about their lives further joined the group but also added konan to their merry band of misfits. The group would skirt along the coast of fire country up towards hot-water country, dealing with bandits and helping small villages. Each time naruto would use the name vortex heart, something the others adopted as well with kushina taking the name Vortex Spade. Kaguya taking Vortex Club, rebecca going for Vortex Diamond and konan going with Vortex Ace. The hoods of their frock coats hid their faces with kaguya and konan buying hooded cloaks.

*Hot Water Country*

Naruto and company could barely hold their stomachs at the sight before them of several people killed in a variety of ways, "So you don't know who is killing the people" he says his voice low and his hood hiding his face. The man behind them shakes his head with a frightened look on his face, "N-no.. W-we thought it was a man called Hidan from the now defunct Yugakure no Sato but he left country some two years ago" he says, disgust in his tone.

"Why did you think was him" konan asks and the man points to the symbol carved into a woman's forehead of upside-down triangle in a circle.

"The Symbol of Jashin" naruto says and the man nods rapidly, "I read about Hidan.. That he practices the way of Jashin and is immortal" the blond adds.

"I read that too but how is he immortal" kushina says, her eyes flicking from each body but naruto shrugs.

"Will you help us" the man says, his eyes pleading.

"We'll investigate.. I'm Vortex Heart.. They are Spade.. Club.. Diamond and Ace" naruto says, a grim expression beneath the shadows of his hood.

"Thank you for helping us.. I am Mukage... Follow me and we'll get you a place to stay" the man says, wringing his hands. Naruto gives the bodies one last look and follows the others with mukage into a small town, which has hot spring inn after hot spring inn. Mukage got them two conjoined room in one of the best inns in town as a down payment for dealing with the person responsible. Naruto would remain in his section of the room as the girls decided to check out the hot springs of the inn.

"This will delay us getting to Kumo" kaguya says, sinking into the hot spring surrounded by a stones with tall bamboo walls around them.

"Ahhh.. Maybe but it allows up to gain some notoriety" kushina says, liking the feel of the water as rebecca and konan follow suit.

"Can I ask something" konan ventures and the three nod, "What is Naruto to you.. Comrades or something more" she adds, her amber eyes flicking between the three of them.

"He's our boyfriend" kushina says, glancing to rebecca and kaguya with both nodding from a silent understanding.

"Before we left Insomnia.. We agreed to share Naruto.. We may still be young but we love Naruto" rebecca adds with a gentle smile and eye shining with affection.

"He saved us and deserves all the happiness he can get" kaguya says, her rabbit ears twitching as she speaks. Konan looks down at the steaming water and could see her reflection rippling on the surface, "I see" she says but kushina and rebecca could see that konan may have a crush on their blond.

"To change the subject but do you we think we'll find the person doing the killing" rebecca says, her brow furrowing with concern.

"You saw the bodies.. I doubt someone who did such a thing would keep a low profile" kushina says, as konan and kaguya cover their mouths with unpleasant memories resurfacing. Footsteps echo and all four girls look to see a gorgeous woman approaching the spring. She has a breathtaking figure with a slender waist, wide hips and large breasts with cascading raven hair to the middle of her back, her eyes were also a haunting jade green.

"Ara.. Hello Ladies and here I thought this spring was empty" the woman says, stepping into the water and removing her towel from her curvaceous form.

"Hello Ms..." kushina says, her violet eyes roaming over the woman's flawless form.

"You can call me Mihime" the woman said with a sultry smile, her jade eyes roaming over the quartet appreciatively as the girls introduce themselves and their gazes lingering on mihime's flawless curves.

"You seem a little young to be on your own.. There is a killer on the loose" mihime says, arching an elegant eyebrow.

"We're trained" kushina says evenly and mihime's green eyes widen slightly.

"Kunoichi... Interesting" mihime says and runs her smaller towel along her forehead, "Tell me Girls.. Have you heard of the Hot Spring where you can see those who have died" she adds, beads of water trailing down her porcelain skin.

"People who have died?!" rebecca says, her eyes widening.

"Surely something like that doesn't exist" konan says, though a hint of uncertainty crept into her tone. Mihime's smile widens and revealing pearly white teeth, "Oh but it does" she said with a wink and saunters away, leaving the girls to ponder her words.

"Think she is telling the truth" kushina says, once mihime was out of earshot.

"I got a bad vibe from her" kaguya says, unaware of how right she is. They leave the hot spring and dry off to slip on their blue striped robes and make their way back to their room. Kushina knocks on naruto's door and the blond opens it as the four enter, "Was the hot spring good" he asks, as the four enter and make themselves comfortable.

"It was.. You should try it" kushina says, sinking on the bed.

"We also heard a story that one of the hot spring that can let you see the dead" rebecca says, her brow furrowed slightly.

"That's certainly an odd tale" naruto says, eyeing his companion with a puzzled expression.

"But the person who told us.. Gave off this strange vibe" kaguya adds, her pale eyes reflecting her curiosity. Naruto cups his chin in thought and mulling over the peculiar tale, "We'll explore the village more and ask around" he says, glancing to the others for affirmation.

"Well.. We're going to get some food" kushina says, her crimson tresses bouncing and naruto nods.

"I'll check out the hot spring" naruto says, as the four go through the door conjoining their room.

"A hot spring to see the dead" veldora comments, his voice amused. Naruto leaves his room in thought but the dragon could tell the blond was curious, "It may just be stories to get people to check their hot spring" naruto thought, his steps carrying him to the bath area. He takes a shower to clean himself up and finally makes his way to the hot spring with a towel around his waist, showing off his tattoos of a silver and blue phoenix around his left arm with a lion-tiger hybrid on his back.

"I doubt such a hot spring would exist" bren comments, as the blond slips into the water and winces a little from the heat.

"You're probably right.. Regardless.. We'll check things out because my instincts are telling me this town is off" naruto concedes, his thoughts churning.

[Music: Hidan Theme - Naruto Ost]

The agonizing screams of tortured souls echo through the cavernous depths, where robed figures bearing the carved symbol of jashin on their foreheads carry out their brutal rituals. The victims were mentally gone from the torture and madness of their captors, "Your deaths are in service Jashin" one howls, stabbing a young woman multiple times and her cries lost in the cacophony of madness. Others were doing the same and screaming about jashin as another two robed figures enter from a path under the roots of a tree. One removes their hood to reveal mihime and other being mukage, "The girls are Kunoichi" she says, a smile on face and the sounds a delight to her twisted mind.

"I don't know which village they are from but they fell for my cover story concerning the sacrifices" mukage says, his head bowed. Mihime shifts her gaze to a long tub on a raised section, "No matter.. These Kunoichi will be fitting sacrifices to Jashin and grant me Immortality" she says, approaching the tub and striping off her robe with her bare skin glistening in the lights. She climbs into the tub as a few of her followers drag several girls towards her. The captive kunoichis' eyes wide with terror as they were forced to kneel at the edge of the tub. Their captors slit their throats without hesitation, allowing their blood to flow freely into the tub. Mihime moans as she feels the warm blood touching her skin, "Ahh.. Blood always allows me to remain this beautiful and once I gain immortality.. Not even Hidan can stop me" she says, her voice dripping with malice. The gruesome ritual continues as mihime's followers relentlessly sacrifice more girls, their blood filling the tub until it is halfway full. The cavern walls seem to absorb the screams, echoing the tortured cries back in a haunting chorus.

"What shall we do with one known as Heart" mukage says, his voice low. Mihime cups some blood and raises it to cover her face with some slipping down her throat, "Leave him a trail to follow and kill him.. Also have some spread the story of the Hot spring" she says, her tone laced with glee.

"As you command" mukage says and bows at the waist, his face hidden beneath the shadows of his cloak. Mihime continues her blood bath while moaning in ecstasy as the warm liquid envelopes her body. Her fingers trail down her stomach, dipping below the surface as she pleasures herself, unaware that her dream of eternal life would remain simply a dream. The cultists drag more captive kunoichi forward as their eyes were wide with terror, adding to the steady flow of blood that filled the tub. The metallic scent hangs thick in the air and mingling with the cries of agony that reverberate through the cavern. [song ends]

Naruto moves swiftly through forest on the trail of his quarry after spending a week in this hot spring town, while kushina and the other were chasing the rumor of a hot spring allowing one to see their deceased friends or family. The five were starting to see that the townspeople of this small hot spring town were off. However naruto and his comrades notice some dark machinations among the people, causing the blond to take steps on the matter.

"Up ahead" bren says, flying above naruto at the size of a raven. Naruto sees a person in a black cloak squatting over a visitor of the town, "What are you doing?!" he shouts, his voice echoing through the forest. The figure slowly rises and turns to naruto with blood dripping from their left hand but a scythe on their right hand. The scythe itself is red and silver with two blades etched in jashin symbols.

"Ohh.. Another Sacrifice to Jashin" the figure says, revealing his masculine voice.

"So you're the culprit" naruto says, his eyes narrowing. The figure removes their cloak and tosses it aside to reveal a sickly-looking man with short blond hair spiked up on the sides, and a couple of strands falling over his forehead. He has red eyes that are deeply sunken in and an earring in his left ear, wearing a long dark coat with a high collar, pants and sandals.

"My name is Ryuki and you will be my Sacrifice" the figure says, a crazed smile and eyes on his face as naruto tenses.

"I don't think so" naruto says, his voice low and dangerous.

"Your blood will be an offering to Jashin and your soul will be forever tortured in the depths of oblivion" ryuki says, his eyes gleam with madness as he twirls his scythe. Bren lets out a shrill caw while circling overhead as naruto slips into a defensive stance, "You'll have to go through me first" he says, his fingers cracking as he prepares to bring out his weapons. Naruto narrows his eyes and brings out vortex-pain with a serious look, "Well come and try" he says, bracing for the impending attack. Ryuki blitzes with a flurry of strikes and they have no rhythm or reason as naruto parries each, "Come on Bleed for me" ryuki howls, his eyes wide with madness. Naruto retreats with a skid and breaks right towards a tree to run but ryuki slices into the tree, causing it fall but naruto comes down with helm break. Ryuki gets his scythe up to block as his boots dig into the dirt but the crazed look doesn't leave his face. Naruto dispels pain and grabs the scythe to monkey-flip ryuki over him. Ryuki crashes to the ground as naruto kips up but the crazed man only laughs, "Hahahaha.. I can't wait to sacrifice you to Jashin... Though I would prefer that bunny girl but Mihime will have her and those other girls" ryuki says, staggering to his feet.

"What?!" naruto says, his eyes narrowing.

"Those girls with you will be sacrificed to make Mihime Immortal like Hidan" ryuki says, his mad laughter morphing into mad giggling.

"So Mihime is the mastermind of this little charade" naruto says, his voice low and dangerous.

"Correct and if you were to get past me.. Hehehehe.. Mihime will have killed them all already" ryuki taunts but to his shock naruto starts laughing with him to the mad man's shock.

"I think you need to reverse that statement.. Mihime will be killed by them" naruto counters, his confidence unwavering. Ryuki's crazed look shifts into a murderous one as he slowly crouches to pick his scythe, "You will pay for besmirching Mihime" he hisses. Naruto brings out the vortex fangs and flips both into a reverse grip with cross-guard stance. Ryuki makes the first move with a wide swing of his scythe but naruto blocks, before ducking under the scythe to rush towards ryuki. He quickly yanks on the scythe to try and pierce naruto from behind but the blond kawarimi's with a log.

"Arghh" ryuki screams, as one of the vortex fangs pierces his right shoulder. Naruto holds vortex abandon with the other vortex fang as an arrow, before releasing and the force behind it sheers off ryuki's left arm at the shoulder. Ryuki clutches his stump with wide eyes to point of being bloodshot, "Y-you.. O-only give me pleasure" he stammers, a twisted grin forming on his face. Naruto pulls on his bow with a blank look, "Then allow me to give you the Little Death" he says, firing a few wind arrows. They pierce ryuki in the chest, stomach and forehead as the crazed man falls with a look of pleasure etched on his face.

"What a disgusting man" bren says, her voice laced with disgust. Naruto stares at ryuki's corpse and points his left hand, "Abolishing Flame" he utters, as a blue flame erupts from his hand to incinerate ryuki's body.

"To take such pleasure in death... It's sickening" bren says, landing on naruto's shoulder.

"I wonder if the others are finished" naruto says, before heading back to town. A sudden gust of wind whips through the area, carrying with it the scent of ash and a faint but lingering scream that seems to echo from the very depths of the earth itself.

Mihime stares in horror as her carefully crafted plan for eternal life goes up in flames at the hands of four teen girls. The plan was simple as she would perform the ritual of immortality with twenty girls and she had already sacrificed sixteen for it, using various travelers and spreading the story of the hot spring capable of showing one's deceased loved ones. The town is filled with her followers so no one was the wiser if tourists were killed, it would be easily to blame bandits or missing-nin and the town would profit by using the tourists' belongings by selling them.

"T-they were supposed to be weak girls" mihime thought, her mind reeling as her grand scheme unraveled. Rebecca is blowing out kneecaps and limbs with her quicksilvers, while kushina is tearing through mihime's followers with her chain-sword. Konan is using the hot spring as a water source for various suiton jutsu and paper shuriken, that are as lethal as metal ones and kaguya uses her magic to stop mihime's followers. Mihime grabs a spear with a crazed look on her face and charges towards kaguya to perform a cursed technique on her but she cries out as right knee cap explodes with a shower of blood.

"You little Bitch" mihime shrieks, now on the ground with her right leg mangled and now useless.

"You're the Bitch.. Killing innocent people for your stupid ritual" kushina says, her chain-sword at the ready.

"How Dare you besmirch Lord Jashin" mihime hisses, her lips twisting into a snarl. Rebecca points her quicksilvers at mihime, "We Dare because your God doesn't deserve respect" rebecca says, her gaze unwavering. Mihime struggles to move as her body is wracked with agony as she lays on the ground. Her eyelids grow heavy and a warm haze washes over her as kaguya's powerful spell takes effect, stealing her consciousness. As darkness claims her but the twisted grin she had worn moments ago fades to be replaced by a look of sheer terror etched upon her features.

"You Girls have finished" kaiser says, his teeth and claws stained with the blood of mihime's followers. Kushina creates a few clones to lead the survivors out as she picks up mihime and lays her on kaiser, "Has Naruto made it back to the town" kushina says, her brow furrowed with concern. Kaguya closes her eyes and looks through her swallows of air, "Yes.. He's in the center of the town with Mukage" she says, his voice calm and measured.

"Can you teleport us" kushina says, her gaze hardening with resolve. Kaguya holds her staff with both hands as the others group up as kaguya channels her magic as the surrounding blur and shift from the cavern to the town square. Kaiser dispels and drops mihime on her stomach with her face in the dirt as the others see naruto having a sword pointed as mukage but also see villagers approaching.

"M-mukage.. K-kill them" mihime sputters, now awake but her voice weak and strained. Naruto glances back to the crippled woman, "There we have confirmation you belong to her Cult" he says, his tone laced with contempt. Mukage swallows hard with his adam's apple bobbing against the blade's edge, "S-she forced me" he whispers, his voice trembling. Naruto narrows his eyes and looks over the villagers, "So she forced you All to perpetrate her and her cults murders.. Yet you wear expensive jewelry or possess trinkets from travelers" he says but two clones pop to life, before henging into a mother and daughter that elicit gasps of horror of the crowd.

"When Kushina and the others told me about the spring.. I wanted to test theory.. Something I saw in the past" naruto says and all but konan frown, confusing her.

"W-we killed them" mihime hisses through gritted teeth but screams as rebecca blows out her other kneecap.

"Yes you did.. That girl over there has the doll of the child... You people are accessories to their crimes for your own greed" naruto says and the villagers try to defend themselves. Declaring the springs were starting to dry up and other towns were prospering, when mihime offered them the wares of the dead they took it.

"You killed Innocent People" kushina shouts, ringing with outrage and they continue to defend their actions. Mihime tries to crawl pass naruto and his group but the blond manifests a silver great sword to drive it into mihime's back, causing her to scream in a twisted amalgamation of agony and perverse pleasure.

"You people are Vile and have taught your children such actions... However that will be your undoing.. The moment you killed those two.. I sent messages to Every village around this town.. They will know Every One of your crimes.. That will be your Judgement and I pray to God.. That you relive Every Craven.. Selfish and Vile act you've committed" naruto says, his eyes blazing in righteous fury.

"W-who are you to Judge us?!" mihime spits, her words dripping with defiance even as her body convulses in agony. Kushina twists the blade deeper into mihime's back, "We may be children but we have seen the horrors people can commit... However I hope Every One of you feel the same pain you brought upon those who's deaths you profited upon" kushina says with her eyes harden in resolve, before ripping out the sword and slicing off mihime's head. The teens give one last look at the people and leave the town but the country itself. Their enjoyment of hot springs nearly irreparably damaged as they leave hot water country, each of them trying to come to terms with what they witnessed and nightmares haunting them for a few weeks. Their journey takes them through the vast expanse of Frost Country, the name proving ironic as not a single crystalline flake graces the landscape until they near the borders of Lightning. The barren plains stretch endlessly before them, a stark contrast to the verdant valleys they left behind.

"It's like a different world out here" naruto remarks, his gaze sweeping across the desolate terrain.

"I've never seen such a barren looking landscape" konan says, nodding in agreement and her amber eyes scanning the horizon.

"Well.. We're nearing the Land of Lightning.. From what I've read.. It's a country of mountain ranges and rivers heading towards the ocean itself with a crooked coastline" kaguya chimes in, her rabbit-like ears twitching.

"They say the Land of Lightning is known for its notorious lightning storms and monsoon-like weather in some areas" kushina adds, her crimson tresses whipping in the wind.

"Sounds exciting" naruto grins, his eyes sparkling with anticipation. As they venture into lightning, the group encounter numerous bandits and a few weak missing-nin along the way. They honed their skills with each encounter and gain notoriety throughout the country, their name preceding them even before reaching kumogakure. The journey is not without its challenges by seeing fierce lightning storms and torrential downpours assail them, inundating the group on several occasions. Konan and kaguya use this as a chance to revel in the rain, something they eagerly dragged naruto and the others into, their laughter echoing through the thunderous skies. They traverse the treacherous mountain ranges, their path winding ever closer to their destination. They finally crest a towering peak and the sight of kumogakure greets them, the village hidden among the clouds itself, a testament to the land's unpredictable nature.

"It's incredible" naruto breathes, his gaze sweeping over the majestic landscape.

"Truly a village befitting its name" kaguya says with a nod, her rabbit-like ears twitching as she takes in the sights.

"We should proceed with caution" konan cautions, her amber eyes scanning the terrain.

"Indeed.. We mustn't let our guard down.. Even within the village walls" rebecca says, being ever the pragmatic one with a nod of agreement.

*Kumogakure no Sato*

The Yondaime Raikage Ei Yotsuki sits at his desk with a pen in his right hand and a fifty-pound dumbbell in his left. He has dark skin with a large muscular build, white hair combed back, a small moustache and goatee. His face has pronounced cheekbones and tear troughs under his eyes, and a prominent crease across his forehead. He wears a white haori without a shirt and large, golden vambraces on his wrists. He also wears a gold belt around his waist with a boar's face engraved in the center, black pants with kumo style shin guards and shinobi sandals. A sudden knock at the door breaks his rhythm, "Enter" ei rumbles, his deep voice filling the room. The door opens and ei looks up to see his secretary Mabui, "Ei-sama.. We have a small group from Uzushio" she says, her voice crisp and professional.

"Uzushio" ei says, his brow furrowed at the mention of the distant village and mabui nods. She has mocha skin with green eyes and light grey hair pulled back into a bun with two bangs that fall on either side of her face. She wears a dark long-sleeve, high-collar dress shirt-skirt combo, along with a pair of long earrings and high-heel sandals.

"Yes.. One of them is daughter of Asakura Uzumaki and another to me resembles Minato Namikaze" mabui says and ei places his dumbbell down.

"Where are they" ei says, intrigued with an arch of an eyebrow.

"They are in one of the meeting rooms and had a scroll with details of a possible alliance" mabui says, handing ei the scroll. He opens it and reads the details about uzushio willing to sell various fuinjutsu based items, even offering to teach their ninja iryojutsu through tsunade senju.

"Interesting.. Bring me Asakura's daughter and Minato's supposed son" ei says and mabui bows at the waist. Ei sits to await the pair but someone decides to involve themselves, "Yo Brotha" shouts one Killer-B and his younger brother, slamming the door open.

"What are you doing here Bee" ei says, letting out an exasperated sigh. Bee has dark skin having a muscular build with white hair and a goatee, oval-shape sunglasses and a white hitai-ate. He wears a one-strap-over-one-shoulder flak jacket, and a long, red rope belt tied around his waist, the standard kumo hand and shin guards, shinobi sandals, and a white scarf around his neck with seven swords.

"Mista Eight sensed Mista Nine in the village" bee says and rapping his words with ease.

"Shut up Bee.. Prepare yourself" the Hachibi or Gyuki says, grumbling infecting his tone. The door opens as if on cue with mabui entering followed naruto and kushina but ei narrows his eyes while studying the pair, though his gaze is towards the blond and his features.

"Hello Yondaime-sama.. My name is Kushina Uzumaki and this my friend Naruto Nox Fleuret" kushina greets with a respectful bow.

"Nox Fleuret" ei questions with curiosity and naruto slowly nods, "Why not Namikaze" he adds, shocking bee.

"He's the Yellow Flash's.. Little Flash" bee says, his eyes widening behind his sunglasses. Ei leans forward on his desk with his eyes on naruto, "Well.. Why are you Uzushio and not Konoha" he says, his intense gaze fixed on naruto.

"It's a complicated matter Yondaime-sama" naruto says with unwavering confidence but sees bee staring at him.

"Gyuki must have sensed me" veldora says, his arms folded in the mindscape.

"I see.. So why does the Whirlpool Maiden want to align with Kumo.. Aren't they Konoha's allies" ei says, his eyes narrowing. Kushina's expression hardens as she looks at naruto with concern, "Our alliance with Konoha is almost nonexistent.. So mom wants to look for greener acres.. Everything written in the scroll is what Uzushio is offering" she states firmly. Ei taps the scroll a few times with a nod, "I can see that but my curiosity on why the Kiiroi Senko's son is here in Kumo... So sate my curiosity and I may accept an alliance between Kumo and Uzushio" he says, his calculating gaze on both. Kushina glances to naruto with a soft and reassuring look on her face but before she could tell him he didn't have to, the blond raises his hand to stop her.

"I'm sure every major nation has heard about the Kyubi incident" naruto says and ei nods, "Well... My mother Lunafreya Nox Fleuret sealed the Kyubi inside me.. Mere hours after I was born by invoking the Shinigami and using a seal made by the Uzumaki" he continues, his voice steady.

"Lunafreya Nox Fleuret was your mother.. I've heard about the Oracle Healer" mabui says and naruto nods, "My condolences" she adds with a hint of awe in her tone, causing naruto to nod once again.

"So Konoha got their hands on the Strongest Biju and its Jinchuriki is the Kiiroi Senko's own son" ei says, stroking his chin contemplatively.

"Son would be a loose term in Minato's mind.. To him I am a Bastard from his southern fling... He married the Fire Lord's Grandniece and she gave him two daughters... In his eyes They could do No wrong and I could Only do wrong" naruto says with bitter tone and clenching his fist tightly.

"His fears of Jinchuriki pushed me away and at five I left Konoha for Niflheim with my uncle" naruto adds, his expression hardening and a hint of resentment passing over his features.

"So he let the Jinchuriki of the Strongest Biju.. Leave with no fuss" ei questions with his gaze sharpening and naruto nods, looking the kage in his eyes.

"Konoha is a superstitious place and the villagers but also their ninja have preconceived notion when it concerns Jinchuriki.. The Mad Mizukage comes to mind" naruto says, his gaze unwavering.

"I thought Minato Namikaze was a noble man but to abandon his own son in such a manner is quite shameful" mabui comments, a frown marring her features.

"So why did you come with Little Red.. Little Nine" bee interjects, his tone casual yet probing.

"Lady Asakura told me that Kumo has trained Perfect Jinchuriki and I want to do the same and become a Perfect Jinchuriki as well to use Veldora's power" naruto says, his expression resolute and ei stares at the young blond before him.

"Why should Kumo train you to become a Perfect Jinchuriki.. Are you going to become a ninja of Kumogakure" ei says, his gaze appraising.

"No but you can say to the world that you trained Minato Namikaze's son better than he Ever could" naruto says, a slight smirk tugging at his face. Ei leans back in chair and pushes it back to rise to his feet, before rounding the desk to loom over naruto in thought.

"Bee... Take him and his little group to the Unraikyō.. Test his mettle" ei says with a contemplative expression.

"You got it Brotha.. Follow me Little Nine.. It's time I shine" bee says, his sunglasses glinting.

Naruto and his group look around in awe of the breathtaking of unraikyō or Valley of Clouds and Lightning as it is a large water-filled valley covered in clouds. They were walking down a very long length of steps that were adorned with eastern dragons as bee is rapping nonstop, something that is annoying to both kushina and rebecca. Kushina shoots naruto a pointed look, silently pleading for him to make the eccentric jinchuriki stop but naruto simply shrugged helplessly. The group of six soon reach the bottom of the stairs to a large area but naruto sees four people already there.

"Raiton: Shiro Raikyū" one shouts, her hands crackling with white lightning. She is a girl around naruto's age with blonde hair cut in an asymmetrical bob and has ice-blue eyes, wearing a grey outfit with fingerless white gloves on.

"Samui is shining with her White Lightning" bee comments, a hint of pride in his voice.

"Looks we get to meet the Hellcat herself" veldora comments, his voice echoing. Naruto sees another woman with long, straight, blonde, hair bound with taut bandages, dark eyes and red lipstick. She wears a short-sleeve black and purple blouse and black pants, both of which have a design similar to clouds on them, purple fingerless gloves and a chain of blue beads wound around her left hand, as a touch if mystique to her appearance.

"Yo Darui.. Shee.. Yugito and Samui.. I brought some new friends to meet Thee" bee shouts, getting their attention.

"Seems Bee brought Veldora's host here" a voice says, within yugito's mind.

"He's Veldora's Jinchuriki Matatabi" yugito thought but glances to see samui has a little pink on her cheeks, "Fufufufu.. Seems Samui instantly likes him" she thought, a sly grin on her face.

"Who are they Lord Bee" shee says, his eyes scanning the newcomers with a mixture of curiosity and wariness. He has dark eyes and short, blond hair parted in the front. He wears a sleeveless, black shirt with a one-strap-over-one-shoulder white flak jacket, black hitai-ate, black, elbow-length arm-guards, and the red and white shin-guards along with a pair of sandals.

"This is Naruto Nox Fleuret... Kushina Uzumaki... Rebecca Victoria... Kaguya Otsuki and Konan Atsuko" bee introduces and the five newcomers wave in greeting.

"They are Darui... Shee... Samui and Yugito" bee adds, gesturing towards the kumo shinobi. Samui's gaze immediately locks onto kaguya's rabbit-like ears and her eyes widen in surprise, "Are those real" she asks, pointing towards the demihuman's distinctive features.

"They are.. I am from Niflheim and I am a Demihuman" kaguya says, a small smile tugging at her lips.

"They are pretty rare this far north" darui says, his voice laced with intrigue. He is a fairly tall and dark-skinned with a slightly bulbous nose, black eyes, and shaggy, white hair that covers his left eye. He wears a high-collar, sleeveless uniform with loose fitting pants, bandages on his wrists and the one-strap-over-one-shoulder flak jacket.

"Why are they here" yugito inquires, her sharp gaze scanning the group with a hint of suspicion. Bee places a hand on naruto's right shoulder with a wide grin stretching across his face, "Little Nine wants to fully shine" he announces, his voice brimming with enthusiasm.

"Little Nine" darui says, his breath hitching as understanding settles in.

"Brotha wants me to spar with him.. Sorry to interrupt your party" bee says, his tone unapologetic.

"Spar" yugito comments, her eyes narrowing slightly.

"To think the Boss would allow this" darui says, shaking his head slightly in disbelief.

"Perhaps it is because my father is Minato Namikaze" naruto comments, his gaze firm but unwavering.

"You're the Yellow Flash's Son?!" yugito says, shocking the four kumo ninja.. Naruto unzips his frock coat and hands it to kushina, "Unfortunately but he fears me instead of caring for me" he says, a bitter smile tugging at his lips. Bee lets out a hearty laugh with his deep voice echoing through the training grounds, "Ready Little Nine?!" he shouts, excitement coursing through his veins. Naruto pops his joints with a roll of his neck as everyone moves back, while bee starts writing in a small notebook but puts it away and tosses his seven swords into the air. Bee allows the swords to fall and he holds the seven blades in between his left armpit, both elbows, right leg, stomach, the right side of his neck, and in his mouth.

"Seven swords" naruto thought, bring out vortex pain as the magnificent sword materializes from thin air.

"He manifested a sword from thin air" samui says, her eyes widening in disbelief.

"A summon" yugito questions, her brow furrowed in contemplation.

"More along the lines of a Bloodline" kushina interjects, her voice tinged with pride as she gazes upon naruto's display of power. The tension in the air is palpable as the atmosphere is charged with anticipation. Naruto tightens his grip on vortex pain, his muscles coiled and ready to spring into action at a moment's notice.

A small stand-off starts as naruto shifts into a gatotsu stance as bee stands motionless, his hidden eyes betraying no hint of his next move. In a blur of motion, the hachibi host leaps into a front spin, unleashing a furious barrage of strikes. Naruto parries with precision and his blade a whirlwind of steel as he counters bee's nonsensical attacks. The kumo ninja dances around him with his seven swords weaving an intricate pattern that defy prediction. A mule kick catches naruto off guard, sending him flying backwards. Bee launches after him with his swords slicing through the air in a relentless onslaught. Naruto lands with a grunt but sidesteps and dodges as bee's blades rain down, scooping them up as he evades each strike. Naruto continues to try and force his way through bee's defense but the kumo ninja parries each attack, cutting naruto in various places on his body.

"He's good with Seven swords" veldora comments with a begrudging respect, as naruto skids to a halt and shoots forward with a stinger but bee dodges. Naruto narrowly dodges bee's downward boot and manages to get his sword up to block the downward sword strike but it leaves him open for bee to send him crashing to the ground with several bone-jarring rolls, losing vortex pain in the process.

"I'm impressed he's lasted this long with against Bee's Seven-sword Style" yugito comments, her brow furrowed with contemplation.

"What is up with his moves.. I can even predict where he's going to strike" kushina says, shaking her head in bewilderment.

"That's what makes Lord Bee dangerous" darui says but his eyes widen, as naruto weaves signs and links his hands together.

"Ranton: Laser Circus" naruto shouts, firing several light blue lasers.

"He's knows the Ranton?!" shee says, his jaw dropping.

"I see.. So that's another reason he came to Kumo.. As we are known for our Ranton users" yugito says, her brow furrowed.

"How can he know the Ranton" samui says with her eyes wide, seeing bee dodge naruto's attack.

"Jinchuriki can gain a pseudo Kekkei Genkai from their Biju.. You've seen my flames" yugito says, her gaze unwavering and samui nods.

"Well the Kyubi is known as the Storm Dragon.. So he's gained the Storm Release" yugito explains, her tone laced with a hint of admiration. Naruto rushes forward and brings out vortex gaze as he channels raiton through the sword but bee smirks as he channels raiton as well. Their blades meet as naruto fails to overpower bee, "Float like Butterfly" bee says, raising his right arm and leg in fluid motion. Bee parries naruto's blade and skewers the blond with five of his blades, "Stinging like a Killer Bee" bee says, to kushina and the others shock.

"Naruto!" kushina and the others cry out in unison as the blond crashes to the ground, his body riddled with wounds as bee rushes towards him. However the hachibi jinchuriki halts in his tracks as this time it is the kumo group in shock as twenty blades were pointed at bee.

"Whoa Little Nine.. No need turn me into a porcupine" bee quips, his tone light but his eyes betraying a hint of wariness. [song end]

Naruto has his right hand raised with one eye open due to the pain and his breath heavy but falls on his back as his swords fade into dust. Kushina and the other rush to naruto's side to pull out the swords as kaguya starts to heal him.

"Little Nine really did Shine" bee says but sees kushina glaring at him, causing him to back off. Yugito stares at the young blond in thought but is impressed with the skills he has shown, "He can become quite the ninja" she thought to herself. Naruto slowly get to his feet with a groan, "I can see why you were a contemporary to my father" he acknowledges with his gaze on bee.

"Yellow Flash is a powerful guy and makes his opponents cry" bee says with a nod, a hint of pride in his voice.

"So will you teach me to fully use Veldora's chakra" naruto says, his expression hardening with determination. Yugito crosses her arms with her expression stern, "One spar with Bee doesn't mean we'll teach you.. You have to earn it" she says, her eyes narrowed as naruto meets her gaze with an unyielding stare of his own.

"Hey.. Hey.. Kitty.. Kitty.. Little Nine's got time" bee says, his voice carrying a rhythm.

"Don't start with your rapping nonsense." yugito says, shooting him an annoyed glance.

"Aw c'mon Yugito.. Don't be a party pooper.. The kid's got skills.. Can't you see.. He's a real trooper" bee grins, undeterred.

"Let me prove myself.. I'll do whatever it takes" naruto says, stepping forward and his eyes alight with determination. Yugito studies him for a moment and her expression unreadable, "Very well.. We'll put you through a series of trials to test your abilities.. But be warned.. They won't be easy" she says, finally with a sigh.

"I'll do what I must" naruto says with a nod, his jaw set.

"That's the spirit little Nine!.. You'll be spitting flames like a dragon in no time" bee says, clapping naruto on the back and nearly knocking the wind out of him. Kushina and the others watch the exchange with varying degrees of concern and curiosity.

"Looks like we'll be here awhile.. We should find accommodations for an extended stay" rebecca said, breaking the silence.

"There are some decent hotels in Kumogakure. We can get you settled in" darui says, as yugito is arguing with bee. The group made their way back to the village as shee leads them to a modest but comfortable hotel, getting checked in at the desk,

"These rooms should suffice.. You'll have everything you need during your stay" shee said, handing out keys. The group disperse to their respective rooms as naruto enters his room with a sigh, beginning to unpack things from several scrolls and then plops on his bed. The spacious room is adorned with elegant furnishings and warm hues, exuding an air of comfort and luxury. He goes take a quick shower in the adjoining bathroom, shedding his clothes along the way. The warm water cascades over his toned form as he steps into the walk-in shower, the invigorating spray washing away the remnants of his contemplative state. He lathers his body with fragrant soap, relishing in the soothing sensation that envelopes him.

"Whatever lies ahead.. You can overcome them" veldora said reassuringly.

"Veldora is right Naruto.. You possess strength beyond measure and we will be by your side" bren said, her melodic voice resonating with wisdom. Kaiser lets out a low but rumbling growl of affirmation, his piercing gaze conveying unwavering loyalty. Naruto feels a surge of gratitude and determination wash over him as with his trusted companions by his side. He can face any challenge that awaits him. Naruto soon emerges from the bathroom after thoroughly rinsing off, a towel wrapped around his waist. He strides over to his suitcase, retrieving a pair of comfortable jeans and a casual orange polo shirt. He dries off and slips into the garments, completing his ensemble with a pair of tennis shoes, their pristine white canvas a stark contrast against the vibrant hue of his shirt. A knock at the door startles him from his reverie goes to open it, finding his four companions standing before

"We're doing a date night... One of the four of us is getting a date tonight" kushina declares, a mischievous glint in her eyes as she leads the girls inside.

"But who though" naruto inquires, his curiosity piqued and his eyebrow arched. Kaguya steps forward as her pale eyes shimmer with a hint of playfulness, "Why don't we settle this in a fair and impartial manner.. Rock.. Paper.. Scissors" she suggests, holding up her delicate hand. The girls exchange glances with a silent agreement passing between them, "You're on" kushina says with her smirk widening, her competitive spirit ignited.

"This should be interesting" rebecca says, chuckling softly

"May the best girl win" konan adds, her azure tresses swaying gently. Naruto watches with amusement as the four girls form a circle and their hands poised for the game. Tension crackle in the air as each of them were determined to claim the coveted date night.

"Ready" kaguya's melodic voice rings out, her pale eyes sparkling with anticipation as the others nod, their gazes intense.

"Rock... Paper... Scissors... Shoot!" they chant in unison, their hands moving in perfect synchrony.

"Yes!.. I win!" kushina shouts, her face split into a triumphant grin as she holds out her flattened palm and signifying paper.

"Looks like you bested me this time" rebecca says, shaking her head as she reveals her closed fist of rock. Kaguya's delicate fingers form scissors with konan's hand mirroring kaguya's, "Looks like I'll have to try harder next time" konan says, playfully pouting and her azure tresses swaying as she turns to naruto.

"Well played Kushina.. You've earned your date night." kaguya says, her eyes shining with admiration as she regards her fiery friend.

"Shall we" kushina says, beaming and her violet eyes sparkling with mischief as she links her arm with naruto's.

"Lead the way" naruto says, his heart swelling with affection for these remarkable women. They depart with the sound of playful banter and laughter echoing through the halls, a testament to the unbreakable bond they share.

"So.. Where shall we explore today" kushina asks, her fiery red hair swaying with each step as they leave the hotel. They move through the village and observe the militaristic village but see more ninja than civilians, "I've noticed there are quite a few shinobi-oriented shops around here.. Perhaps we could browse through some of them" naruto says, his gaze sweeping over the bustling streets of kumo.

"Ooh.. That sounds like fun!.. Lead the way" kushina says, her lighting up. They stroll arm in arm while taking in the sights and sounds of the lively village. Shinobi of all ranks bustle about with some carrying scrolls or weapons, others engaged in lively conversations. The aroma of freshly forged steel and ink mingle in the air and create a distinctly martial ambiance. They pass by a row of shops but kushina points "Hey look!.. An IHOP!.. I've heard they serve some pretty decent food" she says, as one particular establishment catches naruto's eye. They step inside the cozy establishment, greeted by the tantalizing scent of sizzling meat, excited talking and freshly brewed coffee. A cheerful waitress ushers them to a booth, where they eagerly peruse the menu.

"Hmm.. I think I'll go for the Double Cheeseburger.. Fries and a soda to wash it all down" kushina declares, her eyes lighting up at the prospect of a hearty meal.

"That sounds delicious.. I'll have the cheesesteak with extra cheese.. Fries and a lemonade" naruto says, his gaze lingering on the cheesesteak sandwich. The waitress comes and takes their order as kushina gaze meets naruto's, "You know.. I'm really glad we're getting this chance to explore together.. Moments like these are what make life truly special" she says, her violet eyes shining with unbridled affection.

"I couldn't agree more... With you and the other by my side.. Every adventure is extraordinary" naruto says, reaching across the table and taking kushina's hand in his. Kushina's cheeks flush a deep crimson and her eyes sparkle with delight, "You always know just what to say" she says and gives his hand a gentle squeeze, reveling in the warmth of his touch. Back at the hotel rebecca, konan and kaguya were engaged in a lively game of uno in their hotel room as the demihuman, studies her cards intently and her eyes narrowed in concentration.

"Hmm.. A tricky hand indeed" kaguya muses, her delicate fingers toying with the edges of the cards.

"You're not going to distract me Kaguya.. I'm onto your tricks" konan says, her azure tresses swaying as she places a card down. Rebecca arches an elegant brow and her reddish brown locks frame her features, "Is that so?!.. Well let's see how you handle this" she says, with a sly grin and plays a reverse card to effectively change the direction of the game.

"You too Rebecca?!.. I expected such underhanded tactics from Kaguya but not you!" konan says, her eyes widening in mock betrayal. Kaguya lets out a melodic laugh and her pale eyes dance with mirth, "Ah.. The sweet taste of victory" she says and placed a skip card on the pile, effectively bypassing konan's turn. Konan clutches at her chest dramatically, "You wound me fair ladies!.. But fear not.. For I shall have my vengeance" she says and holds up a wild draw four card, her lips curling into a triumphant smirk.

"Oh it's on now" rebecca says, her narrowed playfully. The game continues in a flurry of laughter and friendly banter, the bonds of sisterhood strengthening with each playful jab and clever maneuver. Naruto and kushina's meals arrive back at IHOP, the tantalizing aromas wafting through the air. Kushina eyes her double cheeseburger and fries with unbridled enthusiasm, her mouth already watering in anticipation.

"This looks absolutely divine" kushina declares, picking up the burger and taking a generous bite. A blissful expression crosses her features as the flavors explode on her tongue. Naruto chuckles and is amused by her reaction as he digs into his own cheesesteak, "Glad you're enjoying it" he remarks, savoring the rich blend of flavors. They continue to eat as they exchange stories and laughter, basking in the warmth of each other's company. The world seem to fade away, leaving only the two of them in their own private oasis of joy and contentment.

"This is so nice.. Just hanging out with you.. No worries or distractions" Kushina sighs contentedly, taking a sip of her soda.

"I agree.. Moments like these are precious" naruto says, his heart swelling with affection. Back at the hotel, the lively game of uno has drawn to a close with kaguya emerging as the victorious one and rebecca stretches leisurely, "Well played ladies.. But I think it's time we took a break and ordered some room service" rebecca remarks, a hint of admiration in her voice.

"An excellent idea.. I could go for some snacks and refreshments" konan says, her azure tresses swaying gently.

"Room service.. What should we get" kaguya asks, her eyes gleaming with curiosity. They peruse the menu for a few moments, "Ooh.. These pastries look divine.. I think I'll have the lemon tart and a cup of earl grey tea" konan says, her gaze falling upon an array of tantalizing desserts.

"I shall try the Club sandwich" kaguya says, her delicate fingers tracing the descriptions of the savory options.

"An excellent choice.. And for me.. I'll have the Caesar salad and a glass of sparkling water with lemon" rebecca says, nodding approvingly. With their orders placed, the girls settle into the plush sofas, relishing the quiet moments of relaxation.

"This is rather nice isn't it.. These quiet moments where we can simply relax and enjoy each other's company" kaguya muses, her voice soft and melodic.

"Indeed.. After all the excitement and adventures.. It's refreshing to have a chance to unwind" rebecca says, a gentle smile playing upon her lips.

"And with good company.. Even the simplest pleasures become extraordinary" konan says, leaning back with a stretch. The teenage girls exchange warm smiles, their bond continuing to solidify with each shared moment of camaraderie and understanding. Rebecca gazes upon her friends with a mix of fondness and amusement, despite their vastly different backgrounds, they have forged an unbreakable sisterhood. Meanwhile naruto and kushina stroll through the streets of kumo, their hands intertwined in a tender embrace.

"This is nice" kushina muses, her violet eyes sparkling with contentment as she leans into naruto's side.

"It is.. No matter where we go.. As long as we're together.. It's an adventure" naruto says with a smile, his gaze sweeping over the lively scene before them. Kushina's cheeks flush a soft pink, "You always know just what to say" she says, her heart swelling with affection. They continue to wander but they stumble upon a quaint bookstore tucked away in a side street, "Hey.. Let's check this place out" naruto says, his eyes lighting up and his curiosity piqued. Kushina grins and trails after him as he step inside with the aroma of aged parchment and leather bindings greet them, an inviting scent that promised untold stories and secrets waiting to be unearthed. Rows upon rows of books line the shelves, their spines bearing titles that range from ancient tomes to modern bestsellers. Naruto's fingers trace the spines and his eyes alight with childlike wonder.

"Look at all these books Kushina.. Imagine all the knowledge and adventures contained within these pages" naruto breathes, his voice tinged with awe.

"Well.. We'll never know unless we start reading will we" kushina says with a giggle, her fiery tresses cascading over her shoulders as she plucks a book from the shelf. She flips open the tome and her eyes dance over the worn pages as she begins to read aloud, her melodic voice weaving a tapestry of words that paint vivid scenes in naruto's mind.

"Listen to this.. This book speaks of the Old Ones.. Beings of immense power and mystery" kushina said, her tone hushed with reverence. Naruto leans closer and his eyes are alight with curiosity as kushina's melodic voice carries him into the realms of the lore.

"'He Who Waits Dreaming.. A being of unfathomable might slumbers beneath the very foundations of the oceans.. His dreams shape reality itself.. Twisting and warping the fabric of existence to his subconscious whims'" kushina read, her words sending a shiver down naruto's spine. Naruto's brow furrows as he contemplates the implications of such a fictional being, "What would happen if this 'He Who Waits Dreaming' were to awaken?!" he muses, his voice tinged with a mixture of awe and trepidation. Kushina's gaze flicker to the next page and her eyes widen slightly, "Madness... Then there is The Scarlet King.. It speaks of a being of unfathomable malevolence.. A force of pure destruction that seeks to unmake all of creation" she breathes, her voice laced with a hint of unease.

"Able to unmake everything" naruto says, as a hushed silence fell over them as the weight of those words sink in.

"And here... The Hanged King's Tragedy.. A tale of a monarch whose hubris led to the downfall of his entire kingdom" kushina continues, her voice regaining its melodic cadence. Naruto listens and entranced as kushina weaves the tale of the ill-fated king, her words painting vivid pictures in his mind's eye.

"And lastly the King in Yellow.. A being shrouded in madness and mystery.. Whose very presence is said to drive those who gaze upon him into insanity.. Similar to He Who Waits Dreaming" kushina says, her violet eyes shimmering with a mixture of fascination and unease. A shiver runs down naruto's spine and he instinctively draws closer to kushina, seeking the comfort of her warmth and familiarity.

"These beings... Though fictional.. Sound both incredible and terrifying" naruto murmurs, his voice laced with wonder and a hint of trepidation. Kushina arches an elegant brow as her eyes gleam with a mixture of amusement and reassurance, "Yeah.. Good thing they aren't real" she chuckles, slipping an arm around his waist and giving him a gentle squeeze.

"True but this book might give me some ideas for later.. I'll buy it" naruto says, his features contemplative as he cups his chin in thought. He strides towards the counter with the tome clutched in his hand and the shopkeeper greets him with a warm smile, "An excellent choice Sir.. That particular volume contains some of the most fascinating tales" the shopkeeper says, his eyes twinkling with a hint of mischief.

"That's why I'm drawn to it.. Stories of beings that shape reality itself?!.. That's the kind of thing that sparks the imagination" naruto says, a faint smile tugging at the corners of his lips.

"Indeed.. Indeed.. Just be careful not to let those imaginings consume you.. Some tales are best left as fiction" the shopkeeper chuckles, his hands deftly wrapping the book in a protective covering. Kushina sidles up beside naruto and her fiery tresses sway with each step, "Don't worry old-timer.. I'll keep an eye on him" she quips, flashing the shopkeeper a mischievous wink. They exit the bookstore as naruto's fingers trace the cover of the tome, his mind already whirring with potential storylines and scenarios. Kushina loops her arm through his with her violet eyes shining with affection.

"So where to next" kushina inquires, her voice laced with a playful lilt. Naruto's gaze sweeps over the streets of kumo as his eyes are alight with curiosity and adventure. "Anywhere and everywhere.. As long as I'm with you" he declares, his lips curving into a brilliant smile.

"Lead the way.. I'm right beside you.. Always" kushina says, her heart fluttering at his words and she leans in to plant a tender kiss on his cheek. Hand in hand, they venture forth, their laughter and banter mingling with the sounds of the vibrant village. Each moment is a celebration of their bond, a tapestry woven from shared experiences and unbreakable affection.

Six months would pass before naruto would be allowed to even attempt to become a perfect jinchuriki. Naruto and company were allowed to remain in kumogakure but they would have to perform missions for ei in exchange. The missions were not diabolical but tests to see naruto's skills in action, from fighting missing-nin, bandits and even sneaking into other countries. Naruto and company would spar or train with darui, yugito, samui and bee with the blondes getting to know one another. Samui is the adopted sister of yugito and possesses a mutation of the raiton affinity, which produces white lightning and compared to darui's black lightning is faster. What neither knew is that yugito is pushing her adopted sister towards naruto and his group as she feels that certain elements in kumo would use samui for dark purposes.

"Hey Samui.. Why don't you spar with Naruto today.. It'll be a good opportunity for you to test your skills against someone with a different fighting style" yugito calls out during one of their training sessions.

"Are you sure.. I wouldn't want to accidentally harm him" samui says after hesitating for a moment, her gaze flickering between yugito and naruto with his companions. Yugito calls naruto and explains things but also samui's words, "Don't worry about me Samui.. I can handle whatever you throw at me" he says, his eyes gleaming with confidence. Samui agrees to the sparring match with a nod of reassurance from yugito as the two blondes take their positions on the training grounds, a sense of anticipation hung in the air and thick with the promise of an electrifying clash.

"Don't hold back okay.. I want you to give me your best shot" naruto grins, his body coiled with energy.

"Very well but don't say I didn't warn you" samui says, her lips curving into a small smile and her eyes alight with determination. The two blondes circle each other cautiously and their bodies poises for the initial strike. Naruto makes the first move, lunging forward with a flurry of swift jabs and kicks but samui deftly parries his attacks, her movements fluid and precise.

"Not bad" naruto grins, his breathing already quickening. Samui said nothing and her expression is focused as she counters with a series of lightning-fast strikes. Naruto blocks her onslaught as her fists and feet come dangerously close to his body, "You're holding back" he observes, a playful glint in his eyes.

"Perhaps" samui says, her lips twitching ever so slightly. She closes the distance between them with a burst of speed, her fists crackling with white lightning. Naruto's eyes widen as he senses the raw power behind her strikes, each one carrying the potential to shatter bone and sear flesh against lesser foes. He pivots and weaves, evading her electrified blows as the air around them hums with energy, the ground scorched by the stray bolts of lightning.

"Impressive.. But it's my turn now" naruto says, his body glistening with a light sheen of sweat. He unleashes a series of strikes in a blur of movement and samui quickly has to brace herself for his counterattacks. The two clash once more as their elements collide in a dazzling display of light and sound. Thunder rumbles and sparks fly as their strikes met, neither willing to yield an inch of ground.

"You truly are a force to be reckoned with Samui" naruto grins, his voice laced with admiration.

"And you're as amazing as ever" samui says, trying to remain stoic but a glimmer of pride flicker in her eyes. The two break apart to circle each other once more, their breaths coming in ragged gasps. Naruto's natural charisma has drawn samui in and the two have become fast friends, a bond that kushina and the others have readily welcomed.

"Shall we take a break" naruto offers, wiping the sweat from his brow. Samui nods but her gaze lingers on him for a moment too long. It has been two months since she confessed her feelings for him and intent to pursue them, following in konan's footsteps on naruto's sixteenth birthday. Despite the size of their growing group, now dubbed the Vortex Royals by samui herself. Naruto remain attentive to each of their needs and it is a quality they all deeply appreciate.

"Naruto... I want to thank you again for accepting me" samui says, her tone uncharacteristically soft.

"There's no need Samui.. You all mean the world to me" naruto says, his blue eyes warm with affection. Samui's lips curve into a smile and in that moment knows that no matter what challenges lay ahead, they would face them together as a group.

*Genbu or Turtle Island*

"So... What's Turtle Island" naruto says, standing the deck of a boat with kushina and looking out at the mist-shrouded ocean. Yugito stands with her arms folded as bee is scribbling in his notebook but it is their guide Motoi who answers, "Genbu serves as Lord Bee's personal training ground and place where he and Lady Yugito trained to become perfect jinchuriki" motoi says, nodding with a serious look on his face. He has dark-brown, spiky hair and dark eyes with dark green mark that runs down the bridge of his nose, wearing the standard kumo attire and adds a gray scarf. Naruto looks out the ocean as the boat continues on through heavy mist, "So Genbu is a giant turtle" he asks, his curiosity piqued. He's wearing black pants having gold trim with boots, a form-fitting long sleeve shirt with no right sleeve and the left sleeve having an attached glove, and a sleeveless hoodie also with gold trim.

"Yes.. Genbu has been in the care of Kumogakure since its creation and he allows certain shinobi to train on his back" yugito says and glances to bee, "There are also many dangerous animals as well but Bee has tamed them with his unique methods" she adds, shooting him pointed look.

"Hey.. If it works.. It works" bee shrugs, unfazed.

"How dangerous" kushina asks with her eyes narrowed by the misty spray, wearing a similar outfit to naruto but has two fingerless gloves.

"Genbu ahead.. Prepare your head" bee shouts, his voice resonating through the mist-shrouded air. Naruto and kushina focus their attention as spikes start to appear from the mist but the blond sees numerous skulls, corpses as a bellowing noise echoes.

"Wow" kushina says, her eyes wide.

"Looks like lovely place" naruto says with his voiced with sarcasm, looking away and making a face. The group soon make their way onto genbu's shell and naruto sees there is forest on the supermassive turtle's back. A large gorilla with several scars tried to impede their way but bee calms him down and he lets them pass.

"I see what you mean by Bee taming the animals" kushina says, her eyes fixed bee.

"Indeed.. Lord Bee stands atop the hierarchy of the wildlife" motoi comments, a hint of pride in voice. The gorilla named King lets them pass and they continue on until they reach a large building in the shape of a muscular ushi-oni with four long horns on its head.

"Pfttt.. Hahahaha" veldora cries, seeing the building but naruto says nothing as motoi leads them inside.

"This will be your room" motoi says, pointing to the door on the third floor.

"So when do we start training" naruto says, his eyes gleaming with anticipation.

"If you wish to start now.. We can" yugito says, glancing to see bee strolling off, no doubt to pursue some whimsical endeavor.

"That's fine" naruto says, nodding in agreement.

"Then put your things away and I'll take you to where Lord Bee trained" motoi says, gesturing to their room. Naruto and kushina enters the room and put their backpacks away to follow motoi but also yugito as she drags bee along. They leave the ushi-oni theme building and pass through the forest with bee greeting several large animals like an armadillo, wolves, large bears and an anteater. The five soon reach a waterfall with a pool of water and a small piece of land in the center.

"This is the Waterfall of Truth and it is the First step in fully controlling a Biju" motoi says, his voice carrying a sense of reverence.

"I did the same to control Matatabi's chakra.. Sit there and close your eyes" yugito says, pointing to the piece of land.

"Then the truth will be revealed to you.. Bakayarō! Konoyarō!" bee chimes in with his characteristic rhyme.

"The waterfall will reveal your true self" motoi clarifies, his gaze fixed on the young blond. Naruto stares at the waterfall but then to the small piece of land and slowly nods as he walks on the water towards the land. He slowly takes a seat and crosses his legs as he closes his eyes to focus, before long the blond hears sniffling and crying.

"B-but I want to stay with you.. I-I'll be a Good boy.. P-please let me stay... Why would Dad send me away.. I'm not a bad boy" a voice whimpers, laced with childlike innocence and sadness. Naruto slowly opens his eyes as the area is misty but his eyes widen as a small figure emerges from the cascading waterfall.

"Why would Dad send me away" the little figure says but naruto recognizes him immediately as himself at five.

"It seems my true self is the me from then.. Wondering why my dad decided to push me away" naruto says, his voice laced with understanding. Little naruto continues to sniffle and cry as naruto sees his eyes were puffy but also bloodshot from his crying.

"I remember crying myself to sleep that day.. How can a father break his son's heart in such a manner" naruto says, as little naruto continues to cry and mumble the same thing.

"Because he's a coward" veldora says and naruto grips his knees, "He chose the many over his family.. His own son.. He chose preconceived notions over his son as well" veldora adds, his deep voice rumbling in naruto's head. Little naruto is now inches from naruto with tears in his big blue eyes, "Why" his little self says as azure blue stares into azure blue, a heartbreaking mirror of innocence shattered.

"You're right.. To him I was just a kid from his dead fiancée.. He moved on from Mom with ease.. All to remain Hokage" naruto says and pulls his younger self into a gentle embrace.

"Just you wait Minato Namikaze.. I'll show you.. Cersei.. Azula and Asuka how strong I am.. I'll be someone you Can't ignore" naruto says and his younger self stops sniffling and crying as he fades away. Naruto slowly opens his eyes and rises to his feet as bee approaches, "Shall we control the Kyubi's power now" bee says, his voice echoing with determination and naruto nods. Bee leads them through the waterfall to reveal a temple with engraving and murals of the nibi and hachibi with headless bodhisattva-like sculptures.

"These are past Jinchuriki who failed to pass" bee says, his tone solemn.

"For Real?!" kushina says, her eyes widening in disbelief.

"Stop joking.. They are simply broken" yugito says, prompting a chuckle from bee. He leads to a sculpture of the matatabi's head, "Only the chosen can pass through.. Stick your head inside and be judged" bee says, in a sage like tone. Naruto looks between bee, kushina and yugito but slowly approaches to kneel, before sticking his head inside to a see a small switch and he pushes. The wall groans and the door slowly opens to a myriad of colors, "Go inside and do exactly like you did at the Waterfall of Truth" yugito says, as the four enter.

"What sort of seal was used to seal the Kyubi" bee asks, his tone inquisitive.

"A Tetragram seal" kushina replies, her voice carry a bit of reverence.

"That is a seal more solid than mine or Bee's seal.. Does it need a key" yugito asks but naruto shakes his head.

"The seal filters Veldora's chakra into mine own.. Because of this my charka grows with each passing year" naruto says, rubbing the back of his neck.

"Then that makes things easier" bee says, as the door closes and he takes a seat. Yugito and kushina stands off to the side as naruto takes a seat as bee holds out his fist, "Grab the Kyubi's chakra with your own chakra.. Take his chakra and become number one.. Whee" bee says, a grin on his face.

Naruto enters his mindscape and stares at the purple lake which has grown over the years, before making his way towards veldora's chamber. The dragon is waiting for the blond with a gleam in his eye, "We don't have to fight for you to gain my chakra.. Because we're friends" veldora says, holding out one of his claws. Naruto smiles and holds out his fist to touch the dragon's claw, "Best friends" he says, causing a glowing effect. Outside yugito's eyes widen slightly as she sees black steel scales forming on naruto's bare right arm and kushina's chains materialize and poised to react if necessary.

"Seems Veldora has formed a connection with young Naruto" matatabi says, echoing in yugito's mind.

"It would seem so" yugito thought, watching the scales move down the arm and she sees it slowly creep up naruto's neck to his face but also over his closed eyes. The chakra cloak forms next with three tails of red chakra, slowly four then five and last six tails were now visible. Yugito could see that naruto was now struggling, "He's still too young to bring all of Veldora's chakra but to get to six tails at his age" she thought, marveling at naruto's control.

"That's enough Little Nine.. No need to bring all Nine" bee says, as red-orange tails emerge from his body to ensnare naruto as his eyes open to reveal reptilian azure blue eyes. Naruto releases a slow breath as his draconic features slowly fade, "So what happens now" he says, his voice tinged with curiosity and anticipation.

"We go to the Shared Mindscape" bee says, beckoning for yugito.

"Won't take long Little Red" bee adds with a grin. Yugito sits next to naruto as bee holds out both his fist and both bump fists with him. Naruto gasps as he finds himself in a large expanse with an orange hue to the ground, "Where are we" he says, looking around in awe.

"This a place where we Biju can meet but rarely" veldora says, his rumbling voice echoing. The massive dragon is standing behind him but leans down to let naruto on to his snout, "Matatabi and Gyuki should arrive soon" veldora says, as naruto hops on. Soon naruto sees two large animals slowly appearing with bee and yugito. One is a large bakeneko with two tails but completely engulfed in cobalt blue and black flames, like a Kasha but the flames are more animated. It also has heterochromatic eyes, the right being yellow and the left being green, similar to an odd-eyed cat without pupils. The other is an ushi-oni with four long horns on its head but one of the lower horns is missing, a muscular upper-body structure, with a hunched back and spiked protrusions on the elbows, and hands with opposable thumbs. Instead of hind-legs, its lower half consists of its eight tails, which resemble the cephalopod arms of an octopus.

"Meet Matatabi and Gyuki" veldora says, introducing his siblings.

"Greetings Naruto Nox Fleuret" matatabi says, inclining her head with yugito on her head among her flaming mane. Gyuki stares but sighs with bee on his head rapping but he flicks him off, "So you were finally sealed away" gyuki says, his tone serious and grave.

"I was under the control of a man with a Sharingan and his mother sealed inside him to keep from killing more people" veldora comments, a hint of sorrow in his tone.

"I thought the Uchiha were loyal to Konohagakure" yugito says, her brow furrowed with concern.

"Perhaps it was a Rouge Uchiha or someone who came into possession of a Sharingan" naruto comments, his mind racing with implications.

"Hmph.. You were weak enough to get controlled.. Now you know what the rest of us felt" gyuki says, his gazed fixed on veldora with disdain.

"You wanna dance Calamari" veldora says, before a large puff of smoke erupts and naruto crashes to the ground. Veldora emerges from the smoke in a human form of a tan skinned man with blond hair, wearing black pants and knee high-boots with a black cape.

"Hmph.. I'll beat you this time" gyuki says, doing the same as veldora. His human form resembles bee but has two long horns, dark skin with a black striped pants having a gray stripe. A form-fitting tank top of a dark color and a bomber jacket tied around his waist.

"Don't start fighting you two!" matatabi shouts, as yugito leaps down to check on naruto as matatabi takes a human form as well. She is a young-looking woman in her twenties with cobalt and black hair, wearing a white and blue sweater dress with black tights.

"Biju can take human forms" naruto says, rubbing his head as he gets to his feet.

"Yes and we should put some distance between ourselves and those two.. This is bound to get messy" matatabi says, her cobalt and black hair swaying as she glances over her shoulder at the battling biju. Yugito nods with her gaze flickering to bee as he attempts to intervene in the fight, only to be swatted aside by a stray blast of energy.

"Leave it to Bee to get caught up in their nonsense" yugito says, sighing and shaking her head. Turning her attention back to naruto and matatabi, yugito falls into step beside them as they retreat to a safer distance from the ongoing conflict. The mindscape around them morphs and shifts, the landscape warping and twisting as if struggling to compensate for the sheer power being unleashed.

"I've never seen something like this.. They're holding nothing back" naruto remarks, his eyes wide as he watches veldora and gyuki trade blows, their human forms blurring with speed and strength.

"That's the way it's always been between those two.. They've been rivals for as long as I can remember.. Constantly trying to one-up each other" matatabi said, her voice tinged with a hint of exasperation. As if to punctuate her words, a massive shockwave ripples outward from the epicenter of the battle, causing the mindscape to quake violently. Naruto stumbles with his footing unsteady, while yugito and matatabi brace themselves against the tremors.

"We'd better find somewhere stable to wait this out.. Unless you want to get caught in the crossfire" yugito suggests, her gaze scanning the ever-changing environment for a safe haven and sees bee trying again to get involved.

AN-2: I'll end it here with naruto and company reaching kumogakure but also gaining more of his chakra mode. He and his party also encountered highs but also lows in their journey towards kumo. Also we get meet the last member of the harem outside of konoha. The next chapter will skip ahead about three months to naruto and samui heading to bear country to get their hands on a special metal for sword that will be made for samui. Also eventually naruto will meet a very powerful ally for him but I'll keep that a secret for now.
