{hello everyone its been a long time i understand sincd i wrote or published anything on here. Ive been publishing lots of my stuff on archive of our own. This is a recent story i finished and published on there. If you havent been on that website then this will be new to you.
In the past 8 months ive gotten into prosekai and this is my first story in this fandom, my boyfriend whis an avi an of prosekai and the 4 main characters featured in this story are his favorites so he beta read over this story as i made it to make sure its close to character.
I have the entire story already written out and ill publish the chapters over the next couple days. Theres only 7 chapters. I do hope you enjoy this story}
Greeting the day as he always does, Tsukasa belts out his usual good morning to his dear sister as she walks down the stairs yawning. "Good Morning!! My Dear Sister Saki!" Saki with a slight bed head giggled as she got into the kitchen noticing Tsukasa had prepared a light breakfast for the two of them.
"Good morning, Onii-Chan. You slept well, I can tell!" She sits down at the table as he brings over a glass of juice for the both of them. Tsukasa grinned widely as he took his seat across from his sister.
"Of course! A star must always have the best rest so he can prepare for anything!" The blonde-peach haired male bellows out proudly causing his sister to giggle again.
"Your energy is always infectious, Onii-Chan." She starts eating her breakfast squealing excitedly. "You outdone yourself again! It's amazing and it's just pancakes!" She noted that it was subtle with sweetness but it was way fluffier than she expected. Tsukasa hummed proudly at his sister's praise. It always warmed his heart hearing his sister's kind words.
"Thank you! Ah, we both better hurry up and get ready! Is Ichika gonna come and walk with you?" Saki nodded at his words as she carefully finished her plate sowing the juice before running back up stairs to get ready while Tsukasa deals with the dishes. About 3 minutes later as he's finished washing the dishes, Saki came back down the stairs fully dressed, hair done and subtle make up on her eyes and lips.
"Bye Onii-chan! I'll be home late, Ichika Hono-Chan, Shiho and I are gonna be studying in the library!" Tsukasa waves her off as she opened the door and Ichika waiting on the doorstep. The dark haired girl waves towards the elder sibling as Saki pulls her down the driveway closing the door behind them.
Tsukasa all satisfied with what he's accomplished this morning, grabs his bag and throws on his cardigan as he walks to the door locking it behind him.
Halfway towards school he spots in front of him his younger classmates and friends, Toya and Akito. He beams joyfully as he quickens his pace and hugs the both of them from behind making Akito grimace and Toya surprised.
"Tenma…" Akito grumbles begrudgingly. Tsukasa chuckled at Akito's bitter attitude towards him as Toya greets his brother figure with a kind smile. "Good morning, Tsukasa-senpai!"
Tsukasa pouts before pinching Toya's face. "Toya! We've known each other since we were preschool! Stop addressing me in such a manner." His expression doesn't change from that of teasing but he lets out a chuckle when Toya apologizes rubbing his cheek where Tsukasa pinched him.
Tsukasa brushes through them as he waved bye to them. "Have a good day today!" His amber eyes shine as bright as the sun as he turns away from them to run towards the school. Akito could be slightly heard grumbling about how a person can have so much energy in the morning.
He finally gets to the school yard seeing two of his dear troupe mates talking as they head towards the large school. "RUI!!! NENEE!! GOOD MORNING!!" He launched himself at the two catching mostly Nene off guard who automatically covers her ears and glaring at the too cheery and loud blonde.
"Will you shut up? It's too early for your voice…" Nene took the opportunity to flee into the school to get away from the human bull horn that is Tsukasa's mouth. Rui however chuckles next to him, Tsukasa's arm still strung around his neck.
"Fufu, good morning Tsukasa-kun!" Rui's cat like yellow eyes look over his dear leader and star feeling all of Tsukasa's immense amount of energy in the early morning. The two share a warm smile as they start chatting about how their nights were. With Rui obviously not having gone to sleep until 2 in the morning clashing with Tsukasa going to bed at a reasonable hour, making the blonde chase his tall director into the school.
"How many times have I told you about not sleeping at night, Rui!?" Rui just lets out a chuckle and a noise as Tsukasa practically leaps on the taller purple haired male's back wanting to strangle him for not getting enough rest and making his star worry.
"I'm sorry, Tsukasa-kun, at least I actually went to sleep." Tsukasa huffed getting off his back as the two approached their classroom, getting dirty looks from the teachers down the hall for having come to class horse playing as they were. Tsukasa flashed him a thumbs up and a warm smile. "At least you're managing!" Rui watched the blonde head over to his desk as Rui takes his seat.
The teacher soon came in, greeted the class before clearing his throat to announce something.
"Class before we get started I need to introduce a new student. It's a sudden enrollment considering we're close to Christmas break but… come on in." The teacher spoke up to acknowledge the student in the hallway.
"Oh? Is it time for me to shine?" The door open dramatically as a girl with long blonde hair with strange highlights to her hair. It was a mixture of cyan and purple. She smiled widely closing her eyes as she waved her hand to everyone.
"Hello! Nice to meet you, my names Tenshiro Tsuki!" She spoke cheerfully. Her uniform consisted of an orange cardigan which was open to reveal her white top underwear and black skirt. Her hair was slightly pinned back with cute pins and a pair of yellow cat eyes
"Alright sit down, Miss Tenshiro… there's an open desk in the middle row." She nods her head as she takes her seat. Sitting down her gaze goes to the two individuals closest to her.
She hums excitedly as she smiles. 'This is gonna be fun!'

The lunch bell rang as Tsuki finished writing down the notes on the board closing her notebook. "Tsukasa-kun?" Rui's voice had called to the blonde who was getting his bag together. "Gimme a sec, Rui!" Rui's eyes sparkled with amusement as he could see the gears in the blonde males brain running as Tsukasa eagerly approached the multi colored blond new student.
Tsuki blinks in surprise as she looks up to see Tsukasa standing with his hands resting on his hips a wide smile on his face. "Welcome, new student! My name is Tenma Tsukasa! Let me be the first to welcome you to our beloved Kamiyama!"
Tsuki burst out laughing at his antics. "That sure doesn't get old…" she mumbled softly as she speaks up for him to hear. "Tenma-kun, it's nice to meet you!" She stands up grabbing her bag, her long hair falling like a curtain behind her back. Tsukasa looks at her with no particular emotion as he notices Rui looking at him from the doorway.
His purple haired director sees his interest being peaked by the new student as Rui cupped a hand around his mouth and called out. "Tenshiro-kun, wanna join us on the roof?"
Tsuki's eyes widen drastically as she whipped her head towards the taller male standing by the door then to Tsukasa standing next to her who shared the same hopeful expression that Rui did. She blinked a couple times before shaking her head. "Uh, sure.."
Her tone took on a subtle hesitation but she moved like grace, making her way to Rui before Tsukasa could even pick up his own bag. Her yellow eyes shine catching the director off guard as if he felt a sudden urge of familiarity with the girl but… he's never seen her before? Rui's eyes are blown wide before a sly and mischievous smile appears on his face as he watches her look back to Tsukasa who caught up with them with ease as the two boys lead the new student up to the roof.
The door to the roof opened wide and the wind and Sun greeted them on the roof. It was a simple sight, but a breathtaking view. Tsuki ran ahead looking at the view. "Whoa.. so this is the view… It's amazing…" Her cat like yellow eyes gleam with excitement and joy.
Tsukasa looked at Rui noticing the mischievous grin on his face as he stared at the new student. "Rui, it's very impolite to stare." He elbows him lightly making the Director blink rapidly before dropping his gaze to the blonde next to him. "Fufu, sorry Tsukasa-kun. It's just… strange things are unfolding." Tsukasa looked at him befuddled raising his fist to his face thoughtfully. "Hmmmum… Your getting that vibe again, Rui…" Tsukasa crosses his arms over his chest shaking his head lightly.
"Ma, Tsukasa-kun, you know that saying. Curiosity killed the cat? Well let's just say I'm eager to find out more at the risk of dying." Rui chuckles making Tsukasa leer at his director. The two having their conversation on display, Tsuki watched with awe and warmth in her chest as a tear trickled down her face unknowingly.
It filled her with a little sadness as well. Soon the comedic duo turn their attention towards her who had already gotten out her lunch and was eating.
"Looks like she got started without us, fufu." Rui smiled as they two approached her and sat down on the bench. "So, Tenshiro-kun?" Tsuki look up at Rui as she had a mouthful of rice. "Hmm?" She muffled out the best she could without opening her mouth.
"What's your hobbies?" Rui's spark of curiosity was showing as he looked eagerly to the girl while he opened and dug into his lunch besides the veggies. She swallowed humming a little before opening her mouth. "Stage shows! I really love theater. I was raised in theater shows and it performances! So many different stories to tell on stage and so many special ways of doing it!" She got estatic talking about it, her eyes wild with excitement cheering.
She soon broke into a little bit about Hamilton causing the duo to look at her confused and surprised at her impressive singing voice which made her flush red and embarrassed.
"Yikes… hahaha…" she got instantly awkward as she rubbed a hand behind her head ruffling her hair. "I try to give my all for musical and theater!" Her bright yellow eyes gleam once more proudly causing Tsukasa to stand next to her and let out a hearty laugh. "HA! HA! HA! HA! That's what I like to hear! Such great enthusiasm! You must join us when we go to practice today!" Tsukasa grabbed her by her shoulders and shook her eagerly.
"Practice..? Oh? A stage troupe…" Tsuki mumbled but it wasn't quiet enough to avoid the duo from hearing her.
Rui cocked his head to the side confused. "How'd you know about that?" This caught Tsukasa's attention as a smile crossed his face. "Rui, that means she's heard of us!" The expression Rui wore didn't safice with what Tsukasa said but he lets it go seeing as Tsukasa was proud to meet a student who was as interested in stage play and musicals as the two of them were.
"Sounds like fun! I'll gladly come with you both!" She cheered excitedly clasping her hands together as Tsukasa cheered along side her except he was pumping his fists into the air.

Soon the bell for lunch was over as Tsuki took her time fixing her lunch back into her bag. Tsukasa always being punctual finishes first and announcing he's gonna head back to class first. "Rui! Don't you dare skip class again!!" Tsukasa calls back his hand on the door knob. Rui casually waved to him as the blondes amber eyes practically shit daggers at the taller male. "Don't worry, Tsukasa-kun. I'll be there shortly!"
Tsukasa closes the door behind him as Tsuki stands up gripping her bag. "We shouldn't be late either…" She starts walking towards the door as Rui stands up his voice commanding as if he were in his director role. "Wait just a moment." The tone was so off putting for Tsuki that she immediately shifts and turns to look at him her eyes widen, as if she got caught sneaking out.
"For a new student your sure strange, Tenshiro-kun.." Rui's cat like yellow eyes meet hers his sly and quizzical nature starting to come out as he had been observing her.
"You tell me, K-kamishiro-kun.." She stammers nervously. The whole time they've been in the same space, she hadn't really spoken to him. Mostly because his curious gaze made her unsettled as if he was looking right through her.
"The things you've said… Its as if your familiar with Tsukasa-kun and I. not to mention, your appearance is very unusual… It's.. almost giving me a hint of familiarity… yet I don't know who you are in the slightest…" Tsuki sweats as Rui casually approaches her looking her over.
Tsuki sighed. She ran her hands through her hair. A chuckle escaped her as her nervousness vanished with her laughter as if holding back everything that was finally being released. "Ah, Kamishiro-kun…I couldn't hide anything from you ever…" Her cat like eyes gleam with a sense of undeniable joy as she looked at the taller male, the change in her emotion and expression, startled the director just slight as he collected himself crossing his arms over his chest.
"I'll let what you have to say slide. It's clear your afraid Tsukasa-kun finding out any of this…" Her eyes dilated a little, pain showing in her gaze. Rui's words hit the mark as he rested a hand on her shoulder. "You don't belong here…Who are you?" She let herself slip from his grip.
"I can't tell you now… It's too soon for you to know who I truly am. Altho, I'm proud that it's you who figured me out and not Tenma-kun." Even with being suspected as to knowing both of them, she still referred to them by their last name out of respect.
Rui's eyes peer at her a moment longer before his own sly smile etched on his face. "Very well. I'll keep my thoughts to myself. However, the next time I'm alone with you, you must tell me everything." The warning bell goes off as she nods her head, her smile returning to the restrained one Rui noticed on her since the beginning.
"Shall we go then, Kamishiro-kun?" The emotions in her eyes were even restrained as if she closed herself off. For some reason, this reminded Rui of himself from middle school, seeing a similar expression and emotions on someone else's face. Rui's gaze rests on her face, but he remains silent. He knows the expression she wears is nothing but a mask, and her being at this school, is nothing more than an acting role on a stage.
He nods his head as he holds the roof door open for her, as the two of them make their way back to class before the final bell rings.

Classes are released as Tsukasa, Rui and Tsuki exit the school, a few minutes after classes end due to both Tsuki and Rui getting scolded by both Tsukasa and the teacher for being 3 minutes late for class. "Tenmaaaa-kuuun, I told you, we got lost in conversation over Kamishiro-kun's drones!"
"That's no excuse for tardiness! Rui, I expected this out of you but not you, Tenshiro!" She sweats hearing her last came come out of the loud voice as soon another voice greets the group, making a snide comment about Tsukasa. "Will you ever shut up? What are you even yelling about this time..?" A long green/gray haired girl greets them as they came out of the school building, her being slightly shorter than even Tsuki who was actually an inch shorter than Tsukasa. Her purple eyes look over the new student quizzically.
"Huh…who are you supposed to be..?" Nene's eyes roamed over the multicolored girl as she ruffles her hair. "Hehehe… I'm Tenshiro Tsuki, I'm new here." Nene hummed a little as she looked at Tsukasa. "Is she related to you?" Her blunt words caught the three of them by surprise, more so Tsukasa and Tsuki but not as much as Rui who ends up choking on air as he laughs.
"Fufufu, Nene's absolutely holding nothing back." The 4 of them continue to walk to the gate of the school. "SHE ISN'T MY RELATIVE!!" Tsukasa bellows out loud enough to catch leaving student's gaze. "Shut up already..!" Nene directs her irritated voice at Tsukasa who crossed his arms on his chest annoyed. "W-where did that idea even come from, uhh.." Tsuki asks nervously.
"Kusanagi Nene…" Nene offered her name who looked at her thankfully. "Kusanagi-san." She nods her head. Nene looked her over once more. "You have his face structure… and the blonde in your hair is very similar to his…" The more Nene stared at her the more questions she had were piling up. Rui waved off Nene's skepticism as the 4 of them made their way to Phoenix wonderland.
"That's enough of that, Nene. We got practice to focus on!" Rui cheered guiding his childhood friend along as Tsukasa praised the beauty of Phoenix wonderland to Tsuki who was enamored by his whimsy.
"It's so amazing! I can't believe it!" Tsuki cheered happily as she walks through the giant theme park as they head over to their little neck of the park with their own stage.
"Oh my god! It's so cute!" Tsuki gushed over the small stage with a pink haired girl standing on the stage greeting them. "Wonderhoy!!" The pink haired girl cheered loudly as loud as Tsukasa's normal voice as she leaped off the stage and tackles Tsukasa mid air causing the male to crumple to the ground under her weight.
"Ack.. Emu… you gotta stop doing that…!" Tsukasa regained air in his lungs as he stands up after Emu climbed off of him.
"Whoa, such energy and acrobatics! Amazing!" Tsuki admired with a small smirk on her face. Emu who heard a new person's voice quickly turned around and squeals tackling the new student who let out a frightened Yelp similar to the first time Tsukasa got tackled by Emu.
"New person! Wonderhoy! My names Otori Emu! You can just call me Emu!" She squeezed Tsuki tightly almost cracking her back before sitting her down. Tsuki stumbled and almost collapsed on the ground before her body remembered how to breathe.
"Holy…. I think she bruised my lung.." She wheezed letting Rui and Nene help her to her feet. Emu, being full of energy and excitement jumps between her troupe mates, trying to get a response out of them over who the new girl is. "Who is she?? Is she a new friend? Of course she is! Does she like theater??" Altho the words that truly grasped their attention as they make sure Tsuki could actually breathe properly.
"IS SHE RELATED TO ONE OF YOU???"
"SHE ISN'T!" Tsukasa snapped back quick as a whip while Nene just gave Emu an incredulous look of are you blind? while Rui found the idea rather amusing. "Nope, but I wish she was. She's so… intriguing." Rui sent Tsuki a mischievous look and a sly grin on his cat like face as always which made the girl sweat nervously which she returned his gaze with a silent pleading one. Emu came to a full stop in front of the now resuscitated Tsuki shaking her hand. "What's your name!?"
"Tenshiro Tsuki!" She blurts out completely engulfed by the pink haired girls energy. "Nice to meet you, Tsuki-chan!" Emu's smile was super infectious which filled Tsuki with a sense of warmth she hadn't felt in quite some time. Even keeping her emotions under restraint she felt a smile mirroring Emu's forming on her face.
Emu, almost sensing her restraint in emotions and the smile on her face not being so genuine, looks at her worriedly. Tsuki noticing Emu's worry quickly brush her off. "Hey aren't you all here to practice? Don't focus on me!" She waved her hands in front of her. "Shoo, shoo! I wanna see what kind of magic ya'll can truly make!"
Emu looking at Tsuki once more, before she grabs Tsukasa by his arm and drags him up on stage. "C'MON Tsukasa-kun!" "Oi! Emu, your going to rip my arm out of it's socket!" The blonde scolds her which she obviously ignored as Rui and Nene follow the two back stage for rehearsals.
Finding herself alone she takes a chance took look around the beauty of Wonder Stage. The colors that streamed over it, the curtains pulled back revealing an empty background that would be filled on opening night. The lights and the music that would accompany it. It was like a dream come true.
"That stage… That stage was everything to us… Wonder Stage.."
"It really is something…" Her words echo in reminiscing, as if seeing an old friend for the first time.
