Night was soon to fall on the theme park as the troupe mates come back to the front of the stage after changing from their usual attire. Tsuki was clapping her hands excitedly. "Amazing! You guys are incredible!" Her yellow eyes twinkle in the setting sunlight. Tsukasa's chest swelled with pride hearing the praises of their new classmate. "HA HA HA! FOR SOMEONE NEW TO RECOGNIZE TRUE ART AND APPRECIATE AMAZING ACTING IS WORTHY!" Tsukasa proudly exclaimed as he approached Tsuki.

"I'm extending an invitation to you to come over tomorrow night to my house for dinner! My dear sister would enjoy meeting you!" Emu Nene and Rui all look surprised by Tsukasa's sudden invitation to the new girl. Tsukasa himself felt as if he knew this girl, and her energy just meshed really well with the rest of them.

"Gee, that's really nice of you…Actually… I'm kinda stuck at the moment…" Tsuki's words come out slightly fumbled as if she was trying to figure out how to get her words across, but they weren't coming out right. Rui was quick to notice her subtle emotional change. "Something wrong, Tenshiro-kun?" Tsuki caught off guard by Rui's usual observant nature looked away at her feet as she refocuses and gets her words across.

"My parents…. after transferring me here… kinda up and left for a business trip for the next two months…"

"HUH???"

"Ehh??"

"WHAT???"

"Oh dear…"

Tsuki watched as the 4 of them got in a circle muttering and a minute later, Tsukasa proudly declares. "We'll help and make sure you're not homeless for the next two months!" Tsuki's eyes widen drastically as she echo's their confusion and surprise. "HAAAAA???" Her voice reached almost higher than Tsukasa's normally is.

"Its no trouble for any of us! Rui-kun has offered to take you tonight." Emu grins as Tsuki's yellow eyes went to the director who was just grinning as well as she sighs. "Wonderful…" She knew by the end of tonight she was pretty much screwed.

The group splitting their separate ways, Tsukasa took off for home while Emu waved the three of them off at the gates to the theme park, stating that her older brothers would be picking her up from their late meeting to head home.

"So, Kusanagi-chan?" Nene hummed when Tsuki addressed her. "So where do you live..?"

Nene without even batting an eye. "We're neighbors." She points to Rui then herself making Tsuki sputter before laughing just a little. "Oi, oi hows that funny?" She grumbles a little. Tsuki giggles covering her mouth. "I-its nothing!" Rui just lets the two ramble about silly things even talking about video games and the type of actors they love.

Soon the three of them made it towards Rui's house as Nene waved the two goodnight and entered her home. Tsuki waved by to the shy girl as Rui guided her towards his garage, unlocking the door with his own personal key before pushing the door open.

"YIKES ITS A PIG STYE!" Tsuki exclaimed loudly as she took the mess with a grain of salt as it assaulted her eyes. Books, abandoned robots and unfinished projects and blueprints littered the floor around his single couch table and work bench desk which he had several blue prints piled on top of it along with a few robots he was closely working on. "Have a seat, my parents won't be home for a few more hours. I'll go get us some tea from the fridge." She doesn't move to enter the garage as Rui just wanders through his living space to enter the house dropping his bag by the door taking his cardigan off while he does so.

She eventually unfreezes enough to enter the messy hazard and takes a seat on the couch. Rui soon returns with some tea as he hands it to her taking a seat on the end of the couch. "So, time for you to explain yourself further." Tsuki groans rubbing the back of her neck.

"Let me ask you something first." She speaks cautiously, her tone catching Rui off guard as he raised a brow at her. "Oh? and what is it you'd like to know, Tenshiro-kun?" She looks at him, all restraint she held back before now clearly gone. "How do you feel about Tsukasa?"

Rui's eyes are blown wide as he looks at her with dismay and embarrassment. "How…how did you know…?" Rui knew that only Nene knew of his hidden feelings for his star but he wasn't aware he was so obvious with his subtle looks and tone with Tsukasa.

"Because I know all about you and Tsukasa." She cocks her head to the side crossing her arms over her chest. She almost smirked at his wide eyed expression. He touches his hand to his chin pondering her words before speaking.

"How much do you know…?" Rui asked hesitantly. He starts sweating looking at her. "I know you've been practically swooning over him since he held out his hand to you, someone who put his trust and faith in you and your shows." Rui's eyes could've just been replaced with saucers they were so wide with disbelief, the fact she knew his feelings and when he first felt something for his dear star. A faint blush crossed his expression as he looks at her.

"How is it possible you know all this…?" Rui got to his feet pacing the floor, feeling a little on edge about his most vulnerable feelings being on display.

"Calm down and sit down. You'll find out shortly." She grasps his arm and pulls him back down onto the couch her kind eyes reaching him as he sits down. He lets out a shakey breath taking a sip of the tea. She rests her gaze on him watching him put a lot of effort into relaxing as he sighs smiling.

"You may proceed…" Rui waves a hand to her bowing his head a little. She nods her head sighing meeting his gaze after he lifts his head up.

"Well there's no clear cut way of saying this… but… I'm from the future." Rui spit out a bit of his drink coughing unexpectedly as she slaps his back trying to clean his air pipe.

"Y…your joking…" His voice comes out gravely from choking but she shook her head looking him over. "Yes… It's the truth…" Rui got to his feet running his shaking hands through his hair. He had his head down but a cat like grin slowly spread across his face.

"An anomaly of this caliber… Fufu… God must be smiling upon me!" He picked his head up his cat like grin spreading as he looks at Tsuki. "Ah… Of course this be your reaction… I should've known…" She mutters with a deadpan expression. Rui's attention is peaked as he drew his gaze back to her and out of his own head over the idea of time travel, time lines and time machines.

"It's when you talk like that… Do we know each other in the future..?" Rui's gaze roams over her as her expression changed slightly a grimace as if remembering caused her pain.

"Yes… Yes I do…"

"Then why do you look like you're in such pain?" Rui's voice grew softer as he reached his hand out towards her gingerly.

"Because the last time I saw 'you' you had almost given up on living…." Rui's eyes widen as his voice got lost in his throat his breathing hitched. 'What…? What could've pushed me that far…' His thoughts wracked his brain trying to find a reason as he could feel his hands shaking.

Tsuki reached out to him instead gripping his hand surprising the director out of his thoughts and catching his breath lungs regaining his ability to breathe.

"Calm down… I know… I know more than anyone.." The pain in those yellow eyes of hers echoed the sudden flash of pain in his own body. "It's why I'm here…"

Rui got a grip on himself, he wasn't through finding out more about her. "H-how far into the future do you come from…"

"You might be a little too shocked if I say how far… then again.. for you to even grasp the reason I'm here… It might just be the only way…" Her eyes fell away from his as she felt him sit down next to her.

"I'm from 21 years into the future… I don't yet exist in this timeline…" Her voice trailed off. Rui's thoughts ran wild as he tries to comprehend the information she just delivered him on a silver plater. A time traveler who knows them and comes from 21 years in the future. So much speculation was going on in his mind as he hummed thinking.

"Is that all you can tell me at the moment…?" Rui's voice was trepidatious, almost afraid to even get more info out of the girl unless she was willing to give it in case the information itself broke her further.

"You're the reason I was able to get here. You invented the Time Machine so I could come here.." The director's eyes widen once more. Her words don't stop flowing.

"My mission is to change the future… I came back in time to warn you and Tsukasa…" She placed a hand over her chest where it throbbed once more mentioning the blonde star.

"So in the future you know both Tsukasa-kun and myself…" He pried a little but she shook her head refusing to give the information.

"I can't yet… since I came here too early… I was supposed to at least arrive at a point in time where the two of you were… a couple." Her words sounded confused but emotional like she wasn't sure if this was where she was meant to end up.

"So I'm guessing we have a future together…" Rui's cheeks flushed bright red as he looked away a sense of joy spreading through his heart. "Yes.. but I cannot tell you anymore until you become a couple… because I cannot decide your fate… but I figured knowing that he does love you… would give you a bit of courage to confess… since you did it the first time. The only thing is you cannot do it sooner than on the day you both originally got together otherwise it screws up time." Tsuki stood up going towards Rui's work bench desk looking at all his blue prints as the director thought through her words once more before answering.

"What day is the day it's meant to happen…?" Before she could respond a car horn outside honked catching both of their attention. Rui blinks in surprise. "They're home early.." He checked his watch and blinked in surprise realizing 2 full hours have passed since the two of them arrived at his home.

"Guess it's time for dinner. Stay here alright?" Rui goes to the door that leads inside the house closing it behind him. He heads to the front door opening it for his parents who walk in carrying take out from a Chinese take out.

"Welcome home." Rui beamed at his parents a smile on his face as the two take off their shoes coats and bags resting them by the door as the two head into the kitchen.

"Hello, sweetheart, how was school?" Rui follows them as his mom approaches him kissing his forehead and giving him a tight squeeze. His smile grew warm as he looks at the two of them.

"It was a good day. We have a new student. I was wondering if she could eat with us." He pulls away from his mother to look at both his parents, his dad busy at the kitchen counter trying to undo all the bags the Chinese food was in.

"You brought home a friend? How wonderful! Of course she can! Bring her in right away and we'll get the food ready. Oh but go change out of your uniform." His father ushered him out of the kitchen. Rui hummed in satisfaction but it almost slipped from his mind as he goes back to the kitchen and speaks to them in a much quieter voice.

Mean while Tsuki was looking around in the garage seeing all the projects that Rui either finished or scrapped probably due to a malfunction. She looks in amazement at all the inventions, not really touching anything as she looks at blue prints on the table. The top one being for a confetti cannon.

"I still remember it like it was yesterday… The confetti cannon on the roof of the school, it was such an amazing sight to behold and a brilliant surprise!"

Her heart ached as she looked over the details of the blueprint. "Smart as ever… Looks like he almost has it complete to build." She hummed. She looks over another blueprint.

Rui opens the door to the garage, having changed out of his uniform and looks to Tsuki who was still staring out at his work bench table. "Tenshiro-kun?" She jumped a little as she turns around quickly to look at Rui, a tad flustered as she was caught looking through his things. "I didn't touch anything!" Rui chuckled as he gestures with his head to inside the house. She looked at him bewildered for a moment.

"You mean… they said yes?" She looked at him with disbelieve as the cat like grin spread across his face as he nodded a chuckle leaving his lips. "Your family is insane!" Rui this time lets out a heartfelt laugh at her words as she shook her head walking into his house.

After dinner Rui excuses the both of them to head up to his room. The garage had a more lived in feeling to it than his bedroom. with everything practically in its place and the floor clean of junk, robot parts and books. "Wow its actually… neat." She sweated surprise clearly written on her face as she enters his room.

"You can stay here while I'm down in my garage." She looks at him with disbelieve. "Oh hell no. I'm shorter than you, I'll go sleep on the couch." She knew that's not exactly what he was gonna be doing in his garage although she wasn't gonna let him know that she knew he was gonna be working on the confetti cannon project.

"Alright… follow me then." She rolls her eyes and cracks a dumb smile as she's lead back to the garage, this time a thick blanket was left on the couch along with a pillow. "See even your parents expected me to sleep out here, which is a nice thought." She hummed thoughtfully as she takes the blanket and wraps it around herself. Rui smiles down at her his own thoughts coming together about today.

"You gonna work on your latest project?" She looks at him curiously as if she hadn't already peeked at his blueprints. Rui threw her a look which she just avoided with a small laugh as he goes to his work bench and takes a seat and starts fiddling with the pieces he had set out on his desk.

"Your a really amazing engineer…" She sighs as she lays her head down on the pillow covering the thick blanket up over her body. Rui doesn't look at her as he speaks. "You know so? or are you just complimenting my current abilities?" She looks up at the ceiling.

"You've always had this amazing ability to create anything you set your mind to. That's how you manage to build the time machine." She sighs as she closes her eyes resting more into the couch listening to the sound of him tinkering away on his project.

Rui put his project down on the table as he walked over to the couch and looked down at Tsuki. Seeing her sleep with even breathing her long hair splayed out around her, still wearing her uniform from today.

"Truly, you are something… Tenshiro-kun." Rui smiled as he reached out and brushed the few strands that had covered her face away. "You have amazing strength, to be so far away from your real home. Fufu, whatever it is that your here to fix, it must mean the world to you…" His words were softly spoken, as he squatted down next to the couch. He rests his head on the back of the couch cushion near her pillow and just looks up at her.

"Here's hoping Kami-sama aids you in your endeavors…" As he says that his thoughts are drawn back to their conversation earlier.

"How are your feelings for Tsukasa?"

Those words she uttered flashed in his mind as it sent his heart into a jolt of emotion. His lip quivers a little as his thoughts raced. 'I won't deny the fact she was right…Because, despite my best efforts to conceal my feelings from Tsukasa, I also don't want to refute them any longer…' He pressed his hand to his chest clenching it over his heart as he bit his lip softly.

Rui ran a hand through his hair as a deep sigh escapes him. 'Even though she knows the future…The present still scares me. Telling Tsukasa how I feel after all this time… I know I can't give up…And I won't.' Rui's gaze then goes back to his confetti cannon he was still working on at his work bench.

"I'll make sure the future I desire thrives.." Rui got up from the floor and returned to his work bench, fully prepared for a sleepless night in order to finish what he started.
