Subaru: Thank you for having me! I guess I should do this now, huh? My name is Subaru Natsuki! Not only am I clueless, I am also broke beyond compare!

Ram: It's good to see that no matter which story we are in, the readers don't think Barasu is funny.

Subaru: Did you have to say it like that?!

Ram: HAH!

Everyone looked up at the top of the tower that was ahead of them, and saw a woman at the tower top with long, grayish-silver hair that flowed outwards in multiple strands. Her head and face were wrapped in bandages, giving a mummified look that concealed most of her features, leaving only one eye and part of her mouth visible. The visible eye has a sharp, intense gaze with a pinkish hue. A red marking on her cheek stood out against the white bandages, and she wore a large, golden collar around her neck with a looped attachment. Her expression was unhinged, and she had an angry look on her face. "It stinks! It stinks! It stinks! It stinks! It stinks! It stinks! It stinks!"

This mysterious woman, was none other than Sirius Romanée-Conti — the Sin Archbishop of the Witch Cult, representing Wrath . Currently, she was filled with rage, especially when she saw Emilia. Her anger seemed to be particularly directed at her, which was evident with the verbal abuse she was currently hauling out at the silver haired half-elf royal candidate. Sirius, glaring down at Emilia, shouted, "I smell it! I smell it! I smell the girl! The foul stench of the filthy, infuriating half-devil who would take him from me! Oh! How infuriating! Just taking him from me isn't enough for you?! Filthy half-devil!"

Emilia looked utterly baffled and slightly irritated as she heard Sirius verbally insult her, clearly not understanding why she was even mad specifically at her. What was her deal? As far as she knew, this was the first time they had met. So what could Sirius even be talking about?

Kazuma looked at Megumim with a deadpan expression and said flatly, "Megumim, I think even that crazy woman on top of that tower can make out that you're stinking badly. And which man did you even snag from her?"

Megumim's face turned red, anger evident on her face. She stammered, "K-Kazuma! What are you even saying?! And I don't think that crazy woman is even talking to me in the first place!" she then looked back up at the tower with slight irritation. "That woman is crazy! I show blow her up with my Explosion Magic!"

Kazuma's heart dropped as he heard the words that escaped from Megumim's mouth. With a panicked look on his face, he quickly flailed his arms around. "Hold on a minute! ARE YOU CRAZY?! Are you trying to destroy this entire city?!"

Darkness' cheeks were slightly red as she stared at Sirius with a pout on her face, her expression conveyed that of disappointment. "I wish that woman said those vile things to me instead…"

Aqua was still looking up at the tower high up in shock. "K-K-Kazuma…"

Kazuma looked at Aqua and said, "Yes, Yes, this is Kazuma."

Aqua gulped nervously. "It looks like we have ended up in another world!"

As soon as those words reached Kazuma's ears, he widened his eyes in shock. "WAIT WHAT?! LIKE ANOTHER, ANOTHER WORLD?! WHAT THE HELL?!"

Subaru flinched as he heard what Aqua had just said and thought to himself, "Another world? Isekai? And…" he then looked at Kazuma. "Kazuma… In other words… he was transported to another world, like me…?"

As far as Subaru knew, only him and Al were the ones who were transported to another world. Of course, there was also someone else who Subaru had heard about that may have transported to another world, considering the fact that Priestella, the city they were currently in, had an inn or resort with heavy Japanese influence. The room structure were all from Japan. Now, Subaru has seen another person — Kazuma, who also has a Japanese name. It was not hard for Subaru to put the two and two together. The fact that he could see another person from his country gave him some form of relief. In the past, he thought that he may have been the only one transported to this world. That is, until he met Al, who had revealed that he too is from another world. But now, seeing Kazuma suddenly arrive through a portal, and a blue haired girl say that they are 'in a different world', made Subaru feel that he wasn't the only one going through this hardship of being sent to another world.

However, now wasn't the time to think about this. After all, Sirius, a threat, was right ahead of them on top of the tower, and she was clearly enraged with Emilia for some reason.

Chomsuke, the cat, hopped onto Megumim's shoulder. Apparently, he too, was sucked into the portal earlier. The cat then glared up at Sirius who was at the top of the tower.

Vegeta folded his arms and scoffed at Sirius. "Who is this woman?"

Goku, still in his battle stance, had a serious look on his face. While his eyes were still fixed on Sirius, he did say, "Vegeta… Do you sense that Ki?"

Vegeta nodded, his eyes still fixed on Sirius. "Yeah… She is using her power to brainwash the people around us." He then briefly glanced at Aqua, who was staring at Sirius with slight fear. He then sighed and said, "The Goddess there has used her powers to free her friends from the brainwashing, but…" he then glanced around his surroundings, and noticed that few citizens who were nearby were still under the brainwashing magic. "They're still being mind-controlled."

Future Trunks widened his eyes in shock. "So in other words… that woman on top of the tower is causing trouble?"

Vegeta nodded. "Yes. However, I have no time to deal with this. I just want to get back my world and train with Lord Beerus or Whis." He then looked back up at Sirius. "But it would look like a battle is impending. Although, she doesn't look like she will even be good enough for a warmup…"

Sirius suddenly leaped ahead from the tower, before landing on the ground on all her fours. She had not taken any damaging, indicating that she was resilient to endure certain heights with ease.

Megumim freaked out as she stared at Sirius who was on all fours and said, "K-Kazuma! She's about to attack! Just let me use my explosion magic!"

Kazuma raised both his hands high into air. "NO! I ALREADY TOLD YOU NOT TO, AS THE CITY HERE WOULD GET DESTROYED!"

Darkness noticed the citizens around them still under the mind-control. She then turned to Aqua with a serious look on her face and said, "Aqua… you need to free them from the mind control."

Aqua looked scared. She then nodded hesitantly and stammered, "O-Okay… As long as that crazy woman doesn't attack me!"

As Sirius looked at Emilia while glaring daggers, Vegeta scoffed at Wrath and demanded, "Who the hell are you?"

"I am the Sin Archbishop in the Witch's Cult representing Wrath—" Sirius declared with a voice dripping in rage. She brought her hands forward, palms facing each other, with her fingers slightly curved as if cradling an invisible sphere. A purplish glow began to swirl between her hands, coalescing into a pulsating orb of flame. The flames were wild and erratic, flickering with chaotic intensity as they expanded outward. In moments, the fire consumed her hands, crawling up her arms like serpentine tendrils, emitting sparks and casting ominous shadows around her. As the flames roared to life, Sirius spread her arms wide, palms facing outward, as if to command the destruction around her. Her fingers splayed, trembling slightly with intensity, and the flames trailed along her arms, surging outward like living entities. The infernal purple fire twisted and flared violently, framing her figure in an aura of wrathful energy. "— Sirius Romanée-Conti!" she then glared at Emilia and shouted, "You infuriating half-devil scum! I'm going to burn you alive and scatter your ashes over my husband's grave!"

Kazuma was dumbfounded. "OKAY! SHE ACTUALLY IS GOING TO ATTACK!"

Megumim, who was freaked out earlier, suddenly had a look on awe on her face as she stared at the flames Sirius was emitting. "So cool!"

Darkness had a serious look on her face. "She's from a cult?"

Goku was surprised as he looked at Sirius and said, "Vegeta… she looks really mad…"

Future Trunks nodded in agreement as he glanced at Emilia. "Yeah… specifically at the silver haired girl over there…"

Kazuma gulped nervously. "I think… this is our chance to run now…"

Subaru looked surprised and alarmed as he said, "She wasn't acting anything like this before!"

Subaru had died a few times today, all because of Sirius. The first time he died today was because Sirius dropped an innocent kid from the top of the tower, all the way to his death. With her Authority, she made the other citizens witnessing the scene feel the same pain, which ended up killing all of them too. Subaru, also happened to be in the crowd, which led to his death. However, because of his Return by Death ability, he was able to go back to the 'past' in the sense, and redo. In other words, every time he died, he was sent back to a certain point in the past, a checkpoint that was not consciously set by him, but rather, by the Witch of Envy, Satella. The first time, he had perished due to Sirius' Authority of sharing sensations and pains. The second time, Subaru tried to rescue the kid by going directly in the tower before Sirius could make her move. He did end up finding the kid, but unfortunately for him, Sirius found him, and used her chains to attack and hang Subaru to death. Then, in the third loop for today, Subaru got the idea of calling Reinhard to the battle scene. And while Reinhard was able to easily overpower Sirius, her Authority still caused a misfortune. When Reinhard delivered a sword slash onto Sirius, her authority was still active, which meant everyone around her, like the citizens, and Subaru watching, were killed along with her.

And so, this was the 4th loop for today. Subaru hasn't died so far, but there was one specific thing that confused him. And that was the appearance of Kazuma and the others. In his previous loops, he had never seen them arrive near the tower. Even in the 3rd loop, when he had called Reinhard, and the Sword Saint was battling against the Witch Cult Member, Kazuma and the others had never arrived.

But now… in this loop, they did arrive. And what's more strange, is that they arrived right before Sirius could say a word. In his previous loops, Sirius had spoken, and had even begun her attack. However, Kazuma and the others did not arrive to this world at that time. But now, in this loop, before Sirius could even say a word, they suddenly arrived. What could have possibly triggered this to happen?

Sirius growled. "Like maggots that just keep coming back when I burn them… What is it you have against me, huh?! Am I not even free to mourn?! How long?! How long?!"

Emilia looked at Sirius with a serious look on her face and said, "I have no idea what you are talking about. If you're angry at me, tell me why. I'm the one who attacked first, so it's only natural that you'd be angry. But the other people here have nothing to do with it. Set them free."

As the people who were currently under the brainwashing effect were slowly walking towards Subaru and the others, they suddenly noticed that they couldn't move for some reason. Looking down at their feet, they saw their footwear encased in jagged shards of ice, spreading outward like crystalline roots. The frozen restraints shimmered under the light, locking their feet firmly to the ground and crackling faintly as they struggled to move. This happened due to Emilia's powers.

Vegeta narrowed his eyes at Emilia and murmured, "From what I can sense, that woman there can fight…"

Sirius glared at Emilia and shouted, "Don't take that patronizing tone when asking me for a favor! If it's only natural for me to be angry, then apologize! Crawl on the ground begging for my forgiveness! Do that and I'll cook your intestines right through your ass!"

Goku stood upright and said, "You there…"

Sirius cocked her head towards Goku and glared at him. "What's this? Why doesn't my Authority work on you?"

Goku frowned. "Authority? I don't know what that is, but the girl you've been berating is right. The people here have nothing to do with all of this. Why don't you just release the people here, and we will fight somewhere else?"

"And let the half-devil scum just walk away?!" Sirius shouted with venom in her voice.

Beatrice furrowed her brows in irritation as she said, "Betty doesn't like this woman at all. She is intolerable, in fact."

Emilia narrowed her eyes at Sirius and said, "I guess talking just doesn't work with you. In that case, I have an idea of my own." She then raised her hand, her violet eyes gleaming with focus. A chilling mist coalesced in the air before her, swirling and condensing into a sleek, crystalline blade. The sword materialized with a sharp, resonant hum, its edges gleaming like frozen starlight. Without hesitation, she reached out and grasped the hilt, the ice radiating a cold so fierce it seemed almost alive.

Megumim was surprised as she witnessed Emilia use her magic. "Woah! That's so cool!"

However, before Emilia could leap ahead, Darkness suddenly walked into the way, particularly facing Sirius with her hands spread to the sides. She had an excited look on her face as she said, "You there! Hit me with all you got!"

Subaru widened his eyes in shock. "W-What are you doing? You'll get hurt!"

Darkness' cheeks slightly turned red as she stammered, "I-It's okay! I can handle this! My body is very strong!"

"Are you a knight?"

Subaru specially thought Darkness might be a knight due to the armor she was wearing. He began to wonder whether she was a strong individual and could take on Sirius with ease. How strong was yet to be seen, but Subaru hoped she was strong enough to stop Sirius right now.

Emilia widened her eyes, surprised, as she stared at Darkness and said, "H-Hold on… Are you sure?"

Darkness drooled slightly as she began to get more and more excited while staring at Sirius. "Y-Yes! I'm totally ready! Hit me all you want!"

Kazuma panicked. "Darkness! Stay away from her! She will burn you!"

Upon hearing Kazuma's warning, she simply welcomed it as she said, "Burn me?!" she then looked at Sirius with a crazed grin, her eyes alight with a mix of determination and unrestrained excitement. Drool glistened at the corner of her lips as she leaned forward slightly, as if daring the enemy to strike. "Go ahead! Do your worst!" she exclaimed, her voice trembling with anticipation.

Kazuma shot Darkness a deadpan glare, his eyes narrowing with exasperation as he muttered under his breath, "Don't tell me this perverted crusader is actually enjoying this…"

Sirius, was utterly dumbfounded, as she stared at Darkness like she couldn't believe it for a moment. "Huh?"

Vegeta facepalmed at Darkness' antics and sighed with exasperation. "That woman…"

Kazuma quickly ran over to Subaru, skidding to a stop before bowing deeply in a gesture of apology. "I'm so sorry about my teammates," he said, his tone heavy with embarrassment. "I swear, they're not usually this bad… Well, maybe they are, but still—please don't hold it against me!"

Subaru looked at Kazuma with a surprised expression. "H-Huh? I don't know what you're talking about exactly, but she is strong enough to defeat he—"

"SHE'S ACTUALLY NOT!" Kazuma shouted, throwing his hands up in frustration. "You don't get it! She's all bark and no bite! Sure, she's wearing armor, but that's just for show—she can't hit anything! She's practically a magnet for pain!"

He pointed toward Darkness, who was grinning wildly as if Sirius's flames were a treat rather than a threat. "See that? She likes getting hurt! That's her whole thing! Do you think that's normal?!"

Before Subaru could respond, Kazuma groaned and added, "And don't even get me started on the other two. Aqua? She's a goddess, but the only miracle she's good at is making my life harder. And Megumin? She's a walking firework show! One explosion and she's done for the day! Basically she has high explosion magic, but she can only use it once a day!"

Kazuma slumped forward, burying his face in his hands. "Why am I even here? I'm surrounded by idiots... And on top of that, Aqua, the useless Goddess, had done something, which ended us accidently transporting to this new world…"

Subaru blinked in confusion, trying to process everything Kazuma had just said. "W-Wait a second… So you're actually from another world?!"

Kazuma, still slumped forward, let out a long, defeated sigh. "Yeah, that's right. Another world, where I was supposed to live an easy life with cheat-level powers, a harem, and luxury... but nope! Instead, I got this." He waved vaguely at Darkness, who was still grinning in Sirius's direction, and let out a bitter laugh. "Some isekai dream, huh?"

Subaru raised a trembling finger, pointing toward Aqua. "And the girl there… she's a goddess?! This is too much information already!"

Kazuma straightened up and gave Subaru a look of pure exhaustion. "Yeah, she's a goddess. Not that it means anything when she cries over broken bottles, gets scammed by every shady salesman, and spends more time partying than actually helping me. Trust me, being a goddess doesn't make her any less of a pain."

Megumim frowned at Kazuma and said, "Hey, Kazuma! I heard what you just said!"

Aqua looked unpleased and said, "I'll have you know that I'm not a useless Goddess!"

Yunyun covered behind Megumim in fear as she stared at Sirius with a petrified look on her face. "M-Megumim… that woman will kill us all…"

However, Kazuma simply ignored them as a certain thought popped up in his mind. He began to wonder whether Subaru was also sent to another world like him. Standing upright, he then said, "Hold on a minute… Are you by any chance…"

However, before Kazuma could say anything, Beatrice looked at Aqua and said, "You over there… Can you use your magic to free the remaining people here from that witch cult woman's powers?"

Aqua nodded frantically at Beako and said, "Yes! As long as the mummy-looking woman doesn't attack me!"

Beako nodded. "Then do it, I suppose. Don't keep us waiting, in fact."

Aqua frowned. "Hey, hold on a minute! You don't just demand—"

"AQUA! JUST DO IT ALREADY! WE ARE IN A DIRE SITUATION RIGHT NOW!" Kazuma pleaded with exasperation.

Aqua paused for a moment, before then smiling at Kazuma. "Leave it to me!"

Suddenly, Sirius dropped her chain sickles to the ground. Once it hit the ground, the purple flames spread over to even the sickles itself. Swiftly hoisting it up, she quickly charged towards Darkness, intending to slice her in half. Darkness' being the masochist she is, was ready to embrace the attack. However, Emilia suddenly leaped ahead, before landing in front of Darkness with her back facing her. She then blocked the incoming flaming sickle attack that was unleashed by Sirius with her ice sword. Sirius then unleashed a series of sickles slashes. However, Emilia managed to hold her own as she parried, blocked, and evaded all of her attacks. Sirius' already growing frustration further amplified as she leaped backwards before shouting, "Half-devil scum!"

Emilia leaped into the air and said, "Stop insulting me over and over!" she then attempted to deliver a strike from her ice sword, only for it to be broken by Sirius' flaming sickle.

With a sadistic look on her face, Sirius grinned manically and said, "Take that, you—" she stopped her sentence midway when she suddenly noticed two medium-sized ice jagged shards floating in the air next to Emilia. Both the ice shards then morphed into ice swords. Once it was ready, Emilia used both her hands to grab each sword respectively. With a sharp twist of her wrists, the ice swords slashed forward. "Uyayayayaya! Urya!"

Despite the cute shouts, each of Emilia's dual sword slashes were powerful enough to slice through bones and skin with ease.

Vegeta scoffed with a smirk as he observed Emilia's fighting prowess. "I was right after all, this woman can fight."

Darkness pouted with disappointment, since she wasn't able to take a blow from Sirius. "H-Hey! Wait, that's not fair!" she then shifted to her battle stance with a serious look on her face. Grabbing the hilt of her sword from her scabbard, she said, "Fine! I'll take you on myself." She then unsheathed the sword. It was not long before she charged ahead towards Sirius.

Emilia and Sirius clashed relentlessly, their weapons ringing out in sharp echoes. Each attack was met with a swift parry or an agile dodge, yet Emilia's strikes carried a growing intensity. It was subtle, but she was gradually pushing Sirius back.

As Darkness charged forward, her heavy sword raised high, the determination on her face was unmistakable. Finally, she reached Sirius and swung with all her might.

The slash went wide—far too wide. It wasn't just a near miss; it was so off-target that anyone witnessing the spectacle might have questioned if she was aiming at all.

Subaru blinked in disbelief. "Wait… Did she seriously miss?!"

Beatrice crossed her arms and gave Darkness a withering look. "She didn't even come close to hitting him, I suppose. What kind of nonsense is this woman doing, in fact?"

Darkness, seemingly oblivious to the criticism, turned her head slightly to glance at Subaru and Beatrice. Her cheeks were flushed, and a peculiar, almost euphoric smile spread across her face.

"Yes…" she murmured, her voice dripping with masochistic glee. "Any moment now, they'll scorn me. They'll mock me for being useless in battle! Just a little longer… Just a bit more!"

Her reaction left Subaru at a complete loss for words, while Beatrice groaned, pressing a hand to her forehead.

"Unbelievable," Beatrice muttered.

Kazuma stepped forward, his shoulders slumped as though carrying the weight of endless humiliation. He bowed deeply, his face a mix of embarrassment and resignation.

"I'm so sorry," Kazuma said, his voice filled with genuine regret. "I'm really sorry for my useless teammates. Please, just… pretend you didn't see that."

Subaru stared at him, his own bewilderment momentarily forgotten. "Uh… That's… very self-aware of you, I guess?"

Beatrice tilted her head, her earlier frustration fading into mild curiosity. "At least one of them has some semblance of sense, I suppose."

Kazuma straightened up, sighing heavily. "Sense? You don't survive long in my group without developing a coping mechanism. Unfortunately, this is mine."

Sirius glared at Darkness, and shouted, "Don't get in the way!" and with that, she leaped towards Darkness. She then slashed her purple-flamed sickle at the crusader, intending to cut clean through her skin and flesh.

Emilia quickly dashed forward in order to stop Sirius, but quickly realized she wouldn't make it in time. "I won't make it in time!" she thought to herself.

"Darkness!" Megumim, Kazuma, and Yunyun cried out.

"Look out, Darkness!" Aqua cried.

However, before the weapon could touch Darkness, Vegeta suddenly appeared in a blur in front of Darkness. The prince of all Saiyans merely caught the sickle with his hand like it was nothing. Even though the sickle was engulfed with purple flames, it didn't seem to hurt Vegeta even one bit. Sirius widened her eyes in shock at Vegeta and said, "What…?"

Vegeta smirked at Sirius. "Aren't you an annoying one?"

Subaru's eyes widened with a surprised look on his face as he witnessed Vegeta block the attack. Along with Kazuma, other people had also suddenly arrived here, which included Vegeta and the others. Out from the portal that had appeared earlier, before disappearing soon after, a machine fell onto the ground as well with the word 'HOPE' written on it. Subaru had no idea what the machine was, but one thing was for certain, that Kazuma and the others didn't seem to be bad guys.

What surprised him right now though was the fact that the man who had blocked Sirius' attack just now not only seemed strong, but also seemed unfazed by her purple flames. Even as the man held the sickle in his hand, the flames engulfed a bit of his hand, but that had no effect on him either. Subaru could only assume maybe he is a fighter from another world.

Vegeta reeled his fist back, ready to launch a punch at Sirius. With a smirk, he said, "Good riddance."

"Wait! Hold on!" Subaru called out.

Vegeta glanced behind his shoulder at Subaru and said with irritation, "What is it?"

"If you hit her, then things will get bad! She has an ability to share her sensations and pain! So if you hit her, then the other bystanders here will get hurt too!"

Subaru knew this very well, especially during his third loop for today. After being hanged to death in the second loop for today by Sirius, Subaru called Reinhard to fight Sirius instead. Using a signal flare, he was able to get the Sword Saint to arrive at the plaza. Because Reinhard saw the signal flare in the sky from afar, he immediately understood that there must be something wrong going on there, and so he arrived.

Normally, Reinhard would have won and solved the situation, considering that he is the strongest man in this world. However, Sirius' ability to share sensations and pain gave her the advantage. When Reinhard sliced her, it ended up killing everyone else around, including Subaru.

That's why in this loop, Subaru knew having Reinhard to fight now wouldn't be a viable option. This is also why he decided to get Beatrice to tag along instead in hopes of stopping Sirius.

If Vegeta were to punch Sirius now, then the citizens around would get hurt too, or worse, killed.

After listening to what Subaru had just now said, Vegeta glanced around his surroundings, noticing the citizens around still under the brainwashing, as their eyes were still red. "I see now how it is…"

While Vegeta was distracted looking around, Sirius decided to take this opportunity, and lashed out another flaming sickle at Vegeta. Upon contact, the Prince of all Saiyans ended up getting engulfed in flames. Sirius leaped backwards, maintaining some distance between her and Vegeta as she withdrew the sickle that Vegeta had caught earlier back to her side and laughed manically, "WRATH! WRATH! Die along with the half-devil scum!"

Emilia widened his eyes in shock. The man with battle armor had been consumed in flames, potentially killed! No… he was definitely dead, is what Emilia was thinking right now.

Subaru looked shocked as he stared at the purple flames that was covering Vegeta. The person had definitely died! Sirius took advantage of the brief distraction, and now someone here had already died!

Sirius then glared at Emilia and said, "Now then… Why don't you—"

"What do you think of yourself, looking away like that? Your opponent is right here!" a voice said.

Widening her eyes in shock, Sirius looked at the source of the voice, where she saw the flames that were engulfing Vegeta earlier. However…

The flames suddenly dissipated as a white aura surrounded Vegeta. The Prince of all Saiyans was unscathed. Now even a single burn mark on his body, or even his clothes! Everyone except for Goku and Future Trunks were surprised to see that Vegeta was still alive, and unharmed!

"What the…?" Sirius was shocked.

Vegeta folded his arms and scoffed at Sirius. "You really think you have an advantage over me? Because if I were to pummel you, then the other people here will face the same effect? Don't make me laugh!"

Subaru widened his eyes in shock. What was Vegeta thinking? By the way he worded things just now, was he implying that he was going to attack Sirius anyway? But if that were to happen, then the people around would definitely die!

Suddenly, Vegeta disappeared, and instantly reappeared in front of Sirius with a smirk on his face. Subaru widened his eyes in shock. He had no idea how did he just do that. He began to wonder whether Vegeta had some sort of teleportation technique. Little did Subaru know, Vegeta had only simply moved so fast, that to people who can't catch up with Vegeta's speed, it would look like teleportation. However, Future Trunks and Goku were clearly able to see the Saiyan Prince's movements.

Goku widened his eyes in shock. "Wait, Vegeta! What are you doing?!"

Future Trunks widened his eyes in shock and said, "Father! If what the guy with the tracksuit said is true, then we shouldn't strike her down! It will get everyone else here hurt!"

Subaru instantly knew that Trunks was talking about Subaru, considering that he mentioned the tracksuit, which is what he wears in the first place.

Kazuma looked baffled. "Wait, what?"

"You there! Subaru is right! If you strike her, then there will be casualties!" Beatrice warned.

Suddenly, purple flames shrouded Sirius. However, this did not bother Vegeta one bit, as he simply swayed his hand to the side, instantly dissipating the flames away. However, once the flames were out, he saw Sirius holding a young girl hostage.

The girl had blond hair styled in soft waves with a decorative pink flower accessory adorning it. Her eyes were wide and light blue, and she was currently dressed in a modest green outfit. She was currently being restrained by golden chains with intricate designs, chains clearly belonging to Sirius. The chains had looped around her mouth, forming a kind of muzzle or gag, which restricted her ability to speak. The chains also had a metallic sheen.

Emilia widened her eyes in shock, as she witnessed the young girl being held hostage by Sirius. Future Trunks' hand flew straight towards the hilt of his sword, and Goku shifted forward slightly, about to make a move. Everyone else was also shocked.

However, Vegeta reeled his fist back with a smirk. And then, instantly, he shot his fist forward. However, midway, he opened his fist, and extended his five fingers ahead with his palm facing horizontally. Vegeta was so fast, that Sirius did not know what hit her until after the contact was made. His strike hit the middle of Sirius' chest. Subaru, although impressed by Vegeta's speed, widened his eyes in fear and panic.

Vegeta had seemingly ignored the warning Subaru had given. That means, the people around him would get hurt too. That is what he thought. But then…

Sirius inadvertently dropped the hostage girl onto the ground. She slowly looked at Vegeta's spear hand strike which was still on her chest. She coughed out blood and doubled over slightly, clearly affected by the attack. Everyone saw the blood fall down. Sirius was damaged. And yet…

No one around them was hurt. Not even one bit. In fact, the red eyes that were present in the citizens nearby had gone! They were back to their senses.

One of the citizens said, "What the… What just happened?"

"What was I doing?" another citizen said.

Clearly, everyone had just come back to their senses. Subaru and the others were surprised. Sirius was hit, and yet no one was affected. On top of that, everyone returned back to their senses!

Sirius slowly looked up at Vegeta with a glare and said, "You…. What did you do just now?"

Vegeta smirked at Sirius as he retreated his hand to his side. "Forced Spirit Fission."

While the name of the technique Vegeta had just now used sounded foreign to Sirius, Goku knew what Vegeta had just now done. More than a couple of months ago, Goku and Vegeta had faced against Moro, a powerful wizard who had threatened Universe 7; the same universe Goku and Vegeta had come from, around ten million years ago. However, Moro had once again returned to terrorize the universe at one point, and this time, his opponents were Goku and Vegeta. Initially, Moro had defeated the Saiyans due to his magic giving him an advantage. While the Saiyans used Ki, Moro used magic, an energy source similar to what Babidi used. At that time, ever since being defeated by Moro, Vegeta decided to take a spaceship and fly over to Planet Yadrant.

Planet Yardrat, located in Universe 7, is inhabited by the Yardratians, a race renowned for their unique abilities to manipulate space and time. Despite their physical weakness, they have mastered advanced techniques through a practice known as Spirit Control.

Spirit Control is an advanced form of ki manipulation that allows practitioners to achieve various abilities by shifting, splitting, and growing their spirit. These abilities include Instant Transmission, Cloning, Gigantification, Healing, and the highly advanced Forced Spirit Fission.

Vegeta had traveled to Planet Yardrat to seek an advantage against Moro, the same powerful wizard who had previously defeated him and Goku. Under the guidance of Pybara, the Yardratian elder who had also taught Goku Instant Transmission in the past, Vegeta underwent rigorous training to master Spirit Control. This training required him to achieve balance in both body and mind, a process that initially proved challenging due to his restless spirit.

Through dedicated practice, Vegeta enhanced his combat abilities and mastered Forced Spirit Fission, which enables the user to separate and manipulate energy from their target, effectively undoing fusions or absorptions. This technique proved instrumental in his battles against opponents who relied on such methods.

The current state of the innocent bystanders being back to their senses was all a result of Forced Spirit Fission. The technique worked by severing the metaphysical bonds that Sirius had established with those around her. Her Authority of Wrath, which linked her sensations and pain to the bystanders, was fundamentally a connection of energy—a parasitic network that tied her essence to theirs. Vegeta's precise strike disrupted the flow of this energy, forcibly unraveling the links she had formed. Like severed threads, the connections disintegrated one by one, and the oppressive presence that had overtaken the plaza dissipated. The citizens, once controlled and tormented by Sirius's shared anguish, were freed as their energy was returned to them, their minds and bodies their own once more.

Goku looked at Vegeta happily, as well as with an impressed look on his face, and said, "Wow! So you actually had a plan after all!"

Vegeta, without even looking at Goku, simply scoffed while still keeping his eyes fixed on Sirius. "Of course, Kakarot. Don't take me for a fool!"

It wasn't long before Sirius fell face first onto the ground near Vegeta's feet, shocking everyone except for Goku, Future Trunks, and the Prince himself. Subaru widened his eyes with a surprised look on his face as he witnessed the Sin Archbishop fall down onto the ground.

"Is she… defeated?" Subaru wondered.

Emilia was surprised. "You took her down with one blow? I was reallllyyy struggling to land a precise hit against her just earlier…"

Beatrice was surprised as well as she glanced around her surroundings and noticed that all the innocent bystanders were back to their senses. "Whatever that man did just now, everyone is back to their senses, I suppose. Looks like he knew what he was doing, in fact."

Kazuma pointed a finger at Vegeta incredulously and said, "What the hell is this?! This man is basically a walking cheat skill!"

Subaru pointed at Vegeta comically and said, "Yeah! He's basically like Reinhard!"

Vegeta turned around and glared at Subaru and Kazuma. "What are you fools even babbling about?"

Subaru and Kazuma suddenly felt intense pressure under Vegeta's glare, but then Emilia, the angel-like woman herself, said, "Thank you for saving everyone just now, umm…"

Vegeta, clearly understanding that Emilia didn't know the Saiyan's name as she trailed off, decided to say, "Vegeta."

Emilia looked confused. "Huh?"

Vegeta sighed. "My name is Vegeta."

Emilia looked surprised, but then nodded with a smile. "Oh! My name is Emilia, just Emilia."

Future Trunks quickly ran over to the girl who was chained earlier. Since Sirius had dropped her onto the ground because of Vegeta's attack, she was free from any potential harm. Trunks then used took his sword out, before cutting the golden chains off and instantly freeing her. At first, among seeing the sword, the girl thought she was going to die. However, after seeing that Trunks only used it to free her, she gasped with relief.

Future Trunks looked at the girl with a worried look on his face and said, "Are you okay?"

Subaru quickly ran over to the girl as well to check up on her. As he did so, the girl nodded silently. Then, she suddenly widened her eyes slightly with a worried look on his face. "Lusbel…"

Future Trunks looked alarmed and asked, "Lusbel? Is that one of your friends?"

"My brother…"

"Where is he?"

Subaru widened his eyes in shock. He knew about Lusbel, the boy who was captured by Sirius. He knew about him especially from his previous failed loops today. With his knowledge from the previous loops, he knew exactly where to look for him. Looking up ahead at the top of the tower, Subaru knew the boy was right now being held in chains over there. Subaru glanced behind his shoulder at Beatrice and said, "Beako. Take me to the tower above."

Beako silently nodded as Subaru knelt down on knee. This allowed Beatrice to hop onto his back as she wrapped her arms around his neck from behind, as well as wrap her legs around his back and chest. Now attached to him, Beatrice began using her magic and said, "Murac!"

Subaru's feet began to glow purple, as the clothing area near his leg also moved a bit due to the magic. This was due to Beatrice's magic called Murac. Murac is a Yin Magic spell that manipulates gravity, allowing the caster to alter the weight of objects or individuals. When Beatrice casts Murak on Subaru, it reduces his weight, enabling him to perform high jumps or float, effectively granting temporary flight or enhanced mobility. This spell is particularly useful in situations requiring quick aerial movement or evasion.

Subaru and Beatrice, now practically flying towards the top of the tower, were heading there to save Lusbel. Keeping his hand ready at the whip that was attached to his waist, Subaru said, "Don't bite your tongue, Beako!"

With a sharp flick of his wrist, Subaru lashed out his whip. The coiled leather weapon snapped through the air, its tip wrapping tightly around a wooden beam jutting out from the top of the tower. The whip coiled with precision, securing itself around the weathered wood. Subaru's eyes narrowed with determination as he then pulled himself and Beatrice towers the top of the tower before landing inside it.

Subaru and Beatrice landed in what appeared to be the interior of the tower, a dimly lit room. The stone walls were worn and uneven, with cracks running along their surfaces. Wooden beams crisscrossed the space, some leaning precariously as if they had been hastily propped up to support the structure.

A faint green glow emanated from a lantern hanging on the far side. Barrels and crates were stacked haphazardly in one corner, alongside a pile of sandbags that seemed out of place amidst the disarray. A soft breeze wafted through, carrying with it the faint scent of dust and decay.

On the floor near the center of the room lay Lusbel restrained in golden chains, struggling against the bindings. Subaru glanced around quickly, assessing the surroundings, while Beatrice, still clinging to him, surveyed the area with her usual composed, calculating gaze. It wasn't long before Subaru looked to his right, and saw Lusbel.

"Lusbel! You okay?!" Subaru quickly ran over to Lusbel before kneeling next to him. Beatrice got off Subaru's back and looked at Lusbel.

Lusbel's face was pale and filled with visible distress, his wide green eyes trembling with fear and uncertainty. A golden chain, adorned with sharp, thorn-like protrusions, tightly loops around his face, partially obscuring his features and amplifying the sense of helplessness. Sweat glistens on his forehead, his lips are slightly parted as though he is struggling to respond, but the chains restrict his ability to move freely. The faint light in the room catches the golden sheen of the chains. Wasting no time, Subaru began to undo the chains with the help of Beatrice. Once the chains were removed, Subaru said, "Don't worry, we defeated the woman who kidnapped you. And Tina is safe too."

Lusbel had a surprised look on his face as he said, "T-Thank you!"

Subaru then carried Lusbel princess-style, before heading outside the room with Beatrice following him. Subaru then looked down from the tower and said, "There, see? Tina's fine."

Lusbel glanced down at the scene before him, and saw Tina safe and unharmed near Future Trunks and Kazuma. Although he did not recognize the other two, he was overjoyed to see his sister safe. "Tina!" he said happily. His eyes then darted over to the unconscious Sirius, who was face first on the ground, her body unresponsive. "Is she dead?"

Subaru's eyes followed where Lusbel was looking at, and nodded. "Yeah. We had someone take her down quickly." He then glanced behind his shoulder at Beatrice and said, "Beako, let's go back down there."

Beako nodded silently. Without saying a word, she used her Murac, creating a purple glow around Subaru's feet again. And with that, Subaru hopped off the building, before slowly gliding towards the ground, which made him land nimbly on the ground. Once Subaru's legs touched the ground, he safely dropped Lusbel to his feet. It was not long before the kid ran over to Tina and said, "Tina!"

Tina looked at the source of the voice that had just called out to her name, and smiled with glee as she saw her brother approach her. "Lusbel!"

It wasn't long before both of them embraced each other in a heartfelt hug. Both had feared for each others's safety earlier. However, now that they both were rescued, they took this opportunity to reunite.

Lusbel had a worried look on his face. "Are you okay?"

Tina nodded slowly. "Y-Yeah…"

Kazuma smiled as he watched the scene unfold. "Good thing everyone was saved."

Lusbel once again looked at Subaru and said, "Thank you, mister!"

Subaru smiled and rubbed his back head. "You don't have to thank me." He then pointed over to the yonder at Vegeta and Emilia, "It was Emilia-tan and that guy there who are responsible for defeating the woman responsible for kidnapping you both." He then looked at Darkness. "And she helped as well."

Lusbel and Tina looked at Emilia and smiled. Her angelic demeanor was a sight to see for them. Emilia however, got flustered slightly, in such a cute way, and she said, "O-Oh, wait! It wasn't me! I couldn't defeat her in the end. If you want to thank someone, you should thank Vegeta."

Subaru sighed. "Aww come on, Emilia-tan. I think this is the time you should credit here."

Lusbel and Tina then shifted their eyes to Vegeta. The scowl on the Saiyan's face was evident. Due to the overall demeanor and facial expression, the kids immediately began to panic.

Lusbel cowered a bit in fear and said, "I-Is he from the witch cult…?"

Tina stammered with fear, "H-He looks scary!"

Vegeta glared at the kids. "What was that?!"

The intensified glare from Vegeta had only terrified the kids even more, causing them to panic more. Subaru, noticing what was happening, quickly said to the siblings, "H-Hold on! He's a good guy! He may have a scary face, but he did just defeat the crazy woman earlier in one shot!"

Vegeta glare intensified even further, and this time was directed at Subaru. "It looks like you're asking for a fight!"

Subaru staggered backwards slightly in panic at Vegeta's glare. "W-Wait, that's not what I meant."

Goku reached his hand out towards Vegeta and chuckled nervously. "Umm… Vegeta? I think you should calm down."

Emilia looked at Vegeta with an angelic smile and said, "Subaru did not mean it in a bad way. We are all grateful for what you have done, especially Lusbel and Tina."

Vegeta stared at Emilia silently for a moment, his glare still in tact. Subaru and the others got worried, as the former wondered whether Vegeta's patience had finally reached its limit.

Future Trunks took a step forward with caution and a worried look on his face and said, "Father, Goku's right… they were just—"

Vegeta sighed. "Fine, Emilia. I understand." He then turned away and folded his arms, staring at the tower ahead of him.

Subaru was surprised that Vegeta had suddenly calmed down. He then sighed with relief, realizing that the Saiyan had understood the situation. However, the people who were the most surprised were Goku and Future Trunks. Currently, both of their jaws had fallen open. Goku was the first to speak up as he said, "Did Vegeta just… not get angrier than that?"

"And he referred to someone by their name?" Future Trunks was dumbfounded.

Vegeta glanced behind his shoulder at Goku and Future Trunks with an exasperated look on his face and said, "What are you two saying?"

Emilia walked over to Subaru and said, "Subaru, you need to thank Vegeta too. Go ahead." She said so sweetly and angelicly.

Subaru was surprised. He then said happily, "Oh! That's Emilia-tan for you, always kind! E.M.T!" as he pumped his fist into the air.

Kazuma stared at Subaru for a bit. The tracksuit Subaru was wearing was still on his mind. On top of that, It was already clear that Subaru is from another world. He began to remember about the conversation he had with Subaru earlier.

FLASHBACK BEGINS

Kazuma quickly ran over to Subaru, skidding to a stop before bowing deeply in a gesture of apology. "I'm so sorry about my teammates," he said, his tone heavy with embarrassment. "I swear, they're not usually this bad… Well, maybe they are, but still—please don't hold it against me!"

Subaru looked at Kazuma with a surprised expression. "H-Huh? I don't know what you're talking about exactly, but she is strong enough to defeat he—"

"SHE'S ACTUALLY NOT!" Kazuma shouted, throwing his hands up in frustration. "You don't get it! She's all bark and no bite! Sure, she's wearing armor, but that's just for show—she can't hit anything! She's practically a magnet for pain!"

He pointed toward Darkness, who was grinning wildly as if Sirius's flames were a treat rather than a threat. "See that? She likes getting hurt! That's her whole thing! Do you think that's normal?!"

Before Subaru could respond, Kazuma groaned and added, "And don't even get me started on the other two. Aqua? She's a goddess, but the only miracle she's good at is making my life harder. And Megumin? She's a walking firework show! One explosion and she's done for the day! Basically she has high explosion magic, but she can only use it once a day!"

Kazuma slumped forward, burying his face in his hands. "Why am I even here? I'm surrounded by idiots... And on top of that, Aqua, the useless Goddess, had done something, which ended us accidently transporting to this new world…"

Subaru blinked in confusion, trying to process everything Kazuma had just said. "W-Wait a second… So you're actually from another world?!"

Kazuma, still slumped forward, let out a long, defeated sigh. "Yeah, that's right. Another world, where I was supposed to live an easy life with cheat-level powers, a harem, and luxury... but nope! Instead, I got this." He waved vaguely at Darkness, who was still grinning in Sirius's direction, and let out a bitter laugh. "Some isekai dream, huh?"

Kazuma stared at Subaru for a while, mainly at his tracksuit. It was similar to the tracksuit he had worn before he was sent to another world by Aqua. As he looked at Subaru, he muttered, "Stare…"

Darkness noticed Kazuma staring at Subaru and asked, "What is it, Kazuma?"

"The clothes he is wearing… " Kazuma said, his eyes still fixed on Subaru.

Megumim looked at Subaru's clothing and nodded. "Oh, they're like the beat-up stupid clothes you used to wear."

Kazuma narrowed his eyes at Megumim with exasperation and said, "Did you really have to put it that way?"

Subaru groaned. "You know… I can hear you guys…"

Kazuma sighed. "Okay… okay… Now that we are done here… We have another problem that still needs to be fixed…"

Emilia tilted her head in confusion. "Another problem?"

Kazuma slumped his shoulders in defeat. "Yeah… Another problem… We still need to figure out how to get back to our worl—"

Emilia straightened her neck and head and smiled. "Oh, I get it! All of us haven't introduced ourselves, right?"

Kazuma looked stunned for a moment. "H-Huh?"

Emilia placed a hand on her chest and said, "I have already introduced myself first to Vegeta, but here's my introduction again. My name is Emilia, just Emilia. Nice to meet you all." She said with a angelic smile.

Vegeta sighed. "Vegeta."

Goku smiled and waved. "Yo! My name is Goku!"

Future Trunks nodded with a smile. "I'm Trunks."

Beatrice sighed. "I'm Beatrice, Subaru's contracted spirit. Although, we have other matters to focus on. I don't thing the witch cult woman that was taken down earlier was the only one—"

Subaru looked surpised. "So we are doing introductions now, at a time like this?" He then paused for a moment, before saying, "Alright, I'll make this quick… My name is Subaru Natsuki! Not only am I clueless, I am also broke beyond compare! Nice ta meet ya!"

But then, Subaru remembered that now was not the time for friendly introductions. He then said, "Wait a minute! We have more important matters to—"

Megumim suddenly arrived near Kazuma as she skidded her feet to a stop and said excitedly, "We're doing introductions now? I have the coolest introduction ever!"

Aqua interrupted Megumim and said, "Me! Me!" she then cleared her throat, before saying, "I am the omnipotent wat—"

Kazuma intervened by saying, "This is Aqua, everybody." He said while pointing at Aqua. He then pointed at himself and said, "I'm Kazuma Satou." He then pointed at Megumim. "This is Megumim." And finally, he pointed at Darkness. "And that thing there is Darkness."

Kazuma then pointed at Yunyun and said, "And she's Yunyun." He then pointed at the cat perched on Megumim's shoulder. "That's Chomsuke."

Chomsuke meowed, as Subaru looked at it and said, "He reminds me slightly of Puck…"

Yunyun stammered, "K-Kazuma!"

"Hey, Kazuma! Don't ruin my awesome introduction!" Aqua protested.

Megumim nodded in agreement as she argued, "That's right! As the greatest of the crimson demons, this is my time to shine!"

Darkness's face turned slightly red as she muttered, "He called me "that thing". I'm being treated as if I'm an object…" she was clearly enjoying the remark Kazuma had made to her.

As the girls kept arguing, Kazuma simply closed his ears with his hands, clearing wanting to ignore them.

"Kazuma! Are you even listening?!" Aqua scolded.

Tina giggled upon watching the scene unfold. Just moments earlier, she was held hostage by a Sin Archbishop. While she hadn't forgotten so easily about her, Kazuma and the his party members antics had already cheered her up. Lusbel, seeing that his sister had cheered up, smiled and said, "I-I'll introduce myself, then!"

Aqua was dumbfounded as she said, "Wait, is my introduction really over?! Really?!

"I'm Lusbel, and this is my sister, Tina." Lusbel introduced. He then bowed and said, "Thank you so much for saving me and my sister.

Tina giggled at Kazuma. "You're funny, mister."

Kazuma narrowed his eyes at Tina and muttered, "Is this genuine praise or is she just mocking me…?"

Subaru grinned and said, "You should be thanking Emilia-tan and the others. I didn't really do anything."

Emilia shook her head with a smile and said, "Subaru, you did save Lusbel too. Somehow, you knew he would be in that tower."

Subaru quickly rubbed his back head nervously and said, "A-Ah, it was just intution! Just had a feeling he would be there…" He clearly had only known about Lusbel's location due to his previous failed loops.

Emilia smiled and said, "Now we know each othter's names, I hope we all can be close."

Vegeta raised an eyebrow in confusion. "Close?" He then scoffed. "I'm not here to make friends."

Goku smiled at Emilia and said, "Sure! We can be close! Although I do have some questions about our current situation…"

Subaru looked at Kazuma and said, "Hey, you said your name is Kazuma, right?"

"Yes, I'm Kazuma." Kazuma said nonchalantly.

"Kazuma Satou…"

"Yes, I'm Kazuma Satou…"

"So you really are…"

Kazuma suddenly pointed at Subaru and said, "Wait, let me say it too!"

Both of them then stared at each other in silence, before then joining hands together in front of their chests as they happily said simultaneously, "You were definitely…. reincarnated/summoned to another world!"

However, Kazuma and Subaru had immediately noticed what each other had said. Specifically, they had used different wording. Kazuma mentioned about being reincarnated, while Subaru mentioned about only being summoned. They both looked at each other in confusion.

Kazuma was baffled. "Summoned?"

Subaru was perplexed. "Reincarnated?"

Emilia titled her head in confusion. She wasn't familiar with the wordings they had just now used. Isekai? Another world? What did those wordings even mean?

Subaru let go of Kazuma's hands and said, "I don't know about the whole reincarnation thing, but I knew it when I heard your name!"

Kazuma smiled and pointed at Subaru. "What settled it for me was the tracksuit! I wore the same thing when I had reincarnated!"

Subaru clenched his fist in front of his face with joy and excitement and said, "A tracksuit! A must-have for a guy who never leaves his room!"

Kazuma paused for a moment, before saying with a deadpan look on his face, "Wait, I did leave my room though. A lot."

Beatrice was confused, but also intrigued at the same time. "What are you two talking about, I suppose? I don't understand a word you both are saying in fact."

Subaru looked at Beatrice with a grin on his face and said, "Beako, this is what you call bonding!"

Emilia smiled. "Really? Then I'm glad. It looks like you and Kazuma have already gotten close."

Subaru smiled happily at Emilia. "Yeah! Emilia-tan, you totally get it!" he then looked at Kazuma and said, "Isn't that right, my friend?"

Emilia looked confused at the foreign word that was just used. "My… friend?"

Kazuma gave a thumbs up and smirked. "That's right."

Just now, Subaru had said "my friend", but in English. This is why Emilia did not recognize the word at all. However, since Kazuma was originally from Japan, he knew at least some basic English words, which was why he was able to understand Subaru and other modern phrasing that only the two budding Isekai partners would understand.

"What's this… "my friend"?" Beatrice wondered.

Subaru gave a thumbs up to Beatrice with a grin on his face and said, "Beako, it basically means like my best friend."

Kazuma folded his arms and said with a serious look on his face. "By the way, Subaru…"

Subaru looked at Kazuma and said, "What's up?"

"So normally, when you reincarnate, you get some broken superpower, right?"

Subaru folded his arms and nodded. "Yeah, I know what you're saying."

Kazuma said dramatically, "Like, when someone goes to a new world, they are supposed to be totally overpowered! Wins at everything he does!"

"That's how it usually goes, right?"

Kazuma then sighed with exasperation. "But the reality is like, what the hell?"

Subaru burried his face into his hands and said with dramatic sadness, "It's hard. So hard…"

Kazuma sighed again and said, "So I'm supposed to defeat this Demon King. And so they tell me I get a bonus when I reincarnated, so I'm all excited. But what do I get? This useless goddess Aqua! And my party? Megumim, a mage, who can only use magic once a day. And Darkness, a crusader, who can't hit a damn thing!" he then burried his face into his hands, and displayed genuine expasperation. No money… No home… I had to live in a stable! It was nothing but suffering!"

"K-Kazuma! I'm right here, you know!" Aqua scolded.

Subaru nodded sympathetically for Kazuma and said, "Me too. I met Emilia. She is a half-elf girl, and had to do all these things to help her. Right now I live in mansion with her. But now I've got these twin demon maids. Although…" a sad look on his face dawned on him, as a painful memory resurfaced in his mind. "one of them is currently in a deep slumber due to certain circumstances. And Beako, who as you can see is a loli with hair shaped drills."

Kazuma slowly looked at Subaru with a look of disbelief on his face. "Huh? Wait…"

"Huh?"

"What the hell…?"

"No, it's not like that. The only one of them who likes me is Rem. Rem is not here with us right now… But she's really a nice person…"

"What… the hell…?"

"The one I'm after is Emilia-tan, though!"

Emilia tilted her head to the side in confusion. "Huh? Sorry, I have no idea what you're talking about…"

Subaru grinned. "E.M.T! Emilia will always be an angel!"

"Are you making sport of me again?"

"Man… who even says that in this day and age?"

Kazuma continued to stare at Subaru incredulously and said, "What the hell…?"

Subaru shrugged. "I'm just saying it's hard for us both."

Kazuma was silent for a moment, before he suddenly pointed a finger at Kazuma and said, "It's not hard for you at all!"

"H-Huh?"

"You're surrounded by girls?! Going after the girl you love?! How is that hard?!" Kazuma then shouted, "You're my enemy… From now on, you're my enemy! You harem-having bastard!"

"What the heck…"

"We were both reincarnated in another world, so why does he get all the luck?!"

"No, I wasn't reincarnated, though…"

Kazuma raised his hands into the air, and looked at the sky and shouted, "DAMN IT ALL!"

Aqua pouted with irritation. "K-Kazuma! You're very lucky to have a goddess like me!"

Kazuma pointed at Aqua and shouted, "Damn it all! I don't want to hear it! I never got the isekai dream I wanted because of you!"

"But you wouldn't be alive if it weren't for me! You have died several times already, and I was the one who brought you back!"

Subaru blinked with a surprised look on his face as he heard what Aqua had just said. Kazuma had died before? What did that mean? Subaru had died plently of times before too, but no one ever knew about it, and nor could he ever mention it due to the Return By Death penalty. Was Kazuma's situation similar to Subaru? In Kazuma's case, apparently he seemed to be able to talk about the times he died. And why was Aqua talking like as if she had the power to revive people from the dead? Subaru wasn't sure what was going on, but he did keep a mental note that maybe he should ask Kazuma or Aqua about it in the future.

Emilia walked over to Aqua with a curious look on her face and asked, "You're a goddess?"

Aqua's face immediately perked up as she puffed her chest and placed her hands on her hips, and said proudly, "Yeah, that's right! I'm the Goddess of water!"

Emilia looked surprised. "Oh! I see! This is my first time seeing a Goddess."

Aqua looked at Emilia with a surprised look on her face. "You… believe me?"

"Huh? Of course, I do."

Aqua was silent for a moment, before she said, "Finally… someone believed me again! Normally no one believes me!"

Kazuma sighed. "Again, that's because of the way you normally act."

Subaru was surprised. "Seriously?! So does she have some amazing cheat skills?!"

Vegeta growled with folded arms. "I'm losing my patience here. Are you two done. I'm pretty sure the situation here has not been sorted…"

Subaru freaked out as he noticed Vegeta's glare again, "And… there he goes…"

"Just now, the little girl over there was about to say something before you fools kept interrupting her." Vegeta stated as he pointed his thumb at Beatrice.

Beatrice frowned. "I'll have you know I'm not a little girl, I suppose. I'm way older than you, in fact." She then cleared her throat before saying, "About what I wanted to say earlier… It's clear that the witch cult woman that was defeated earlier is not the only person here…"

Subaru widened his eyes in shock. "Are you saying… there's more?"

Beatrice nodded with a serious look on her face. "I'm afraid so…" she then glanced at the unconscious body of Sirius and asked without looking at Vegeta, "Is she dead?"

Vegeta scoffed and said, "No. I just knocked her unconscious. Normally, I would have killed someone like her, but I just ended up in this place, so I don't know the exact situation I'm dealing with."

Future Trunks was surprised as he said, "Father…"

Goku chuckled and said, "That's pretty rational of you, huh? Looks like you have changed a lot since the past months! I remember when you first fought Broly, you tried to kill him."

Vegeta folded his arms and smirked at Goku. "Oh, Kakarot, I can still kill the woman there. Want me to do it right now?"

Beatrice nodded. "I think that would be for the best I suppose. The witch cult are a plague to this world, in fact."

"Witch Cult? Is that what they are called?" Future Trunks said with a surprised look on his face.

Vegeta sighed. "They sound like a bunch of freaks."

Goku suddenly got excited. "Maybe this Witch Cult have really strong fighters I can take on?"

Before anyone could say anything, a voice from a distance said, "Looks like I made it in time."

Everyone turned towards the source of the voice, and saw a man with golden eyes. He had white hair even though he looked young. He also had white skin that lacked any semblance of a tan, coupled with his white hair and predominately white clothing. His attire's primary piece of clothing was a pure-white greca-style overcoat that reached down to his ankles and had golden-edged cuffs, a set of five golden buttons running down the torso of his center front that usually ensured that the coat was closed above the hip line, and golden-highlighted edging. The inside of the coat was black and featured vertical golden stripes traveling down the entire coat. The most striking party of his coat was the opulent gold and black high-neck collar it sported that had the symbol for infinity inscribed on it. Under his coat, he wore a long-sleeved deep-blue-colored dress shirt, snow-white trousers, and a pair of white shoes, the latter two of which were both the same shade as his hair and overcoat. Only the cuffs of the dress shirt could be seen since the man's overcoat was obscuring it almost completely. The man also had a single deep-blue teardrop-shaped earring that was the same color as his dress shirt and dangled from his right earlobe thanks to a thin gold chain attaching it.

"Who is that…?" Subaru wondered.

The man smirked and said, "I'm here to take her back. I sure am glad I got here in time."

"Take her back…?"

"Isn't it my job as a man—as a human—to take the hand of the woman I'm going to marry?"

"Who… are you talking about?"

The man pointed at Emilia, with a smirk still maintained on his face. "Her, of course."

Emilia displayed a surprised look on her face. "H-Huh?" she then pointed a finger at herself. "Me?"

"What…?" Subaru was shocked.

"Who are you?" Goku wondered.

"I am the Sin Archbishop in the Witch's Cult representing Greed… Regulus Corneas." The man introduced with a smug smile on his face.

"So you're one of them…" Vegeta muttered.

"As promised, I will be taking her… as my 79th wife."

Suddenly, Future Trunks noticed something from the corner of his eyes. The broken time machine suddenly began to once again crackle with purple electricity. It wasn't long before the machine suddenly disappeared. "Wait, what?!"

Naruto World - Valley of the End - Naruto vs Sasuke

The Valley of the End had a roaring waterfall that poured down into a churning river below. The cliffs framing the valley were tall, with dense forests surrounding the gorge. On either side of the waterfall, two towering stone statues loomed over the valley. To the left stood the statue of Hashirama Senju. Across that statue, was the statue of Madara Uchiha. Currently, the place was being used as a battlefield by two powerful ninjas. The statues present there were already damaged here and there, along with multiple miniature craters around the area.

One one side of the cliff's located in this battlefield, it had a hole inside, as if someone just now was sent crashing into it. Near the hole, deep cracked spiderwebbed outwards. The jagged edges of the indent were sharp and uneven, with smaller chunks of rocks scattered at the base of the wall. Dust lingered in the area where the hole was.

Then, fingers emerged from the hole and gripped the side of the hole tightly. And then, a voice said, "Over and…" and then a figure emerged. It was Sasuke Uchiha. Sasuke wore dark gray pants, and a gray zippered, high-collared, short-sleeved shirt and blue wrist warmers. The Uchiha slowly emerged from the hole. "…over and…" he was currently on his knees, but he slowly got on one knee and stopped his free foot on the ground in frustration as his voice volume began to increase, "…over and…" he then raised his volume even more with increased frustration, "…over and…" he then grabbed the cloth area near his chest with his left hand, and used his right hand to slam it towards the wall of the dent he was thrown into. Due to the Uchiha's strength, he was able to break the wall a bit, forming a large crack upon the side of his fist making contact with it. "…over and over and over again!" he then glared at his opponent who was far below him, who was somehow standing on water itself. "Just give up and let me cut you down!"

His opponent in question was none other than Naruto Uzumaki. Thee Uzumaki had blond hair, and blue eyes. Normally, he wore an orange and black jacket, with a mesh armor underneath. He had swirls and orange pants, and ninja sandals. However, right now, in this situation, Naruto's jacket was missing. Instead, his mesh armor was visible, and even that was slightly tattered due to the battle he was having with his friend and rival; Sasuke Uchiha. The Uchiha's plan was to instigate a revolutionary change in the shinobi world by forcing peace through fear and control. Sasuke believed the current system of the shinobi world was deeply flawed, perpetuating a cycle of hatred, war, and suffering. He wanted to destroy the Five Great Nations' existing systems and eliminate anything connected to the previous era, including the tailed beasts. Sasuke aimed to become the sole source of power and authority, effectively acting as a "shadow Hokage." By centralizing control in himself, he believed he could enforce peace and unity in the world. Sasuke thought that by positioning himself as a common enemy feared by all, he could unite the world under a shared purpose. Essentially, he sought to replace the divided feudal and shinobi systems with one dictated by his iron will.

The Uchiha viewed personal bonds as sources of conflict and vulnerability. He planned to sever all ties, including his connections with Team 7 and Naruto, to remain emotionally unattached in his role as the world's overseer.

He believed that Naruto, as his greatest bond and equal, needed to be eliminated for him to truly succeed. Their final battle at the Valley of the End was his way of breaking free from that connection.

Naruto however, wasn't going to let that happen. Naruto considered Sasuke not only his friend, but also like a brother. He cared for him deeply, and that's why, he needed to stop his friend.

Naruto chuckled weakly and said, "I can't do that." He then slowly glanced up at Sasuke with a determined smirk on his face, even though his face was beaten and there was slight blood around his mouth. "Because I'm your friend."

Sasuke glared at Naruto. He had heard Naruto say that many times before. His face contorted in rage, and he was about to snap in any moment. But then, he began to relax as he took a deep breath. Upon exhaling, his right eye displayed the Mangekyo Sharingan, in his left hand, a surge of concentrated lightning took form, writhing and screaming as though alive. The Chidori activated, and the jagged arcs of energy leaped off his hand.

"I figured as much… He's assimilated the chakra I had created and infused for you, and made it his own…" Kurama's voice said in Naruto's mind.

Kurama is a red-orange colored kitsune with black fur around its red eyes that stretch up to its ears, and nine long swiping tails. It also has an upper-body structure of a human, complete with opposable thumbs on its clawed hands. He is also known as the Nine Tailed Demon Fox, and was sealed within Naruto many years ago.

Naruto noticed a bit of black flames inside the chidori as well. The Amaterasu. Amaterasu produces black flames at the focal point of the user's vision. In most situations, this makes Amaterasu impossible to avoid. However, with enough speed, it is possible to avoid, dodge, or intercept the jutsu after it has been cast. Said to be "the fires from hell" and to burn as hot as the sun itself, Amaterasu burns any material — other flames included — until nothing but ash remains. Amaterasu's flames cannot be extinguished through most conventional means and will continue burning until their target is completely incinerated. Only the user can put out the flames if they wish to.

It was clear however that in this case, Sasuke had no intention of putting the flames away.

Inside Naruto's mindscape - With Naruto and Kurama

Naruto found himself in his mindscape — some sort of large room, its flooring filled with shallow water. He glanced behind his shoulder, and saw Kurama.

"He intends to finish this with one last blast." Kurama stated. "Listen… I'm giving what remains of my own chakra. Once I do that, it's going to put me to sleep. Don't unleash your jutsu until the last minute, so that he doesn't absorb more chakra from you. Well, not that he can use his newly awakened Rinnegan to absorb chakra while putting out his own jutsu."

Then, Kurama noticed Naruto looking at him with a smile on his face. The blond-haired ninja turned his body halfway through and stuck his hand out with his fist closed, gesturing for a fist bump. Kurama was surprised at first, but he then closed his eyes and smirked. After a moment, he then reopened his eyes and grinned, before slowly reaching his arm out as well, closing his fist, and ultimately delivered the fist bump. Both of their fists touched each other. Even though Kurama's fist was way larger compared to Naruto's, the bond between them was clear. The water beneath where Naruto was standing rippled as the Uzumaki closed his eyes. Both hadn't said a word, yet they knew what had to be done.

With a smile on his face, Naruto then let his arm down, before walking ahead. As Kurama watched Naruto walk away, memories began to surface in his mind.

FLASHBACK BEGINS

Kurama glared at Naruto and said, "Who are you to be so confident when you couldn't even save Sasuke?"

Naruto, who was crouching on Kurama's muzzle, stared into the Nine Tails' eye as he was staring into it. The ninja's reflection was seen, as he said, "I've never given up. Once you give up, it's over. I will save Sasuke and… " he then grinned. "I'm coming after all that hate inside you too, someday!"

FLASHBACK ENDS

Kurama smiled as he watched Naruto go ahead. "Now go… You're the one and only for us too…" The fox thought to himself. That's when drowsiness began to wash over him since he had given the last bit of chakra he could give to Naruto. Kurama then slowly closed his eyes. "That's why Sasuke is…"

Back to reality - with Naruto - Naruto vs Sasuke

Naruto walked ahead as he looked up ahead at Sasuke. It wasn't long before he stopped walking, his eyes still fixed on his friend and rival. While both of them were having their staredown, something unnatural began to occur. Somewhere slightly away from the battle, sparks of purple electricity began to crackle around a nearby boulder. At first, it was just a few sparks. But then, more and more sparks began to form. It wasn't long before a purple portal appeared. The appearance of the portal was only for a split second, as it dissapeared right after. However, the boulder that was there previously was now replaced with some sort of foreign machine with the word "Hope" written on it. Future Trunks' machine had arrived in this world!

Meanwhile, Naruto stared at Sasuke with a serious look on his face. With both ninjas ready to attack, Sasuke leaped ahead down towards Naruto, with the latter quickly jumping up ahead towards Sasuke. The Uchiha already had his Chidori ready, whereas Naruto had not formed his Rasengan just yet. Placing his hand to his side while in mid-air and still heading towards Sasuke, the Uzumaki began to charge his Rasengan. A blue orb of spiraling energy formed on his right palm. The hopes of everyone rested on him. He had to stop his friend and save him. Once his Rasengan was charged, he then displayed a determined look on his face, ready to launch his jutsu.

As they were getting closer, both of them yelled, "HAAAA!"

Suddenly, Future Trunks' broken machine began to emit more and more crackles of purple electricity. Within a split second, waves of purple electricity spread around the entire Valley of the End, even managing to reach Naruto and Sasuke.

Before Naruto and Sasuke could clash with their respective jutsus, they noticed the storm of purple electricity engulfing the battlefield. Naruto widened his eyes in shock as he thought to himself, "What?! Is Sasuke doing this?"

Sasuke widened his eyes in shock and thought to himself, "What's this?! Is Naruto doing this…?"

Before both ninja could think anything further, their bodies transformed into purple electricity, before suddenly dissipating. Not only that, but even the machine from earlier as well disappeared. Slowly, the purple electricity from before started to fade away. All that was left was the Valley of the End, with destroyed structures here and there, but no human being present there.

Re:Zero World - With Kazuma and the others

Future Trunks stared at the area where the Time Machine was originally at. "It's… gone?!"

Vegeta glanced at Future Trunks and growled, "Damn it… This situation just keeps getting more and more complicated!"

Subaru was alarmed as he stared at Regulus. "The Sin Archbishop of Greed?!"

Future Trunks and Vegeta looked at Regulus with alarmed looks on their faces. Based on the tone of Subaru's voice, the guy in front of them might be yet another villain.

Regulus smiled smugly. "My bride could have been killed. I don't ask much of others, but even I'm not I'm not patient enough to have a corpse for a wife."

Emilia blinked in confusion. "Bride? I don't remember getting married…"

Goku was baffled as he looked at Emilia and asked, "Do you know him?"

"I don't… think so…"

After hearing what Emilia had said, Subaru looked back at Regulus and demanded, "What the hell are you—"

"You know… Do you have no concept of common courtesy?" Regulus interrupted with a frown on his face. I gave you my name first thing, didn't I? It's the first step towards getting closer to someone. That's why I gave you my name first. You get it, don't you? Most people would catch a clue. Not doing so is a denial of your conversation partner's character. It's a violation of someone's rights. A violation of my rights as a rational, unselfish person!"

Kazuma narrowed his eyes at Regulus and said, "What's up with this guy? There's something about him I don't like…"

Subaru was baffled for a moment, but he then said, "S-Sorry! My name is Subaru Natsuki…"

Regulus frown slowly disappeared away as he now smiled smugly at Subaru and said, "Yes, that's the way. Showing respect will earn you respect in turn. It's an entirely natural degree of consideration that makes our world nicer." He then looked at Sirius' unconscious body. "I knew that woman was messed up in the head, so I was willing to overlook most of the things she did. But hurting someone I love? It's only natural I would be angry. Everyone has that right."

"They're not… on the same side?" Subaru was perplexed.

Beatrice looked at Subaru and said, "Subaru."

Subaru shook his head and turned towards Tina and Lusbel. He then leaned forward slightly and said, "Lusbel, Tina, you need to run away from here. We will handle this ourselves."

Lusbel and Tina nodded in unison, as the former said, "Alright, but be careful!"

Subaru nodded with a reassuring smile. "Leave it to us."

And with that, the kids ran together, hand-in-hand. Once they had run away, Subaru looked back at Regulus.

Kazuma raised his hand into the air and said, "Hold on a minute. I have a question."

Regulus stared at Kazuma with a smirk on his face and said, "And you are?"

"My name is Kazuma Satou. There is one particular thing you said that has confused me. You mentioned about a 79th wife? You want Emilia as your 79th wife?"

Emilia nodded nervously. "Yeah… What… did you mean by that?"

Regulus looked intrigued. "Oh? So her name is Emilia? What a perfect name for a lovely girl like her."

Kazuma froze, as he couldn't believe what Regulus had just said. Subaru stared at Regulus in disbelief and said, "You didn't even know her name?"

Megumim displayed a look of slight disgust on her face. "This guy… I don't like him…"

"I don't know what you are talking about… but Emilia-tan is going to be my future wife!" Subaru declared. "What do you see in her that makes you call her your bride?"

Emilia looked surprised. "S-Subaru…?"

"Her face." Regulus said as if it was an obvious answer. "She has a pretty face. That's all that matters when it comes to love, isn't it?"

Subaru was shocked by Regulus' response, but then glared at him and growled, "You…"

"You're better off dead, I suppose." Beatrice said.

Aqua stared at Regulus with a look of slight disgust and said, "This guy…"

Kazuma suddenly pointed a finger at Regulus incredulous and shouted, "YOU HAREM HAVING BASTARD!"

Regulus frowned upon hearing what Kazuma had just now said, as the latter rambled, "78 wives already?! That's literally a harem—"

"Kazuma Satou, was it?" Regulus suddenly interrupted. "I don't dallie around like how certain wanton woman do. I'm the perfect human being."

Emilia looked baffled. "What's going on?"

Regulus smiled at Emilia with a smug look on his face and said, "Isn't it obvious. I'm taking you as my bride."

Kazuma stared at Regulus suspiciously and said, "You were really trying to charm a woman you never met before, weren't you?"

Regulus twitched his eyebrow with irritation and said, "Listen here—"

Darkness took a step forward with a serious loon on her face and asked, "Are you… trying to take Emilia by force?" She knew all too well about this kind of situation. At one point, Darkness was almost about to get married to Alderp. However, thanks to Kazuma's efforts, she was saved. While the circumstances for how the marriage happened were different for her, she could sense that something very wrong was going on here. In her case, she had to marry Alderp due to loan issues. But with Emilia's case, it seemed that Regulus was trying to take her hand in marriage by force.

Emilia widened her eyes in shock. "That's what he is trying to do…?"

Vegeta folded his arms and scoffed. "So that's how it is…" he understood what Regulus' intentions were.

Subaru glared at Regulus and said, "So that's what you're after… You can't just take Emilia-tan by force!"

Regulus got more and more irritated as he said, "It's common courtesy not to interrupt someone when they are still talking—"

Kazuma sighed. "You talk too much, don't you?"

Regulus glared at Kazuma, his body and hands twitching with anger. "You truly don't have any sort of manners, don't you?" his golden eyes narrowed at Kazuma. "A defective man like you has no right to preach to a fulfilled man such as I!"

Regulus snapped in rage and launched himself, sending a torrent of destruction tearing towards Kazuma. The ground had broken down into multiple rocks, stones, and rubbles, and headed straight towards him. Everything was ground to dust by the force of his attack.

"Kazuma!" Aqua cried out.

However, before the attack could even hit him, Goku suddenly appeared in front of Kazuma. Using his hand, the Saiyan easily caught all the stones that had hurtled towards Satou earlier. Once he had caught the attacks, he then opened his palm, before dropping all the stones onto the ground.

Subaru widened his eyes in shock. "W….What just happened?"

Kazuma freaked out as he staggered multiple feet backwards. "ARE YOU CRAZY?!"

While his eyes were still fixed on Regulus, Goku displayed a confident smile on his face and said, "Vegeta, it's my turn now. I'll take on this guy."

Vegeta scoffed. "Fine. It's only fair as I already had my turn earlier." He then looked at Regulus. "Furthermore, that guy's power level seems pretty weak. Not even worth a warm up."

"Thank you, Vegeta." Goku thanked, his eyes still on Regulus. "You there…" he then shifted into his battle stance.

Regulus narrowed his eyes at Goku. "You cannot possibly defeat me. I'm invincible. I always win."

"Oh yeah? Then let's see how you handle this!" Goku suddenly shot forward. His speed was incredible, and no one except for Future Trunks and Vegeta could follow his movements. Almost instantly, he appeared in front of Regulus, and delivered a right hook punch, causing the villain's head to snap to the side.

While Vegeta and Future Trunks were able to see Goku's movements, everyone else didn't catch it until after the contact was made.

Subaru widened his eyes with a surprised look on his face as he noticed that Goku, who was earlier near the group, was already in front of Regulus, and had even managed to deliver a punch! "So fast!"

Clearly, the blow landed, and Goku retreated his fist.

However…

"You really have no ethics, do you?" Regulus looked back at Goku with an annoyed look on his face.

"W… What?" Goku was surprised. His attack had no effect on Regulus! Not even a scratch, not even an injury to his face.

"What…?" Vegeta was shocked. "Kakarot's punch had no effect…?" it was evident that Regulus was unharmed. "How can that be…?"

Earlier, Vegeta had sensed that Regulus' power level was considerably weak. If his power level would be compared to an average human being, he would only be a bit stronger, but nothing that would make him have super strength.

And yet, Goku's punch had no effect on him. On top of that, Regulus had an ability to hurl objects, or even the rocks from the ground and rubble towards his opponents.

Just what the hell is going on?

"Then how about this?!" Goku then delivered a ferocious gut punch towards Regulus' stomach. The punch caused Regulus to double over.

Regulus sighed as he stood upright. He wasn't even in pain! "You really can't catch a clue, can you. I mentioned it just moments ago… I am invincible."

"Even Goku's punch had no effect on him?" Future Trunks was shocked.

Vegeta narrowed his eyes at Regulus and thought to himself, "Just what the hell is going on…?"

Suddenly, a purple portal materialized nearby. It happened only for a split second, but once it disappeared, the time machine had returned back.

And there were two new people. The bodies of Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha collapsed onto the ground.

"Oh what now?!" Vegeta was frustrated.

A/N: That's the end of the chapter! Around 14,500 words basically! Normally I write shorter chapters, but I'm thinking from here onwards, I should go for longer chapters, although it will take longer to post them...
