In the midst of my dreams, I felt her body grow cold, and my arms instinctively pulled her closer with lazy movements. She shifted slightly, and just like that, the weight of her beautiful body enveloped me as she rested on top of mine. My eyes opened slowly, and I was greeted by the breathtaking landscape of her pale albino eyes, illuminated by the soft glow of the sleeping moon.

-"So beautiful"- I whispered.

Looking closer, I noticed a peculiar sparkle in her gaze—the same one I had seen earlier that afternoon at our ceremony. It was a blend of desire and love, combined with an innocent and expectant expression.

-"What's wro—"- I began to ask, but her lips pressed firmly against mine, wanting and needy.

In the back of my mind, I realized her body heat was still dropping—completely opposite to what I'd expect in this moment. Her lips continued to claim mine, but I barely kissed her back, struggling to stay composed. I knew something was wrong. I had sensed this was coming from the way she kissed me—desperate and insistent, as if she was pleading for me to take her one more time.

My hands searched for her breasts, fondling them delicately, and finally, I kissed her back with equal passion.

-"M-Mhmm… S-Sasuke-kun… p-please…"-

Her breathless plea silenced the last of my concerns, pushing them to the furthest corner of my mind. I knew, in that moment, I had to give her everything. I rolled us over so I was on top, the tip of my now pulsating manhood brushing against her already wet entrance. I was trying to prepare her for what was to come, reminding myself of the sensations she awakened in me whenever she was near.

-"My woman"- I whispered.

I allowed my body to rest fully against hers, attempting to warm her while conveying the passion and need that had been building inside me for so long.

She kissed me desperately, her breathing quickening. I pulled back just slightly, feeling the warmth of her breath against my face. My hands found hers, intertwining our fingers. As I gazed into her passion-filled eyes, I began to slide into her, inch by inch, taking my time. Her body, still adjusting to this intimacy for only the second time, clenched tightly around me.

-"Delicious… so tight"- I whispered under my breath.

-"S-Sasuke-kun… mgmm…" -Her eyelids threatened to close, but she forced them to stay open, meeting my gaze with every inch I moved inside her.

When I was fully sheathed within her, her vice-like grip around me sent waves of pleasure through my body. I kissed her again, pouring every ounce of my being into it. She kissed me back as if her survival depended on it. Slowly, I began to thrust, relishing the feeling of her and savoring every sensation as if it were the first time all over again.

Her soft moans guided my rhythm, and I adjusted my pace to match her desires, increasing the intensity between us.

-"Ahh… Sasuke-k-kun!"- Her whispered moan signaled her climax.

I felt the unmistakable grip of her walls clenching around me as her orgasm swept through her. A few more thrusts, and I slid out of her, spilling myself outside her trembling body.

-"We have to go, Hinata"- I murmured, my sensitive and pulsing member cradled in her hands. Yet, to my surprise, she guided me back inside her warmth, her movements slow and agonizingly deliberate.

-"Hi-Hinata…"- My voice faltered, overwhelmed by the unbearable sensation of her touch.

-"I w-want to f-feel you, Sasuke-kun"- she whispered.

Her slender fingers stroked the hair at the nape of my neck as my hands roamed her body, caressing her breasts, stomach, and legs. I was trying to keep her warm, knowing deep down that time was running out.

-"S-Sasuke… I-I love you…"- Her voice broke as her eyes fluttered closed.

I cursed myself silently, knowing I had to act quickly. Sliding out of her body one last time, I dressed her in an ivory yukata and hurriedly put on my own clothes. Then, without wasting a second, I scooped her into my arms and sprinted out of the Uchiha complex.

-"I've never been so stupid"- I muttered to myself, guilt weighing heavily on my chest.

In a puff of smoke, we appeared in the Hokage's office. As the smoke cleared, the first thing I saw was the calm yet severe expression of the Godaime. Her gaze immediately fell on Hinata, limp and unconscious in my arms.

-"Follow me"- she said, her tone leaving no room for argument.

Tsunade stood up and walked out of the office, brushing past us. Without hesitation, I followed her.

-"I never thought of you as someone reckless. You knew about her physical condition."- she said, her tone sharp.

-"Hmph."-

-"You were weak, Uchiha, and that weakness could cost her life."- Her gaze turned toward me, a strange expression in her eyes. -"Still… I can't blame you. No one would have been able to resist her."-

-"Tsunade"- I growled, my tone carrying an implicit warning.

-"Lay her on the stretcher. I'll take care of this." - she instructed, brushing aside my tension as though the situation wasn't dire.

-"You're acting as if this isn't important"- I countered, frustration mounting.

-"Stop"- she said curtly, turning toward me as she pushed the stretcher—Hinata lying motionless on it—toward the emergency wing of the hospital.

Anger flared inside me, and without thinking, I activated my Sharingan. In a flash, I was in front of the stretcher, blocking its path, my emotions clearly written in my eyes.

-"I need to know she'll be fine"- I demanded, locking my gaze with hers.

-"Sasuke, she will be if you let me work quickly. Now move."- she replied firmly.

Mechanically, I stepped aside, my eyes following Hinata as her body was wheeled away. My mind latched onto a single reassuring detail: her left hand resting near her heart, adorned with the ring I had given her.

Two agonizing hours passed, and I still had no news of Hinata's well-being. As the first light of dawn crept over Konohagakure, I let myself reflect on what had happened. It was clear now—I had to restrain myself. No matter how intoxicating her scent, how her body called to mine in the most primal way, or how much she needed me, I had to resist.

Images of last night played in my mind: the desperate way her hands clung to my back, the softness of her skin, the fervor of her kisses, the overwhelming tightness as we…

-"Stop."- I muttered aloud, cutting off the memory. -"Contain yourself."- I whispered harshly.

-"How dare you?"-

That voice—unmistakable.

-"Hyuuga"- I said flatly, not bothering to look up.

I remained seated in the waiting room, elbows on my knees, fingers intertwined, chin resting on my hands. His presence loomed in front of me, but I refused to let him distract me.

-"You knew about her ailement."- he accused.

-"Like you care"- I thought to myself bitterly. -"Hmph"-

-"You insolent Uchiha. If she dies—"-

I was on my feet before he could finish, fury surging through me. My Sharingan flared to life, meeting the pale glow of his Byakugan. The tenuous goodwill of our last encounter had evaporated.

-"Stop!"-

Tsunade's voice cut through the tension like a blade, pulling us back to reality. But neither of us moved; our kekkei genkai clashed silently in the dim light of the hallway.

-"Hiashi, I need to speak with Sasuke. You can resolve this later."- she commanded.

Reluctantly, I turned away from him, focusing on what truly mattered—Hinata's wellbeing. My jaw tightened, and I clenched my fists in my pockets as I followed Tsunade down the corridor toward Hinata's room.

Outside the door, Tsunade stopped and turned to me, her expression serious.

-"I prepared Hinata last night for… what we all knew would happen."- she admitted. -"But I was negligent. I knew about her state of health as well."- She paused, studying my reaction, but I gave none. -"We both need to be patient now. I know it will be rough for you as newlyweds…"- she added, her words cutting deeper than intended.

My gaze hardened, but she continued. -"With this 'incident,' she's only months away from being fully recovered—maybe a little longer."-

-"I understand"- I said, my eyes drifting impatiently to the door.

-"You can go in."- she allowed. -"But let her sleep."-

-"Hmph"- I muttered, grasping the doorknob. A quiet 'Thank you, Tsunade' escaped my lips as I stepped inside and locked the door behind me.

I walked with measured calm until I reached the curtain shielding the bed where Hinata lay. -"Don't be a coward."- I told myself, steeling my resolve.

With a soft movement, I drew back the curtain—and my heart froze.

-"Hinata."- I whispered.

The vibrant pink flush of her skin was gone, replaced by an ashen pallor. Her breathing was quick and shallow, dark circles shadowed her eyes.

-"S-Sasuke-kun…"- she murmured weakly, her voice barely audible.

Her soft voice broke the silence, and I should have known she would sense my chakra. Slowly, Hinata opened her eyes, her gaze calm despite the frailty evident in her face. But I couldn't meet her eyes—I couldn't bear the weight of the guilt pressing down on me.

-"I shouldn't ha—"-

-"Don't,"- she interrupted weakly, her trembling voice cutting me off. -"D-Don't regret it... I d-do not… p-please..."-

Tears welled up in her pale, beautiful eyes, and the heaviness in my chest grew unbearable. I reached for her left hand, intertwining our fingers with care.

-"It's perfect."- I murmured, my gaze falling to the ring on her finger. The silver band, adorned with a sapphire nestled in a ruby, gleamed faintly—a symbol of my promise to protect her.

-"Of course, I don't regret it."- I said softly. -"But I was careless. I knew perfectly that you—"-

-"Kiss me, S-Sasuke..."-

Her words caught me off guard. Our eyes met, and despite everything, a faint smile tugged at the corners of my lips. I cupped her face gently with both hands, my thumb brushing lightly against her cheek.

-"I love you, Hinata"- I said, my voice tender and full of conviction.

Leaning in, I kissed her, pouring everything I felt into that moment. It was passionate at first, a desperate need to express what words couldn't. But then, a reminder crept into the back of my mind—I had to be careful. Slowly, I softened the kiss, turning it into something gentler, more deliberate.

As I pulled away, I let our lips linger for a final, meaningful brush.

-"This is going to be harder than I thought."- I whispered, my tone half-resigned, half-amused.

A sharp intake of breath broke the moment, followed by the clatter of something metallic hitting the floor. My head snapped toward the source of the noise, and my Sharingan instinctively flared to life. Standing in the doorway, a pair of wide green eyes stared back at me in shock.

-"Hmph."-

I stepped back from Hinata, my brow furrowed, yet I couldn't help the smirk that spread across my lips. It was almost mocking, a reflex I couldn't suppress when I saw who it was.

-"Sakura."-
