Hi, this is DaniMason. I hope to write more this summer. I have already written Magic Schoolbus and Ducktales fanfiction a few days ago. I would love it if you would check them out. I plan on writing many more stories including chapters for this story. It will be a while before I update this story since I am trying to make the future plot salvageable and have a coherent timeline. Please enjoy and review. Hopefully, the estimates of money are correct. I took a wild guess with help from looking at how much it took to build the Batcave. I don't own Danny Phantom and Young Justice or the characters.

Two days later construction on the building was just about to start. First, we had to make the blueprints. We hired a contractor that Frostbite recommended. He also got raving reviews from Dora when she redid her castle and made it bright and airy unlike her brother's era of the ruling. She is even working on getting the city redone.

We all are waiting at the site. Speaking of the ghost, there is the contractor.

"Hello there Prince Phantom and others."

"Hello there Mr. Brown. These are my friends, Star Waller, Tucker Foley, and Sam Mason And Jazz is my sister. Please call me Danny though since we are probably going to work together on many projects."

"Pleased to meet all of you guys. Please call me Manny."

"Ok. Let's go over the blueprint."

I gestured to the table I set up for this meeting. Once we were all sat down, the meeting started.

I started "Anyway we are planning to build this all underground with a building above ground as a cover for all the noise and a cover for going over here. It would be a house. Me and Star would love the building to have two offices for writing. Then we would love a living room with mounted tv. Then some bedrooms and a kitchen with a bathroom.

Then there would be a hidden door and elevator that would lead to the hideout. Then the base would have 30 guest bedrooms and each Team Phantom would have their bedroom with a bathroom. With one extra one with a bathroom. Then there would be a training room and locker room. Along with a kitchen and living room. There would be a place for Tucker to hack and a place for all our costumes. Can you do all that?"

"That is a lot but I can do all that and I just might have a way to help you save money on all that. If you use ecto materials the cost will be millions cheaper, more like 25 million instead of 600 million. And ecto materials are more durable so it would be less maintenance. Plus you can still paint over them."

We all looked at each other with awe and me and Star whispered to each other and we said "That would be lovely!"

Anyway, we talked to him about titles and stuff. The locker rooms would have black non-slippery tiles, especially in the showers. The walls were a dark grey and the lockers were dark purple. There were also going to be a few dark purple stalls for toilets. The training room had cream walls and buttery yellow trim with a dark brown floor. The guest bedrooms would all have light gray floors and periwinkle walls with cream trim. We hired painters to paint the walls, besides the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms, we were going to do that ourselves.

Anyway, the room with computers wouldn't be painted. The kitchen would have chrome-looking counter tops, a stove, and oven, toaster oven, and refrigerator. It would have cream walls and tan trim. The living room would have light brown walls and white trim with brown leather couches and dark brown carpet.

My bedroom would be dark gray with light yellow trim a cream desk and a cream bed frame. The rug would be light yellow and the floor would be cream. My bathroom would have a cream bathtub and white trim and cream walls. Star's bedroom would have light gray walls and navy blue trim. She would have a cream desk and bed frame and a navy blue rug. Her bathroom would also have a cream tub and shower thing, cream walls, and white trim. Sam would have cream walls and dark red trim with a dark red rug and bed frame. The bathroom for her would have the same color scheme and have a gold-colored tub and toilet. Tucker would have a light green room with dark green trim and a dark green rug with a cream desk with computers all over it and a cream bed frame. The bathroom would have light blue walls and chocolate brown trim with a shower. And Jazz would have cream walls with light pink trim. Her bed frame, bookshelf, and desk would have cream paint. All the rest of them besides Tucker had bookshelves that matched their trim.

The building above ground would have a dark gray outside with yellowy cream walls. The inside would be cream with tan trim all the way through. The living room would have brown leather couches and dark wood floors. The whole place would have dark wood floors. All the furniture would be cream. The kitchen counters would be granite.

After they straightened everything out it was dark out and they all went to Nasty Burger to have dinner so they didn't have to cook. Jazz drove all of them through the drive through and they got their usuals. After eating at Jazz's place they all went home.
