Hi, this is DaniMason! I am back with another chapter. I caved and got a Tumblr for Fanfiction. Best decision I made! I could not post a Wrinkle In Time fanfiction about Meg and Charles Wallace on here because of there is no place for it. If I or you guys find one I will post it here. I have a fanfiction that I am writing for Danny and Star called "Crack Fanfiction by Danny and Star." Please check it out, a second chapter is on it's way.
Anyway, I have three accounts where I post all of my fanfiction. One is Archiveofourown under the username FangirlWriter1!, under the username DaniMason, and on Wattpad under the name FangirlWriter. Me and Star woke up bright and early in June. They were pumped to train with the Team today. There was a special day that the Team had just started that year. Everyone was going to play Capture the Flag but with a superhero twist. Which tends to mean a bunch of potentially fatal traps.
The whole Team was pumped and couldn't wait to show off their skills in a fun competitive game. To top it all off, some of the Justice League was going to be watching the game. Star was especially ecstatic about that fact since her uncle was going to be attending.
We walked to the zeta tubes in the early morning chill holding hands. It was a beautiful summer morning. Slightly chilly but still warm with all the beautiful leaves and gardens. Finally, we got to the Zeta Tubes and our names were called out Danny Phantom, and Shadow.
Star ran up to Flash and exclaimed "Uncle Barry!"
He picked her up into a hug and said "Star how are you?"
"I am good Uncle Barry. How are you?"
"I am good too. I want you to meet my new boyfriend, Danny."
Star waved me over and I came to her.
"Nice to meet you Flash. I am Danny Fenton."
"Nice to meet you, Danny. Call me Barry. Especially since you are dating my niece."
"Ok, Barry."
A few minutes later Red Tornado announced "It is time to play! There are going to be two teams the first team is going to be Kid Flash, Artemis, Shadow, and Danny Phantom! The second team is Robin, Miss Martin, Aqualad, Superboy, and Zatanna! May the best Team win the flag!"
Wally and Artemis walked up to us.
Artemis said, "Okay what is the plan going to be?"
I said, "Well I can fly fast and make myself intangible."
Wally said, "I can run super fast."
Artemis said "Okay, Wally, I know you can't phase through these traps, but can you run me and Shadow to where we need to be? Danny, can you fly us through as many things as you can? I can almost guarantee that Batman hasn't got anti-ghost yet. Unless there is a natural plant or something."
I started becoming nervous and said, "Well, Blood Blossoms are supposed to be extinct, but it hurts. Trust me it feels like you are being ripped apart. Would anyone in the Justice League have time traveled recently to the Salem Witch Trials? Or have time traveled to the past? I am not sure when they went extinct. How would I even figure it out?"
Star said, "Calm down Danny. For one we can call Tucker to find the answer to the Blood Blossoms. There is a device that blocks location tracking from phones. You can call him and figure that out real quick. I have Uncle Barry's password for getting into the database, and Wally can speedread all the search words, time travel, anti-ghost, paranormal flower, and finally Blood Blossoms."
Artemis said "I think we should go with this plan. If we can use your ghost powers without limitation and Baywatch's speed we could win this easily."
Wally said "Sure, that works for me."
I called Tucker "Hey man. I need to know when Blood Blossoms went extinct?"
"Ok, dude. Do you need that right away?"
"Yes, I do."
"Ok, it looks like they went extinct in the 1800s."
"Ok, thanks, Tucker!"
"Ok guys. They went extinct in the 1800s. I hope that helps."
Eventually, Star said "Ok we have found out that there are no anti-ghost devices or plants in the game set up on the island. The bad news is they have the Blood Blossoms. The good news is Batman has it, and he just collects everyone's weakness to use against them if they turn evil or are brainwashed."
I said "Well I guess the bad news isn't that bad. Anyway, let's continue on our way."
We started going across the island. Wally would run Artemis across all the traps and some of the paths. They were a great team. They were so in sync it was awe-inspiring to watch. I hope me and Star ever get to that place of being in so in sync. I flew Star through the traps, and I flew her through much of the trail.
Finally, after about a half hour, we got to the flag. The other team seemed to be lagging behind by only a few minutes. We grabbed the flag, and the ground beneath us started to fly toward where all the adults were.
We got a trophy that was going to stay in the Cave. We all congratulated everyone on a job well done and we went off to celebrate with a bunch of food that people had brought over or M'gann had cooked for us. It was a lovely hot summer day. We all hung out a bit at the beach and swam around for a while.
Me and Star went back to Amity Park around 7:00 pm, and we both separated and went our separate ways back to our homes.
The next day I emailed Batman. I asked for help with finding Dani because Team Phantom just could not find any sign of her, and it was starting to freak me out. He emailed me back and said once he has time he will look into it. There was a recent breakout in Arkham Asylum. I said that is more than okay, thank you. Batman asked if I could get my parents a permission slip for being able to come on missions.
I replied back and said that my parents did not know about my powers or my alter-ego and I won't tell them because there is a good chance that I would end up having a vivisection courtesy of my parents or turn me into the Guys In White. Batman asked what the Guys In White were supposed to be. I said they're a government agency that hunts ghosts. Batman then said, unless they are an under-the-table government agency so to speak or they didn't exist. I got a chill down my spine. He also said that I should get emancipated somehow because the fact that my parents could not deal with my superpowers was highly concerning. He also asked if I had a separate income apart from my parents.
I said that I can do that. I was a millionaire and I would be fine. He said that is good. So I decided that I would get some lawyers soon and make sure I could get emancipated without my parents knowing the true reason why.
The next day over Skype I and Star worked on the second chapter of our Fanfiction. We had so much fun writing the most insane stuff we could think of. It was absolutely delightful to come up with the most ridiculous sentences and topics.
The next day in our joint fanfiction account in the PMs we both got hit on. Or at least that is what I am assuming because there was a babe video. Which was weird, to say the least. Well from all the fanfiction notes that I have read, this is surprisingly common, and that is the price you pay for posting fanfiction.
The next day I went to the hangout to write a bit for my new book. The plot of the book is about a ghost that is stuck on Earth and is trying to make it back to the afterlife. He meets a person that can see him, but no one had been able to see him so far. Eventually, they manage to get him back into the afterlife after a bunch of bonding.
I opened the door I heard sobbing. Instantly I was worried, and I realized that it was coming from Star's room. I rushed to her room the door was ajar and Star was crying on her bed. Shaking from the strain of her sobs. My heart broke from seeing her so sad.
I knocked on the door and said, "Star, it's me, Danny. Do you want me to come in?"
With her red-rimmed eyes, she nodded yes and came in and sat down next to her on her bed. She wrapped her arms around me and cried for a few more minutes. I rubbed her back and said sweet nothings until her sobs subsided into small little strangled sobs. Finally, she calmed down and fell asleep in my arms.
She looked so peaceful, and I couldn't bear to wake her up. I lay down with her still in my arms and fell asleep after a few minutes of stroking her hair. I woke up to her stirring in my arms.
She smiled at me and said, "Thank you for holding me. I really appreciate it."
"You're welcome Star. If you do not mind telling me, why were you crying?"
"I don't mind. I guess it just hit me that me and so many of my loved ones put their lives on the line, and they might die. It broke my heart, I have loved all the time I have had with you."
She said that last part with a blush flooding her face. She did not flush cutely Danny thought with a chuckle. She flushed like a tomato, Danny thought it was oddly adorable.
Danny said, "That sucks so much. I know I can't take away your fears, but you will be fine whatever happens. I truly believe that."
Star smiled dimly and said, "Thanks."
I decided to cheer her up by playing Starlight by Taylor Swift.
I said while turning on the song; "Star, this song is just begging for a Star to dance to it.", I said with a comical wink.
She rolled her eyes but took my hands and danced with me. It was magical dancing with her in her running mascara and smudged red lip gloss.
I said, "Oh my, what a marvelous tune"
It was the best night, never would forget how we moved

I squeezed her whenever starlight sang to Star's feigned annoyance. Eventually, we both called home and said we were with friends and could we sleep over. Our parents said that they do not mind, and we both went into our beds and fell asleep.
