Author's Note: This is based on Honeymoon.
This is from Chrollo's point of view.
With sunrise wiping scarlet eyes and screams,
Awaken to an island soaked in gold.
A doctor held you in your darkest dreams,
But nothing ails reality, you're told.
Your husband, once a thief, is now a saint
Who keeps your belly full and mind undimmed.
The relics of my crimes are etched and chained
In pages of my book you've never skimmed.
I lock the basement where antiques are hung
And body parts preserved in formalin.
By night, this door is open, secrets sung,
Your brain rewashed of my enduring sin.
Till death absolves the lives you took from mine,
You'll stay in Limbo by my own design.
