Seanzilla115: Greetings once again minna. I dont' own no one in this story, nor the Sonic the Hedgehog series, Ben 10 series, or the Blazblue series. I do though own Haseo Yukimaru Sakurai. Also, say congrats to me and GT for finally doing this! We, or rather I've been waiting to do this crossover for so long! And we're finally doing it!*calms down*sorry about that. Anyway...let's begin, shall we?
Rebel 17: Darkened Visions
"Ease up on the gas!" Kirby yelped, holding onto the dashboard for his life, as Sonic took a sharp corner as fast as he could.
"No can do! Sanctuary's in danger!" Sonic replied before shouting out the window, "How you holdin' up there, Ben?"
"Could be better!" Heatblast screamed as he held for his life on the top of the bus, his body being used to evaporate the snowstorm in their path.
"Honestly, couldn't you wait until after the storm ended?" Sonia asked.
"No time! The sooner we get there, the better!" Sonic replied.
"He must be worried about Nun-Kaka," Manic whispered.
"Nun-Kaka?" Tsubaki repeated.
"I ran into a Nun-Kaka in my Zone," Sonikku recalled, "Kirby scanned her DNA and got a new alien...which he used to prank me so many times."
"...Dude, I feel your pain," Manic patted Sonikku's shoulder.
"I do not think we will be able to get to our destination in time," Rook noted as he looked out the window, "That is, if this storm does not let up."
"I know...which is why I'm going to take a short-cut!" Sonic stated as he made a sharp turn.
"A short-cut? Wha..." Sonia began when she saw her brother driving towards a small hill, "...Sonic...you're not thinking about..."
"Hang on everyone! It's going to get bumpy!" Sonic yelled as he stepped on the gas and drove up the hill, using said hill as a ramp.
Everyone inside the boss, including a screaming Heatblast as he held onto the bus for dear life, screamed as the bus flew through the air before it landed just outside the snowstorm and drove right into the regular, non-snow covered road. Heatblast covered his mouth before turning around the throw up. He sweatdropped as he saw the puke melt through the ground.
"Whew...that was a doozy," Sonic sighed in relief, "Hey guys. Are you o..." he turned his neck to see everyone scrambled about, "kay?"
"Yeah...if you call being tossed around 'okay,'" Manic groaned as he got up from a small dogpile consisting of himself, Rook, and Tails.
"That was...unexpected..." Rook noted as Tails crawled out from underneath him.
"Yeah...then again, Sonikku has done stuff like this as well back in our Zone," Tails stated.
"Next time Sonic...warn us before you pull a stunt like that," Sonia stated to her brotehr with a groan as she got up.
"Hai..." Roll and Cyber agreed with Haseo and the two Yackers knocked out cold, their eyes replaced with swirls.
"Mou...and I thought Sonikku was cra..." Kirby began as he started to get up, his hand unintentionally touching something, "Hmm?"
He squeezed the something a bit, earning a small moan. A huge blush then formed on Kirby's face as he slowly looked down, seeing that his hand was...Ahem...groping one of Nanaya's breast. It didn't help that he was also on top of her, causing him to blush even further as he got off of Nanaya as fast as he could.
"G...Gomen! I didn't know you were down there, Nanaya!"
"I...it's okay, K..Kirby..." Nanaya replied, a blush on her face as well as she got up from the floor.
"R...right..." Kirby nodded as he and Nanaya looked away from each other with a heavy blush.
"Is Ben...okay up there?" Tsubaki asked with a groan as she and Makoto used one of the seats inside the bus to get back up.
"I don't..." Makoto began as Heatblast crawled in through the door of the bus before slamming it shut, the fire-like alien panting heavily as he changed back into Ben, "Ben? Daijoubu?"
"...That...was...crazy," Ben panted heavily.
"Sorry, guys. I had to get us out of that storm faster," Sonic apologized, "But we still need to hurry before that person the Oracle was talking gets to Sanctuary!" he stepped on the gas as the bus drove down the road, unaware of a small, floating pod with a camera on it watching them.
=Lord Robotnik! I've located the hedgehog and his team= Sleet stated to his master over the intercom =And it seems they're in a hurry for something.=
"I see..." Robotnik noted, "I want you to keep tracking them until you find out where they are headed."
=Yes my lord!= Sleet saluted as the intercom went of.
'I knew it was a good idea to have Sleet send out a Tracking Drone to spy on that pesky blue hedgehog. But still...' Robotnik thought as he stroked his mustache a bit, 'Just where are they headed in such a hurry? Once I find out, I'll probably send out Starscream and/or Knockout to make sure the blue rat isn't planning anything.'
"Ahh~!" Makoto and Nanaya sighed in content as they watched the leaves fall from the massive trees they drove by.
"I forgot that you loved the fall season so much," Tsubaki noted to the two.
"What's not to love about it?" Makoto asked.
"The changing colors of the leaves..." Nanaya pointed out.
"...the temperature hitting just the right numbers to not be so hot that I'm sweating something fierce yet not too cold that my tail freezes over..."
"...and Mom's walnut pie," both began to drool a bit with stars in their eyes.
"We're here!" Sonic grinned as he stopped the bus and sped off.
"Oh thank the big lady in the sky!" Manic exclaimed as everyone began to get off.
"...I am so getting deja vu here," Kirby admitted.
"Same here," Nanaya added.
"Okay, perimeter looks okay," Sonic noted as he dashed over, "But where are...?"
"It's Big Brother Sonic!"
"Gaaaaaaaaaah!-!-!" Sonic screamed as he was bowled over by the orphans of Sanctuary in a large hug, "Never mind..."
"Huh?" one of the Mobian dog children blinked, "I'm seeing double..."
"Are we cloning now?" a little human girl asked.
"Not cloning," Sonic replied, "You know that story I told you guys? The one involving me going to a different universe? Meet one of those Sonics I met."
"Oh wow!" the younger children awed before a bell went off.
"Children~!" Nun-Kaka called, "It's lunchtime~!"
The effect was instant and startling for everyone but Sonic when all the orphans were there one second and gone the next. Sonic got up before Nun-Kaka walked up, tilting her head.
"Ara-ara~? Two of Alien Guy, Furry Girl, and Sonikku?" Nun-Kaka pondered with a tilt of her head.
"Different Zone, Nun-Kaka," Sonic chuckled, "I'm glad to see you're okay."
"Oh~!" Nun-Kaka realized at the first part before smiling at Sonic, "Thank you for being concerned, but it's okay. We were able to fend off Robotnik's forces with the help of a new Freedom Fighter team; Team Azure."
"Team Azure?" Nanaya repeated.
"Yep! Good Guy was great! He made such go~od food for everyone before Robotnik began to invade!" Nun-Kaka drooled, "Oh~! I just wanted to jump him and get him in so good with..."
"Nun-Kaka!" Sonic exclaimed with a heavy blush.
"Oh! Oops, my apologies," Nun-Kaka blushed, "I had another moment. Haven't had those in years now. But, I guess that's what happens when you have such a good person help you in a time of need."
"Good Guy?" Makoto pondered.
"Oh, yes! He had white hair, a red jacket..." Nanaya, Tsubaki, and Makoto began to pale as Nun-Kaka continued describing 'Good Guy,' "...a metal arm that let him use these cool black and red flames, and a huge sword! Oh! And he had two different colored eyes!"
"Ragna?!" Ben exclaimed.
"Oh! That's his name!" Nun-Kaka beamed, "Do you know him?"
"Of course! He's kinda like the big brother I always wanted," Ben chuckled sheepishly, "And that's just from knowing him for a month and a half."
As Ben and Nun-Kaka talked, Tsubaki, Makoto, and Nanaya just watched. Ben had traveled with Ragna the BloodEdge, a wanted criminal in their worlds, and he called him the big brother he always wanted? And that Ragna not only made food for an orphanage, but also helped fend off Robotnik's forces to protect it? Makoto frowned as she thought that there was something fishy going on back at the NOL.
"Nun-Kaka, have you seen anything...unusual lately?" Sonia asked.
"Hmm...I've been getting this weird smell lately. It smells...kinda like her," Nun-Kaka replied as she pointed at Tsubaki, "But not her as well. Almost...ghost-like...in smell. Like it was a possession or something."
"Why don't you let us look around?" Kirby offered.
"Oh, but I couldn't..." Nun-Kaka began.
"We will be fine, Ms. Nun-Kaka," Rook assured, "You have just moved here, correct? We do not want you to lose another place to live, so we would like to help in any way we can."
"...Well..." Nun-Kaka began as she glanced at the statues on Sanctuary, seeing something that the others didn't, "...I accept your generous offer. But, please, don't let the children know about this. I do not wish for them to become frightened."
"Okay, Nun-Kaka. By the way, how's Aka-Kaka?" Sonic asked.
"Oh, he's just so adorable! He said his first word to me the other day! 'Mama!'" Nun-Kaka giggled with glee, "Oh, he's so adorable!"
"Aka-Kaka?" Nanaya whispered.
"This jerk killed his mom and the Friar here was able to convince the killer to spare the child's life," Makoto whispered, "He wanted to name the kid 'Quasimodo,' but once he left, Nun-Kaka declared him 'Aka-Kaka' since he looks like a Kaka Kitten."
"Okay...Now where did they go?" Sleet pondered as he looked at a monitor for his surveillance device, "Ugh. Curse this ever autumn forest! Wait, what was that?" The monitor began to show a turn-around of the area before a red, clouded eye appeared on it, "Ahh!-!-!" Sleet yelped as he fell out of his chair just before the monitor turned into static, "What was that? Were they onto me? I better send some EggPawns out there quickly."
"Come on, guys! Hurry it up!" SpiderMonkey chirped as he swung through the trees.
"He kinda looks like Kirby's SpiderMonkey," Nanaya noted as she, Tails, Amy, Sonikku, and Sonia followed him in the ground.
"Really? Guess some aliens will look different than others, I suppose," Sonia shrugged.
"Does your Way Big have four eyes?" Sonikku asked.
"No," Sonia replied, "But he was huge."
"Oh yeah. That was both freaky and cool," Sonikku grinned.
"Okay, you really remind me of my friend Kevin," Kirby noted as he watched Manic shifting through a destroyed monitoring robot.
"Really now?"
"Yeah. He'd look through parts of tech we've smashed for parts to add to his car," Kirby noted, "It bit us in the butt once when it was a Techadon glove that he got."
"Techadon?" Cyber repeated as Haseo didn't like the sound of it.
"A series of robots that are created by Techadon Weapon Masters. They are mainly used for killing others that have been targeted by a paying customer," Rook informed.
"And I've beaten a ton of them, even the ones Vulcanus sent at me," Kirby smirked, "Of course...There was the factory that landed in the street. No one could move it from where it had landed so they had to close the streets there until it could be moved."
"Factory?" Manic raised a brow.
"It keeps building Techadon Robots for a hit and making them adapt to what destroyed them last time," Kirby replied before noticing something, "What's this?" he knelt down and pulled a black feather from out of the debris, "Isn't this the feather Tsubaki gave to the Oracle?"
"Dude, what'd we tell ya? The guy's never been wrong yet," Manic noted.
"This is quite extensive for a mere pamphlet," Tsubaki noted, a small blush on her face as she read a pamphlet Roll had given her, "Still...To not be more than one city block away from the one who saved you seems...constrictive."
"It's always been like that," Roll noted, "Where I'm from, sixty percent of the population is all female."
"But it also adds some good stuff," Makoto smiled squirrely, "Like those tattoos she has? Sonic was the only one that could see them before anyone else was allowed to."
Sonic's cheeks instantly turned red as he recalled that event. He quickly shook it off as Tsubaki stopped.
"Something up?" Sonic asked.
"Move...Now!" Tsubaki ordered.
Makoto barely grabbed Sonic and jumped back with Tsubaki and Roll when a black wing nearly hit the ground before them. A figure jumped down from the tree nearby, one Makoto instantly knew. She wore a black Japanese-style uniform with silver/white highlights and a green ribbon tying her corset, and black military boots. She held a short sword resembling a quill pen tip with a book-like shield with round ends and a red 'eye' on the border. Her hat had angel 'wings' on the top and the same half open, red 'eye' on the brim.
"Ts…Tsubaki?" Makoto gasped.
"…" the red-haired woman readied her blade.
"Tsubaki?" Makoto's eyes widened as she saw that Tsubaki's eyes seemed to be clouded over and were a deep scarlet, "Y…Your eyes…!"
"What's wrong?" Sonic asked before yelping as a black feathered wing shot out of the strange 'book' in the other Tsubaki's left arm nearly hit him, "The heck was that about?!"
"…Sonic…Makoto…please leave this to me," Tsubaki frowned as she readied her Izayoi.

BATTLE THEME: Condemnation Wings
AUTUMN'S FOREST – When the Past returns, sometimes it is best to forget it
"Dispatched in mankind's darkest hour, we are the knights of the blue flame!" the two declared in harmony, entering fighting stances.
THE WHEEL OF FATE IS TURNING – REBEL 7 – ACTION
The two Tsubaki's charged at each other and their blades clashed, sparks flying off the weapons with each clash. This continued for a few more seconds before they both backed away from each other.
"...Why are you getting in my way?" the other Tsubaki demanded Tsubaki.
"To stop you from doing a terrible mistake," Tsubaki replied, not once letting her Zone Double out of her site.
"What mistake? I'm fulfilling my duty as a member of the N.O.L," the other Tsubaki replied with a frown, "I must destroy all those who go against the Imperator Librarius' will."
"Even if they're innocent?" Tsubaki asked with a frown.
"Yes...I must do this...in the name of the N.O.L and the Imperator, I will strike down all those who oppose them in the name of justice!" the other Tsubaki declared.
"...You're wrong..."
"...what did you just say?" the other Tsubaki demanded.
"I said you're wrong. What the N.O.L is doing isn't justice. It's..." Tsubaki began before she blocked a slash from her other self.
"Silence! I won't have you bad mouth the N.O.L!" the other Tsubaki growled as she slashed at Tsubaki, who was using her shield to block a series of slashes her double was sending at her.
"What I'm saying is the truth!" Tsubaki yelled as she went on the offensive, her Zone Double now using her shield to block the attacks, "The N.O.L slaying innocent people just because they don't follow the Imperator's Will isn't justice!"
"Urasei!" the other Tsubaki growled as her weapon changed into a whip sword and slashed at Tsubaki, "The Imperator's Will is the true Justice!"
'Wings' emerged from Tsubaki's shield and blocked the whip before returning with the attack, managing to trip the other Tsubaki.
"Now!" Tsubaki shouted.
A circular magic seal appeared around her 'book' as it opened fully. In a triangle formation in the seal were three white feather designs. The 'eye' in the book fired a pulse that restrained the other Tsubaki.
"Confutatis Maledictis!" Tsubaki declared as the magic seal spinning around her 'book' fired a blast of energy that sent the other Tsubaki through a tree.
DISTORTION FINISH!
"Ugh!" Tsubaki gasped out as she covered one of her eyes, 'I...I shouldn't have done that...!'
TSUBAKI - WIN!
"Are you okay?" Sonic asked.
"Y...Yes..." Tsubaki replied as she managed to recover before the remains of the tree the other Tsubaki had gone through exploded, "What?!"
The five turned to see a pillar of red energy racing into the air, the other Tsubaki in the center. Slowly, the energy went down and into her Izayoi parts, including the hat. The book opened completely and revealed two massive black wings and two more formed from the other Tsubaki's clothes, completely covering her. Nearby, Kirby and Ben stopped at the same time as their Omnitrixes went off.
=WARNING: SEALED WEAPON HAS BEEN RELEASED. POWER LEVELS RECOGNIZED. TECHNOLOGY LEVEL: 20=
"Oh come on!" Ben groaned before blinking and looked over a bush to see Kirby and his group.
"Your Omnitrix gave bad news too?" Kirby asked.
"Oh yeah," Ben nodded.
"Is a level 20 bad?" Manic asked.
"Dude, the Omnitrix is Tech Level 20," Ben informed.
"If something akin to the Omnitrix in level is here...then this is very, very bad," Rook frowned.
Slowly, the emblem that had floated behind Tsubaki appeared behind the 'cocoon' and altered itself. The emblem changed to have a sword going down the middle with an upside-down pentagon. The lower half of the pentagon was made of and covered with blades while the upper half resembled the 'wings' of the Izayoi. The emblem vanished as the feathers scattered.
The other Tsubaki stood in place, but her attire had altered itself with her outfit being a sleeveless, black, skin-tight bodysuit with a short, slender, white outfit, and white, knee-length boots. Gold armor was on the sides of her flowing white skirt with gold trimming on the bottoms. Floating around her were two black 'V's with the ends of them made of silver blades while the bottom had a spike and trimmed with gold. Her hair had been put into a ponytail and held by a gold band in it that had gold 'wings' on the sides. Two bangs were on the sides of her face, framing it and had a pearl in each bang. Gold armor was under her breasts, surprisingly having went up a cup size or two. She opened her eyes, revealing the 'light' in them was there, but darker.
TSUBAKI YAYOI VS IZAYOI
BATTLE THEME: Justice Sword
AUTUMN'S FOREST – When the Past returns, sometimes it is best to forget it
"Wh...What is this?" Tsubaki gasped as she readied herself.
"Waga na wa Izayoi (I am Izayoi)!" the other Tsubaki declared as a gold, red, and bronze hilt and guard formed in her left hand before a pink energy blade formed from it, "Anata no seigi, watashi ni shimesu shinasai (Show me, your Justice)!"
THE WHEEL OF FATE IS TURNING – REBEL 7 – ACTION
Tsubaki was about to charge forward before Izayoi was suddenly in front of her.
"Wh...wha...?" Tsubaki began before Izayoi delivered a powerful, fast, overhead kick to her head, sending Tsubaki flying and crashing into a tree. After a second of silence, Tsubaki weakly got up, blood dripping form her mouth and head as she looked over at Izayoi, 'I...I didn't even see her attack. I...I'll have too...'
"Scarlet Justice," Izayoi uttered as she was covered in a white aura before sending multiple energy blades at Tsubaki, "Sonic Saber."
Tsubaki quickly used her shield to try and block the wave of energy blades, but failed as they sliced up various parts of her body. After the attack subsided, Tsubaki collapsed on one knee, various cuts on her body with blood dripping from them. She then looked over at Izayoi, who was about to attack again as her emblem appeared behind her.
"Justice..." Izayoi began as her bits created a large, golden energy gate with arcane writing on it appeared before she then thrust her weapon into it, a larger, golden version of her weapon shooting out of it, "Phorizer!"
Tsubaki didn't have time to bring her shield up as the attacked made contact with her, sending her flying and crashing into two more trees.
DISTORTION FINISH!
"Danzai no toki ga owari desu (The time for judgement has passed)..." Izayoi uttered in a dark tone.
IZAYOI - WIN
"Tsubaki!" Makoto cried out, concerned for both version, 'What happened to her? Is this what the other Tsubaki will become if she keeps using Izayoi?'
"Justice will be served," Izayoi stated as she summoned another energy blade.
'This...This is the power...of Izayoi?' Tsubaki thought as she tried to wipe a bit of the blood flowing from her mouth and her busted lip, her outfit now having some burn marks and cuts on it, 'Is...Is this my end?'
Izayoi swung down and her weapon was shot out of her hand. She and Tsubaki turned to see Sonic, his guitar out with a determined look on his face. The others began to run into the semi-destroyed clearing and saw Izayoi.
"Is that...Tsubaki?!" Nanaya gasped.
"I guess this is who the Oracle was referring to..." Sonia gulped.
"...Does she have bigger boobs than Tsubaki?" Manic asked, earning a fist to the noggin by Cyber and Sonia.
"You dare interfere with the Imperator's Will, defective Beastkin?" Izayoi demanded.
"I won't let you hurt yourself anymore!" Sonic roared.
It was then his guitar began to erupt in white energy. Sonic looked down to see his gloves had turned a moderate obsidian in color with gunmetal grey armor over them with the cuffs covered in gold plating with rubies on the backs. His guitar had changed, becoming a double-edge sword as big as his torso and legs put together. The blade seemed to have been forged over 500 times to make its blade sharper. The hilt, wrapped red leather, was connected to the blade by a gold circle with a soft bronze center. Going down the middle was a triangle-shaped trapezoid, the inside a soft bronze with the border being gold with a strange gold design in the middle. On the sides of the circle was a pair of gold 'wings' with a red center.
"A…A blade?" Sonic pondered as he grasped the hilt with both his hands, "…I am in so much trouble with Bro and Sis if I can't change you back into a guitar."
"He is so in trouble if he can't change it back into a guitar," Sonia frowned.
"Dude, that looks wicked," Manic grinned.
"Get out of my way!" Izayoi growled as she swung her blade at him, only for the hedgehog to parry it with his blade.
"You want to kill her, you gotta get through me!" Sonic smirked before the two jumped back from each other.
SONIC THE HEDGEHOG VS IZAYOI
THEME: Knight of the Wind Instrumental
AUTUMN'S FOREST – When the Past returns, sometimes it is best to forget it
"Dispatched in mankind's darkest hour, we are the knights of the blue flame!" Izayoi declared as she entered her fighting stance.
"You better watch out. I'll end this in a Sonic Second!" Sonic declared as he gave his new blade a small twirl.
THE WHEEL OF FATE IS TURNING – REBEL 8 – ACTION
The two charged and their blades collided. Izayoi vanished and Sonic spun around, striking Izayoi's blade in mid-swing. Sonic jumped back and landed on the side of a tree before springing at her. Izayoi summoned her shields and attempted to block. Sonic replied by flipping around, landing on the shield bits, and flipped over them to hit her with a vertical slash along her armor, sending sparks as she was knocked back.
"Justice Phorizer!" Izayoi cried out as she fired the Distortion Drive at him.
Sonic was about to jump, "Don't dodge."
'Who said that?' Sonic's eyes widened.
"Shift your legs into a strong stance and swing down now!" the voice shouted.
Just as the attack was about to strike, Sonic swung. The energy blade was split into two and curved around and exploded behind him. No one was aware of the soft glowing starting to cover his blade. Izayoi frowned after seeing the blue hedgehog deflect her attack.
"Scarlet Justice!" the possesed Tsubaki declared as the aura covered her agin before she sent dozens of energy blades at Sonic, "Sonic Saber!"
The voice came back into Sonic's head, "Dodge the first three strikes before using the flat of your blade to block the next attacks and return them to the others. Then, jump over the attack."
Sonic nodded and followed the voice. Everyone watching couldn't help but awe at how skilled Sonic was with his blade. It was then the tip of the blade was covered in the gold energy.
"Now! Call upon the might of Soul Surge!"
"S-Soul Surge?" Sonic pondered.
He looked up and yelped. There, Izayoi had a blade out, ready to cut him in two vertically. It was then he noticed that she was moving as slow as a snail with small red targets appearing over various places on her. Was this the Soul Surge that voice spoke of? Sonic quickly struck a few of the spots and went behind her. The glow on his blade faded away and Izayoi cried out as she was tossed into the air, the spots Sonic struck with his blade wounded.
"Sc...Scarlet Justice! Mirage Thruster!" Izayoi declared, the ura covering her again as she became a blur.
Sonic brought his sword up just in time as Izayoi appeared before him and sent him flying into the air with a powerful vertical slash from her sword.
"Aegis Blade! Scarlet Justice! Mirage Thruster," Izayoi declared again as she became a blur, appearing before th airborn Sonic befoe firing multiple energy blades at him again, "Air Sonic Saber!"
Sonic performed a midair Spin Dash, startling Izayoi as he spun along the side of her blade and caught her with a few slashes, the aura on his blade refilling.
"For my friends…For the ones you've taken the light away from…" Sonic panted, unaware of a white energy emblem resembling his head with seven emeralds circling it began to appear behind him, "I won't let you take anymore! Astral Heat!"
"Wh-What?!" Izayoi gasped.
A gold flash blinded her for an instant. In that flash, Sonic was engulfed from head to toe in intricate, delicately-cared golden armor. Upon his back was a slender, finely-knitted cape made from the finest of silks. In his hands, the blade had turned a brilliant gold with a crown-like design on the guard while a gold energy blade seemed to overshadow the edges of the blade.
"Everything has its end…" Sonic began before striking Izayoi once.
CUE: SHINSO - BLAZBLUE CONTINUUM SHIFT EXTEND ARCADE OPENING
The area darkened around her. Izayoi looked around before noticing a light. She looked at the sky and blanched, seeing a massive, intricate, golden seal in the sky, Sonic floating just above it.
"…And today is your end!" Sonic finished, "For there is nothing that Excalibur cannot cut through!"
With that, he shot through the seal, absorbing it into his form. He was engulfed in golden energy before he slammed into and through Izayoi. She cried out as the light intensified until it faded away, revealing their fighting area.
ASTRAL FINISH!
Sonic wiped a hand along his blade as his armor and the blade's transformation vanished, "Sorry, but you were too slow."
SONIC – WIN!
Izayoi's formed glowed before changing back into the other Tsubaki. Scattered around her were the pieces of her Izayoi. The blade was sliced into three pieces, the shield was completely shredded, and the hat was cut down the middle. Sonic collapsed to his knees, panting heavily as his body was drenched in sweat. His sword glowed before changing back into a Medallion. The Medallion still resembled his head, but had gained more detail with Western designs carved into it.
'So...That was...the power of an Astral Heat...' Sonic thought before he fell to his side, his head landing in Roll's lap.
"S-Such power...!" Sonikku whispered in awe.
"What was that?" Tails gawked.
"The Astral Finish!" Nanaya gasped.
"Tsubaki!" Makoto called as she ran over to the black-wearing Tsubaki.
"Makoto!" Ben called as he followed with the others.
"Tsubaki, are you okay?" Nanaya asked.
"Y-Yes," Tsubaki replied as she looked over at Makoto shaking her Tsubaki and calling her name, "I guess I'm going to be called my last name then."
"Most likely, Yayoi," Rook replied.
Sonic managed to recover enough to start picking up the pieces of Izayoi. He quickly ran off and stopped at a cliff nearby. He looked down at one of the 'eyes' of the Izayoi.
"You're not hurting her or her friends ever again," Sonic scowled as he tossed them off the cliff.
"Sonic-kun?" Sonic glanced over his shoulder at Roll.
"I'm fine, Roll," Sonic replied before she caught him in his fall, "On second thought...I'm exhausted. I need a chili-dog."
"So what do we do now?" Ben asked.
"We're going back to see the Oracle," Sonia replied before Sonic and Roll walked in, "So what took you two so long?"
"I couldn't leave until I said good-bye to Nun-Kaka, Friar Tuck, and the kiddies," Sonic replied, "Plus, Nun-Kaka had to act like a mother hen to me and take Roll out of the room to talk with her."
"We went into the other room and talked," Roll replied before shuddering as she recalled Nun-Kaka's threat on hurting Sonic's heart in any way.
"So what was that weapon the other you used?" Sonic asked the Tsubaki from Kirby's Zone, "In fact...don't you have the same weapon she does before I threw them away?"
"...Yes. And I've been meaning to tell Kirby and the others about this as well..." Yayoi sighed as she looked at everyone in the room- minus Makoto, who was looking after the other Tsubaki in medical room next to hers, "That sword and shield of mine is called the Sealed Weapon Izayoi. It is a powerful, yet dangerous weapon in my world."
"Dangerous is right..." Sonic noted, remembering Tsubaki's fights with her Zone Double, and his fight with Izayoi.
"But..what exactly makes it so powerful?" Rook asked.
"...It has the power to control light," Yayoi replied, "Or to be specific, it draws in all waves within the user's electromagnetic spectrum, including radio waves."
"Dude, that would so mess up radio communication with other Freedom Fighters and our music playing at concerts," Manic noted.
"Concerts?" Tails repeated.
"We play them when we get the chance to boost morale," Sonia replied, "Please continue, Yayoi."
"Yes...but it has a side effect. A very nasty side effect. It..." Yayoi began with a sigh, "It steals the 'light' from the user, making them go blind eventually...and it also eventually kills them as well."
"What?!" everyone exclaimed.
"Why would you use such a weapon?!" Kirby exclaimed.
"You seriously need to get rid of it," Manic pointed out.
"I can break it right now with Diamondhead," Ben offered.
"And I'll melt the pieces with Heatblast or NRG," Kirby added.
"I...I know but...I wish I could get rid of the Izayoi...but I can't..." Tsubaki sighed sadly as she moved her hand up to one of her eyes, "Even if I don't have it with me, I still feel the side effects of the Izayoi through small, pain attacks...I...I don't know what to do..."
"...Didn't the Oracle mention he could help 'the One who is lost in Darkness?' Maybe he meant the Tsubaki in the other room," Tails noted.
"Oh, he did!" Rook beamed, "I am sure he can at least give help on your situation, Ms. Yayoi."
"Tsubaki?" Makoto pondered.
"Wh-What? Makoto? Where are you?" Tsubaki asked as she began looking around before Makoto gently took her hands.
"Shh. Tsubaki, calm down," Makoto tried to comfort, "Tsubaki, what was the last thing you remember?"
"Huh? What do you mean? Where are you?" Tsubaki asked.
"…Tsubaki…" Makoto took a hand to her cheek and turned her head to face her own, "I'm right in front of you."
"But…But I can't see you," Tsubaki blinked, "I know my eyes are open, but…But why can't I see you?"
"That's why I need to know what you remember before you couldn't see," Makoto informed.
"Well, we were talking about what we were going to do once we graduated while we were getting ready for bed," Tsubaki noted, causing Makoto's eyes to widen.
"…Does the name 'Noel Vermillion' ring any bells?"
"Of course. She's our friend," Tsubaki frowned, "Why?"
"…Tsubaki, the last time I saw you, it was July 1, 2200," Makoto informed, causing Tsubaki's eyes to widen, "You used the Izayoi and lost your sight."
"Wh-What? Makoto, if this is supposed to be a prank, then it's not funny. Did you and Cajun think up this?" Tsubaki scowled.
"You're glaring at the window," Makoto pointed out, turning Tsubaki's head to face her once more before taking one of Tsubaki's hand and placed it on the red-haired girl's face, "Now do you feel any cloth?"
"…" Tsubaki ran her hand over her face, causing her to pale, "No…No…This…Did I really…?"
Makoto gently held Tsubaki close as the red-haired girl began to start dry-heaving and hyperventilating. It was then the red-hair girl held Makoto's shoulders, trembling as she tried to force back her tears. She was a proud member of the Yayoi Family. She wasn't supposed to…to…
"I'm not leaving you alone with this problem, Tsubaki. No matter what, we're the best of friends," Makoto whispered.
Tsubaki began to cry into her friend at that point. Makoto gently rubbed her friend's back, all the while glaring out at where Sonic had thrown the broken sword, sliced hat, and slashed book away. A dark feeling in her gut made her think it wasn't the last time that weapon would be seen.
Starscream landed followed by Jetfire and Jetstorm. Starscream looked around and scowled. They were at a river just outside the forest which rested upon a steep cliff above them.
"Ugh. Nature," Starscream scowled before activating his comm., "We've arrived at the location."
"Leader Scream of Stars, we are to be founding something!" Jetfire called as Jetstorm pulled out the broken blade of Izayoi from the river.
"Well, well...What do we have here?" Starscream pondered before pulling out a sliced part of the 'book' that still had the eye on it, unaware of the eye glowing red.
Tutor Me, Azmuth! Done in Blazblue-Chibi Style
Starring: Azmuth, Taokaka, Carl Clover, Aya Clover (Nirvana), Bang Shishigami, and Ms. Litchi.
The curtain rises up, revealing not Kokonoe's special lab, but a futuristic black and green laboratory that is kept nice and tidy and organized. Standing on a table was a small alien. It has grey skin and seems a bit...frog-like in appearance. His large eyes are green with horizontal rectangle irises while he has six 'whiskers' on his face that go down like a beard and mustache. He wears a green robe with silver bands on the shoulders, waist, and neck.
"Greetings, I am Azmuth, the creator of the Omitrix along with its predecessor, the Unitrix, and this is 'Tutor me! Azmuth,'" the alien introduces himself, "If you humans don't understand, I am a Galvan from the planet Galvan Prime MKII and the planet Primus, where the Omnitrix's alien DNA is stored within the Codon Stream along with saving a copy of it inside of the Omnitrix as well as a safety precaution. Right now, we are in a room I had built specifically to let me speak with you all and not worry about canon things and it's where I go to hide from Myaxx when she has her species' version of a human female's menstrual cycle that involves the tentacles on her face expelling a highly corrosive acid."
"Um...Mr. Azmuth, I think you forgot about us again," Carl noted.
"I was getting to you five," Azmuth frowned, "Now then, these are my two students; Carl Clover and Taokaka. With me are my two assistants: Bang Shishigami on the blackboard and Ms. Litchi, who runs the video files on the subjects we're covering. And there is also Carl's...er...sister, Aya. Though to others, she has been given the nickname 'Nirvana.'"
"Now, Master Carl, my dear Disciple, are you both ready for today's lesson?" Bang asked.
"Yes, Mr. Bang," Carl replied with a smile.
"Then let's begin," Azmuth chuckled as he displayed Ben turning into Diamondhead, "This is Diamondhead, one of Ben's original 10 aliens from when he was 10."
"Is he...made of crystals?" Carl asked.
"Why yes. You see, the bodies of Petrosapiens, Diamondhead's species, are composed of extremely think organic crystals" Amuth explained as the board showed a few clips of Diamondhead turning his arms into blades, or firing shards of diamonds from his wrist, "Petrosapiens have the ability to manipulate their atomic structure of their physiology at will, allowing them to form their limbs into different weapons. Highly trained Petrosapiens can control all crystals they generate, and can mold them into different objects such as walls and shields to protect themselves."
"Impressive," Litchi noted.
"True. But the most amazing thing about their kind; should their planet and their race be destroyed, it can all be easily fixed," Azmuth smirked as he showed clips of Petropia being repaired, "The DNA of the planet and the Petrosapiens lie within a special crystal that-if used in a weapon-can both power and magnify the power of said weapon by tenfold."
"Meow! That's amazing!" Tao exclaimed.
"Yes, but I prefer it's more important use; the DNA of the Petrosapien people and their memories and all who lived there have been stored in this crystal. It can only be used properly when a rare alignment occurs and only by a Crystalsapien or Petrosapien who is attuned to the crystal."
"What's a Crystalsapien?" Bang asked.
"I'll explain that one later," Azmuth replied, "Now about Petropia itself. It is geode-like planet with a craggy appearance. The Petrosapiens orginally had a massive, complex society of various kingdoms beneath the surface until, after several centuries of internal warfare between kingdoms, caused a massive hole to be formed in their 'sky,' revealing the vastness of space. The most notable of the true Petrosapiens is one known as Tetrax 'Hoverboard' Shard, who was this Zone's Ben's fighting teacher, helping Ben become used to his alien forms in various situations." Azmuth then scowled as the screen showed clips of Tetrax's appearances over the course of the Ben 10 series, "I'm still mad at him for teaching Ben how to change between Alien Forms and unlocking some new Aliens that Ben hasn't revealed yet."
"What?" Litchi raised a brow.
"And now for the weaknesses; A Petrosapien can shatter if exposed to strong sonic vibrations and might even fall unconscious. While they can regenerate limbs, there is a limit to how much damage they can recover from. We haven't found out how much damage they can take before that happens, though, and I do not intend to find out on purpose." he chuckled as Litchi played a clip of Diamondhead getting stuck on a wall, "And those two shards on Diamondhead's back may be good for defense, they're also detrimental to him if he gets stuck on a surface. Now, show me your notes!"
The two handed their notebooks in. Azmuth looked at Carl's first. He noted the highly detailed picture of Diamondhead with a few notes on the side, one being 'Need samples to examine how to replicate the creation ability for Sis.' Tao's was just a picture of Diamondhead freezing Arakune in a block of crystal.
"Hmm...Not too bad," Azmuth nodded to Carl, "And just what is this black thing in the crystal, Tao?"
"Squiggly!" Tao replied, "He's a big bad meanie who keeps eating the Kaka Kitties."
"I see...Excuse me," Azmuth informed as he left, "Myaxx! We're going sample hunting!"
