Also, say congrats to me and GT for finally doing this! We, or rather I've been waiting to do this crossover for so long! And we're finally doing it!*calms down*sorry about that. Anyway...let's begin, shall we?
Rebel 18: Hidden Secrets
"Are you really sure he can help?" Tsubaki asked, sitting at a table while wearing a cream and white set of robes, keeping a hand in Makoto's to avoid hitting anything should she need to stand up.
"Of course!" Makoto beamed, 'At least, I hope he can...'
"Let's just hope we don't run into anymore 'distractions' the last time we saw him," Sonikku stated.
"I am examining the scanners," Rook noted nearby, "So far, the samples we have been using from what we collected from Robotnik's robots have shown no signs of them yet."
"Okay, we're here!" Sonic slowed the van down to a halt and poked his head out the window to look up at Heatblast and Heatblast on the roof, "You two okay?"
"Yeah," both replied before Ben-Heatblast showed rock and Kirby-Heatblast showed scissors, "Ha! Scisssors gets crushed by Rock!"
"Best 27 out of 56!" Kirby-Heatblast barked, resembling Ben's Heatblast but without the mini-volcanoes on his shoulder.
"Oi! Sonic-san said we're here!" Nanaya yelled as she poked her head out the window to look at the two Heatblast.
"...Settle this later?" Kirby-Heatblast asked his double.
"Got it," Ben-Heatblast nodded as both Pyronites jumped off the roof of the bus and changed back into Ben and Kirby.
"Okay, you're doing good, Tsubaki," Makoto encouraged as she and Tsubaki were the last ones getting off, "Just a steep step this time."
Tsubaki gulped as she began to take a step down before putting it back in place, "I...I'm sorry, Makoto, but..."
"It's perfectly fine," Makoto replied before picking her up and putting her down, "You're still nervous and confused. But just know I'm here, okay?"
"...Thank you, Makoto," Tsubaki nodded.
"I see you brought the one I requested," a voice spoke before the Oracle appeared in a swirl of snow.
"Kya!" Amy yelped as she jumped back in surprise before glaring a bit at the Oracle, "Don't do that! You nearly made my heart jump out of my chest!"
"Amy, behave yourself," Yayoi scolded the pink hedgehog before wincing in pain a bit as she raised her hand near one of her eyes.
"Hmm...Come," the Oracle informed as he snapped his fingers, the area instantly changing into his library-like abode, "Ms. Yayoi, I require your Izayoi's blade, shield...and your hat."
"Her hat?" Nanaya repeated.
"Many do not know this; but sometimes a hat can reveal many hidden secrets," the Oracle replied.
"What he says is true," Yayoi stated as she brought out the Izayoi before placing her hat on top of the shield, "Here it is, Oracle-san."
"Um...if I may ask, why do you need the Izayoi?" Tails asked the Oracle.
"To merely observe and learn," the Oracle replied before giving the two red-haired women a bottle of white pills,"Take one each. When you return with the second key, I will be done."
"The second key?" Sonic repeated before everyone blinked and were back on the bus as it was now in a jungle, "Huh...No matter how many times he does that, like sending us to that alternate reality where Sleet was in charge without our normal abilities, I still can't help but be impressed by this."
"What's with the bumps?" Manic asked as he noticed Tsubaki's bottle had bumps on it while Yayoi's bottle didn't have anything on it.
"It looks like braille," Makoto noted, "Didn't you take braille as a secondary course, Tsubaki?"
"I did," Tsubaki replied.
"I remember doing the same thing," Yayoi added.
"...Oh yeah...you always went there after that one class we take with Mai, Cajun, Noel, and..." Nanaya began before Yayoi shot her a look that said 'don't you dare bring them up', "...oh yeah...I almost forgot that we shouldn't even talk about...those who shall not be named after that one incident back at the academy."
"?" Tsubaki turned to her head to where she thought Makoto was before Makoto corrected her when she was looking at one of the stoves.
"I have no clue who they're talking about," Makoto whispered, "But it could be Jin and his two friends."
Tsubaki nodded.
"But why are we in a jungle of all places?! Ugh! My designer boots are going to be ruined!" Sonia groaned.
"...I really hope we don't run into any bugs here," Amy gulped a bit before shivering a bit, "Especially spiders...creepy, creepy spiders..."
"Okay, the Oracle sent us here for a reason," Sonic noted.
"Uh, Sonic?"
"Not now, Kirby. Trying to think what he wants here. I know it won't be obvious," Sonic waved off the older human while tapping a finger on his chin in thought.
"Sonic!" Ben barked.
"What?" the hedgehog asked before Roll took the note on his chest, "Where'd that come from?"
"No idea," Manic replied.
"That's the Oracle for you," Sonia facepalmed.
"..." Roll and Cyber looked at the note together.
"Sonic-san, Manic-san, Sonia-chan, I think this is for you three," Cyber noted.
"Huh?" Manic blinked as Sonic took the note.
"'To my three children, though the Oracle needs something here, I have something I need you three to do here as well. Lately, you have all been stressed by the latest things Robotnik has begun to develop, such as the EggPawns. Therefore, as both the queen and your mother, I hereby demand that you enjoy the area here known as 'Paradise.' It was the spot your late father and I had our honeymoon. You'll know where it is when you get there. Love, your mother; her royal highness Queen Aleena,'" Sonic read, "'PS: Sonikku, though you're not my actual son, this extends to you as well.'"
Sonikku sweatdropped with Manic and Sonia while Sonic snickered until Sonia noticed something.
"'PPS: And do try to avoid conceiving a child, Roll and my eldest son Sonic. I'd rather not be a grandmother as of yet,'" Sonia read as Manic collapsed, cackling, while Sonic and Roll blushed.
"So...the Oracle sent us to some sort of vacation spot?" Kirby asked.
"I believe so..." Rook replied as he looked through one of the bus's windows, "And I think I see a beach not to far from our current location."
"A beach?!" the girls all exclaimed.
"Hold on," Ben spoke, "What about the stuff the Oracle gave you two? Tsubaki, what's it say?"
"Hmm..." Tsubaki ran her fingers along the bumps, "'Lasts nine hours. Property of Tsubaki Yayoi.' ...That's..."
"Weird," Makoto and Nanaya finished for her in unison.
"Yeah..." Ben and Kirby added in unison.
"...that was..." Tails began before Amy zoomed right past the twin-tailed fox, causing him to spin in place a bit before he dizzily fell to the ground.
"...Uh...You alright there, Tails?" Sonikku asked.
"Buttermilk biscuits..." Tails dizzily replied.
"What was that about?" Ben asked before Tails was spun around once more by Sonia zipping after Amy.
"They're excited for the beach," Ben guessed.
Tsubaki turned the bottle over and one of the pills came out and into her hand. She slowly moved it and placed it into her mouth. She swallowed it before gagging a little. Makoto quickly gave her a glass of water that she drank quickly.
"Ugh! That was terrible!" Tsubaki exclaimed before turning to Makoto, "What was he thinking when he made it?!"
"Tsubaki? You actually turned to me that time," Makoto noted.
"Of course I did," Tsubaki snorted before blinking twice, unaware of her eyes not being 'clouded over,' "I...I can see you?"
"Heh. Told ya the Oracle could have something to help," Sonic noted.
"Interesting," Rook noted before Tsubaki looked at him.
"Holy...!" Tsubaki yelped before calming down slightly, "S-So this is what you meant by how he 'looks like a Beastkin, yet isn't one,' Makoto."
"Eeyup, Makoto nodded.
"..." Yayoi slowly looked down at her bottle before turning it over and swallowed a pill, causing her to gag a bit as Nanaya handed her a glass of water, which Yayoi took and drank quickly before panting a bit,'Ugh...Tsubaki's right. These taste terrible! But...' she paused as she looked at her reflection in the window, seeing her eyes not looking so clouded, '...at least they work.'
"Okay, we should really set a timer," Ben noted.
"Why?" Kirby asked as everyone looked at him.
"Well, the bottle said it lasts only nine hours," Ben noted, "So that means the effects of the Izayoi will come back in that time, so we should do something to be ready for it."
"Dude, you've always been way too cautious at times," Manic noted, "But I guess this is one of those times that it's a good thing."
"..." Nanaya leaned over to Makoto and whispered, "He's almost like our Tsubakis in needing to be prepared."
"Yep," Makoto nodded, recalling how Ben kept worrying for her during the week after they had fought Jin.
"Hmm...perhapes you guys should go and get ready. Me and Rook wil stay behind," Tails stated to the others.
"Huh? Are you sure?" Sonikku asked.
"Yes. We can use this time to try and think of something to counteract the effects of the Izayoi," Rook stated with Tails nodding in agreement.
"Okay," Ben nodded.
"Hold on, if we're going to a beach, then I have just the thing!" Makoto grinned as she pulled out a vial filled with a gold liquid.
"Not that stuff again!" Tsubaki exclaimed with a heavy blush.
"A..ano..wh..what is th-that, Makoto-san?" Haseo asked.
"...Makoto...Nanaya..Don't you.." Tsubaki and Yayoi began with a growl.
"The latest from Sector Seven...!" Makoto began.
"...the ultimate in beachwear advancements..." Nanaya added.
"The Golden Angel!" both declared.
"Just apply to your bare body and it instantly transforms into a swimsuit that is designed to fit your body type, skin color, blood type, etcetera..." Nanaya informed.
"But the only advisory is that you can only use it at beaches. No springs, no rivers, no pools. Beaches only," Makoto informed, "Unless you wanna do something kinky with someone you like-like." she winked at Haseo, who instantly began to blush and gave the two Squirrel Beastkin giggles until Tsubaki and Yayoi bonked them lightly on the heads with folded fans.
"...I do not understand. Where did they get those?" Rook asked.
"I...do not know..." Kirby sweatdropped.
"Do you want to give him a heart attack? The last time you did this at the Beach Sector of Torifune, you ended up causing one hundred male students to pass out from bloodloss!" Tsubaki snapped at Makoto.
"Yeah, well, it rained. What did you think was gonna happen?" Makoto asked, blushing a bit at that embarrassing moment of her life, before grinning, "But for the months after that, I got so much chocolate in my desks every day that I shared with you and the others!"
"Ano...a...are w-w-we g-g-g-going to g-g-get ready t...to go..or n...n..not, m...minna-san?" Haseo shyly asked, a heavy blush still on his face.
"Yep!" Makoto replied before pulling a few more of the vials out, "Here ya go! Come on, Nanaya!"
"Okay!" Nanaya grinned before the two ran to the nearest bathroom to apply the Golden Angel gel.
"..." Yayoi and Tsubaki sighed a bit as they, along with Roll and Cyber, followed after the two Squirrel Beastkin so they could get ready.
"Come one Haseo. Let's get ready as well," Kirby said to the young hedgefox as Ben and Both Sonic's went upstairs to change.
"Ano..h..hai, K..kirby-san," Haseo nodded.
"..." Manic was about to sneak off before Kirby grabbed him by the scruff of his vest.
"Don't even think about it, Manic," Kirby frowned as he dragged the green hedgehog upstairs.
"Dude...not cool, I..." Manic began with a frown.
"Do you want an angry Amy chasing you with her hammer again?" Ben asked.
"...On second thought...I think I'll get ready as well," Manic said with a gulp before he freed himself from Kirby's grip and ran up to his room to get ready.
"Now this is sweet," Ben noted, wearing a pair of black and green swimtrunks, "So this is what that Golden Angel stuff does."
"You said it," Manic grinned as he wore a pair of red swimtrunks.
"H...hai," Haseo nodded in agreement, the young hedgefox wearing a pair of ice blue swim trunks.
"You said it," Kirby, who was wearing a white and green version of Ben's swimtrunks, added with a nod.
"I am still unsure of this," Rook noted, wearing a pair of blue and black swimtrunks.
"Yeah, gotta agree with ya on that," Sonic nodded, both he and Sonikku wearing blue swimtrunks with either gold wind designs or sky-blue wind designs.
"Oh boys!" Makoto and Nanaya called as the girls came out next.
They glanced and their faces (all but Rook's at least) went bright red while Manic collapsed with a nosebleed. Makoto and Nanaya were wearing string bikinis with only a bit of their breasts covered by small black and yellow bikinis with either a black collar on Makoto or a yellow collar on Nanaya. Their bikini bottoms were held up by strings tied at the sides of their hips.
Sonia wore a sling bikini in her normal outfit's colors with an eighth note on her left breast while Amy wore a red bikini with white polka dots and a red and white sarong. Tsubaki and Yayoi wore matching bikinis and sarongs with flowers in their hair, but Tsubaki had blue while Yayoi had red. Cyber came out wearing a pink and black one piece swimsuit with her belly button and her entire back exposed with a pink and black flower in her hair.
Roll was the last one out and blushing a storm. She wore a black bikini that didn't hold her actual breast size back and revealing both her front and back tattoos. Her two-piece bikini was connected at her sides by pink cloths of swimsuit material, making a heart-shaped opening over her belly area. Her back was completely exposed while her bikini top was held up by a blue collar on her neck with a dog tag reading 'Sonic' on it.
"Are you all feeling well?" Rook asked as he noticed the other males were blushing up a storm, "Perhaps you all have caught something?"
'Forgot that to Rook, non-Revongahhnar women are not hot,' Kirby thought with a sweatdrop.
"Aw man..." Nanaya pouted.
"So much for our plans to get them all blushing," Makoto pouted.
"I swear that if it starts raining, we're blaming you," Yayoi growled at the two Squirrel Beastkin with Tsubaki adding a nod.
"Hai hai, we know," Nanaya waved her off a bit.
"So..what should we do first?" Amy asked.
"Well..." Makoto began before Nanaya held up a volleyball.
"We could play some Volleyball for a while," Nanaya finished.
"..Okay. But..."Amy began as she turned towards Sonikku, "We get to choose our partners."
"...why do I get the feeling Amy's going to choose me?" Sonikku mumbled quietly to himself.
"Perhaps seven on seven?" Rook offered, "There are fourteen of us, after all."
"Sounds good with me," Sonic shrugged, "but's who's going with who?"
"..." Amy began.
"I pick Cyber!" Sonikku yelled just before Amy could point at him.
"..." Amy slumped a bit after hearing that before glaring a bit at Manic, 'I swear if I get that pervert as my partner...I'm going to be really upset.'
"Nanaya and I were thinking more along the lines of...Boys against Girls," Makoto noted.
"...I see..." Sonikku noted.
"Wait a minute!" Manic spoke, "That's not fair! There's like seven of us and.." he paused as he counted each of the girls, "Eight of you!"
"That's why I asked to be a referee," Roll noted.
"...Oh. Well then...I guess it's even," Manic blinked.
"Seems like it," Sonikku shrugged a bit, "So..who's teaming up with who?"
"It's all in," Nanaya smirked, "All the girls at once against all the guys at once."
"Wait...you mean all seven of us against all seven of you at the same time?" Sonikku blinked.
"That's the plan," Makoto replied with a smirk.
"That sounds interesting," Ben smirked.
"No using your Omnitrix, you two," Roll informed.
"Who, us?" Kirby asked with an amused smile.
"Why the thought never came to us," Ben added with the same smile.
"Riiight..." Manic deadpanned.
"Well...if we're going to play vollyball, we're going to need a net," Amy spoke.
"On it!" Ben smirked with Kirby as they quickly used their Omnitrixes, "Spidermonkey!"
Kirby changed into Diamondhead, but different. He wore a green shirt with black pants. Diamondhead quickly made two poles of crystal before Spidermonkey used his tail's webbing to form a net. The two changed back and nodded at everyone.
"Now that is sweet," Manic grinned.
"Here it comes!" Makoto called as she tossed the volleyball into the air before Nanaya jumped off her shoulders to serve the ball with her tail.
"I got it!" Kirby yelled as he sent the ball back.
Yayoi cupped her hands and Tsubaki put a foot in it before she tossed her into the air. She sent Tsubaki into the air and she returned the serve. Sonikku dashed and barely sent the ball into the air on their side, letting Sonic jump into the air and sent it back.
Cyber jumped off of Amy's shoulders and sent the ball back, only for Sonikku to send the ball into the air before it hit the ground, letting Manic send the ball back.
"Oh no you don't!" Amy growled a bit as she jumped up and spiked the ball back at Manic... Or to be specific, Manic's face as the green hedgehog as sent flying from the hit.
"...Uh...Manic?" Sonic called over to his brother, "You okay?"
"Buttermilk biscuits..." Manic replied dizzily before he lost consciousness.
Roll blew a whistle and showed Amy a red card.
Amy sweatdropped before walking over to a benched area while Drill Yacker turned on a five-minute timer while Rook carried Manic to the bench.
"...You think Amy's still mad at Manic for what happened the other night?" Kirby asked his Zone Double.
"Telling by how hard she hit the ball...I'd say yes," Ben replied as he saw Amy glaring at the unconscious Manic.
The game went on after that. Eventually, Rook hit the ball too hard and in the wrong spot and sent it into the water.
"I'll get it!" Ben offered.
He ran into the water before a wave ended up hitting him, sending him tumbling back onto shore while making the ball go further out. Ben frowned before activating his Omnitrix and slapping down on it. In the instant of the green flash, Ben changed. White scales covered his body as his fingers and thumb fused into three claws. His face elongated as his lips vanished to let his large, razor-sharp teeth be exposed, the biggest ones the size of his hands. A black loincloth appeared to emerged from a green belt with the Omnitrix emblem on it while black and white/silver armor formed on the shoulders. His eyes snapped open, revealing they were solid green, while an antennae that ended with a glowing orb emerged from the top of his head with a fin going down from the back of his head to the middle of his back emerged. His feet had only three toes and were shaped like flippers.
"Ripjaws!" the alien declared as he ran back into the water.
Once he was in deep enough, his feet fused with his loincloth, making his lower half a large black fish's tail. Ripjaws began to swiftly swim through the water and grabbed the ball before tossing it back. Just as he was about to go, he noticed something in the surprisingly-clear water. He went down and came back to shore as Ben, holding something.
"What's that?" Makoto pondered as everyone began to surround him.
"It looks like a locket," Tsubaki noted, "But what is this writing?"
"Oh! That's mom's code for locations!" Sonia realized, "But...they're not showing coordinates. 'Joy, Anger, Fear, and Love. Give me these pieces and the sights will return.'"
"Could this be like the Grimoire that controls the climate back at the academy?" Nanaya pondered.
"Maybe. But it seems not to take pictures, but items," Tsubaki noted.
"Maybe...but I wonder what it meant by 'Give me these pieces and the sights will return'?" Yayoi pondered.
"I have no clue," Amy replied before she tripped and ended up bumping into Manic.
"Oof!" Manic grunted as they fell over...with Amy's chest pressed into Manic's face, "Hello beauties!"
A green glow came off the two before going into the pendant, causing the 'Joy' to start glowing.
"I'm guessing it's that," Sonic noted before a red glow came off the two and into the pendant, making 'Anger' glow.
"And I guess we just got..." Kirby began.
"PERVERT!" Amy yelled as she sent Manic flying via Piko-Piko Hammer Airlines.
"...Anger," Sonikku finished with a sweatdrop.
Manic soared through the air before landing in the water...belly-first.
"Ooh...!" Ben and Kirby winched as everyone heard Manic's pained squeak.
"That...has got to hurt," Sonikku winced.
"Hmph! He deserved it for being a pervert," Amy snorted, stil angry at Manic after that little...'moment' between him and her.
"Technically, you were the one who caused it," Kirby pointed out.
"What was that?" Amy glared at Kirby.
"N-Nothing...!" Kirby squeaked before a blue energy seeped off him and into the pendant, 'Fear' lighting up once it was all in.
"It seems we only have one emotion left," Rook noted, "And I believe it is...'love', correct?"
"Now that'll be tough," Tsubaki noted.
"The last time we did something like this, the 'comfort' one was hard to find too," Nanaya noted.
"Yes. That is true..." Yayoi agreed with her friend.
"So it'll just have to appear naturally," Makoto noted as she began to toss the ball up and down, "So why not resume our game?"
"Sounds like a plan. Of course..." Sonikku began as he looked over at a still angry Amy, "We may have to keep Manic and Amy seperated from each other."
"Amy, you're the referee this time!" Makoto called.
"..Okay. As long as I don't have to be near 'him'," Amy replied, sending a frown at Manic as the others got ready to resume their game of volleyball.
Since Manic was still in pain from his unexpected belly flop, everyone agreed to having two-on-two matches. While it was Rook and Sonikku against Nanaya and Sonia, Ben was messing with his Omnitrix alongside Kirby.
"What are you guys doing?" Makoto asked as she walked over with Cyber.
"Trying to get Ben's aliens unlocked so we both have the same ones unlocked," Kirby replied.
"Except for Grimlock," Ben replied, "I'm not going to help Kirby unlock his DNA sample of that guy just in case we have the same problem. And I still can't believe that there's two kinds of Upchuck."
"It sure surprised me when I learned about the Murks and Perks," Kirby chuckled before Ben's Omnitrix went off.

"Cool. And with that, that's all the aliens I've unlocked so far," Kirby smirked.
"Wait. Incursian? As in the alien race that likes to blow up planets for fun?" Ben asked.
"Yep. Trust me when I say that it's a cool form to use," Kirby noted.
"..what's an Incursian?" Makoto and Cyber couldn't help but ask.
"Frog-like aliens. They're naturals in terms of wars since they lost their planet in a civil war," Kirby explained.
"When a new leader is made, they blow up a planet to celebrate," Ben added, "Plus, they could also be considered the mafia of space."
"I see...Ano...would you...mind showing us what a Incursian looks like?" Makoto couldn't help but ask again.
"You want to or should I?" Kirby offered.
"Nah. You do it this time," Ben replied.
Kirby nodded. He activated his Omnitrix and slapped it down. In a flash of light, Ben was replaced with an alien two feet taller than Makoto. He wore a black and green jumpsuit with green pointed sunglasses and a white scarf. His feet were frog-shaped with three-fingered frog-like hands. His visible skin was green with his mouth resembling the mouth of a frog.
"So...this is an Incursian...very interesting," Makoto noted as she looked at the frog-like alien Ben Kirby turned into.
"Yep. Name's Bullfrag," the new alien smirked.
"I see...I wonder how..." Makoto began.
"Hey Cyber, Makoto! It's your turn against Kirby and Sonic!" Amy called out the Beastkin and hedgefox.
"'Kay, Amy-chan!" Makoto replied as she turned to Bullfrag, "I know Roll said not using the Omnitrix, but would you mind staying like this for the first half of the match? I'd like to see how Bullfrag works."
"Alright then," Bullfrag smirked.
"Ganbatte, Sonic-kun!" Roll cheered on the sidelines as Sonic and Bullfrag stepped onto the field after Makoto and Cyber.
"All right girls.." Sonic began as he and Bullfrag stretched a bit, "Ya ready to lose?"
"Nope," Makoto smirked as she got ready to serve the ball.
With that, Makoto served it. Sonic barely got it but sent it high into the air on their side. Bullfrag smirked as he crouched down and easily jumped up to the ball, slamming it down and hitting the ground just near Makoto's left.
"Point, Kirby and Sonic!" Amy informed as Bullfrag landed.
"...Okay. I'll give ya that one, Kirby-san. But..." Makot began with a squirrely grin as she picked up the ball, "The kid gloves are now officially off."
"It's Sonic and Kirby's serve this time, Makoto," Amy noted before a long purple tongue grabbed the volley ball and brought it over to Bullfrag before it went into his mouth, "...That's disgusting."
"No it ain't. It's natural fer dis alien," Bullfrag replied.
"...right..but anyway..." Amy began as she blew the whistle.
With that, Bullfrag served the ball. Cyber barely got it in time, but sent it high into the air on their side. Once the bal reached a certain height, Makoto jumped up and spiked the ball hard into Sonic and Bullfrag's side, the ball creating a cloud of sand in the process as it slammed hard into the sand.
Sonic blinked under a mound of sand while Bullfrag was struggling to get out of the sand his upper half was stuck in.
"Oops..." Makoto sweatdropped.
"I think you might've hit the ball too hard, Makoto-san," Cyber sweatdroped.
"Y...yeah.." Makoto chuckled sheepishly as Sonic and Bullfrag managed to pull themselves out," Sorry about that! But to be fair, I did warn ya that the kid gloves were off!"
"Well, if the kiddie gloves are off..." Bullfrag smirked.
"Why do I not like that smirk?" Amy asked aloud as Bullfrag tapped his Omnitrix emblem.
"Humongousaur!" Kirby's new form declared...before everyone noticed it was Rath, "I mean 'Rath!' Lemme tell ya somethin' Omnitrix; Rath is not Humongousaur! But Rath's fine! Lemme tell ya something, Makoto Nanaya; Bring it on!"
"Uh...Cyber?" Sonic called out to the blond hedgefox, "We may want to stay out of this one."
"Hai," Cyber agreed as she and Sonic got off the field.
"Honestly, you two..." Diamondhead grumbled as he formed the poles while glaring at a sheepish Makoto and Kirby, "Why do you even...?! Gah!" he turned into Spidermonkey and made a new net, "And next time, don't hit the ball so hard! Then again, that hit to the poles broke the ball." he then turned into Brainstorm, "Now if you need me, I shall be transporting this now-deflated sphere for the amusement of the sport of volleyball and repair it tout suite."
"Man...He acts like my cousin Gwen when she gets mad at me for breaking something by accident," Kirby sweatdropped as Brianstorm went into the van.
"Wow...I knew that Makoto was strong," Sonic chuckled.
"I feel sorry for them," Roll admitted, "But they somewhat earned the scolding."
"Agreed," Yayoi nodded in agreement.
Nearby, Haseo was looking out into the sky a bit, thinking about something.
Roll looked over at Haseo and bit her lip in worry. Sonic glanced at her and got her attention by placing a hand over hers.
"Go on," Sonic whispered.
"...Arigatou," Roll thanked softly before pecking his cheek and ran off over to him, "Is everything okay, Haseo-kun?"
"Eh?" the younger hedgefox blinked as he turned to face Roll, "Oh! N..no R...Roll-san. I..I'm fine. It...it's just...I...I can't help b...but think of w..what happened to y...your brother..."
Roll adopted a sad look as she looked out at the sea, "He was given an assignment; accompany White-san to a Freedom Fighter meeting. But...the Freedom Fighter base he was in was attacked. One of the leaders had been a traitor. He was confirmed to not be captured or a Robian by one of the spies the Freedom Fighters have in Robotropolis, but...he's still missing. I don't have any idea if he's alive or not. But I know this; if he's still alive, he'll be safe."
Haseo screamed as he ducked under a shot from an EggPawn. It was about to aim once more when an energy shot resembling two guns in an 'X' tore through it.
"Damn it, you two!" Ragna snapped as he blocked a few laser shots with Blood-Scythe, "You just had to go off like that!"
"I...I'm sorry!" Noel apologized, "But Haseo thought he recognized something at that store and..."
"P-Please don't be mad at Noel-Nee, R-Ragna..." Haseo gulped, holding some colored square papers.
"Ugh! Why the hell are you two so damn alike?! It pisses me off!" Ragna snapped as he used Dead Spike on ten EggPawns that he wasn't even looking at.
"You know, when we were little, he'd always stay with Kaa-chan and be her helper around the house," Roll giggled,
"When he learned how to do origami, I'd always end up waking up with a little origami flower on my bedrest and Kaa-chan would get an Origami animal. When the you here went missing..." Roll zipped into the bus and came out with a photo album, "We put them all into here." she opened it up, showing various origami animals and plants with dates written below them.
"W...wow...th..the me here...made all th..these?" Haseo stutered a bit as he looked at the origami animals and plants in awe.
"You did. In fact, he was working on a big goal of his before he vanished; making a thousand paper cranes," Roll explained as the two unknowingly moved closer as she showed him the last pages, "He got up to seven-hundred and forty-two. See?" she looked out at the sea again, "Have you heard of the story of the thousand cranes? It's said that should someone fold a thousand in their lifetime, they'll be granted their heart's wish."
"..Th...their heart's wish?" Haseo repeated quietly, his mind now thinking of a certain lynx back in his zone as a small blush began to form on his face.
"Oh? You have a crush?" Roll asked, "Is it a Lynx?" she began to giggle as Haseo's blush began to form, "Oh Kami, it is a lynx!"
"..H...how did you know?" Haseo managed to squeak out, his entire face covered in a heavy blush.
"Because Haseo-chan had this crush on a lynx next door," Roll replied, "Her name was Nicole and she was a Techno-Mage that specialized in nanites. When Haseo-chan vanished, she went out there to find him for our family by transferring to one of the Freedom Fighter groups outside of the north." she turned to his ear and whispered, "Kaa-chan would always love making them blush by mentioning grandchildren and weddings around them."
"..." Haseo let out a squeak as he used his tails to cover his now beet red face.
"Just like that!" Roll giggled as she hugged him, her eyes watering a bit, "I...I'm sorry. It's just that you being here makes me so happy. In a way, I have my cute little brother back, at least for a while."
"...H...hai," Haseo replied quietly as he accepted the hug from Roll, the younger hedgefox' eyes watering a bit as Roll's hug reminded him of the hugs his mom used to give him back in his zone.
A soft pink glow came off them and into the pendant Sonic was holding nearby. The 'Love' emblem began to glow before it closed and began to glow brightly. The area began to rumble as the jungle started to recede and reshape. Slowly, a large hotel-like structure began to appear from the jungle. It seemed to be roughly a few years old in appearance despite being in a jungle for years at best. The pendant slowly lost its glow.
"I don't believe it. It is like the Regulation Grimoire for the academy!" Makoto gawked.
"H...hai..." Yayoi gawked a bit as well.
"Sh...should we check this place out?" Kirby couldn't help but ask.
"...Yeah," Ben nodded, "But first, we should change into our normal clothes. It looks like there's just a slight bit of water damage, so there may be fresh water in it. Didn't you two say that the Golden Angel can't stay on in non-salt water areas?"
"Yep!" Makoto nodded.
"Big time," Nanaya added.
"Man, this is kinda creepy," Manic noted as they entered.
"Yeah...tell me about it," Amy gulped before shivering in fright as she saw a fairly large spider climb onto a nearby web.
"Dude, take a look at this!" Manic exclaimed as he was looking at a check-in book.
"'Guest(s): Aleena and Azure Hedgehog. Reason for Stay: Honeymoon,'" Sonia read, "This...This was where Mom and Dad had their honeymoon...!"
"Okay...this is rely starting to get creepy," Amy shivered before gulping, "I just hope we don't run into anything scary here, like ghost or z...zombies."
"No. Aside from some water damage and a few spiders, this place looks as if no one's stepping into it for years," Ben noted, "But just to be safe..." he quickly used his Omnitrix, "Clockwork!"
"What's this one do?" Amy pondered.
"Watch," Clockwork replied.
Slowly, his headpiece began to spin around. It emitted a green light that washed over the entire structure. Within minutes, the damages to the building faded away/ Clockwork's headpiece stopped spinning once everything was in pristine condition and Ben changed back.
"You would not believe how useful that alien is for me when it comes to repairing things," Ben chuckled.
The pendant glowed before it began to tug Sonic, who was holding it, down a hallway, "Whoa!"
"Sonic/Sonic-san!" the Ben and the others gasped as they chased after the blue hedgehog.
Sonic was pulled up the stairs to the third floor and into a suite. It led him to a safe that was glowing from the cracks.
"...What the...?" Sonic began.
"Sonic!" Ben called as he and the others caught up to him, "Are you okay?"
"Yeah. But..check this out," Sonic replied as he pointed at the safe.
"And me without my safe-cracking tools," Makoto pouted.
"You bought more after I threw them out last time?" Tsubaki's eye twitched.
"...Diary?" Yayoi assumed.
"Diary," Tsubaki confirmed before a green light filled the room for a few seconds, "Ben?"
"Not me," Ben replied.
"That was me," GreyMatter, wearing a green and black jumpsuit with a darker skin tone and somewhat deeper voice, noted on Ben's shoulder before jumping over to the safe, "Now this is mere child's play."
He began to spin the turn-dial around a few times before jumping on the handle. The handle went down and the safe opened, revealing a statue of a falcon with emerald eyes.
"This must be what the Oracle sent us to get!" Rook noted.
"Must be. But...Why would it be in a place like this?" Sonikku pondered.
"Well, back in the academy, we learned about items known as 'Grimoires.' They are powerful items, such as the legendary Azure Grimoire. They can come in various shapes and sizes, even living humans could be a Grimoire and never know it," Tsubaki noted.
"Woah...now that sounds both cool and heavy..." Sonikku awed a bit.
"Yeah..." Sonic nodded in agreement as he prepared to grab the statue.
"Careful bro. Someone could've trapped this thing in case anyone tried to steal it," Manic stated to his brother with caution.
"Got it, Bro," Sonic nodded before his medallion began to resonate with the item.
Everyone covered their eyes as both items filled the room with light. Everyone slowly lowered their arms and blinked. They were back in the lobby...but it was filled with humans and Mobians!
"What the heck?" Ben raised a brow before yelping as a Mobian squirrel girl ran literally through him.
"This must be something from the past," Sonic noted before he heard Sonia gasp.
"Over there...!" Sonia pointed towards a nearby set of red couches made of the finest materials.
Sonic and Manic were the first ones to turn in her direction and gawked. Sitting on them were a set of people. One of resembled Sonic, but had a pair of large brown eyebrows and a mustache while wearing a brown vest, work gloves, and brown hiking boots.
"That's Uncle Chuck!" Sonic and Sonikku exclaimed.
Beside him was a regal badger woman in a formal green dress with her orange hair done in a small bun.
"Lady Windemier," Sonia noted.
The next two were a pair of human-sized Mouse Mobians. The male of the two had a bodybuilder's body in a plaid button shirt under a blue open vest, shaggy orange hair on his head and sideburns/mustache, and blue jeans. His sleeves were rolled up and one arm was wrapped around the waist of the other Mouse Mobian. She had a slender build, akin to a mother's in shape. She wore a green sundress with hearts on various places with her flowing hair held back by a green cloth.
"Ma and Pa!" Sonic gasped.
"Who?" Tails asked.
"They...They're the ones that raised me for the first seven years of my life," Sonic replied, his eyes watering a little,
"I don't know if they were killed or Roboticizer or what happened to them."
"Excuse me. But who is the hedgehog that resembles you, but with blue eyes?" Rook asked as he pointed at a hedgehog that looked exactly like what Rook described.
"That...That's our dad, King Azure!" Sonia gasped.
"And look at the lady he's got in his lap! It's Mom!" Manic exclaimed as he pointed at the periwinkle hedgehog in Azure's lap.
"Huh...So that's what your mom looks like," Ben noted.
"She's pretty," Makoto noted.
"H..hai..." Haseo nodded in agreement.
"First; congrats on finally getting a girl to wed ya, Azure!" Pa chuckled.
"Be quiet, you," Azure frowned childishly.
"Come now, boys, this is serious," Ma noted, "Allena, why did you ask us all to come here?"
"Well, first we didn't want to leave our honeymoon spot just yet," Azure noted before Aleena gave him a frown.
"But the more important reason is that the Oracle visited the other night," Aleena noted.
"The Oracle of Delphius?" Uncle Chuck gasped.
"Ugh...That old bag of bones?" Pa rolled his eyes.
"You have forgotten that he is the Royal Adviser and Seer and has been for the last five centuries?" Lady Windemier reminded him.
"I know that," Pa snorted.
"But what did he say?"
"...A prophecy," Azure replied, "One that tells that in two years, I will be killed and Mobius will be under siege by an evil dictator."
"What?!" everyone gasped before the husband and wife hedgehogs hushed them quickly.
"Kill you?!" Pa gawked quietly, "You sure he wasn't huffin' glue or paint or something?"
"When have his prophecies ever been completely wrong?" Aleena reminded him.
"..." Pa frowned before sighing, "So why does this involve us?"
"...The Oracle mentioned that the children Aleena and I will have need to be separated. They'll rejoin after twelve years, find Aleena, and retake Mobius," Azure explained, "He foretold the awakening of the 'Seven' and a destructive god's revival were also things that would happen but he never told us anything about them except that the 'Seven' will respond to only the next king and queen at first before a third will reveal itself, destined to be the next adviser and head knight."
"And Aleena? What about you?" Lady Windermier asked.
"He spoke of a 'Council of Four' who aide the next rulers in keeping peace in the land. I am to be one it seems," Aleena replied before wincing as she covered her left eye.
"Aleena?" Azure asked in concern.
"I...I will be fine," Aleena replied.
"Honestly, I thought that when we gave that oversized book and blade to the old fart of a seer, you would have been cured of it," Azure sighed.
"She's still feeling the side-effects of that weapon?" Pa frowned.
"I told you that we shouldn't have used it," Chuck sighed.
"What other choice did I have?" Aleena sighed, "The power of Izayoi was needed to avoid a rebellion."
"But at the cost of you starting to go blind?" Azure frowned.
"It...It's fine, the Oracle said he would deliver the Falcon's Sight Relic to our room with the potion he made from the Izayoi," Aleena replied, "But we need to focus on a more important factor; we need you four to be the guardians of any children Azure and I have by then."
"We'll try our best, Aleena," Ma replied before the area filled with light once more and faded to reveal they were back in front of the suite.
"So...So I was supposed ta go to Uncle Chuck?" Manic pondered.
"Seems like it," Sonia replied as Sonic began to walk out of the suite, "Sonic?"
"..." Roll quickly followed him.
Ben was about to follow when Makoto held an arm out, "Let her handle it, okay?"
"..okay," Ben nodded, "Still...I'm suprised that Sonic's mom used to own the Izayoi."
"Same here..." Nanaya agreed before tapping her chin in thought, "I wonder how she got it anyway?"
"There were many Izayoi made during the time of the Black Beast," Tsubaki recalled.
"A few went missing and others were destroyed, leaving eventually the ones that Tsubaki and I have or had," Yayoi noted.
"So there's a chance that the Izayoi she had was actually one that disappeared between then and now," Ben noted.
"Most likely yes. And...that scares me to tell you the truth," Yayoi replied, a hint of fear in her voice, "If there was an Izayoi here in this Zone, who knows how many others have an Izayoi in them..."
"Well, we can worry about that later," Kirby noted as he looked at the statue, "We'll need to take this back to the Oracle."
"Right. But should we wait for Sonic and Roll to return first?" Rook asked.
"We'll leave a note for them here," Sonia replied, "Give them a bit more time alone."
"...Okay then. But the question is..." Rook began as he looked at the statue, "Who's going to pick up the statue? If what Manic said is true, then there is probably a trap to prevent people from stealing it."
"I think that vision was the trap," Ben replied as he attempted to pick it up before it shocked him, "Ow!"
"Why'd it zap you?" Manic pondered as he poked the statue...only for nothing to happen.
"I think it will only allow you, Sonia, and Sonic to pick it up, Manic," Rook noted.
"Looks like it. But just to make sure..." Manic said as he slowly reached out for the statue before softly grabbing it, and picking it up slowly, "...phew...looks like you were right Rook."
"Indeed," Rook smiled before Sonia quickly scribbled down a note and left it for the two that weren't in the room at the moment while they began to leave the barren hotel/resort.
"And done!" Tails beamed as he held up T-Pup, "Now to activate you."
After pressing a small button located on a small panel on T-Pup's head,, the small robot's eyes opened up before he looked up at Tails and started to lick him a bit before T-Pup flew off his hands via a small propeller popping out of his back.
=Arf!= T-Pup barked excitedly as he flew around Tails.
"All right!" Tails beamed.
"We're back!" Cyber called from the entryway.
"Coming!" Tails replied as he ran into the main room of the bus, T-Pup flying around him, "I fixed up T-Pup!"
"T-Pup? You mean that little robot you had with you when you, Sonikku, and the others appeared here?" Manic asked.
"Eeyup," Tails nodded before chuckling a bit as he saw T-Pup lick the girl's cheeks, "And it seems he's already taken a shine to a few of the girls here."
"Dude, does it run off a 82 Volt Engine or a ZX-249 Engine?" Manic asked.
"He's our tech expert in just about everything, been getting lessons from Ben when he's Greymatter or Brainstorm, and yet he still can't drive a vehicle for one second without crashing into a tree," Sonia sighed.
"Yeah...especialy that one time when he crashed into nothing," Sonic added.
"Dude...you're never going to let that go, are you?" Manic frowned at his brother.
"Nope," Sonic replied.
"But seriously. What power does this little dude run off of?" Manic asked.
"Well...I had found a Chaos Emerald and..." Tails began before he noticed Sonic, Manic, and Sonia looking at each other nervously, "...Are you guys okay?"
"D-Did you just say a 'Chaos Emerald?'" Sonia asked.
"Dude, not again. Never again," Manic gulped.
"The planet nearly blew up along with the whole galaxy because of an incident involving a Chaos Emerald a while back," Sonic explained, "Of course, it didn't help that we also had to deal with Dingo when he was mutated by the Chaos Emerald into a big massive monster."
"It broke my drums and sis's keyboards. We had to wait until the Oracle was able to fix them before we could resume our duty in the Freedom Fighters!" Manic added.
"..." Tails gulped at that while thinking, 'If that happened with just one Chaos Emerald in this zone, I don't want to know when all seven are gathered...in fact...I really hope there's not a version of Fiest here...'
"...Was the emerald broken in two?" Sonikku asked.
"Yeah. Why?" Manic asked.
"Well that explains why it was so powerful!" Sonikku exclaimed, "Your Chaos Emerald was broke in two. That is never a good thing...unless it's the Master Emerald, because that almost always happens to Knux."
"You have a Knuckles in your Zone?" Sonia asked with a raised brow.
"Uh huh," Amy nodded, "Um...quick question. There wouldn't happen to be a group of echidna's called the Dark Legion here in this Zone..is there?"
"Dark Legion?" Manic repeated.
"No. We've only met Knuckles and his grandpa," Sonic replied.
"Ahh..I see...that's a relief actually," Amy sighed a bit.
"Before you ask who they are, the Dark Legion are a group of Echidna's with cybernetic parts on them. After a certain event in our Zone, the person leading the legion at the time, Lien-Da, had no choice but to join Eggman, turning the Dark Legion into the Dark Egg Legion," Tails explained.
Manic collapsed, laughing, "That name still cracks me up!"
"Don't let the name fool ya, the Dark Egg Legion are Eggman's most dangerous soldiers, and have bases all over our Zone," Sonikku stated.
"Yeah...of course..." Tails began with a frown, "Eggman doesn't even care what happens to them, and thinks of them as disposable soldiers he can replace at anytime."
"So he considers them akin to our Robotnik's robots and Robian Slaves..." Sonia frowned.
"That's correct..." Tails replied.
"Wait. Just how does he treat Robians?" Kirby asked.
"Slaves, basically. Their main assignments are dangerous assembly lines to make his machines, pollute, and work until they break down," Sonia replied with a sigh, "He'll even use Robians as a way to torment Freedom Fighters and Mobians into surrendering."
"I see.." Kirby noted.
"Eggman does the same thing too...except most of his plans board around psychotic and/or murderous," Sonikku spoke with a frown.
"Yikes," Sonic winched, "Does he pollute too?"
"He hardly does that anymore...but let's just say he has something called the Genesis Wave machine," Sonikku stated.
"...Genesis what now?" almost everyone in the bus repeated.
"Genesis Wave machine," Sonikku said again before he looked over at Sonic and his sibs, "Word of advice, do not let Robotnik make one of those and get a Chaos Emerald, otherwise he'll use it to completely change the world into something else..."
"Oh, come on, how m..." Ben began to ask before flinching under the glares the royal triplets were giving him.
"Dude, never underestimate those Chaos Emeralds," Manic frowned.
"Demo...You were able to stop it from destroying everything, hai?" Roll asked, "So if you could stop a Chaos Emerald going out of control, then you could do it again."
"And risk losing our Medallions?" Sonia asked, "Especially now that Sonic's discovered a second form they can have?"
"Which reminds me that I still have no clue how to properly use it," Sonic pointed out.
"Ano...I could teach you," Roll offered, earning looks from everyone but Haseo and Cyber, "It was a family tradition that you learned how to use different blades when you turn seven."
"Really?" Tails asked, earning a nod from Roll.
"Hai!" Roll replied.
"Thanks," Sonic smiled at her.
"It's no problem," Roll replied, a faint blush forming as she began to play with her tail.
"By the way...I've been meaning to ask but..did you guys find the thing the Oracle sent us out here to find?" Tails asked.
"We did," Manic replied, "But don't touch it."
"Why?" Tails asked as Sonikku placed it on a table.
"It seems to only let Hedgehogs hold it," Sonia explained.
"Ahh...I see," Tails notd as T-Pup started to sniff the statue a bit before yelping as the statue zapped him a bit, causing the small robo dog/fox to whimper and back a away from it.
"Warned ya," Manic spoke.
"Right..." Tails noded before he began to yawn, "What time is it anyway?"
"Almost eight," Sonic replied before Tsubaki yelped.
"I can't see!"
"Looks like you need another pill," Makoto noted.
"You should take one, too, Yayoi," Nanaya added in concern.
"Right," Yayoi nodded as she and Tsubaki took their pills before gagging a bit, 'Even the 2nd time it tastes horrible! ...Yet it reminds me of the last time Noel made a smoothie...'
"Perhaps we should return to the Oracle before it gets late," Rook suggested.
"Right!" everyone nodded.

The curtain rises up, revealing not Kokonoe's special lab, but a futuristic black and green laboratory that is kept nice and tidy and organized. On a nearby monitor was a small alien. It has grey skin and seems a bit...frog-like in appearance. His large eyes are green with horizontal rectangle irises while he has six 'whiskers' on his face that go down like a beard and mustache. He wears a green robe with silver bands on the shoulders, waist, and neck.
=Greetings, I am Azmuth, the creator of the Omitrix along with its predecessor, the Unitrix, and this is 'Tutor me! Azmuth'= the alien introduces himself, =If you humans don't understand, I am a Galvan from the planet Galvan Prime MKII and the planet Primus, where the Omnitrix's alien DNA is stored within the Codon Stream along with saving a copy of it inside of the Omnitrix as well as a safety precaution. I built it to atone for what that item caused. And look at what's it's done so far; the Omnitrix has been used childishly at times, yes, but the user, Ben Tennyson, always chose to do what he thought was right more than his selfish desires=
"Um...What about the froggy people?" Tao asked.
=Huh? O-Oh yes, right. The Incursians bare resemblance to humanoid frogs. Male Incurseans have either slim bodies, warty toad like heads and yellow eyes or in larger forms with an even greater toad like appearance.
