This is the Finale of the Veterans Day Special. Last time, after getting out of the HYDRA Tunnels, Cynder and her team ran into an old friend, Fallen Hulk. He gave Cynder one last chance to surrender, and Cynder basically spat that back in his jolly green face. So Fallen Hulk sent them plummeting to their doom, only to be saved by Magik at the last second. But now with Project Gottmorder in hand, the team might just have a chance to finish off Malefor once and for all. But will it be enough? What's their plan going forth? Read on to discover... (Fair warning, this chapter is going to be shorter than usual)

(Our scene opens up at the Mirror Table, where everybody is gathered to discuss the situation, specifically Mount Wundagore about to explode with black magic)

Caretaker: So this is how it ends, Transia consumed by Dark Aether. On my watch too...

Cynder: On all our watches, Caretaker.

Spider-Man: We're not just going to let this happen, are we?

Captain America: We do have the Skull's dagger.

Doctor Strange: Which may offer some help against Malefor, yes. But even then, there are other factors in play.

(At this point, the Mirror Table shows exactly the factors Doctor Strange is talking about, Fallen Hulk.)

Captain Marvel: Some not so jolly green factors.

Doctor Strange: Even beyond Banner, we are entirely unsure if the dagger will work against Malefor's power, even if it does work against what he's stolen from Lilith.

Spyro: Hulk isn't going to let us get near Malefor again any time soon.

Blade: Nor Chthon's Temple.

Iron Man: Okay, possible idea. What if we fastball every Stark satellite in the sky at him? It worked before. Sort of.

(At this point, Agatha Harkness appears behind Iron Man, sort of freaking him out)

Agatha Harkness: Why look to the heavens, when the answer is right in front of you?

Magik: Showtime.

Caretaker: Loving the entrance.

Wolverine: Good to see you again, Agatha.

Iron Man: (Still freaked out) Are you...? Is this...? What is even going on right now?!

Nico Minoru: Shush Tony, this is the good part.

Agatha Harkness: The most powerful magic user on Earth isn't on Mount Wundagore, she's the Witch of Wundagore. And I think it's finally time she went home.

Cynder: (Realizing exactly what Agatha Harkness means) Wanda?

Agatha Harkness: Exactly. Know it or not, I was preparing her for a moment like this for years.

Scarlet Witch: I'm not so sure... But if you think I can handle this, I'll give it a shot.

Agatha Harkness: That's all I'm asking for. And if a little extra oomph is needed, I have a feeling our two Aether users would be more than able to provide.

Spyro: Any time.

Cynder: Agreed. Then let's hope this works, because if I had to guess, we're not getting another chance beyond this. So let's get to work.

(And as Cynder looks back onto the Mirror Table, hoping this plan can work, our tale ends for today)

This concludes the Veterans Day Special. Once again, a hearty thank you to the troops both active duty and former who have fought and sacrificed for the freedoms we have today. Yes, I know this chapter is a little shorter than usual, but it's presently 9pm in mid-October when I'm writing this and I have a lot of writing to do this week. Plus, based on the quest outline I've got for this game, we're close to wrapping this up. So a few shorter chapters are to be expected, I think. So anyways, the plan is at least partially defined. All we know for sure is that it involves Scarlet Witch returning to Transia. Is this why everyone said Cynder needed Agatha Harkness to pull this off? I'm sure that's part of it. But anyways, next time, we prepare for action. So be sure to tune in for that! Same time... same channel!
