Wave Doesn't Have Problems Since Kiri Isn't In A Civil War
Raiura closed the door to her house as she came back from another day of training with Kakashi and her team. Ryūsei had already been put to bed since it was 8:00 pm. She walked down into her basement and went past the sealed door to the study to another seal door, this one had a more complex seal on it. On the door handle, there were 10 seals, each had the kanji's from 0-9. She tapped a certain combination before their was a click sound and the door opened. She turn the door handle and opened the door.
The inside of the room was dark and the only light was coming from the 15 candle the were scattered around the room. A few feet away from the center was rock that was symmetrical on both sides. in the center of the the side of the rock facing the door was a storage seal. This was a seal room, like one used to create jinchūriki, but this also doubled as a place to store the summoning scroll for Akuryō. She let Kurama take control of her and let him build this room and place the scroll in the seal.
She created a shadow clone and placed 4 tails worth of Kyūbi chakra and Kurama's scroll got pushed into the clone. The clone changed to a certain appearance, it was given crimson red, long, shaggy, and spiky hair that looked just like Madara's, it's skin was a flawless porcelain skin with the only markings were the three candy red whisker marks on each cheek. He was wearing a black battle kimono and a sword was strapped to his back.
When he opened his eyes, bright blood red slited eyes opened, he looked shocked at Raiura before giving a watery smile and tears from his eyes, the he hugged her tightly.
"H-how?" he whispered into the crock of her neck.
Raiura smiled, "Anything for my best friend since the beginning..." the she pushed him back gently, "Now... what is this surprise you wanted to give me?!" Raiura gave a grin.
Kurama gave a grin of his own before heading to seal on the rock, unsealing the summoning contract. He unfurled a part of the control, leaving some role on one side and a hefty amount on the other. The name before this one made her eyes widen, write in dried blood was the name Namikaze Minori. Raiura looked up to her with confused and hopeful eyes.
Kurama sighed, "It's a long story with I'll tell you when I'm ready... I will let you know though that you are related to her..."
Raiura face brightened up as she sat next to Kurama, "Can I sign?"
Kurama nodded, "Of course... I finally believe that you are ready... I had actually built the room this widen and this big so that their would be room for the larger summons..."
"Alright what do I have to do?" asked Raiura.
"Bite you thumb then right your name in blood..." instructed Kurama.
Raiura bite her thumb, just enough to draw blood, then wrote her name neatly on the scroll. Raiura felt some strange chakra start to form around her and a eclipse symbol appear on her forehead. It's basically the sage's mark for the sun layered on top with the crescent moon. Raiura touches her forehead as she feels the mark, it slowly disappeared into her skin and Raiura's went from being slited to regular pupils.
Kurama rolled the scroll back up and seal it back into the rock, "Now let's summon something..."
Rias and Satoshi were teleported to the great cave of the Jūyonbi in Volcansas. They walked up to him and bowed to the great dragon, who bowed his head back to them in respect.
"You lordship... why have you summoned me and my student?" asked Satoshi.
"Satoshi-kun..." said Hitoshi, his voice having now become more gruff, "We have just received news that the chosen one has signed the summoning contract..." before the elder red dragon could continue, Izuna came walking in, a scar was placed over his left charcoal eye.
He had a bright red body and a blood red underbelly. His horns were burgundy red, he had the body of a nightfury, although he did not have a tail fin, instead, a twelve of his tails had the same fire at the end of it like Hitoshi. Unlike his son, he had his face shape was more like the dragon king that was turn to stone in the Dragon Prince, his beard being garnet and cherry red. Hinds legs were built for grabbing things and landing on branches, he had no front legs, instead, his wings had 3 larger claws at the end that supported him.
"Izuna-kun..." Hitoshi greeted.
Izuna bowed his head, "Hitoshi-sama..."
"Prepare for teleportation to the human world... it could be any of you..." said Hitoshi. Then in a puff of smoke, Izuna had disappeared.
"Oh... I guess their was no need for us..." said Rias.
Hitoshi chuckled, "You both may head back to Wataria... if you ever meet Umihiko... then tell him I said hello..."
Raiura her thumb and preform the hand seals for the Kuchiyose no Jutsu. A puff of smoke later and she was standing on the head of a dragon the size of Gamabunta.
"Who has summoned me?" asked a masculine voice.
"Ah..." Raiura said nervously, "That would be me..." she raised her head shakyily.
Izuna looked up and his eyes widened in shock before becoming soft, "Hello child..." he bent his head down so that Raiura would slide off and reach the ground safely, "My name is Izuna of the Ma Ryūzoku..."
"Nice to meet you Izuna... I'm Uzumaki Raiura..." greeted Raiura.
Izuna looked to the other person in the room, "You are?"
"Kurama... my jailor gave me a human form..." said Kurama.
Izuna bowed his head to Kurama, "Kyūbi-sama..." he looked back to Raiura, "Do you want to anything..."
"Do I get a personal summon? my Tō-san had one with the toads..." asked Raiura.
Izuna nodded, "Hai.. you get three personal summons... we do teams similarly to what you human ninjas do... if they have just been put in a team... then you will also be able to summon their sensei with ease... I myself am a sensei..."
"That's interesting..." commented Raiura.
"You know... when they were around during the formation of Konoha... Shodai and Nidaime took their teams idea and changed it to fit what they want..." said Kurama.
"Ah~ I remember that..." said Izuna with a faraway look.
"So do I just do the jutsu again?" asked Raiura.
Izuna looked back to the child, "Yes... you should get a team of 3... I shall leave for now... if you ever need a large summon that can fly, you just have to say 'Kuchiyose no jutsu: Izuna Ryū' and I shall appear..."
Raiura bowed her head in gratitude, "Thank you Izuna... I will keep that in mind..." the giant red dragon nodded as he disappeared in a another white puff of smoke.
Kurama looked at Raiura, "Do the jutsu again... let's see who are your personal summons..."
Raiura nodded and did the hand sign again, gathering her chakra up slowly, see as she used a lot on Izuna. Biting her thumb, she slammed her hand on the ground and shouted, "Kuchiyose no jutsu..."
In three puff of smoke, Kagami, Mikoto, and Taka appear, all looking confused. Then they looked to Raiura and growled at her, well, Mikoto and Kagami growl and Taka just spread his wing and a hawk scream. Kurama came in between the four and stared at the three new ninja demon with his bright blood red eyes and they back down.
"Apologies Lord Kyūbi..." said Mikoto in a formal tone, "We did not mean to growl at you and your companion..."
"Your name child?" asked Kurama.
"Mikoto..." said the wolf.
"Kagami..." said the dragon.
"Taka..." said hawk.
Kurama raised an eyebrow, "Elaborate..."
Mikoto sighed, "I'm the only granddaughter of the Jūgobi no Ōkami... I think that Atsuki is my Uncle or something along those lines..."
"I'm the only living grandson of the Jūyonbi no Ryū... and the son of Izuna..." said Kagami.
"Yeah I summoned him before you..." spoke Raiura.
Kagami pricked up at that, "Really?"
Raiura nodded, "Yup..."
"So that's why sensei had to leave..." said Taka, "Oh sorry... I'm Taka... grandson of the Jūichi no Guriffin... I'm the last demon hawk in existence..."
"So your all just a grandchild of one of the upper bijū?" deadpanned Raiura.
They all sweat dropped, "Yeah..." they simultaneously said.
"That's interesting..." said Kurama, "Their kind of like Minori's summons, they all have sometime of connection to one of the bijū..." thought Kurama, "You all should head back to Akuryō... it's getting late hear and Raiura has other things to do..." Kurama looked thoughtful for a moment, then looked at Raiura, "Actually... I want one of you to stay with Raiura... mainly Mikoto or Taka..."
"Aw why not me Kyūbi-sama?!" pouted Kagami.
Kurama chuckled, "Unforunately we won't have a good excuse for why Raiura has a dragon... the council might get on to her saying that she had a summoning contract and didn't tell them and they'll make a fuss over it... for Mikoto and Taka... we can just say that she found them out in the wild and trained them..."
Taka nodded at that, "I can see the logic in that Kyūbi-sama..."
Raiura bowed her head at them, "It was nice to met you all but you must leave... I have to go sleep so I can get up early tomorrow for training..."
Sasuke crouched on the branch, positioned so he could quickly jump off if needed, as she waited for their target to arrive.
"This is Inu here..." Kakashi's voice came through the walkie-talkie, "Are you all in position?"
Sasuke held the walkie-talkie to his mouth as he spoke, "Mayonaka in position..."
"Kitsune in position..." he heard Raiura's bright yet stoic voice coming through the walkie-talkie. She had trained this bird and wolf that she both to training or missions, it was always on or the other, and for some reason they always looked at him weirdly, like they knew him.
"Koyubi in position..." he heard the annoyed tone of Sakura's voice. Even through the line, Sasuke could tell that his fangirl was annoyed. For the past twenty minutes, they tried to finish this, but to no avail. This little other worldly monster dodged even a jōnin and a chūnin level genin. How it managed to, Sasuke would never truly understand.
"Perfect..." Kakashi's said, "Ready... go..."
Sasuke leapt from his tree with chakra, just as Kakashi gave the order. As the Nibi's fucking child saw him, it hissed and leapt into another direction. Even before it could escape, Kakashi and Sakura both uncovered themselves, attempting to block its path of escape.
This little beast nimbly eluded them all -Oh that was so embarrassing for sensei! He was an Uchiha, a descendant of the Rikudō Sennin, and this cat was toying around with him!- bolting straight for their fourth and final member.
Suddenly, before the cat could do anything, golden chains broke through the leaves of the tree and binded the beast un place. It yowled and clawed, trying to get out of the grasp of the chains. And much to the rest of the Team's glee, it failed miserably.
Raiura gave a small laugh as she came out of the tree with Taka (Sasuke believed that's what she called him), "Thrash all you want Tora... Those can hold creatures as strong as the Kyūbi... you won't be able to break them..."
Kakashi stood next to the blonde and placed a hand on her head, which she shook of, "Raiura... let's do another practice... use your Iryō ninjutsu to calm the cat..."
Raiura looked at the cat before gentle rocking it. A hand glowing green and the cat fell asleep purring and snuggling into her chest. Kakashi stared at the cat for a moment before muttering something. Sakura just stared at her chest, which weirded Raiura out. Sasuke just looked from Sakura then the Raiura, then once more, before raising an eyebrow at her.
Team Seven stood in the Hokage's office, having reported the success of their 'Capture Tora' mission and giving the poor cat back to its owner. Raiura, feeling pity for the small feline, walked up to the Fire Daimyo's wife as she was about to walk out and tapped her shoulder. She turned around and she politely and formally spoke to the woman and explained to her how to handle the cat. The way of speak something that Yagura's writing to her had rubbed of on her.
The Daimyo's wife smiled brightly at the blonde, remembering the fond memories of another and his wife. Unlike what most people believe, this woman was very smart, as required of a daimyo's wife, and knew as soon has she had seen the small girl years ago that she was Minato and Kushina's daughter.
"Tell me your name, child..." Shijimi smiled, "I will have some kind of reward transferred to you over what a wonderful and knowledgeable child you are..."
Raiura smiled, "My name is Uzumaki Raiura, ma'am..."
The woman gave a fond smile, "Ah... so your the heir to the Uzumaki clan yes?"
Raiura nodded, "Hai Madam Shijimi..."
The woman brought the blonde into an unexpected hug, a minute later she pulled away and whispered in her ear, "I know who your parents are child... you are just like them... be proud and tell the world who you are soon... they will be shaken when they find out..." then the daimyo's wife backed up further before speaking again, "Should you every need assistance in something... have the Hokage write to me or do it yourself Raiura-chan..."
Raiura gave a warm smile, something that is not very common, as Shijimi placed the payment for the mission into her hands, the cerulean eyed girl bowed, "Arigato Madame Shijimi..."
As the happy woman left, everyone stared wide-eyed at the blonde. Raiura gave a confused look at he disbelieving stares the Hokage, her sensei, teammates, and the other works were giving her.
"What?" she questioned.
Sasuke snorted and gave a small chuckle, "Still as dense as ever..."
Raiura scowled and glared, "Shut it Sasuke..." she gave a pouty look, "You don't have to be so mean..."
Kakashi interrupted them for having more conversation, "Hokage-sama... I believe that my genin are ready for a higher rank mission..."
Hokage looked thoughtful for a moment, "I do not know Kakashi... not all your genin are actual genin level..."
Raiura looked to the Hokage, "If you have any missions near Wave or Water Country then I could ask Yagura for a team..."
Sakura scoffed, "Baka... Yagura is the Mizukage... you couldn't possibly know him personally..."
Hiruzen coughed, "Actually Sakura... Raiura has known the Mizukage since he was a genin... so just a simple message and he could possibly do it..." Sakura didn't know whether to blush in embarrassment or gape in shock.
"Hokage-sama you could always just send another genin team... like Asuma-san's or Kurenai-san's team..." suggested Raiura.
The Sandaime looked thoughtful for a moment before looking back to Team 7, "I will have to choose for one of our genin teams... but I would like you to ask the Mizukage since I will be giving a mission to Wave..." Raiura was about to ask something else when the Sandaime answered it before she could get it out of her mouth, "Yes Raiura... if you truly wish to then you can visit the ruins of Uzushio and visit your fallen family..."
Raiura smiled brightly, "Then I will submit C-rank missions for Ryūsei..."
The Hokage nodded before looked to Iruka, who looked like he want to say something, "Is there something you want to say Iruka?"
Iruka cleared his throat, "I was about to protest against send them on a mission but this plan that you have create is enough for me not to..."
Hiruzen nodded, "Send in the bridge builder..."
A few moments later, an elderly man walked in with short grey hair, wearing glasses. He wore a sleeveless v-neck shirt with a obi, pants and a pair of wooden sandals. He also had a pointed straw hat and a white towel around his neck, there was a liquor bottle in his hand. Raiura wrinkled her nose as the smell of saké filled her sensitive, fox sense like, nose.
"I'm Tazuna... the master bridge builder from Nami no Kuni... where are the ninja I've hired?"
"These shinobi shall escort you back to your home Tazuna-san..." the Hokage said, pointed to Team seven. The elderly man seem please, until his eyes landed on the three thirteen year olds.
"Childeren? You are having children escort me? The blonde midget looks some what strong along with the dark haired kid... by the pink haired one, she only skin and bones... and what kind of ninja has pink hair?"
"Please refrain from saying bad things about my teammates Tazuna-san... or something bad might happen to you along the way home because you insulted one of us..." Raiura said in a chillingly, calm tone.
"Raiu-chan... please do not threaten the client..." Kakashi said as he placed a hand on her shoulder.
"I also refrain from drink while we are guarding you... some of us have senses that are more sensitive than regular people to help us do our job better... the alcoholic smell doesn't help..." requested Raiura in her calm tone. Taka gave a toned down hawk cry.
"Alright..." Kakashi said, hoping to calm the Uzumaki down, "Meet me at the west gate at 10:00 tomorrow..."
Raiura sat in front of the academy on the swing that she use to sit on. She was currently looking through a scroll from the Nidaime's library, then a shadow hovered over her, blocking the sun. The blonde looked up to see some raven curly hair, something that she hadn't seen in a long time.
"Papa... what are you doing here?" asked Raiura.
Shisui bent down to Raiura's level, "I heard you are going on a C-rank with another genin team... do you want me to take care for Ryūsei or are you going to have a genin team do it?"
"Well I would like you took come twice a day..." said Raiura.
Shisui nodded, "Alright..." as soon as those words came out of his mouth, the bell to the academy ran and children came out of the academy.
"Jiji!" a boyish voice yelled. Ryūsei was dressed in a glossy maroon with a dove bird design on it, the obi was a china rose pink. The redhead boy jumped in to Shisui's arms and he giggled as Shisui swung his arms around.
"Hey Ryū..." Shisui said as he set the boy down.
"Kā-chan Kā-chan look..." said Ryūsei as he held up two sheets of paper.
The first was a sheet was a test of some sort test and he test positive for ADHD and dyslexia, Raiura kind of expected this, Raiura had struggled with reading and writing, other subjects too. ADHD was kind of a shock, but she guessed that's were he got all his energy. The second sheet was his report card for the first two months of the new school year.
Raiura hummed, "Hmm... let's see here... A+ in Chakra... A- in Tactics... A+ in history and geography... B- in Math... and Bs in reading and writing..."
"You like them Mama?" asked Ryūsei with big eyes.
"I love them..." Raiura gave a bog smile, "Papa can tutor you in what you don't understand..."
Ryūsei nodded and jumped, "Yay..."
Raiura smiled, "Let's go home..."
Ryūsei eagerly jumped on to his mother's back.
Later in the day at 8:30, Raiura opened her communication scroll. She knew Yagura was normally still in his office and awake at this time, hopefully he wasn't in a meeting.
Yagura was sitting in his desk when he felt a seal on his wrist vibrate, it was his communication scroll one. He opened one of the draws of the desk and pulled out a parchment white scroll out. He unrolled the scroll and looked at the message.
"You free for a tall right now?" asked Raiura.
"Sure..." agreed Yagura.
"So I have a mission to wave and was wondering if you could send a single squad of ninja... just a genin team and their jōnin sensei... Utakata-nii to if you want..." requested Raiura.
Yagura thought about it for a moment, "Sure... I will see which genin team is free... I can send Utakata... when and how long?"
"Tomorrow and for just a month... we just have to protect the client... stay until he finishes a bridge he's building... then leave..." answered Raiura.
"Alright... I'll see to it that you meet Utakata before you head to island..." Yagura wrote, "Bye Chīsana Taiyō..."
"Bye Tātoru-san..." Raiura wrote.
"DRIP..." Yagura called out. Like Konoha, Kiri has an ANBU division too, only they call it DRIP. A koala masked drip operative appeared, bowing in front of his desk.
"Get me Amafuji Utakata..." the magenta eyed Kage ordered.
