Cain found out about the Genestealer Cult in Slawkenberg by making the Genestealers come to him, reveal everything and say it would be pointless to even try sending the Tyranids against him and commited suicide so as to not waste his time.
Cain is so great he became the Black Comissar, we know every Comissar wears black, but who cares about them, Cain may as well be the only one and they should really just pick another color at this point.
Cain can summon Daemons just by asking, they know better than to deny him.
Cain is so special that Fabius Bile doesn't clone him, not for lack of trying, the universe itself just stops any attempt as if to tell him it can't handle two Ciaphas Cains at once.
