Here's a tiny bit if action and a whole bunch of silliness before the next installment.
MisaRae, you gave me the courage to write this, I wouldn't have done this, nor started writing my original works with out you. I'm forever in your debt!
Finally, for those of you who want to see what Persival and Spencer look like, head over to my Deviant Art page. You will find the pic there which was done by a very talented Artist, not me!
Meridyth poured a few glasses of Mrs. Fredericks' lemonade into plastic tumblers for the girls. As she was pouring, she happened to catch a glance at her husband in the pool with Gwendlyn and her friends. He had a huge smile on his face as he hoisted all three of them in the air at the same time. Mostly what she noticed was the way his fur was plastered to his chest and abs, showing off his body. She licked her lips, then said, "Wait until the girls head to bed tonight. Then your tail is mine."
"Mom, aren't you a little old to be acting like a she-cat in heat?" Tina asked, taking one of the cups from the table.
"I'm not old Tina," Meridyth responded, not removing her eyes from her husband.
Gary lifted each one of the girls out of the pool, then put both paws on the deck, and pushed himself out of the pool as well. He bent over to pick up a towel on the ground, which caused the shorts he was wearing to become, quite tight across his backside.
Meridyth let out a very low growl escape her mouth as her tail slowly moved back and forth. "I'm aged, like fine wine and as far as me being very amorous, especially towards your father? I can't help myself, especially when he looks, and performs as good as a tom half his age."
Tina heard her mother loud and clear. She definitely didn't want to hear as her mother put it, "How well her father performed his marital tasks." Tina then smelled the pheromones her mother was giving off and acted before one of the girls smelled it too. She picked her mother up and ceremoniously threw her into the pool.
Meridyth hit the water with her arms and legs flailing and when she surfaced, her pristine gray and black fur was weighed down with the water.
Gary and Katerina heard the splash in the pool and they both turned to see what caused the noise.
Katerina saw her adoptive mother, standing in the pool with her arms crossed over her chest, right at the pool's edge, looking at Tina. She also saw the look of disapproval on Meridyth's face. She looked over at Tina and noticed she had the same look on her face as her mother. However, her markings made her look even more adorable. Between the upcoming skirmish with the Diamonds and Turmoil poking her nose back into her life, she needed to find a way to relieve the tension building in her body. And from what she witnessed, her family was providing the relief she needed. Katerina started laughing at the situation and couldn't stop, even if she wanted to.
Gary went over to help his wife out of the pool. He crouched down at the pool's edge, with his toes hanging over the edge, and his shorts bunching up around his crotch.
Meridyth looked up at her husband and noticed this as well. 'By Bast my husband is a freaking hunk!' ran through her mind. She grabbed his arms and instead of him helping her out of the pool, she grabbed ahold, nice and tight, and pulled him in to join her.
Gary hit the water with even a bigger splash than Meridyth made. But before he could surface, his wife pounced on him, pinning him under the water.
Tina managed to get hit with some of the water spray and wiped the water from her face. That was when she noticed that her parents weren't coming up. She peered into the water and saw her parents in a very passionate lip lock under the pool's surface.
They eventually had to come up for air. Meridyth pushed herself free from her husband, broke through the surface of the water, and took in a deep breath.
Gary was right beside her and repeated her actions, before cinching his right arm around her waist. "I didn't know we could kiss underwater, I kind of liked it. Wonder what else we could do in the pool?"
Meridyth turned in her husband's arms, wrapped her arms around his neck, then through a series of sensual purrs, she said, "When the girls go home, maybe will find out." She then lifted herself up and rubbed her nose against his.
"Don't you two ever get enough of each other?" Tina asked.
Her parents looked up to their very dry daughter and quickly formed a plan to rectify that situation. They calmly walked to the edge of the pool, and when they were close enough to enact their plan, they each grabbed ahold of Tina's ankles and pulled her into the pool.
However, Tina sensed they her parents were going to attempt to pull her into the pool and as soon as she felt her parent's paws on her ankles, she sprung up on her toes, giving her enough velocity to spring over her parents' heads and dive into the pool in a perfect arc.
Katerina watched as her mate easily dove over her parents heads and dove into the pool. But what really spiked her interest was the way Tina's shorts bunched up, giving her a perfect view of her shapely tail. 'Mother must be rubbing of on me, in a very good way,' she thought. 'When we get home tonight, I'm going to peel those shorts off of her and make her purr, quite loudly.'
Tina surfaced and made her way over to her parents. "Thanks mom and dad! Now Katerina and I are going to be late!"
"I have a feeling you both are going to be late anyway. Take a look at Katerina, I think she's going into heat.", Meridyth said.
Tina turned around to look at Katerina and noticed, not only was she laughing at the situation, she was flushed and had her tail high in the air.
Gwendlyn stop playing with Evelyn and Sarah long enough to notice her mother's stance and instantly knew something was not right. She ran over to her mother, tugged on her right pants leg, and asked, "Are you ok mommy?"
Katerina looked down into her daughter's glistening golden eyes and saw the concern in those beautiful eyes. She put everything she was experiencing aside and picked up her daughter. Katerina kissed Gwendlyn's right cheek, and replied, "I'm fine now." She then rubbed her nose against Gwendlyn's.
Tina smiled at Katerina and Gwendlyn as she wondered what her life would have been like if she never met Katerina. She made her way over to the edge of the pool closest to where they were standing and hoisted herself out. "Can one of you please hand me a towel?" She then asked.
Evelyn heard Tina's plea and wiggled her fingers in Tina's direction. Then a large tan towel fell from the sky and landed on top of Tina's head.
Tina removed the towel from her head, wiped her face sort-of dry, and turned to the left to face Evelyn.
Evelyn was lying back against Spencer's left flank, on his folded left wing, resting her head on his back as comfortable as could be.
"Thank you Evelyn," Tina said as she dried herself off with said towel.
"You're welcome Miss Cassidy," Evelyn responded before siting up, lifting Spencer's wing from his body, and pressing herself deeper into Spencer's warm body.
Spencer craned his neck around to face his princess, then asked, "Are you comfortable Evelyn?"
Evelyn closed her eyes, turned onto her right side, and said, "Very. I love you, my knight." Before she fell asleep.
Spencer lowered his wing, covering Evelyn's body like a blanket, then said, "I love you too, my princess. Rest well."
"You're becoming a big softie Spencer," Tara said.
Spencer returned his gaze to his mate, then said, "So what if I am? If my princess wants to use me as a Big Fluffy pillow, then that is what I'm going to be."
"Even though you are going to be as good as a father as Persival, please don't go and spoil out cubs. Our little fur-balls are going to be cute enough as it is without having their father doting all over them," Tara said.
Spencer lowered his head to the ground and rested it on his folded front legs. "I'm not going to spoil them Tara.. Too much." He fell asleep himself right after he finished speaking.
Tara watched her mate's steady rhythmic breathing for a second before she laid herself down on his right. She rested her head right next to his, then said, "I completely expect that Spencer." And fell asleep.
Later that evening, everyone in SWAT assembled at the hangar. Since Marissa was the only one to complain about her uniform being too revealing, she was the only one to actually wear the skirt Jake designed with the help of Sally. Even though it was very short, it covered her backside enough for her to deem it acceptable. "Why is the skirt this short again?" She asked, examining herself in the mirror.
"If it was any longer, it would impede your movements and be less aerodynamic. In other words, it would slow you down," Jake answered, while adjusting the Glovetrix on his right paw.
"Marissa, I don't know why you needed a skirt to go with your uniform? Both Katerina and I love the way our uniforms show off our bodies," Tina said while zipping up her left boot.
"You both have the bodies to wear it Tina! Me, I'm a stick with a chest," Marissa said, turning to look at her tail.
"You are not a Stick with a chest Marissa," Katerina said while zipping up her uniform. She went over to where Marissa was standing, put her paws on Marissa's shoulders, forced her to face the mirror, then asked, "Does this look like a Stick?"
Marissa was always self-conscious about her body since she didn't develop curves until her late-teens. She looked at herself in the mirror and peering back at her was a she-cat with curves that would make most she-cats jealous. She actually looked like a Comic Book Heroine, ready to dive into battle. "I guess not." She responded and turned to face Katerina. "I didn't always look like this. When I was a teenager, I was taunted by the other girls at school since I didn't have a body like theirs. The only cat to stand up for me was my brother. I hated myself back then. If it wasn't for Rolf, I probably would have committed suicide or something equally drastic."
"Marissa, if you killed yourself, Rolf would have been devastated! I've seen the way you two interact with each other, he loves you to death. Besides, you aren't the only one to have a rough time in school. Ask Tina what she went through, being the only openly gay she-cat in school. She'll tell you it wasn't easy on her. But she pulled through with the help of her parents and her former girlfriend. Tina is now a Sergeant, a SWAT Kat, my mate, and a mother to a very adorable girl," Katerina stated.
"When we get some time, I'll tell you exactly what I went through Marissa, but this is the short version," Tina said, now completely dressed in her uniform, her hips swaying as she walked, and her heels clicking against the cement floor. She stopped to the left of Katerina, rested her right elbow on her left shoulder, then said, "I may have not been taunted because of my lack of development, but having all of my so-called friends turn their backs on you because you were suddenly a threat to their sexuality drove me to becoming one of those girls no one wanted to be around. I broke stuff for no reason, hung out with the wrong crowd, and I enjoyed it! If it wasn't for my mother and my father, I probably would still be in jail or worse, dead. Then I wouldn't know what its like to be completely in love with another, well, for the second and final time."
"For the second time?" Marissa asked.
"When we get back, I promise tell you about the first she-cat I fell in love with Marissa," Tina said before she led Marissa out of the locker room and into the hangar.
"Alright, we all know our assignments. We don't know how fortified this place is, so be careful and watch everyone else's back. I don't want to be attending a funeral anytime soon," Felina stated.
Sniper and Havoc were already loaded into the TurboKat 2 and going through the last of the Pre-Flight checks. Sniper flipped a few switches on the Weapon's panel, bringing the screens to life, then said, "You worry too much Felina, which is going to make you an awesome mother." She sat back in her seat, then said, "Let's go Havoc."
Havoc simply waved at her friend before closing the hatch and positioning the Turbo Kat 2 at the beginning of the runway. She pushed the throttles forward, bringing the engines up to a roar, while keeping the brakes applied so the jet couldn't move. However, the TurboKat 2 wanted in the air, very badly. Despite the brakes being applied, the tires started to slide across the floor. With each inch, they screeched and smoked from the friction.
Finally, Havoc was given the signal she could proceed with taking off. She released the brakes and pushed the throttles fully forward.
The TurboKat 2 responded instantly, launching the two heroines up the ramp and into the sky.
Adonis and Sensei rode up to Felina on their Cyclotron and stopped right in front of her. Adonis turned his head to the left to face Felina, then said, "We will make sure they don't do anything too reckless out there Felina."
"Good, if it was my child that was being threatened, there wouldn't be a hole deep enough to keep them from me. I don't know what Havoc and Sniper are feeling, but I know they are going to want to charge into that place, guns blazing," Felina said as she walked forward and placed her paws on both of their left shoulders, then said, "I'm counting on the rest of you to bring Havoc and Sniper back. I don't want to be the one to tell that beautiful girl her parents aren't coming back to her."
"We don't want that either Felina," Sensei said before she flipped her visor closed and faced forward.
"My sisters are going to come back, I promise," Adonis said.
Lisa was standing right next to Felina. She walked forward, removed Adonis' helmet, and kissed him. "Make sure you come back, my husband. You have two kids that need their father, and so do I."
"I promise Pirouette, I'll come home to you and our kittens. Love you," Adonis said before he put his helmet back on, flipped his visor down, and took off after Sniper and Havoc.
Sure-Shot rode past them and flew up the ramp, right after Adonis and Sensei. She didn't even bother to stop. Since this was her first real mission, she was scared out of her mind and stopping to see her friends before charging into, who knows what, was going to increase her desire to jump off of her bike and run for the hills. However, she vowed to watch over her teammates until the bitter end, just as every other member of SWAT did. And that was exactly what she was going to do, she was going off to fight right along her friends and use her skills to the best of her abilities.
"I didn't expect that, I figured she should have stopped for a final pep-talk at least, "Callie said.
"She's frightened Callie, that is the way she deals with it, by charging head on into her fears and conquering them," Felina said.
T-Bone and Razor were now standing right behind their fiancées. "Guess its our turn, but before I leave, I have to do this," T-Bone said before he kissed Callie, very deeply.
Callie returned his kiss and wrapped her arms around his neck, not wanting him to leave her.
T-Bone had to lightly push her away, then said, "I'll be home later. Don't wait up, my love." He turned around and walked back to the jet. However, he desperately wanted to run back and be in Callie's loving embrace again.
"You had better! I don't want to have to visit my great-grandmother again anytime soon!" Callie stated as she watched her fiancé climb the ladder of the TurboKat.
T-Bone fastened himself into the Pilot's seat and turned his head to witness Razor in a passionate lip lock with Felina. "Oh for crying out loud," he muttered before he said, much more loudly, "Razor! You can play Tonsil Hockey with her all you want once we get back! But now, I need my gunner! Get your tail up here!"
Razor pulled back from their kiss, but he didn't let go of her. He did sink to his knees and kissed her large stomach before saying, "Be good to mommy while I'm gone Alex. I love you already." He stood back up, peered into Felina's eyes through his mask covered ones, then said, "I wish I had the courage to ask you out all of those years ago Felina. We could have been married and had a family already instead of starting one now."
"Jake, you had better go, I don't want you to see my cry," Felina said as her eyes started to water at his declaration of his love towards her.
"Don't cry, at least we found each other, although later than I wanted but we are going to be together, forever," Razor said before he kissed her.
As soon as Felina felt his lips touch hers, she wrapped her arms around his shoulders, nice and tight, and kissed him with every ounce of emotion she could muster.
Razor tried to pull away, but she was stronger. He eventually gave in and kissed her back, placing his paws on her lower back.
"Damn it Razor! Do I have to go over there and get you!?" T-Bone asked, obviously annoyed with his partner.
Razor separated his lips from Felina's, then said, "When I get home, we will continue this conversation." He then ran over to the TurboKat and jumped up into the cockpit.
As Razor buckled himself into the Gunner's seat, T-Bone said to him, "And I thought I was bad with Callie."
"You behaved worst than I do buddy. Before you started dating her, every time she called, or stopped by you behaved worse than a teenager trying to pick up the hot cheerleader, which I know you had done on more than one occasion," Razor retorted.
T-Bone opened his mouth, but nothing came out since he didn't have a decent reply. He closed the canopy of the jet and fired up the engines.
The pair of engines started turning and as they came up to idle speed, they developed a high-pitched whine.
T-Bone looked out of the canopy to his fiancée one last time, kissed the fingers of his left paw, and blew the kiss to her before focusing on the ramp heading out of the hangar.
As soon as he received the "All Clear" signal, he slammed the throttles forward, launching the jet up the ramp and eventually into the sky.
The three she-cats watched as the TurboKat flew away. Felina latched her arms around Callie and Lisa's shoulders, then said, "So, what are three pregnant SWAT she-cats supposed to do while our husband and fiancés are out there, fighting for our friend's daughter's safety?"
Lisa was about to give them a suggestion, when Raphael woke up from his slumber and started crying. "Care to help me get a Supernatural kitten back to sleep?"
Havoc was about half way to their target, when Sniper asked, "As much as I want the Black Diamonds out of our hair, are we sure charging in there is the best way to handle this?"
"Niet, this is not the best way to handle this. But we couldn't think of another way to persuade them to leave us alone," Havoc answered as she brought the jet into a banked left turn.
Sniper thought about what was going to happen once they arrived at the warehouse. She remembered what Galina and Verusha has told them all about the layout as well as the types os weaponry the Black Diamonds may have at their disposal. None of that sat well with her, or any of the other members of SWAT. She felt like they were walking into a death trap, especially when Verusha told them that the Diamonds may have Military Grade weapons, but she wasn't sure exactly what they were. Her screen lit up alerting her that they were within a few miles of their target. She took a deep breath, then said, "Here we go Kat. I love you." She flipped on the radio, then said, "Target, five clicks out, what is your E.T.A.?"
Sensei looked at her surroundings to figure out where they were. She read the Street signs as the past them at a very high rate of speed. "About ten minutes out Sniper." She responded.
T-Bone wasn't that far behind the two she-cats. He actually saw the Turbo Kat 2's tail in the distance. "Right behind you. Sure-Shot, what's your 20?"
Sure-Shot was able to catch up to Adonis and Sensei. She waved at them with her left arm as she came up on their right side. "Right next to Down-Right Sexy and Sensei." She responded.
"Sure-Shot, are you making a pass at my husband?" Lisa asked over the radio.
"Not At All Pirouette," Sure-Shot answered before she looked over her left shoulder and got a real good look at Adonis as he rode the Cyclotron. She especially paid attention to his lower back, tail, and his thighs. "Actually, if you ever decide to give him up, I'll gladly take him in."
"Please do, my food bill will be a lot lighter without him," Lisa said.
"Pirouette, you are stuck with me for the rest of your life," Adonis said then continued, "Sure-Shot, not that I don't appreciate the compliment, but please refrain from calling me, 'Down-Right Sexy.'"
"Sorry Adonis, I can't help myself," Sure-Shot said.
The three of them parked their Cyclotrons in a Back alley one block over from the Black Diamond's stronghold. They dismounted their rides and strapped their weaponry onto their bodies.
"You two went to the briefing while me and Lisa were busy changing Raphael's diaper, what exactly are we stepping into?" Adonis asked as he secured the Glovetrix to his right paw.
"Verusha and Galina were vague on that. What they did tell us is they have quite the armory built up in there and we should be careful," Sensei said, sliding one of her swords into its sheath on her back.
They both looked over at the newest member of the group. Despite looking the part of a heroine, Sure-Shot was trembling in her boots.
Adonis went over to her, embraced her in his strong arms, then said, "You have every right to be scared. What we do for the city is very dangerous. However, the rewards make it worth the risk. If Caliber didn't think you had the ability to wear this uniform and bear the responsibility that goes with it, you wouldn't be here. I believe you can do this Sure-Shot."
Sure-Shot hugged him back and felt the heat from his body, soaking into hers. She also felt all of his well-defined muscles through the tight fabric they both wore. Her left paw developed its own mind and traveled down his back to his butt. Then gave it a firm squeeze.
"And what does my newest sister think she is doing?" Adonis asked.
"Doing what every other she-cat in the city wants to do, my brother. This is one, very desirable butt and the magazines are right, its nice, and, tight," Sure-Shot replied.
Adonis removed her paw from his backside, then asked her, "The gossip magazines say that about me?"
"Unfortunately for you, yes they do. I have an article where you are completely shirtless with your arms crossed under your chest and your signature smirk. I'm guessing they manipulated an image to put your head on another tom's body because I don't see Pirouette letting you get photographed half-naked," Sure-Shot answered.
Sensei decided to break up their bonding and said, "If you two don't mind, we have a job to do and I have a date with Mr. Down-Right-Sexy's brother, which I want to go on."
"Very well Sensei," Adonis said right before he picked up Sure-Shot on his arms and started carrying her out of the alley. He reached the alley's mouth, turned his head to look over his left shoulder, then asked, "Are you coming?"
Sensei ran to catch up to Adonis and Sure-Shot, before they all left the alley and headed towards the front door of the stronghold.
Havoc landed the TurboKat 2 on a roof just to the right of the stronghold while T-Bone landed the TurboKat on a roof to the left. All four of them jumped out of their seats to the roof's surface.
As they examined the stronghold, T-Bone asked through the Comm-Link, "Havoc, Sniper, this is your show. What's the plan?"
Sniper looked over the parapet wall at the roof of the stronghold, trying to figure out a way in, without tripping an alarm or doing something that would alert the Diamonds to their presence. However, there wasn't a door, ladder, or anything else on the roof which would allow easy access to the building. She eventually noticed a Skylight that was slightly hidden behind an air conditioner. "That Skylight is our way in," she responded.
Razor removed a pair of binoculars from a pouch on his belt and brought them up to his eyes. He brought the binoculars into focus and noticed a small Access Card reader next to the Skylight. Razor lifted his head and also noticed a security camera, aimed right at the Skylight. "Your plan as a small flaw Sniper. This place is wired pretty good, but I'm better," Razor said as he put the binoculars away and returned to the TurboKat.
"What the heck do you think you are doing Razor?" T-Bone asked.
Razor opened a small panel in the belly of the jet and removed a Grappling Gun. He returned to his friend, aimed the gun at a truss supporting an old water tower, and fired.
The Grappler left the barrel of the gun and flew across the alley. It flew through the structure of the water tower and opened its jaws. That was when Razor gave the attached rope a firm tug, securing it to the structure. "Bingo," he muttered before he secured the other end of the rope to the Fire Escape of the building he and T-Bone were o the roof of. "To answer your question buddy, I'm going over there to disable that camera and give us a shot at getting into that place undetected."
T-Bone went over to his friend, slapped him on his shoulder, then said, "You got a pair as big as the city Razor. I'll be right behind you."
Razor secured himself to the line, tested the tension of the line one last time, and launched himself over the wall. He slid down the line to the other roof and landed on his feet in a crouch. He finally removed himself from the line and hid behind the air conditioner, while waiting for T-Bone.
T-Bone watched his partner slide to the other building and hide. He secured himself to the line and launched himself over the wall, just as Razor did. However, Razor was lighter than he was so as he reached the other building, the line gave, forcing him to grab ahold of the wall with his right paw. "Care to give me a paw here partner?" He sarcastically asked.
Razor left his hiding place and went over to where he saw T-Bone's fingers, tightly clenched onto the wall. He reached over the wall and grabbed T-Bone's right forearm with both of his paws. He braced himself against the wall with both of his feet and pulled with all of his might.
T-Bone grasped Razor's arms with his left paw and pulled himself up and over the wall.
As soon as T-Bone was over the wall, the pair of heroes fell to the roof and rested their backs against the wall, breathing heavily. Between breaths, Razor said, "You need to go on a diet."
T-Bone looked down at his mid-section and gave it a poke with his left index finger. Instead of the dense muscle he expected to be there, his finger was able to penetrate about a quarter of an inch. He pulled his finger back, cursed, and said, "I guess I have to start working out with Adonis." He panted one last time, then said, "You are the one who owns the Security company, get to work, our family is downstairs, waiting on us."
Razor leapt to his feet and deftly made is way to the back of the camera. He examined the wiring as well as the housing to figure out the best way to disable the device.
T-Bone watched as his partner jumped to his feet and swiftly, but silently ran across the roof to the camera. "Show off," he muttered.
Razor slit the power cable to the camera with the claw on his right index finger when he heard T-Bone's comment. He turned his head so he was looking over his left shoulder and scowled at his partner. He finally gave him the "One Finger Salute", then said, "The camera is disabled, you can get off of your fat tail and get over here."
T-Bone got up and walked over to his partner. And when he was close enough, he picked up Razor and threw him over his left shoulder.
Havoc and Sniper watched and listened to the two heroes over the Comlink, and when they heard and saw Razor's actions, they both had to laugh at them. Sniper touched her left index finger to her helmet, then said, "If you two were any closer, you would really be brothers. Not that I want to stop your bonding, but Havoc and I would like to be there when our daughter wakes up!"
T-Bone put Razor down slapped him on his right shoulder, then said, "Go on and get your job done, brother. I want to be there when our niece wakes up and sees her parents."
"I wouldn't mind seeing that either brother," Razor responded after he slapped his left paw on T-Bone's shoulder. He lifted his paw and went over to the card reader. Since he already took out the camera, he didn't have to worry about being spotted. He studied the reader for a second before he realized it was one of the one's his company designed and sells. That also meant he knew the tiny flaw that was inherit in the software. Razor popped the front of the reader off with his claw and peered at the terminal block that held the reader's wiring. He removed a small piece of wire from one of the pouches on his belt and shorted out two of the terminals.
T-Bone guarded his partner while he worked on the card reader. But when Razor shorted out the two terminals, T-Bone was expecting instant results. "Well, that didn't work, now what?"
"Patience, my dear T-Bone," was all Razor said in reply while he waited for the software to react. The seconds ticked by and still nothing happened. Razor's forehead started to develop a bead of sweat as he started to wonder whether these thugs were smart enough to upgrade the software to fix the bug. A few more seconds past, then the reader let out a garbled series of high-pitched tones before falling silent. Finally, a click was heard from the skylight and a small gap appeared between the parts.
Razor reached out with his paws and lifted the top half of the skylight up into the air. He brought his paws back down, tapped his helmet, then said, "Come on over ladies, its show time."
