While several spectators thought about the interaction between Percy Jackson's counterpart and the counterpart of Agenor's daughter, the son of Poseidon born in ancient Greece, Artemis and her huntresses could be seen staring at the two queens at times, but they only ignored them.
In addition to the fact that several members of the hunters found it difficult to accept that other women were against what they believe or represent, of course some young women who tried to recruit throughout history had refused, and even on some occasions argued. The rest thought about what they saw, that apparently in other worlds individuals who are not real in this world, can be real in others, they still did not fully understand how it was possible, so most gave up their attempts to understand, so they began to think that to wonder what other individuals could be real in other worlds, with some thinking about some characters seen in science fiction, fantasy, or horror movies, and in doing so many cut those lines of thought when thinking about certain characters.
Other girls in the audience thought about the women who were approaching the Perseus seen, generating annoyance, jealousy, envy, etc.
But everyone had to put those thoughts aside when the projection lit up again to show Tenth World before it went dark again for a moment, and some music began to play that all Greeks, Romans and Amazons, considered something ancient or old, even though the Romans did not interact much with mortal society.
They heard a woman's voice say:
"For every choice there is an echo... with each act we change the world..."
The words they heard, they only stressed to the gods that they had to do something for what awaited them in the future, what they would face, what they had to do to change and that choosing to do nothing would also affect... As soon as this is over
"Or doing nothing," whispered several demigods from the future as they discreetly looked at the gods, but it did not go unnoticed by some of the gods, nor by Chiron who has a better ear.
" ... A man chose a city free of laws and gods..."
Intrigue arose in the public as soon as those words ended, making them question how it was possible, and some of the gods thought of places where their power was less or non-existent such as Alaska or the territory of other divine pantheons
They thought all this while watching the screen get a dark blue hue just before they saw some jellyfish come up, which made them understand that they were looking under the sea, which brought even more attention, for the possibility of seeing Atlantis for those who have never had the opportunity to see the underwater kingdom.
"¿Atlantis?"
"Will we see the kingdom of Poseidon?"
The image changed to show an underwater city, with various lights illuminating it, but the Atlanteans recognized that this city was not their kingdom, which intrigued them more, was it another city or the Atlantis of the world they were seeing?
But when the image zoomed in and moved to show the underwater city, everyone saw a few fallen buildings, advertisements like the ones that could be found in deadly cities, some of them failing... that the city was in great decline...
"A world without gods," said some of the minor gods present in a low voice, after all their ego was not going to disappear overnight
"A lawless world," said Nike, Triton, Hades, and others, thinking that was the real reason for the state of the city they were seeing
They also realized, as did the rest of the spectators, that the song stopped.
"...If the world were reborn in your image, would it be paradise..." or perdition?
With what they heard and the image moving to enter a building that showed quite a few signs of deterioration, it gave them the idea that this city is not in good condition for a few decades, but since it was underwater perhaps it was years instead of decades. But as soon as they saw a girl about 7 or 8 years old running in a dirty, ragged, filthy dress; which would have immediately caused concern for the girl in several of the spectators, if her skin color and eyes were normal, instead her skin was grayish and her eyes were completely yellow. It was obvious to everyone that things were wrong with seeing her and hearing her scream, plus she wasn't a normal child or maybe she wasn't even human
"AAAAHHH!"
"Hahahaha!"
The girl ran away, and on the screen appeared what appeared to be a man in a deplorable state, but moving hunched over and hooked up the wall following the girl, the walls of the long corridor through which the girl ran were made of glass which allowed you to see the seabed, only it was not possible to appreciate it due to the chase, that, although the girl's peculiar appearance was not normal, concern began to arise for her in individuals such as Hestia and others.
"How could mortals build a city underwater?!" exclaimed a Roman quite surprised by the underwater city despite the state it was in, although also ignoring the situation of the strange girl on the screen
"There are already projects built!" replied one of Athena's sons, raising his voice to be heard from where he was, although he did not specify what kind of underwater projects (note 1)
"What?!" Many half-bloods and also some gods exclaimed in surprise, demonstrating the lack of attention they give to the human world
The girl arrived elsewhere at the end of the corridor, said place was in the same situation of decay, debris, darkness, flooding, among other things.
The screen changed position, now being in front of the girl, but there was a problem, where the man who was chasing her should be, was nowhere to be seen.
"Where did he go?" young Percy said, as did several other onlookers
"AAAHHH!"
Many were startled because the man suddenly fell from the ceiling and off the screen, in addition to the man causing the girl to let go of the doll she was carrying, followed by her falling to the ground and trying to put distance between the man who was still hunched over, but who moved as if he were an animal that has fun with prey.
"Shhh... it's okay"
The spectators heard the man's voice, which sounded perverse and dark, they also realized that it was not Perseus since his voice was very different from all the other times they have heard the counterparts of the son of the sea, in addition to that fact was a relief for those closest to Sally Jackson's son
But then an armored figure came out of the water from one of the flooded parts of the place and walked in the direction of both, in addition the spectators saw that the individual who came out of the water had a kind of tanks on his back.
Then the image changed position, so Greco-Romans could see that it was a kind of diver, but the diving suit looked more like the ancient diving suits, from at least 50 years ago.
"A diver?" said Leo at the appearance of the subject who came out of the water, in addition to the fact that he and his brothers were surprised by what the suit had
"I have you"
"Grrr"
"AAAHHH!"
They saw the man lift the mask he was wearing, showing his horrendous and disfigured face, which caused a huge impression, some demigods such as Aphrodite's daughters fainted, others were pale, some more wanting to return what they had eaten before.
The least affected were the first to realize or think that the diver was Perseus, a belief that was reaffirmed when he gave a single punch to the man with whom he sent him flying, moving him away from the girl and causing it to crash against one of the walls of the place. Although viewers were confused because if that was Perseus, why was he wearing a diving suit, just to remember that they had seen deadly/human versions of Poseidon's son before.
The force of the punch surprised the most observant and perceptive, after all, it takes a great deal of force to send a man flying with a single punch, even if said man was in a state as deplorable as that of the projection, especially considering the fact that the diving suit must be very heavy, after all divers from previous decades needed help moving into the water after putting on the suit and being pulled out of the water.
Although some like Leo had begun to draw if they had something at hand the appearance of the suit, for future ideas
As they watched who they believed to be the counterpart of the son of the sea approach the downed man, they observed that a large drill was attached to his right arm, which the supposed Perseus activated and nailed into the man, although they did not see the blood and viscera come out just because the image changed the girl at just the right time. To which some viewers thanked for the younger ones.
"At least this Zelretch has some common sense" Hestia murmured, grateful that the young half-bloods are spared seeing that
Viewers saw that when he finished his work, Perseus approached the girl, only to stop for a moment and take the doll that the girl had dropped.
While the doll was picked up by who could be the counterpart of Sally Jackson's son, everyone saw that the doll was a representation of the diver, who gave it to the girl and she hugged the doll with affection. Then the girl grabbed Perseus' big hand before pulling him so that he would follow her
"This way"
Many wondered what relationship or connection Perseus had with the girl, as they watched the girl hum despite how gloomy the place was
"Ana nanana nanana..."
One or another god didn't know why but they felt somewhat uncomfortable and guilty, in addition to thinking about some of their own children for fleeting seconds
They saw the girl take a turn at the end of the corridor where a door should have been, which caused the spectators to lose sight of her for a moment before the girl poked her head out
"Come on daddy"
Those simple words made Percy, the Atlanteans, the Greeks of the future, Hazel, Frank, Chiron, and a few others open their eyes wide and their mouths open, while others exclaimed, "What?!"
Before anyone began to question more, verbally or mentally about Perseus, the girl and the projected place, a kind of silhouettes of people dancing in the destroyed place appeared, which the public thought those people were ghosts that suddenly appeared, only those related to the underworld doubted it
"¡AAAHHH! ... ¡DADDY!"
Suddenly something collided and exploded next to Perseus.
The silhouettes disappeared and they saw another man chasing the girl, Perseus went after them, but another man who looked young came out and tried to attack Perseus with a wrench, but before achieving Perseus extended his left hand while a light white mist covered it just before shooting the attacker a kind of frozen lightning and freezing him on impact, after that, Perseus also froze a teenager or woman of small stature, followed by destroying her, which was not well seen by the hunters.
"What happens in the Hades to that city/place/world?!"
"What the fuck?!"
Several exclaimed both from the turn of events and from the abnormal appearances of the attackers
That this Perseus controlled the ice surprised them again, Percy was not the son of the ice god or anything similar, but then some realized that the ice was frozen water; while the Atlanteans were left wondering how strong the Jackson's water connection would be in the room, in case he can do something like that
They saw Perseus jump from the ground breaking part of the stone by sheer brute force, which Poseidon reminded his demigod children again with unusual force, although in this case perhaps it was because of the diving suit
"Get away, get away from me!"
The ground could be heard creaking as Perseus fell, who saw for a moment to his 'daughter' was, before firing with a strange weapon that was where the drill once stood; the shots went to his right four times along a staircase, hitting 4 different individuals, just before something big hit him.
They saw who the attacker was, a big man who also had an unusual appearance, the man threw a large debris at him that a normal person could not lift on his own and much less throw, which made the most perceptive think about how hard/resistant Perseus was, because what hit him before must have been just as big.
But before another debris hit Perseus, he was levitating in the air when the diver raised his hand, just before throwing it at the man.
"Telekinesis?!"
"Magic?"
"What abilities does this Perseus have?"
Those were the question on everyone's mind.
But the man hit the stone debris with one arm and breaking it, so concern was raised by the show of brute force and that the man would pounce on Percy's other version. The guy hit him several times before the diver stopped an arm and hit him in the face with the drill.
The wounded man staggered into a large puddle and Perseus wasted no time in throwing a thunderbolt from his hand into the puddle. His attacker ended up dying after a few brief seconds, when he was electrocuted.
The fact that this version also controlled electricity, again brought surprise to several members of the public, wondering how it was possible, Poseidon was the god of the sea. They were obviously ignorant of the number of domains that Poseidon possessed, but the half of the half-bloods began to remember what Hestia said, all the domains of the king of Atlantis, Percy's battle against Hyperion, or that Kymopoleia also launched lightning bolts before, as well as the domains of the sea goddess. Although those who were still in doubt had to be explained by others.
Meanwhile, part of young Percy wondered if he could do the same. And the Atlanteans wondered if the young green-eyed man also inherited a connection to his father's mastery of storms.
But the rest of the gods were beginning to think that if the boy really had a connection to all of his father's domains, and a very strong one, that would explain how in the future he could survive Tartarus.
On the screen they saw Perseus turn to look at the girl before hearing a shriek and looking at the thick glass ceiling where they saw a silhouette that began to break it
"Oh no, big sister is coming... She's coming"
Perseus lifted the girl up just before the roof broke
Pieces of the roof and a large jet of water fell, and from the last a silhouette similar to the diver came out, only it was much thinner and slightly feminine, and the lens of the helmet was red instead of yellow. Perseus' apparent counterpart pointed her gun at him and they both growled at each other, which bizarre and confused the audience, even more so because the girl called her big sister, so shouldn't she be Perseus' daughter too or something?
But then they saw Big Sister begin to levitate the debris, bodies and water, to make them spin around and start attacking Perseus with them.
Seeing that, several eyes went to the Atlanteans, due to the typhoon of the water
The attack caused Perseus to fall and retreat, who got up, as well as prepare his drill
Both divers lunged at each other before the projection was turned off, leaving spectators in confusion and silence in the Olympic Council room
