A/N: A shout out to Guiltypleasure85 for your bowling help!

The morning had been one of the most peaceful they had ever had. After they had both gotten their books they met out on the porch. Tony sat in a rocking chair while Angela sat in the two person swing. For a while the only sounds were pages turning, the breeze blowing, and the occasional croaking from a frog.

Tony looked over at her. She was curled up her knees to her chest totally immersed in her book. Her glasses were perched on her nose and her hair was up in a messy bun.

'My God she looks so adorable! How does she do it? She is so glamorous in some ways but here she is wearing a pair of jeans and a purple and white polka dot sweater with her hair in a bun…and oh she's wearing one of her hair ribbons! Damn it! Doesn't she know what they do to me?! And her glasses?! Geez Louise they drive me crazy!'

He recalled two instances with her glasses that still made him weak in the knees. The first time was when Sam had turned thirteen. He had been cleaning the mirror by the front door and okay he had been checking himself out but hey no big deal! But she commented about Sylvester Stallone having something to worry about. They had bickered back and forth and he told her that maybe he had been checking himself out but she was watching him! He had taken her glasses off and cleaned them and then put them back on.

And she never once denied that she hadn't been watching him.

The other time had been when she had gone over the top trying to capture her lost youth. He had been supportive until she went out with Jake The Snake. The fact that Mona hadn't been too keen on Angela going out with him was a major red flag. So he had gone off after her and luckily had found her. She told him how disappointed she had been that the grungy room they were in was Inspiration Point. He decided then to take her to a local spot he knew. It wasn't much-it wasn't even called Inspiration Point but Fairview Valley but he wanted to help her complete her list. While they were there she had gotten her list out and crossed go to Inspiration Point off her list. He noticed the final item and asked her what it meant.

"What's this? Mike ot at Inspiration Point?"

"Oh. That's make out."

"Well it's too bad you didn't get to finish your list."

"Yeah, I came so close."

'I guess it's something you really wanted?"

"Well it would give me a real sense of completion."

"Completion's good. Completion's good!"

She had then looked at him, her eyes wide and innocent. But there was also a touch of desire and longing. And before he knew what was happening he leaned over and kissed her. He told himself that he was just being a friend and helping her to complete her list but he couldn't deny he wanted to kiss her. The way she had been looking at him had made him weak in the knees and caused his heart to speed up. After he had reluctantly pulled away he noticed her glasses were all fogged up. So he had taken them off and proceeded to clean them all the while she looked at him in a daze….

He jolted himself out of his memories and stood up.

"Hey, "I'm going to get something to drink. Do you want anything?"

"Yeah. I think Max said we have some lemonade."

"Okay, sounds good I'll be right back."

"Okay."

He went into the cabin and she sneaked a peak at his backside.

'Oh man I'm so glad he went inside! I was going crazy! I mean we weren't even sitting together and I couldn't keep from thinking about him!'

She had pretended to be immersed in her book but the truth was she had been distracted by him. She had felt him watching her and her thoughts had led her down a very intriguing path. She remembered him in his satin boxers at the P.T.A. fundraiser. Or the time he was the Machismo Man in that tight speedo. Or when he had been wearing that towel around his waist when they had been trapped in that dingy hotel room. She sat up and took her glasses off and rubbed her eyes.

'Okay, we need a change of scenery! Hey, I know. I can ask him to teach me how to play bowling!'

In the kitchen Tony got the lemonade out of the fridge and poured them both a glass. He was about to take them outside when she came in.

"AY OH! I was just coming outside."

"I know. I was just thinking maybe now would be a good time for you to teach me how to play bowling?"

"Angela! You don't play bowling!" .

"Oh yeah. Right. But anyway, will you teach me?"

"Yeah, okay."

They found the door to the basement and walked down the stairs.

"Holy Moly! Angela! Look at this place! We need to do something like this for our basement!"

"Yeah, it's amazing. But I doubt we have the room for a bowling alley and everything else!"

"Angela, it's only two lanes!"

"This isn't a bowling alley?"

"No, a bowling alley normally has twenty lanes."

"Oh, okay."

"All right. Let's get to it." He walked over and went behind the bar. He looked under and found two coasters and put them on the bar and sat their glasses on top.

"Okay, so how much do you know about bowling?"

"Well I know you don't play bowling! You go bowling!" She grinned and took a swallow of her lemonade.

"Very good Angela!" He smirked and took a swallow of his lemonade.

He clapped his hands together.

"All right here are some key points:

#1 300 is a perfect game.

#2 A Strike is when you get all ten pins knocked down in a single turn and a spare is when it takes two turns to get all ten knocked down."

"How many turns do you get?"

"Two normally. It goes back and forth between each person."

"Okay, that makes sense."

"Now the main thing is you have to find the right ball."

"Aren't they all the same?"

Tony shook his head. "Oh no. You may think that but believe me if you don't choose the right ball everything will be off."

"Really?"

"Yeah, it has to fit perfectly in your hands. Think of it as buying a new pair of shoes. You want the perfect fit." He cleared his throat.

"Uh yeah. The perfect fit." She took a deep breath.

"So uh anyway let's see what we got!"

He went over to the lanes and grabbed one of the balls.

"Okay try this one."

She walked over and took it from him.

"How does it feel?"

"Heavy."

He chuckled. "Yeah, bowling balls are. But does it seem like the perfect fit?"

"What? Uh no."

"Okay then." He took it out of her hands and handed her another one.

"How about this one?"

"No."

They went through a few more until Angela found her perfect fit.

"Okay. I have mine too. Now I'm going to go first. Just watch what I do."

"Okay."

He picked his ball up and proceeded to roll it down the lane. It knocked down eight of the pins.

"Wow Tony! That's amazing!"

"Yeah, usually I get all ten. Gee I must be really off my game. But anyway see if you can do what I did. Here I'll reset the pins for you."

He hit a button and the pins reset themselves.

"Oh Tony! Did you see that?!" Her eyes were wide with wonder.

"Yeah, Angela I saw that. I did that!' He smiled. She was truly an amazing person. Here she was a big hot shot Ad-executive and she had no idea that bowling pins reset themselves.

"Okay, so let's see what you got!" He clapped his hands together.

"Uh okay. She picked her ball up and tried to copy what he had done. She threw the ball down the lane-well that was her plan but it ended up in the gutter.

" looks like you got a gutter ball!"

"A gutter ball? That's not good is it?"

"No, it's like striking out in baseball. Here, let's try it again." Her ball came back around and he picked it up and handed it to her.

He stood behind her.

"Okay I'll help you this time."

"Okay." She took a deep breath.

"All right. Now what you wanna do is take a few steps and then let the ball roll from your fingers."

"Okay."

"On the count of three."

"One" She said

"Two," He said.

"Three!" They said together and they both took a few steps and the ball rolled off her fingers, down the lane, and to her amazement all ten pins were knocked down.

"Tony! Did you see that?" Her face lit up.

"Yeah, yeah I saw it." A part of him was put off that she got a strike and the other part was proud of her.

"That was a good job Ang." He smiled.

"Well I couldn't have done it without you."

They stared at each other until he broke their gaze.

"Okay, so do you wanna try a few more?" He asked, his voice all squeaky.

"Okay." She blushed and turned away.

They bowled a few more frames. Unfortunately Angela didn't get any more strikes. She did manage to get a few more gutter balls and when she didn't get those she was able to knock down a few pins. Tony on the other hand got a few strikes.

It was her turn and Tony was standing behind her. He nodded at her to go ahead and she started to but as she did she felt a cramp in her lower left calf. She winced and dropped the ball nearly missing her foot.

"Angela! Be careful!" He scolded her.

"It's my calf. I have a cramp in my left leg."

"Oh really? Here hold on."

He went over and started massaging her leg.

She felt her whole body tingle.

He felt his whole body tense up.

"Uh thanks. But I could have done that myself."

"Oh. Right. Right. Sorry." He removed his hand like it was on fire.

"It's fine." She picked the ball back up but was so distracted by the memory of him massaging her leg that she missed her footing and before she knew it she fell on top of him…..
