Hello to all, this is Chapter 27 of the last part of the fourth Arc of Volume 6: War in Karakura Town!

Intro: The Earth... is a great place where humanity and all other creatures live and learn to evolve little by little, but this great world has Darkness in it too. Evil beings who wish to conquer this world and everyone.

Only one being stood against them to show everyone the power of light and hope, but this great mythical dragon wasn't able to stop them. He gave his powers and hope to a human that was known by his name, the Dragon Knight!

Before this hero also met his end, he gave the legendary Dragon Sword and his hopes and dreams to the next knight, his youngest son who is destined to become a legend by the sides of his comrades and his love. This hero... is the Dragon Knight of Light!

Volume 6: Chapter 27: The Transcended Miracle! The Eternal Heavenly Dragon!

Previously in DKR:

The fight between Kojan and Darkus became more intense as did the fight of the early Executioners fighting Mew Blackberry.

Yugi finally confronted Aizen but he first questioned his motives and why he started all of this. Amused by the young man's curiosity, Aizen revealed the Soul King and his disdain towards the husk of an entity. He tried to persuade Yugi to accept his view and the offer to end the fear of the strong but Yugi protested, believing strong and weak is unimportant to being someone who understands people, who cares for others; someone who is kind. He believed with everyone, he will fix the wrongs of the world and create a new tomorrow. Reminded of Takao, Aizen realized that they will have to fight now.

The two finally clashed again as Yugi's further, evolving growth began to rival and slowly eclipse Aizen's unmatched skills. Horrified by this, the Hogyoku still not fully activated yet and Yin-Yang Dragon's powers to negate Kyoka Suigetsu; Aizen feared he was a goner… until he had a conversation with his Zanpakuto. The two not caring for the other except for their want to be the strongest on top, Aizen accepts his Zanpakuto's cooperation and activates his Bankai; trapping Yugi inside his illusionary world.

Can the Dragon Knight even win against Aizen in his world?

And now the conclusion... last left off:

Kurosaki clashes blades against Gin, smiling as the boy isn't hesitating anymore. Gin reappeared after he left Tosen to recover within the damaged Las Noches. Things… haven't been turning out the way he wanted but hey, at least it's fun.

They dash at the other as Kurosaki howls, slamming his black blade against Gin's sword and sparks fly out intensely. They try to overpower the other until Dark General Knight gets between them and swings his claymore at the two with a vertical swing. The two dash away, separating away from each other.

"My, I have to thank you for making the boy regain his warrior spirit, knight.'' Gin compliments the dark knight for his pep-talk. The dark general snarls at that as he calls him out. ''And I don't appreciate an errand snake to interfere in our fight!''

''Oi, I'm right here and I don't appreciate-'' Kurosaki begins to tell the two off that he doesn't want to keep fighting him when Aizen is still-

It's when he notices and feels the uneasiness of the Spiritual Pressure suddenly overcoming everyone.

''What the…'' He utters with widened eyes, never feeling anything so intense like this before. Like a bottomless pit. Gin, however, realizes what it is which causes him to smirk.

''Oh, Captain Aizen is using that? Wow.'' He proclaims with a small sly grin. Kurosaki looks at him confused as his Hollow Mask fades away.

''What are you referring about?'' He questions Gin who hums, acting all playfully before he answers him. ''Right, you've both never seen Captain Aizen's Kyoka Suigetsu no less his Bankai.''

This overwhelms Ichigo, eyes widen as he utters with a shaken voice. ''His… Bankai?!''

Gin just grins, also would have made the same expression. He then proclaims with a small smile. ''Kinda a shame. I sort of liked that Dragon Knight kid.''

Kurosaki glares as he vanishes through Shunpo. The dark general watches him leave and doesn't bother to intercept him but Gin does, using Shunpo to get in front of the Substitute Shinigami's way.

''Sorry to stop you but it's pointless. Only Captain Aizen allows who enters his reflecting world. And that means no one will help the kid. Shame.'' He proclaims with a smug smile. Kurosaki grunts, hoping he's wrong because if there's one guy who can't lose, it's Yugi.

Kojan has a disturbed expression by how all of a sudden the Dark Lord is beginning to laugh in a twister manner.

''HAHAHAHA! So he's finally used it huh?!'' Darkus proclaims, still laughing as he hasn't felt such amusement. He soon calms down, smirking evilly before he proclaims. ''Yugi, you're finished.''

Kojan doesn't follow but he does feel something unease just activated.

The light fades away as Mew Ichigo uncovers her eyes, hissing only for her to look and widen them. It was utterly nothing. The area that Yugi and Aizen were fighting is fine but both are just gone.

''That was his-'' Shinji utters uneasiness, for certain that Aizen activated his Bankai.

''Yugi-kun!'' Ichigo shouts, leaping forward to the spot she last saw him only to hit her face across something. She groans before she grips her feet on some invisible force field and leaps off it, somersaulting before landing on the closest rooftop. She looks uneasy as she can't see what she crashed on or the others also watching.

However, the thing they can't see suddenly reveals itself as reflecting like, showing it is some kind of massive crystal-like dome that is made out of octagon mirrors, all reflecting what view they're staring at.

Mew Ichigo looks at it as she can see her reflections in so many spots across this thing, even overlapping themselves too.

''What is this Nya?!'' She asks, finding this thing so bizarre and unease.

''Damn it, Aizen.'' Shinji expresses harshly with such unawareness to this. It's one thing that he had no clue of Aizen's Shikai all those years ago when he was his Lieutenant, even tricked way back then, but even less about his Bankai. But the disturbing part is the design of the active Bankai. ''I've never seen anything like this before. Is this really his Bankai?''

The cat girl looks at the blond stranger, having no clue who he was but she was alarmed about the last part he said. Is this really Aizen's Bankai?

''The two of them are inside this dome while we're forced to look at this. It's like we're staring at an infinity mirror, reflecting everything but inside this dome while being a mirror repeat, repeating a pattern of our reflection right back as well.'' Shinji describes the strange appearance of the Bankai he was staring at, oddly irritating him as this is just as complex as Aizen. ''It's almost outside of our understanding to comprehend this. Damn.''

Mew Ichigo groans, not caring about how pretty it is to look at one's reflection as she tries asking. ''Can we break through Nya? Yugi-kun is in there and we have no idea what is even-''

Her words are interrupted as the reflecting barrier-like mirror dome shines and soon reflects the inward of the world, showing Yugi engaging Aizen like a television screen.

Ichigo gasps in surprise, rather glad she can see what's happening there. However, Shinji doesn't as this could be Aizen's twisted way to make them watch an execution.

''Aizen, you intend to let us watch your damn show to prove a point?'' He questions with a grim expression, not liking this.

Yugi looks around this strange environment, already confirming they are not in Karakura Town but at the same time they are. He can't feel the other's auras- honestly, no one's aura but his own, his partners and Aizen's. It feels similar to Tosen's Bankai except when that place is in total darkness; this one feels both as real as to him but also… not in using better words.

''It's like we're in another dimension yet co-existing with our reality?'' Yugi theorizes with the best of words to even describe this world.

''Precisely.'' The Dragon Knight turns to stare at Aizen and his reply as his eyes widen to see his sword arm that he injured having been healed. No, more than that. His outfit is as clean as new and any damage he took or loss of energy have faded away are all absent.

Noticing his expression, Aizen smiles as he reveals calmly. ''This is the power of my Bankai: Zettai no Kyoka Suigetsu.''

Yugi glares as he's surprised that he has a Bankai. So this is his full power. Yugi prepares to use Instant Transmission to exit this place… only for him to not do anything, not able to sense anyone outside of this place. Guess it confirms his suspicions.

''It creates a dome-like dimension, similar to Tosen's Bankai but grander and escape is impossible. In other words, you could consider this my world, my utopia.'' Aizen then explains the ability of his power. At the least, Yugi is right, again, about this place being similar to Tosen's Bankai and that just means he can beat it like his.

''Well, guess I have to beat you down in your world then!'' Yugi proclaims with a smug smirk, going to have to beat him down.

''And you believe you can?'' Aizen then questions him, causing Yugi to raise an eyebrow. Just then the world shakes as a shadow overlaps over the Dragon Knight.

''What the heck?'' He utters, turning around and sees it to his very horror. It was a massive, Kaiju size monster made out of other buildings from behind him.

''Humor me, this is first time in a long time I ever resorted into using my Bankai.'' Aizen apologizes, confirming this is his doing all while smiling. ''I'm quite rusty.''

The gigantic creature swings and thrusts its giant right arm right towards Yugi who vanishes out of the way. He flies upward as the giant sees him and swings its left arm upward and downward in a slamming motion towards him but Yugi extends back his Dragon Blade and charges right towards the monster.

''DRAGONAUN LANCER!'' Thrusting his blade forward, Yugi roars as his Dragon Blade releases a spiral of purple flames around itself and even himself, sharpening into a lance that drills through the arm slamming upon him without stopping moving forward. The mere strength of the attack cracks and shatters through the slamming arm as the energy spear attack penetrates through the giant's upper body; cleaning it half as Yugi emerges on the other side. The giant's upper half crumbles apart as its top pieces fall off the main body and crashes onto the ground.

Yugi breathes as he turns around with a smirk until the main body of the giant body splits apart and becomes numerous smaller versions of the same monster, now surrounding him. The purple-eyed teenager sighs annoyed as the smaller monsters all charge and leap towards him.

''DRAGONAUN TYPHOON BARRIER!'' Swinging his arm forward, Yugi manifests an energy barrier around him but adding wind into it. The smaller building creatures all attack his barrier and it reflects them away. The barrier vanishes as Yugi dashes at the closest one and slashes through it with his blade. He then uses Yin-Yang Dash to appear right in front of each monster, slashing them down too.

Aizen watches with a smile, praising that skill. ''Impressive, however…'' Just as Yugi deals with the last monster, an ice-made serpent dragon suddenly appears behind and as the creature nearly hits him and nearly turns him into ice if Yugi doesn't sense it coming and evades with Yin-Yang Dash to vanish in the last second.

Yugi gets away to see who attacked him and shocks him. ''Captain Hitsugaya-kun?'' The ice dragon floats around the almost undamaged young Shinigami captain, gazing coldly towards him. The Dragon Knight stares confused as he didn't sense him before and now he's engaging-

His words are interrupted by a Sakura Blossom petal flies past him before hundreds suddenly wrap around him like a tornado, which would have shredded him apart but Yugi blasts them with a flap of his wings.

''No, not just him but-'' Yugi utters as a blade nearly beheads him if not for him to vanish and reappear away. He stares down to see all of the Gotei 13 standing against him. ''All the other captains too!''

They soon attack as Sui-Feng gets in front of Yugi, thrusting her wrist blade at his chest twice but Yugi repels the first with his dragon tail smacking her arm away. But before he could do anything else, Yugi vanishes before a torrent of flames and lightning consumes him. He flies around from the flames and electricity from Yamamoto and Ukitake.

''Why the heck are they fighting me?'' Yugi questions mentally, not getting why they're attacking him as he nearly gets cut through by Kenpachi's blade. He breathes heavily, not following why they're attacking him.

''Why are you-'' He tries questioning them until Byakuya quickly answers firmly. ''It is because you are an enemy of Soul Society like your father.''

''No hard feelings. You knew this would happen eventually.'' Shunsui proclaims carefree. Yugi stares at them calmly, frowning as he can accept that logic and knowing full well that they wouldn't side with Aizen.

Yugi clenches his fist, declaring serious. ''I don't buy that! You guys would never join or side with Aizen-kun!'' He can feel their auras aren't right, none of theirs.

The Captains don't answer until Hitsugaya cracks a smirk and answers but his voice is not his. ''You must be confused why the Captains are attacking you?''

Yugi staggers in horror with his voice. Why did his voice sound like-

''You can't feel their auras and yet they seem real, no?'' Ukitake then speaks with the same voice, sounding just like Aizen, as Kenpachi then speaks with the same voice. ''It's quite simple.''

''We are not who you assume we are.'' Shunsui proclaims with the same exact voice. Soon they all begin to alter before Yugi's very eyes as they widen in horror. He witnesses as their bodies and forms morph and transform into Aizen, every one of them being Aizen as they each smile with such calmness yet confidence.

''This is-'' Yugi begins to utter, assuming this is some kind of illusion but immediately he's protested by the main Aizen. ''No.''

''We are all Sosuke Aizen.'' They all said in union. The Dragon Knight is speechless but he wouldn't have time to adjust as each of these Aizen copies fire a different long range Kido blast that Yugi dodges by soaring above them. He growls as he dives downward, moving in fast at the closest Aizen copy and swings his Dragon Blade at him only for the others to surround him instant, each one swinging their sword at all his sides. Sparks fly across the sky as Yugi swings and counter-swings each of the Aizens' swings. It's one thing fighting a single Aizen but he's literally engaging a dozen of them, just as strong and fast as the original. Yugi quickly twirls his body around as his tail swings around and releases a spiral of energy like a twister, blasting them all away.

''So your Bankai lets you-'' Yugi begins theorizing this power only for an Aizen copy to appear behind him and swings his sword downward so that the Dragon Knight turns around rapidly and intercepts the blade. They're in a lock, sparks flying out as the other Aizen copies fly towards Yugi's back but the Dragon Knight flaps his wings and releases the Dragonaun Wingbeat, blasting all the copies away from him. He then bashes the Aizen he's fighting back, pushing him back while he's surrounded by the other Aizen copies.

''How incorrect again, Mutou-kun.'' The Aizen he was clashing announces as he and the other Aizen copies begin to change before Yugi's eyes as they slowly widen them all while the city below slowly drifts and changes to resemble Domino City.

''We are what we wish to become, Yugi-kun.'' That Aizen, now fully transformed into Mew Ichigo with her voice, declares with a smug evil smirk. Yugi has no words, just paralyzed in shock, as the other Aizen copies have become a different member of Team Dragon Knight. This is a literal nightmare.

The fake Mew Ichigo proceeds to fire barrages of Ribbon Strawberry Checks at Yugi who evades them, vanishing and reappearing away from the magical blasts until he's nearly blasted by the fake Danny's Ghost Ray if he didn't somehow dodge out of the way. He then sees the fake Alicia charging at him, thrusting the engulfed fiery lance at her. He responds with a Dragonaun Lancer, thrusting his blade to clash against hers and both explode. Smoke covers the sky as Yugi and multiple Dragon Clones shoot out as they're dodging around the long range attacks of his fake comrades until a fake Kurosaki comes at them, swinging and firing a Getsuga Tensho. 4 of the Dragon Clones join up and block the intense energy wave with the front of their blades but not until a Rasenshuriken soars upward and hits near them, exploding and destroying the clones. The real Yugi watches as another one is thrown at him along with Ghost Bombs and Blue Flame. He evades around them, dodging each one by the inches of touching him until he sees multiple stone pillars upward at him, transmuted by the fake Ed. He cuts through them but then dodges to the left inches from a bullet hitting him. The fake Ruby continues firing more shots alongside Sailor Moon throwing multiple Moon Frisbee along with Wizard's Flame Shooting Strike, Shadow's Chaos Spears, Mew Ichigo's Ribbon Chidori Sharp Spear and Greymon's multiple fireballs. Yugi evades around all the projectiles with afterimages, confusing him, until he's blitzed by the lightning speed of the fake Kojan and then he takes an explosion from the back by the fake Ryan's air slash.

Yugi descends rapidly but he twirls around and flies away, just realizing the others are flying after him too. Not just them, as Blue-Eyes and Red-Eyes dragons unleash their signature attacks as he dodges around them before his downward arm is bashed onto the ground by Neos and Sonic's Homing Attack, crashing downward.

He grunts, on the ground, as he stands up breathing. He looks up as all of his friends are his enemies- well the fakers who are all Aizen. The scary part is that he has access to their abilities and movesets. However, Yugi looks the other way and sees the real Aizen, watching all of this without once moving out of his spot.

''Unbelievable, his copies transformed into your friends with their powers too.'' Yin Dragon comments, irritated by this nonsense with Yang Dragon also taken back by this. ''This cannot be real. To be able to create copies that act like the originals but still act like him. It's like…''

''It is a strange ability. You think so too, Yugi?'' Atem asks Yugi who agrees with him, replying telepathically. ''Yea, it is a dangerous ability-''

''PARTNER, GET AWAY FROM HIM!'' The tricolor head widens his eyes as Atem floats beside him in his spirit form. He just realizes the other was visible- Crap.

Yugi nearly dodges to the right as a blade was inches from stabbing through him and instead cuts the side of his face. A streak of blood drops across the side of Yugi's left cheek as he glares madly at the fake Atem.

''Surprised? What gave it away?'' The fake Atem questions him before he transforms and becomes another Aizen, smirking softly.

The Dragon Knight pants as he's now understanding this Bankai.

''Those monsters, these copies of you are able to become anyone with no auras, and the change of environment at will...'' Yugi begins theorizing, facing the real Aizen up in the sky, before he concludes. ''Your Bankai, instead of controlling the 5 senses, can manipulate reality.''

''… Manipulate, no.'' The real Aizen slowly responds as all the fakes finish his lines. ''Create reality, yes.''

Yugi glares madly to Aizen's amusement, reminding him with such confidence. ''Didn't I tell you already? This is MY illusionary world. This is Zettai no Kyoka Suigetsu; the world of Illusionary Reality.'' He pauses as the day becomes night, then an eclipse setting before becoming a sunset and resumes explaining. ''Everything within my world, except for those within my world, allows me to reform, create, destroy, transform and establish anything in my liking.''

The environment suddenly changes into the Seireitei, except it is godlier in appearance with a grand statue of Aizen in the center. He then alters it back to Domino except the whole city is within Las Noches palace.

''In other words; I am the God of this world and soon I shall be one for reality itself.'' Aizen declares proudly as sunlight shines down upon him. ''You should be honored for Kyoka Suigetsu to cooperate with me and convince me to use my Bankai. The last I used it was against Darkus, your father and Dragonic.''

Yugi startles by the last name; Dragonic. He recalls that name from Shadow Knight; being someone who trains Dragon Knights. So he fought him too?

''You should have the privilege, the very admiration, to stare before the godly power of Zettai no Kyoka Suigetsu before your existence fades away.'' Aizen proclaims as the fake version of Team Dragon Knight charged at the Dragon Knight who engages them.

Yugi clashes blades against both the fake Kojan and Ryan, parrying their slashes as he then ducks and swings downward against Kurosaki's blade but it gets blocked by the fake Alicia's shield. Ed leaps off her shield, diving downward with a spinning swing from his wrist blade and hammer. Yugi side-steps and then leaps in a backflip, flapping his wings, to shoot himself into the air to evade the swings. However, the fake Alicia leaps up at him with a thrusting lance strike except Yugi's dragon tail wraps around it and he twirls around, throwing and crashing her into the ground. Yugi lands as he immediately dodges a thrusting blade from the fake Wizard, coming at him. He engages him, sparks flying out between their weapons though the Dragon Knight struggles with how swift and fast even the fake Wizard is, twirling and attacking quickly. But Yugi is still able to keep up and bashes a strong punch that sends him pushed backwards.

The fake Wizard brushes off the damage as he and the others all quickly surround the knight in all directions before they charge at the same time at him. Yugi quickly uses Dragonaun Omnislash by spinning, repelling all of them off him only to evade a speedy fast punch from Danny and then nearly gets gut punched by Neos if he doesn't vanish. He gets back only to nearly get punched by the fake Mew Ichigo and then she follows it with a spinning roundhouse kick that Yugi catches her boot and throws her on top of Neos. The fake Danny U-turns right back at him but Yugi vanishes and kicks his fake away across the chest before kicking him away. The fake Naruto then dives downward at him, using Frog Kumite which Yugi is forced to dodge, evading the strikes and worse as the fake Wizard joins in, firing his magic bullets. The Dragon Knight guards- no, he wraps his tail around the fake Naruto and throws him towards the bullets which they fly around him, giving Yugi time to swing a Dragonaun Saber until he panics and his tail swings and wraps around Ruby's leg who appears right behind him, already in mid-swinging her scythe at his backhead. Yugi lifts the tail, launching her away before he uses a combination of Dragonaun Geyser with his left hand and Dragonaun Lancer with his blade against both Naruto's Massive Rasengan and Wizard's Flame Slash Strike. The attacks collide but Yugi penetrates through it before he's gut punched by Shadow's Chaos Fist and then Blue Tornado by Sonic, sending him in the direction of Sailor Moon's Moon Spiral Heart Attack, both fake Jonouchi and Kaiba's dragon attacks and Greymon's Mega Flame.

Acting fast, Yugi uses Instant Transmission, vanishing and reappearing above the only aura he can feel; Aizen's. The real Aizen looks up to see Yugi smirking, somersaulting and performing a downward Dragonaun Aether until he's literally kicked away by Wizard's Kick Finish Strike, cracking his bones and sending him crashing through a building.

Yugi gasps in pain, already regenerating but his body feels torn apart from that one kick. If not for his regeneration, he would have been paralyzed forever.

''Remind me to never take another Rider Kick like that again.'' Grunting as blood pours from his mouth, Yugi asks kindly to his partners as he stands up, still shaken up. He dashes out of the building, still noticing that Aizen hasn't moved at all. He stares technically and soon realizes that maybe his Bankai binds him from moving?

He has to test it as he dodges a combination of Getsuga Tensho, Chaos Spear and Ghost Rays by spiraling around and then twirling his body around to nearly evade a thrown Rasenshuriken as he takes aim with his Dragon Blade at Aizen. Yugi is then intercepted by the fake Mew Ichigo, thrusting a Ribbon Chidori at him. He dodges around the blitzing strikes of the fake cat girl, trying to keep stabbing at him with multiple U-turn attacks as well as the fake Shadow and Sonic's Homing Attacks as well as sniper shots from the fake Ruby. Yugi still evades their attacks until he repels them with a tail whip, smacking her away as he takes aim with his blade at Aizen once more.

''DRAGONAUN BURST!'' He roars, firing his particle energy beam at Aizen… only for the attack to dissolve and fade away to his shock.

Aizen smiles humorously as he then reveals another detail about his Bankai. ''I should also warn you that any of your energy attacks are also part of my world, thus I can alter them to my liking.''

Yugi glares, as he comes at him only for Aizen to manifest Hyorinmaru with his thoughts. He panics as the ice dragon roars, ramming itself at him but Yugi dodges and slashes it on the sides with a Dragonaun Saber, cutting through it. However, Aizen then manifests a blast of Senbonzakura that Yugi releases a Dragon Release: Dragon Fire Technique to burn the Sakura Blossoms blades.

''And every technique I've seen; I can create its own variant.'' Aizen then reveals, snapping his fingers from his left hand without raising it and unleashes Flame Alchemist flames but the fire is that of Ryujin Jakka. Yugi panics as he dodges out of the way, panting only to notice that he's surrounded by his fake comrades.

''And also every form I've seen; I can also create.'' Aizen then proclaims as almost every one of the fake group changes into stronger forms from Hollow transformed Kurosaki, howling, as does the 4-Tailed Naruto. They fire a combination of multiple rapid fire Ceros and Tailed Beast Bombs at who dodges as the building behind him erupts and explodes. He tries to get regroup as he's then bash left to right by Super Sonic and Super Shadow, zig-zagging Homing Attack him like a ping pong ball before he's sent flying towards Wizard Flame Dragon and Mew Ichigo Inner Tiger form, firing a combination blast at him but Yugi forms a Dragon Clone and his clone throws him upward into the air as the clone is consumed by the blast instead.

''It is meaningless to fight my Bankai who can become all and be all.'' Aizen proclaims with a small smirk, going to achieve his victory. ''Revel at your hopelessness.''

Yugi looks down at him, being launched into the air as he's looking at him and not doing anything. He hasn't moved. That means his Bankai doesn't let him move, it's the only explanation.

''If his Bankai doesn't let him move, then…'' Formalizing that this is his only chance to attack him, Yugi charges forward at him not going to let this past down.

Aizen sees this and smirks as the fake Team Dragon Knight intercepts, each one firing a Cero at him. Yugi dodges around the instant fast beams, extending his Dragon Blade to the sides as it's consumed in bright energy, gaining its great energy sword blade.

''DRAGONAUN SABER!'' Yugi roars, performing a mid-swing as he moves faster with Yin-Yang Dash, slashing through most of the fake copies. The rest charge at him as Yugi twirls his blade and roars passionately. ''DRAGONAUN OMNISLASH!'' He combines this with the still active Dragonaun Saber, slashing down the other fakes down into shreds.

Just Aizen left, Yugi uses Instant Transmission, vanishing before Aizen only to reappear behind him, thrusting his Dragon Blade as its energy surrounding the blade wraps and spins into its lance form.

''DRAGONAUN LANCER!'' Yugi roars loudly, thrusting his speared energy blade right at him. With this attack, he can-

''How naïve. You left yourself wide open.'' Uttering out as Yugi widens his eyes as Aizen turns around and raises his sword arm, aiming it in a blocking motion, one-handed, against Yugi's attack. ''Bakudo #39: Enkosen.''

The sword glows and a dull yellow, spinning energy disk manifests around the sword. It collides and blocks Yugi's attack. The tricolor head is startled as he just moved but only his body twirling and his arms. This is still possible as he roars, thrusting his blade forward against the shield. It begins to crack and shatters but it weakens Yugi's attack for Aizen to manifest the El Escudo, easily reflecting and shattering the energy lance.

This stuns Yugi as Aizen proclaims, seeing through to his plan. ''So you realize I cannot move from my spot, have you?''

The Dragon Knight glares as Aizen smiles, actually impressed he noticed that and took advantage, almost.

''This is the price of my Bankai; the ability to not move with the exception of my arms and most of my body but for someone such as I…'' Aizen begins to proclaim as he struggles to raise his left hand towards Yugi's stomach. ''It is just an inconvenience.'' Raising that finger, swirls of electricity fly out as he utters out. ''Hado #4: Byakurai.''

Yugi doesn't have time to react as Aizen fires a powerful bolt of lightning that penetrates through him. He gasps in agony, blood pouring from his mouth as is the large hole in his stomach.

''Hado #32: Okasen.'' Not done as he raises his free hand, Aizen proclaims and generates a powerful, arc shaped yellow blast that connects and its force sends Yugi crashing onto the side of a building. Aizen fully turns to face him, not able to move on the spot he's floating on but like he said, this wasn't an issue.

''If I wanted to beat you with my Bankai alone, I would be doing a disservice.'' Aizen proclaims, not going to accept anything else but his victory through his skills and powers. He raises his left hand towards his direction, generating a burst of cracking yellow energy from his palm.

''Bakudo #30: Shitotsu Sansen.'' He proclaims, manifesting the energy into an inverted yellow triangle as it also creates smaller triangles in each of its 3 points. The three smaller triangles are fired right at Yugi, getting off the wall only to be pinned down by the triangles right back to that wall.

He gasps as the triangles are really solid and keep his regenerating body from moving.

''C-can't…'' Yugi tries uttering, not able to move.

Aizen smiles as he focuses on the triangle floating in his hand, morphing it into a blue-white glowing rod.

''Bakudo #62: Hyapporankan.'' He chants, throwing the rod right towards Yugi which it begins to multiply on its own, becoming over a hundred rods raining down and stabbing across Yugi's body all while he screams in agony. He's badly pinned, not able to move.

''Bakudo #63: Sajo Sabaku.'' Aizen then chants, raising his hand and squeezes it as yellow energy shines. This manifests a very thick rope that binds and wraps tightly across the upper body of Yugi's body. He hisses in agony, not able to move at all.

''I-I can't…'' He utters, not able to move at all. He feels like he has no movement and yet feels nothing but pain.

"Your bonds in your friends fueled my power, thus concluding what I said before about trust." Aizen begins to tell the constructed Yugi, unable to do anything but to watch and listen. "Trust in others requires them to seek out someone superior. Your friends seek you, the superior one. But anyone can be the superior one and my Bankai reveals such a fact. And thus why this order is wrong."

Yugi glares madly, trying to move in struggle to prove him wrong. Aizen has enjoyed this game but why this must end. After all, the throne awaits for him.

''It's been fun, Yugi Mutou-kun…'' Aizen begins to proclaim, raising his left hand. ''I don't intend to forget you.'' As black-purple sphere forms across his left index fingertip, swirling around rapidly and chaotic. ''But this game is over."

Yugi glares unease as Aizen tells him with a smile. ''In the next life; tell your father I wished he wasn't killed by that entity.'' He raises his finger up as swirls of purple-black energy spiraling around him. ''Farewell.''

The Dragon Knight watches helpless, thinking he's failed, that he's reached his limit.

''Is this really… how far…'' He asks himself, gazing scared as Aizen utters out calmly. ''Hado #90…'' As the same energy envelops Yugi by the powerful gravitation push as the energy manifests into a large box with multiple spears through it. ''Kurohitsugi.''

Commercial Break:

Shinji can only watch helplessly to even save Takao's son as Aizen has engulfed him in his strongest Kido. It's just another reminder of each one of his many failures. His comrades that were experimented to become what they are and exiled, his lacking in not seeing Aizen for who he is, Takao's death and now this.

''Are we actually…'' He begins to utter in despair, thinking this is actually over. ''Going to watch the kid die like this?'' He grits his teeth before he yells out enraged. "DAMN IT!''

Jonouchi and Honda groans madly, not able to do anything either or Masaya who frowns.

''Yugi…'' Anzu just utters, feeling a sense of dread succumbing to her.

Kaiba glares firmly, knowing full well Yugi will not lose like this. If he does- even then, he refuses to admit he has lost.

Mew Ichigo, however, stands straight as well as her arms while her hands balled into fists with her wrists bent at ninety-degree angles so as to project her fists outward in opposite directions; her shoulders will be bunched up to help emphasize this. Meanwhile, her facial expression, while conveying annoyance or displeasure at this scene.

''… This is nothing to him.'' Shinji startles, turning to the cat girl who raises her hands, manifesting her Strawberry Bell. She starts firing Ribbon Strawberry Checks against the mirror reflecting barrier, over and over, as none of her attacks could even make a scratch through its flawless surface. And yet, Mew Ichigo doesn't stop as she keeps firing over and over, almost like she's mimicking a heartbeat.

"Why can't people get it already? It's not about having more power, or being the strongest or abilities..." She begins to proclaim, fully aware that Aizen is a scary guy with so much more power and yet he's the one underestimating her hero who has the greatest strength of all. "It's someone who doesn't want more destruction and will fight for everyone at the same time. It's someone who loves and befriends many to protect what they believe in."

She keeps firing, not caring that her attack can't penetrate the barrier as her eyes lift up passionately towards the reflection of the one person who risks everything to save her smile over and over.

"Yugi-kun, I know you can hear me not by my voice, but through our connected hearts." She begins to speak out, knowing her voice may never reach him but also knows this feeling in her very heart will. ''No matter what struggles and pain you go through; you are never alone, Nya. Because this heartbeat, the beats of everyone who believes and cares for you, my love for you…'' She tears up and smiles passionately and generously before yelling out happily. ''IS ETERNAL! SO DON'T LET HIM BEAT YOU, YUGI-KUN!"

She continues firing, her attacks beating like her very heart…

Yugi thinks this is over, not able to move as the gravitation penetration of Aizen's Kido is going to-

His thoughts are interrupted when he hears something. It's not something he can see to know what it is and it's not even a sound visible to all. It's something, throbbing directly into his very heart. He isn't sure what it was, not even sure how it reached his thoughts… but this beating… not his own heart; it's not of Aizen or is it evil. This heart beat is gentle yet sweet, brave yet loving. And soon he knows who it is, causing the Dragon Knight to smile.

''Ichigo-kun…'' He expresses, happily even in his grim situation. That's right, his bonds hasn't given up on him and he can feel this warm, this love burning within his very soul. ''Ah, I hear you clearly…''

Reminded of her, reminded of what he promised her; Yugi glares strongly as his body begins to glow a red aura with white and black sparks. He focuses, not caring if this is Aizen's world or if he's that powerful; he vowed he would return home with everyone, especially Ichigo. He didn't come here to die; he came to win for the future he wants for everyone.

His feelings respond as Yugi lets out a roar as the aura expands, engulfing the black-purple world around him and even melting the restraints off his body. ''RRAAAWWWWW!''

Aizen soon feels it with a surprise expression. He watches as the coffin box of Kurohitsugi literally cracks through as enormous energy leaks out like a dam with cracks from the massive side of the ocean it's containing. He watches, visibly shocked as the cracks continue to expand, slowly shattering his strongest technique.

''Impossible.'' He utters as the black box soon tears apart and dissolves by the energy exploding and quickly fading. What emerges, panting softly, is Yugi with his right dragon eye, glowing and staring seriously towards the villainous Shinigami.

Aizen is utterly stunned by this as he asks in awe. ''How did you escape all those Kido Restrains and Kurohitsugi?''

Yugi doesn't answer as his eyes are suddenly seeing something that only he can see. He sees a vision, one a long drawn battle as two figures battle in sync against a bunch of demonic-like beings in silhouette. One of them resembles a female princess with a pair of cat ears and tail and the other is a male knight with dragon wings and tail. They fight together as they raise their sword and staff, crossing them to emit a surge of energy before it becomes an energy serpent dragon similar to the Dragonaun Tengoku but much larger.

''Do you still believe in our Eternal Bond?'' The bright silhouette of the princess asks softly to the knight, lifting her hand towards him but to Yugi, it was his first point of view that he was watching it from the unknown knight's view.

Soon everything returns to normal for him. Yugi breathes confused but oddly that awakened something in him. Right now, he glares down at Aizen, telling him calmly yet irritated. ''I disagree about your ideals. You're really strong and your world is frighteningly powerful but I have friends and her voice is always guiding me.''

He soon smiles, taking on a swordsman as he raises his Dragon Blade forward with both hands.

''This is a fake world, it has no connection to the bonds that binds me, who are the foundation of who I am. It's what empowers me, who drives me forward to believe in the goodness of the world. As long as I have that, as long as her light and hope shines on me, then this world of yours…'' Yugi begins to proclaim as his eyes glow in such fiery energy that it wraps and consumes him. ''WILL NEVER BEAT ME!''

Aizen watches speechless as his eyes widen as the flames wrapping around Yugi take the form that resembles his Balance Breaker, opening its fangs and roars so powerfully that the world around them shakes and even cracks the fake sky above them.

''W-where did all this power come from?'' Aizen questions, actually sweating as this power is unheard of. Soon the flaming being charges and dissolves with Yugi charging at him, fully healed and his energy restored. What felt strange was the thin silver aura over his Yin-Yang Dragon aura. Aizen panics as he resummons the fake Team Dragon Knight, charging at him.

Yugi wastes no time, slashing down Kojan and Ryan coming at him with Dragonaun Saber which has such unseen movement like a blur before swinging his blade forward and slashes down a few other fakes.

Fourth Tailed Naruto and Hollowified Ichigo fire a bigger combination of their Tailed Beast Bomb and Cero at Yugi who, without his body responding, finds himself dodging the beams with Yin-Yang Dash. He blitzes through the two, slashing them apart with unseen Dragonaun Omnislashes.

He then charges forward as Alicia fires a bigger Blue Flame along with Danny using Ghostly Wail, Shadow's Chaos Blast, Sonic's Blue Tornado, Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon's Ultimate Burst and Black Skull Dragon's Meteor Flare. Yugi glares as he extends forward his Dragon Blade, quickly consumed in flames that spiral and spin rapidly.

''DRAGONAUN DRILL LANCER!'' Yugi roars as the flames become a massive, drill-spinning lance as he flies faster right through their attacks. He grunts, trying to push forward and does so, penetrating through their attacks before his drill energy lance shreds through his fake friends all while his left hand is glowing.

As he's closing in to Aizen, the fake Mew Ichigo in her monstrous Inner Tiger form slashes down the energy lance to attack Yugi except her eyes widen as Yugi thrusts his left hand across her chest, manifesting a Dragonaun Rasengan and slams it across her chest.

''DRAGONAUN ULTRA RASENGAN!'' He roars as the powered-up five-point star shaped attack expands and explodes, destroying the fake cat girl.

Yugi glares at Aizen who smirks, creating multiple copies of himself, over a dozen.

''You don't really think you could beat all of my-'' Aizen begins to taunt Yugi until he uses Instant Transmission, vanishing and reappearing across multiple places till he appears above the sky. He even combines the vanishing with Dragon Clones, creating 9 clones for each spot that he vanished. Aizen looks around before he notices all the Dragon Clones and the real Yugi appear in all directions before they charge at the real one.

''You just don't learn.'' Aizen proclaims as his copies each use powerful Kido blasts, shooting down the clones and the original as they all swirl around the attacks. However, the copies fire more widespread Kido spells, beginning to shoot down the clones as the last Yugi makes more, still charging at the original.

''Against me, you are fighting an Infinite Army. It is utterly-'' Aizen begins to tell him how hopeless this is but Yugi protests loudly. ''You're the one who doesn't get it!''

The Dragon Clones fire back Dragonaun Burst, countering the Aizen army's own long range attacks until they fire stronger ones, nearly consuming the sky in their attacks. The clones were all destroyed but the original still emerges.

''I'm never going to give up because I promised my dad, my mom, Ichigo-kun and everyone else that I would continue being who I am and to protect our futures!'' Yugi begins shouting, having the promises of so many behind his back as he somersaults, sticking out his right foot as swirls of purple flames wrap around the leg. ''I will… Become the Dragon Knight who protects the future! And beat down people like you!''

The purple flames erupt into black and white flames as Yugi shouts passionately with the flames becoming 3 dragon heads, roaring. ''YIN-YANG DRAGONAUN IMPACT!'' The Aizen copies keep firing but Yugi's attack devours those attacks as he dives past the Aizen copies, each one also consumed by the energy dragons of his attack.

The real Aizen can't help but crack a smirk of humor as Yugi is about to reach the original.

''Naïve. Hado #1: Sho.'' Uttering out as he lifts his left index finger, Aizen proclaims as he releases a powerful kinetic force so powerfully that Yugi is suddenly frozen in place. He grunts, going to break free-

''Bakudo #79: Kuyo Shibari.'' Aizen then proclaims, creating eight black holes with purple outlines as they all surround Yugi across his body with a ninth black hole manifesting itself in Yugi's chest. He panics, completely immobilized by the pressure of these spheres' spiritual energy.

Aizen smiles as he soon proclaims confidently. ''With this final attack, Takao Mutou's ideals end.'' He raises his Zanpakuto hand forward with his left gripping onto that arm and proceeds to chant. "Limit of the thousands hands, respectful hands, unable to touch the darkness. Shooting hands unable to reflect the blue sky. The road that basks in light, the wind that ignited the embers, time that gathers when both are together, there is no need to be hesitant, obey my orders. Light bullets, eight bodies, nine items, book of heaven, diseased treasure, great wheel, gray fortress tower. Aim far away, scatter brightly and cleanly when fired."

Yugi watches in shock that as Aizen chants, forming around him are 10 pink energy points that grow and expand largely.

''Hado #91: Senju Koten Taiho!'' Aizen proclaims as the orbs fire forward at the Dragon Knight. He smirks as he only had 2 of the orbs hit Yugi directly and shine, releasing an exceeding devastating explosion. Aizen watches this, closing his eyes as he wished this didn't have to end like this.

''… It's finally-'' Aizen begins to utter out, ensuring his victory until a burst of massive energy generates from behind him. Dismay by this, he turns around and his eyes widen. He witnesses Yugi, the real one and smirking softly, raising his Dragon Blade with both his hands as the blade is engulfed in raging purple flames with a hint of a golden aura outline around it.

''ETERNAL…'' Yugi begins to utter, the purple flames slowly transformed into red crimson flames that burn so hotly that the air in this world is being vaporized. ''DRAGONAUN…'' Squeezing his grip on his blade, the flames slowly took the shape of a dragon's serpent body, surrounding around Yugi as if it was a tall building and roaring furiously.

Aizen now realized those Dragon Clones along with that transportation technique were a distraction for the real Yugi to slip away and charge up this attack unnoticed until-

''TENGOKU!'' Swinging his blade forward at his hardest as the flames vanished, Yugi roars determinedly as his blade shines and explodes, blasting out a particle, mega-Tsunami energy wave that reshapes to take the form of a massive, red crimson energy dragon. It roars destructive, shaking the world as it flies and consumes all the fakes of Team Dragon Knight and proceeds to come right at Aizen.

Aizen raises his left hand, using his Bankai to dissolve- However, he panics as the massive dragon is still coming at him. ''It didn't work!'' He questions loudly to himself, horrified as his Bankai isn't strong enough to stop this.

Not having any options, Aizen quickly redirects his remaining orbs at full speed towards the massive energy dragon, colliding and exploding themselves upon the attack. He slowly smiles, thinking he-

Soon a roar echoes to Aizen's dismay as the massive energy dragon rams through the smoke, devouring the Forbidden Kido and empowering it further.

''Bakudo #81: Danku!'' Yelling out, Aizen immediately manifests a transparent white upward rectangle-shaped barrier just as the energy dragon rams itself right through the barrier, clearly too powerful to be stopped.

''T-this is not…'' Aizen utters as he tries to stop it with Millon Escudo against this attack but the dragon just consumes it and Aizen. He groans in such intense pain, completely unable to get away even if he could as the energy dragon rams him across the fake sky, cracking and shattering it apart and it's too much for him. ''POSSIBLE!''

In the outside world, the dome cracks with red energy leaking out rapidly. Mew Ichigo puts up her barrier as the others get away as the mirror dome soon shatters and blasting upward is the massive energy dragon, roaring as it dives down and hits away from everyone and explodes as a massive red crimson pillar of energy that pierces upward outside Earth's astrosphere, seen across that sector in space.

The large pillar only lasts for a second, fading away but completely erasing the area it exploded, away from any lives. Yamamoto watches this, speechless by this.

''The kid… he actually…'' Shinji utters astonished yet overwhelmed. Mew Ichigo just smiles warmly, staring up to see the flapping wings of her hero, soaring up in the sky.

Everyone else had witnessed that firework and the Dragon Knight standing the victory. Gin is actually that surprised that he opens his light blue eyes, uttering out. ''That boy, he just defeated…''

Darkus grins evilly that even though he knew Aizen would win; he also had a feeling the brat wouldn't give up and somehow win. He was proven right, actually praising Yugi. ''You have yet to disappoint me, brat.''

''Oh, the Dragon Knight boy had become stronger…'' Evangeline even praises the child, watching from above with a small smirk as it shows her fangs. ''Maybe next time, we'll actually have a real fight.''

Kojan watches this in disbelief. He beat that Aizen with his Bankai and from what he knows; that man is greatly powerful for any Shinigami. How? How did I pull it off?

''Yugi, he just gets stronger and stronger…'' He tells himself, finding this all as a dream. How? He was stronger than him a month ago. How did he become so much stronger to overpowered the strongest Arrancars and then their boss so easily? He wants to be happy and yet the part of him that needs power is disgusted by this, squeezing his fist tightly. He feels weaker, much weaker knowing Madara is out there and Yugi, the only means to become stronger with his sword; is surpassing him. Is this… his despair coming out?

Jenny sighs of relief, happy to see him safe. Sometimes, he just worries her more than she should take it. She'll hit him with a pan later, but for now she's happy.

Breathing hotly, Yugi looks at his Dragon Blade, taken back by that Eternal Dragonaun Tengoku. He had another vision and just knew how to create the attack. But why did he-

''Yugi-kun!'' His thoughts are interrupted, looking down and sees her, waving her arm with a big, bright smile across her face. He blushes as he vanishes and reappears in front of her, startling the cat girl.

Yugi looks at her suspiciously, focusing on his aura to tell if this is her and not the illusion. However, yes; it was her to his relief.

''Sorry, I just want to be sure I'm not part of his illusion or you're a fake and just another Aizen that-'' He begins to apologize about scaring her like that until the cat girl leans up to his face and kisses him across the lips, passionately.

''I-Ichigo-'' Yugi begins to utter with a bright face… until she pulls back and then pinches his right cheek, twisting it so hard that he shrieks in pain. Ichigo grins cat-like, telling him peppy. ''Nope, this is the one and only Ichigo Momomiya, at your service Nya!''

He looks at her and just smiles warmly, happy to hear that. He then says, recalling that moment he was a goner. ''Thank you, Ichigo-kun. I needed to hear your voice.''

She blushes warmly, happy that she did reach him, responding. ''Always Nya.''

The two stare at each other, warmly before Yugi proclaims, still feeling Darkus fighting Kojan and the others in trouble. ''Ichigo-kun, let's finish off these jerks and finally take you home.''

Mew Ichigo smirks, responding back strongly. ''My thoughts exactly Nya!'' She then immediately asks him, curious about Aizen's condition. ''So Aizen is knocked out badly?''

''Yup! He won't be-'' Yugi begins to tell her, pretty sure he won't be moving or waking up anytime soon after taking that attack-

''An adorable scene from two lovers.'' The two immediately freeze up, panicking. They turn around and look up, staring in horror to see there, floating with a smug smile even with his partly damaged-torn clothes, Aizen as he says. ''Quite a priceless scene.''

Yugi has a stunned expression, not believing he was seeing. He hit him with that much stronger Dragonaun Tengoku. There's no way he would have taken such an attack like that?

''Y-YOU SAID HE WAS KNOCKED OUT, YUGI-KUN?!'' Mew Ichigo yells out in terror at her boyfriend. Yugi looks at her just as terrified, not having any clue how this is possible either. Ichigo understands his face clearly and panics even more before she yells at Aizen in protest. ''HOW ARE YOU STILL STANDING NYA!''

Aizen just smiles as he answers her. ''How? Why I must thank you for your love to Mutou-kun, Ichigo Momomiya.''

The cat girl blinks, really confused and not at all following him. Aizen closes his eyes, relaxing before he tells them. ''To think something so mysterious and fragile like love gave such marvelous power to the Dragon Knight. It was astonishing…''

He recalls his last moment of the Eternal Dragonaun Tengoku going to likely damage him heavily or worse, kill him… until he notices the Hogyoku glowing in his chest. He soon realizes that the Hogyoku had responded to Yugi's desire and believe in his bonds but most of all; his love. Even though the explosion of Yugi's attack hit him nonetheless, the Hogyoku healed all the damage he took and restored him.

''So much so that the Hogyoku…'' Aizen resumes in proclaiming as he opens up his torn up shirt-like long coat from Yugi's attack and reveals the very glowing crystal in the center of his chest. ''Needed to protect its one true master.''

The couple are shocked in dismay by the strange thing in his chest, resembling a miniature space.

''I-Is that a crystal orb in your chest Nya?'' Mew Ichigo questions, utterly shocked by what the hell is that. Yugi does too until he recalls that name he said and it clicks. ''Wait, the same Hogyoku-''

''Yes, the very same.'' Aizen interrupts, affirming those very suspicions as he feels its power coursing through his body. ''Now I am now a step close from reaching the throne I desire. You have my thanks.''

Yugi glares, raising his Dragon Blade forward except he's panting. He used up a lot of his energy in his Bankai's dimension and more with the Eternal Dragonaun Tengoku like he fired two of the original instead. Mew Ichigo notices Yugi's drained face and hisses, raising her Strawberry Bell at Aizen, going to protect him now.

Aizen looks at him and just can't help but see how similar they are to Takao and Miyu. How fitting too. However, as much as wishes to resume their fight; something has been bothering him and it was time to uncover this uneasiness.

''But before we finish our fight…'' Aizen suddenly proclaims as he lowers his arms with his left hand in his pocket while staring down at Yugi and says. ''I am intrigued by your growth, Yugi. It's not just your spirit and resolve but your power, that ever-growing potential. Not even Takao possessed such power. And no, I am not referring to those within you but rather how they are just an extension of your power.''

Yugi glares calmly, not surprised that he knows about Yin-Yang Dragon… though extension is a strange word to call them. Why would he-

''To have such a link- such bonds with them… I wonder…'' Aizen then ponders, recalling something that Takao once said about the Dragons of Destruction and Creation and Sir Dragonaun and soon that connection thins closer to his theory.

''I wonder if you could answer me why your partner and you have similar appearance and strong connections…'' Aizen then questions, narrowing his eyes at Yugi but most importantly, at the Millennium Puzzle dangling around Yugi's neck. ''From that tablet of your past history, Nameless Pharaoh.''

Yugi widens his eyes, taking back that he knows about Atem. Then again, his copy turned into Atem back there in his Bankai's dimension. But how does he know about him or the Ancient Tablet?

''He has nothing to say to-'' Yugi begins to argue madly until the Millennium Puzzle glows and Yugi's body reverts back to his base form and Atem takes control, vanishing the Dragon Sword from his hands.

''What do you want with me, Sosuke Aizen?'' The Pharaoh responds firmly, his arms crossed. Mew Ichigo gasps, uttering. ''It's him Nya.''

Jonouchi and the others run up to see them with Anzu uttering puzzled. ''Why is Atem taking control now?''

Even Yugi is shocked, now in spirit form. Atem wouldn't take control… unless he too wants to hear what Aizen has to say.

Aizen smiles softly, gazing at the man who looks identical to the Dragon Knight but most importantly that he's not in that Burst Limit form.

''How interesting. It seems you can't take control of Yugi's body while he's in his Burst Limit.'' He concludes, finding it amusing while Atem glares, silent and stern.

Aizen just smiles as he also concludes. ''It confirms a suspicion though; you were never a Dragon Knight… And yet, from legends involving you; you possessed great power that not even your father, the previous Pharaoh, never had.''

The Pharaoh just glares more firmly. Even the others are puzzled as Kaiba scoffs, finding it curious why Aizen knows that. Other than the groupies; no one else but Zorc should know such details. So why does he?

''Your light, your power to bend fate; that cannot alone come from the Millennium Puzzle around your neck.'' Aizen explicates the power Atem wields to control Fate, viewing it a few times through Ulquiorra spying and recording the moment and realizes it has no connection to the Millennium Item he treasures. Atem still glares calmly, not sure what does that have to do with-

''No, that power comes from another source. And yet it links back to your partner-'' Aizen then proclaims, seeing in those same recordings how Yugi defines Fate in his duel, changing it into an outcome of his victory and soon it clicked back then. He smiles, calmly correcting his statement. ''No, your reincarnation.''

Time freezes as everyone present or nearby like Kojan and Darkus are all in complete shock by the revelation. Kaiba is also paralyzed by this while Ichigo, being the calmest, narrows her eyes at the Pharaoh. Now that he said it; it does… make a lot of sense and why she can't bring herself to call the Pharaoh by his real name. Yes, she's not dumb about keeping forgetting that name; it's just not the right name to call someone who looks like Yugi but isn't. It doesn't feel right to her like a part of her tells her no.

Yugi is more horrified, looking at his partner and… and he's just overwhelmed by how… Was that true? Was he- Is he…

''You…'' Atem utters furiously with Aizen smiling, doing the damage he wanted as he proclaims. ''Two people who look identical, who share a body, who understand each other and it was Yugi who solved your puzzle where none could. Even you must find that impossible odds, no?''

Atem still glares furious, refusing to admit anything.

''Legend said you died as your soul was sealed to contain the evil powers of the dark god, Zorc Necrophades.'' Aizen then reveals what he knows of the Nameless Pharaoh's story, aware that he sealed the Dark God within his puzzle to save the world and yet if he died at a young age before even having a child; it confirms his suspicion about him and Yugi. ''Could it not be possible that you split your soul, one half used for that seal while the other would one day be reincarnated?''

The Pharaoh still gazes calmly as in the back of his mine; he recalls the last moments of when he attempted to seal Zorc within the Millennium Puzzle along with himself. He knew the risk; he knew what was needed for the world… but he also feared that Zorc would one day awaken too. And then an offer was given to him, one he would forget until his memories were restored.

''I wonder if the one who helped you for that seal and the split of your soul…'' Aizen then theorizes with a small grin who helped the Pharaoh all those millennia ago, the only one capable of helping him. ''Was a purple dragon.''

Atem staggers heavily, recalling the one who gave him the offer. Even Shinji is shocked that Aizen brought up Dragonic of all people. How does he-

Suddenly his body shifts and Yugi is back in full control, resuming Burst Limit mode as his dragon eyes glare annoyed at him. He has a lot to ask Atem but right now he should deal with him.

''Get to the point, please!'' Yugi orders him coldly, more than irritated by his questions. Aizen smiles, amazed how polite he is even when furious and confused.

''As I've said, you and the Pharaoh are no doubt one and the same is all. Makes so much sense, no? And yet it doesn't explain why he was not a Dragon Knight with his powers and yet you did. Your connection runs past blood but soul-to-soul, through a reincarnation cycle.'' Aizen resumes back to his main theory how his powers and Yugi's are very much aligned.

''… What are you insinuating?'' Yugi says, still coldly yet uneasy about his reply. Even Mew Ichigo notices the shift in Yugi's tone.

''That if you and the Nameless Pharaoh are so linked to each other and yet he never became a Dragon Knight but possess great power that only a knight would have, that just means you two are possibly a reincarnation of another who was a Dragon Knight and one mighty that the only other person I can think of that would oppose him…'' Aizen begins to finish his hypothesis with another link. ''Would be Sufferess.''

Yugi widens his eyes as does Shinji. How the hell does that psychopath have to do-

''And that person I am finally referring to must be the first Dragon Knight, Sir Dragonaun.'' Aizen finally reveals his truth, leaving Yugi paralyzed. Everything just freezes up for him as he looks at the Dragon Blade. He has a moment to reflect, going back to the first time he met Sir Dragonaun, the whole Dark Yugi test, his words from his first battle against Maximilian and most importantly; his showdown against him to claim the true Burst Limit power. But… no, he can't be- He's nothing like himself or Atem! How the hell is someone who tormented him the way he did would be even his no less Atem's reincarnation. He feels like Kaiba right now; disgusted that a past self like him could exist.

Aizen soon begins to cackle a bit, realizing something that will break him further. ''I see now. I see why the Darkness Emperor went to the trouble of trying to find your family.'' He gazes at Yugi. ''Takao Mutou was never Sufferess' real target; it was you.''

This hit Yugi harder, his resolve nearly shattering that it was him who- who… No… why? That can't-

Shinji hears enough and yells out madly. ''THAT'S ENOUGH! TAKAO WAS YOUR DAMN FRIEND! DON'T-''

''And why…'' Aizen calmly interrupts, smiling softly as he reveals his final statement. ''Our dear Dark Lord told the Darkness Emperor where they were, protected from detection.''

''…'' Yugi is left shocked, turning his stunned gaze towards the Dark Lord from afar. He shouldn't believe him but every word Aizen has said was honest and it only upsets him further. Overhearing this with widened, enraged eyes; Darkus stops fighting Kojan and flies at top speed towards Aizen, hovering over him and the others.

''And you ask me why we don't team-up!'' He growls viciously, really mad he bothered mentioning him. ''Damn him, ruining things for me even more than usual!'' Akumu curses mentally, not believing he would reveal that part to the brat.

''It was mainly your fault. You should have accepted the offer long ago. Maybe your niece-'' Not knowing when to shut up as he's about to expose who the Dark Lord really was, Aizen suddenly gasps out blood from his mouth as Darkus has appeared in front of him, already stabbing his right claw through his gut, piercing through it with his bare claw poking out on the other side. Aizen has a lifeless, blank eye expression as if he's died. Mew Ichigo freaks out, already way too overwhelmed to see this too.

''You talk too much.'' The Dark Lord declares with a hateful tone, containing all of his anger and fury as his arm bashes deeper into his gut. He's been waiting for this moment that Aizen's guard drops and finally, he can pleasure silencing him. ''And I've humor you long-''

''Does it upset you that I almost reveal the truth?'' Darkus widens his eyes in horror, pulling his arm out of him and flies away; staring in disbelief as Aizen looks at him, his eyes once more the same living ones and very much alive as he stands straight. This shocks everyone again.

''I just-'' The Dark Lord utters, looking at his wound he impales his whole arm in and panics as that large gap is already healing up.

''High-Speed Regeneration?!'' Shinji questions in surprise.

''No.'' Aizen, however, corrects him as his stomach is fully healed up like the impaling never happens all while the crystal in his chest continues glowing. ''This is the power of the Hogyoku, its will to defend its master.'' As he feels his limit as a Shinigami is about to end. ''And my further evolution.''

He now stares down at the enraged Darkus and then the unease Yugi, squeezing on his blade.

''Dragon Knight Yugi Mutou, Dark Lord Darkus…'' Aizen begins to proclaim, showing his respect to the two who are possible rivals to the current him. ''You two interest me greatly. But in the end of the day the only one I will fully test and push the limits of my powers before sitting upon God's throne…'' His eyes now gaze from afar as Kurosaki engages Gin and Dark General Knight with a fiery determination now. ''Will be Ichigo Kurosaki. As I've planned.''

Once more confused, Yugi is about to ask why Kurosaki but before he could even try; Kojan appears like a flash of lightning from behind Aizen and swings his left Dragon Ryujin blade to behead him… only for his blade to be caught by Aizen who now appears in front of him. The Uchiha widens his Sharingan eyes, taken back as he shouldn't have seen him coming.

''Ah, an example.'' Aizen proclaims as he immediately swings his Zanpakuto right at him.

''KOJAN-!'' Yugi begins to scream as Kojan tries to manifest his Susanoo but it wasn't going to manifest on time… until Aizen's arm stops inches from slashing Kojan's neck and across his chest. This shocks Aizen as a hand is placed on his shoulder and that hand is Shadow Knight, who just manifests out of thin air.

''That bastard from before.'' Darkus utters angrily, remembering him all too well from when he interrupted his fight against Orochimaru.

''Shadow Knight-kun!'' Yugi utters out, smiling to see him finally appearing. Darkus glares madly, now having a name for whoever the hell this was.

''Release him, Aizen-kun.'' Shadow Knight orders Aizen, still having a grip on Kojan's blade. The former Shinigami cracks a small smirk, questioning him with his usual calm tone. ''Interesting. You believe I will-''

Suddenly Aizen finds his left hand releasing and pulls down beside him, shocked as he didn't move it. Kojan immediately backs away fast.

''My hand just-'' He utters in shock, awe by how that man did it. He was sure he wasn't forced or anything. So- Aizen soon widens his eyes as the masked man now appears in front of him and already has his hand now across his chest, mainly where the Hogyoku is attached onto him.

''Yes, it seems the bonding between you and the Hogyoku has begun.'' Shadow Knight proclaims, confirming the now symbiotic-merger that the strange dangerous crystal is starting with Aizen. ''In due time and more fighting to push those limits, you will begin to evolve and transcend past the limits of a Shinigami and Hollow. Once you do, invading the Soul King's palace should be easy and then no doubt the planning of reworking the false system and sin the Royal Families have committed and their execution.''

Aizen is visibly surprised by what he just said. He knew of the Hogyoku's potential no less than his plan in advancement. Not even Gin or Tosen knew; planning to let him witness the fools who stained this world and Soul Society.

''However, it's a power that will be defeated by Kurosaki-kun, yes… The boy you created. Your "Soul King" in a sense.'' Shadow Knight then proclaims, leaning his masked face towards Aizen who continues becoming shocked. How? How did he-

''But not right now.'' Silencing his thoughts, Shadow Knight pressures his hand onto the crystal as shadows wrap around it completely before they fade away but so did the gleaming of the crystal orb too. Aizen feels it immediately, no longer feeling its power merging with his own.

''The Hogyoku!'' He utters out in horror as Shadow Knight pulls his hand off his chest and has it hiding in his long cloak-like coat.

''I placed it in dormant once more. It won't awaken for a while.'' Shadow Knight affirms to him calmly. Shinji smirks, meaning they have a chance to finally-

''I suggest you save your strength for Kurosaki-kun but not now. Leave with your remaining forces and try another time.'' The former Captain staggers back by the masked knight's declaration that Aizen can literally retreat.

''You can't be serious! He's-'' Shinji tries to convince the knight to not let him run away but Shadow Knight, without looking at him, says firmly. ''Not a threat right now. Let him leave for now.''

Shinji glares madly as does Yugi, about to speak up but the knight, almost reading his mind, commands him gently yet stern. ''He is not the concern right now. For now, Dragon Knight Yugi, worry about today and tomorrow and confront what you need to clarify. Trust me.''

''…'' Yugi stares at him, scowling as he looks at Aizen and just sighs. He can ask Atem and others what he needs to learn another time. Right now, he has 1 more thing to deal with as his eyes look at Kojan.

Aizen slowly cracks a small smirk, finding this all rather ironic or rather now curious with a new jigsaw puzzle.

''Interesting. It seems I have no choice then.'' Ultimately accepting the terms, Aizen accepts the offer. Shadow Knight looks at him and releases his hold on him. Aizen moves again, astonished by whatever the knight used to seal his movement. However, that can wait for another time and more understanding of that power with studies.

He then raises his hand as multiple Gargantas open up, revealing inside Menos Grandes that shoot out their beams of light upon all of his remaining Espada, allies and himself.

''Aw, already?'' Gin complains, actually having fun as he's lifted upward by the beam. He looks down at Kurosaki and smiles, telling him. ''Next time then, kid.''

Ichigo glares up at him as Gin then looks in the direction of Rangiku, showing a moment of sadness. He's close… just a little more and he'll pay her back.

The other remaining Arrancars and Espadas are pulled up, including Harribel, still wounded but healed up a bit as she looks in a daze towards Ichigo. Starrk also looks down at Yugi, hoping that they can be real friends next time but he knows better.

Aizen smiles, looking down at the masked knight as he proclaims intrigued by him. ''It's been enlightening. You too interest me on who is behind that mask.''

Shadow Knight does not say a word, not even looking at him. Aizen smirks softly as he narrows his gaze down to the Dragon Knight, vowing to the young boy. ''Next time, we shall settle things, Yugi Mutou-kun.''

Yugi glares firmly, squeezing the grip of his Dragon Blade tighter. Aizen now looks at the cat girl and announces with a tone of amusement. ''And I look forward to your growth and your Inner Demon, Ichigo Momomiya.''

Mew Ichigo startles, looking at Yugi who's not looking back at her. She frowns, not believing he just revealed that out loud while Darkus growls madly at Aizen's cruelty.

Aizen now narrows his sight towards Kurosaki and just smiles, amused to fight him one day… very soon. Soon he and his forces are pulled deep into the Garganta, closing up instantly.

''Damn bastard. Like hell I will retreat until-'' Darkus begins growling madly, now gazing at Darkus to put an end to him… until an unwelcoming voice echoes in his mind. ''My son, we must speak.''

The Dark Lord startles up, not believing the damn timing. First this masked pest and now the damn Overlord of Dragons!

''YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME?! BUZZ OFF!'' Darkus roars mentally at him, not having time with him. However, King Darkness doesn't waste time to inform him of this call. ''It is about your brother.''

''…'' Silent, Darkus narrows his eyes angrily while making a scowl expression. He snarls as he raises his right claw and his dark general sees it and nods. He twirls and stabs his claymore below him, tearing into an abyss that begins forming portals among their allies, sucking them away from the area.

Evangeline sighs, wondering what's happening to cause Akumu to retreat now.

The Dark Lord turns his back, reverting back to his base dragon form as he flaps his wings, about to leave. Yugi sees this and becomes enraged, learning who was responsible for the death of his parents. He squeezes his sword as he yells out, furiously. ''Where are you going?!''

Darkus doesn't bother turning to face him as he just tells him. ''Another time, brat. But remember this: Those flames that burn your first home. Those were mine.''

Yugi glares even more enraged, remembering the tale of his first home from Jenny and how it was consumed in flames. It was his flames then.

''Remember that feeling you have right now when we settle our score, brat!'' Darkus proclaims, cackling before he takes flight and flies up high before fading away like smoke.

''…'' Silent yet bitter, Yugi frowns as he looks down, utterly defeated. He didn't win; it only wounded him mentally. But… he can't let this break him. He'll uncover the truth, he will…

Not a victory that he wanted, Yugi and Team Dragon Knight somehow forced Aizen and Darkus' forces to leave but their day is far from over. What happens now?

Finally arriving onto the battlefield, Sage Naruto with the cooperation of Kurosaki, Alicia, Judai, Taichi and Team RWBY engaged the Six Paths of Pain. However, things are very much different as this Pain is one at max power. Will this God of pain be stronger than Naruto's resolve or…?

Author's Note: SIGH… Where to start.

Aizen's Bankai for DKR, Zettai no Kyoka Suigetsu. Basically this is similar to a certain version of Aizen from a fellow fanfic writer who did one of the longest stories I know: Soul Chess. Aizen's Bankai, instead of hypnosis, turns those illusions into reality. When activated; Aizen along with anyone near him about I guess 30-40 range of him are trapped inside a dimension that is called the Illusionary World. In the outside world, in that range of the Bankai's activation, is an octagon-like mirror dome barrier that prevents any to enter the world. Within the Illusionary World, Aizen cannot move from the spot he activated his Bankai (with the exception of his arms and hands, even turning and moving within that same spot) and any real damage inflicted to him, the Bankai ends. However, in exchange, Aizen can manipulate the world around him (including himself like reverting all damage done to him previously); create, destroy, establish- anything he imagines will come true. He can literally create copies of himself, with the same strength and power as the original and they can become versions of anyone he knows with their abilities too (plus others like flight) ON TOP of the x10 power increase with Bankai ALONE. It is the Absolute World, his world. However, Aizen cannot control those trapped in his world like kill them or change them but he can manipulate attacks underneath his power (exceptions are attacks grander than Aizen and Kyoka Suigetsu's powers or close range attacks). The only reason he cannot use this overpowered form is due to Kyoka Suigetsu's lack of cooperation (requiring a reason for the Zanpakuto Spirit to assist her "partner") and Aizen's pride as he wouldn't use this Bankai on just anyone but someone worthy or a threat to him.

What do you guys think of this possible version of Aizen's Bankai WE'VE YET GOTTEN. COME ON KUBO! I WANT TO SEE IT!

Power of Love, Bonds and Hope… Don't piss off the Dragon Knight. Also, the Eternal Dragonaun Tengoku; a massive red crimson variant of the heavenly dragon. Charging up the attack, as you saw, could easily wipe the floor of Aizen in Bankai and do more damage like destroying cities if likely burning a whole continent. However, the technique is like a double-edge sword as it will drain Yugi heavily as it counts as 2 Dragonaun Tengokus and remember, once he hits 0 on his Tengokus; his Burst Limit ends. Think of it as his Rasenshuriken, something he can only use as a final resort. Right now, he has used up 4, so he has 2 left technically. Yes, he used to fire 3 at max and now he can do six of them. Handy?!

Happy moment ruined by the plot and Hogyoku awakening.

… I watched a Youtube video once talking about the theory that Yugi is the reincarnation of Atem. I honestly like that theory and it makes sense. If you think about from DM to 5d's and comparing them to Zexal to Vrains; the series are linked to one and the other. With DM and Zexal; you could say Yuma and Astral are based on Yugi and Atem, different of course. And we know with Zexal's ending that Yuma is the other half of Astral when he first defeated Don Thousand all those years ago. So I'm borrowing that but changing it up that Atem's soul was used to seal Zorc away and you could say as a final resort, half of it was spared so it could reincarnate. That's why in the DM manga and even in the Anime why Atem is so much darker but Yugi is much more innocent; the good half of the Nameless Pharaoh was Yugi; the kindness that he split from his sense of justice and opposing evil or his pride. And I like it and why it was that dreadful that it was Aizen who figured that out and told it straight up to Yugi.

Purple dragon hmm? Wonder who's that HMM?

Another thing is obviously… if reincarnation was used for Yugi to Atem… then for Atem's sense of goodness and righteous must be a reincarnation of another right? And likely linking back to the only one to explain Yugi's growth and powers; Sir Dragonaun.

And the whole backstory of Sufferess and Yugi's parents dying all of it leading to the reveal of who told the Darkness Emperor of their home; Akumu/Darkus. Now we have a reason to test Yugi's kindness; staring down at the monster that led to the death of his parents. Could Yugi forgive him? No, could Yugi kill him if one day he learns that he is Ichigo's uncle? Will Ichigo- No. But time will tell.

Also Shadow Knight is OP, able to put the Hogyoku into sleep and force Aizen to run off. Crazy huh?

Next time we enter the climax of the end of Volume 6- YEA. That soon huh?! Well here we are so let us reach this climax together. Next time, an also obvious battle you people should know but not the same way… the Pain Invasion.
