Reaching Out, part 1
In the realm, a trio of familiar cartoon guests arrive early as they all walked in.
"Well, looks like we're the first ones here." Yakko comments.
"The others should be here soon." Dot said in response.
However, when Wakko took a step, he stumbled slightly before looking down to see a large footprint. One that he recognized as the middle Warner sibling became horror-stricken. Suddenly, the trio felt impact tremors as if something heavy was walking around. Then, much to the horror of the Warners, they see an all-too-familiar orange dinosaur right in front of them laughing stupidly.
"You make me feel all fun, fun, doodle dum!"
The Warners screamed in terror before Baloney grabbed them and squeezed them in a bone-crushing hug as he asked.
"Won't you be my special friend?"
"NOOO!!!"
The shout from the Warners was enough to make Baloney release his hold and push back into a wall. While the dinosaur was down, Yakko, Wakko, and Dot zipped away to hide. As Baloney got up and saw them gone, he walked around as he said.
"Come out, come out wherever you're hidey-widey. I'm going to getty-wetty you!"
While the Warners were silent and hoped they wouldn't be found, the shutter doors open to reveal the host, his guest, and the merc himself as they see who was in the realm.
"How did he get out?" danifan3000 asks in surprise.
"I don't know." guardian1989 answered before grabbing a remote control device. "But I was prepared for this."
Suddenly, the host glanced at Deadpool as he said.
"Hey, Wade? Care to do the honors?"
Deadpool received the device before he saw a button with an image of an anvil on it, as he asked in suspicion.
"You're not gonna pull a fast one on me, are you?"
"Trust me." was all the host said.
With a shrug, Deadpool pressed the button. Suddenly, a comically large Acme anvil drops on Baloney, flattening him as the dinosaur grunts. Then, the trapdoor opens from below as he is dropped into a dimensional gateway, sending him back to the realm he was previously trapped in.
"You guys can come out, now." the host called out. "It's safe."
The Warners slowly emerge from their hiding places to see that they, indeed, were now safe. They all sighed in relief as Yakko said.
"Thanks."
"Wade was the one who dropped the anvil." danifan3000 said while pointing at Deadpool. "So, thank him for that."
"Aw, shucks." Deadpool simply replied.
Then, the host remembers one little detail as he looked to his guest and said.
"By the way, it's finished."
The merc knew what the author was referring to as he asked with excitement.
"Where is it?"
The host pressed a few on a console before the shutters of the floor open. Then, a platform rises up, revealing a director's chair that had a black frame, red fabric, and a design on the back of it while Deadpool stared with wide eyes. The design, itself, was a graphic image of Deadpool's mask with cross katana swords in the back of the mask. The metc approached it before walking around to give it a thorough look.
"Whoa. This is nice." Deadpool looks down before looking up. "I like the black frame with the red fabric. Nice touch."
The merc looks at the back of it to see the design and nods.
"It's got my good-looking face with cross sharp, pointy things." he gives a thumbs up. "I like it."
"I'm glad that you do." The author hears the doorbell. "Right on schedule."
The shutter doors open to reveal a delivery boy with boxes of pizza and a bag before the group takes the food, and the host pays the amount before he joins them. All the while, Deadpool smells an aroma that is delightful to his nose.
"Ooh! I smell chimichangas!"
"Right here." guardian1989 confirms while handing the bag to the merc.
After the Warners got their food and refreshmemts, they sat in front of the TV screen to watch Baloney in the other realm, getting flattened by anvils.
"It never gets old, does it?" Yakko asks.
While his siblings shook their heads, the host and his guests took their seats at a different table with their own refreshments and grub.
"So, this is the chapter where Amanda visits the Institute?" danifan3000 asks.
"Yep, this is the one, but she won't be the only one." guardian1989 said in response before turning to Dradpool. "So, Wade. Want to do the honors?"
"Sure, buddy." Deadpool faces the readers. "Time to start more shenanigans with my boy DP!"
The lights flicker off as a new chapter begins.
Ever since the disaster happened at the sadie hawkins dance, Principal Kelly had the school closed while the police conducted their investigations. Even local radios announced that Bayville High would be closed until Tuesday while local authorities investigated the incident. Some of the teachers were using this time to their advantage in order to mark papers that remained unmarked. Furthermore, the principal had to deal with calls from frantic parents. He only had to guess that their children told them what had happened.
After dealing with another call from a concerned parent, Kelly hung up before he took an aspirin. Once he downed the water bottle, the man let out a frustrated sigh.
"I need to go home. Perhaps I can enjoy some of that Jack Daniels whiskey I have stashed away."
Meanwhile, at the Institute, Professor Xavier, Hank, and the Fentons were enjoying a cup of tea and the sunshine outside in the backyard. Suddenly, Kurt teleported to the outside as the adults noticed.
"Professor? Can we talk?" Kurt asked.
"Yes, Kurt. What is it you wish to speak to me about?" Professor Xavier asked.
"Well..." Kurt rubbed the back of his head nervously. "Here's what happened last night."
Then, the adults listened to Kurt's explanation of the creatures that attacked him and Amanda, as well as using his teleportation to get them to safety before he got to the details that she knew the truth beforehand yet she showed no fear or disgust. To say that the adults were shocked was an understatement.
"Kurt? You're saying that this Amanda knew what you really were for a year and kept quiet about this?" Hank asked to verify.
"Yes." Kurt said in response. "I honestly feel that she can be trusted."
Professor Xavier mulled it over for a minute in silence before he said.
"Well, Kurt, I trust your judgment, but I do have to think of the others and their safety."
"Yes, I know, professor." Kurt said. "I guess I should give her a call, then."
"I believe so." Professor Xavier said.
Once Kurt teleported back to the interior of the Institute, the adults had their own thoughts as Jack spoke up.
"Well, professor, if you ask me, I think it's a good sign that this Amanda can be trusted. I mean, she knew the truth about Kurt for a year and never told anyone."
"Yes, I believe it is, Jack." Professor Xavier said.
Hank had a thought crossing his mind before he said after a groan.
"Logan is not going to like this. I mean, he doesn't mind Sam and Tucker coming around, but I don't want to know how he'll react to this."
Maddie put her tea cup down after a sip before she said.
"Oh, you don't have to worry. I can talk some sense into him."
Hank and Xavier had a little chuckle at that, as did Jack. It was becoming an inside joke that Logan, the most feared adult in the Institute, can't seem to handle a human woman in her 40s with no powers or abilities. Especially since Maddie wasn't even intimidated by him in the slightest.
Not to mention, the Fentons' youngest daughter can sway the burly Canadian with a simple puppy dog pout.
It was noon when Amanda approached the gates of the Xavier Institute. Ever since she received a call from Kurt in regards to the professor wanting to talk to her, the girl had to be there. Since last night when they talked, Amanda was told details of Kurt's life. Now, she was about to see it with her own eyes.
Amanda was nervous, to say the least. A lot of thoughts crossed her mind, but she reminded herself that she was doing this for Kurt's sake. Soon, she pressed the button on the intercom before a gruff voice spoke up in an unfriendly manner.
"What is it?"
"That must be Mr. Logan." Amanda thought to herself before she spoke up. "Uh... hi. This is Amanda Sefton. Kurt invited me to come over."
Amanda heard a sound, which sounded like a growl to her. A growl that sent shivers down her spine before she heard Logan speak up in a not-too-friendly manner.
"Come on in."
A buzzing sound was heard before the gates opened. Amamda walked into the massive grounds of the Institute. She was amazed by the sheer size and how the high walls concealed it from view. As she approached the building, she saw a little girl who was probably 12 years old flying around. The African girl blinked at first in wonder before she shook her head and thought.
"No, it can't be her. Dad said that the ghost who saved him was a teenage boy."
Then, she saw Bobby throwing a snowball he formed in his hand before throwing it at Amara before the Nova Roma princess retaliated by throwing a fireball at him.
"Kurt wasn't joking when he said everyone else had powers." she whispered to herself.
Amanda was so awestruck that she almost walked into the fountain and fell over. If she didn't catch herself in time, it would've been pretty embarrassing. After taking a deep breath, Amanda proceeds to the front door before entering the Institute.
"Wow..."
Amanda was amazed by the size of the Institute's interior. She looked at the chandelier on the ceiling before looking around the massive building in amazement. In her perspective, the mansion was like a massive palace. Suddenly, she heard the same gruff voice speaking up.
"So, you're the elf's girlfriend, eh?"
Amanda looks to the see a muscular man with wild hair and scruffy appearance, staring at her with a mean look. She gulped as she said.
"Y-yes sir, I am."
Amanda felt like Logan was like a predator studying his prey as his presence was quite intimidating to her. He just stared at her, examining with his eyes. Then, a stern feminine voice spoke up in a scolding tone.
"Logan! Ease off of the poor girl!"
Amanda saw Logan turn around before seeing what he saw; a woman who had auburn hair and clad in a blue and black HAZMAT suit. The woman had her hands on her hips and stared at the burly Canadian with a stern look.
"I was just..."
"Scaring her when you know fully well that the professor wants her to feel welcome here." Maddie said in a scolding tone while pointing her finger in disapproval.
Amanda was amazed that this woman wasn't even intimidated at all. Soon, she heard the woman say to the burly Canadian.
"Now, please. Be civilized. She is a guest, after all."
Logan snorted before he said in defeat.
"All right, all right." he turns to Amanda. "Sorry about my hostility, kid."
"Oh, it's okay." Amanda said in response.
After giving a nod, Logan walked away before Amanda heard the woman speak up again.
"So, you're Amanda Sefton. Kurt has told us a lot about you."
"Thank you... miss..." Amanda was unsure who this woman was.
"Oh, forgive me. My name is Maddie, Maddie Fenton." she smiles at Amanda while shaking hands.
"Fenton?" Amanda asked. "Are you related to... Danny Fenton, my classmate?"
"Of course. He's my son." Maddie said in response.
Amanda was surprised that one of her classmates has family here in the Institute before she asked in curiosity.
"Do you... um..." Amanda had a difficult choice in words. "Have powers, too?"
Maddie chuckled before she said.
"Oh, no. I'm a normal person, like you. So are my husband and my oldest daughter. As for my son and my youngest daughter, it's a bit more... complicated to explain. We're here because Danny wanted to have us here as well."
Amanda was at a loss for words. She heard from Kurt a lot of the Institute, but it appears he left out a few details about humans living here as well. Soon, Maddie held out her hand as she said.
"Come. I believe Professor Xavier wished to speak to you, first. So, let's go and see him, shall we?"
Amanda nodded before allowing this woman to guide through the Institute before they stopped at a door.
"Geez! Maddie sure got Logan to straigthen up, didn't she?" Deadpool asks.
"Yeah. In this story, Maddie isn't intimidated by Logan." guardian1989 states.
"Especially since she would hunt ghosts in the series with Jack." danifan3000 adds.
"Good points, you two." Wade said with a thumbs-up.
Once Maddie opens the door, which reveals to be an office of sorts. Inside, Amanda sees a bald man in formal attire and bound to a wheelchair. The African girl was a little uneasy at first, but she saw that Xavier was actually calm and she felt the welcoming aura coming from him. Also, there was an empty chair nearby the bald man.
"Thank you, Maddie." Xavier said. "If you may, I will like to speak to her in private."
After Maddie gave a nod to the professor in response, she stepped out of the office and closed the door on her way out. Once it closed, Xavier simply gestured to Amanda to take a seat. The girl obliged as she sat down. The bald telepath can sense that his new guest was nervous before gave an assuring smile and said.
"Please, calm yourself." Xavier sees Amanda take a deep breath. "Now, I was informed that you were aware of Kurt's true appearance beforehand for about a year. He sees Amanda nod. "He has also informed you that some secrets must be kept hidden because I do not yet believe the world is ready for the knowledge that mutants walk the Earth."
Amanda nodded once more before she said.
"Yes, Kurt told me about that, and I honestly see his point. I know from experience that not all people would react kindly to those who are... well... different."
Professor Xavier can easily sense the honesty in her tone of voice. To him, it was a good sign that Amanda had an understanding of this particular topic.
"Yes, so you can see why I need to know that your intentions are true." Professor Xavier had a look of regret. "I deeply apologize for asking this. I am aware Kurt believes in you, but I need to be assured."
"I understand." Amanda said, still completely neevous of what may happen next. "So... how do we do this?"
"Well, with your permission, I will use my telepathic abilities, just to see how sincere you truly are." Xavier said in response. "Be assured, I will only do a surface scan, and I won't pry into your deeper thoughts. I understand that it may be uncomfortable, but I'm afraid it is the only way."
Amanda was silent for a moment. Despite how disconcerting it was for someone to look into her mind, she wanted to be trusted, especially if she wanted to see Kurt more often. Then, she nodded before saying in agreement.
"Okay, I agree. Do it."
Once Amanda closed her eyes, she waited for something to happen... anything for that matter. After a minute of silence, she heard Professor Xavier say to her.
"Alright, we're finished. I see that you are a trustworthy individual, and I thank you for your cooperation."
Amanda looked at Xavier in confusion as she asked.
"That was it? I thought I would... I don't know..."
Professor Xavier smiled as he knew what Amanda was referring to.
"I try not to leave any impression that I was in your mind."
Then, Professor Xavier sent a telepathic call to Maddie that Amanda was ready to be escorted to Kurt. The door opens as the bald telepath says.
"I believe Kurt is waiting for you in the living room. Maddie will take you to him."
Amamda was relieved as she said in gratitude.
"Thank you! I promise I won't tell anyone about any of this."
"I believe you." Professor Xavier said with a smile.
It was then that Maddie said to Amanda as she approached.
"Come. I'll show you where the living room is."
Minutes later, Maddie leads Amanda to the living room where Kurt, in his natural form, was waiting for her. He was accompanied by Kitty and Rogue. They noticed as Kurt had a hopeful look as he asked.
"So, everything went well?"
"Yes. The professor said he believes me." Amanda said with joy.
As Kurt and Amanda hugged one another, they heard Kitty giggle before the fuzzy blue elf glared at her.
"Oh, like, don't mind us." Kitty said.
Kurt groaned before he asked.
"Don't you have better things to do than watch us?"
While Amanda chuckled, Kitty said in response with a shrug.
"Like, not really. It's either you or watch Danny and Rogue."
"Hey, didn't Ah tell ya ta leave us out of this?" Rogue asked in a reminder fashion.
"So, if you don't mind me asking, what can you two do?" Amanda nervously asked.
With a smile, Kitty phased her hand through the wall before she pulled it out as the African girl watched in amazement.
"Basically, I can, like, pass through solid objects, as if they aren't there." Kitty explained.
Rogue rolled her eyes as she commented.
"Yeah, and she doesn't knock on the door at tahmes."
Kitty looks at Rogue with a pout before saying
"Hey! I, totally, do so... mostly."
Rogue rolled her eyes once more before she decided to answer Amanda's question.
"Well, if Ah were to touch ya with mah skin, everything would flow into meh; memories, lahfe force, powers if you're a mutant." Rogue noticed Amanda's look of shock. "It's okay, though. Ah'm fahnally able to control it, so Ah can use it at will. Plus, Ah got a few upgrades as well."
"Oh, I'm glad you can control it, now." Amanda said in relief.
Then, the girl looked around as she asked.
"Where is Danny any way?"
Suddenly, they heard a familiar voice saying.
"Somebody call my name?"
Right when Danny saw Amanda in the living room, he stopped in his tracks as he noticed that Kurt wasn't using his image inducer. The ghost boy was at a loss for words at the sight and looked like he was going to panic.
"Uh... Kurt..."
"It's okay." Kitty assured. "The professor said she can be trusted to keep our secret.
Danny breathed a sigh of relief as he said.
"Oh, okay. Welcome to Wonderland, so to speak."
As Amanda shook his hand, she chuckled before asking.
"So, Danny. What is it that you can do?"
At first, Danny comtemplated on telling her his secret, but then had a different idea.
"Well, it's a bit complicated for me to explain. So, I'll show you, instead. This way, you can get the idea."
After Amanda nodded, Danny transformed into his Danny Phantom persona.
"Basically, I'm half-ghost." Danny said.
For the Amanda, she gasped in shock upon seeing what was before her. As Danny changed back, the girl asks in complete shock.
"You're Danny Phantom...?"
"Yeah... I'm Danny Phantom." Danny said, nervously with a nod.
Suddenly, Amanda ran to Danny with open arms and hugged him when he was in range. To say the least, the ghost boy was taken by surprise. Normally, he wouldn't mind Rogue hugging him, due to the obvious reason of her being his girlfriend, but this was rather new.
"Uh... what gives?" Danny asked in confusion.
Amanda released her hold as she said.
"I'm sorry. It's just that... several months ago, when school began, my dad said that when he was going to his car to return home, there was a dinosaur ghost rampaging through the city. Suddenly, he was saved by a teenage ghost boy in black and white from the wreckage." Amanda's eyes began to shed tears. "If it wasn't for you... my dad... my dad wouldn't be here." Amanda looked into Danny's eyes. "So, I want to thank you for that."
Danny saw the sincerity in Amanda's eyes. He obtained a stern, yet kind expression as he said.
"You're welcome." he shrugged. "Besides, it's what I do."
Amanda nodded in understanding.
"Like, talk about a small world." Kitty commented.
"Kitty does have a point in her comment." Deadpool notes before sipoing some soda.
"I agree." danifan3000 said. "It's not every day that one would meet the hero who protected one of their family members."
"Absolutely." guardian1989 said in agreement.
The lights flicker off as the chapter resumes.
The teen quartet was talking with one another. Amanda was getting info about a lot of things. First, it was the Brotherhood. Amanda always thought that they were quite strange, especially Todd Tolansky. Now, she realized why. They also told her of Xavier and his dream, which the girl could relate to, given that she was part of an ethnic minority. She was surprised that the Institute also had a secret facility in the sub-levels as well as the Blackbird, the Danger Room, the Fentons' lab. One could say that Amanda was shocked that they were able to survive with what they train with.
Danny explained how he obtained his ghost powers and is currently revealing who Bayville's current mayor really is.
"So, the mayor, Vlad Masters is also a half-ghost like you, but he's evil?" Amanda asked to clarify.
"Unfortunately, yeah." Danny replied. "Not to mention, he's a seriously crazed-up fruitloop who's been a pain in my ass since day 1."
"And all the things he did was because he believed that your dad caused the accident as a way to steal your mom from him and you refused to be his son?" Amanda asked.
As Danny nodded, Amanda couldn't believe that the mayor was really a ghost villain. He always gave her the creeps and now she knew the truth about him. What shocked her the most was that Vlad cloned Danny, but the clone turned on him. Suddenly, they hear new voices.
"What the...?"
They turn to see Sam and Tucker at the entrance of the living room. Soon, Dani arrived before she noticed Kurt without his image inducer and Amanda, too.
"Kurt?! Who is this?" Dani asked. "Why aren't you wearing your image inducer?!" She noticed that she was floating above the floor. "Why am I using my ghost powers?!" Dani demanded. "Why didn't anyone warn me?!"
"Whoa, guys. It's okay." Danny assured. "This is Amanda, and she'll keep our secret under wraps."
The three breathed a sigh of relief at the revelation, as Dani said.
"Thanks for the heads-up." she placed her hand on her chest. "And for nearly giving me a heart attack."
Amanda saw the same little girl she saw outside the mansion. Furthermore, she noticed that she looked a lot like Danny, but a female version of him as she said.
"I take it you're Danielle."
"Yeah, but I prefer to be Dani with an I when my big brother isn't around." Dani said.
The little ghost girl saw how close Kurt was to Amanda. Especially since his tail was wrapped around her waist. Dani smirked before she said.
"Are sure you're a friend of Kurt's, because it seems you two act you're more than that."
Amanda began to blush as she tried to hide it under her long hair.
"Well... I was... hoping to be Kurt's girlfriend." Amanda shyly said.
Kurt hugged Amanda with a smile as he asked.
"Really?"
As Amanda nodded, Sam rolled her eyes as she thought.
"And gag."
Danny rolled his eyes before he said to his younger sister with a smirk of his own when he saw her chuckling.
"I wouldn't be laughing since I've noticed that you've been hanging around with Jamie lately."
Dani's eyes widened in shock as she stammered.
"Wh-wh-what are you talking about?"
Rogue smirked as she had a sly look before placing her hands on her hips.
"Come ta thank of it, Ah noticed that, too." she raises an eyebrow. "Ya ain't hahdin' in the closet ta make out with Jamie, are ya?"
Dani's mouth hung open as she blushed madly. Kitty saw the young girl's reaction and broke into a fit of giggles.
"We do not!" Dani said defensively. "We just talk and stuff." she notices Kitty giggling. "You can stop giggling now." Dani faces Danny and Rogue. "You two can be such meanies, sometimes, you know that?"
As Dani flew away, Sam and Tucker approached the group as the former said with a shrug.
"Well, I guess we can welcome you to our circle of trust, Amanda."
"Man, joke was really on Dani, wasn't it?" danifan3000 asked.
"Pretty much." guardian1989 answered.
"I hope you'll do another spin-off with Dani in it." danifan3000 said in a hopeful tone.
The host shrugged in a perhaps gesture, as Wade said.
"Maybe she'll start jacking someone else's goodies, like what she did to blue ape's hostess pastries."
"I don't think the readers would want a repeat of that." danifan3000 said.
"He's right." guardian1989 states. "Especially since I already did a spin-off of that."
"Oh, right." Deadpool said.
School began on Tuesday as scheduled. There were still rumors about the incident at the dance, but for those who knew the truth, they kept it to themselves. Even Amanda kept her promise to inform no one of the existence of mutants. In the hallways, Valerie was running in panic as she glanced back with her eyes. However, when she saw Kitty walking to, presumably her locker, the girl caught up to her as the brunette noticed.
"Valerie?"
"Hide me, please!" Valerie begged.
Kitty didn't have to ask why or who Valerie wanted to hide from. The brunette quickly grasped her hand as she said.
"Come on."
The girls took a turn in the hallway before they ran to an empty classroom. However, when Kitty tried to turn the knob, she discovered that it was locked. Valerie was horror-struck as she asked in terror.
"Now, what do we do?"
Kitty lamented for a minute before she realized she had no choice but to use her final option as a last resort. Especially since the coast was clear for the moment.
"I, like, totally got one option that we can use." Kitty looks at Valerie. "But, please don't, like freak out."
"Freak out?" Valerie asked in curiosity. "What do you mean by..."
For the girl's answer, Kitty phased them both through the door to get in the classroom. Valerie was a little freaked by this action as she asked.
"How did you do that?!"
"Shh...!" Kitty quickly shushed.
Soon, the girls hear footsteps and then a familiar, whiny voice calling out.
"Valerie?! Where are you?! Why won't you say yes?!"
The girls kept quiet and silently prayed that Nathan won't be able to find them. Eventually, the nerdy boy ran off into a different in his vain attempt to search for her. Kitty takes a peek to see that the coast is clear before she opens the door and steps out of the classroom with Valerie in tow. Once the door was closed, the African girl faced her and asked.
"Okay, girl. Spill it. How did you do that?"
Before Kitty could say anything, Star arrived as she asked.
"Do what? What's going on?"
It was then that Kitty looked around to see that they were alone before she said.
"Okay, look. I'm, like, more than what you see me as." she saw the confused look on Star's face. "Basically, I'm, like, a mutant."
Valerie and Star's mouths hung open in disbelief. Neither of them anticipated this revelation from their new friend. Soon, they got over their shock, as Valerie said.
"No way! Seriously?! How did you turn into that?!"
"It's like, totally complicated to explain." Kitty said in response. "But if you want, I can, like, take you to the Institute after school so you can see for yourselves. However, you can't, like tell anyone about this, okay?"
Valerie and Star nod in agreement. If Kitty was willing to show them her secret, which is probably a big one, they would keep thsir mouths shut.
"Okay. I just have to call the professor and let him know." Kitty said before whispering to herself. "And tell Scott about this, too."
Suddenly, the bell rang, which caused the girls to bolt for their mutual class. However, two of them looked forward to what they were about to see when school ended for the day.
Hours passed, and school ended with the final ring of the bell.
With Kitty, she was waiting for Valerie and Star to meet her. Eventually, she sees Valerie approaching first.
"Hey, like where's Star?" Kitty asked.
"She should be here, soon." Valerie said in response.
Then, they see the blonde arrive as well. Kitty and Valerie also noticed Star looking around, as if she was making sure she wasn't caught. Seeing that she wasn't being followed, Star breathed a sigh of relief before she quickly approached the other two.
"Star? Like, what was that all about?" Kitty asked.
"In a word, Paulina." Valerie answered. "Trust me, I know why Star would look around."
Kitty didn't have to ask since she heard from Valerie on how the Latina kicked her off the A-Listers when her father lost his job at Axion Labs back in Amity Park. However, the brunette pushed that thought aside as she asked.
"So, are you two, like, ready to go?"
"Yeah." Star answered first. "And don't worry, I called my dad and told him where I"m going to be."
"Same here." Valerie said as well. "I just need to be home before curfew."
"Okay! Like, let's go."
Eventually, Kitty began to lead Valerie and Star to the Xavier Institute. The girls reached the gate of the mansion after several minutes of walking. Valerie and Star saw the familiar building and grounds they first when they were first invited to the Halloween party. After Kitty used the thumbprint scanner, the gates opened before they walked up the driveway to the entrance.
And I'm finally finished. After dealing with situations in real life, I was finally able to finish this chapter. Stay tuned for part 2 and see who else would be let in on the secret.
The lights turn on as the guests prepare for their departures.
"Well, I guess we'll just this in a cliffhanger, eh?" Deadpool asks as he cleaned his hands with a napkin.
"The only thing I'm hoping for is that Valerie doesn't attaxk Danny if he reveals his own secret." danifan3000 stated.
"For once, I have to agree with you." Deadpool said in response. "There's no telling how she'll react to my boy."
"Danny will reveal his secret to them in the next chapter, but I won't spoil it for the sake of the audience." guardian1989 said. "So, you'll have to wait until the next chapter."
Deadpool nods before he asks.
"By the way, about my super awesome, custom-made chair, mind if I leave it here?"
"Yeah. And I'll keep it clean for you." the host said.
"Sweet, dude." the merc said with his thumbs up. "I'll see you in the next chapter and future stories you may create. Later days."
After Deadpool leaves the realm, the host asked the remaining guest.
"Think you could take the remaining pizza to Neomark's realm?"
"Sure." danifan3000 said. "As long as Wakko doesn't eat the rest of that."
"Hey!" Wakko snapped
The remaining guests leave the realm with the food before the author prepares to turn off the lights as he says to the audience.
"Til next time."
The realm goes dark.
Jack (guest): Perhaps.
Vincent (guest): Danny will encounter the Jiggernaut soon. However, he won't be alone on that.
Jesse (guest): You'll just have to wait and see.
