After a few minutes, Monokuma made the second announcement
Monokuma: "Students, I recommend you check the Monokuma pad."
Everyone checks the mono pad for information, and the first thing they see is a rule book
SCHOOL REGULATIONS:
#1: Students must remain within the school premises for the foreseeable future.
#2: Nighttime is from 9:30 pm to 7 am. The dining hall and gym will be locked, and water will be
turned off during this time.
#3: Sleeping outside the dormitory will be considered as 'sleeping in class' and will be punished
accordingly.
#4: Students are permitted to explore the school with minimal restrictions.
#5: Violence against Headmaster Monokuma, as well as the destruction of surveillance cameras
and other equipment, is strictly prohibited, and punishment will be provided.
#6: In the event of a murder, a class trial will commence after an investigation period.
Participation in the trial is mandatory for all surviving students.
#7: If the Blackened is exposed during the class trial, they alone will receive punishment.
#8: If the Blackened are not exposed or a conclusion can not be reached, they alone will
graduate, and all remaining students will be punished.
#9: A body discovery announcement will play when three or more students discover a body, not
including the blackened.
#10: Your dorm keys can't be replaced, so do not lose them! They are located in the dorms on
the bed or the table.
11#: Quirks or abilities can't be used to damage things or try to escape with you will get a
punishment if you do.
The headmaster reserves the right to add additional regulations to this list at any time.

dorms - of course, they're open now! Inside each one is the key to your room, so you probably

Iida:" Just in case this isn't a dream, we should meet up at about 7:30 am tomorrow, then
explore the school."

Vaggie looks at each dorm it all has their faces on it she walks into her dormitory. There is a key
right on the bed. She put her spear on the side of her wall with the pictures of the hotel crew.

Vaggie put on her pajamas, and she went to bed. Vaggie closed her eyes and went to sleep.

Vaggie walks to the cafe when she sees Uraraka and Zane cooking.
Uraraka: "Vaggie, you came to help us cook.
Vaggie: "Yeah, I can help cook lunch..."
Zane: "Today we are trying to make pasta for 16 guests since I don't need to eat. I have a
cookbook of steps to make it."
Uraraka, Vaggie, and Zane read all the steps.
Step 1: Boil Water
Start with a very large pot of water, about 6 quarts per pound of pasta. Bring it to
