Here we are the final battle.
We should have four chapters left before the end of the story maybe more if I can make this fight longer, we will see.

A Terror Beyond
Most didn't know what they were looking at.
All were expecting to see the alternate versions of 17 and 18 even stronger than before.
Lapis did hear his wife's counterpart say that if only she had met his counterpart, he didn't know what to make of it.
"16" Zangya looked to their restored friend. "Who is that?"
"That is-"
Cell rose a hand interrupting him.
"I am more than capable of introducing myself." He looked all around. "Though I'm sure Trunks would know… don't you?"
Trunks squeezed his fists and stepped back. "You, they took you from the past to?"
"Hmhmhm, to an extent." Cell admitted. "I was pulled from another time and brought here to be brought to my fullest potential, my name is Cell, Dr. Gero's true ultimate Android."
Lapis and Lazuli looked at the creature in front of them, they remembered that name.
"Great, so they got even more." He said. "Wait so what happened to the other versions of us?"
Lazuli thought of that and remembered their last moment with their Dr. Gero.
"Lapis, he said that this thing would…. eat us."
Her brother was surprised to hear that, so that was what the Android Zangya meant.
Cell grinned at the duo, happy to see their faces.
Trunks shook out of his stupor. "You… you were the one who stole my time machine."
The Bio Android was going to correct it but refrained from doing that. "In a sense, it's a pleasure to see you most of all Trunks, you best show me your full power, because I am not pleased at all by what I've seen so far."
Trunks squeezed his fists, he claimed he always holding back. Just how strong is this monster?
"Here, allow me to show you the kind of power I expect." He took a breath before screaming.
A large golden Aura spread around Cell, gusts of wind were leaving his body.
In their Super forms Lapis and Lazuli were able to stand their ground with an arm raised, though they can see his power level and knew that even as they are, may not be enough.
Zangya was pushed back and almost hit the wall.
16 was the same way, his sensors were going all over the place looking at this monster.
Iolite had to change to Super Saiyan 3 to not be blown away, she rose both arms to stay on her feet.
Trunks was the same way in his Ultimate Form from being blown to the wall.
When the wind stopped they can see Cell.
He was surrounded in a powerful yellow aura with black lightning all over his body.
Trunks couldn't believe what he was seeing, the power was so large he could hardly breath. This power it might even be beyond what he remembered being capable of as Lapiks.

The Dark Room
had a huge grin looking at his creation, Towa's plan was actually a success he never anticipated power of this magnitude.
Towa chuckled at what she was seeing, this experiment was truly valuable data.
She'll need to remember all this for when she's creating Mira.
Now the question was, will they find a way or is this how they fall?
She hoped they would then the universe, all timelines will belong to the demons just as they should have from the beginning.

"Now then all of you had passed the first gauntlet of the Beyond Games, now come's the next round, prove yourselves worthy of being in my presence." Cell spread his arms eccentrically. "You may take turns or fight me at once, do so however you wish, although." He pointed at Trunks.
The half Saiyan was confused.
"If you cannot withstand more then this than you are a waste of my time." He fired a Death Beam in Trunks' direction.
Lapis and Lazuli were about to intervene to stop the attack.
But to their horror Cell appeared between them and threw a fist in each of their faces.
The sudden attack sent both of them crashing into the walls of the fortress.
Both Super Androids were punched across the face and sent to the side.
Now the attack was headed towards Trunks with no one fast enough stop it.
Trunks managed to cross his arms in time.
"Dad!" Iolite yelled as she tried to get to him but she was grabbed by 16.
The Android shook his head, it would be dangerous and only put her life at risk.
But the Death Beam was so strong it pushed him back, it would've pierced his skin had it not been for how he focused his Ki into a single area.
The attack finally ended and Cell did not like what he saw.
*Pant* *Pant* Trunks' eyes were widened, that Death Beam was strong. If he hadn't been on guard it would've ended him.
Cell frowned and sighed. "As I thought, you truly did show our all against Tarble." He glanced around him.
He looked at the Hera who had an interesting technique though her power level wasn't much compared to everyone.
16 was now less powerful than he was when he had the other Androids added on to him.
Then there's Trunks's spawn, that Super Saiyan three would've done away with he 17 and 18 he had absorbed.
And the biggest disappointment Trunks did not have the power he wanted for their final fight.
Lazuli stood at his side wanting to make sure he was ok.
Lapis stood in front to make sure he wouldn't try that again.
"This was not at all what I wanted, I needed a true final battle against this boy." He turned to Lapis and Lazuli. "But I suppose a final battle to determine who is the mightiest Android wouldn't be so bad."
"Heh" Lapis grinned at the Android as he wiped his cheek. "Gotta say if you really did absorb Super 17 and 18 then this is a let down, I would've expected more then this."
Cell grinned at that. "Oh, sadly I couldn't absorb them at their maximum potential, what you see now is gained from just absorbing them as they were when you first met them."
So he gained this much power from absorbing them s they were, all of them were stronger than the two before they gained their Super Forms, so this Cell must be absorbing them as though they fused.
That might work to their advantage if Zangya's technique can separate them.
Though they don't know how exactly his absorption works.
"Since only you two can give me a battle how about we settle the ultimate Android here and now, 17 and 18. Let these fools watch as their only hope is destroyed."
Trunks growled hearing that, he was putting hm aside because he wasn't worth a fight.
Iolite wanted to intervene but looking at her mother she wanted her to stay here.
"Fine, either one of us can take you on." Lapis said, though he admits that was a maybe in his head.
Lazuli looked to Trunks. "Regain your strength, me and Lapis are going to try to weaken him alright?"
Both brother and sister stood before Cell between him and the other Z-fighters.
Trunks hated that this would be the best he could do but he nodded accepting the situation.
Beyond Cell only smiled at the eager Androids.
"Allow the good doctor to find a suitable location."
Just then the room changed.
All looked around wondering what he was going to make them fight on.
It stopped showing a large ring with pillars in the corners, none of them had recognized.
"This was done in another timeline, I thought perhaps this could be a fitting end for this." He stood in the center of his ring. "Now if you wish to fight stay in the ring, if you do not leave, unless you want to be like Trunks over there."
Trunks growled he was in base and unable to do a thing.
"Shut it!" Lazuli shouted. " Quit piling on and on, tell us where Gero is, then we'll make it painless."
Lapis squeezed his knuckles as he was ready to fight.

Just then the room changed.
All looked around wondering what he was going to make them fight on.
It stopped showing a large ring with pillars in the corners, none of them had recognized.
"This was done in another timeline, I thought perhaps this could be a fitting end for this." He stood in the center of his ring. "Now if you wish to fight stay in the ring, if you do not leave, unless you want to be like Trunks over there."
Trunks growled he was in base and unable to do a thing.
"Shut it!" Lazuli shouted. " Quit piling on and on, tell us where Gero is, then we'll make it painless."
Lapis squeezed his knuckles as he was ready to fight.
Cell grinned as he spread his arms apart. "Come."
Lapis vanished and appeared behind Cell and threw a fist at the back of his skull
Cell tilted his head able to avoid the hit.
Lazuli rose a knee aiming for Cell's abdomen.
The Bio Android caught the knee.
The impact from both attacks shattered the ring beneath them.
"Well, looks like the ring will be destroyed once again."
Neither Lapis nor Lazuli knew what he meant nor did they care.
All three vanished and fought in the air creating huge impacts.

Iolite was healing Trunks as they watched what the battle.
"Dad, what can we do?" Iolite asked.
A better question would be what can they do. They thought they were going to fight the Super Androids. But somehow this was worse.
"Zangya" Trunks addressed the green woman. "Can you split Cell from the Androids?"
The Hera looked up at the air pockets exploding in the air.
"I don't know, this thing has far more power than anything we've seen, also I will have to be able to hit him, at his speed I don't think I can."
Trunks realized that was the case, they were heavily outmatched only Lapis and Lazuli have a chance at taking him out.
He glanced at the capsule in his pocket, maybe that would close the gap. But he couldn't risk it, Tarble was only able to control himself because of Dr. Gero's cybernetics.
So what hope would he have.
He'll just do what he can, he can't harm this monster as Cell is but Lapis and Lazuli should be able to weaken him, their will be an opportunity do finish him, that's when he'll strike.

Cell had a smile on his face, as soon as he absorbed 17 and 18 he two opponents came to his doorstep.
Lapis was firing his Photon Flash Bomber, firing a barrage of energy attacks at the Android.
Cell was able to deflect all of them and evaded them.
Beneath him Lazuli grabbed Cell's legs.
The Bio Android was forced to stop.
Lapis flew forward and smashed an elbow across his face forcing him back.
Lazuli still held on to his ankles and spun before tossing him away.
Her brother vanished as soon as Cell was thrown.
The Bio Android caught himself and looked up to see the Super Android about to strike down with his elbow.
Cell caught it with both hands, he looked ahead to see Lazuli with her leg out ready to kick his chest.
The green android grinned before opening his mouth and released not Ki but fire.
Lazuli flew down to avoid it.
Cell then repositioned his neck to aim upward.
Lapis vanished to avoid and was about to strike across the Bio Android's face.
But Cell kicked up Lapis's chin and he thrusted his hand forward firing a yellow energy wave at his stomach.
It exploded against him before he could absorb it and sent him flying.
But then Cell's head was struck with a Ki blast.
Lazuli flew in and smashed a kick across his head.
Cell's body was sent spinning before catching himself.
Lazuli went on to throw multiple kicks for his upper body.
The Bio Android evaded the kicks from her with a grin on his face.
"Astounding isn't it?" Cell asked between his dodging. "Before I absorbed your counterparts I wouldn't have held a candle to this power, one strike would have turned me to dust, now though, I am able to hone my own against not one of you, but both of you!"
Lazuli growled, she had absorbed Tapion's energy and she was finding it difficult to hit him, but she noticed something and fought not to grin.
Cell had caught her kick and was about to throw a punch, but his body was paralyzed., his body glowed yellow as a sphere formed out of his body. he knew this technique. "What? Isn't this?!"
"Frieza's technique, Imprisonment Ball."
Lapis appeared behind him with one hand over his wrist.
"Get ready sis."
Lazuli grinned before vanishing.
"Grr!" Cell stared back at Lapis as the Android pulled back his arms.
Lapis slammed his fists across the ball around his body.
Cell was sent flying off into the distance.
Lazuli had her arms crossed as he got close to her before slamming a foot up the barrier.
Lapis appeared upward and kicked the ball upward causing cell more pain.
Both siblings appeared above with their legs pulled back over the ball.
Cell glared at the two as though he he was trying to break free.
Lapis and Lazuli slammed their kicks down on top of the ball he was trapped in.
Cell's barrier ball slammed into the ring creating a gigantic yellow explosion in the area.
Lapis and Lazuli stared down at the explosion with blank expressions, they knew better than to think it was over.

Away from the fight
Iolite watched in awe as her mother and uncle fought she couldn't see any movement at all. Did their Super Forms give them this much power, it was like what happened with Shoraku, he was more than just adding one power over another.
"Should we attack now?" She asked as she saw Cell had exploded on the ground.
"No" Trunks responded as he turned to Zangya. "How's it coming Zangya?"
Between Zangya's hand was a concentrated amount of violet Psycho Energy. "I'll need more time, also I don't know how much weaker that thing had gotten."
Trunks turned to 16.
The Android already knew what he was going to ask.
"He is still alive, and I detect no decrease in energy."
That was a problem, why is that? Is he holding back or was it Broly's rising energy.
"Alright, Iolite be ready."
"Huh?" She turned to her father. "You want me to help to?"
"We'll need all the help we can get." Trunks admitted before turning to 16. "Keep your sensors on him we need to time this right."
He nodded as he watched the battle progress hoping for Lapis and Lazuli's safety.

Lapis and Lazuli stared down as the smoke spread apart towards them.
"Do you see him?" Lazuli asked looking around as the strange mist surrounded them.
"No but I don't think he's gone yet."
"Lapis! Lazuli!" 16 yelled having remembered this. "Get out of there now!"
The siblings stared at their friend before the mist surrounded them.
Lapis felt a fist across his face.
Lazuli felt an elbow in her stomach.
The back of Lapis's head was kicked.
Lazuli was uppercutted.
All over their bodies Cell had struck every vulnerable point he could.
But it didn't last long, Lazuli had already experienced this not too long ago, she spread her arms apart.
Her brother did the same as they spread a barrier from their bodies, the mist was the outside of their bodies.
The smoke hanged around before deciding to take shape into Cell.
Lazuli wiped some blood out of her mouth staring at the Android.
Cell had a smile even though the attack didn't work.
"Bravo" He said to them. "I call that technique Phantom Fist, it was what I used to finish your counterparts before I absorbed them. You overcame that with no issue. Consider me impressed, not to mention I see you already have a greater arsenal of attacks, and 17 claimed he was the greatest Android in every timeline, laughable I say."
Lapis glared at that, his counterpart would say that. "I take it you feel that way right now?"
Cell would have agreed to that but this whole thing has made feel peculiar, he always imagined his Perfect Form to be the apex of his power the one that would surpass all others. But after seeing his other self lose and how many beings rivaled that power, he saw that it was a mistake to call this form 'Perfect' at first he took it hard thinking that he would amount to nothing, but after coming this far he realized that he shouldn't seek perfection, but to go beyond.
"Let's focus on proving who's the strongest Android in this timeline, shall we?" He asked before crossing his arms.
Lapis and Lazuli can recognize this move, they have it in their data.
"Multiform"
He divided himself into two bodies.
"Any real point to this?" Lazuli asked. "You know that cuts your power in half with each copy."
The Cells grinned before taking their fighting stances.
"I do have Saiyan Cells in me, just indulge me will you?"
Both Cells attacked the siblings separately.
Lapis was able to block a fist from Cell before raising an arm and hoping down on his shoulder. forcing him to keel forward before kicking into his abdomen, and throwing a fist into his chest sending him back.
Lazuli leaned back as her Cell threw a kick across, she then through a kick across his side, then his other side and then up his chin. This sent the Bio Android up before she flew up and kicked into his chest sending him crashing to the ground.
Both Cyborgs were clearly stronger than these two, so they wondered what the point was.
The Cells they were fighting got up though they each had some bruises, though they didn't look upset only neutral.
One of the Cells looked up at Lazuli before placing two fingers on his forehead and thrusting it forward, a spiral energy wave that Lazuli knew all too well.
Lazuli smirked as she spread her arms apart, the fool was feeding her his energy.
But just as she was going to begin absorbing a mist past through him and two arms formed grabbing her arms to her sides.
Lazuli looked surprised as he saw the Special Beam Cannon heading for his torso, even at this strength that power could preirce him.
Annoyed Lazuli spread a barrier around her body to protect herself from Piccolo's technique, it freed her from the floating arms. She looked at the Mist that was floating around her force flied.
The Mist formed back into Cell who had his arms crossed.
"Getting repetitive now?" Lazuli glared.
"Just getting used to this body, Hirudegarn truly was a monster for his time, you know he had arrived on your timeline's earth, his power was so great that Trunks had no choice but to kill Tapion." He smirked. "I'm willing to believe at that time, when Hirudegarn's lower half was unleashed, Trunks wished you encountered it first, there was a chance it would have killed you, then it would have saved a lot of lives."
Lazuli squeezed her fists so hard that her knuckles cracked.
"It would have stopped you from causing your husband more pain than you already had."
Lazuli kicked across Cell's face before she slammed a fist into his abdomen, she then grabbed his head and rose her leg up kicking up the face of the monster. She then palm struck the green Android's face she then grabbed his face and flew downward before slamming him to the ground.
Cell's body dematerialized before she could absorb any energy and reformed into his body not far in front of her.
"Touched a nerve have I?"
Lazuli had a glare at him, what he had said was true, and she will make it right by stopping him her and now.
But she realized something.
Lapis was throwing multiple punches in his Cell's copy's gut, she was dominating her own.
So what is the point? Some game?
Now that she thought about it they were a little farther apart.
She dashed towards Cell and threw a fist across his jaw it sent him flying off in a certain direction.
Lapis threw multiple punches into Cell's stomach, he then rose his fists behind the Android and slammed them down the Bio Android's back forcing him into the ground. He turned to Lazuli to see she came to the same thought. With a grin he grabbed Cell's leg and tossed him towards another Cell that was being flung towards them.
Both Cell's slammed into each other, both became one.
Cell opened his eyes realizing his plan had failed.
Both Lapis and Lazuli aimed their hands at him from both sides.
"Photon Flash!"
"Power Blitz!"
They launched their signature technique from both sides.
Cell spread his arms apart, he unleashed purple threads around the sides of his body to deplete the energy blasts.
Lapis recognized that technique, it was his wife's basic Psycho Threads. So he really did absorb Bojack and maybe the rest of his gang.
"You two knew i was planning to separate you, before making one of my copies merge back into me so I can weaken or even kill either one of you." Cell smirked at them proudly. "Good, your nothing like the 17 and 18 I fought, you have actual combat experience, you're no amateurs."
"I don't care." Lazuli said still thinking of what he had said. "Tell us where Gero is and we'll kill you quickly!" She flew at him.
Lapis did the same.
Cell grinned as the twins attacked him from both sides.
He threw a roundhouse kick at both of them.
But his leg goes right through them.
Cell looked around seeing the afterimage, just then the back of his head was kicked by Lazuli.
Lapis appeared in front of him and threw a fist.
The Android tried to block with his elbows but the fist went through him another afterimage.
'Accel Afterimage' they created this technique against Paragas and now had an opportunity to use it again.
Both Lapis and Lazuli's elbows slammed into the front and back of his neck.
Front and back of his torso were kicked.
"Tch" He used Psycho Threads around his body.
He stood in pain and saw a fist headed for his head, he did nothing and let it fade.
Then he saw a kick it touched one of his threads, one of his fingers lifted.
Cell grinned before grabbing Lapis' leg, then he felt one of fingers left, he turned and saw Lazuli with her fist out. He turned and tossed her brother into her.
The Android then aimed his hand forward and fired a green energy blast at them since they were in no position to absorb it.
It created a gigantic green explosion that shined through the area.
Lapis and Lazuli flew up they barely avoided that.
"That was Zangya's trick, he used Psycho Threads to find out where we were." Lazuli pointed out.
This thing has learned well from their foes and allies.
"Lazuli, let's stop holding back, let's see what we can really do."
She eyed her friends and family, they were far from here and they can control their energy to not destroy this whole fortress, whatever it was.
"Right."
"That's what I want to hear!" Cell appeared between them and threw his fists apart at their faces.
Lapis and Lazuli blocked the attacks.
The three vanished appearing all over the area.
Lapis and Lazuli were throwing punches and kicks.
Cell tilted his body and slammed a kick across Lapis's face sending him flying. He then threw an elbow into her stomach sending her forward as well.
He then floated while eyeing both of them, he knew better than to go for one over the other, it gave one the opening. They had better teamwork.
Lazuli spread her arms apart preparing to use a technique she saw her counterpart did. "Infinity Vortex" Sh fired a barrage of pink energy blasts that spread into half the area, away from her family.
Cell crossed his arms as he felt many explosions across his body. He spread his arms apart to make a barrier to shield him.
But Lapis arrived behind him and placed a palm against the shield draining he energy.
The Android turned to him in annoyance but was hit in the chest by the explosions and sent flying into the air from the many explosions.
Cell was sent flying covered in scratches.
Lapis threw a fist down Cell's stomach forcing him downward.
Before he hit the ground Lazuli kicked up his back sending him away.
Lapis aimed his hands forward preparing yellow energy. "Photon Flash Bomber!" He fired multiple yellow energy blasts at Cell's still flying body.
Cell sees the energy headed for him and turned to Mist again, before splitting into two.
"That again." Lapis said annoyed at this ability, though he suppose he can't blame the bug it seems effective.
He saw the Mist headed for him and rose his arm blocking a fist that formed.
Other half turned into a kick for Lazuli's stomach but she blocked with her elbows.
The siblings looked at each other before throwing their hands forward, between them they formed a barrier that trapped the Mist inside.
'Twin Barrier Prison' another technique they hadn't used in a long time.
The Mist reformed into Cell and he used his Phsycho Threads to drain the barrier.
Not that it did him good, Lazuli was ready and kicked into his stomach.
Lapis rose his hands over and slammed it down his back.
Cell hit the ground creating a huge crack in the ground, it was so much that the entire room started to fade but kept the simulation.
The Android stood up but was shocked to see Lapis was in front of him and Lazuli behind him with their hands forward.
They were now forming their newly acquired techniques.
Lapis had a black energy ball with a white outline and black lightning.
Lazuli had a star shaped Ki blast between her palms.
"Electric Hell Sphere!" Lapis thrusted his hands forward.
"Star Pressure Cannon!" Lazuli fired her own attack.
The two attacks connected with Cell in between.
"AHHHHHHH!" Cell screamed he had no time to turn to mist and was trapped between two blasts, a gigantic yellow explosion formed.
Both Lapis and Lazuli flew away from the explosion.
That attack must have hit him, both were their strongest technique if it didn't kill him it must have weakened him.
Cell was shown with a severed arm, half his head was missing and his right leg was gone.
"You two… what have-"
Before he could finish his sentence Lapis threw a fist across where his missing face was.
Lazuli tossed a kick in the same area using excruciating pain.
Cell was shocked at how they didn't hesitate, did they know of his regenerating? They couldn't, no it's due to their years in battle, they have learned better than to take it easy when they think they've won. You are at your most vulnerable when you think you've won.
The Bio Android grinned as if he wasn't crippled even though the attacks kept coming.

"It's almost time! Be ready if they don't finish him now we can!" Trunks yelled to the others as he had his hands aimed straight at Cell who was vulnerable..
Iolite by his side did the same thing, father and daughter where side by side.
"Zangya!" Iolite yelled to her aunt.
She held a powerful thread of Psycho energy between her hands. "We are ready!"
"16!"
The Android nodded before flying towards where Cell was.

Cell was struck constantly in both directions, his body had no time to regenerate nor turn to misT. After one of the twins ended their attack the other did so all over his crippled body.
He needed to get away, he may become destroyed at this rate.
Solar Flare?
No they know that move, they wouldn't allow him to use it.
Bojack's Psycho Threads weren't so effective on Androids.
Broly's energy overflow may get him out of this, though they can just absorb his energy.
He needed to catch them off guard, he needed something new.
His eyes glowed green and he screamed as his body began to expand.
Lapis remembered when they saw something like that, his energy was rising, overflowing.
Cell screamed as he rose his one arm as his body began to gain more energy he had to release it just as Broly had to.
Though green energy wasn't fired, it was a familiar violet energy.
Both Siblings spread their arms apart to take in this energy adding it to their own.
But they realized something.
Their energy wasn't rising it was decreasing.
"Lazuli!" Lapis yelled as he started to evade.
"I know!"
This monster, he wasn't just overflowing his energy like Broly he was unleashing Psycho Energy all around them.
It was a combination of Broly's ability and Bojack's, he must have learned how to do this from watching Zangya's battle with 21.
Cell grinned as his strategy was working, he combined Bojack's Psycho Threads, with Broly's Blaster Meteor, he suppose he'll call it his Psycho Meteor.
Now that those two are avoiding him he now started to began to regenerate.
"You will die now."
The Bio Android turned to see 16 who had avoided him with his undetectable energy.
He slammed his shoulder into Cell's back sending him down away from them.
Lapis and Lazuli still had to avoid the energy attacks and watched as 16 had managed to strike him from behind.
Cell screamed as he was again interrupted from regenerating he glared as he saw where he was headed.
Zangya spread her arms up unleashing a net Psycho Thread above her.
"No!" Cell screamed as his body was trapped in a purple glow, his entire body was trapped in purple.
He can get out of this, his body would form into Mist.
"Die here and now Cell!" Trunks yelled as he and his daughter had a fiery orange attacks. "The nightmare is over!"
"Burning…." Trunks began to say.
"Attack!" Iolite finished for him.
A father daughter Burning Attack was unleashed.
Cell watched as the attack was headed for him to evade it.
He glared angrily at Trunks, though not for the attack that he was going to die. He already thought ahead to avoid that, but his rage at Trunks was for something different.
Cell's entire body was eraditicated every part of his solid body was erased, he was unable to turn to Mist in time to avoid it.
Trunks and Iolite reverted to their base forms, clearly they overdid it, though how can anyone blame them for the amount of time they took firing.
"You ok?" Zangya asked them.
"Yeah" Iolite said grinning.
"Be on guard." He tried to sense Cell, he couldn't find him. "16!"
The Android landed beside them. "Your attack made contact, he could not move in time, I do not see even a speck of him left."
Was this it, did they do it?
"Iolite! Trunks!"
Lazuli landed between her husband and daughter and helped them up.
"We're fine mom." Iolite insisted with a smile.
Trunks only smiled at Lazuli.
His wife embraced both of them happy to see them alright.
"You just couldn't resist huh?" Lapis landed in front of them. "You always gotta try to get the final kill." He grinned at Trunks before looking at Iolite. "And you kiddo, your a little too much like your father, ya know that?"
Iolite chuckled in response. "Sorry, but we thought we couldn't take chances."
They couldn't, Cell was by far the most dangerous foe they had to take on. They wondered if Lapiks and Zazuli from before they used the time chamber would've been able to kill him.
Lapis and Lazuli looked around hoping that he was finished.
They couldn't sense anything, 16 couldn't find any traces of his body.
Was this it? Did they win.
"You are an immense disappointment."
All heard the voice and were shocked hearing that.
A purple beam shot Trunks in the heart before anyone could notice it.
Lapis spread his arms apart to form a barrier as soon as he heard the voice.
But the beam shot right through the barrier and pierced Trunks's heart.
Iolite looked at her father collapsed.
Lazuli could only do the same.
Trunks hit the ground and vomited blood.
"No!" Both his wife and daughter reached out for him.
"I can help you!" Iolite placed her hands on his wound and was about to heal him.
"You can't."
A barrier wrapped around Trunks's body and she couldn't touch her father.
Lazuli can see the barrier was formed at a distance. She reached for her Trunks intending to absorb the energy.
But a mist formed beside her head and a fist formed into her cheek.
Another in Lapis's stomach.
Both siblings were sent away from the group.
"You two give me a moment."
They looked ahead to see it was undeniably Him.
Cell stood tall in front of the barrier trapped Trunks and Zangya.
"I need a talk with him, you two stay out of it." He spread a green barrier around them.
Lapis and Lazuli were outside the barrier.
Lazuli placed her hands on the barrier intending to absorb it.
"Wait!" Lapis interrupted. "You feel that, it's Psycho Energy, if we absorb that, it will make us weaker!"
"If we don't our family dies!" Lazuli yelled as she placed her hands on the barrier.
"Damn it!" Lapis yelled as he placed his hands on the barrier, they have to break through.
"Stop or I will kill the brat!" Cell demanded.
That forced them to stop, they couldn't bring themselves to allow the youngest of their group to die.
Lapis punched the ground. Damn it, he couldn't do a thing. His wife was trapped in there and he couldn't bring himself to endanger his niece.
Lazuli was the most distraught, she may lose her husband but she couldn't allow her daughter to die to.

Cell didn't want them to absorb the Psycho Barrier he created, it would no doubt cripple them, since he couldn't have the final battle he wanted with Trunks he at least wanted to have it with them.
He spread his arms unleashing Psycho Threads.
"Gah!" Zangya screamed as her body was ensnared by the web, she couldn't move and her energy was draining.
"That should keep you from depleting the energy of the barrier the spawn's trapped in." Cell then fired a powerful energy ball at 16, destroying most of his body. "I'll allow you to function, I know Gero would like the chance to properly program you."
Iolite tried to attack the barrier, she was trying to break free, but she couldn't she was exhausted from her Burning Attack. "Dad!" She screamed as she was only inches from him, she can heal that wound instantly.
Trunks was coughing blood and stared up at Cell. "H-how? We saw you! You couldn't have gotten away!"
Cell glared down at Trunks. "Do you think I'd be so reckless to fight both of them alone? The first time I used my Mist ability, I hidden some out of sight made of some of my inner organs, I knew that you were plotting to kill me when I was at my most vulnerable, there was no real danger when half my body was destroyed as I could regenerate once I chose to solidify my material."
Hirudegarn lacked regenerating, that made his Mist ability far more useful to Cell.
Cell then stomped down on Trunks's wound.
"Ahh!" Trunks screamed as he let out more blood.
"Dad! Stop it!" Iolite screamed as she tried to break the barrier. "Drop the barrier, stop it!" She cried as she knew there was nothing she could do to save her father.
"I wanted you to prove me wrong!" Cell yelled at him. "I expected you to make great use of your time after you were so easily killed! But look at you! You're still relying on pathetic tactics to battle, in the end you refuse to better yourself, you're nothing like Him." He thought of his version of Trunks that would have killed him had Towa not saved him.
Trunks couldn't help but wonder. 'Him? What does he mean? No it doesn't matter, this was all hopeless.'
"This was nothing like the final battle I envisioned. I wanted us to settle everything Trunks. This fight meant more to me than Goku himself! But you have proven you are nothing! You must be the second weakest version of yourself in all timelines. Only stronger then the timeline Dr. Gero had come from. Fitting considering like him you had to use a remote to stop 17 and 18." He will have to make a mental note to pay his version of Trunks a visit, after some time, he would no doubt give him the battle he deserved.
Cell looked at Iolite who was trying to break the barrier around him. "You can watch your father die slowly, now if you excuse me I'm off to deal with your mother and uncle, maybe I'll ask Dr. Gero to make an Android out of you once this is over."
Iolite looked horrified by that statement but she glared and made a Royal Blade and tried to slash her way out, but to no avail.
Cell walked away ignoring the screams the girl was making.

Cell had walked out of his barrier and smiled at them.
"Thank you for waiting, I didn't expect you two to be my finale, but I suppose nothing can match the genus of Dr. Gero, wouldn't you agree?"
Lazuli saw her husband on the verge of dying while her daughter was trapped in the barrier, both she and her brother tried to fly past him.
But Cell kept up with them and was in front of him.
"Sorry, consider saving them your prize for finishing the Beyond Games."
Lazuli now angrier than ever immediately fired a pink energy wave with both hands. Her Blitz Stream technique slammed into Cell who put his hands against the energy wave.
Lapis appeared behind him and he grabbed his back.
He was going to absorb his energy while he was annihilated.
Cell grinned as he closed his eyes, he activated a long forgotten move of Tien.
His back bulged unleashing two new arms of Cell.
Lapis was immediately struck across the face forcing him to let go.
Cell pushed against the powerful wave of energy sending it upward.
Once that was done Cell looked at his new extra arms.
"Why do you think Tien never used this move after the World Tournament?" He asked genuinely. "Maybe it was too many arms to manage?"
Lazuli threw a kick towards his face.
But one of his extra arms blocked it.
Lapis tired to throw a chop strike at his throat but another extra arm to block it.
Cell crossed his main arms while his two extra ones blocked his attacks.
"Whatever the case, give me a good fight won't you, don't disappoint me like your dying husband 18."
Lazuli screamed in anger as she threw a fist only for him to dodge. "Your gonna die like a bitch!"
Cell chuckled as he turned to Lapis. "17, your wife will die by her own technique soon."
Lapis tried too swept kick him only for the four armed Cell to backflip and landed not far from him.
Cell grinned seeing the angry faces of his 'brother' and 'sister'. He can enjoy this at least.
His extra arms gestured for them to attack again.
Both siblings raced towards him determined to end them and save their family, though Cell's energy hasn't dropped.

Trunks was coughing blood, he was barely conscious, he looked around him.
16 was slowly repairing his body, though even when he recovered their would be nothing he could do.
He turned to Zangya.
She was slowly dying unable to break free of these Psycho Threads, she won't be able to free Iolite.
Trunks looked at his daughter who was attacking the dome he was trapped in.
Iolite was now in tears. This wasn't supposed to happen! She was meant to help save them! Why? Why was she so weak even after all her training?
She slashed her Royal Blade one more time and it only shattered.
She looked at her father with tears. "Father… I'm sorry! I'm so sorry!" She yelled. "Please, I won't fight ever again if that's what you want! Just don't die!" Iolite begged.
Why is she saying she won't fight again? She loved fighting, maybe as much as her grandfather.
Trunks realized something. Oh, he wanted her to stay out of the fight. That's why she's apologizing. But she saved 16, if it wasn't for her who knows what would have happened to him.
Maybe Lapis and Lazuli could save them, he's already died twice.
He wondered if they were winning now.
No… they weren't.
Cell's energy hasn't dropped yet.
Likely due to Broly's cells, the mutant Saiyan's energy never dropped.
If he had to guess he was more than a bit stronger than when he fused with Lapis.
Cell will win.
There's no denying that.

He didn't want to do this especially after watching Tarble, but he knew this was the best way.
He coughed blood as he took a capsule from his pocket, he pressed it.
It showed the gun his mother had made.
This was it, either he'll let himself die and have his daughter watch. Or he'll try to tame what his uncle could not.
He aimed the gun at himself while looking at his daughter.
"Iolite" Trunks began. "Get 16 and Zangya out of here."
Iolite was confused what was happening.
Trunks pulled the trigger as a white light took his entire body.
He can feel it, his wounds were closing, but he grew fangs.
His eyes glowed blood red.
16 managed to reform and raced to Iolite and Zangya knowing what was coming.

Cell threw multiple punches, still with four arms he was attacking both twins at once with two arms each.
Lapis and Lazuli were starting to see the difference in their powers, at this rate he was going to win.
They needed a new strategy.
Cell stopped as he turned his head.
Trunks's energy was growing and something massive was growing.
Where Trunks and the others were there was a gigantic golden Oozaru.
"This… is unexpected." Cell said not sure what to make of this.
Lapis and Lazuli stared at the giant ape.
"Trunks?" Lazuli asked.
16 had managed to take the fainted Zangya and Iolite still trapped in Cell's barrier away from the growing Trunks.
Iolite had heard tales of this, but she never thought she'd see it.
"Dad?" She asked wondering if Trunks was still in control.
Golden Ape Trunks roared as it set it sights on Cell.
As well as Lapis and Lazuli.
This Ape may destroy all in the vicinity.
The Golden Ape let out a roar, this was no longer Trunks, it was nothing but a beast of pure destruction.
Cell floated while Lapis and Lazuli gazed at the beast, his extra arms sunk back into his body as he floated.
"This was your plan?" Cell scoffed. "Now you're just embarrassing yourself, sacrificing your senses for power, it's almost as laughable as another version of you that sacrificed speed for strength." He thought of watching another timeline of his 'perfect' self and Trunks fighting with his 'Ultra Super Saiyan' form. All muscle and no speed.
Trunks merely roared and released a powerful wave of energy from his mouth.
The Bio Android caught it with both hands but was pushed back.
"Hmm" Cell actually did find it difficult to push the power back. He thought back to Hirudegarn, no intelligence just size and power, at least that monster had abilities that were interesting.
He swung his arms upward causing a gigantic explosion throughout the Limitless Fortress.
Speaking of Hirudegarn, why not turn gigantic to have a battle with him. That might be fun.
No, that's to repetitive, he may not have the fight he wants, but he might have an interesting show.
Lapis and Lazuli dashed behind Cell hoping to catch him off guard and maybe allow the Oozaru Trunks to kill him before cutting off his tail.
But Cell grinned as he vanished using his Mist ability.
Cell was out of sight leaving Lapis and Lazuli out in the open and in the sight of the ape.
They both looked up at the monster that saw them.
"Trunks?" Lazuli was hoping for some sense from her husband.
The ape only tried to swipe at her.
Lapis and Lazuli got out of the way.
They knew that this plan was risky, the Blutz Waves gun would turn him into an ape, but it was up to Trunks to control it.
First they have to find Cell and force his attention on him, then they either get Trunks to control himself or cut off the tail.
"Lapis!" Lazuli addressed her brother. "Go make sure Iolite and the others are safe, I'll try to stop him."
He agreed and flew down to his wife and niece.
Lazuli floated up to the red eyes of giant ape. "Trunks listen! Stop!"
Trunks stared at her for a few moments, memories did surface. But not ones that any of them would want him to focus on. He remembered her and another one always attacking him. From days long over, he would always struggle to survive them.
This made him backhand towards Lazuli.
She ducked underneath despite the huge amount of speed he gained he had no way how to control it."
"Please Trunks remember who you are!" Lazuli yelled.
Still the ape fired a Ki blast form his mouth and tried to grab him.
"Wait" Lazuli thought of something. "Maybe I can drain his energy, get him to calm down until we talk some sense into him."
The ape grabbed her between her hands and tried to crush him.
Lazuli gritted her teeth as she put her palms on his fingers. "Sorry darling, I hope this helps."
She began to drain the enormous energy.
But Golden Ape Trunks seemed to know what was happening and let go before raising his fists and slammed it down.
Lazuli backed away from him to gain some distance.
"Trunks!" Lazuli continued. "Please, stop! You know me! I'm Lazuli! Remember?"
The ape rose it's fists but stopped as he stared at her. Lazuli? That name meant something to him. This wasn't…. 18?
He let out a growl, but looking at her seemed to calm him down. He was hearing her.
Down below Lapis was grinning, maybe this can work after all.
"Boring"
He turned and threw a fist.
Cell stood behind him and caught the fist, he was in front of Iolite, Zangya, and 16.
"Sorry 17, but I'm not interested in this ending." He pulled the wrist forcing it to break.
"Ahh!" Lapis screamed, but he ignored the pain and threw another punch.
Cell threw a fist first sending him flying.
16 grabbed Iolite and Zangya and tried to run while they screamed for Lapis.
Just then Iolite vanished from his grip.
The Android stopped and realized she was missing.
"Oh no." Zangya looked distraught at her missing niece.
"Iolite!" Both she and 16 screamed.
Golden Ape Trunks seemed to be calming down, he even gently lifted his hand.
"That's it Trunks." Lazuli smiled as she was about to touch his finger. "It's me."
*BOOM!*
Just then the back of Trunks's head exploded.
The ape turned to to whoever attacked him.
Lazuli looked over him and was horrified by what she saw.
Iolite was held in front of him by Cell.
"Why don't you keep your father company?" Just as Trunks had turned around Cell's body turned to Mist.
Iolite was floating she couldn't even react when Cell grabbed her, she blinked and she was here in front of the Oozaru.
The Golden Ape glared at Iolite not seeing Cell, only thinking that this girl attacked him.
Iolite tried to fly away.
But Golden Ape Trunks grabbed his daughter between his massive hands.
"No! Stop!" Lazuli tried to get to Iolite.
Just then the Mist appeared in front of her and Cell kicked across her face.
"Now, now" Cell began with a devious smirk. "This is much more interesting, just watch as your dear husband kills your daughter, after that I will cut the tail, and we'll see how he'll react to his daughter's corpse in his arms."
Lazuli was actually frightened by that imagining the pain he would go through with that, it would be just like what she went through when she was revived.
"You monster! Out of my way!" She screamed as she tried to reach for Trunks's tail.
But Cell grabbed her arm before tossing her aside.
"It's his crime for disappointing me, the Saiyan should have gone beyond as I have."
Just then a stray Ki blast raced towards Trunks's tail.
But Cell deflected it looking at Lapis who had fired at it in an attempt to stop him.
16 and Zangya tried to go to help in some way.
Only for Cell create another force field around them.
"Struggle all you want, I'm still getting my show." He said glancing at the Ape holding Iolite.
Golden Ape Trunks held his daughter in his hands.
He didn't move he couldn't crush this enemy in his hands. He saw images, of an infant wrapped in a purple blanket in his arms. Why was he seeing this? Who is she?
"Dad?" Iolite asked, she couldn't move. But his hands weren't squeezing her. Why?
The Oozaru looked at Iolite growling, but not attacking.
"Dad" Iolite placed a hand on the giant ape's hand. "Your the strongest I know, the son of Vegeta Prince of all Saiyans, of Bulma the smartest in the universe, student of Son Gohan the bravest of the Z-fighters, you're the greatest hero of Earth since Goku." She looked at Cell who was keeping them away from Trunks in an attempt to have him kill her. "I know you would never hurt me, you are Trunks the greatest husband to my mom Lazuli, and the greatest father I could ever ask for, please come back to us."
Trunks stopped growling for a moment before he turned to Cell.
"Hmm?" Cell turned to Trunks as soon as he dodged an attack from Lapis and Lazuli. "Ugh, great now what, you think this will do anything to me? It would've been more entertaining for you to kill that child, fine, go on try and show me what you can do."
The Golden Ape started to recognize this bug, this was what killed him long ago.
He released Iolite from his hands.
Lazuli immediately grabbed her daughter in her arms. "Are you hurt?"
"No, he didn't hurt me." She said to her mother.
"Trunks?" Lazuli was elated to see this, he found control.
The Golden Ape looked at the woman and the girl. He can see himself in the girl and the woman in her. Memories started to swell, past the times when he earth was ruined by 17 and 18 and into them battling together. Having a life together and two children together.
The golden ape started glow golden as it let out a roar.
Lightening spread all over it's body.
The others turned to him and watched as the ape started to shrink.
"Oh?" Cell smiled as he liked what he was seeing. "Maybe…. I will get the battle I need after all."
"What's happening to him?" Zangya asked.
16 was unable to answer, all he knew was that his power was rising even further.
As the body shrank Trunks didn't seem to be returning to normal the fur remained, his eyelids had purple on them, his hands looked humanoid but still had fur only it was purple as his hair was.
His chest also had purple fur, only it showed more skin in the pectoral and abdomen areas.
"Raaaaah!" Trunks screamed as his face became more humanoid and his hair become more jagged and untamed.
He would continue to change and change into something new.
Cell had a smile on his face.
This was it, what he anticipated all this time.
Finally the change had stopped.
A purple Saiyan tail swayed.
Trunks was still wearing the black pants, with a belt.
But his top was missing showing a body coated in purple fur.
His hair was more untamed and jagged.
His eyelids had purple on them almost like war paint.
His pupils were blue with a red outline around them.
The only thing that remained the same was his beard.
Trunks opened his mouth had spoken in a cold tone towards Cell.
"The first time you killed me, will be the last."
A true war is about to begin.
Originally I was going to end it with Trunks turning into a Great Ape , but I felt it would be draggy as we all know what would happen.
So here we are, Super Saiyan 4 Trunks, hope you guys approve. I decided to give him purple fur to make his Super Saiyan 4 more unique, plus Gogeta had a different fur color so I'm sure we can make them different.
I've been waiting to do this forever, Super Saiyan Four is my absolute favorite transformation in all Dragon Ball, it brings back the Ape Form and makes it even better.
But what do you guys think, would you have preferred I had a chapter dedicated to Trunks controlling himself? I did enjoy that GT episode when Great Ape Goku was dealing with his lack of control but thought it was best to do this way. Let me know if you thought I did it right or wrong.
