Mirror Match
Android 13 looked at his targets he was assigned, he and his men only sent clones after the traitor's children, so when Trunks and his fighters destroyed their armies their main bodies were not in the crowd. They were kept in reserved for when the children were separated again after 16 made his move.
Though 16 was supposed to kill Zangya with a sneak attack and grab the children for them, fortunately 21 had a back up plan.
"Alrighty, I got orders to take you youngsters to the lab" 13 looked at Iolite. "We wanna do this the easy way, or the fun way?"
Iolite was still being carried by the young children, and she remembered how tough it was to bring down 13, now he had those two with him. On top of that she's gravely injured. Joyaku and Shorz are strong but nowehre near her level.
She looked at her little brother and cousin, they were frozen stiff.
Shorz and Joyaku look terrified by the three Androids.
They see the two they barely survived, that was just with one of them each, but one more they didn't recognize.
It was over, they can't even escape especially with Iolite injured.
The lavender haired girl sees the fear on the kids and glared.
Iolite got out of the children's grip and took a fighting position, she took to transforming but she couldn't reach Super Saiyan 2, she could only manage a regular Super Saiyan form, but it was all she can do.
"We'll little lady, love the spirit but I think you'd be better off hightailing outa here."
The woman looked at her younger family members. "Go, I can distract them." She was going to protect them, to do her part even if she has to be wished by the dragon balls.
Shorz shook his head defiantly. "We can't you're going to-"
But Iolite was struck in the face sending her flying, 13 laughed as he flew up and kicked downward in the face.
The injured Super Saiyan hit the ground, she pushed herself up and glared at the Androids and at the boys who refused to run away.
"Get away you idiots! Now!" Iolite screamed as she charged towards the three Androids.
But 13 smirked, it took Super Saiyan 2 to bring him down, now with her unable to tap into it she was done.
The Android rose an arm to block a kick from her with little effort, he then grabbed her throat and slammed her on the ground.
She coughed blood from the impact.
He then grabbed her leg and tossed her towards a forest, the force made the trees timber and a large dust cloud appeared.
Reading her Ki with his built in scouter, 13 can see that Iolite's power level was near 0.
Mission was near completion, she couldn't get up and now the children are easy to take in
"Iolite!" Shorz yelled as he flew towards her.
"Shorz wait!" Joyaku yelled flying after his cousin.
And their reaction was predictable.
13 smiled and glanced at his men. "Alright boys, round up the youngsters, we'll wanna bring em to 21!"
Just as the kids went past the Android, 14 and 15 appeared in front of the children before they could get close to Iolite.
The duo transformed and tried to fend them off.
The transformed Joyaku threw a fist across 14's face which did make him stumble, but he responded by head butting the half Hera and knocking him to the ground, he rose his boot and tried to stop down on him.
But Joyaku rolled out of the way and kicked up the Android's head and threw several kicks into the brute's stomach.
It actually was enough force to put a dent into the Gete skinned Android's abdomen.
But 14 wrapped his elbow around Shorz's neck and put the boy in a chokehold, making him struggle to break free.
15 was throwing several fast punches at Shorz and he couldn't at these speeds.
He evaded one and threw a kick to the side of the Android's head and threw a fist on the other side.
The Super Saiyan then flipped with his arms out and smashed it down on the Android's head.
It was enough force to make one eye socket get knocked out, but of course it regenerated.
15 smiled and kicked into the boy's stomach and threw several punches at his face before knocking him away with a kick.
Shorz put his hands down and looked to see his cousin still in a chokehold, 15 looked ready to fight again and 13 was watching them to make sure they didn't run.
He looked into his pocket where he sees a lone capsule, he had one thing that might help but, if they see it, they'll stop him.
What can he do?
Why? Why did this happen?
Iolite was unable to get up, she was far from them, she was trying to move.
"D-damn it move!" They are going to die. "I need to at least buy them time to get away!"
She has to grab them and run it's their only chance, but no matter how hard she tried she can't move a finger.
That one hit from that imposter. She imagined that woman, no that thing that looked like her mother, that one hit weakened her so much, without Kaioken. She knew something was wrong when she wore those clothes.
This could have been avoided if she had been more on guard.
She managed to push herself up but then she felt a hand on her shoulder, she turned with a glare.
"W-wait, Iolite! It's me." Dende said behind her. "I'm sorry I had to wait until I can heal you without their eyes on me."
"Dende?" She asked surprised to see him here.
"Yes, you're father alerted me so I can meet with you and the boys." He explained. "When I sensed you fighting I had suppressed my energy and waited for an opportunity to heal you." He his hands glowed and Iolite's wounds closed.
Iolite smiled. "Your a life saver Dende." She said as her injuries healed, she stood up ready to fight. "Dende, I'm sorry but can you stick around out of sight? I might need you to save them."
"I was already planning to." Dende responded determined to do his part to help save Earth.
The lavender haired girl turned towards where the Androids are, 13 was going to regret taking his time.
Android 13 started walking towards where he had flung Iolite while 14 and 15 are dealing with the kids, but then his sensors picked up her power level.
"Wait, what the-"
Iolite flew in at full power Super Saiyan 2, she slammed both 14 and 15 with a punch and kick.
The boys dropped to the ground and looked up at their savior suprised to see Iolite.
"Iolite your-" Shorz began before she rose a hand.
She focused on the Androids she knocked down and spoke to her brother and cousin. "You two hide."
Both agreed and ran behind some trees behind her.
Iolite looked at the three Androids and cracked her knuckles. No matter what she isn't going to be the one protected and she will do her part against this threat.
Dende is still hiding in the forest, hopefully that's going to be enough against these three.
With Trunks
Trunks jumped back as 17 kicked downward where he was standing.
18 appeared behind him and slammed a kick across Trunks's arm and sent him flying.
Her brother dashed after him and slammed a fist against his face forcing him away even faster.
18 appeared where he was headed to and rose her hand forming pink energy, her signature Power Blitz.
The half Saiyan caught himself in midair and turned to see 18's energy attack headed for him.
Trunks kicked the Power Blitz upward and he threw his hand forward firing a yellow energy wave.
17 flew in front of 18 and created a powerful energy barrier, Trunks's blast was reduced to nothing, once 17's barrier faded his sister flew above 17 and threw an axe kick down his head.
The half Saiyan avoided the kick and elbowed her face.
17 tried to chop the Saiyan's neck from behind.
But Trunks saw it coming and ducked with a back kick to the Android's chest sending him away.
"You little punk!" 18 shouted before throwing a palm strike.
But Trunks quickly turned around and grabbed her wrist.
18 tried to kick for his face.
But the Saiyan uppercut her chin, he then swung his leg up and axe kicked down her head, this sent her towards the ground.
17 dashed him from behind and finally landed punch for the back of his head forcing him to keel forward.
He grinned as he elbowed Trunks's stomach forcing him to release spittle from his mouth.
"Still think you can win?" He asked as he grabbed Trunks's neck.
"No" Trunks said.
The Android grinned as he threw a punch for his face.
But Trunks threw a kick at 17's side before it could land.
"I know I can win." Trunks said smiling.
The Android held his side and glanced behind him subtly, that Trunks can pick up on.
Behind him 18 was aiming both her hands at Trunks.
But unfotunately for the duo Trunks knows better than anyone how they fight and work together. Also these two are novices compared Lapis and Lazuli, these two are extremely predictible.
17 fired a blast down on the ground, it was a blast strong enough to create a dust cloud surrounding the two.
Trunks couldn't see his surroundings and coudln't sense them, but he knew them enough to know what they were planning.
The Android flew above the dust cloud and nodded.
18 saw the signal and fired a barrage of pink energy blasts down at where she can sense Trunks.
The half Saiyan flew above the dustcloud and where her blasts reached placed his hands over his forehead.
They recognized that move but didn't expect Trunks to know it, he didn;t know it in the years they fought.
"Solar Flare!"
A blinding light hit the duo, they covered their eyes.
"What the hell! How did you learn that!" 17 yelled as he had his hands to his eyes.
"You brat! I'm going to shatter every bone in your body!" 18 screamed as she tried to soothe her eyes with her sleeve.
Trunks got behind 17 and threw a punch at his back.
The Android colided with 18, the two were in the same spot, not far from the other.
In the perfect position.
Trunks knew he wasn't going to get another chance, he rose his hand and a red energy formed, he hesitated for a moment but he knew that he could revive them, and free them, possibly save whatever timeline Towa pulled them from.
A red light arose from his arm and took shape into a symbol that looked like an anchor, with a spike at the end, it was the Vegeta Family symbol, the spike at the end extended and formed one of his most powerful techniques.
It was his Royal Blade, aimed at the two he flew towards the duo in the air, ready to spear them both before they're able to dodge.
Just before the blade landed 17 had sensed Trunks's rising energy.
He immediately let out a yell and his Android Barrier started to form.
The blade had almost reached 17 and had slowly pierced into the shell.
17 gritted his teeth as he tried to strengthen the barrier.
Trunks pushed his attack further it broke through the shield and was getting closer to him.
The siblings new they would die if that attack hits, 17 glanced behind him and undid the barier from behind 18.
His sister flew downward.
"Damn it" Trunks seethed, that was his only chance for a two in one finish.
He aimed his hand down and fired a powerful yellow energy blast.
18 avoided it and rose one hand forming a powerful energy attack in her hand. She grinned as if she was going to be able to win now.
Trunks couldn't see how, he glanced at 17's barrier, his Royal Blade was about to break it and peirce the Android, then there will only be one to deal with.
18 fired a Power Blitz, but not at Trunks, at the ground.
Trunks can't sense that energy, but if it wasn't focused it could destroy the planet?
Would she blow up the planet if it meant he wouldn't win? Will his friends and family survive?
There was no time to think.
Trunks stopped powering his attack and flew down towards the energy attack.
17 smiled as he was freed and aimed one hand towards where he was going.
In his Ultimate form Trunks was able to catch the energy blast and held it above the ground.
But it didn't stop there, 17 screamed. "This is what playing hero gets you kid!" He fired a Photon Flash down, also able to destroy the planet.
Trunks's eyes widened, he couldn't move the Power Blitz in time and had to stay in place.
17's blast hit and collided with 18's attack.
The Android laughed maniacally.
"Come on! Is this all you can take?" He asked smiling. "Because I got more to give!" He yelled as he focused more power.
18 appeared by his side and prepared another Power Blitz in her hand.
"Here comes more!" The blonde yelled and tossed her attack downward.
The blast piled on to the energy attacks Trunks had already been pushing againts.
Trunks was frustrated! He had them, he only needed a few more seconds to take them both out.
There was no choice, this would leave him helpless but at least everyone will have a chance to fight back.
Trunks focused his energy and forced the concentrated energy upward.
He used the majority of his strength to push it back, he could feel the energy leaving his body.
Once that was done the attack was sucsessfully pushed upwards.
17 and 18 evaded it and watched as their focused energy was sent into space.
Both of them smiled knowing full well what this meant.
They looked down to see their foe.
Trunks actually was on one knee his hair was down clearly in base.
17 and 18 floated above him both with their arms crossed.
"Look at that, your not so strong after all." 17 said with a smirk.
"He never was." 18 put her hair behind her ear. "The only way he can beat us was with a remote remember? Not so tough without it are you!" She yelled smiling.
Trunks grunted as he glared up at them. "You two, you don't know what your doing, stop this now!"
It was true they were programmed and were not in control over themselves.
And they seemed ok with it.
"If our programming keeps us the way we are then were better off that way." 17 explained.
18 glared down at Trunks. "If being free means making your children, then I'd rather die than remove what keeps us apart from the rest of you organics." She looked at her brother and nodded.
The brother nodded and looked down at Trunks.
"Hey we ever tell you how Gohan died?"
Trunks didn't respond and looked up at them.
They aimed their hands down, they were going to kill him the same way they killed Gohan.
The half Saiyan wasn't sure how he could stop them, he only hoped somehow the others can find a way to win and stop Towa once and for all.
Their hands glowed yellow and they were about to fire, but then they heard noise from behind them.
They turned and were interrupted by powerful energy waves, they avoided it and looked at their assailants.
It was their identicals only in different clothes.
Lapis and Lazuli were finally here after Zangya had saved them from 21.
They knew Trunks was fighting other Androids, what they didn't know was who.
Lapis looked at 17 who glared at him with intense hate, he wore his original outfit.
17 shook with anger at the sight, this was supposed to be the ultimate fighting machine? How did he end up fathering a child?
"The hell is this? Who are you? And why did you try to kill Trunks? Especially with THAT move" Lapis asked remembering what they did to Gohan. "Are you clones?" He thought of the copies of 14 and 15, thinking it was the only explanation.
His counterpart scanned him up and down before responding.
"Clones?" He chuckled. "Wrong, we're the originals here, we're you at your peak."
Lapis rose an eyebrow. "At our peak? What do you mean?"
"Yes, at your peak, you've forgotten your place as top of the food chain, how fun it is to watch the humans squirm and do what they can to survive." He said with the same smirk he had in the early days. "You remember how fun it was to run over humans with a car we'd steal? Wasn't that a fun game?"
Lapis was surprised to hear that, he remembered that, it was when he was trying to find different ways to kill humans growing bored of using Ki blasts like every other time. That memory disgusted him, but looking at his look-alike he can see that he remembered it fondly.
18 looked at her counterpart and scanned her up and down, looking at her short sleeveless black jacket with a white shirt and black jeans. "Ok, love the outfit, your taste in clothes is just as good it should be."
"But we really need to discuss your taste in men."
Lazuli looked at her counterpart and down at Trunks, he was covered in scratches and blood.
"Lazuli, I'm ok." Trunks assured her. "I'm just out of energy, stay focused."
The present Lazuli floated by him and turned to her counterpart.
"You, what are you?" She sees the look in her eyes, it felt so familiar.
"These two" Trunks began as he tried getting up. "These two are, you from another timeline, Towa brought them here using the time machine Baby got years ago."
The present siblings were suprised hearing that.
Lapis looked down at Lazuli and Trunks. "Towa? She's dead."
"I'll explain that later." Trunks said to them and looked at these Androids. "But listen, these two are from the past, but their strong, strong enough to force me to use Ultimate Form, Towa's made them much stronger, we can't hold back." He stood up, or at least tried to.
But Lazuli put a hand on his shoulder and pushed him down.
"Lazuli let me go I-"
She looked down at her husband. "Stay put, regain your strength." She then looked at 18.
"Ugh" 18 was disgusted at the sight. "All the men we could ever want and you choose this little punk. You have any idea how many strands of hair his little sword cut?"
Lazuli remembered and she sighed.
"Alright, enough." 17 interjected. "18! Let's beat these fakes, I've been inching to beat the human out of my counterpart." He said cracking his knuckles.
That didn't deter Lapis at all.
He only smirked and flicked his earing. "Fine by me, your the perfect training dummy." He said as he took a fighting stance.
Lazuli eyed her own counterpart and agreed, but looking at 18 and listening to her insulting her husband made her want to tick her off.
"Pretty sure we have the same taste." She knelt down and kissed Trunks on the cheek.
This infuriated 18 and she squeezed her fists.
"I think before I rip you apart I'm going to to rip that brat's head off in front of you." 18 threatened.
Lazuli glared. "Touch him and you're dead." She eyed her brother above and they both nodded.
Trunks had said they had been powered up, so they had to go all out.
"Kaioken!"
Light red Aura surrounded the present sibling duo.
17 charged at Lapis.
Lazuli charged at 18.
A battle between the humanized Androids and the programmed Androids had begun.
With Zangya and 21
Android 21 threw a kick aimed for the Hera neck only to be blocked. She then turned and swung with her tail only.
Zangya ducked underneath and threw a fist for 21's face.
The Android caught it in the palm of her hand and tried to backhand her.
But the Hera rose an arm to block it.
21 growled as the two were locked in a stalemate, she tried to use her tail to wrap around the green woman's leg.
But Zangya noticed and backflipped from it.
In a frenzy 21 flew forward to try to attack her.
But Zangya jumped slammed a kick across 21's face.
21 growled and threw a fist for the alien's face.
Only for Zangya to duck underneath and slammed a fist into her stomach.
21 was beyond frustrated!At full power she would have destroyed her by now! But that trick she has, this technique she used on her weakened her severely. If their 17 and 18 had stayed, she would have been destroyed. It was smart to split them up.
And suddenly 21 felt something, her energy was starting to be restored.
That meant whatever she did was temporary.
She smiled and swiped her tail at Zangya's face.
It managed to land and slammed her against a tree.
The attack didn't seem to deter her, her tail rose and swiped across Zangya's face.
The Hera slammed into a tree and looked ahead to see her already in front of her.
21 slammed a kick into Zangya's stomach sending her threw the tree and across the entire forest.
With that she aimed her hand forward and fired a Death Beam.
The Hera rolled out of the way as the beam missed.
21 panted as she glared at her. "Impressive, your strength, I'd say you're on par with 17 and 18 without Kaioken." She said grinning.
Zangya kept a straight face and wiped blood from her mouth, that attack had more force behind it.
The Android grinned. "That technique is extraordinary, it works on Androids even on mechanical ones like 16, but I wonder, why haven't you used that attack again? You'd have me weak and helpless if you do."
The Hera only smiled and aimed her hands. She was now using her Psycho Thread technique.
She's a living organism, this technique should work on her.
But 21 saw it coming and flew up to escape the energy strings. "Ooh, using your inferior technique now? Let me guess that attack you used on me takes time to form and it costs quite a bit of energy! Is that right?"
Zangya kept a straight face but she was panicking on the inside. She figured it out, she can't just reuse that attack over and over. 16 gave her time and an opening to use it on him, with 21 she formed her Psycho Poison on the way to her.
She'll need to use her energy sparingly if she wanted another chance.
To make things worse her technique is wearing off.
21 cackled as she flew doward and punched Zangya in the face.
It sent the Hera flying, she caught herself but 21 was already charging at her laughing.
Zangya rose her arms and was barely able to block all the strikes.
All she can do is try to survive and wait for an opening before she regains her full power, it's all she can do.
In the Mountains
The common eye would only see air bubbles in the air, when in truth it was two pairs of Androids fighting another identical to themselves.
18 had her arm risen and blocked a kick from Lazuli who was wrapped in light red Aura.
The past Android smirked and threw a palm strike across her face, she then swung at her side.
She then rose her leg and slammed her a kick down Lazuli's head.
It sent the present Android downward.
Lazuli landed on her hands and knees when she crashed on the ground, she looked up and jump back as 18 kicked the ground in front of her making a huge crater.
Up in the air 17 and Lapis clashed a punch creating an explosive air pressure.
17 then pulled Lapis's arm and slammed his knee against his counterpart's face.
He then landed a fist across Lapis's face and kicked the humanize Android's stomach.
Lapis had caught himself in mid air while gripping his stomach with a blank expression.
On the ground Trunks looked at how the fights were going he was panting, trying to regain his energy. If he could get involved, he can help turn the fight in their favor. Kaioken is perfect for Cyborgs like Lapis and Lazuli who have infinite stamina, they can hold on to Kaioken longer than any living being, but it still has it's cost. 17 and 18 don't have Kaioken thankfully, but they are on par with them using Kaioken times 10, so if all they have to do is survive and wair for their kaioken to harm Lapis and Lazuli and make their bodies more fragile.
Trunks glanced to his left, he can sense Iolite's energy, she was at full power and must be in trouble. But he can feel Dende there. "I'm sorry Iolite, Shorz, but I can't leave, I don't have the energy to help you." He said solemnly and focused on the fight. He then smirked. "But I know your resourceful, I'm sure this will be over soon enough for me to help you."
He knows there's one thing they have that Lapis and Lazuli can do to pull a win.
18 smirked, and took her fighting stance her arms at her side.
Lazuli kept a neutral look, and took a different fighting stance with her left arm at her midsection and her right up in a strong guard.
That made her counterpart confused, she was expecting the same stance, why wouldn't she? They were identical.
"Tell me something, does being human make you with someone not even in your league."
Lazuli only smirked at her. "You're below HIS league, your just angry that he's my guy and not yours."
That ticked her off which is what she wanted, she always did fight sloppy when she was irritated.
17 had taken his typical fighting stance, his right arm ahead and his left stretched behind, the same stance he always used againts the Z fighters from his time.
And Lapis took on his own stance, his arms raised in a guard stance.
Android 17 looked strangely at him, surprised that he was using a different stance as well.
Lapis smirked at his counterpart. "What's wrong?" He asked. "Scared?"
The past version of him smirked back. "I've never been scared of a pathetic human." He taunted. "No wait, I'm sorry, your not human, your worse, you're a human wannabe, defending that pathetic organic, and having a brat with some alien from who knows where, aren't you the least bit embarrassed of yourself?"
The Present Cyborg didn't react to that but he only smiled.
"At least I'm doing everything out of my own free will, you want to keep your programming dictating your actions because you want to avoid being human right? You're afraid to be free."
17 scowled at that and flew forward.
He smashed a kick aiming for the side of his parallels face.
Lapis rose an arm to block the kick and threw an uppercut up 17's chin.
The Android was suprised as his body lifted up.
Lapis then kicked up the Android's body sensing him futher upward.
17 growled as he caught himself mid air, he sees Lapis rushing at him from below.
Lapis threw a fist aiming for his counterpart's face.
But 17 grinned as we swayed it and tried to throw a chopping strike to his neck.
Lapis grinned as well and activated a small portion of his barrier next to his head to block the strike.
"The hell?" The past Android was confused, his counterpart activated his barrier but only in a small area.
And Lapis used that as his opening before back handing 17 across the face, and then he threw multiple strikes at his midsection multiple times, he then slammed a kick up 17's chin sending him back away, Lapis then fired a powerful energy wave at his opponent.
17 caught himself in midair and saw the attack coming, he activated his barrier and managed to block the attack.
But after the explosion Lapis was already in front of the barrier with a fist cocked back.
'Tch, what is he doing? He knows better than anyone he can't break through this barrier with a simple strike.' 17 thought he must have gotten cocky.
Lapis threw his fist, but this time with a small barrier surrounding it.
17 was shocked by this tactic never having thought to use it himself.
With a power level that matched 17's power and turning his barrier into an offensive move, Lapis had broken through the barrier and slammed his fist across 17's face.
This sent the Past Android flying and slammed him through a mountain.
Lapis smirked at his handiwork and waited patentily.
"Your dead!" 17 screamed and dashed for his twin clearly hating how the fight was going.
Just like Lapis thought he would, in the past he'd lose his cool over not winning a fight.
17 flew forward and threw a fist into Lapis's midsection.
This time it did land making him flinch.
17 didn't stop there and threw a punch across Lapis's face and he threw another aiming for his chest.
But a small portion of Lapis's barrier came again.
17 growled as his fist was stopped.
Lapis grabbed his counterpart's arm and swung him around before tossing him aside.
The Present Android then fired an energy wave at him before he could stop himself and it sent him crashing below, skidding across the ground.
17 stood up and glared at his opponent.
Lapis only smirked and gestured him to attack again which 17 did oblige, Lapis evaded his strikes almost as if he could predict his movements.
18 dashed after Lazuli and threw a kick aiming for one of her arms.
Lazuli rose her arm blocking it.
The Past Android threw a straight fist for her fist.
But her counterpart to side stepped kneed her in the stomach.
18 was forced to keel over.
Lazuli then pulled back her leg and slammed her fists on her twin's back.
The Past Android hit the ground, before she could get up the Present Android kicked her sending her away from her.
18 growled as she stopped herself and glared at her opponent.
Lazuli still held her stance waiting for her variant to attack again.
"Stop looking at me like that!" 18 screamed as she flew forward.
The mother of Iolite tilted her head back to avoid a palm strike and she threw a fist straight into her face, then another on 18's right cheek, she then grabbed her clasped her hands together and slammed it across her opponent's face.
The programmed Android yelled as she swept kick her parralel making her fall on the ground. She then tried to stomp her face only for her twin to roll away.
Lazuli then got up and kicked across 18's face making her stumble back.
18 squeezed her fists enraged. "You little, how, how are you doing that?"
Lazuli put her brushed her hand againts her hair putting it behind her ear. "I'm you, or was you. Isn't it obvious that I know what your going to do before you do it?"
The Past Android gritted her teeth but then smirked. "Then so should I!" She rose her hand preparing a pink energy blast and tossing it at her.
Lazuli jumped in the air as her counterpart's Power Blitz exploded on the ground forming a dustcloud all around her.
Her pupils looked around for her variant.
18 appeared behind Lazuli with her elbow cocked back behind her twin's head.
Lazuli turned and rose to block but then she realized something.
18's attack looked like it landed but it phased through Lazuli, she had used the Afterimage technique.
And Lazuli smiled as she ducked her head.
The Past Android appeared in front of her and tried to palm strike her.
But Lazuli slammed a fist into 18's stomach, then shew threw another across her twin's chin.
Disoriented 18 stumbled back and Lazuli slammed a kick across 18's side and then she slammed a palm strike across 18's face.
18 crashed into a boulder, covered in bruises, she stumbled to stand up and she glared at her counterpart. "You! How?" 18 had tried something different to throw off her counterpart but she somehow saw that coming.
Lazuli looked down at 18 and regained her stance. "This is embarasing, sadly I remember being this much of a brat whenever I lost anything to 17, but seeing it now makes it worse."
"Now I'm pissed!" 18 screamed as she flew forward and threw various punches and kicks. But Lazuli is evading them as easily as Lapis is.
17 finally had landed a fist againts Lapis's face and then he tried to throw another to his midsection.
But Lapis grabbed it and kicked across his counterpart's face sending him spinning until he forced himself to stop.
"The hell is this?" 17 asked. "Where the same level, even though we don't have your Kaioken, why is there such a difference?"
The Present Android crossed his arms and continued.
"So let me guess how you got this strong." Lapis said looking at his glaring twin. "Towa and 21 powered you up right and then you just flew straight here?"
17 wiped the blood out of his mouth and glared. "Yeah so what?"
Lapis smirked. "That's how." He said to him. "I remember what it was like to be you, you had no one strong enough to give you a challenge, you only had brief sparring with your sister but she always got bored and ended it early. You never really trained or been in a real fight before."
Trunks watched the exchange from the ground and smirked. This was what he was hoping for. Both 17 and 18 had matched his Ultimate Form, but he was able to do so well against them because he has fought Lapis and Lazuli countless times for training. Lapis and Lazuli may need Kaioken to match their counterparts, but the one thing they have that can turn the tide againts these versions of them, is experience.
Lapis and Lazuli have trained, fought opponents at their level or stronger than them over the years, and now they can make their varients look like child's play.
It won't be long now, Trunks can feel his power returning, and then they can finish this.
Lapis pointed a a finger at 17. "The only power you weild was bestowed on you, you never had a real fight in your life so your techniques and fightings style is easy to predict." He then pointed at himself and smiled. "Me and my sister on the other hand have fought tooth and nail for our powers, we've taken our techniques improved them, learned more from others and on the battlefeild. So even though were evenly matched with our Kaioken, you and YOUR sister are novices compared to us."
17 growled at that explanation. "Shut up! All you do is waste your time with that green woman and her kid like some human!" He screamed. "Just wait till I find them, I'll put those two down right in front of you!"
His counterpart glared at that. "You'll have to get through me first, 17."
"Watch me Lapis!" He yelled as he flew forward and aimed his hand forward. "Photon Flash!" He fired a powerful yellow energy wave towards his counterpart.
But Lapis had used afterimage to avoid the attack and reappeared behind 17.
"Here's one of those techniques I was talking about." Lapis aimed a hand at his twin, with his other on his wrist it created a wave of yellow energy that surrounded 17.
The Past Android screamed as he couldn't move his body and he was surrounded by a yellow ball of energy. He's never seen this technique and the data doesn't have any information on it at all.
"Like it? Picked it up from Frieza." He then kicked into the golden ball with 17 inside, he then body flickered where the ball was headed and back handed the ball, then did the same and kicked the ball upward. Lapis appeared above where the ball was headed and slammed his hands down it hit the ground and created a large explosion.
17 screamed as the explosion grew with him in the center.
Lapis smiled, it was clear that this fight was close to over.
18 flew backwards and aimed her hands towards her twin. Her hands glowed pink and she fired multiple pink energy shots.
Lazuli was now evading 18's Infinity Bullet without much issue, she had her hands at her sides as as she got closer to her. "Blitz Stream" She fired a powerful wave of pink energy towards 18. The Android from the past put her hands forward and tried to push the attack back but she couldn't and was pushed back. The blast detonated and created a large pink explosion.
It sent 18 skidding across the ground through mountains.
Then her body collided with her brother 17 who was just getting up.
17 and 18 stood up while Lapis and Lazuli floated above them.
The past Androids glanced at Trunks far away and notice his energy was starting to return
Once that happens all three will be able to destroy them.
Both of them then felt something, their eyes glowed red.
Their here, their ready.
Both of them grinned, it won't be long now.
They just have to hold on a bit longer.
In the Forest
Iolite punched 13 in the face sending him flying.
14 tried to attack from behind, she flipped and kicked him.
But 15 charged from her side and sent her flying.
Android 13 smirked as he spread his arms apart and created a large red ball of energy. "S.S. Deadly Bomber!" He pushed his arms forward.
Iolite caught herself in mid air and watched as the energy bomb headed for her.
She flew upward to avoid it but it followed her.
"Tch, course" Iolite said annoyed as she flew off.
The Deadly Bomber followed her.
Down below 15 aimed his hands up and fired a white energy ball upwards.
Iolite stopped just before the ball hit her, she glanced behind her seeing the red energy bomb about to hit her, she started going down to avoid.
But 14 appeared behind her and slammed his shoulder into her back.
She crashed into the bomb and it created a huge explosion.
13 chuckled as she watched her having to take that attack.
Iolite quickly decsended into the forest.
13 noticed and pointed at where she landed. "Go after her boys! She's on her last legs!"
Iolite was sitting in the bushes and she felt a hand on her back.
"It won't be long before they notice me, you need to finish this now!" Dende whispered as he healed Iolite.
"Right thanks!" She said as she regained her energy.
14 and 15 were getting closer to her but Iolite flew to them in her Super Saiyan two form and smashed a knee into 14's gut and a fist across 15's face.
"What in tarnation!" 13 yelled as his comerades again turned to peices.
Iolite then rose her hands forming a yellow energy ball. "Finish Buster!" She yelled and tossed it to 13.
13 crossed his arms to block the attack, it exploded on impact.
Iolite appeared behind him and slammed her elbow on the back of his head forcing him to stumble, she then slammed a kick across his back sending the Android forward.
But 14 and 15 had reformed and attacked from her sides.
Damn it, she was hoping to knock them all in place and destroy them in one spot. Dende won't be abel to heal her forever they will find him at some point.
She rose her arms blocking the attacks from both of them.
And 13 was starting to reform again.
Iolite had to create an opening to destroy all three at once somehow.
Shorz from far away looked at where her sister was at the three constantly healing Androids fighting againts his sister who is struggling to keep up with them.
"What are you doing!" Joyaku yelled at his cousin. "We have to go! If we stay we're going to be in her way!"
The son of Trunks looked at his cousin. "Not yet, we have to help her."
"What do you mean?" The pointy eared alien asked and then looked confused. "Wait you don't mean using what your dad taught us do you?"
"Maybe" He lifted up his back pack. "But I have something else in mind to try first."
Joyaku knew what he was going to do.
"No, Shorz, now is not the time to test your invention."
The Saiyan looked at his cousin as he took a glove out of his bag. "If this doesn't work then we'll try 'that', trust me it'll work out."
They couldn't just rely on power to stop these Android they had to try everything.
Iolite punched across 14's head and kicked 15's midsection.
13 rushed her and through various punches and kicks.
"Come on sport! You gotta have more in the tank don'cha?" He yelled.
She tried to block every strike.
But then 14 and 15 appeared at her sides again and grabbed her arms.
Iolite looked ahead as 13 aimed his hands towards her face, this maybe all he'll need to put her in the ground.
Just then a powerful energy wave slammed into 13's head, it exploded.
Both 14 and 15 were shocked not knowing where that came from.
Neither did Iolite but she wasn't going to waste her chance, she freed her self from their grip and swept kick both 14 and 15 forcing them on the ground alongside 13's body.
She thrusted her hands up and down several times and aimed her hands down. "Burning Attack!"
Iolite fired the yellow energy ball and it exploded swallowing 13's body along with 14 and 15's.
She took a knee exhausted from that and looked at where her attack landed, she couldn't see any left over pieces of them. If it wasn't for that blast, she never would have done that, she wondered where that came from.
"Sis!"
Iolite turned to see her brother wearing his red gauntlet, the invention, the Ki Storage Gauntlet . "You did it, that was awesome!"
"Shorz!" Iolite smiled. "That was you wasn't it! You used your little Might Lender huh?"
Shorz almost fell over anime style. "Hey I told you it's not called that anymore, it's the Ki Storage Gauntlet, I told you I was workshopping it!"
Iolite chuckled at her little brother's complaints. "It still sounds stupid."
"Hey!" Shorz yelled as he landed next to her. "I just saved you, you can't just-"
Iolite patted his head and smiled. "Your right, you did a great job little brother."
Shorz stopped being embarrassed and smiled.
As he was Joyaku landed next to him.
"Good job is a stretch, I say he got lucky." He said crossing his arms.
"Quite Joyaku all you did was tell me to run!"
"Only because your other inventions never worked!"
The two got into an argument over how helpful his inventions were.
Iolite chuckled at her brother and cousin but then frowned thinking of the Androids that looked like her mother and uncle.
Just then Dende appeared in front of them.
"All of you have done a splendid job! Your parents are going to be proud."
Dende healed Iolite.
"Listen I have to go to your father and heal him now, will you be ok to head to the lookout?"
"Yeah, we can manage, thank you Dende." Iolite said smiling. "But listen, about what's happening, my mother and uncle, I mean there are two Androids who look like them and-"
"I know" Dende interrupted. " informed me, they aren't Lapis and Lazuli, they were busy fighting another Android, and now I believe their fighting your real family right now."
At least they now know they were fakes and not their real parents controlled.
"Ok, just be careful."
"You as well, get to safety." Dende said as he dashed away.
Iolite sighed and looked at her brother and cousin.
"Come on let's get out of here, we'll get grandma and head to the lookout."
But then small gete peices that Iolite or anyone couldn't notice started to form together.
But they didn't form three Androids only one and it was bigger than all three of them.
Shorz and Joyaku looked behind Iolite and their eyes widened.
"Boys? What's wrong?" She then noticed a shadow. "No" She turned around and saw not the three ndroids but only one.
"Get ready kids! Here's a classic I used to fight your family back in the day!" 13's voice yelled.
Iolite's eyes widened as the Android grew bigger into a giant brute, and the hair turned red and spiked. He looked like what they described his Super Form.
Only instead of blue skin like he had years ago, he kept the Gete metal skin and was now ready to act.
She barely won against 13 and his cronies, and now she had to protect the kids from THAT.
She had to get the kids away NOW!
Iolite immediately turned Super Saiyan 2 and took a step back.
Super 13 chuckled as he took a step forward.
"Ready for round 3?"
She nor the kids were.
17 and 18 were on the ground covered in scracthes and holes on their clothing.
Lapis and Lazuli looked down at them with looks of pity.
"It's sad it had to go this way." Lazuli said to them.
"Don't worry, we'll have the dragon balls bring them back and put them where they belong."
Their counterparts hated the sound of that.
"Like hell we'll let you turn us into weaklings like you!" 18 yelled at Lazuli.
"Where the real Androids, you two are just fakes who sympathize with weakness!" 17 yelled at Lapis.
Dende had arrived and healed Trunks.
"Thanks Dende." Trunks said as he stood up.
17 and 18 glared at Dende, they thought they had more time!
Once Trunks stood between them their blood began to boil.
They hated the sight, of him standing with them!
Trunks, Lapis, and Lazuli aimed their hands downward, with their hands aimed at them.
"Don't worry, you'll come back with the dragon balls." Trunks assured them. "Just like they did."
17 and 18 looked at them wondering how to get out of this but then they noticed something
"Thanks, but we got a new lease on life." 17 said as two other figures arrived.
To Trunks and the present Androids's surprise it was another pair of 17 and 18.
"What the" Lapis looked surprised. "What did they make an army of us to? Are these also from the past?"
17 and 18 stood up with their double gangers.
"Not quite." 18 said. "Take a look at this, finally, we're going to be brought our rightful place." Her eyes glowed red.
"As the ultimate fighting machines." 17 said and his eyes glowed red as well.
Both versions of 17 and 18 got together side by side.
A bright light appeared and forced everyone to cover their eyes.
It pushed everthing away including Trunks, Lapis and Lazuli, they were un able to do a thing to stop what they were doing.
But they knew what it was.
Lazuli was the most familiar with it.
What they did, it was different, but it was like Daburak.
It was a fusion!
Once the light faded they were shocked at what they saw.
Android 17 had gone through changes, he had become a few feet taller, longer hair, and a more muscular build. While he wairs the same jeans with a rip over the left thigh the rest of his outfit changed, a bronze wide belt buckle with the Red Ribbon symbol, dark blue boots with bronze tips, a tight blue shirt with missing shoulders and matching gloces and bronze wrist guards, brown suspenders and a small brown vest with bronze trimming.
Android 18 had also gone through changes, she had grown a few feet as well, longer shoulder length hair, a slightly more musle build. She wore a jean jacket with bronze edges, a black tight top with her midsection showing. She had worn the same jeans skirt and blue tights, only with a bronze belt buckle like her brother, and brown bronze tip boots and gloves with bronze plates at the back of her hands.
Both Androids powers had increased far beyond what any of them were ready for.
Trunks and the Cyborgs looked shocked at these transformations.
Super 17 and Super 18 looked at their counterparts.
"What was that about us being novices?" Super 17 asked his counterpart.
"Maybe Trunks is in your league after all, but as you can see he's definitely not in mine." Super 18 said as she put a hand threw her hair behind her right ear.
Both of them then focused on Trunks who looked shocked.
"That look suits you better." Super 17 noted.
"Ready to play like we used to?" Super 18 asked chuckling.
The Super Androids have finally appeared and now they were going to unleash powers they have never seen before.
My favorite part of writing this chapter was fighting the Past Androids againts our androids it was really fun to write.
And now we have Super Android 13, Super 17 and Super 18.
And we all know Cell is with Towa doing who knows what.

shadowriter01: Yeah, I didn't think that part through it's been rewritten thank you. Now 17 and 18 prefer their program because it keeps them 'above' humanity without being in servitude like Gero wanted. Thx for pointing that out.
I would say not very much, Gero did want to strip them of their humanity as much as possible.
Yep Zangya's technique was meant to fight 18 so it would make sense she would work on it further especially if she wants to compete with Lapis and Lazuli.
SuperSaiyajin4Vegeta: Yep and now we have the Super Andoids, welp things went from bad to worse.
