Chapter 19 – Lucario's Guild and the Fennekin Fanclub!
"It's time to finish what we started!" Sammy exclaimed confidently.
Megan smirked "I Agree"
"Um Enlighten me on why you two are going to battle?" Tommy asked the two Pokémon with a look of confusion on his face.
"Well if you remember a while back me and Megan had that battle but we never finished it because of that falling out we had…" Sammy Started
"…so in order to make things even it's only fair that we finish it." Megan finished.
"Oh Boy" Tommy sighed as he facepawed.
On a bright sunny day in Destiny Town Megan and Sammy find themselves on a large field and have decided to finish their battle from earlier much to Tommy's dismay.
"Are you ready" Megan asked with a confident smirk.
Sammy sarcastically laughed "Ready when you are haha"
Tommy sighed again "Oh well since there is no way that I will be able to talk you out of this battle LET THE BATTLE BEGIN!"
"Embeeeeeeeeer" Megan screamed.
She shot a ball of fire towards Sammy however the chespin jumped out of the way just before it hit her causing Megan to gasp in disbelief.
Before Megan knew what was happening Sammy shouted out "ENERGY BALL" and it hit her directly sending her flying to the ground causing Sammy to smile in satisfaction.
Megan groaned in pain as she struggled to get up off the ground causing her opponent's smirk to widen which made Megan growl at her.
"There's no way I'M GONNA LET YOU WIN!" Megan screamed.
Sammy smirked even more "Well we'll just have to see about that"
"Oh Arceus, this is going to get Ugly" Tommy sighed in exasperation.
Megan jumped up off the ground, jumped into the air and shouted "EMBER" however instead of a small ball of fire coming out of her muzzle, she shot a flamethrower-like move at her friend causing Sammy's smirk to fade and it hit Sammy directly sending her flying to the ground knocking her out.
Megan gasped in both disbelief and surprise at what had just happened, what was this move she had just used, it certainly wasn't Ember.
"Sammy is unable to battle, Megan wins the Match and the victory goes to Megan!" Tommy exclaimed with a hint of a small smile.
"I won but what was that?" Megan wondered.
Sammy quickly jumped up off the ground and looked at her fennekin friend in both Awe and Admiration "Wow that was Awesome, you must of learned Flamethrower"
"I Learned Flamethrower?"
"Yep, think of it like this, it's a more powerful version of Ember" Tommy informed her as he approached his fennekin friend.
"More powerful version of Ember… soooo cool" An Awestruck Megan replied with a look of pure disbelief.
"Wow that is cool, so does that mean Megan will have a more easier time defeating enemies?" Sammy asked.
"Maybe, who knows" Tommy laughed.
"Well I'm exhausted from all the training we've done today, maybe we should call it a day and go home" Suggested Megan.
Her two friends nodded in agreement as they smiled brightly at the young Pokémon.
"Yeah, that's not a bad idea" Sammy beamed.
"Mhmm here, here" Tommy added.
And so with that the three Pokémon started walking off the field together and back towards Fennekin mansion little did they know this would be the day that would change their lives forever…
Not to mention… they were being watched by a mysterious character…!
"Hmmm that was one superb battle, they must be that famous Team Ace I've heard so much about… Perfect!" He said with a small smirk on his face as he stood at the edge of the field watching the three Pokémon that were heading home closely...

"Ahhhh" Tommy sighed in delight as they entered the deserted house and entered the empty and quiet living room.
"Home Sweet Home" Exclaimed a Happy Megan.
The three turned to sit on the sofa but before they could do anything they heard… Knock Knock… on the front door causing all 3 of them to raise an eyebrow in confusion.
"Huh, who could that be?" Sammy wondered giving her friends a quick smile before turning to look towards the door "I'll get it"
And with that the Chespin left the living room leaving a confused Megan and Tommy behind, she could see the outline of a tall blue like Pokémon but she couldn't distinguish what kind of Pokémon it was let alone its type…
She turned the handle of the door pulling it open revealing a mysterious blue Pokémon, one she had never seen before…
"Um may I help you and who are you anyway?" Sammy asked the Pokémon in confusion.
The Pokémon laughed softly at this "Is this where Team Ace lives?" he asked.
"Yes, why?" Sammy raised an eyebrow becoming a little bit suspicious.
"Well if you invite me in, I will explain everything…" He replied in a kind elderly voice.
Sammy was still not sure but at least they would get answers "Uhhhh sure…"
…
"WHAT!" Tommy shouted in disbelief.
"You want us to join your Guild?" A Confused Megan asked.
"Right, the thing is I was watching that battle and the way you two battled was phenomenal so I would like to offer you a position at my guild" He confirmed.
"What did you say your name was again?" Sammy asked.
"Oops I forgot, My name is Lucario and I am the Guildmaster of a guild called Lucario's Guild, it's on top of the hill overlooking Destiny Town, only the most skilled Exploration Teams are allowed to attend my guild and you happen to be one of them" Lucario informed the trio with a big smile.
"Wow… so is this free?" Tommy piped in with a curious look on his face.
"Oh No, it costs about 100,000 Poké to Attend-Aha Just kidding, of course it's free hahaha" Lucario Joked with a small Chuckle.
Megan Sweatdropped at this "That was not funny AT ALL"
"Eh, I thought it was… kinda funny" Tommy replied with a slight laugh.
"So what do you say?" Lucario asked.
"I for one would love to" Said Sammy.
Both Tommy and Megan pondered for a minute… was it such a good idea to trust a complete stranger… before they finally decided.
"We'd love to!" Both Tommy and Megan exclaimed happily.
"Alright then, Come with me, don't worry, we've got rooms for you at the Guild because you'll be staying with us while you stay at my guild" Lucario explained.
The team followed the strange Pokémon out of their house with confused expressions on their faces as he lead them out of the town and up a big mountain they had never seen before.
"Mister, where exactly are we going?" Sammy asked.
"You'll see… this Mountain is called Mt. Mega and once we reach the peak then you will see why I brought you here!" Lucario exclaimed in a soft and calm not to mention kind Voice.
Tommy and Megan both looked at each other grinning from ear to ear, they both knew things were going to get interesting.
After a 5 Minute Trek up the Large Mountain they finally arrived at the top, but what they saw made them gasp in surprise and disbelief.
In front of the group was a large structure, the roof shaped like Lucario's Head and it looked like it was made of stone and this was something none of them expected.
"Well Kids what do you think? Welcome to Lucario's Guild!" Lucario exclaimed happily.
"Wow" Tommy, Megan and Sammy gaped in awe at the awesome-looking guild.
"Well… what are you waiting for? Follow me Children!" Lucario beamed at the trio who nodded back.
And with that the four Pokémon walked through the entrance to the guild and upon entering the three gasping upon noticing loads of different Pokémon Explorers and everyone turned around… but upon noticing the trio enter the building the entire room went completely silent…
"Uh-Oh, they must have noticed Tommy hehe" Sammy whispered with a small giggle.
"Uhhhh-Ummmmm" Tommy sweatdropped at the crowd watching them.
"Well here he is ladies and gentlemen" Megan laughed.
But without warning the entire crowd ran towards them cheering in awe and excitement but unexpectedly… they completely disregarded Tommy and Sammy pushing them out of the way and crowed around Megan causing her, Tommy and Sammy to gasp in surprise and shock at everyone's actions.
"Uh…Ummm" Megan stammered unable to find words.
"We love you Megan" A Gothita said.
"Y-You've really come here… I don't know what to say!" Exclaimed a Ponyta.
"An Actual Fennekin has come here… not to mention it's our favourite fennekin, Megan!" A Torchic gaped in awe at the surprised Pokémon.
"Well this… is New" Tommy said as both he and Sammy slowly got off the floor.
Sammy nodded her head in agreement "Yeah… Pokémon usually go gaga over you…"
Tommy snickered Slightly at Sammy's Statement "That is so what she said aha"
"Oi… behave you!" Sammy joked punching Tommy in the arm playfully.
"Haha okay then" Tommy laughed.
All the Pokémon Gathering around Megan asking for Autographs was actually starting to make her feel extremely uncomfortable and she didn't like any of this, one bit…
"U-Ummm, No thanks, I don't do that sort of thing hehe" Megan told the Crowd causing them to groan in disappointed "Why don't you ask my friend ('Soon to be Boyfriend' She thought to herself), I'm sure he'd be more than happy to sign a couple of autographs for me" She continued.
"Hey, don't bring me into this Meg" Tommy sweatdropped.
Lucario suddenly interrupted and shouted to the crowd "QUIET" which instantly made everyone flinch and the entire room went silent.
"Wow… he sure is scary when he shouts" Sammy said with a look of shock on her face.
"Thank you, Megan is looking very uncomfortable over there and she doesn't appreciate all your Fanboying and Fangirling, Just treat her like any one of us in the guild, just because she and her friends are famous does not mean you should treat them any differently, treat them the way they would treat you, thank you very much" Lucario instructed before turning to face the Trio "Come, Follow me Kids"
And with that Megan, Sammy and Tommy followed the fighting type through the entrance hall, up the stairs, down the hallway and into his huge office… his office was blue with red stripes on it and on the walls there were pictures of DNA Helix's for some reason…
Lucario sat down on his chair behind the desk as the three sat down on the chairs in front of it and Lucario smiled brightly at them.
"Well Children, what do you think of my marvellous guild?" He asked.
"I like it, its cool" Tommy grinned.
Megan sweatdropped "Ummm well the Guild is nice but the Pokémon Seem very Excitable here…"
"Ahh yes, they are… ya see they admire you Megan and you are a fennekin and that species of Pokémon has never been seen in these parts before so technically you're very rare and what makes you more popular is that you are part of a famous exploration Team making you their favourite out of you three… nothing personal Tommy and Sammy, Personally I don't have a favourite, you three are all very amazing Explorers and that is why I bought you here" Lucario tells them.
Tommy and Megan looked at each other grinning from ear to ear whilst their Chespin friend was still really confused about all this stuff…
"U-Umm… So what exactly are we meant to do here?" Sammy asked raising an eyebrow causing both Tommy and Megan to fall down anime-style.
"Well you are a very interesting one aren't you Sammy haha, basically for the next little while you'll be working for me, going on explorations, doing requests, hunting down outlaws etc… there is so much stuff to do here and you will have the time of your life and I just know you three will make loads of friends while you stay here with us" Lucario told her with a small smile.
"I get it now haha" Sammy laughed as her two friends got up off the floor and sat back down.
"I would also like you to help me with something…" Lucario said as he got up off his chair and looked down at the trio.
The three raised their eyebrows in confusion at this… what was Lucario talking about?
"Help with what Exactly?" Tommy asked.
"Have you ever heard of 'Mega Evolution' kids?" Lucario wondered.
"No, I've never heard of it" Megan said with a slight fake laugh.
Tommy got all excited at this "I-I have, I learnt about it at school, apparently its this super cool new type of Evolution which certain Pokémon can undergo and they change their look and their stats go up… But ya wanna know the best part? After Mega Evolving they CHANGE Back"
"Wow" Both Megan and Sammy gasped in shock and surprise at his Knowledge.
"Correct… I am one of those Pokémon who can Mega Evolve but… I am missing the core component, I have a Mega Ring and a Key Stone however I am missing the key part to me being able to Mega Evolve… The Lucarionite…" Lucario sighed "I have been searching everywhere for this special item however I have had no luck obtaining it so far…"
"What do you want us to do" Sammy asked the Blue Pokémon.
"If you find a small stone like item with a little DNA Helix on the front… I would like you to bring it back here… I will continue my search as well… would you be willing to help me?" He asked.
"Of course!" Megan exclaimed.
"We'd be more than happy to help" Tommy said with a big smile.
"Yeah, this is definitely something I would really like to see…!" Sammy replied with an excited look on her face.
Lucario beamed at the trio and bowed to them "Thank you so much my friends… it means a lot to me now if you will… follow me and I'll show you your rooms"
"Ooooh, we get rooms Yay" Sammy giggled causing the four of them all to laugh.
"Of course, now come with me" Lucario said.
And so the trio followed Lucario out of his office and down the corridor to the dormitories, they walked past all the guildmember's rooms before reaching a door to a room at the end.
"This is your room, take a look inside" Lucario said with a smile as he opened the door.
The three of them walked in and gasped in amazement at what they were seeing, their bedroom was orange with red polka dot spots on the wall, there were three beds, one for Tommy. One for Sammy and One for Megan, there was a TV, a Computer, A Window with orange curtains. A Bookshelf with lots of Pokémon information Books on it and a Nice blue Vase by the window.
"AWESOME!" Tommy exclaimed.
Megan gasped "Wow. This is ours?"
"Yep, I'm assuming you like it" Lucario smiled brightly.
"We don't just like it we LOVE IT, this room is sooo cool" Sammy gaped in awe.
"Good, I was worried you wouldn't like well I'm glad you do anyway Dinner is at 6 so feel free to come down to the Dining Hall to get something to eat at around that time, and lights go out at 9:00, your jobs will start tomorrow, Please do enjoy you stay here with us" Lucario informed them with a big grin on his face.
And so with that the Lucario left the room for his office and Tommy, Megan and Sammy were really excited for all the Possibilities at Lucario's Guild…
That Night…
It was 9:00 and everyone had finished their dinner and were going to bed happily chatting along the way and enjoying the company of their friends and Tommy, Megan and Sammy quickly got into their respective beds and Sammy turned the lights off making the room very dark.
"Well goodnight Tommy" Megan whispered in the dark. "…and Goodnight Sammy"
"Goodnight" Tommy replied back.
"Goodnight" Sammy said in response.
Tommy had a feeling deep inside him that tomorrow was going to get very interesting indeed… and this would be the perfect opportunity to train themselves up so they could be ready for anything…
"I'm going to get better whatever it takes… I just know that this is my Destiny!" Exclaimed Tommy
And so another day has come to an end for our heroes, Team Ace will get their very first job tomorrow but what will the job be…? well in order to find out you must STAY TUNED…

Next Chapter - Bonjour to Mt. Bonjour! The Skiddo Rescue?!
Tommy, Megan and Sammy get a job request from a Skiddo who is Trapped on Mt Bonjour and in order to save the Skiddo they must defeat a Pokémon known as Malamar.
Well… sorry for the long wait but it is FINALLY Done, I hope you enjoyed this chapter and in the next chapter Team Ace will encounter a super powerful Pokémon Called Malamar and must save a Skiddo, how will all this work out well… find out next time.
