Chapter 10
As the thrill of shopping in a wizard market wears off, Harry can't help but feel strange at his new wand. After all who wants to have something connected to the murderer of their parents and told that they have to use it to perform the very thing that helped to kill them.
Harry's entire team but the Lapras surrounded him and tried to offer comfort as they headed back to the Dursley's.
The Dreepy stayed around Harry's neck and nuzzles into his cheek giving a small noise of affection. Harry scratches the dreepy on its head and gets a coo in response making him smile at his newest and youngest companion.
The other members of the group watch as Harry is comforted by his Pokemon, both McGonagall and the Grangers can't help but smile at the closeness of the group. Once they have gotten back to the street where Harry lives the group stops to say their goodbyes and well wishes before splitting and heading home.
As Harry heads off he decides to head to the park instead so he can let out his Lapras and get to know her better.
So he turns to his left and enters the park looking for the small pond they have for trainers with water types. Once he found it he quickly let's put Lapras and with a jubilant cry the purple skinned Lapras splashed about in the small pond and moved to get as close to Harry as possible.
Harry takes off his shoes and rolls his pants legs up and steps into the pond to make it easier on the Lapras.
As Harry is petting the Lapras head as it nuzzles into his stomach the dreepy finally leaves Harry's neck and starts to play on the Lapras shell. As Harry watches the dreepy he starts to think of what to call the two new members of his little family since it feels wrong to just call them by their species name.
While Harry watches the dreepy play amongst the many nubs along the shell he notices that the dreepy tends to make a slithering motion as it moves. almost as if it was sliding on the shell rather than floating slightly above it, then Harry remembered a certain name from his history books.
"Dreepy come here real quick I want to ask you something." The small Pokemon perks up at this and comes over to his trainer wrapping around his out stretched hand.
"What do you think of the name Salazar, he was one of the founders of my school." Harry hides his nervousness as he ask his newest partner about their new name.
The dreepy makes a small cheering sound at this name, and Harry gives a sigh of relief at this. "Then your name will be Salazar from now on and if we need to use a nickname then Sal should work just fine."
Salazar gives a cheer and races around to the other Pokemon seemingly introducing himself with his new name. As he chatters at the Lapras, Harry can't help but feel awkward that he can't think of a name for her, but as he thinks this he notices her making small ice crystals.
They form along the ground and in the air for Salazar to play with as the Lapras seem to want to celebrate the new name for her friend.
As Harry sees this another name pops into his head not from history, but from a legend he remembers reading about back in primary. So he moves closer to the Lapras and gets her attention and has her move closer to him so he doesn't have to yell to be heard.
"What do you think about the name Morana, she was a god of snow and ice that is said to be the godmother of all her homelands people."
Lapras smiles at this and nods her head accepting this new name and finding it pleasing to her senses. With that Morana moves to grab Harry by his shirt and lift him off the ground before placing him on her shell and moving around the small pond with Salazar back around Harry's neck.
Ria, John, and Ivan follow around at the edge of the pond trusting in their newest companion to keep their trainer safe. As Morana moves back to the edge of the pond where the others are Harry wraps his arms around her neck and gives her the most heartfelt hug he can.
Once at the shore Morana takes Harry off her shell and puts him back on shore with Salazar still attached to Harry like a clingy scarf. Harry turns to the others and waits for them to speak since he knows Ria at least will have something to tell him.
After a moment Harry hears the slightly gruff yet still feminine voice of Ria seemingly drifting through the surroundings.
"Master, the others and myself agree that we should hold training as soon as possible to incorporate our new allies abilities and moves." Harry couldn't help but chuckle at the nods Ivan and John gave to show their agreement with Ria.
Salazar seemed excited by the idea of training with the others, while Morana didn't look so enthused by the idea of fighting. While Harry motioned to the others to go ahead and start training he takes Morana and Salazar to the side and starts the conversation he gave to the others long ago.
"Alright you two, I'm going to give you a choice, you can join us in training to become stronger and help us keep each other safe or you can simply act as our moral support."
Salazar seemed more than eager to begin training and rushes over to where the others are training but Morana seems to hesitate.
"Morana you don't need to worry, if you want you can simply stay on the side lines and give the others emotional and moral support."
Morana gives Harry a look that says she doesn't want to simply leave the others to fight battles for her but that she is reluctant to battle herself. Harry decides that he might have to make a compromise until Morana gets more comfortable with fighting.
"How about you only go out in double battles for now until you're ready to fight on your own?"
Morana gives Harry a look of relief before nuzzling him and then heading over to the others to join in on the training. Harry shakes his head at how lucky he is to have such amazing companions on this journey of his, and he hoped he would have many more to come.

After Harry and his companions finished training, he finally decided to head back to the Dursley's to get some sleep. Ria, John, and Salazar stayed out with Ria carrying the supplies from the shopping trip and Salazar continued to be a scarf.
Harry's Pokedex now carried the information of both Salazar and Morana and what he found out about them surprised him to say the least.
Salazar has the infiltrator ability and knows the moves Dragon tail, disable, astonish, and curse making for a very versatile set of attacks and plans.
Morana on the other hand had the hydration ability and the moves rain dance, dragon dance, freeze dry, and life dew making her a very good support partner for duos.
At first Harry didn't know what each ability did but after looking them up he was floored. Infiltrator let Salazar bypass screens and substitute, while hydration let Morana heal from any status condition.
Harry grew curious if the others had an ability change so looked it up and wasn't disappointed in the slightest.
Ria had stayed the same with steadfast helping to make her quicker and her moves having real depth from her aura sphere, bullet punch combo to her calm mind and quick guard made her a force to fear.
Ivan had the iron fist ability and knew the shadow punch, dynamic punch, and focus punch add on top of that iron defense and he really was a wall of fists.
Finally John had the ability frisk add that with the moves shadow ball, sing, perish song and disarming voice and this singer becomes dangerous.
Harry was happy with what his team had and was now looking at ways to really improve them since many of these moves and abilities would work great together during matches. He would also have to start remembering them since he was sure they wouldn't allow him to use aura speech during a match.
Maybe they would teach them memorization skills at Hogwarts to help when dealing with any battles they have to enter. But Harry would have to wait and see once he got there, so for now he will just focus on trying to do better by his companions.
As the sun was about to set they finally make it back to the Dursley household and quickly make their way to the front door hoping to end their day on a good note.
