Michael lives in Stockholm and he live a pretty normal life but he has an special ability that makes him dangerous. He can wish that things that happens in movies become real and one day he wished that the Alien monsters from the Alien movies would becoame real. Michael soon helps the Alien queen with placing lots of Alien eggs in the city. Chaos soon ensues.

Chapter 42

July 11, 2026

Teresagatan (Michael's apartment)

Michael hears several loud bangs and screams from the apartment below him and he opens his eyes and sees that there is still a power outage. Neither the modem nor the extra power socket by the window is lit. Michael looks at his battery-powered watch and it is 08am. Michael went to bed early yesterday because he didn't feel like sitting in the dark and he feels completely rested. Yesterday, a lot of things happened.

Michael gets out of bed and puts on clean clothes. Michael could have worn the clothes he had yesterday but they got so dirty when he was inside the cocoon so he chooses to put on clean clothes. The sun is already shining and it feels warm in the bedroom but also in the living room but the air feels stuffy because the ventilation is not working.

Michael goes out to the kitchen and fills a glass with cold water and eats three sandwiches. Michael would have liked to have had a cup of tea but since there is a power outage the kettle is not working. The door to Michael's apartment opens and Miguel sticks his head in and he looks at Michael.

- Well, there is still a power outage as you might notice so you can't start washing yet.

Miguel starts to pull his head out but Michael stops him.

- Miguel, do you know if Krister has come back?

Miguel seems to hesitate.

- That.. It doesn't seem that way unfortunately. Zak hasn't come home either.

- Okay, then I know. I'm worried about them.

- Me too. I have a bad feeling about that. Well, I see you can handle yourself. If there's anything you need help with, just let me know.

- Um Miguel, I was thinking of maybe going to Hammarby in a while. I'm worried about my parents.

- That's probably not such a good idea. There are Alien monsters almost everywhere outside the apartment building and I think they've gotten into a few apartments but not ours.

- Of course I'm careful and avoid the monsters.

- That's easier said than done. Let me know if you're going anywhere so we know.

- Absolutely.

Miguel sticks his head out of the opening and closes the door and Michael stays at the kitchen table and finishes eating. When Michael is full, he puts his glass in the sink and goes out into the living room and looks out the big window.

There's a lot of activity outside the apartment building but no people are visible. It's just Alien monsters moving around in the street and on the sidewalk on the opposite side of the apartment building. Michael can see that all the monsters have long braids at the end of their elongated heads and he understands that they are the offspring of the PredAlien. Michael tries to count how many monsters there are and he comes to the conclusion that there must be over 200. There are far too many Alien monsters.

Michael sees that the cocoon he entered has fallen from the tree and is lying on the ground but the other three cocoons are still hanging on the trees and he thinks that it was lucky that the cocoon did not fall down while he was inside it. Michael is not going to tell his staff that he was inside the cocoon.

Michael studies the Alien monsters and he sees several monsters coming out of several apartment buildings and several of them are carrying living people. The people try to get free from the monsters' grip but are unsuccessful. The Alien monsters lay the people down in the middle of the street and soon more Alien monsters arrive and feast on the people's flesh and blood and body parts fly high into the air. None of the Alien monsters that have been born from a Chestburster have behaved this way. The new behavior makes the PredAlien's offspring more dangerous than the regular Alien monsters.

Michael leaves the window and goes into the bedroom and picks up his cell phone. There is 45 percent of the battery left and Michael decides to call his parents but the line is busy. Michael tries to call Sven but the line is busy there too. Michael sits down on the bed and sighs deeply. He wants to visit his parents and make sure they are okay but he has seen how many Alien monsters are moving outside the apartment building.

Michael decides to leave the accommodation despite the danger and he packs the charger for his cell phone so that he can charge it at his parents' house if the power comes back when he is there. Michael puts the charger in his backpack and he puts it on his back and goes out into the corridor. Michael tells Miguel that he is going to his parents. For once, Michael tells the truth about where he is going. Michael leaves the accommodation and goes out into the stairwell and it is dark out there but Michael can still see enough. The floor on the second and first floors is smeared with Alien monster drool and Michael feels sorry for the people who are being picked up by the monsters and then eaten in the horrible way he saw from the window. There are no Alien monsters outside the bottom exit but there are several monsters on the street and Michael keeps an eye on where they are going. So far they are not very close to him.

Teresagatan

There is so much drool from the Alien monsters that Michael's sandals squelch when he walks in the drool. It seems that this drool is thicker and more viscous than regular Alien monster drool and some of it gets stuck under the soles of his shoes. There is so much drool that it starts to seep through his sandals and Michael feels his socks getting wet from the drool. Michael thinks the drool feels good against his skin but not when his socks get wet from it and he grimaces and thinks about whether he should go back to his apartment and change into regular shoes but he keeps walking forward.

Michael walks on the sidewalk because there are fewer Alien monsters there but he looks around carefully to make sure he is not being followed by any monster. Michael passes the two trees where the three cocoons are hanging and he looks up at them and remembers what he did the previous day. One cocoon hangs far down so he can get into it if he wants but MIchael thinks he can do it later in that case. Now he mostly wants to get to his parents and see why they don't answer when he calls them.

Michael looks at the apartment building that is opposite the two trees and he can see blood spatters on the inside of several of the windows but no one is visible in any of the windows. It could be that several Chestbursters have been born in the apartments but the most likely thing is that the Alien monsters have gotten into the apartments and have killed and eaten the people and Michael feels sorry for the people. This is not how he wanted it to turn out. Several Alien monsters are coming out of the exit of the nearest apartment building. Red blood drips from their jaws and claws. All Alien monsters have braids at the end of their elongated heads and Michael wonders how the PredAlien has been able to reproduce so quickly. It must have found lots of human victims.

Michael hears a glass window shatter above him and a few seconds later sharp glass shards rain down on him and an Alien monster and a man land on the ground in front of him. The man and the Alien monster get up and they start to fight and Michael is almost hit by the monster's sharp claws and he steps away so they can fight. The monster has its spine-like black tail raised high and it swings its tail at the man but he jumps away every time. The man seems to win over the monster and that's a positive thing. Michael decides to help the man and he sneaks up behind the Alien monster and pulls on its braids. The Alien monster roars and turns around and Michael jumps away while the man takes a sharp knife and plunges it deep into the monster's grooved chest. Yellow blood starts to spurt out of the injured chest and the monster hits the man so hard that he slams into the wall of the apartment building. The alien monster approaches the man and it opens its mouth. Michael is not going to let the monster kill the man so he calls out to the monster.

- Hey! You ugly motherfucker. Do you want a fight? Huh?

The alien monster turns to Michael and he finishes what the man started. Michael pushes the sharp knife even deeper into the monster's chest while pulling it downward. The knife is so sharp and Michael is so strong that the monster's stomach opens and the yellow intestines are exposed and begin to fall out of the monster's damaged stomach. The alien monster hisses loudly as its intestines pour out of its stomach and land on the street. The alien monster's yellow blood spurts and Michael is almost hit by the blood but he managed to back away far enough before it started spurting out. Michael can't help but make a victory gesture and shout happily to the monster.

- Shit happens.

The alien monster lands on the ground and doesn't move anymore and it hisses loudly in the ground as the blood corrodes the street. The man walks up to Michael.

- Thank you very much.

- It was so little. Everyone has to help because there are so many monsters.

- Yes, someone saw a monster giving birth to several monsters this morning at the sports field.

- Giving birth? How?

- Well. The monster babies popped out of its anus like we do when we give birth, but this monster gave birth to two monster babies at a time, and what's more, non-stop. The monster was sitting on a large bench near the barbecue area on the slope.

- Oh my god. Do you know if the monster had braids like the monsters on the street?

- I didn't see it myself, so I don't know.

- Is the monster still at the sports field?

- I don't think so. The person who saw the monster said that it left the sports field and walked on while giving birth to its monster babies.

- Hmm okay. That's good information. I'll keep an eye out for the monster. By the way, are you hurt?

- I'll be fine. My back hurts a little, but it's okay. Where are you going?

- To Hammarby and my parents.

- Hmm. I don't think there are any monsters in the forest between Zinkensdamm and Hammarby. It might be safest if you go that way.

- That's probably a good idea. Well. I hope no more monsters attack you.

- I agree. Bye my friend.

The man walks up to the Alien monster and turns its body over and pulls out the long knife. The knife has become shorter because the metal has been corroded by the blood but the man wants to save his knife. The man enters through the entrance to the apartment building and Michael stands there for a few seconds before moving on.

Michael now knows how PredAlien has been able to reproduce as quickly as it has, but Reine did not tell him that PredAlien could give birth. He said that it vomited eggs into the mouths of its victims and that the monster babies exploded from the victims' stomachs. The same thing as a Chestburster but that they come out of the stomach instead of the chest. Michael never added to his wish that PredAlien could give birth to its offspring and he begins to wonder if someone has interfered with his wishes and changed several things, but if so, who and why. Michael does not know anyone who would have wanted to wish this on him or ruin it for him.

Michael sees that there are even more Alien monsters ahead and he sees that there must be over a thousand monsters on the street because he can see that it is full of monsters all the way to the supermarket and they are extremely tightly packed. The monsters have barely any space to turn around but MIchael doesn't feel sorry for them. He actually hates them.

A lot of Alien monsters pour out of several apartment buildings and their elongated heads and claws are smeared with blood. Several of the monsters pull bloody people out of the apartment buildings and it looks as if the people are still alive. The Alien monsters drag the people to the middle of the street and lay them on the ground. The Alien monsters that picked up the people make hoarse noises and immediately a lot of Alien monsters gather in front of the people and they lower their elongated heads and start to feast on the people's flesh. Several of the people scream as they are being eaten alive and Michael feels sick from what he sees and hears. What is happening is terrible. The screams of the people are soon muffled and silent and the only sound that can be heard is the crunching sounds as the monsters' inner jaws bite into the people's bones. Michael turns his face away. He can't bear to see any more of the misery.

Michael continues forward on the sidewalk and Teresagatan ends and becomes Bronsvägen instead

Bronsvägen

Michael passes the electrical cabinet where the short circuit occurred and he can see a tool bag with electrical equipment on the sidewalk but no workers nearby and he thinks that they don't dare do this job when there are so many monsters nearby. Michael spots a flashlight above the electrical cabinet and when he looks closer he sees a lot of blood on the street closest to the electrical cabinet and he guesses that the electrician has been attacked by the Alien monsters. Michael doesn't dare touch the electrical cabinet because he doesn't know how it works.

Michael looks at the Alien monsters on the street and he sees several monsters pouring in through the doors of the apartment buildings and some of the monsters are so eager that they climb on each other. Alien monsters pour out from some other open doors and they are carrying living people. Michael knows what will happen to the people and he looks away and tries to ignore the horrible sounds. There is even more drool on the sidewalk and Michael's sandals are soaked in all the drool but he keeps going. Some of the drool is so thick that it hangs like a long, wide, trembling, transparent thread when Michael lifts his feet. Michael finds it heavy to walk in the drool because it is so thick.

Michael passes the supermarket and sees several Alien monsters eating the store's metal sign and the monsters eat very quickly. The metal gate that is lowered after closing time is still down and some Alien monsters have started to eat the metal gate but it is very thick so most of the gate is intact. Not a single one of the Alien monsters seems to be fighting with each other, it looks like they are helping each other eat the metal sign and they also help each other pick up people from the apartment buildings. It feels like they are a big pack and that makes them very dangerous.

Michael arrives at the Zinkensdamm sports field and the first thing he notices is that the entire steel fence around the sports field is gone. The second thing he notices is that it is like a big lake of shiny drool where the grass should be. There are no monsters on the sports field and Michael chooses to enter the sports field

Zinkensdamm sports field

Michael's feet sink deep into the lake of drool and the drool reaches up to the lower part of his leg. His sandals are completely buried in all the drool but Michael can see them because the drool is transparent. When it rains, the water usually disappears from the grass but this drool is so thick that it does not run off the grass. Michael starts to walk forward in the lake of drool and as he gets further into the sports field the lake of drool gets even deeper and almost reaches up to his shorts. The drool feels soft against his skin but it is thick and sticks everywhere on his skin.

Michael thinks about where to go but then he remembers where the man he met said the PredAlien had been and Michael soon sees the slope that the man must mean. The entire slope shines with drool but also with some gray slime and Michael walks towards the slope. When MIchael has come halfway across the lake of drool he loses his balance and falls into the lake of drool. Michael's clothes and body become even wetter than when he was in the cocoon the previous day but instead of getting up he crawls forward on all fours through the drool. The thick drool is so deep that it reaches up to his chin. Michael can't help but laugh at the fact that he is once again getting wet from the Alien monsters' bodily fluids and that he is crawling forward through the thick drool.

The thick drool pours under Michael's T-Shirt and shorts and it feels incredibly sexual. Lots of bubbles form on the surface of the lake of drool as Michael moves through it and Michael presses his hand against some of the bubbles and they burst, sending little squirts of drool into his face. Michael finds it funny that the bubbles burst and he moves his hands vigorously under the drool so that even bigger bubbles form on the surface. The drool makes a bubbling sound as Michael moves through it. Michael accidentally swallows some of the thick drool and it feels really thick as it runs down his throat. The thick drool starts to fill Michael's underwear and he can feel the drool moving back and forth inside. Michael continues to crawl through the drool and he approaches the slope. The thick drool starts to seep into Michael's butt and he squeezes his butt as hard as he can.

When Michael reaches the slope, he stands up and starts walking up the slope. Because the drool is so thick, it hangs in long shiny threads from his entire body and when gravity causes it to land on the ground, a loud plop sound is heard. Michael reaches the bench where the PredAlien was sitting and giving birth and he smells a raspberry scent from the gray slime on the ground. Michael thought he smelled the same scent from the Alien monster that the man killed and he decides to smear the gray slime all over his body so that he will smell like the monsters. Maybe they will leave him alone then.

Michael picks up several large lumps of the gray slime and smears it almost everywhere. Michael prefers not to smear his penis so it is left unlubricated. The gray slime does not feel as thick as the drool and it is easier to smear it on the body except in the hair where it becomes like a wet mass. Michael smells himself and he smells raspberries and he feels satisfied. Michael can't help but pick up a fistful of gray slime and shove it into his mouth and it really tastes like raspberries but it feels strange in his throat as he swallows the gray slime. Michael doesn't dare shove any more gray slime into his mouth and he turns towards the big forest between Zinkensdamm and Hammarby and he can't see any monsters in the forest. Michael turns around and looks at the lake of drool and he thinks that maybe he can swim in the drool when he gets back here. Michael thinks that Sven would have probably said that it's a stupid idea but he thought it felt so awesome and sexual when the drool poured under his T-Shirt and shorts.

Michael starts walking towards the forest and he goes out through the entrance where he put the Alien egg the other day and he can't help but laugh at what happened to the caretaker. Back then it was fun that the Alien monsters existed. Now it's not as fun anymore even though Michael liked crawling in the lake of drool, Since his socks are so wet from all the drool, Michael takes off his socks and holds them in one hand. The vegetation in the forest becomes dense quickly and Michael can smell the wonderful scent of spruce forest.

The forest between Zinkensdamm and Hammarby

The ground in the forest is completely dry and the spruce needles crackle under Michael's wet sandals and it's noticeable that there haven't been any Alien monsters in the forest. Michael looks up at the tallest spruces and they are majestic. The sun is also warming inside the forest and the slime and drool that is on Michael's body is slowly starting to dry. The gray slime itches on his skin but Michael resists the temptation to drag his nails over his skin. Michael's throat is a little itchy too and he thinks it makes sense that he didn't push more gray mucus into his mouth. The spruce needles disappear and are replaced by soft grass and gravel and it is barely audible as Michael walks forward. The scent of spruce disappears more and more and is replaced by the scent of oak.

Michael goes deeper into the forest and goes left towards Hammarby. The trees are denser than at the beginning of the forest and Michael passes the Miso cave where he and several children played that there was a fire-breathing dragon when they were little. Strangely enough, Michael never wished for a dragon to exist in reality, but that was probably mostly because his parents warned him not to wish for anything stupid. It could also be because Michael was afraid that there would be a big forest fire if there was a real dragon in the cave.

The forest becomes less dense after the Miso cave and MIchael continues. The ground changes and consists mostly of cobblestones, but a little further into the forest the soft grass and gravel continue. Michael comes to the place where the main highway to Hammarby is visible through the branches of the trees. The forest muffles the noise of traffic, but there are not many cars driving on the highway that is closest to the forest. Michael has read that many people have taken their lives by leaving the forest and running onto the highway, and there has been talk of putting up large fences to separate the forest from the highway, but that has not happened yet.

The forest road becomes a steep hill and goes under a small tunnel. The highway is right over the tunnel, and Michael used to sled here in the winters when he was a child. Michael is unsure if the children still use their sleds in the winter and go down the steep hill and into the tunnel. Michael has the impression that today's children often sit at home looking at their iPads instead of being outside when it is winter and snowing. There were no iPads when Michael was a child and most children were outside more often.

The forest continues after the tunnel and there are several large mountains beside the forest road. Michael used to climb the mountains when he was a child. A dog suddenly comes running through the forest and it approaches Michael and Michael and the dog almost collide with each other. It's a nice Collie but the dog's soft light brown fur looks dirty and there's a twig stuck to the dog's belly. The dog's face looks damaged and Michael thinks it looks like a facehugger has been on the dog's face. Michael stops the dog and takes a closer look. It definitely looks like the digits of a facehugger have damaged the dog's face.

Michael checks for a registration and he finds it near the dog's neck. It says the dog's name is Billy and that the owner is Emillie Svensson. Michael doesn't know the dog's owner. The dog's long leash drags on the ground and Michael thinks the owner is probably in the woods but he doesn't hear anyone moving or calling for the dog. The dog presses its face against Michael's and whines softly. Michael mutters softly to the dog.

- I know how it feels. You're welcome to come with me until you find your owner.

Michael gets up and starts walking and the dog follows, wagging its tail happily. Michael follows the forest path and the trees are denser in this part of the forest. The smell of oak is overwhelming and Michael finds it a calming scent. The dog sniffs Michael's clothes and he guesses that the dog can smell the gray slime and maybe even the drool of the Alien monsters.

Michael thinks that his mobile phone might have gotten wet from all the drool and he takes it out of his pocket but it seems dry. The wallet, on the other hand, is wet from all the drool and the large wad of money that Michael received the previous day looks stuck together. Michael regrets not putting the wallet in his backpack but it too is wet from the drool in several places. Michael thinks that the money can probably be dried and he puts the wallet in his backpack. The T-Shirt is fairly dry but the shorts are still wet from the drool.

Michael walks on and sees an older woman and she is heading towards him. The older woman has chalky white hair and lots of wrinkles all over her face. Michael thinks that it must be the dog's owner and he calls out to the woman.

- Are you Emillie?

The woman stops for a few seconds and looks at Michael.

- No, unfortunately. That's not my name.

- Do you take care of this dog when the owner can't?

- No, I can't. I'm allergic to dogs, unfortunately.

The older woman smiles and looks closer at Michael and she catches her breath.

- But my God. It's you. It's been a long time since I saw you.

Michael looks at the woman in surprise.

- Do we know each other?

The older woman chuckles and smiles wider.

- Well, we've met many times. Don't you recognize me? I recognize you. You're Michael Gantzer.

- Hmm. I hear you recognize me, but unfortunately I don't recognize you.

- We met almost every day for nine years. But not in the summer, though.

- Okay, so you're related to my family, I guess.

- Absolutely not. That was my job.

- I'm terribly sorry, but I still have no idea who you are. You'll have to tell me.

- I'm Moa, your teacher. I had you and several students when you were at school. Now maybe you recognize me?

Michael looks closer at the woman and now he sees that it is Moa, his old teacher. She taught him Swedish, geography, math, English, social studies and much more. Michael nods at Moa and smiles.

- Moa, wow. It really was a long time ago that we met.

- I told you so.

- What are you doing these days? Are you still a teacher?

- Well, I'm retired now. I stopped being a teacher over ten years ago when I retired.

- Time goes by so quickly.

- But what are you doing these days? Have you found a job?

- Well, I don't have a job. I live in a group home near Zinkensdamm.

Moa suddenly groans and holds one hand over her chest and Michael gets worried and walks towards Moa. The dog starts growling dully.

- Hey! Are you okay?

- I... It felt so strange in my chest. It felt like something was moving inside but it's not working.

- Well, it doesn't seem... Moa, have you been near a big egg?

- A big egg? Well, not that I can remember. How big would that egg be then?

- Hmm. The egg would reach up to your waist, I think, and be leathery.

- Well, I can't remember ever seeing such an egg. What's in that egg then?

- A facehugger.

- Facehugger? What is that?

- Emm. You may have heard that Alien monsters are causing panic in the city?

- I heard it on the news yesterday but I don't know anything about those monsters.

Michael explains to Moa how the Alien monsters reproduce and about the Facehuggers and the Chestbursters but also about the PredAlien and the Alien Queen. Michael doesn't tell her that he is the one who made the monsters real. Moa looks serious when Michael stops talking about the monsters.

- That almost sounds like something out of a Sci-Fi or horror movie. I never watch those. I'm too scared of the dark.

- But you understand what I mean, I hope.

- I guess so. If I'm attacked by a facehugger, a little monster will be born from my chest and I will die. Did I understand that correctly?

- Absolutely.

- Well, we're all going to die someday. But it feels a bit sad if it happens like this.

Moa looks at Michael's clothes and especially his wet shorts and she wrinkles her forehead so that it becomes even more wrinkled.

- You look wet. It's not good to wear wet clothes.

- Ah, they dry out eventually.

- But why are they wet?

- I fell in a lake of monster drool. Those Alien monsters drool extremely much.

Moa is about to say something when something squeezes her chest out and Michael sees it happen and he knows without a doubt that she unfortunately has a growing Chestburster in her chest. A low whining sound is heard from inside her chest and Michael is surprised. He didn't think Chestbursters could make any sounds until they are born but apparently they can. Moa's chest is squeezed out again and the dog sees what is happening and pulls so hard on the leash that Michael almost falls and he calms the dog down.

- Calm down boy. It's not dangerous.

Michael is aware that he is lying to the dog. This is dangerous and the Chestburster can kill both the dog and Michael. Moa seems unsure of what to do and she turns back and forth but chooses to stand against a tree near Michael. Moa is seen trying to look brave but her lower lip trembles slightly and Michael understands how she feels. It can't be fun for her to know that she will soon die and that it will be painful for her.

The Chestburster squeezes Moa's chest to the point of bursting and a growing flower of red blood forms on Moa's shirt. The Chestburster must have managed to make a hole in the skin of her chest so that the blood seeps out. Moa looks at her shirt which is getting bloodier and bloodier and she looks pleadingly at Michael.

- Please, kill me.

Michael looks sad and shakes his head.

- I can't. I don't have any weapons with me. This will be over soon.

There are gnawing sounds from inside the chest and that shrill whining sound that was heard earlier. The Chestburster is impatient and wants to be born. The Chestburster squeezes Moa's chest out again and Moa's body shakes from the movement and Michael thinks that the Chestburster must have enormous power when it presses against the chest. The dog starts barking and pulls back when it sees what's happening and Michael has to hold the leash tightly. Michael looks at Moa.

- Should I tell a relative about what's happened?

Moa nods and takes a small calendar from her pants and she flips through it and finds a name. Moa gives Michael the calendar and she points to a special name. The name she points to is Joona Högström and Moa moans as she speaks.

- Contact Joona and tell her what's happened. Tell her I want to be buried in the memorial garden.

Michael nods and puts the calendar in his backpack.

The Chestburster explodes from Moa's chest in a large geyser of blood and small body parts. The Chestburster is so powerful that it is halfway out of the chest when it is born. The Chestburster makes its birth cry and moves its body and pops out of the chest with a wet sound and lands in front of Michael's feet. Michael first thinks about letting the Chestburster be, but then he decides to kill it. The reason Michael decides to kill the Chestburster is because he wants to stop this. It has gone way too far. But it is also because he feels sadness and anger that this is happening to Moa. Moa was always kind and always spoke up if someone was mean to Michael during lessons. Michael remembers Moa with great warmth and that she died like this is terrible.

Michael picks up the Chestburster and lets go of the dog's leash. The dog runs away while Michael breaks the Chestburster's neck and there is a cracking sound and the little monster becomes lifeless. Michael throws the Chestburster to the ground and presses his feet against its body until yellow blood starts to ooze from the monster. Michael spits contemptuously at the dead Chestburster and continues into the forest.

Michael hears the dog moving further away and he calls out to it but the dog doesn't come. Michael shrugs and continues. The forest thins out temporarily and Michael comes out into a wide meadow where there is a large red cabin. The cabin can be booked if there are many people who want to have a party but Michael has never been inside the cabin. Michael looks in through one of the windows and sees several Alien eggs and a younger woman lying on the floor with a facehugger on her face. Michael would have liked to go into the cabin and rip the facehugger off the woman's face but he knows that's not possible and he feels sorry for the woman. Michael wonders if this could be Emillie. Michael stands hesitating outside the cabin but then continues.

The forest becomes dense again after the meadow and Michael knows that he is almost in Hammarby. Michsel suddenly hears loud howling sounds from the forest he has just left and it sounds as if the dog is in great pain. Michael thinks that the dog may have found the dead chestburster and has got its corrosive blood on it and in that case it is not strange if the dog is in pain. Michael cannot help the dog if it has got the Chestburster's blood on it. The dog continues to howl and Michael feels sorry for it. Michael gets deeper into the forest but he can see Avicii arena through the thick bushes and Michael knows that he is close to where the Alien queen came walking where the TV was showing a report. The dog is no longer heard but something starts to rustle in the forest and Michael turns around but there is nothing behind him.

Michael comes to a place where the forest road splits into three different directions and he knows he should go straight ahead. The other two roads go left and right respectively. Michael goes up a steep slope and sees an open Alien egg on the side of the road and he thinks that this is probably where Moa was attacked. Michael gets angry and kicks the egg and it rolls down the slope and the slime in the egg spreads out over the road. Michael goes on and passes the old deserted house where an angry outlaw is said to live but Michael sees no signs of life. The oak trees are starting to be replaced by spruce forest and there is green soft moss on the forest road and Michael thinks it is very nice to walk on.

Michael hears strange noises behind him and he turns around and sees a four-legged Alien monster and the monster is approaching quickly. Michael stays to see what's happening and when the monster reaches him it presses its elongated head against his body. Michael squats down and the monster presses its hard, bent head against Michael's face. Michael looks at the monster and he remembers that the dog he met in the forest did the same thing. This Alien monster is probably born from the dog but it shows absolutely no aggression and Michael pats its bent head and speaks calmly.

- You come from the dog I met I guess. You can still come with me if you want.

Michael gets up again and looks at the four-legged Alien monster. Actually, he should kill the monster, but since it doesn't hurt him or is threatening, he lets it live. Michael doesn't have any good weapons with him anyway. Michael starts walking again and the monster follows and it wags its tail a few times. It seems as if the monster is amused by this new life. The four-legged Alien monster doesn't seem to drool very much and Michael thinks it's strange that some of the Alien monsters drool extremely much and others hardly at all. The Alien monster gets excited and pushes Michael and he laughs at that.

- Hey! Take it easy, huh. It's not a race to be first.

The four-legged Alien monster runs past Michael and it has a really high speed when it runs on the forest path. Michael is amazed at how well balanced the monster is. If he ran here himself, he would probably trip in the thick green moss. The Alien monster suddenly stops and it seems to be looking at something. Michael can't yet see what the monster is looking at. As Michael gets closer, he sees that it is an Alien warrior placing Alien eggs and the four-legged Alien monster turns to Michael and looks at him.

The four-legged Alien monster seems hesitant but finally runs up to the Alien warrior and presses its bent head against its body. The Alien warrior reacts in a few seconds and raises a hand and knocks the four-legged Alien monster away and hisses loudly at it. The four-legged Alien monster doesn't understand why the Alien warrior is so mean and the monster approaches the Alien warrior again. The Alien warrior turns around and pushes its sharp claws deep into the four-legged Alien monster's chest and hisses even louder. Michael stands by a nearby tree. He knows that it is not a good idea to fight the Alien warrior even if it is mean. The Alien warrior pulls its claws out of the four-legged monster's chest and Michael can see the yellow blood spurting out of the hole in its chest. The Alien warrior turns around and starts to leave the forest. Michael walks up to the four-legged Alien monster and talks to it.

- It was sad that it would end like this.

The four-legged Alien monster moves but it can be seen that the life is starting to leave it and Michael can't do anything about it. If he could, he might have taken the monster home and had it as some kind of pet. Michael's staff probably wouldn't have liked it and the question is what Sven had said. Michael looks at the dying monster and moves on.

Michael walks barely 150 meters and finally reaches the end of the forest and he can see the chimney of his parents' house but he can also see 12 damp Alien eggs standing on the forest road. Michael looks at the eggs and they look like big leathery bombs and Michael knows that they are loaded with a facehugger in each egg and all it takes is a small movement for them to open and send out their little monster. Michael feels like a soldier walking on a minefield must feel. The difference is that the soldier can't see the mines but he knows they're there. The eggs are so close together that MIchael can't possibly run past them without one of them opening.

Michael looks around and on the right side there is a very large concrete wall that is impossible to climb over. On the left side there is a lower concrete wall but a gigantic anthill. Just before the anthill and the wall there are two trees that stand straight out of the forest and a thin person might be able to walk between the trees but probably not Michael because he is too fat. Michael looks at the anthill and he has never seen such a large anthill before but when he thinks about it, it was probably already there when he lived with his parents but it was not as big then. Michael prefers not to go into the anthill unless he absolutely has to and he stands and thinks about how to solve this problem. Michael is usually clever but this time he can't come up with any sensible solution. Michael stands and thinks for a long time and thinks that he might be able to throw the four-legged Alien monster's body over some of the eggs. Then they might not be able to open. Michael thinks it is such a good idea that he goes back to where he last saw the monster.

The four-legged Alien monster remains in almost the same place as when Michael last saw it. Michael gently pulls on the monster to see if it reacts but it is obvious that it has died. Michael turns the monster so that its back is facing down and then he takes a firm grip on the monster's elongated curved head and begins to pull on the monster. The Alien monster's sharp claws scrape the ground and Michael takes a short break and makes sure that the monster's hands rest on its wounded chest and then he begins to pull on the monster again. The sharp spine-like tail hinders a little but otherwise it is perfectly possible to move the monster. The four-legged Alien monster does not weigh much so Michael could perhaps have carried it but he chooses to drag it forward on the ground. Yellow blood is still seeping from the monster's chest but it is not a large amount.

Michael reaches the end of the forest where the 12 eggs are and he stops and lifts the Alien monster's body so that a large part of its body is directly above his head. The alien monster is not heavy but Michael soon gets a pain in his shoulders and he decides to do this as quickly as possible. Michael walks up to the first egg and throws the alien monster's body at the eggs and the monster's body lands on top of the eggs but Michael has to go over and adjust the alien monster's body so that its body covers the top of the eggs properly. The alien monster's body finally lies on top of five eggs and Michael feels satisfied. Michael stands for a few seconds and breathes with effort. He is not used to doing this kind of thing.

Michael hears a woman's voice and it approaches and he turns around and looks towards the forest but sees no one there. A few seconds later a younger girl becomes visible and she walks towards the forest where the eggs and Michael are standing. The younger girl is grotesquely fat and it looks as if her stomach and chest are shaking with every step she takes and it disgusts Michael. Michael thinks that it can't be healthy to be so fat. The girl is also tall and most people who are this fat are significantly shorter than this girl. Michael is about to shout at the girl and warn her about the eggs, but then he sees that it's that mean girl who was so rude to him in the store the other day. Also, she's holding her cell phone completely wrong. The girl holds her cell phone straight in front of her while she's talking and she bends her head down towards the microphone and shouts her answer instead of holding the cell phone to her ear like normal people. It could be that she's having a video call, but Michael doesn't think that's the case. Michael thinks silently

What's wrong with this person?

Since the girl is talking so loudly, Michael can't help but hear what she's talking about. She's apparently going to a wedding, but she's extremely stingy and is trying to find the cheapest thing she can buy for the bride and groom without it being obvious that she's stingy. The girl is carrying a plastic bag that looks like it's filled with chips and candy bags. Considering how fat she is, she really doesn't need that extra fat. It seems like she's not even trying to get thinner and Michael thinks she's an excellent victim for a facehugger. The girl approaches the forest and the first egg and it seems like she doesn't see the egg. The egg opens with a sticky sound and the girl grimaces when she hears the sound and at the same time she shouts Huh? into the phone's microphone. Michael mutters softly to the girl.

- Have you heard of Weight Watchers, you bitch?

The facehugger explodes from the egg and lands on the girl's face and she falls forward towards the egg and doesn't move anymore. The mobile phone flies into the egg and there is a low plop sound and Michael laughs at what is happening. Michael looks at the girl and thinks that maybe he can put her body over the remaining eggs so that they can't be opened but the question is how to get there safely. Michael looks at the two trees that are next to each other and they look very narrow but maybe he can squeeze past them if he takes off his backpack. Michael takes off his backpack and approaches the two trees. They look very narrow but they widen a little higher up. There are thick branches a little higher up on both trees and Michael starts to climb the first tree and he uses the lower branches to help him.

When Michael has gotten high enough up he steps on the thick branches and manages to jump to the next tree and walks on the thick branches. Michael gets really sweaty and he has to take a short break when he gets to the second tree. Michael has long thought of working out at a gym with Sven but that hasn't happened. Now he really gets a workout today. Michael looks down at the leathery large eggs and they are still closed except for the farthest one where the facehugger jumped out. Michael wonders if the Alien warrior who placed the eggs knew that this path is often used or if it placed the eggs randomly. Michael steps down from the tree using the branches and he approaches the girl and the first egg.

Michael comes to the girl and he decides to lift her body up so that it is over the eggs but he knows that she is probably heavy but it helps that part of her body is already over an egg. Michael turns the woman's body over so that she is on her back and she is heavy. Michael can see the facehugger's proboscis through its digits and it looks like it has started to squirt the eggs. Michael pushes the woman's body up over the opened egg and continues to push the body forward so that it ends up over two unopened eggs. Michael knocks over the opened egg and it rolls towards the anthill and it stops in front of the anthill. Michael continues to push the girl's body over the eggs and it is extremely heavy for him. The girl's skirt gets caught in the top of the eggs and is pulled off and exposes her panties and they are extremely ugly. Michael thinks that she has very bad taste in clothes. Now all but one egg is covered by the woman's body and Michael feels satisfied and he goes back and gets his backpack and runs past the egg that has no body above it.

Michael puts on his backpack and rushes past the 11 eggs and none of them open and he exhales. Michael passes the egg that is by the anthill and he sees that smoke is coming from inside the egg and he thinks it is strange but then he understands. The slime in the egg must have leaked into the mobile phone in some way and affected the batteries. There is a risk that the mobile phone battery will explode and burn badly and then Michael does not want to be around when that happens and he rushes past the smoking egg and comes out of the forest.

Michael is now on Flengatan where his parents live and he starts walking towards their house. There is a loud explosion and several hissing sounds and Michael turns around and sees that it is burning inside the egg and there is another explosion and the whole egg flies into the air and explodes into several burning parts. The parts of the burning egg land right over the gigantic anthill and Michael feels sad that the ants' life's work is being destroyed. They have worked so hard on this anthill. The vegetation around the anthill starts to burn and a man who lives in the nearest villa on Flengatan runs out and he has a fire extinguisher with him. Some other people who live on Risvägen come running to see what is happening. Michael turns and continues walking towards his parents' villa. It is a beautiful day today and Michael feels in a good mood even though he is worried about what may have happened to his parents
