Chapter 8

The blinding lights hit Amy as soon as she opened her eyes. Her head hurt from the sedatives and probably because of the sudden Blast of light too. It took Amy a few moments and a couple of blinks to get accustomed to her surroundings. When she could finally see a sense of dejavu hit her. It was the exact same room where she had first been taken to the lost cities. The same bed and everything. It made her feel a sense of loneliness. There was no one like her anywhere else in the world. She wasn't an elf like her sister. And she was disconnected from the rest of the humans for her knowledge of the elves. And this was the room were it all started.

As she looked around she noticed sophie standing in the corner with Mr Forkle, Fitz and... Keefe? When did he get here she thought I must have been out a while if the word had been passed on already.

"Amy!" Sophie explained when she realized her sister was awake, "Are you ok? I know that must have been a lot and-"

"I'm fine!" Amy said as cheerly as possible. Sophie still thought she was some helpless little human, but she wasnt, not in the least bit.

"Good. I just wanted to tell you that we brought Keefe over. We think he might be able to help Lisa get accustomed since he has a parent in the Neverseen too. Amy looked over at Keefe. He looked back at her and half heartedly smiled. It not easy finding out your parent is evil thought Amy.

Then she noticed how Keefe was looking at Sophie. A small chuckle escaped Amy's lips. How could this girl not see it already thought Amy as she sighed. But back to the important stuff now.

"So where's Lisa?" Asked Amy.

"She's in the next room over," responded sophie, "she hasn't woken up yet,"

Great thought Amy the more time we waste the more time there is for the word to spread and have Lisa's dad come find us.

"Should I go over there... Just so when she wakes up we can talk immediately?" Said Keefe hesitantly.

"No. I think Amy should go over there first. She knows Lisa better than all of us so she would be most comfortable around her," said Mr Forkle.

"But I just met her the other day! Its not like I know her much better,' said Amy, "Also its not exactly my secret to tell,"

"True, but it's your fault she saw you talking in an imparted and for not warning us that a human would be there when we leaped. Plus, I'm not really giving you a choice,"

Amy sighed knowing that there was no way out of this. She threw the blanket off her and got out of bed. When she tried to stand she wobbled a little bit, still a bit dizzy form the sedative, but she found her balance and walked over to Lisa's room.

This was probably going to break Lisa's entire world,

And this time she would be the reason.

Hello everyone! Sorry I haven't updated in a while, I wasn't going to finish this as I had recently become obsessed with a new fandom and kotlc felt bland compared to it (its hermitcraft by the way if you wanted to know). But I recently looked back at this and saw some reviews which I had never seen (Neverseen?) Before. It read them and it was two people freaking out and one person that just said "sh*t" and that made me laugh. I had this unfinished chapter sitting here for a while and those comments encouraged me to try and finish this fic. So hopefully I do!
