A/N:
First of all, I want to say I've seen all your comments and I want to thank you all for the support.
@WOLF-GHOST, you are no doubt my number one reader, thank you so much. I see your comments even on some of my other works and they have done wonders in encouraging me to write even on days when I lack the inspiration.
@Shypunk, thank you so much for the support.
@dan.lew.upg, there are more chapters coming, I've already written up to Arc 3.
@starboy454, thanks for that, I hope I can continue that excellence throughout the length of the story.
@Qhristhian, it's only just getting started.
@Fill-them-up, more updates coming up.
@Kid Coheed, you got that at the first chapter? Wow. I wasn't really trying to hide it but kudos for spotting it.
@Maverick123214685, You'd think so, but Xavier's always had a flaw for thinking no one else but himself knows best.
@agnar, they would never learn. It's the basic instinctive, human response to threat. Well, at least for people that want to be seen doing something. But I guess when all you have against a brick wall is a straw then for some people you just gotta keep hitting until the wall leaves or you pass out. Classic government tactics.
@WhiteElfElder, nope, the gamma radiation was needed for it to work, else Essex could have simply just used magic instead. As for hulk having a son. Well, not to give a spoiler, but watch out for team G.A.M.M.A.

[CHAPTER SEVEN]
It had taken much time, time and frustration from being unable to break through the glass, but Harry had managed to attain calm and take full control of his beastly mind. He was currently sitting his white bulk on the floor glaring at the glass.
"You assume that your strength isn't comparable to that of the Green Hulk," Natex said. Harry directed his glare at the man who was mixing chemicals in a beaker. "That glass was magically reinforced. Even the incredible Hulk would find it impossible to break through that chamber."
That's it, Harry thought, Magic! He could try and use magic to shatter the glass. He had already proven that he could use his magic in this form when he sent Xavier screaming out of his mind with the Legilimency attack. His magical might was formidable in this form and it wouldn't take anything for him to use it to break the glass.
But he didn't attempt that now. He would bid his time for the X-Men to get here. He'd heard Sinister's conversation with Lestrange and he knew that the X-Men were coming and that Sinister was planning to control him with hallucinogens. He'd wait till Sinister was ready and then he will Strike, hopefully by then the X-Men would have arrived. He wasn't going to be Natex's slave. Never. Maybe he might have agreed to it when he'd foolishly believed that Natex's goal was avenging his mother but now that he knew that Lestrange wanted to use him to conquer the Wizarding world and Natex probably wanted him for some asinine reason, he wasn't willing to be their pawn anymore.
In the meantime he busied himself with trying to figure out if he retained his mimic ability in this form. There were several mutants on the island, he could sense their minds, and they were in range for him to copy their power immediately. He did so immediately. He mentally reviewed what he got.
The first was the most astounding. He now had the power to control immediate probability, which meant he now had the power of luck. This was mind blowing and his young mind was already coming up with ways he could utilize this power.
The next power he'd gained was the power to become an incorporeal psychic energy being capable of possessing others via their mind. Cool but it was not something he saw much value in.
The third power he duplicated was the power to cause shockwaves that can shatter matter and cause tremors on the ground. It was awesome and Harry could already imagine trying it on this annoying glass. If that failed he'd then try to use magic.
The fourth was the ability to use his mind to induce vertigo on others. Harry recognized this power as the battle changer that it was. The power he'd copied after that was the power to influence objects by imbuing them with bio-energy. The next was the power to transfigure the configuration of tech devices. And after that there was the power to spin super fast and launch ninja stars sourced from resins his skin could now secrete. Harry found this particular power even more freakish than being a White Hulk so he made a mental note to not use it.
After that there was the power of super strength which while it was capable of making him able to tank a building collapsing on him was just a drop of water in the ocean that was the strength component of his Hulk form. And the last power was the ability to make his form crystalline. This form, while capable of deflecting energy attacks, was embarrassingly susceptible to physical attacks.
Harry huffed. Asides the psychic possession and the luck, his Hulk form surpassed the abilities of all the mutants currently on the island.
Maybe the X-Men would have more valuable powers for him to steal. He needed something that would give him an extra advantage on a battlefield. He already had his magic but he wanted something that would help him locate Voldemort. He needed telepathy. He already had Natex's embarrassingly limiting telepathy but like he'd said it was embarrassingly limiting so he needed something like Xavier's ability.
Unknown to Harry, the luck ability he just copied from Domino immediately made it certain that he'd be copying Jean Grey's powers that day.
He was brought out of his mental revision of his mimicked powers when Lestrange marched into the room pompously. "Sinister. I must thank you for inviting your Marauders. Domino was the closest mutant merc I could hire and though I have been flooding the island with Muggle soldiers and mercenaries I'm not sure it's going to be enough," the man informed, rubbing his hand across his bald head in worry.
Natex paused his work and straightened up. "Why do you say that?" He asked, scowling at the Squib Director.
"I received some information from my spies stationed around Xavier's mansion. Not only was a SHIELD Quinjet seen leaving with the Blackbird but Albus Dumbledore and more than half of his Order were seen entering the school."
Natex shrugged. "We have five battle mages. They will be more than enough for Dumbledore and his bird crew."
"You don't get it, Essex. Alastor Moody was seeing with them as was Lupin. The former is a battle mage himself and can take on two mages, the latter is a werewolf who will have no problem against a mage!!" Lestrange raged, vexed that Essex was not taking this seriously enough. "Dumbledore is a Warlock, the only one in Britain mind you, and fighting five mages would be a walk in the park for him."
"This is troubling," Sinister said, finally seeing his point. He gave Lestrange a curious look. "What would you suggest?"
Lestrange pointed at the chamber. "We need him."
"Lestrange..." Essex said with a warning tone. "We have already agreed that Mister Potter will be transferred to a different facility to receive the proper conditioning."
"Just hear what I have to say, Sinister," Lestrange said, raising a hand to calm the scientist down. Natex gave him a nod to continue. "You suggested that you can use hallucinogens to control him, right? Can you make that control flexible enough to make him attack the X-Men and Albus for us?"
Harry froze and felt his heart begin to pound in panic. His anxiety doubled when he saw Natex adopt a thoughtful look. "I had just been planning to use the hallucinogenic to make him believe he's asleep. At appearance he'd look hypnotized. But now... your ideas have merit. I could make it that he will experience an unexplained rage if he sees anyone using magic and attack them head on."
Lestrange grinned. Harry rolled his eyes. Why won't the man be happy at this possibility, it was his goal to use Harry to attack magicals in the first place and bring them to their knees so he will be glad to know that there could be something that would make forcing Harry to do that easier.
"Can you really do that?" Lestrange asked excitedly.
Natex nodded then looked down sadly at the hallucinogenic he had been preparing to send into the ejection tube. "But I will need to prepare a new hallucinogenic formula for it though. What I'm going to really need is time."
Lestrange sighed at the hitch in their plans. "Hurry up with it please. Our enemies are barely forty minutes away."
He turned around to leave but before he could Harry struck with his Legilimency and telepathy combination. He pilfered all the man's knowledge on everything magical and Albus Dumbledore. The bald Director never noticed and continued making his way out of the room.
Harry reviewed the memories he had just stolen and wasn't surprised to see that what Natex had told him about the magical world was barely one percent of the pertinent information pertaining to them. He closed his eyes and began to peruse the stolen data, though he kept himself at alert.
Lestrange had said that the enemies were forty minutes away and Harry knew it had taken Sinister almost an hour to make the previous Hallucinogenic. The X-Men, SHIELD, and Albus Dumbledore will arrive before the man is done with this new formula and once that happens Harry will stop waiting. He will strike and he will do it with all he's got. He would use his full arsenal to make sure Sinister won't be able to come near him with that distasteful hallucinogenic.

"We are approaching the island," Logan announced from the cockpit, "but our sensors show that they have anti-air weapons platforms and missile launchers that could bring the Blackbird down."
"We can't land," Rakepick summarized for the magicals.
"We could try using portkeys, Ma'am," one of the Hit Aurors suggested.
"Good idea," Coulson commended, "but how are we going to get a portkey to the STRIKE team on the Quinjet."
"If this portkey can grant us safe landing then we can take out the anti-air military hardware, giving STRIKE the opportunity for a successful landing," Summers said, voicing his opinion.
"Smart lad," Moody praised. "If that's all then let's get going."
"Wait," Ororo said, then turned towards the cockpit. "Use the cameras to check how many hostiles we will be facing."
Logan did so and whistled. "A solid force of eighty are in the dockyards."
Ororo closed her eyes when she opened them her visage became stony. She regarded the X-Men. "We all need to be at our best. We are facing overwhelming odds here so I don't think I need to tell you to not hold back," she said with a tone that could freeze fire.
The mutants nodded demurely and Rakepick told Logan to bring up a video of the dockyard. The video came up on the screen of the digital lock which controlled the airlock of the jet. She stared at it hard then conjured a rope. "Portus," she whispered, tapping the rope with her hand. It glowed blue and wiggled in a ripple for a while then the glow faded away. "Grab on everyone."
"I'll remain here to keep the jet on air. When you guys are done taking care of the military weapons I'll land and join you," Logan said as everyone moved to grab onto the rope.
Once everyone had a strong grip on the rope, Rakepick said the activation phrase and they all disappeared from the jet with a bright blue flash and a whirlwind of colour and sound.

When the alarms started blaring again, this time to announce the arrival of the X-Men and their allies, Harry slipped into the mind of one of the soldiers at the dockyards and started seeing what was happening out there through the officer's mind.
He'd have tried to take full control of the soldier's mind if it wouldn't have hindered him from being able to split his attention and monitor Natex.
Through the man's eyes he watched as twenty two people appeared exactly where the anti-air artillery was positioned. They looked like a circus group. Some wore latex with an X written on their chest, others wore ridiculous Renaissance robes that looked thrice the size of Dudley's biggest castoff Harry had once been forced to wear.
The last group, which he recognized from Lestrange's memories as Hit Aurors, wore magically enchanted vests made from dragon hide.
An unwise first impression would be to underestimate them and think of them as jesters based on their costumes but they proved that it'd be a wrong impression immediately they landed.
One of the X-Men who wore a visor let the visor down and swiftly destroyed half of the assembled artillery with laser beams that came out of his eyes. An old man who Lestrange memories made Harry know was the Albus Dumbledore, lifted his wand and transformed the remaining weapons to butterflies which a one-eyed wizard immediately set on fire.
All these happened in just ten seconds after they portkeyed in. Harry was extremely impressed.
With that showy opening the battle began. Harry started actively using Lestrange's memory to put a name to every unfamiliar face and thus was able to identify everyone and everything.
Two jets, the X-Men's Blackbird and SHIELD's Quinjet landed gracefully, but while this was happening Sinister's Marauders and Domino engaged the X-Men and the magicals with the Muggle soldiers providing backup firepower for them.
The soldier Harry was riding in his mind quickly took cover behind a makeshift palisade with ten other soldiers and two mercs to escape Cyclope's optic blasts.
Arclight, one of Sinister's Marauders, sent a shockwave directly at the center of the gathered foes. The Hit Aurors tried shielding their friends and allies from the wave but the wave crashed upon their shields and broke it. Two of the Aurors died while the X-Men and Magicals were sent tumbling to the ground by the force of the wave which had dissipated a bit after making contact with the Aurors shields.
A cannon beneath the Quinjet released a missile with a whoosh sound. A few soldiers, about twenty, were advancing on the enemy superhumans. The missile landed in their center and blew them up into oblivion.
"They are decimating us here, Director," an officer beside Harry's puppet said into a radio. "We need back up, I repeat we need back up!!"
Harry almost chuckled. The muggles were the ones being decimated. The superhumans were doing just fine against their enemies.
The missile had been some type of announcing shot from SHIELD's forces. The ramp of their Quinjet was dropped and twenty seriously armed STRIKE personnels trooped out. They were armed and armoured to the teeth. They looked like SWAT on steroids. Their leader directed them to flank Lestrange's soldiers and mercs and then the sprays of bullets began. Soon grenades were being launched like Halloween candies.
Harry's puppet engaged with the STRIKE team but Harry made sure the soldier kept his eyes on the superhumans fight from time to time, he didn't really care much that this could get the puppet killed.
Domino had engaged Multiple Man and Harry witnessed first hand the awesomeness of her luck based powers. Even while fighting five Jamie Madrox she remained untouchable. She fought like a Jedi, always knowing where the next blow would come from. Her fight with Multiple Man distracted him enough for Malice to possess him.
Malice taking control of Multiple Man was soon able to turn the battle around in favor of Department K's forces. She multiplied into twenty and picked the weapons of dead soldiers and opened fire on the STRIKE team. STRIKE lost half of their members and the rest retreated from the dockyard, heading for a hilltop.
Malice had exposed herself though when she stood in the open to take down STRIkE. Shield's Agent Coulson sent two bullets into Jamie's prime and sent a glancing shot at the boy's head which knocked him out, made all his clones disappear, and freed him from Malice's hold.
Wolverine leaped out of the Blackbird at that very moment and engaged Blockbuster. Harpoon and Riptide were using their abilities to the max against Jean Grey, Rogue and Kitty Pryde. Cyclops was taking potshots at any merc that got too close to his group.
Domino engaged Phil Coulson in hand to hand and though the Agent was quite good, it was evident that he was losing.
Archangel and Storm took to the air and soon began to bring down hell upon the soldiers that had taken cover, in the form of lightning, whirlwinds, and steel edged wings.
Harry's puppet shuddered seeing how many of his comrades were beheaded by Archangel's wings. The boy moved faster than a fighter and he was unstoppable.
At least he was until Lestrange's battle mages arrived. They arrived immediately Sinister dropped the wards and the concrete and steel base of Department K appeared atop the hill STRIKE had retreated to. The mages arrived with five sharp gunshots sounds that signified their disapparation.
One of them immediately sent an Avada Kedavra at Worthington. There were two reasons why the Killing Curse was favoured among Dark Wizards; it was faster than a snitch and did exactly as its name said without delay or limitation. Worthington was quick but only quick enough to use his left wing to block the curse. The wing shattered and the angel came falling down from over five hundred meters in the sky. Fortunately for him Storm was there to catch him though she quickly had to start flying about randomly as the mages began to target her.
She was granted a bit of relief though as the members of the Order of the Phoenix moved to engage the Mages.
Harry didn't get to witness the start of the fight as he had to return to his body upon hearing Lestrange burst into the room yelling.
"Sinister, hurry up," the man said agitatedly. "Rumlow and the remnants of his team have already gotten inside the building and have brought down the base's security force."
"Where is MacTaggert?" Natex asked, looking around for the woman.
"What? Oh she left a while ago on one of the helicopters the mercenaries arrived in. Said that a battlefield was no place for a scientist," Lestrange informed, looking bitter.
"Typical," Natex said, casually.
"Can't you hurry up?" Lestrange demanded. "Rumlow is getting closer."
Sinister looked at the hyperventilating man with disgust. "Perfection can't be hurried," he said. "Seal the lab door if you are so scared of Broc Rumlow. It will at least delay him and give me time to finish the drug."
"How long?" Lestrange asked, doing as the scientist had suggested and sealing the door.
"Twenty minutes," Sinister responded and went back to his chemicals.
Harry shrugged and returned to the battlefield. His former puppet had been killed during his brief absence. He gave the mental equivalent of a shrug and latched onto the mind of another soldier.
~Break~
For almost nine years now Albus had never been in a battlefield and lack of martial activity for such long time had dulled some of his battle instincts and that was why he was too late in calling out a warning when one of the mages sent an organ liquefying spell at his friend Dedalus Diggle.
The man somehow managed to, at the last minute, dodge the spell but unfortunately he moved right into a shuriken sent from one of the enemy mutants. The Ninja star had been meant for Albus but Diggle had jumped into its path unknowingly. The star lodged into the wizard's head and exploded.
It was a horrible sight and Dumbledore forced himself to look away. He brandished his wand in rage and sent a quick succession of ten stunning spells at the mutant who had thrown the shuriken. The boy spinned away from half of them with incredible speed but three still managed to hit their target.
From his peripheral vision he saw Ms. Munroe retreat to the Blackbird with the injured form of Warren Worthington. Their air support became none existent. The muggle mercenaries and soldiers, no longer being harassed by either STRIKE or the flying mutants, opened fire on Albus' friends and allies. Their bullets were no threat though. With a wave of the Elder Wand they were transfigured to bubbles. Albus quickly summoned the muggles' guns and vanished them.
The muggles were shocked by his display of magic but to their credit they were able to quickly improvise from the loss of their weapons and started throwing grenades at them.
Dumbledore was kept from being able to do anything about the grenades however as he had to help Emmeline Vance who was almost killed by one of the mages with a bone breaker.
The trio, Marvel Girl, Shadowcat, and Rogue were given a bit of respite when Dumbledore triple stunned Riptide. Leaving Kitty and Rogue to take care of Harpoon, Jean started using her telekinesis to fling the grenades back at the soldiers.
Scott assisted her in devastating the enemy ranks by taking sweeps at their positions with his laser beams.
Suddenly a bullet from a sniper gun found purchase in Scott's back and the boy went down.
"Scott!!" Jean yelled and hurried over to him. She checked his pulse and saw that he was still alive. "He's still alive. Rogue take him back to the jet, I'll take care of Harpoon. Logan the sniper is atop a cargo container by the docks."
Logan's only acknowledgement that he heard her was a grunt. He was still going at it with Blockbuster but was getting close to defeating the mutant. The wounds caused by his adamantium claws were taking their toll on the superstrong mutant.
Jean scowled seeing that Logan was busy. In the next five minutes she had to use her telepathy to read the sniper and judge where the next bullets would come from and hence was able to telekinetically block them.
Rogue broke away from the fight, picked up Scott and took off running for the Blackbird. Jean, now free from protecting Scott, sent a telepathic attack at Harpoon and put his mind to sleep. She immediately did the same with Blockbuster and the sniper.
Taking down Blockbuster gave Wolverine the chance to go against the remaining soldiers and mercenaries. With a loud growl reminiscent of the animal he'd been named after, Logan leapt into the midst of the armed foes and began to cut a bloody path through them with his claws.
The feral mutant began to change the tide of the battle in their favour.
Seeing this, one of the mages began to fling Killing Curses about. Seeing what one of the things had done to Warren, Jean and Kitty took cover. The magicals were able to conjure things to block the curses and Rakepick even used a vacuum spell to rebound one of the curses at the mage. He died immediately and the onslaught of Avada Kedavra ended.
"Kitty, take Jamie back to the jet. We don't want stray shots hitting him," Jean ordered.
"What about you? The Marauders are still here," Shadowcat said, pointing at where Arclight, Malice, who was now in the body of a soldier, Scalphunter, Prism, and Vertigo were having a vicious and physical exchange with the Ministry Aurors and Madame Bones.
As they watched a conjured spear from one of the Hit Aurors found its mark on Prism and he went stumbling down. Director Bones immediately transfigured the earth beneath the mutant into chains and used them to bind him.
"As you can see the Aurors have things well in hand so get going," Jean said. Kitty nodded and made her way to where Multiple Man had fallen after he was shot by Coulson. She picked him up and made her way to the Blackbird.
Logan by then had reduced the number of mercs and Canadian soldiers to just four. Those four soon became carrions for crows then Logan moved forward to assist the injured and beaten Coulson with Domino.
Domino upon seeing the approach of Wolverine pulled back and hightailed it out of the battlefield. Logan frowned at being denied the chance to face the mutant assassin, he gritted his teeth and decided to give the magicals a hand with the Mages. Jean decided to do the same but with the Aurors.
With Rakepick's help in reducing the mages number from five to four, the Order of the Phoenix were finally able to defeat them. Victory, though, did not come without a price.
Albus and Moody were facing off against two Mages each, Remus and Filius another, and Emmeline Vance found herself opposite the last. Albus was barely able to distract his opponent and save Ms. Vance when he saw a curse he recognized from Grindelwald's war heading towards her. It was a blue wave that could put a person in eternal coma.
With a flick of his wand Albus was able to push Ms. Vance out of the curse's path, but the edges of the wave brushed past her arms as she was launched away from it by Albus. She was knocked out cold.
Dumbledore frowned and transfigured the ground his opponent stood upon to lava and watched, disheartened, as the man sank, never to be recovered.
He stilled himself and turned to regard the mage who had been trading spells with Emmeline Vance. "Is your heart so dark that you'd wish to condemn someone to eternal sleep. In an act of supporting an ostracized Squib and a muggle no less." Dumbledore was not a bigot at any length but that a fellow wizard would do battle with his kind at the request of a muggle elicited a feeling of disgust from him.
Instead of replying to him, the Mage immediately did a spin and shouted out in Norse. The spin and the ancient language of the Vikings clued Dumbledore in on what was about to happen before he even saw the blue fire.
It was the spell Grindelwald had used during the war to almost raze the entirety of Paris. While not at the same levels with Fiendfyre the Demon Flames were just as cursed. They only burn humans and leave inanimates with not even a scratch.
Fortunately, unlike Fiendfyre, Dumbledore knew the traditional spell for stopping the Demon Flames.
After summoning the fiery magically charged flames, the mage, who Dumbledore suspected was one of Grindelwald's lieutenants who managed to escape the law, and his colleagues, apparated away.
"Īsą æf Jotün," Albus intoned loudly, thrusting his hand forward in a jab.
A rushing vortex of blue waves exited his wand tip and rushed out to the advancing Demon Fire and latched onto it with zeal. In the next two minutes the Demon Flames were brought down when Dumbledore's ice of Jotun won control over them. It turned the blue flames to blue crystals which fell on the floor.
The flames had been stopped on time but not before it had consumed several. The Hit Aurors and Marauders had been fighting close to Albus and the Order when the supposed Grindelwald Lieutenant had unleashed the Demon Flames. Dumbledore had been too distracted summoning the Ice of Jotun to do anything about them.
Arclight had used her shockwave on her own self. She blasted herself away and though she'd been knocked out and was now very injured, she was alive. Malice was caught in the flames, at least the body she possessed was, she escaped the body like one would a burning dress.
Scalphunter, Vertigo, and Prism, who was still chained on the ground, were consumed by the flames. Vertigo before going, launched a psionic attack that destabilized everyone including the magicals. Of the Hit Aurors, only two survived because they had the good sense to apparate away. The other Aurors might have apparated too if they weren't more affected by Vertigo's last hoorah.
As the flames were crystalized everyone took a breather and Albus looked around to take in those who were still on the battlefield. Ms. Grey was beside Logan, they were the last X-Men. The others had either been taken out or had retreated with their injured teammates.
Among the Order Dedalus was dead, Emmeline was in Coma and Remus was injured. Only Moody and Filius looked unharmed. Albus turned Ms. Vance's left shoe to a portkey and sent her to the X-Men's Blackbird.
Ms. Rakepick was also uninjured and was casting healing spells on the werewolf. Amelia Bones and her last Aurors stood beside Phil Coulson. Rakepick after healing Lupin headed over to the SHIELD Agent to take care of his injuries.
When she was done she looked up at the hill where the base was situated. "Looks like my curse breaking talents won't be needed anymore," she said.
"They took down the wards," Filius said. "Why?"
"They know we are now in on the secret so the Fidelius was unimportant but why Sinister took down the other wards I don't know," Rakepick said in contemplation.
Coulson placed a finger on his ear and Albus noticed he still had the communication device on his ear. "Rumlow and nine STRIKE Agents survived," he announced. "They have broken into the base and are using the air ducts to avoid any surprise Sinister must have prepared for us."
"Well then, let's join them. It's time to finally get Sinister and retrieve Potter," Logan said and was ready to get on the move Coulson cursed.
"I lost contact with Rumlow," the Agent said. "Something was happening..."
He never got to finish his words as at that very moment the whole base, in a resounding boom, blew up in a gigantic ball of flames, smoke, and debris. A telekinetic wave lashed out from within the conflagration and flung the debris into the sky.
Albus and the other magicals summoned shields to protect themselves and their allies as burning boulders of concrete and steel began to rain down like meteors.
Albus could have tried transfiguring them but there was a difference between transfiguring hundreds of bullets and hundreds of aflamed meteors; mass. That aside, there was the fire. While transfiguring the classical elements was possible it demanded a lot of concentration and magical power which was costly in regards to time. Shielding was wiser in this situation.
The fiery debris landed on their shields one after the other like blazing stones hurled from medieval military scorpions. Some buckled under the weight of the fiery boulders but they held on, maintaining their shields.
It was Ms. Grey who provided them with relief. Groaning and straining her telekinetic powers, she pushed all the boulders above them away and made them topple down to the ground around them.
Albus looked up to see if the debris shower was over. Seeing that it was, he sighed and cancelled his shield. The others followed suit.
Now that they didn't have to worry about being flattened by burning rubbles they all looked to the desolate base of Department K. Only the foundation of the building remained and even that was burning merrily. The air was thick with ashes, smoke, and floating burning particles; sparks.
They couldn't see much of the remnant of the base from where they stood but it looked like something was moving inside. The thickness of the smoke blocked them from really seeing the figure. That was until the figure stepped out from the covering of the sooted fog.
Albus heard several of the people around him gasp. Remus Lupin and Filius froze in shock, for standing on the hill backing the exterminated base, was a gigantic white figure as burly and almost as tall as a giant. He had on shorts that had tears which indicated they had once been trousers before they were stretched to the extreme.
The most striking and familiar feature on the figure was the lightning bolt scar on his forehead.
Rakepick gulped. "Harry," she whispered.
Albus was too astounded trying to comprehend what he was seeing to take note of the familiarity in the Professor's voice.
Mr. Potter glared down at them, his hulkish face twisted into a frown as he regarded them with undiluted hatred. He growled, tilted his head back and let out a guttural scream that made some of them stumble back as the scream vibrated them to the bone.
"Fuck," Logan exclaimed. "I've never gone against a Hulk before."
"Well, there is a first time for everything," Coulson said, his eyes were hard as he glared at the giant Potter. "Rumlow and the others are probably dead."
"It's not his fault," Rakepick said, "I'm going to the jet to heal the others before they fade away. I will send Ms. Munroe to support you guys. You will need all the fire power you can get."
Without waiting for a response she apparated away. "Great," one of Amelia's last two Hit Aurors spat. "Our Defense Against the Dark Arts expert just ran away like a coward."
"Her idea is sensible, Ms. McKenna," Amelia reprimanded. "If she can free up Miss Munroe then we will have a bigger advantage against whatever it is Potter has now become."
Those who had looked away turned back to gaze at the still wailing White Hulk.
"So what's the plan?" Jean Grey asked.
They weren't given the chance to devise a plan. Unexpectedly the White Hulk looked down at them from the top of the hill, still screaming, and with a mad glint in his eyes, he charged with the racing force of hundreds of galloping elephants.
Tremors went through the ground as he advanced upon their position. The allies braced themselves to face the possibility of death.
