32. Spawn meet Dragon and Tiger

Chapter 31: Spawn meet Dragon and Tiger

Ryu was leading Spawn towards the village to help his clan. Spawn was getting excited for a moment as he never seen an actual ninja village. Ryu was looking at Spawn for a moment as he remember what Sonia says to him.

Flashback

Spawn was looking through the stone of the fallen Buddha statue which he looking for something to see what power the statue. He noticed that the statue was carved by magic power. Sonia was looking at him with disgust before she turned her head back to Ryu.

"Are you sure that you want to take him to your village. He might cause a lot of problem to your clan. The Hayabusa clan must have some kind of rule to prevent outsiders like us." Sonia said.

"You do not need to worry about me. I can handle myself." Ryu said. "Beside he is on a search for his kind. I have no reason to distrust him now."

"I'm just saying that you shouldn't trust him. He is known throughout America as 'The Notorious Killer,' I don't want to see you get hurt." Sonia said.

Ryu was looking at Spawn gliding his hand on the stone to see that there was magic on the stone.

Flashback end

They both landed on a rock for a moment and Spawn jumped down as he looked up to see Gate that look like an entrance. Spawn bow to the gate to show his respect as he wanted for Ryu to lead the way. Spawn noticed that Ryu was staring at him and he knew that something was on Ryu's mind.

"I can tell that you have question. If you want me to answered them, then go ahead and asked. Once we go through this gate, you will not get the chance to ask." Spawn said.

"It's that obvious?" Ryu asked.

"Yeah. I can read a person's body language." Spawn said.

Ryu sighed as he relax for a moment as he looked at Spawn and he was about to say something, but he saw some burn flakes and he looked up to see his home was burning and he narrowed his eyes. He knew that question will have to wait.

=== Inside the burning building ===

There was a middle age man with a large muscular build. His ninja attire of choice is a white shinobi shozoku with some armor, He had a scar on his cheek as a sign that he has fought many intense battles in his lifetime. He was surrounded by the fire and he was holding his sword in hand as he ready his stance. He sense a presence as he narrow his eyes because he knew that presence was which he brought his blade closed.

"Genshin. Why am I not surprised?"

There was a tall middle age man with medium build. He has an eyepatch covering his injured right eye. His outfit is a mix of traditional gi and armor, consisting of heavy tabi boots, ninja pants, fully armored upper body, armored gauntlets, ninja claw on the right arm, and a multi eyed shinobi helmet. He used his claw to cut his way from the fire.

"How the vaunted Dragon Ninja bloodline has withered, Joe Hayabusa." Genshin siad,

"Your embrace of the evil way has consumed you." Joe said.

Genshin grinned for a moment as he started to circle Joe.

"Evil? The ninja way know neither good nor evil.' Genshin said.

Joe was looking at Genshin but he didn't let his guard down. He ready his stance as he gripped his sword as tight as he could.

"Corruption of the soul is a fate that befalls the weak." Joe said.

"Enough talk. the ties that bind our clans are severed tonight." Genshin said.

He charged at Joe with top speed. He brought his reverse blade down on Joe, but Joe blocked it with eased as Genshin did a spin attack attack which Joe dodge his attack. He was using his ninja skill to block the next attack as their sword clash. Genshin was looking at Joe for a moment as sparks was coming off their blades.

"You will be bloodstain on my blade!" Genshin said.

"Genshin, you fool..." Joe said.

=== Spawn and Ryu ===

Ryu was looking at the building and Spawn knew that this was going to be bad. They both started running through the gate and Spawn noticed after they ran through the gate. He stopped to see a tombstone facing on the ground. He picked it up and placed it next to the grave. He was gritting his teeth underneath his mask because he was pissed.

"I understand that these guys want the statue but this was someone's grave. That Statue is not worth it that involve disturbing the dead." Spawn said.

He was looking at the Ryu as he let out of a sigh as he placed his hand on tombstone.

"It's the Black Spider Clan. They don't care. But we'll build them a grave of their own." Ryu said.

Then they both heard howling like a wolf which they both started running towards the sound. They both were greeted by a hound who jumped on Spawn. Spawn was looking at the hound to see that it was wearing ninja gear. Ryu cut the hound's head off as Spawn pushed the dead off of him and got back up.

"Now, I've seen everything. They're teach ninja dogs how to fight." Spawn said.

"Well, that's the way of the ninja for you." Ryu said, hiding his expression. "The world is full of surprises."

Spawn looking at the dragon ninja and shook his head. Then he heard something that was heading toward him, but he lean back to dodge and it was a blade attach to a chain.

"A Kusarigama?" Spawn said.

He watch as the kusarigama was being called back as he looked at a woman standing on roof in the sunlight which he only saw a shadow. He shield his eyes as he heard footstep and he was looking at a woman with razor sharp claws on both her hands and feet. She was getting ready to take his head off, but Spawn dodge it. He was looking at the woman who was dressed in black and white kunoichi ninja outfit as she had long white spiky hair that reach down her back. He noticed that she had cat eyes and a tail. Spawn ready his sword, but he dodge another round of the Kusarigama which he got a closer looked at the blade to see that it had a dragon head holding the blade in its mouth.

"You're too slow with that stupid thing, sis."

"Easy say and done. You throw me off when you attack beside waiting for an opening."

A sweatdropped appeared.

"Are these two serious about this." Spawn mumbled.

The two kunoichi ninjas turned their attention back to Spawn and they both charge at him, but Ryu stopped as he jumped in front of them.

"Brother Ryu?"

"Nami, Kuri, stop." Ryu said.

They both were looking at each other and back at Ryu. The one with cloak named Nami took off her hood to reveal a Asian girl with short blonde hair with light blue highlights and she wrapped her Kusarigama and placed it on her weigh hip which Spawn sad a dragon tail wrapped around her waist. Kuri was the woman with tiger claws. He was looking at the both of them and he smirk with impressed at their fighting style.

"Allow me to introduce to you the two being with the same gift as you. Kuri and Nami." Ryu said.

"Brother Ryu, what are you doing? He's the enemy that attack the village." Kuri said.

"What that's impossible. I was in Tokyo with Ryu this whole time. How could I find this place without a guide?" Spawn said.

"I don't know then if it weren't you, it must've been an imposter." Nami said.

"Spawn is speaking the true." Ryu said.

They cut their conversation short when Spawn used his sword to block an incoming explosive Kunai which he redirected it back at the person who threw it. He was looking at them as he saw incoming Spider ninja. All four of them ready their stances as the spider ninjas attack them. Nami used her chains of her kusarigama to block the attack while Kuri let out a roar of a tiger as she attack the spider ninja with her claws. Spawn used his sword to cut one of the spider ninja's head off. He looked at them and he was surprise to see that they weren't armoring up.

"Shouldn't you two armor up." Spawn said.

"Sometime you don't have to rely on your armor. You need to work on your skills as a ninja to be more lethal than the Hellspawn armor." Kuri said.

She jumped over the ninja spider ninja's head and stabbed her claws into the spider ninja's chest. As blood splattered everywhere. Nami jumped as she used her Kusarigama to wrapped around the spider and came down with her blade and cut his head off. She pulled the chain to unwrapped the dead spider ninja while Ryu used his sword to cut off one of the spider ninja's arm off and slice in him as he run up the body and brought his sword down. They were looking around for a moment to see that was all of them.

"Where are the people in the village?" Spawn asked.

"There is hiding until the fighting is over." Kuri said.

"Come on, Master Joe is in trouble." Nami said.

She jumped onto the roof and used her chain to sense more spider ninja in different location. Kuri placed her claws on her back she closed her eyes as she open them which Spawn saw that she was sporting tiger like eyes but noticed that she was gritted her teeth as they were becoming sharper. Her hair started to spike out like fur and ears started to appeared on top of her head and a tail started to come out of her ninja suit. Spawn's jaw dropped at the sight of Kuri's transformation into a white tiger. She let out a powerful roar as she went on ahead of them.

"First time seeing that?" Ryu asked.

"Uh huh." Spawn said.

Ryu started to catch up with Nami while Spawn shook his head and went after them. Kuri was jumping from rooftop to rooftop. She jumped as high as she could which she landed on the water. She was looked at couple of Black Spider archers and they both started to take aim and shoot at Kuri. She growl as she jumped back to avoid the arrows as they landed in the water. Spawn and the others arrive to the river to see Kuri was being attack. Then Nami gritted her teeth as she knew that her sister was in trouble. Spawn started to sense something was off about Nami as she started to grow wings from her back and a dragon horns and tail appeared as well.

She took the sky as she perform hand signs and inhale which caused her to release to two fireballs as it set two Spider ninja on fire. Spawn was looking at them as he was impressed at the both of them.

"So, they can transformed into animals. That is a strong type of powers that got." Spawn said.

"Well, they were very gifted like Cagliostro says." Ryu said.

Ryu ran across the river while Spawn was using his chains to zipline across and landed in front of Ryu. They both ran after the girls until they made to look like dojo section. Kuri was sniffing around for a moment to make sure that there weren't any enemies in the area. Nami was looking sniff from the sky which she could only smell smoke. Spawn was looking at Ryu.

"What's their story? How did they came to your care?" Spawn asked, leaning against the tree.

"Well, it all started when there was a fire in one of our neighboring villages were attack by the black Spider ninja clan."

Flashback

There was village that was on fire and people was screaming as they were running for their lives. The black spider clan started killing women and children in the process. There were two girls looking for their mother and she were greeted by two ninja with their swords drawn. They were about to attack as a man in a shogun ninja outfit and he cut them down.

"Father!" Nami and Kuri called out.

"Go! NOW!"

"Nami, Kuri, this way."

There was woman was long white hair and she grabbed their hands and lead them to safety. The girls were looking at their father who was cut down by Genshin with his claws. He was looking at the three of them heading out of the village.

"Don't let them escape. Kill them! The tiger clan must ends today!" Genshin said.

The spider ninjas started chasing after them at top speed as they were looking back their pursuers. Their mom shielded the both of them which she was slice in the back. Nami and Kuri was looking at their mother to see that she was dead. They both ran into the forest to hide. But Genshin found them as both Nami Kuri turned around and scream at the top of their lungs. Genshin raise his metal claws and brought it down on them. Blood spatter all over the forest as Genshin walked away from the two dead body of Nami and Kuri.

=== Hell ===

Nami and Kuri was standing in hell as they were surrounded by a lot of dead bones of their clan. Then Malebolgia appeared as he was looking at the both of them. They both were looking at him with fear as they knew that they didn't belong here.

"I can sense your hatred for that man that took your life and the life of your beloved parents." Malebolgia said.

He shown them a fire image of their parents as Kuri placed her hands on the flame as tears leak from her eyes as did Nami's tears. They both missed their parents which Malebolgia was grinning at them as he lowered his head to their level. He looked deep into their soul.

"What if I grant you the power to see them again? But it will cost you." Malebolgia said.

"Everything. We wanted to see our mommy and daddy again." Kuri and Nami said.

"Then you will serve my army now and forever." Malebolgia said.

His eyes glowed as he sent a large amount of energy into the both of them which the girls started to transformed. Both of their eyes started to change colors. Nami's eyes change from blue to crimson red while Kuri's change from blue to yellow. They both started to call upon the power of their armors as Kuri was black and white armor which tiger ears on top of her head and she had a tiger tail. Nami was growing horn her head as well as dragon wings and tail. Her armor was solid black with dragon scales. They both looked at each other and back at Malebolgia and bow to him.

"Go forth and seek your revenge." Malebolgia said.

=== Living world ===

Ryu and his father was looking at the ruins of the tiger clan. Joe placed his hand on the burnt wood. Ryu was looking around to find any survivors. He noticed that there were a lot of bodies everywhere. He sighed at the sight of the masacre and he placed his sword in his sheathed.

"Not even the children made it out." Ryu said.

"Death come to those who seeks it, my dear friend." Cagliostro said.

Cagliostro appeared out of nowhere and he was sitting on a stump. Ryu ready his sword as he turned around and pointed it at Cagliostro.

"Be at ease my friend. I didn't come here to fight nor am I the one that was responsible for this attack." Cagliostro said.

"Then why are you here, old man?" Ryu asked.

"I am expecting two people to appear right about now." Cagliostro said.

Then the ground the shook as there was a rift in the ground and a hand appeared from the rift. Nami was the first to come out of the rift and she grabbed her sister's hand to help out of the rift which it closed behind them.

"Well, right now time." Cagliostro said.

"Who are you?" Nami asked.

"Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Cagliostro and yes I am just like the two of you. You see is that I am here to help you to turn away from Malebolgia's offered in taking your revenge. If you let him pray on your painful memories. He will consume the both of you." Cagliostro explained.

"What the hell did you want us to do? Let our parents murderer walk freely. We demand justice?" Kuri said.

Cagliostro walked up to Kuri and placed his hands on her shoulders. He was giving a warm smiled which both her and Nami was looking at him.

"You have something that your parent had left you both. Don't let their memory fade away because you want revenge. I have live for so long and I have experience for first hand. Train and honed your skills and when you fully master your power, then choose where your true path lives." Cagliostro said.

He let go and walked away from the both of them. Ryu was looking at him as he looked back at the girls for a moment. Kuri was looking at her sister which Nami was looking at their burn down home.

"What are we gonna do now, Nami?" Kuri asked.

"I don't know, Kuri, but we'll figure this out together." Nami said.

Kuri was hugging her sister and Joe walked up to the both of them. He lowered his mask to look at the both of them.

"I Joe Hayabusa shall take you two in as my adopted daughters. The tiger clan maybe gone, but the legacy still stands before us now." Joe said.

Flashback end

Spawn was looking at them as he was grinning underneath his mask. He knew that he had found a perfect team to add to the ranks. He sense trouble as he turned his head to see more archers and they took aim at Kuri as they fire at her. Then Spawn drew his sword and sliced the fire arrows to pieces which caused the fire to go out. They both started to take aim once again and fire at them. Spawn slice them repeatedly as Kuri was looking at Spawn with pure shock in her eyes becuase she was being protected by a stranger that she barely know.

"Hey Ryu, are you gonna jump in or what?" Spawn asked.

Ryu ran toward the archers while he avoid the fire arrows that was still heading towards Spawn and Kuri. Ryu drew his sword as he cutted the bows which gave Spawn a breather for a moment. He was looked at some of the arrows that hit him and started yanking them out of him. He wince in pain because the arrows hit him in the chest and in the ribs.

"Why would save me?' Kuri asked.

"Well, we Hellspawns has to stick together." Spawn said.

He offered her hand to help her back up on her feet. Kuri was blushing for a moment as she took his hand and he pulled her up to her feet which she lost her balance for a moment. Spawn caught her as she was looking at up with him for a moment.

"Uh, are you okay?" Spawn asked.

Then Kuri snapped out of it for a moment as she shook her head.

"Y-Yeah. I'm fine." Kuri asked.

She was blushing for a moment as he walking towards the direction that Ryu was heading. Nami flew towards her sister.

"Well, you took a liking to him." Nami said.

"What? N-no I didn't." Kuri stumbled.

"Well, if you didn't then I can have him for myself." Nami said.

"Oh shut up." Kuri said.

They both started to catch up with both Ryu and Spawn. Ryu was cleaning his sword for a moment as he sheathed it. Spawn's chains was soaked in the bloods of the enemy. Some of the blood on his face which caused both sisters to blush at the sight of his eyes like he was Apex predator. They both shook their heads to come back to reality as they started to make their way towards the main house. Spawn used his chains to take out the archers that was station at the one of the lookout post. Once they made it to the top of the staircase as they were looking.

"Okay. How are we going to get to that building?" Spawn asked.

Ryu, Kuri, and Nami walked passed him as Spawn turned around for a moment. He watched them way towards a cave as he follow behind them. Spawn was looking at them for a moment to see that this cave was leading them towards a light from above. Then he watch as Ryu did a flying swallow as both Nami and Kuri did the same technique. Spawn used his chains to pulled himself up. Once he was made it out of the cave, he saw that cave was secret well.

"Well, that is clever." Spawn said.

Spawn landed in front of them, but he caught a flaming arrow before he turned his head to see more spider ninja clan archers. He snapped the flaming arrow as more of the archers started to appeared before them. Nami knew it was time to used one of her abilities. She started breathe fire in the palm of her hands and spin it around a few times as she unleashed it which the flames started to take more of dragons and they hit their targets which set them on fire. Spawn's eyes widen at how powerful that attack was which his could feel his jaw down from inside of his mask.

"What the FUCK was that?" Spawn asked.

"That is a divine dragon heads." Nami answered

Kuri giggled as they continued their approach as she felt a lightning surge for a moment to let her know that danger was coming up. She stopped for a moment as the others stopped behind her. She jumped over the wall which so did Spawn, Ryu, and Nami. The three of them looked at her for a moment as she pointed at the window for a moment which Spawn used his eyes to enhance to see a three more archers which a idea just popped into his head.

"I got an idea. It's involve the three of you." Spawn said.

Ryu, Nami, and Kuri was looking at each other for a moment and back at Spawn. The archers were looking through the window to see if they had made it to their part of the staircase. Little did they know that they were on to their plans as three chains slithered into the window and quickly wrapped around their throats as they were pulled right through the window. Spawn was pulling them towards Ryu, Nami, and Kuri as they had their weapons ready. Once the spider ninjas got close, Ryu, Nami, and Kuri cut their heads off.

Spawn's let go of the lifeless bodies as his chains started to retracted back to his armor. He was looking at the hole in the window as the four of them jumped into the hole in the wall. Ryu noticed one of his clans bow and he grabbed it because he knew that he was going to need it. Then the door started to lower itself and they walked through it as they were walking up to a staircase, but there was openly as they dropped down to the next room where they were surrounded by Spider ninja archers. Then Spawn brought his hands down to the ground as he raise them up as the ground formed into a giant wall.

Ryu pulled out an arrow and took aim and release it before ducking back behind the wall. The arrow hit its mark which he tried it again, but this time he missed because he couldn't land a shot because of the multiple arrows that was heading towards him. Spawn was looking at him which an idea popped into his head.

"Hey, can I try that?" Spawn asked.

Ryu was looking at him for a moment before leaning him the bow. Spawn grabbed one of the arrows and he closed his eyes for a moment as he started to concentrate as his was using his power to send hellspawn energy into it. The arrow started to glow for a moment as Spawn took aim and he released the arrow which it started bouncing off the walls and the gold dragon statue. Kuri and Nami was looking at the direction that the arrow as heading and bouncing off. Then the arrow hit its mark as it pierce through the archers' heads.

"Wow, that was great. To bad that I don't have this in my gear." Spawn said.

He tossed it back at Ryu as the dragon caught and looked at the bow for a moment. They were about to start walking again, but Kuri stopped for a moment as she sniffed the air so did Nami. Both Spawn and Ryu looked at the both of them.

"We have one more spider to deal with." Nami said.

Spawn was about to say something but he felt something landed on his head. He wipe for a moment as he examined it which it was saliva. He quick threw it away as he looked up to see a shadow ninja. It took the same form as Rasetsu as a humanoid spider. He jumped from the ceiling which Spawn did a couple backflips to avoid being crush by the shadow ninja. Once he got some distance, he unsheathed his sword. Ryu, Kuri and Nami ready their weapons as knew that they had the advantage against this shadow ninja as they all started to charge at the shadow ninja.

The shadow used its legs to attack them but Spawn and Nami dodge them and used their chains to around around each leg to hold him in place. Kuri transformed into a her tiger mode while Ryu jumped on her back as they both took to the air for a moment. Kuri started to charge up as Ryu used his sword as a conduit. His sword was infused with lightning and he jumped from Kuri's back and brought his sword down upon the shadow Ninja. The Shadow Ninja roar in pain as he fell to the ground as blood spatter out of him. Ryu swipe his sword to clean the blood off his blade before he sheathed his sword. He was looking up for a moment to see that the fire was spreading through out his home.

=== top floor ===

Genshin kicked Joe in the gut which send him flying into the a hold in the floor and he caught the ledge before he could fall to his death. He was looking at Genshin who was towering over him.

"And thus the sun sets on the Dragon Ninja bloodline." Genshin said.

Joe was gritting his teeth in defeat as he was dangling from the ledge.

"Damn you!" Joe said.

Genshin was walking towards some type of the deity statue with six arms. He used his sword to cut the statue which caused the top half of the statue to slide off diangly before it fell to the floor. Genshin reach inside of the statue and pulled out another statue that look like a heart.

"The Demon Statue is ours." This Statue is the talisman of Mount Fuji." Genshin said.

Then a woman from before appeared from the flame along with a hooded figure twirling his chakram in his finger.

"Now the sacred peak erupts..."

"The gates of the underworld are opened." Genshin said.

"The Fiends are unleashed..."

=== At Mount Fuji ===

The great mountain top of Mount Fuji started to erupt as a beam of light came bursting out of the peak. Then a swarm of Fiends came out and scattered across the world.

=== Hayabusa castle ===

He was looking at the statue for a moment which he could feel the essence of Malebolgia lurking on the statue.

"I can't believe that this thing is kin to our lord and master. He must be very powerful."

"Very."

The hooded figure just grin. Then he sense something that and he started to disappeared for a moment.

=== Ryu, Spawn, Kuri and Nami ===

Spawn and the other were running towards up the staircase but Spawn, Kuri and Nami felt something as the three of them stopped. Ryu was looking at the three of them.

"What is it?" Ryu asked.

Spawn was looking at both Kuri and Nami.

"Please, tell me that feeling that I had was your stomach." Spawn said.

"I felt it too." Kuri said.

"This is a bad sign." Nami said.

"If we felt it, then you bet your asses that all the other Hellspawns must've felt it too." Spawn said.

"What is it?" Ryu asked.

Spawn, Kuri and Nami turned their attention to Ryu.

"The Gates of Hell has open." Spawn, Kuri, and Nami said.

=== Hell ===

Hades was looking at the gate as he frown. He grabbed his sword as he was getting ready to head towards the gates.

"This is not good at all. Lucitor, what in the hell have you done?" Hades said.

He jumped from his castle as he was heading towards the gates. He notice that Lady Death was heading towards the gates as well along with her forces. He descend towards her.

"Lady Death." Hades called out.

The white haired maiden was looking at Hades as she was not stopping. He was following her.

"Hades, what in god's name is going on out there?" Lady Death asked.

"It seems that Malebolgia kin has been found. Lucitor must've made a deal with someone to reveal the location of the demon statue." Hades said.

"That bastard. Killing Cagliostro wasn't enough, but he had to hand over the location of the Archfiend. We need to stop the fiends from escaping from purgatory." Lady Death said.

"I know. You forget that I was in charge of Purgatory while our lord is away. If he catch wind that one of the deadly Fiends escape from there that's means we're all in the world of torment." Hades said.

They both and their forces was heading towards the gates.

=== Ryu, Spawn, Kuri and Nami ===

"The gates of Hell?" Ryu asked.

"Yeah, any demon or fiend that locked down there might come pouring out. Even Hellspawn like us that are living down there." Spawn said.

"So, there are more of you in Hell?" Ryu asked.

"Yes, but those are loyal to the being that given us these powers. As those like me, Kuri and Nami, we're not loyal to this being." Spawn said.

"I see." Ryu said.

Once they made it to the top of the staircase, they came to a golden statue dragon in front of them. Ryu used his arrow to hit the gon which the dragon's mouth open up. Spawn was impressed to see a secret passage. They all started jumping into the golden dragon's mouth and came out into a room with a giant hole in the wall. It lead out to the roof of the castle. They all jumped out to the roof and was greeted by a group of Black Spider ninjas.

Spawn was looking at one of them to see he was floating in midair. He was chanting a spell and unleash a fireball which Spawn, Ryu, Nami, and Kuri dodge the blast before it hit the building. Spawn was looking at Ryu for a moment as the dragon ninja dew his sword.

"You got to be shitting me? They can use magic too?!" Spawn said.

"It's call Nepo. It's a ninja technique that is similar to magic." Ryu said.

They both dodge the attack which Spawn knew that they have to take out the spellcaster. Then the caster started chanting again, but this time he placed his hands on the roof as Spawn was looking down to see that the roof was about to burst. He jumped back as a geyser of flames come out from the rooftop. He reach out and grabbed the fire and transformed it into a whip as he looked at the caster.

"Here, this belong to you." Spawn said.

He cracked it at the caster which set him on fire. The spider ninja was scream in pain as he fell off the roof to his death. Spawn just grinned but he ducked to dodge an incoming blade. He drew his sword and cut the ninja's head off which blood splattered all over his face. Once they were done with their fight, they climbed to the second level of the roof and jumped into another hole in the wall. Kuri was about to the jump into it but Spawn grabbed her from the lower part of it her pants to pulled her down to avoid an arrow.

"That's was close." Spawn said.

"Close! You pulled my pants down, you pervert." Kuri said, blushing as she pulled her pants up.

"Sorry about that. I didn't have time to warn you about the arrow." Spawn said.

Spawn was looking at Ryu which he knew what to do and handed Spawn his bow. Spawn took it as he added his power into it which the bow started to transform into some new. He handed it back to Ryu which he looked at Spawn for a moment with a confuse look on his face.

"This time you won't miss." Spawn said.

Ryu nodded his head as he took the bow and jumped into the hole in the wall which he took aim. The archer took aim as they release their arrow, but they missed Ryu. Ryu release the arrow which the arrow split into two and pierce the archers in the head. They both fell to the ground as blood leak from their heads. Spawn, Kuri and Nami came into the hole.

"Nice shootin Tex." Spawn said.

Then Spawn felt a presence but he unsheathed his sword and block an incoming chakram that head getting cut Ryu's head off. Then out of the shadow was a hooded figure. He started to clapped for a moment as he was looking at Spawn.

"I never thought that you would block that attack. I am curious though how did you know that I would be here?"

"I had a hunch." Spawn answered.

'No, that not it. You must've known that I would be here. Unless that you are looking for someone or should I say two someones."

"He was looking from the corner of his eye to see Kuri and Nami getting ready to strike. He dodge their attacks as he got some distance from the both of them. He was looking at the three Hellspawns in front of him and Ryu. He started to chuckle to himself as Spawn knew that this was a bad.

"Well, I guess that you have the list now?"

"So, what if I do?" Spawn asked.

"Don't play dumb. There is no way that you could be able to find these two without it. The boss is gonna love this."

Spawn used his chains to wrapped around hooded figure to prevent him from escaping.

"Now, you are going to tell me all about the Legion and their plans." Spawn said.

"Well, that will not happened."

The hooded figure used his finger to used some type of hand sign which the chakram started to float and flew towards the hooded figure and cut him free. Spawn was looking at his chains as he called them back. The chains slither back to Spawn and he was looking at the hooded figure.

"Those must be strong to cut my chains." Spawn stated.

"Well, I did had eternity to master my powers. There are a lot that you don't know about me."

His hands and chakrams started to glow. The chakram was getting bigger like the size of Spawn's sword. Kuri ready her metal claws and Nami ready her Kusarigama which Ryu was getting to join the fight.

"No, Ryu. You need to go on head we'll take care of him." Spawn said.

He was looking at both Kuri and Nami who nodded their heads in agreement. He nodded his head as he ran upstair while Spawn, Kuri, and Nami ready their weapons. The hooded figure started to ready himself for the three hellspawns before him.

=== Ryu ===

Once Ryu made it to the top of the staircase, He saw the door to Joe's chambers were on fire. He use his sword to cut the door open as he rush into the room and he stopped for a moment to look around for Joe and he was looking pass both Genshin and the woman from Tokyo. Then out from a far and he saw Joe who was struggling to get back up.

"Father!" Ryu called out.

Then everything was coming down which cause Joe to fall and closed to fear the worst. He slowly open his eyes as he was looking at Genshin. He was gripping his sword.

"You must be Genshin." Ryu said.

"And you must be Joe Hayabusa's little cub. It is said that a Dragon Ninja would die to protect the demon statue. You seem eager to fulfill your duty." Genshin said, turning his attention to the woman. "Now, Elizebet, you must keep your word."

The woman chuckle as she grabbed the statue and ran. Ryu noticed what he was doing, and he bolted after her.

"Stop!" Ryu ordered.

He was about to ran pass Genshin, but Genshin used his metal claw to attack Ryu. Ryu jumped back to avoid the metal claw. Genshin grabbed his sword and ready his stances. Both Ryu and Genshin was squaring off.

"Your death will atone for generation indignities. The bloodline of the Dragon Ninja ends here!" Genshin said, taking to his fighting stances.

Ryu was narrowing his eyes as he ready his fighting stance.

=== Spawn, Kuri, and Nami ===

Spawn was kicked through a wall as support beam landed on him. Kuri and Nami did their dragon and tiger combo which the hooded figure dodge both attacks with ease. He looked for a moment as he knew that the place was coming down around. He jumped back as a pile of rumbled landed in front of both Kuri and Nami to block their assault. The hooded kicked open a new hole in the wall.

"You're running away?" Nami asked.

"On the contrary my dear. I am just taking a tactical retreat. And your friend might need your help since he is pinned."

Both Kuri and Nami ran over to help Spawn as the three of them push the support beam off of Spawn. He patted the flames off his armor for a moment as he was looking at the two sisters.

"Where did he go?" Spawn asked.

"He escaped." Kuri told him.

They both helped Spawn up to his feet as the three of them head up the stair to check on Ryu.

=== Ryu ===

Both Ryu and Genshin were clashing swords as Ryu was looking at Genshin for a moment because he knew that he had to retrieved the demon pushed Genshin back as he continue his assault. He tried a high attack but it was blocked by Genshin's claw. He rush to knocked Ryu off his feet. Then Genshin kicked Ryu in the gut to get some distance between the two. Ryu dropped to his knee as he looked up at Genshin who jump into the air spinning his sword in his hand. Spawn, Kuri, and Nami came into the room to see that Genshin was about to kill Ryu.

"BOTHER RYU!" Kuri and Nami called out.

Then Joe came running in at top speed as he brought his sword down to blocked Genshin/s attack. Genshin was gritting his teeth to see that Joe Hayabusa was still alive.

"You were already die." Genshin said.

Joe quickly turned his head to his son.

"Follow the woman." Joe ordered.

He pushed up as he kicked Genshin in the ribs as they got some distance. He they were circling each other.

"You must retrieve the statue." Joe said.

Ryu was glaring at his father and back at Genshin. Spawn grabbed Ryu's arm pull him.

"Go! NOW!" Joe ordered.

Ryu sigh as the four of them headed out while Joe was covering their retreat by holding off Genshin.

Once they all got out of the castle, They were headed outside of the village, but Spawn stopped in his track. Ryu, Kuri, and Nami stopped as they looked at him with a confused look on their face.

"What's wrong, Spawn?" Ryu asked.

Spawn pulled out the list of Hellspawn which Kuri and Nami saw their names on it. Ryu was looking at the list to see a lot of names that he never recognize.

"I still have business here in Asia. You should head to New York, I have a friend that might help with the search." Spawn said.

Ryu nodded his head while Kuri and Nami was looking at him. They both walked up to Spawn as they both got down on one knee and bowed their heads.

"Once this is over, we would like to join you in the battle against the Legion." Kuri said.

"Sure. I guess. Thanks, Kuri." Spawn said

"Please, you can call me; Kotaro." Kotaro said.

"And you can call me, Ryuichi." Ryuichi said.

"Nice names for the both of you." Spawn said.

"What is the name of your ally?" Ryu asked.

"He goes by Hellspawn Wrath." Spawn said.

"Named after one of the deadly sins. A worthy name for a Hellspawn." Ryu said.

"When you see him, tell him that Spawn sent ya." Spawn said.

The three of them nodded their heads as started to leave for New York. Spawn pressed a button on his wrist. Then Inferno came his location as it lowered the ramp. Spawn jumped up as little did he know, that the hooded figure was watching him leave.

"So, he has the list. Oooooh the boss is not going to like this."

He raise his arm up as a whirlpool of flame appeared around him.

=== Hell ===

Lucitor was sitting on his throne that was once the throne of their Master. He was looking at Plague, Bermuda triplets and Fury who were kneeling in front of Lucitor. He was tapping his finger on the arm of the throne.

"Let me see if I got to this right. You couldn't find the list and the Justice League just randomly attacked you out of nowhere. Is that about right?" Lucitor asked.

"Yes." Plague answered, grinning.

Then the hooded figure appeared in front of them.

"Well, that is a load of bullshit because I just had a little run in with Spawn and guess what. He has the list in his possession as we speak."

"WHAT?!" Lucitor yelled

"I saw it with my own eyes. These three fools must've let Spawn find the list."

Plague was sweating bullets as he looked up with a grin on his face.

"Now, let me expl-"

With an split second, Lucitor pierce his claws through Plague's right eye and ripped out his eyeball as blood splattered out of his right eye.

'AHHHHHHHHHHHHH! AHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! AHHHHHHHHHHHHH! AHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Plague screamed.

He was holding his wounded eye as the triplets and Fury was looking at the fellow member as they looked at Lucitor was holding Plague's eye in his hand.

"let that be a reminder to anyone that want to deceive me." Lucitor said.

He ate Plague's eye as it appeared on his forehead as third eye.

Whew that was long of a fight, but I want to see how this plays out. Next chapter Spawn will not be in the next chapter. I wanted to get some new Hellspawn to make their appearance. AnimeGoji91, I will have your two Hellspawn making appearance. Someone mention this to me a few years back about having a hellspawn that was World War 2 veteran who became a hellspawn that is station at a Museum. I need your description once again because I lost it.
