When the trio exited the ankh portal, they found themselves in some kind of secret underground bunker.

"Yeah, this place is definitely a mad scientist lab." Flash said as they looked around, since the bunker had traces of crazy scientist everywhere, including what looked like some kind of dissection table, a robot assembly area and so much other crazy stuff.

"I swear, I'm having flashbacks to some of the labs we raided while I was overseas. Seriously, it's insane how much crazy shit foreign scientists come up with." Iris said as she wheeled herself around the lab and really hoped that this guy could help her, even if he was evil.

"Well, this is a surprise. I don't get many visitors, especially surprise ones." a man's voice said as a platform lowered itself to reveal an eccentric looking man with brown hair and a ridiculous mustache wearing a white lab coat over what looked like a red flight suit of some kind, along with the typical glasses.

"TO Morrow. It has been a long time. You're looking surprisingly well given your age." Doctor Fate said to the old enemy of the Justice Society of America.

"Like you're one to talk Fate." Morrow said condescendingly.

"It is the helmet of Fate that's allowed me to exist until a suitable new host for Nabu's soul is found. But what is your secret? The last time we met, you looked far older." Fate noted.

"My genius knows no bounds. It has even allowed me to find a way around the ravages of time. Though my methods are a little more unorthodox than what most would consider ethical science. But may I ask why two members of the Justice League are troubling me? I've kept quiet for a very long time. Though now that you've disturbed me, I suppose I might as well act the part, Red Torpedo, Red Inferno, we have guests. Give them a proper welcome." Morrow said as suddenly two red androids jumped to the ground to face them.

One looked more like a man with a yellow flame on his chest, yellow boots and gloves and a yellow cape similar to the one Red Tornado had worn and he was generating fire from his hands.

The other android looked more female from her build and she was wearing a silver belt with purple gloves and boots, along with a silver cape and she had a stream of water circling her.

"We are not here to fight." Fate said as he cast a freezing spell that froze both androids in place.

"Really, then what are you doing here?" Morrow asked, since he should've seen that coming, since he had yet to find a scientific defense against Fate's magic.

"We need your help and we have something to offer you in return." Flash said.

"What could you possibly have to offer me?" Morrow asked.

"The chance to work on your first and favorite creation." Fate said.

"What are you saying?" Morrow asked, since he'd given up hope on this long ago.

"We found Red Tornado, though a zealous rogue army general dissected him. You're likely the only person who can put him back together again. We're giving you a chance to work on him again, under heavy supervision of course, not to mention a one time pass from being arrested by the League." Flash said.

"In exchange for what. After all, there's no such thing as a free lunch." Morrow said, knowing that there had to be a catch.

"You use your science to give me back my legs, since if you could do something that could allow you to look so young despite your age." Iris said.

"Interesting. I'd need to see your medical records to know what I'm dealing with first." Morrow said, since he knew that this was the best deal he'd get, especially since the Justice League was offering him a pass, most likely because of how long he'd been inactive for.

"I suspected you'd say that, which is why." Fate said as he raised his hand, which glowed and suddenly Morrow was holding a copy of Iris's medical records in his hand.

"Useful." Morrow said as he looked over the files.

"Well, I think that my technology should be more than capable of solving this. Though I will need some assurance that you'll keep your end of the bargain and won't just vanish after I do my work." Morrow said.

"What do you want?" Flash asked.

"You will bring Red Tornado's remains here now, since this is likely the only facility on Earth that has the equipment necessary to repair him if he's truly in the condition you say he's in." Morrow said and Fate nodded.

"Fair enough. Agreed." Fate said as he opened a portal to the Hall of Justice, where Tornado's remains were still being stored.

"Be right back." Flash said with a grin as he sped through the portal while Morrow walked up to Iris.

"I suppose we'd better get you prepped for surgery." Morrow said and Iris nodded.

"But just in case you get any ideas about doing anything else, well." Iris said as she flexed her bionic arm at Morrow.

"I wouldn't dream of trying to pull anything with two members of the Justice League present. Especially when the deal they're offering me is too good to pass up on. I may be evil, but I'm not stupid." Morrow said and Iris nodded, since that made sense.

"And I actually do have a question for you. You said that you can fix my legs, but can you do more than that?" Iris asked and Morrow grinned, since it sounded like this was going to be more interesting and more fun than he thought it would be.

"Perhaps, what do you have in mind?" Morrow asked her.
