Clay watch as Ava contacted Nick Furry a gosh of wind brushed over his face getting another scent but unlike Ava's this one was menacing with a blood lust to kill, Ghost Tiger's face became intense, taking his coat off he set it on the ground as he watched his surroundings carefully which caught White Tigers attention as everything seemed to move slowly from the male tiger.

"Clay what's the matter?" Ava asked seeing how intense he looked she watched as his fangs and claws slowly grew "Clay?"

Clay watched the the wing blow through the trees and the grass ready for any sign of movement, from the look on Ava's face here could tell her instincts weren't as sharp as his and that not her fault being raised in civilisation. Clay let out a low growl that was enough for Ava to put her mask back on and get into a defensive stance, Clay closed his eyes and let his senses take over waiting for it because who ever this was had the intention of killing.

Clay shot his eyes open as he jumped forward with a powerful roar tacking this killer in midair who had lunged at White Tiger, Ava watched has Clay was rolling on the ground with someone as she looked closer she let out "SABRETOOTH"

The interference from Clay shocked Sabretooth as the two broke away from each other and jumped back, Clay flipped backwards and landed on all fours in a defensive position like a tiger while his tail stayed with a fierce Growl. The more Sabretooth looked at this kid the more he realised that the White Tiger he was told to capture wasn't the girl but this teen, growling back at Ghost Tiger the two lunged at each other with their own roars.

Clay ran at Sabretooth and pounced at him digging his claws in him and started slashing at him before chucking him at a tree, as the teen chucked him Sabretooth managed to dig his own claws into Clays stomach through his shirt all the way up his chest to the Sid of his face causing the white tank top to be stained and shredded. Clay growled as the two got up start at each other, Clay very serious while Sabretooth smirked and livked the blood off his claws as both their wounds healed up like nothing happened.

"HIYAH" Ava let out as she jumped forward scratching at Sabretooth who dodged for her to follow up with a round house kick which he blocked and pushed her leg away only to spin round again try and slash him which he caught spinning her around chucking her back.

Clay hand flipped backwards into the trees as he made his way round the back of Sabretooth while he was distracted by Ava and punched on he with a roar, jumping on his back and dug his fangs into the side of Sabretooths neck causing the mutant to roar out in pain as he thought that it was like fighting an actual tiger. The mutant growled as he grabbed Clays tank top from behind as he flung him off him ripping his tank top off, Clay flipped in the air and the second he landed on the ground he shared at Sabretooth with another roar and sent a flurry of slashes and kicks at the older mutant.

Sabretooth struggled to block or doge them as he took notice that this kid wasn't playing around ever going for his neck or other spots to stop his movements, the mutant smirked thinking this kid might be more savage that he his when he looked in the eyes of this teen it was like to was looking at a wild animal. Clay jumped back flipping of his hands as he landed in front of Ava on all fours growling at Sabretooth as his tail rapped around White Tigers legs, Clay watched their attacker carefully as his muscles tensed up he knew this guy was strong but his fight style had much to be desired as it was random and predictable making it easy to keep him on the defensive.

"What do you want Sabretooth? Why are you after us" Ava asked as she watched him laugh.

"I don't want you little kitty, it's him I want I owe this guy a favour who has taken a liking to you little pet there" Sabretooth told her which made Clay roar at the mutant he didn't like being called a pet "though with the two of you it is making it a difficult task, I'll just kill you kitty then taking the real prize here will be a breeze"

"You have a funny sense of humour if you think you can take me" Clay told him as he didn't move and making sure that Ava was safe behind him "And you crazy to think that you'd get past me to kill her"

"Is that a challenge hehehe your id say your weaker that me and slower what make you think you can beat me" Sabretooth grinned as Clay charged at Sabretooth as the two clashed as Clay moved faster and his strikes became stronger "interesting so you where holding back a fools tactic bit of advice is... KILL OR BE KILLED RRRRWAAAAHH"

Sabretooth started fighting back though they where just savage strikes there was signs of combat training in them, Clay watched carefully to find the pattern but didn't stop even when Sabretooth managed to sink his claws in him as deep as he could he could areas feel the woods healing. Ghost Tiger didn't let up to every strike Sabretooth landed Clay strikes back twice a fierce, using his superior agility, Ava didn't site back ever as she also sent in her own attacked doing some damage the more Sabretooth took damage the more pissed off he got and more predictable he became.

To anyone watching from the outside of this fight it looked like two predictors fighting another for it's territory the only problem was the mutants superior healing factor, Sabretooth knew this but this kids healing factor is still a problem and he knew he was losing this fight. The mutant knew if this new white tiger was on his own he'd have more of a chance, as he watched them he could see how fluently their fight styles complemented each other like the two had found the perfect dance partners was it because there powers where similar?

"Grrrr back of bitch my fight is with him" Sabretooth growled he had to try anything to get the teen alone.

"Yeah no plus it won't be long before S.H.I.E.L.D get here then you will be really out matched" White Tiger told the savage mutant who got even angrier that they had reinforcements coming in.

As if on Queen a jet came in shiny a light on the three of them as Sabretooth growled again "we will finish this little dance of our some other time runt"

The mutant took off right as rope come down from the jet, Clay growled about to chase after him but armed S.H.I.E.L.D agents landed in front of him pointing their guns at him. The Teen huffed getting up but stumbled slightly as he best his shoulder with a grunt causing Ava to brace him for a second, Clay smiled at her for a second before standing up straight as his wounds started to heal up nicely it had been a while since anyone had inflicted this much damage to him.

The whit tiger teen looked around seeing about ten armed agents surrounding them, god knew he hated guns as the Jet handed in the clearing next to them. Clay watched as Director Nick Fury came walking out, he picked up the tattooed teens coat then looked at them.

"So your the one who has been causing me so much trouble around the city" Nick spoke showing his usual emotionless expression as the two studied each other, the super spy chucked him his jacket which Clay bought it with one hand not losing eye contact "That's yours right"

"Thanks... you must be the one who wanted to meet me" Clay spoke carefully as he bent to put his jacket on only fore everyone to take aim at him which mad his ears shift to listen for the lightest movements but soon lowed their weapons thank to Director Furry holding his hand up, Ava watched the interaction between the two it was like you could cut the tension with a knife "Can I ask why"

"I wanted to speak to you about why your here about Kraven" Nick told him as he watched both teen tense up "I also like to know why Sabretooth was after you"

"I can't say why Sabretooth was after me but he did say someone took a liking to me" Clay told him as he cursed to himself he had been noticed more than he thought but this also might be a good thing, letting Kraven come to him could speed up the process "And for why I'm here I'm assuming you already know"

Clay looked at Ava who even with the mask on looked a bit guilty however he understood her motives if he had been a threat in her eyes he knew she would have to try and stop him so if she fell at least her comrades knew about him, Clay sighed then sent her a reassuring look as if to say not to worry before looking back at Nick Furry.

"So what happens now gunna ask me to leave, try to capture me..." Clay spoke as he looked around being very careful with his words but what he said next stung Ava "Kill me..."

"That all depends on you honestly your far more cooperative than I thought but I would like to extend the same offer to you as I did to White Tiger" Nick told him as this peaked the teens interest "Ava is also searching for Kraven and I offered her the resources as well as training to make her the Ultimate White Tiger for her inevitable fight against Kraven also a spot on the new team I put together"

"So you're offering me the same thing..." Clay replied as he watched and listened to his heart beat which spiked with what he said next "while keeping an eye on me is that correct you don't need to answer you increased heart rate already confirmed it"

"Your answer then"

Clay thought about it, place to stay, food and a place to train while getting all the resources he needs to find Kraven sounded to good to be true "Why me, you could of easily left me be"

"Like the rest of the new team I see potential in you to be even greater than you already are and I know you have lost so much and this is a great way for you to start over" The super spy told the teen and it made sense to him but could he start over the pain of loss was still had a strong grip on his heart and it heart more than any wound he could take.

"If I agree to this are you going to sand in my way when I find him" Clay listened to To nicks heart beat carefully knowing if it spiked with his next answer should determine what he says to the offer.

"No" Nick replied as he watched the teen sigh then smile.

"Then I would be happy to take you up on your offer" Clay replied as Ava sighed and Nick smiled extending his hand to the teen.

"Welcome to S.H.I.E.L.D Ghost Tiger I'm Director Nick Furry head of S.H.I.E.L.D" Nick told him as Clay shook his hand "Come with us back to the Helicarrier and we can make some arrangements such as you new hero suit as well as your cabin"

Clay looked out the window of the jet as his claws dug in the side of the seat and in that single moment he found out that people where not supposed to fly, Ava giggled a little at his reaction she couldn't believe this was the same fighting who took on Sabretooth without a second thought. Ava thought back to the fight as she stared at the teen it was like the Tiger in him and himself are in perfect harmony not fighting for control lit it was with herself, looking down at her amulet pondering on the idea of it but shook it out of her head there where different Clay was born with his powers while hers where given to her.

The male teen looked at Ava from the corner of his eyes smelling the anxiety and worry on her wondering what was troubling her, his second thought was why he seemed to be at ease around her and so trusting was it because they both had the blessing of the Tiger God or was it her sent bringing him comfort being so similar to his tribes. Clay sighed at this still his situation was the best outcome even he thought if he refused Nicks offer and a fight broke out he wouldn't walk away uninjured, looking out the window again he saw the Helicarrier come into view and thought if this hole ship was full of agents then it was the best option to accept Director Fury's offer having the hole of S.H.I.E.L.D against him would of bin bad.

As the jet landed on the Helicarrier Clay was the last to leave as Nick guided them in, despite being in the air Clay didn't feel the same uneasiness he did in the jet in fact it felt like being on the ground. However the male whit tiger didn't like the look of all the guns but it was something he would have to get used to, Ava saw how tense he was and had to guess that this was his first war ship as he gave him a reassuring look which helped him ease his tension a little.

The two didn't understand why they felt at ease in each other's presence but Ava chocked it up to there animal instincts being safety in numbers, she watched him look around with fascination as she knew his tribe was just as advanced as any city was but kept close to nature and the natural resources of the jungle so that ment no technology. Ava couldn't help but giggle with his fascination at the technology on the airship but the more she stared at him the more she caught herself looking at his bare chest making her blush, as tough and confident as she was she is still a hormonal teenage but she didn't know why she never looked at Pete, Danny or Luke and the less said about same the better.

Clay however didn't notice the odd glances he was getting and just wanted to know where he was being led to "Director Fury where is it that your taking me"

"Down to the medical bay to get you checked over as well as a fiscal plus we need your measurements" the super spy told him but suddenly scrapped that idea as clays stomach growled "I fact it might be best that you get something to eat first, Tiger take him to the mess hall then report at the medical bay in an hour"

"Yes Director Fury" Ava said as she looked at the tiger teen who stared back "Come on Clay this way"

Clay nodded with a smile as the two left for the mess hall as Coulson walked up to his boss as he watched the two walk round the corner "You sure about this one Sir"

"Him being here where we can keep and eye on him is the best option plus he will make a good member of the team, his and white tigers are essentially the same you saw there fight the same as me the worked in unison this could push them to greater achievements" Fury told him as Coulson watched the footage over again.

"Yes but he fights more like an animal than he does a man plus him able to take on Sabretooth is no easy feat if the fight went on he might have actually managed to kill him if that was his intention" Coulson told the director who thought about it more and if they could get him trained up he could possibly take down even wolverine if he got too rowdy "You hear where he's from, he was raised in the jungle his own sense of justice could be different from ours, do you really think he can be a hero"

"With the right guidance I believe anyone can be a hero, he didn't kill the thugs he came across and even saved people the kid has got the right idea just needs the guidance" Nick told his friend who just sighed at the director sure he was right with the others but the directors luck might might run out.

"Well if your sure sir" Coulson replied as the two left the hall way to the control room.

"Let me worry about Ghost Tiger but I think with White Tiger around he will listen to reason" Nick told him full of confidence that agent has seen multiple times.

"Why is that sir" Coulson saw the confidence but couldn't see the reason.

"hormonal teens with animal magnetism" Nick chuckled at the comment he made while Coulson sighed remembering that they are just teenagers which from his especially with teenagers knowing how random they may be they are more capable of convincing than adult are.

With Ava and Clay the two talked a little a about random stuff such as how school life was, Ava found out that Clay's tribe didn't have schools but each of the younglings had been assigned a teach that taught them in both academics and if they wished they would also be trained in the ways of a warrior. The Heroine also found out that he he was trained by the the chief his mother who was known as the queen of the jungle and as the future chief he would have had to go through three trials, the first trial was to retrieve a eagle feather from the railway mountain in the jungle and return before sunset, after he would have to bring back a leopard kill for the tribe to feast on then final he would have to face one of his tribes strongest warrior to prove he can lead the tribe.

Ava asked about his mother learning that she was a very proud woman who cared deeply about him and his tribe and wasn't afraid to voice her opinion to anyone, she also realised how strong she must have bin as it's also the chiefs job to protect the jungle and for the first time Ava saw a genuine smile come from him showing how proud he was and where he came from.

It didn't take them long to get to the mess hall that was near enough empty which didn't surprise them at it was around ten thirty at night "it's pretty quiet in here compared to the rest of this place"

Ava laughed a little as she remember how busy it was this morning compared to now "Yeah you should see on a morning sometimes, it can get really packed in here"

"I bet though the food does smell very appealing" Clay replied at he eyed where the hole in the wall was showing trays of food.

"Good, go get whatever you want I'll go wait at the table" Ava told him as she made her way over to the same table she sat at this morning with her teammates.

Clay walked over to the opening as he saw people in the kitchen cleaning up as this was the last of the cooking for the day, Clay scanned the the food taking a cheese burger and some fry's then looted himself a glass of water. Clay didn't take a lot just the bare minimum he did want to come off greedy, making his way over to Ava he sat down as she was flicking through her phone and texting her teammates before putting her phone down watching Clay eat, he seemed so happy she giggled seeing his tail saw as and every now and then his ear twitched.

"Sorry to ask this but do you have human ears under that hear of yours or is it just the Tiger ears" Ava asked him as she watch him chew a couple times before swallowing the lifted his hear up revealing that his intact didn't have any human ears "Woow that's kinda weird"

Clay chucked as he let his hair drop "you could say from my point of view seeing you without a tail and ears is weird to me hehe"

"Fair point" Ava replied as she shrugged as Clay continued to eat happily, running around without food then getting into a fight against a strong opponent did really help.

Ava and Clay continued to have small talk as the male teen finished eating which he quite enjoyed, the food tastes so much different when its cooked thanks to his Tiger half he and his tribe didn't have to worry about eating meat straight off the bone but the extra flavor was a nice touch. Ava lead Clay to the medical bay and was asked to strip down into nothing but his underwear, Ava stayed outside for this as much as she prided herself on not getting flustered she respected privacy.

Clay took off his jacket then his boots and ripped combat pants the female doctor stand still as she took his measurement, Clay watched carefully as she took his measurements his ears twitched as she measured his head and his tail swayed out the wat as she measured his waist his waist. The rest of the physical went by pretty smoothly after he was shown to the showers and was even provided new clothes, he wore a white top with a white and black checkered shirt left open with the sleeves rolled up half way revealing some of his stripped tattoos on his arms, He wore a pair of black jeans with a welt that had a tiger head symbol for the buckle finally he had a pair of brown ankle high boots on to finish the outfit though he did have to make an adjustment to the jeans for his tail.

Once Clay had finished getting dress he thanked the doctor who told him it was no trouble and that the outfit suits him which made the tiger teen smile, Clay made his way out the where he saw White Tiger leaning against the wall on her phone waiting patiently.

As Clay walked out it caught her attention as she looked at his new his new clothes "Hey you clean up nice Clay"

"Thanks so what happens now" Clay asked as he looked at Ava as she walked down the corridor.

"Now I show you your Cabin, Director Fury wants you to have a good rest for your physical test" Ava told him as he swiftly followed behind as they made their way through the Helicarrier.

"Physical test? What does that even mean?"

"It's a combat simulation that tests your reflexes, agility and combat abilities"

"Seem simple enough anything I should be worried about"

"Not really I mean I aced it but it's to be expected"

"Over confidence can be a real hindrance in battle you shouldn't make a habit of that, even a weaker warrior can best even the most skilled and stronger opponent in a battle if they are over confident while underestimating their opponent"

"Pretty harsh for you to say"

"I wasn't trying to upset you but I've seen plenty of strong and skilled warriors fall because of over confidents it can happen to anyone"

"I will keep that in mind..."

"Though you are a skilled warrior Ava, you would be up there with some of our best warriors in my tribe don't let what I said get to you I was just trying to help"

"... Yeah I'll keep that in mind thanks Clay" Ava smiled at him under the mask she did appreciate the helpful words she was always ready to better herself in anyway possible.

It didn't take long for Ava and Clay to make it to the cabins they walked over to the one that said Ghost Tiger, Clay looked back to see another cabin across the hall to see a door that had White Tiger on the door smiling at her the two walked in. The room was a carbon copy of every other room but unlike others who live full time on the Helicarrier it was a completely empty aside from the pre-made double bed, a desk, empty shelves, drawers and wardrobe (both where filled with spare close that where his size), there was another door ext to the main entrance door that lead to a shower/wash room/toilet finally next to the bed there was a large window that looked outside the Helicarrier.

"Well I will see you in the morning, I will come and get you for breakfast so don't stay up too late and try to get some rest your gunna need it" Ava told him as gave him a wave before leaving to here own room.

Looking at the hologram clock that read '23:45' Clay sighed as he let out a few stretch before undressing down to his boxers and crawled into bed, knowing tomorrow is going to be just a strange as the rest of his time in New York letting out a yarn Clay let sleep take over as he drifted into a deep sleep.

Clay's Dream

Clay walked through the jungle till he came to an opening, looking around he couldn't hear any animals, no wind, no sent nothing he could go off but what was he looking for? Better question where was he? Looking up at the night sky it was different, there were bright colours and the stars didn't match.

Clay kept his guard up because even by his standards this was strange, Clay looked around till he bet a pair of blue eyes much like his own. Ghost Tiger watched carefully as a white tiger came walking out and towards him, watching as purred as it walked towards him not sending any hostility coming of the white tiger.

The White Tiger got right up to him as the wind and dust picked up as he covered his eyes for a second but what shocked him next brought tears to his eyes "Mother..."

The Tiger had changed to a woman with extreme beauty, Tanned white skin with blacked stripped skin, long black hair and a slender yet well built body wearing the chief clothing of his tribe. This woman's name is Talia Carter know for being a proud beauty of the jungle.

Talia smiled at her son as she cupped his cheek with her hand gently as he let his face rest on it purring as the tears fell down his face "My brave boy you have stayed so strong these past months"

Clay gritted his teeth as he let the emotion he berried down for so long being driven by revenge being the only thing that driven him this hole time but in this instant his revenge vanished "How can you call me strong... I'm so lost without your guidance... I failed out tribe... Failed you... all I can do now is avenge our people avenge you..."

Talia smiled as she embraced her son as he cried into her should as she held him "Shhhh its ok you are strong I've seen all the good you have done on you way and I'm so proud of you but you must know this was not your fault and revenge it's a fools journey"

"But I can let him get away with this my anger and hatred to him is so strong ever instinct in my body is telling me to kill him... I can stop because ever time I close my eyes... it's like the predator in me needs it craves it" Clay gritted as his mother boiled him back kissing his forehead as she held his face.

"I understand your pain but you must not let you anger consume you my love, it's true we are predators but that doesn't mean we have to be killers but I can only let you make your own decisions and I know you will make the right choice when the time comes" Talia told her son as she looked at him with love and affection as tears formed in her own eyes.

"I... I miss you so much and I'm lost without you..." Clay told his mother who shook her head.

"I miss you too my darling boy but you are not lost and not alone as I will always be with you in here" Talia told her son as she pressed on his chest "Myself and out tribe live in you now... It's time we part ways"

"What? No! Mother please don't leave me! Please don't go!" Clay cried out as his Mother started to fade away which broke her heart to see her son so shattered she looked back at him as in her eyes she saw the little boy who loved to get in trouble.

"This is not forever I will see you again when it's your time to join us in paradise" Talia told him as she cupped his cheek as she faded way not without telling him one final thing "Remember my son I am proud of the man you are becoming and be strong for me so when it's your time you will have plenty of stories for me I love you so much more than life itself"

Clay reached out for his mother only to stumble forward onto his hands and knees as he broke down in tears letting out a roar that didn't sound strong or powerful but was full of guilt, sorrow and sadness

Clay shot up wide awake breathing heavily and full of sweat after looking around he remembered he was on the Helicarrier and played back down as he composed himself, remembering his mothers visit in his dream causing him to grit his teeth and clench his fist as he put his emotions back in check. Clay sat up once again as he looked at the clock showing that it was five thirty in the morning, sighing he got up and made his way to the shower hoping that today would be much better.

He spent about an hour in total getting showered and other morning routines but what shocked him the most was when he walked back out there was a briefcase on his desk, did someone come in his room while he was in the shower? Walking over to it he opened it up looking at the white spandex suit. Ghost Tiger picked it up he sighed but smiled assuming this is his new hero costume, he quickly put on the spandex suit as it hugged his muscles tightly but could feel the fabric wasn't normal it was strong like it would take a lot of force to cut.

Clay stood in a full white spandex suit with black stripes down the sides (including the legs) of the suit and a sing black stripe on each shoulder, a black belt with a white tiger head roaring as the buckle, his suit had sleeveless arms showing off his stripe tattoos on his arms, his white gloves that came up half way between his wrists and elbows, there was a hole for is tail on the back finally a cowl that was attached that came over his head and rested on the top of his now with two hollow pointy ears for his gears to slide in so his hearing wasn't restricted, his eyes where fire blue that seemed to glow slightly.

(Suit inspired by both wolverine and white tiger feel it was kind of fitting plus I love wolverines classic suit)

Clay looked like a force to be reckoned with as he looked at his hands balling them into fists a couple times as he extend his claws as did the fabric, smirking as he looked himself over yeah he could work with this, just as he was done checking himself over he heard a nock at his door which he walked over pressing a button causing Ito to open seeing White Tiger in her suit shocking he slightly at his suit.

Ava looked at the other Tiger powered teen and took a second to greet him as she looked him over and dam kitty like... WAIT WHAT?! What was she thinking letting that thought leave her mind as she shook her head causing Ghost Tiger to to tilt his head "M-morning Clay I-I was just about to get some breakfast wanna join before your test"

Clay smiled at her and nodded "Sure I feel like I'm going to need all the strength I can get Director Fury seem the type to push you to your limits"

"Yeah Fury does that but he says it's the best way for us to improve" Ava told him as they started walking down the hallway side by side as the talked about random stuff mainly Ava about school.

Clay smiled that he was able to make a friend in Ava someone who is familiar to him yet not, it cave him comfort at probably the most painful tim of his life and he was thankful for that in time he might even console in Ava about his pain knowing she would probably be the best one to understand him but at this moment he wasn't sure. Clay thought on about what this all means and what his mother told him in his dream with what he should do about his hatred but even after that seeing his mother his mind fell back into his goal... And their wasn't a single person who can stop him from doing what he knew he had to do...

Hope you guys liked it, I know I did! Got a little emotional at the end there but I thought I would be a nice was to stir some conflict in Clay and make him start to think about the path he is walking plus I even got a bit emotional doing that part, and I know Clay isn't really showing his emotions like a teen should but you have to think it's the way he's been trained since he can walk, there are time to show it and times you shouldn't.
