"Don't make me repeat myself, WHO IS THERE!" Doom ordered
"A hero trying to stop you"
"Interesting, another invisible Woman" Doom frowned as he looked around
"Aww thanks for the compliment JACKASS!" Hagakure taunted him, as she stood still, hoping that he wouldn't find her.
"So you want to play games do you?" Doom asked as he walked through the woods. Hagakure holding her breath, so she wouldn't be picked up. She swore that her heart stopped when he was right near here. Heck he was glaring right at her at one point. However something drew his attention: a glint of silver light "There you are; finally" he said as he walked off, his cape swishing in the breeze as he did so. Hagakure curious followed after him.
"WHOA!" Peter shouted as he looked around
"Peter?" MJ asked "what is it?"
"My Spider-sense is going berserk;" Peter frowned as he went over and checked the scanner and nearly went pale.
"Hey Pete" Flash waved only to see him. "you good?"
"No, we're not" Peter said
"We're not?" the two asked
"Doom is in the woods!" Peter shouted
"WHAT!" Flash shouted as he formed Agent Venom and went wide eyed. Not wasting even a single second he raced over and bashed the alarm, making a lour siren roar through the helicarrier as the hallways became red with danger looming.
"I'll inform the others" Peter said swinging away.
"What is going on?" Coulson asked
"We don't know" Ironman said as the Avengers rushed in
"Not us" Havok shouted running in with the X-Men
"Don't look at me" Red Guardian said
"I don't like this" Luna Snow frowned.
"It was me" Spiderman landed
"What's going on Peter?" Ironman asked
"Doom's here" Spiderman said
"How, we would have been alerted" Reed said
"I don't know, but I know he is down there" Spiderman said
"Well then, I guess its Clobbering Time!" Thing snarled punching his hand.
"If this is Doom's pan then he may deploy all of those he has in opposition of us" Coulson said
"And we'll be ready for them" Stark said.
'What am I doing, what am I doing, WHY AM I DOING THIS!' Hagakure panicked in her head as she was following Dr Doom. Every inch of her body was screaming to run and hide from this guy! Only she couldn't do that since she was a hero in training and that meant saving people. Thankfully she was still unclothed meaning that unless he had inferred or something like that he couldn't see her.
"Izuku Midoriya, I will find out the secrets you keep" Doom muttered to himself, unaware that Hagakure had heard him. That lit a fire in Hagakure like never before, this asshole was targeting her classmate, and one that was central to the class. Yeah screw that was the thought in her head as she grabbed a rock and threw it, making a satisfying clink on his helmet. Doom whirled around and glared at the air. He wasn't sure but it felt like someone was following him, then he saw it, a slight shift of something on the ground; which could only be made by someone's foot
"You dare stalk Doom!" he shouted as he let loose a blast of energy, the crackling green energy flying past Hagakure and into the forest where it blew up a tree. Hagakure was now scared out of her wits and wanted to head back to the dorm, warn her friend and seriously hid in Ojiro's arms. "Clever, I didn't think you would be able to do it Susan, but it seems your invisibility has gotten better.
"Does everyone think I'm the Invisible woman?" Hagakure growled
"You aren't?" Doom asked
"Was that out loud?" she asked panicked
"It was" Doom said as he walked over to where he had heard her speak. "Interesting another one who has invisibility"
"So that means I'm just harder to hit" Hagakure taunted him
"Indeed, but that doesn't mean I won't" Doom frowned
"Well you got to find me to hit me!" Hagakure teased
"So you can't turn it off, interesting" Doom told her, he's curiosity was piqued by this. "This world has an interesting assortment of metahuman abilities. I should study them more" Doom smirked under his mask as he shot a blast of green energy at direction of Hagakure's voice. It hit another tree causing that to explode. "Am I getting closer?"
"Yeah too close" Hagakure murmured. "So what is your plan, some here, you're going to destroy UA ? that's a good plan draw an entire country's worth of heroes onto you" Hagakure said as she zig-zagged
"HOLD STILL!" Doom shouted as he sent blast after blast, after blast at her. Only to hit nothing "I ORDER YOU TO STAND STILL!" he shouted unleashing the biggest blast he had yet
"EEP!" Hagakure shouted as she held her hands out; not that Doom could see, the only reason he knew she was there was that he saw his attack redirect at him, ducking it and holding his cloak up he watched it exploded behind him. "Impres-" Doom was cut short as he lifted his cloak and turned away
"What's wrong Doom and Gloom can't handle one of your own attacks?" Hagakure taunted
"I am a gentleman, and I will not gaze at a maiden in that state" Doom cried
"State?" Hakagure asked as she looked down, seeing that she was visible before turning invisible again "OH CRAP!" Hagakure shouted as she covered herself "YOU SAW NOTHING!" she shouted.
"So, what if I did?" Doom frowned "PUT SOME CLOTHES ONE" Doom ordered
"Yeah no!" Hagakure shouted "That would make me harder to hit, so no" she cheekily said
"You ignorant brat" Doom hissed.
"I am a teenager after all" Hagakure ran off.
"Come on Reed" Johnny said as he adjusted his uniform
"I'm coming Johnny" Reed said as he pulled on his gloves
"Stretcho, are you sure this is the best plan, we don't even know where Vic is" The Thing frowned
"I'm sure, I've been tracking Victor's energy signature and I know he is somewhere in the woods of UA" Reed said
"Hopefully we can find out what his plans actually are" Sue said rolling up her sleeves "HERBIE?"
"Yes Miss Sue?" a robot appeared
"Where is Doom now?" Reed asked
"Still in the same area. But he is increasing the power of his attacks, indicating that if we don't leave now a student could die" Coulson told them.
"WHAT!" the four shouted
"Indeed, judging by the feeling of the student" Strange said "Its Hagakure"
"poor Hagakure" Sue whispered. She was nervous, she was going to help and train her in using her quirk to be visible. As well as maybe use her ability to make a shield, from what she read she could bend light giving her a shield of some kind.
"We have to get in there and save her!" Johnny said
"I'm going to clobber that tin can" Thing growled
"Let's go" Reed urge as he gripped his hand, making it actually creak. He was furious that Victor was attacking a student. But why was a student out there in the first place, he would ask her.
"Ben" Sue warned
"I'm going to finally deal with him" Thing snarled
"I got you back big guy" Johnny frowned
"Let's go, the Fantasticar is ready" Reed said
"You got it" Sue nodded as she walked with him "Are you okay Reed?"
"No I'm not" Reed growled.
"Marco" Doom called out. "Marco" he said again; Hagakure was good at hiding, but she kept wondering why he was saying Macro over and over again, was he finally loosing it "I see you haven't played Macro Polo" Doom said as he walked along the woods.
"He's nuts' Hagakure trembled. Doom stopped and then he generated a ball of energy and threw it in the direction of
'Come out come out where ever you are little girl" Doom said as he threw thew ball of energy at her
"TRY THIS!" Hagakure shouted as she snuck up on Doom "WARP REFRACTION!" she was blinded by her technique a giving her time to rush off
"That brat" Doom scowled as he made circles of black and green energy before they blasted the area, making the forest explode with magical explosions. Hagakure was caught in the area of the attack and crash down in a small , she was barely crawling as she felt the cold water rush past her body, she saw her hands meaning that she then rolled onto her back and let her hand flop into the water as her eyes dulled. She laid there as Doom walked up to her.
"I'm sorry young one, I truly am, you were gifted in your own way" Doom said flourishing his cape as he walked off. 'But you were foolish to face' he stopped and frowned. Something wasn't quite right. He walked deeper into the forest.
"VICTOR!" a voice roared before a hammer was slammed into him, he stepped back and saw a giant fist. Return to a hand and then retract
"Ah Richards, I was wondering when we would meet" Doom scoffed
"What are you doing?" Reed asked as he extended his arms and clapped them at Doom, who held his hands up and blocked them.
"I'm here to sooth a curiosity I have" Doom said
"Midoriya, right?" Reed asked glaring at his rival
"Indeed, there is something about that boy. Heck the children of this world are different then I excepted, too bad I had to discipline one of them" Doom smirked.
"What did you do Victor?" Sue asked as she, Ben and Johnny arrived
"She's still here, if you can find her within the hour you may save her" Doom told them
"Ben, Sue!" Reed barked
"right" they two shouted back as they ran off
"Are you nuts?" Johnny asked
"Johnny; I need you to go to UA and warn them and get their medical suite ready" Reed said
"What about you?" Johnny asked
"I feel like settling an old score" Reed said.
"Bring it on" Doom said as the two circled each other, glaring at each other. Reed made the first move by punching Doom in the chest with his arms extend the couple of meters between them. Doom grabbed them and held on as Reed went flying toward him; making it that Doom's fist was buried into Reed's face. The heroic scientist shook out the indent of Doom's face before he morphed his fists into Hammers and swung again, trying to use them to hit Doom; which was useless as he flourished his cape to block the attack making Reed growled while drawing his hands back and then went over to a tree, curled up into a ball and bounced off of it into Doom, making the mad monarch fly into the forest in the opposite direction. Reed then twisted his body, letting it go making his arms into whips to repeatedly hit Doom in the face. With a savage growl Doom grabbed the last attacked and held on as Reed tried to pull him towards him. Doom sent a wave of energy up Reed's arm making him let go and fly back, his arms slowly drawing in. Getting up Reed turned into a ball again and pinballed around Doom, striking him a couple of time. The Tyrant was getting more and more impatient with what Reed was doing, so he made a small shockwave to knock Reed off target and into a rock "You think you can beat me with pinball Richards?" Doom asked
"Yeah" Reed smirked.
"Then think AGAIN!" Doom roared as he blasted Reed back, before using his powers to pick up a destroyed tree and throw it at Reed, who at this pointed wrapped his limbs around multiple trees and caught the flung tree, making him go tight before he flung it back at Doom, hitting Doom on the rebound, sending him tumbling
"ENOUGH!" Doom roared as he stood up "I have been delayed by a child, and you, you dare attack your better?" Doom asked
"Show me my better and I will stop attacking him, until then I'll attack you!" reed laughed as he coiled up into a spring
"Then you are blind" Doom scoffed as he charged a bolt of energy up as Reed jumped at him.
"BOOM!" Johnny laughed as he threw a fireball at Doom, making it explode in his face
"Another child" Doom scowled as he saw the Human Torch land.
"Who are you calling a child?" Johnny asked
"You" Doom casted a blade of magical energy at Johnny, who deflected it with his heat.
"Many, Doom hasn't become any less petty, huh?" Johnny asked,
"Johnny focus! He's already taken someone down. Something I am going to put an end too." Reed scowled
"So if he killed someone why not ask the Avenger's" Johnny asked as he poured on the heat, making Doom conjured up a mystical shield to block them, forcing him to skid back.
"Keep pouring it on" Reed ordered
"YOU ARE GETTING TIRESOME!' Doom roared as he made a massive shockwave, pushing the two members of the Fantastic Four Doom was facing back
"That's not good" Johnny gulped.
"Indeed" Reed growled before he entered himself out to try and stop the attack before it dissipated, leaving a bad burn mark of Reed's stomach.
"REED!" Johnny shouted "I need to get you back to the Liberator!" Johnny gasped
"We can't, Doom will" Reed winced as he was holding back his pain.
"Sue will kill me if I don't take you back to base in this condition, or at least UA. I can handle Doom while Recovery girl patches you up!" Johnny urged
"I said I'm fine" Reed stumbled
"Screw this! I'm getting you out of here" Johnny frowned.
"No" Reed said as he black outed, Johnny looked at Doom who was also in bad shape from fighting Reed
"I will obtain my goals" Doom hissed as he panted making a ball of energy before it fizzled out "I may be tired, but the forest I brought are not, while I rest they will take over" Doom said as he teleported away.
"Damn it, I have to get them all ready for the mass attack" Johnny said as he saw a portal in the air leading to the UA Ground. Johnny flew into it.
I saw her there, barely alive. I needed to help her even if I had to expose myself. I moved over to her and held my hand out, light coming from it, bathing her gently, I could see the light return to her eyes. She quickly closed them Then I started to make clothes for her, starting with her footwear. Using the only example I knew of; an old friend of mine that I had not seen for ages. While I was clothing her, I fixed a small imperfection within her body; it seems she couldn't control her abilities so I am making it easier to do so. I snap my head up and looked around; the wildlife wasn't reacting to my presence, it was one in the forest itself. I frowned for I have been observing them for some time now. I even saw Uatu I knew who it was. Suddenly everything I had set out to do with this girl was done. But now I must stand guard of her to make sure she will be okay. That was when I saw them leave. My eyes went wide and I finally figured out who it was in the forest. Suddenly the sound of something hit the dirt shocked. I turned to it and smiled
"Come on, where is she?" Thing asked as he looked all over the area that Doom had said. It was getting close to the hour time limit and they still hadn't found her
"TORU! TORU!" Sue shouted
"HEY INVISIBLE GIRL WHERE ARE YOU?" Thing shouted
"This is not good Ben, if we don't get to her then"
"Don't think like that Suzie" Ben said before they head a large explosion "Victor must be getting angry" he laughed
"Come on we have to find her, you go more that way.
"Understood" Thing said as he ran off, the branches brushing past his rocky skin, since it didn't affect him at all. He had a bad feeling something was going on but he didn't know what it was. Suddenly he stopped and found the girl's clothes and signs of battle; Gulping he looked around and then he saw footprints which made he go that direction. "Come on girly where are you?" he asked worried about the young hero in train. After five minuet the Thing stopped and inhaled to get air back into his lungs. "This can't be" he looked around before he saw Johnny carrying Reed into the air. "No; Suzie I just saw Johnny just sent Reed back to the Liberator, but I think I'm getting close" Thing said as he started to look around. Suddenly thee in was a glint of silver light. Thinking it was something related to Doom
"Hang on I'm on my way" Sue said
"I found something" Ben growled as he broke through the tree line and growled ."IT'S CLOBBERI...ng time" Thing went wide eyed at what he saw.
"BEN! BEN WHERE ARE YOU?" Sue shouted
"Over here" Ben shouted "And I think I know what Doom has been after" he said dumbfound
"What?" Sue said as she ran over to him and was shock at what she saw
"Hello Susan Richards, Benjamin Grimm; it is good to see you two again" the figure said as he floated over Hagakure turning to them; revealing himself to be the Silver Surfer!
G'day Guys Grizz here, and OH BOY was that something I planned for SO LONG. As in Chapter three is when I figured that Doom would be after the Silver Surfer, why I'll tell you next time. And sadly yes I had Hagakure try and stop Doom only for her to nearly die! Yeah that was planned too. But man the most fun I had in writing this chapter was Reed vs Doom since most of the time I've had Reed just doing stuff in the lab like the research into Dabi; so I figured this was the time to let him let loose. And in the same week that the F4 are announced for Marvel Rivals; the was pure coincidence since this was delayed due to the holidays
