Straightening his ascot, Fred gave his hair one more look before coming out of the bathroom. Ready to take on the day, no matter what he might run into. And, while he was more skeptical like Velma; it was hard to argue against what crazy things they had seen over the years and this was no different. Also, there was a small part of him that would jump for joy if he found out that molemen or anything like his Exaggerator magazine claimed, existed. Maybe his uncle had more connections then he knew about. And covered it up in a magazine no one would believe.

He'll have to ask Sibella about that later.

"So, you have something in mind, Coach?" Fred chuckled, still finding it hard at the thought of Shaggy, Scooby and Scrappy being teachers. Not as much that they weren't sporty enough. But more on the fact that he had traveled so far to get the job and then managed to be ok with the creepy set up. Though from how it sounded at first, Shaggy had almost if not more problems than Velma did. He just stayed awake longer to freak out, rather than take the easy route of passing out.

"Sort of. Just kinda small plans... And food is always good to start in the works. And we might as well work for the meal and get a good start to the day!" Shaggy shrugged, his plans nowhere near as intricate or complicated like Fred's. Or at least by default; he had a history of doing some doozies in the past, but just not all that often. He was better at the smaller, more personal 'evil' plotting.

But it was not a bad thing to work up an appetite. It tended to make the food taste just a tiny bit better if you worked hard for it.

"... did I hear ballet? Like wearing a tutu?"

Having taken over the bathroom once Fred left, Melvin commented from the doorway after he finished getting into his own outfit. He had pulled out favorite brown brimmed cap and placed it upon his messy black hair. He was rocking a pair of worn blue jeans and a simple grey t-shirt with a black long sleeve dress shirt over it. It was a bit chilly, so the teen figured that he should wear something to fight off the chill. And he felt more comfortable.

"Enough tutus for all of you. Yep."

Nodding, Shaggy agreed as if it wasn't a big deal. But that might have been because he had been subjected to it, because of Miss Grimwood and thought nothing of it when she asked Shaggy and the rest to dawn them on for training.

Making a bit of a face, Melvin didn't seem to thrilled about that prospect. Fred had to agree. While he wouldn't never wear a dress, it tended to be only for a few good reasons he would consider it.

Losing a bet was one such reason, because you can't control what happens in that regard. Having to bow to the whims of the winner, no matter what it entailed. Another would be for charity for kids. He would toss away his pride if it was to help those in need, especially for children. And while Scooby and Shaggy tend to be the one to end up in a dress for a museum freeze on a mystery. Fred didn't always get away with not being in that position. Sometimes you just had to toss on whatever was close enough to evade the criminal of the week. Thankfully Fred ended up like that, few and far between though. And lastly, he wouldn't be against wearing a kilt if it was for celebrating some tradition for Daphne's family.

But it had to be a manly kilt!

Fred just didn't have the hips for it, like Shaggy did. Fred recalled once when Shaggy found himself posing in a tiger print skirt that possibly belonged to one of the girls. Fred couldn't remember the event fully, but either Velma or Daphne had been given a floor length, tiger print number from an aunt or something... That ended up being put on the lanky beatnik. And also dawning on a straw sunhat, Shaggy posed and looked really good in the dress. Daphne still had the picture somewhere in a photo album in her room. If he remembered the thought after the reunion, Fred might have to go back and find it for a laugh.

But the idea of wearing a Tutu, was not exactly high on either Fred or Melvin's list for that day.

"Let's get going. The girls might be waiting for us by now."

Eager to start the day, Shaggy opened the door and lead the way through the school house. With Melvin and Fred following behind with some shared hesitation. But they both didn't want to get lost in the school, so they had to keep up with the chipper man before them. Walking slowly to their dressy fate.

The path to get to the ballet room, wasn't too crazy. Sure, some of the rooms looked a bit on the creepy side. But the theme was mainly the same level of the rest of the school, so nothing felt out of place. And slowly, Melvin was getting used to wandering around, as long as Fred and Shaggy were by his side. He missed Scrappy, but sometimes that Dane's perchance for adventure was just added stress for the young man. And their ideas of 'fun' had a bit of a definition gap at time, and a wide one at that.

Soon, they were climbing up a set of stairs that came out to a large and open room on one of the higher floors of the school. A long metal rack of pink tutus hung on hangers by the door they entered. And it did indeed seem that there were enough for every one of them, much to Fred's chagrin. There was a set of balancing bars attached across most of the room's walls, sitting before bat themed and other styled full-length mirrors. Creaking wooden planks covered the floor, stretching to every corner of the room. (Almost looking as if you could fall through if you stepped wrong.) And on either side of the ballet room, were another set of spiral staircases that seemed to lead even higher!

There was also a pair of windows, that stretched almost floor to ceiling, aimed at the front of the school and in the direction, they had left the van. Which could be seen had one of them glance out of one.

"Good morning!"

Greeted Sibella, stepping towards the guys away from the rest of the teachers. She was wearing an outfit almost identical to the one she had worn the day before. Though upon her wrists and head were matching purple sweat bands. (Daphne would approve of the color coordination, whenever she finally got up and joined them.) Gearing up for the exercise that she was expecting from Shaggy's recommendation through Matches. The woman had been awakened by the Rooster but was more than willing to meet up with the others into the ballet room, curious at what their old 'teach' had in mind. And the other ladies were similar to Sibella, armed with properly color themed sweatbands of their own to match their outfits. Also, similar to what they wore the day before. Hard to tell if they had just really similar outfits, or they were wearing the same outfit from the day before. But then who was Fred or the rest of the gang to comment on similar wardrobes? (With the exception of maybe Daphne. Periwinkle, orchid, lilac and lavender were all vastly different shades.)

"I hope you all had a restful sleep!" Sibella grinned over at the guys, "I slept like the dead!"

"Heh, yep. The bed was just like before. And got great sleep too!" Replied Shaggy, moving across the room to the girls but stopping about middle of the room before speaking up.

"Winnie, can you come here? I have an idea."

Waving the wolf woman over, Winnie broke away from where the rest of the teachers were awaiting to see what Shaggy had in mind. An eager grin split her face as the two moved even further away from the others and started getting into a heated whispering conversation. Including energetic hand waving and perking up of ears. And probably an image of a happy tail wagging, had either of them had one. But it was easy to picture that sort of imagery with their excited body language.

"... Should we be worried?" Came a voice from behind Fred and Melvin, coming from the stairs leading to where they were.

Turning to look behind him, Fred saw that Daphne, Velma and Scrappy had finally made it to the ballet room. With Daphne making the comment, looking worried over at the plotting pair.

Once his job was done bring the girls to the room, Scrappy bounced over to take a seat up by Melvin. Making sure to greet the ghoul ladies with happy barks.

Velma, actually didn't look to worse for wear, at least compared to earlier the day before. She wandered up beside Fred and gave a few waves to the other ladies before tucking her arms behind herself in her relaxed pose as she watched curiously at the interaction of Shaggy and Winnie. Pondering what that might entail, or so her calculating look on her face made her seem that her mind was running full tilt while the rest of her was just waiting around. Her eyes glittering behind her thick frames, as she tried to decipher what little clues she could notice to maybe deduce what might be in store for them all.

But Daphne, she looked like normal but Fred could tell otherwise. Dressed like always, and her hair was perfect and framing her face. But, there was small hints of a racoon mask under her makeup that she was using trying to hide it. Thinking about it, being surrounded by monster looking ladies... as nice as they were, probably tripped all of Daphne's mystery triggers for being kidnapped at night. And when it never came, she probably hadn't slept a wink because she was expecting someone to jump out at her to take her away. So, she probably could use a cup or two of her beloved coffee but would have to settle to wait till breakfast to get it. Putting up with whatever crazy plan the beatnik was plotting over on the other side of the room. Though planning with Winnie, made it harder to figure out what exactly he could have in mind, with the wolf woman's intentions being largely unknown to the three detectives and Melvin observing the scene. And on the other side, the ladies didn't seem to be concerned at all. Maybe this was reminiscent of when Shaggy was here as a teacher. It was hard for the gang to be able to tell.

Perking up his head, Shaggy noticed that the rest of the Gang was now there. Elbowing Winnie and giggling more, he nodded his head in their direction with more laughing. With a few furious positive nods from Winnie, she elbowed him back with a big toothy grin. Trying to compose himself, Shaggy straightened his red shirt and addressed the room, with Winnie hovering over one shoulder... Well best as she could, still being shorter than the lanky man before her.

"Ahem. he he... Good morning everyone. Welcome!"

Beaming a grin as well, Shaggy smiled over at the gang and the teachers. Looking over at the younger teen, Fred was concerned for poor Melvin. Since in all honestly, Shaggy's 'I'm up to something' smile was scarier than the one placed on the eager werewolf woman standing beside him. And Shaggy is supposed to be one of the 'good guys'. But thankfully Fred knew all too well, that Shaggy meant no harm and it would definitely make for not a boring morning at this rate.

"So, in the traditions of Miss Grimwood, and the older classes I had set up back in the day. It was always a good start of the day to do some exercise. Often, being ballet classes, or a jog through the bog." Shaggy gestured at the rack of pink tutu's that sat nearby. Walking over, he plucked the tutu from its hanger and held it up for them all to see.

Fred quickly scanned over the room to see their reactions. The old ghoul girls just all seemed to nod, as they were used to the ideas of dawning on that ridiculous amount of tulle in an almost eye burning shade of pink. Enough, that Daphne flinched back to consider the intense color scheme and the look on her face probably was considering the clashing properties of the waist wear. Velma, and Melvin both had a look of protest, not thrilled at the idea of wearing the skirt. And while Velma lived in hers... Fred figured all the fluffy lace and not her color preference was probably causing her complaints. Even Scrappy didn't look thrilled at the idea, and he had even been subjected to this back in the day.

And Fred himself... Was more curious with what the second option Shaggy would offer. Since the twinkle behind his eyes had not vanished with just offering the tutu to the crew. But in fact, seemed to intensify, which just made the man wonder what was coming after the idea of ballet. Unable to deduce what Shaggy might have in mind for another option. And he doubted it would be just a 'jog in the bog' like he mentioned earlier.

"But, since this isn't just a group of ghoul girls, I talked with the current physical educator Winnie, and came up with something that might be more generally liked. Something that suited everyone in the room. A... better plan!"

"!"

Like a flash, Shaggy tossed the tutu aside. As the skirt wear fluttered in the air, sailing to land on the corner of the rack like Shaggy had meant to do that all along... the man was on the move. And FAST! Distracting most of the room with the tutu toss, he was able to divert some of their attention while he made his move.

Crossing the large room with a speed that was not often seen outside of rushing to a bit of food or running away from a monster. (And not just Winnie behind him.) Shaggy zipped to skid to a stop in front of the gang. Making a bit of a squeak of his rubber soles gripping into the wooden flooring as he stopped suddenly.

Reaching out, he lightly booped Daphne on the nose, and grinned.

"Tag! You're it!"

Taking a big step back, Shaggy quickly ran back to get away from the now 'it' Daphne. But the room was still processing the claim, watching Shaggy run away further with Winnie. Each bumping each other with smiling faces. Enjoying their 'devilish' plan of a game of tag. But as they tried to get the most amount of ground away from the 'it' person, the duo wasn't watching where they were heading towards. Keeping their eyes on Daphne, to prevent her from catching them... the pair were moving right towards the window!

Seeing this, Daphne went from 'what the heck?' to 'oh no look behind you!' mentality, trying to dash forward to stop them from hitting into the open gap in the wall. But with her running towards them, the two ended up rushing even faster to the window's edge. Hitting the window frame and their momentum pitched the two out the window!
