A/N: So..., apparently, I put in the wrong chapter number for "The Chamber of Frozen Blades". My apologies. I fixed that now. Don't believe me? Be sure to check out the previous chapter now (or after you read this chapter).
Adventure Time with Finn, Jake, & Rachel
Chapter 16: Business Time
4 months later, as Simon and a slightly bigger Betty watched, Finn, Jake, and Rachel trained on the beach at Iceberg Lake, trying all sorts of new techniques as well.
"Ice Style: Mace Hand!", Finn shouted, creating an icy mace with his hand inside at the bottom of it.
Finn lurched it and pushed the mace toward Rachel and Jake, who both dodged it.
"Whoa!", Rachel exclaimed, jumping out of the way.
"Haha! Not bad. But can you handle... Ice Style: Blizzard Snowball?!", Jake shouted, firing a blizzard of snow toward Finn from a snowball.
"Ice Style: Handaxe mode!", Finn shouted, morphing the icy mace into a hand axe, allowing him to part the snow headed his way.
But when it finished, he only saw Jake.
"Huh? Where'd Rae-Rae go?", Finn asked.
Suddenly, he heard a giggle from nearby and looked down in time to see Rachel's eyes and mouth forming on the snow Jake used.
"Snow Style: Hidden in the Ground!", Rachel smirked.
"Wha?!", Finn reacted.
"Aaaaand...!", Rachel began before suddenly, ice spikes popped up from the ground near Finn, taking him aback.
"Ginormo-Grow!", Rachel shouted as she not only shot up from the ground at the same time, but was also growing up to 50 feet tall, towering above Finn with a giggle.
"Gotcha!", Rachel grinned.
"Whaaaaaaat?", Finn said in awe.
"So, you think you can handle this?", Rachel asked.
"You kidding, Rae-Rae? I KNOW I can!", Finn challenged.
"I was hoping you'd say that.", Rachel smirked.
"Are you sure she can handle this, Betty?", Ice King asked.
"Why not? You're seeing what she can do right now.", Betty grinned.
"Whoa, Rae-Rae! You gotta teach me how to do that!", Jake said.
"Well, that's the point of training, isn't it? And besides, don't you already have that as your normal power?", Rachel asked.
"Oh.", Jake said.
Suddenly, Rachel noticed something odd.
"Wait, guys. Look!", Rachel shouted.
Then, both turned and saw several icebergs appearing on the beach.
"Looks like we got some more icebergs incoming!", Finn said.
"No sweat. I can get those babies open.", Rachel grinned before casting her hand positions.
"Force of Chilling Acid!", Rachel shouted before shooting frosting acid drops at the ice bergs, melting some of them.
"There. This'll be easier to see what's inside. So, for now, we put our training on hold.", Rachel said as she shrank back to normal size.
"Oh. I guess this is comparatively safer.", Simon said.
Later, Finn was holding an Ice Sword.
"Yeah!", Finn laughed as he smashed the Iceberg at its weak point, causing the top of it to shatter and reveal inside a bike and two monitors. "Yeah! I found another bike and more computers."
"More computers? I still can't believe some have even managed to survive beyond the Great Mushroom war. They don't seem externally damaged. I'll see what I can do with those.", Simon said, picking one of the monitors up.
"I'll help.", Rachel offered, picking up the other monitor.
"Thank you, Rae-Rae.", Simon thanked.
"What do you got?", Finn asked.
"I keep finding baby shoes!", Jake replied.
Then, he whacked at the iceberg with his ice scythe, shattering it and revealing inside, unfortunately for him, more baby shoes.
"WHAT THE HECK, MAN?! And they're all lefties!", Jake groaned in disgust.
"Oh. Well, at least now there's more than enough for the baby when it comes.", Betty blushed.
"Sorry I'm not finding any loot.", Jake apologized.
"Ah, it's all right, Jake. Just keep your chin up.", Rachel said.
"Yeah, because I think we found enough scrap to finish building our gauntlet dock; a dock that is also a gauntlet.", Finn agreed, gesturing to a gauntlet dock.
"I don't know. That looks kinda dangerous.", Simon said nervously.
"Well, it's nothing I'm not used to. Besides, I'm more worried about Finn.", Rachel assured.
"Well, why?", Simon asked.
"Well, uh..., it's because he's...", Rachel said before whispering in Simon's ear.
"Oh. Well, that doesn't sound good.", Simon said.
"Aww. Building this gauntlet dock is hard, man. Hard work sucks.", Jake groaned.
"Don't be lazy, Jake.", Finn said.
Just then, there was a bubbling noise coming from the lake behind the group.
"Huh?", Finn puzzled before an iceberg emerged from underwater.
"Incoming iceberg!", Jake shouted.
"Whoa! That one's bigguns!", Rachel commented.
"I got dibs! Oooh, I hope it's not baby shoes.", Jake said excitedly.
But when Jake wiped the surface of the ice, a pale face was seen from within the ice.
"It's a guy.", Jake gasped.
"What?", Betty asked, heading over to Jake's discovery.
Then, Rachel swiped at another part of the same iceberg, noticing yet another pale face.
"And another one in there, too.", Rachel added.
"Creepy. It's a buncha guys.", Finn commented.
"You know what they remind me of? Well-dressed pickles.", Jake said.
"These people must've been frozen before the world ended.", Simon guessed.
"Okay. Maybe some chilling acid can help.", Rachel said before then casting Force of Chilling Acid yet again, this time with enough dosage to melt the iceberg encapsulating the 4 businessmen.
"There. That should be enough to free them now.", Rachel said.
"Hey! Can you hear me? Hello?", Finn asked.
Jake knocked on one of their heads.
"I don't think they made it.", Jake said.
"Wow. I can't believe they've been frozen for 1,000 years.", Rachel said.
"Yes, but this is the first time I've ever seen them. I haven't even met them before the Mushroom War started. So, the only question is, if I hadn't frozen them, who did?", Simon asked.
"Hey. This one's got some kind of pack.", Finn said, reaching for the briefcase.
But suddenly, one of them came to life and pressed his hand against Finn's cheek, making him scream.
"I remember... business.", the businessman with a red tie spoke as blue mist escaped from his mouth.
"Let go! Let go! Let go!", Finn urged before the red-tied businessman and 3 others all broke out of the ice.
"We... are Business Men.", the red-tied businessman introduced, picking up his briefcase.
"Businessmen?", Rachel puzzled.
"Oooh... Well, I'm Finn and he's Jake.", Finn introduced.
"And I'm Rachel. Those are my parents.", Rachel added, gesturing to Simon and Betty.
"Hello.", Betty waved.
"Welcome.", Simon added.
"What kind of business do you do?", Jake asked.
"Been frozen... so long, I...", the red-tied businessman began before he and the other businessmen all shook their heads, trying to remember, and failing, as if in pain. "...can't remember. Can't remember!"
Then, the red-tied businessman widened his eyes, getting a sort of idea.
"Oh. Looking for help, your business? We love work for you.", the red-tied businessman offered.
"Uh, I'm not sure we're doing any business yet.", Simon said.
"We're still getting used to our new lives here.", Betty added.
"Nah. Adventurers don't need any help.", Finn refused.
"We're actually almost done with the Gauntlet Dock, anyway.", Rachel added.
But Jake was the only one who gave a different answer.
"Yes! Help us fix that dock.", Jake pleaded.
"Dock-ka?", the red-tied businessman asked.
"Yeah! Right over there.", jake shouted, pointing to the dock.
"Yes. This dock-ka... could be more... efficient.", the red-tied businessman deduced.
"No! Wait!", Finn shouted, making the businessmen reel back and murmur as if frightened.
"Jake, this dock is our fun pie. We should be the ones to bake it.", Finn urged.
"And on top of that, they didn't even bring the materials needed to finish it in the first place. And even if they did, I'm still not sure the Gauntlet Dock is safe.", Simon added.
"But they're begging for it, guys. Just look at 'em.", Jake urged.
"Build dock. Build dock.", the businessmen murmured, excited while drooling.
"I think they're a bit too eager to do some work.", Simon said in suspicion.
"Come on, Simon, these poor souls are lost without jobs. We can't ignore their plight.", Jake urged.
"Uhh...", Finn began.
"Well..., I guess they have been trapped in ice for 1,000 years.", Rachel shrugged.
"Go on guys, fix it up!", Jake shouted.
"Woo!", the businessmen cheered before murmuring excitedly as they ran over to the dock and started building.
"Well... they do seem really happy to do it.", Finn said.
"Yeah. A bit too happy, even.", Rachel added.
"Right?", Simon said.
"Of course, guys. They said they 'love work for you.'", Jake responded.
It wasn't long before the building ceased.
"Uhh... We finish.", the businessmen said in unison in front of a completed gauntlet dock complete with logs, an axe, a sawblade, a giant pair of scissors above 3 holes, two boots and a fake fist, a guillotine, a ring of fire, and a metallic bowl of maces with no handles.
"Whoa!", Finn exclaimed.
"Told ya so.", Jake said.
"It's kinda scary how fast they finished.", Betty said.
"But Finn, what about your... you know. Fear of the ocean?", Rachel whispered, making Finn shudder.
"Please hold me...!", Finn squeaked to Rachel.
"Say what now?", Jake puzzled.
"Don't worry. I'm not gonna let you go. And as long as I'm holding onto you, let's try it out!", Rachel shouted as she, Finn, and Jake ran through the Gauntlet Dock, avoiding the traps and obstacles, while Finn screamed excitedly and Rachel grunted with exertion, literally crushing one of said obstacles. In the end, as the trio jumped through the ring of fire, Rachel cast an ice spell, making a trail of ice above the water.
"Yeah! Woo!", Finn and Jake laughed.
"Whoo! Go, Rae-Rae!", Betty cheered.
"See? I told you I wouldn't let go.", Rachel grinned.
"You okay over there, Rae-Rae?!", Simon shouted.
"Yeah, Dad! We're okay!", Rachel waved.
"Oh...! Thank goodness...", Simon sighed in relief.
"See? If we hire them full time, they'll be back in business and we'll be able to focus on fun stuff. Everybody wins!", Jake devised as he, Rachel, and Finn were brought back to the beach via ice trail.
"Maybe you're right.", Finn said with a grin.
"You hear that, guys? Maybe I'm right!", Jake shouted to the businessmen.
"Really? Job? With... ad-ven-tur-ers?", the red-tied businessman asked.
"Yeah, mans!", Jake replied.
Excited, the businessmen cheered and danced before the red-tied businessman threw down his briefcase and chiseled "Fin, Jake, & Rachel Adventuring Incorporated" into the side. Of course, Simon still had his suspicions.
Later, at the tree fort, while the businessmen were cleaning weapons, ironing socks, and shining shoes, Jake was playing a video game on BMO while Finn and Rachel sat with him and Simon and Betty stood up near the couch.
"Feels weird doing nothing.", Finn commented.
"Yeah, I can understand it happening in the evening, but in the daytime?", Rachel asked.
"Relax, guys. This is your day off.", Jake said.
"Perhaps, but you can never rest for too long. Otherwise, your energy might be wasted.", Simon advised.
"That's a good note, Dad.", Rachel responded.
Suddenly, a cry for help shouted from far off in the distance.
"Help! Somebody help!", Hot Dog Princess shouted.
"Huh? That sounds like Hot Dog Princess!", Rachel shouted in worry.
"Trouble, dude! Get your axe! I'll get my... wha?", Finn began as he was about to leave only to be stopped by the businessmen, one of which held Finn's backpack.
"Adventure pack... ready for you.", the red-tied businessman offered to Finn.
"Hey, thanks man.", Finn thanked.
"Wait, what about my sword?", Rachel asked before one of the other businessmen offered her her sword.
"Oh. Thanks, guys.", Rachel thanked.
"Just be careful, okay, Rae-Rae?", Simon asked.
"I will.", Rachel assured.
Later, the 3 heroes were now running across the Grass Lands, weapons in hand.
"I have to say, Jake. My sword is totally shiny and stinkin' sharp!", Finn grinned.
"Uh huh.", Jake agreed.
"Even my shoes feel different. Not only are they clean, I feel radder, faster, more... adequate.", Finn added.
"I know what you mean, Finn! My sword AND my tiara feel the same way, too. I feel more refined than I did before.", Rachel agreed.
"Cool!", Jake agreed.
The businessmen were running behind Finn, Jake, and Rachel, taking notes as they ran up in time to see a battle cube chasing Hot Dog Princess around in a circle.
"Help!", Hot Dog Princess shouted.
"Don't cry, Hot Dog Princess! We'll take care of these battle cubes!", Rachel shouted.
With that, the trio fought off the battle cubes as the businessmen murmured and took notes while eating donuts and drinking coffee. But when time passed, everyone fighting was exhausted, especially Hot Dog Princess, who was now taking a nap from fleeing from the cube, which was still and on the ground.
"Man. I'm getting tired.", Finn said.
"Yeah... Me, too...!", Rachel panted.
"Me three. These cubes are... whew...! Frickin' resilient. Hey, business dudes!", Jake called, surprising the 4 businessmen. "Hold off these cubes so we can catch our breath?"
"Seriously?", Rachel asked.
"But they don't know how to fight.", Finn added.
Surprisingly, the businessmen ran over, wearing armor and wielding weapons; they even started fighting the battle cubes while Finn, Jake, and Rachel watched in Stupefaction.
"Whaaaaaat?", Rachel gasped.
Then, the red-tied businessman offered bottled water and orange slices to the trio.
"Water. Orange slices. Help rehydrate.", the businessman offered before roaring as he ran back into battle.
"Okay, how, and where did he get those?", Rachel asked.
"These guys are great, right?", Jake asked as Finn poured water all over himself as Rachel just drank from her bottle.
"I gotta admit... they are helping.", Finn admitted, shaking off the water from his face before having a quick realization.
"Oh! I think I figured out how to defeat the battle cubes!", Finn said.
"That's 'cause you had time to rest your body and refresh your brain.", Jake said as Finn stood up and stretched.
"Well, don't keep us in suspense. What is it?", Rachel asked before Finn whispered to her and Jake, making them widen their eyes.
"Oh...! That could work.", Rachel said.
Then, the trio walked toward the battle.
"Ok! We'll take it from here, guys!", Finn called.
"Yeah! Good work.", Jake agreed.
Then, the trio ran back into the battle as Rachel flew into the air with her hair while Jake roared while growing giant.
"Grab all the cubes together!", Finn urged.
"I got the cube in the doghouse!", Rachel added.
While Jake stretched his hands to become giant, Rachel flew to the battle cube, picked it up and tossed it to Jake, who clasped his giant hands together, grabbing all the cubes.
"Got 'em!", Jake said.
Then, Finn grunted and jumped into Jake's hands with a rope before tying them all up together into a single, large cube.
"Now, for the coup de grĂ¢ce.", Rachel said before freezing the battle cubes together.
"It worked!", Finn said before jumping off, allowing Jake to toss the frozen battle cubes away into the distance.
"Wake up, Hot Dog Princess. The coast is clear now. You're free.", Rachel assured as Jake shrank back to normal.
"Oh! Thank you, Finn, Jake, and Rachel! Especially you, Finn.", Hot Dog Princess thanked, walking over to Finn and standing up on her hind legs.
Then, she puckered her lips, as if to give Finn a kiss, but Finn reared back, disgusted.
"Ugh. She smells like old hot dog water.", Finn whispered to Jake, who giggled while Rachel glared at Jake.
"Jake...!", Rachel growled.
Fortunately, the red-tied businessman saw this, exclaimed in shock from seeing this and managed to run in-between Finn and Hot Dog Princess to take the kiss instead.
"Huh? Wh-why did you...?", Rachel puzzled as Hot Dog Princess giggled.
"I take one for team.", the red-tied businessman whispered.
"This is awesome! You get a promotion, fella.", Finn grinned.
Then, the Red-tie businessman cheered and danced.
"Take one for team, too.", one of the other businessmen said as he and his partners started kissing Hot Dog Princess as well.
"Ya-hehehey!", the red-tied businessman cheered.
"Maybe Dad was right somehow. They really are too eager to help us.", Rachel pondered to herself before placing her fingers on her chin.
Later, she was playing with Jake in the tree fort where Jake apparently lost again.
"Oh... Lost again!", Jake shouted.
"Sorry, Jake.", Rachel apologized.
"My turn.", Finn said, grabbing the controller.
At that point, Rachel saw Simon and Betty enter the room.
"Hey, Mom. Hey, Dad.", Rachel greeted.
"So, how was the mission?", Betty asked.
"Well, not too bad. It was just a bunch of battle cubes.", Rachel responded.
"Battle cubes? Huh. Well, they're mid-level at best.", Simon said.
"They really had us exhausted for a bit, though. Even those battle cubes got tired, too. But those businessmen really did help us get enough rest and think of a thorough plan for that.", Rachel said.
"They did?", Simon asked.
"Yeah. One of them even took Hot Dog Princess's kiss for Finn.", Rachel added.
"He did?", Betty asked.
"Yeah. I can't help but feel suspicious about that.", Rachel said.
"Glad I'm not the only one. Maybe I'll keep an eye on them. Make sure they don't do anything nasty.", Simon said.
Suddenly, a loud rumbling sound was heard.
"What was that?", Jake puzzled.
"Oh, right. Sorry. That might've been me. I have a bit of a craving for Ice cream...", Betty said with a blush.
"Come to think of it, that might be me, too.", Rachel blushed.
"Well, it would make sense, coming from you, Betty. You are having a baby. But you, too, Rae-Rae?", Simon asked.
"Well, you just had to be there for that one.", Rachel giggled a bit.
"Hmm. Maybe I'll even see if there's some Ice Cream for you two while I'm at it.", Simon offered, leaving the room.
Meanwhile, Simon and Jake walked over to the businessmen, who were operating a large collection of wires and monitors.
"What's that?", Jake asked as he went to the freezer to take out a tub of ice cream.
"Hero vision monitor. Use satellite to tell us world problems.", the red-tied businessman said.
"Hero vision monitor?", Simon puzzled before, as he picked up a carton of ice cream with Jake picking up another, turning to see several monitors showing every problem on display (nothing major so far, though).
"Wow. Honestly, I'm almost scared how you were able to devise this kind of security system in such a short amount of time.", Simon said.
"Oh, wow. Anything going on?", Jake asked.
"Just small things. You save stress for big thing.", the red-tied businessman said.
"Freakin' awesome, man.", Jake said before walking away.
"Just make sure you don't go off the rails crazy with it.", Simon said, following after Jake.
"What are they doing?", Finn asked.
"Takin' care of business.", Jake responded.
"Your ice cream has arrived, Betty.", Simon offered, handing the cart to Betty.
"Thank you, Simon.", Betty said.
"Now, if you'll excuse me, I'll go make sure those businessmen don't go nuts.", Simon said as he left.
With that, Jake ate a scoop of ice cream while Finn and Rachel played the video game.
"Jake, hit me!", Finn said before Jake flung a scoop of ice cream into Finn's mouth.
"Me next!", Rachel shouted before Jake flung a scoop into Rachel's mouth as well.
"Guess I'll just help myself.", Betty said, eating some ice cream from her carton as well.
Time passed and, as the businessmen passed by with schematics for some kind of robot suit, some books, and a big hand, more and more empty ice cream tubs stacked near Finn, Jake, and Rachel while all 3 of them were getting fatter and fatter, more evidently shown for Rachel's case as she was also growing twice as big and fat as Finn and Jake are, her clothes even starting to stretch and tear in some places. As for Betty, she maintained the same size for both her body and the 4-month baby bump as she, herself, only ate 5 compared to Rachel, who ate 47 out of 94 ice cream tubs.
"Mission complete.", the game said.
"We did it...! WE DID IT!", Rachel shouted as she jumped off the couch excitedly with Finn and Jake following suit.
Then, all 3 got up and danced around, shaking their enormous guts.
"Yeah!", Jake shouted.
"We beat Adventure Master!", Rachel shouted.
"Holy moly!", Jake added.
"We're adventure masters!", Finn shouted.
"Woo! Yes!", Jake added before all three got tired and stopped celebrating to take a breath, sitting back on the couch.
"Wow... Look at how big we're getting, Finn.", Rachel grinned.
"Yeah. But look at you. You're so bigguns.", Finn added.
"Whoa... I really am, aren't I?", Rachel grinned.
Then, she turned to see Betty, who spoke to her.
"At this rate, bigguns won't even begin to cover it.", Betty said.
"Okay. So, how are you still at a 4-month baby bump?", Rachel asked.
"I stopped after 5 tubs.", Betty explained.
"Oh. Okay. That makes sense. Is there more ice cream left? For you, that is.", Rachel said.
"Yeah, but I don't think my craving'll hit for a while.", Betty responded.
"Whew...", Rachel sighed in relief.
"Tell me about it. Your guts are so huge and moldable.", Jake said, pushing around on Finn's gut.
"Hey!", Finn reacted.
"Hold on a sec!", Jake said, molding Finn's gut to resemble the shape of Simon's past alter ego, the Ice King and making Finn laugh.
"Man, that tickles.", Finn laughed.
"Huh?", Rachel puzzled before looking toward her own belly, molding the shape, too.
"Whoa... Maybe I could add this weight onto my magic weight?", Rachel pondered to herself before Jake spoke in Ice King's voice whilst manipulating Finn's gut to look like the Ice King for movement.
"I'm the Ice King, and I'm lucky to find a bride as perfect as the Ice Queen.", Jake said.
Both Finn and Rachel laughed as Betty grinned with a blush.
"Alright, let me try.", Finn said, taking his turn to manipulate his gut to look like Princess Bubblegum.
"Aw... That looks so cute, Finn.", Rachel grinned.
"Thanks, Rae-Rae.", Finn said before then clearing his throat and impersonating Bubblegum's voice.
"I'm Princess Bubblegum and I'm a dork, because I like science! I've also got a really annoying voice that Finn thinks is attractive!", Finn said, making Jake laugh for a bit while quickly surprising Rachel and Betty.
"That's a- Hey, what'd you say?", Jake asked.
"Okay, let me try.", Rachel said before molding her big belly to resemble the shape of Marceline and moving it toward "Bubblegum" whilst imitating Marceline's voice.
"I'm Marceline, the Vampire Queen, and I'm a punk rockstar queen! I also have a really cool song that'd definitely win Bonnie's heart.", Rachel said.
"Okay, now what'd you say?", Finn and Betty asked in a bit of surprise.
Suddenly, on a hero vision monitor, Lumpy Space Princess was running from a Swamp Giant.
"Ahh! Oh, my gosh! Leave me alone. All I said was 'you're ugly,' which is totally true. Somebody help me! Oh no!", LSP shouted as a swamp giant was chasing after her with a whip in hand.
"Man, I am not in the mood for saving Lumpy Space Princess.", Jake groaned.
Finn then called out the businessmen.
"Hey, business dudes!", Finn shouted before the businessmen entered the room from various directions.
"What do you guys think?", Finn asked.
"Hmm... Just one monster. We do.", the red-tied monster said before running off.
"Right. We'll just save our strength for the big adventures, then.", Jake said before Simon entered.
"Hey, Dad.", Rachel waved.
"Hey.", Simon greeted before he turned and noticed how big Rachel, Finn, and Jake were getting.
"HOLY SNOWBALLS, YOU'RE GROWING! How many tubs of ice cream did you all eat?", Simon reacted.
"Enough to leave Mom with plenty to spare whenever her craving hits.", Rachel responded.
"Which may be in about 5 minutes. It has been a few hours so far.", Betty added.
"Okay. It's good you at least left enough for your mother, but don't you know a massive weight like that could leave you prone to health issues?", Simon asked.
"Maybe if it was normal weight. But if it's magic weight?", Rachel asked before then touching her tiara.
As soon as it glowed, Rachel's body started to glow for a moment before she shrank to her normal weight and the glow then faded after a moment.
"Not so much.", Rachel said.
"That's actually true.", Betty grinned.
"Oh. I see. Well, this is a bit confusing, but... it's good to see you know what you're doing, Rae-Rae. I'll leave you to it, then. I need to keep an eye on those businessmen, anyway.", Simon said before following after where the businessmen went, allowing Finn, Jake, and Rachel to sit back down on their couch and relax.
"Ahh. Nice call, dude.", Jake said.
"Imagine how awesome the adventure's going to be when it's time for us to go out there.", Finn grinned.
"I hear that, Finn.", Rachel agreed.
"I'm too tired to imagine stuff, but I bet you're right.", Jake added before he, Rachel, and Finn both grabbed a tub of ice cream each and toasted with them.
"To being great adventurers!", the trio said in unison.
Then, they both began eating ice cream. Although, Rachel noticed Betty going to her.
"Still, I noticed a few things the businessmen were bringing in during your binge, Rae-Rae. Robot suit schematics, some books, and a big hand for some reason.", Betty said.
"Really?", Rachel asked.
"Doesn't it seem the least bit suspicious that they're doing all the work for you guys?", Betty asked.
"Well, now that you mentioned it, yeah. I also remember how one of those businessmen took one for the team when Hot Dog Princess tried to kiss Finn earlier.", Rachel said, eating some ice cream still.
"I don't know what they're planning, but I'm not entirely sure it's anything remotely good.", Betty said.
"You think Dad may be keeping an eye on them because of that?", Rachel asked.
"Possibly.", Betty said.
"If that's the case, we'd better get out there. But I'm bringing these with me. In case your craving hits.", Rachel said.
"Good point.", Betty grinned.
"I'm gonna go on ahead, guys. You just keep chilling for now.", Rachel said.
"Cool.", Finn said as Rachel and Betty left.
"I think she should let the businessmen handle it, thought.", Jake said.
Still, Jake saw Rachel's ice ninja manual.
"Hmm.", Jake said to himself.
5 MINUTES LATER
As 5 more minutes passed, while outside, Rachel was shown to be growing bigger and fatter again, twice as big as Jake, even, sighing with a satisfied moan before she licked off the ice cream on her face.
"Whew... It feels good to pack on a lot of pounds, huh?", Rachel grinned as Betty finished her tub.
"Yeah. And my cravings have officially tided in for now.", Betty said.
"Okay. Now we just need to find Dad.", Rachel said.
Fortunately, that wasn't very hard as Simon just so happened to be flying over to them in a panic.
"Rae-Rae, Betty! Thank glob I found you two here. I need your help.", Simon said.
"What is it, Simon?", Betty asked.
"What's wrong?", Rachel asked.
"They really did it this time! They've gone off-the-rails nuts! And they're sucking everyone up!", Simon shouted, gesturing to the panic nearby.
It turns out that some of the fluffy Fuzzy Friends inside into a sort of giant container with the 4 businessmen inside, piloting it.
"What the nuts?!", Rachel exclaimed.
Just then, one of the fuzzy friends yelled out while running before Rachel picked him up.
"Oh, Rachel! You're here...! By the way, why are you so big?", the Fuzzy Friend asked.
"Well, I just had some bit of Ice Cream binging fun. But enough about that. Are you okay, little guy?", Rachel asked.
"Oh, I will be, when I find Finn and Jake because WE NEED THEIR HELP!", the Fuzzy Friend shouted.
"Just hang on tight, little guy. I know where they are.", Rachel assured.
Meanwhile, Finn and Jake were now not only even fatter to a point that the former's gut was now visible outside his shirt, but also have empty tubs and ice cream all over their faces. They both groaned and waivered until they fell over.
"Oh, gosh.", Finn groaned.
"FINN! JAKE!", Rachel called from the distance, urging Finn to action as he perked up.
"Huh? Jake! Did you hear that? That sounded like Rae-Rae.", Finn asked.
"Yeah. Let the businessmen handle it.", Jake groaned.
"IT'S EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!", Betty shouted, attracting Finn's attention.
"I heard Betty this time.", Finn said.
"Businessmen, dude.", Jake groaned.
"THERE'S NO TIME!", Simon shouted.
But regardless, Finn walked to the window and saw both Rachel, Betty, and Simon through the window.
"Finn! Thank glob, you're here...! It's getting a bit difficult to keep hovering with my body weight the way it is, magic or otherwise...", Rachel sighed.
"What's going on here?", Finn asked.
Then, a Fuzzy Friend popped out from the top of Rachel's head.
"Finn! Jake! Oh, thank glob, I found you. We have a big problem!", the Fuzzy Friend urged, pointing toward the calamity going on nearby as Finn gasped from the sight of the businessmen in a large robot, sucking up Fuzzy Friends into a container.
"Woo-hoo! Woo!", the red-tied businessman said through the PA system.
"Jake! We messed up! The businessmen have gone bat-crazy, dude!", Finn shouted as one of the Fuzzy Friends outside got sucked up.
"If we don't do something fast, all of those poor fuzzy friends could be sucked up and be miserable!", Rachel urged.
"Man, just let the businessmen handle it.", Jake said, still lying on the floor.
"THE BUSINESSMEN ARE THE PROBLEM, YOU LAZY PLUG-HOLE!", Simon shouted, threatening to fire ice blasts from his hands.
"Huh?", Jake reacted, opening his eyes in surprise.
"Look, just come out and help us when you're ready, Jake.", Betty said.
"If that thing sucks up all of those guys, that would make me the last Fuzzy Friend on Ooo! A free man, really. Maybe we should let that giant robot do its... thing.", the Fuzzy Friend said.
"No way, dude. This was our fault. Rae-Rae, help me out this window.", Finn said.
"Okay.", Rachel said before then moving her big arms toward Finn, picking him up, and squeezing him through the window.
It took a bit of effort but eventually, Rachel was able to pull Finn out and hover to the Businessmen's robot with Simon and Betty catching up.
"Guys, stop it!", Finn called.
"Stop what, bosses?", the red-tie businessman asked.
"What do you think?! You're jacking up those Fuzzy Friends!", Rachel shouted.
"Hold on. You two're those guy's bosses?", the Fuzzy Friend asked.
"That's kind of a long story, little guy.", Finn responded.
"But... We're being heroes. Like you, boss. We're protecting them. Collecting them in our care-sack so they cannot be hurt.", the red-tied businessman explained as another Fuzzy Friend got sucked into said care-sack and then panicking like the others.
"A care sack? Not the best decision to hire these people, guys, but in terms of hiring them for their dedication, respect.", the Fuzzy Friend said.
"It's the most efficient way to save people.", the red-tied businessman added.
"Not like this! You're making them unhappy! They're even shaking.", Rachel responded worriedly.
"Irrelevant! These people are in our care-sack. Their happiness is not priority.", the red-tied businessman retorted.
"All right, mister, that's it! There's protecting people, and then there's imprisoning them like I used to do as the Ice King. And what you're doing right now is imprisoning them! If I were your boss, I'd fire the lot of ya! FOR DOING A BAD JOB!", Simon shouted.
The businessmen began to murmur to each other.
"Fi-red?", the red-tied businessman puzzled.
"That's right. Except WE are your bosses!", Rachel shouted.
"Yeah, and you guys are all FIRED!", Finn shouted.
Immediately, the businessmen shout angrily and start sucking up the Fuzzy Friends even faster than before. They even moved their robot and it was about to crush one of the Fuzzy Friends.
"No!", Rachel shouted before she suddenly stomped on the ground, causing the robot to just miss the Fuzzy Friend and instead step on the grass, losing balance due to the quake.
Just then, the Fuzzy Friend on top of Rachel's head jumped off with a chuckle.
"Here comes the...!", the Fuzzy Friend shouted right before the robot landed on him.
"Nooo!", Finn and Rachel shouted at the same time.
But it was of no consequence as when the 4 businessmen got the robot back up, the Fuzzy Friend that was squished seemed otherwise impervious aside from being momentarily flattened and quite soft.
"Pain?", the Fuzzy Friend finished.
"Whew... Are you okay?", Rachel asked.
"Oh, this? Yeah. It was nothing. Us Fuzzy Friends are impervious to being crushed in anyway due to our softness.", the Fuzzy Friend explained.
"Huh.", Rachel said.
"Interesting.", Betty said.
Still, enough was enough.
"Alright, guys. Now I've gotta take you down... Finn style.", Finn glared before he ran over to kick their robot only to get sucked up into the care-sack.
"Finn!", Rachel shouted in worry.
Once inside, though, Finn proceeded to kick kick at the care-sack from the inside.
"I'm kicking your care-sack, dudes!", Finn shouted.
At that moment Jake went up to the window.
"Finn? Whoa... Crud.", Jake said in worry.
Then, Jake squeezed his enormous gut out the window.
"I'm comin' buddy!", Jake grunted before he eventually flopped onto the ground, still holding a tub of ice cream.
"Hey, Jake! Glad you could join us.", Betty grinned.
"We could actually use your help right about now.", Simon said.
"Ahh. I'm so fat, dude; I don't know what to do.", Jake groaned.
"You're so fat? Look, I'm twice as big as you right...now.", Rachel retorted while realizing a big plan.
"Wait a second. I have a BIG idea!", Rachel realized before turning to Jake.
"Jake, I need you to demoralize those businessmen!", Rachel urged.
"What? Why?", Jake asked, still eating his ice cream.
Then, Finn gasped in realization of where she's going.
"That's it! Do it, man! She has a legit plan!", Finn urged.
"Ok, alright.", Jake said before then shouting out to the businessmen.
"Hey! You guys are horrible at business!", Jake shouted.
Very quickly, the businessmen lashed about angrily and try to suck Jake up into their care-sack, but he's too fat to fit.
"Huh? They're sucking me up, dude!", Jake said.
"That's the idea! Now, eat some more of that ice cream to get fatter, while also using your Stretchy Powers to grow huge!", Rachel urged.
"Okay!", Jake responded before he chowed down on the ice cream and started getting fatter.
After a moment, he quickly stopped.
"I'll do one better...", Jake said intensely before casting his hand positions.
"Ginormo-grow!", Jake shouted before suddenly, in a puff of snow, Jake started to grow into a giant size.
"RRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAGH! DAAAAAH! This sucks.", Jake said, getting pulled into the robot.
"Yeah, dude! Keep growin'! You're breaking apart their robot!", Finn urged as the robot began to shake violently with the businessmen screaming.
"So, what now?", Rachel asked.
"Cover your ears and watch out for scrap metal.", the Fuzzy Friend said before glaring to the businessmen with a smirk.
"And you businessmen might wanna start... updating your resumes.", the Fuzzy Friend smirked.
"Oh, no!", Jake said in worry before the robot suddenly exploded, launching Finn, Jake, and the businessmen into the air.
"Finn! Jake!", Rachel shouted before hopping into the air like a sumo.
"After her!", Betty urged before he and Simon flew up after her.
"I'm going to kill you, not-boss!", the red-tied businessman shouted irately, flailing at him.
"Wait, man! Wait! We wanna re-hire you guys!", Finn shouted.
"Re-hire? Really?", the red-tied businessman asked.
"Yeah, mans!", Rachel shouted.
"Woo hoo!", the businessmen cheered as while they all fell back to the ground, they and Finn grasped hands and formed a five-point star with Rachel in the center.
At that point, Simon and Betty created an ice slide for the group as well as the Fuzzy Friends, landing them back onto the beach where the Fuzzy Friend happened to be now, much to his own confusion.
"How... did I get... here?", the Fuzzy Friend asked.
"Well, you got us.", Betty said.
"By all accounts, you being here on the beach now with the others doesn't make sense. Or you must've been launched there by the explosion.", Simon guessed.
"Okay, so maybe that does help.", the fuzzy friend said.
Later, at Iceberg Lake, Finn, Jake, Rachel, Betty, Simon, and the Fuzzy Friends were now waving towards the water.
"Yay! Hip-hip hooray!", one of the Fuzzy Friends said.
"Pancakes!", another added.
The businessmen were now once again frozen in an iceberg and floated back out to the middle of the lake.
"So, wait... What'd you hire them to do?", Jake asked.
"I hired them to stuff themselves in that iceberg and get outta here.", Finn said.
"Until further notice. I'm not gonna lie. I like the cut of their jib. Although, we probably need to discuss some work ethics this time.", Rachel said.
"Yeah, true 'dat.", Betty said.
"You know, Rae-Rae? That is a good idea.", Simon said.
"Really?", Rachel asked.
"Your mother is right. Maybe you can handle yourself.", Simon grinned, hugging Rachel and making her giggle.
"Dad...", Rachel said with a smile.
"I'm gonna miss 'em. And I'm gonna miss this gut.", Jake sighed before he used his Stretchy Powers to return to his normal size.
"I'm gonna miss my gut too.", Finn said with a laugh.
Then, Finn strained, trying to suck in his gut like Jake. But it was of no use.
"Huh? Aww...", Finn groaned.
"It's okay, Finn. You're not the only one with a big gut right now, so rest assured, you're not alone. And speaking of guts, there's something I wanna show you guys later tonight back at home.", Rachel grinned.
"Really?", Jake asked.
"What is it?", Betty asked.
"Yeah, lay it on us, sweetie.", Simon added.
"Oh, you'll see. After dinner.", Rachel grinned.
Then, it closed in on Rachel's smiling face as she winked while "The End" appeared on strands of her white hair.
A/N: And that concludes this chapter as well as this month. Well, almost...
