In the heart of Disney's Magic Kingdom, there's a day that captures the true meaning of love, thankfulness, and appreciation. It's a time when cherished memories are made and treasured moments are shared, celebrating the profound bond of fatherhood and the harmonious melodies of family unity. Families come together to honor and celebrate the extraordinary love and devotion of fathers, bringing happiness and joy to the enchanting surroundings of the Magic Kingdom.
Today is a special day when we celebrate the love and support that fathers give. It's a time to think about all the ways fathers guide, care for, and nurture their loved ones.
Sunday, June 16, 2024.
That day is none other than Father's Day.
It's Father's Day at Magical World, a day dedicated to celebrating the incredible men who fill their lives with love, guidance, and endless support. Families are all coming together from around the world to show their appreciation to the man of their households - their dads. Whether it's through a fun fishing trip to the lake, going hiking to the mountain or wood, giving him thoughtful gifts like a classical #1 Dad cup or tie, or a homemade card using crayon or marker with heartfelt written words inside, it's a day full of love and gratitude.
But this celebration isn't just about biological ties through blood. It's also a time to honor the father figures who have played important roles in shaping lives. Whether it's a caring and cool uncle, a nurturing grandfather, or a male mentor who stepped into the paternal role, the day is about celebrating all those who have guided, supported, and loved unconditionally to their family.
Let's take a look at how others celebrate Father's Day in different parts of the Magical World.
In Pride Lands, located in "The Lion King" world, Kiara and Kion, the two children of Simba and Nala, gather whatever grub species that they can find around the area to make a delicious (yet gross to others) breakfast for their father. The siblings went around the kingdom, catching the juiciest insects and tastiest (but still gross) bugs, carefully gathering them in a little leaf basket. They then scamper back to Pride Rock, where they present their gift to Simba, who appreciates their efforts. He did offer some to his children but the two politely declined his offer, in reality, they didn't want to eat that disgusting live insects in their mouths. In the Enchancia Kingdom in "Sofia the First," the royal children created a fun scavenger hunt for their father, King Roland, to find around the Castle. They left clues (containing poems and riddles) leading to locations around each part of the castle. King Roland followed each clue, enjoying the adventure his children had prepared for him and cherishing the special moments shared with them. The end leads him to Sofia's secret garden where they surprise him with a small and casual family picnic together.
In the town of Oakey Oaks, from "Chicken Little," the citizens organize a special Father's Day race. All the fathers in the town, including Chicken Little's father, Buck Cluck, participate in a hilarious and quirky race. The race includes various challenges such as egg-and-spoon racing, skydiving, and a pie-eating contest. The townspeople, especially Ace, all gather to watch and cheer as the dads showcase their skills and engage in the friendly competition. Bob Parr, who is secretly the famous superhero known as Mr. Incredible, was seen taking a relaxing bubble bath. His family insisted that he take a day off from saving the day and helping others, so they took over his duties on his behalf which left him alone at home. This allowed him to enjoy the bath along with some calming jazz music playing on the radio without worrying too much.
As for those, there are ways to honor the paternal figure who had shaped and changed their lives in meaningful ways. Hercules acknowledges his biological father Zeus and his adoptive mortal father, Amphitryon, so he decided to spend the day with both of them. Hercules starts the morning at Mount Olympus, where he enjoys a grand feast prepared by the gods and spends quality time with Zeus as they both share jokes and laughter. Later, Hercules descends to Earth to visit Amphitryon, bringing gifts and heartfelt thanks for the years of love and guidance. They engage in a simple yet heartwarming day of fishing and reminiscing about Hercules' childhood, strengthening their unbreakable connection. Of course, there is Donald Duck and his three triplet nephews. Although Donald isn't their biological father as their real father was absent and their mother was stuck in the moon for years so he stepped into the paternal role with gusto. Huey, Dewey, and Louie spent weeks planning a special surprise for Donald. They decided to take him out on the trip to the ocean outside of Duckburg, to enjoy a peaceful day swimming in the water with no interruption.
Lastly, the day wasn't just about the heroes; even the villains took a break from evil to enjoy their fatherhood. Sir Pete, despite his infamous wicked reputation, enjoys Father's Day with Peg, and their two children, P.J. and Pistol by going out camping. Even Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz (well…. he is more of the reform villain than an afternoon cartoon show villain) was taken aback when his daughter Vanessa suddenly surprised him by taking him out for father and daughter quality time to punk rock concert and she gifted him with a punk rock t-shirt which he loved.
In the residence near the Animal Kingdom, there's a modest house with a charming garden and a small pool out back. Logan, a member of the Dream Defenders, generously let his friends use his home as the gathering place for their Father's Day cookout.
Inside, Gavin, Mr. Godfrey, Poe De Spell, Roberto, Robin Hood, King Verago, and King Stefan are all lounged together in the living room on the comfortable couches and chairs, their eyes glued to the TV screen as they watch a thrilling sports game. It was a rare moment of relaxation for the dads, away from their usual work duties and responsibilities in their life. Thankfully, they were able enough to spend quality time with their children.
"Hey, pass me some chips, will ya?" Gavin called out, his eyes glued to the screen as the game heated up. He is a bald eagle with soft red eyes, he is seen wearing this plain slightly grayish white polo shirt fashioned in a solid hue and accented with white contrast-color trimming. Designed with a white collared neckline, two white buttons front and short sleeves. It was tucked into this comfortable pair of golf shorts featuring a belt-loop waistband with a fly zipper closure, while a zippered pocket plus side and back pockets with flaps that feature buttons complete the design with functionality.
Mr. Godfrey chuckled, tossing a bag of chips to Gavin. "Sure thing, buddy. This game is awesome!" He is shown in this dark red slim-fit t-shirt made from a lightweight cotton jersey fabric that gently hugs the contours of his figure, creating a tailored, figure-flattering silhouette. The round neckline is finished with a ribbed trim, and the straight-cut hem provides a clean, streamlined look that can be easily tucked inside these white regular-fit shorts featuring a blend of airy, woven cotton and linen fabrics. The zip fly closure with a concealed hook-and-eye fastening provides a streamlined, polished look, while the side pockets and welt back pockets with button detailing and the legs of these shorts have a slightly flared cut. There is an black belt that is loop around his waist to keep the shorts in place and a pair of plain comfortable sandal in the color of black
Poe De Spell nodded in agreement, his attention divided between the game and the delicious aroma wafting in from the backyard. "Indeed. But I must say, I'm looking forward to the barbecue cookout. Smells divine out there." Dressed in a slim-fit shirt in soft cotton black flannel material featuring white lines with an easy-iron finish. It has a turn-down collar, six white buttons for closure but only two buttons came undone, and darts along with a yoke detail at the back. The long sleeves, which were then rolled up above his elbows, feature adjustable buttoning at the cuffs, as well as a sleeve placket with a link button closure. The hem of the shirt is gently rounded in shape. Lastly a pair of sunglasses featuring a dark golden color frame and dark amethyst color lens hanging on his shirt collar and a pair of black flip flops for his feet.
Roberto raised his voice above the cheering crowd on TV, "Yeah, I can't wait to dig into whatever foods the kids are cooking up today." He is dressed in this button down shirt in light navy blue featuring a collar neckline, six white buttons with only two buttons that came undone which show off his chest, and short sleeves with rolled up hem that hug his biceps. Inside was this white tank top and it was tuck into this khaki colored jean that was held up by this light brown belt that feature an silver square buckle and an pair of closed-toe sneakers with a lace-up closure to give him a comfy fit, along with a pull-tab at the back for ease of wear. Lastly, his golden wedding on his ring finger in his left hand and a silver wristwatch set features a sleek design with an analog time display over a blue dial, and the mesh band is made of stainless steel.
Robin Hood nodded enthusiastically. "Absolutely! It's the perfect way to celebrate Father's Day – good food, good company, and good sports." He is wearing this polo style shirt that has a short, fitted silhouette and is made from a woven viscose blend fabric. It features a collar, a V-shaped neckline, and a wrap-over front design. The shoulders are gently dropped, and the sleeves are short with sew on rolled-up cuffs. On the bottom, rusted brown colored pants in Regular-fit and made in soft cotton corduroy with pleats at upper front. Zip fly with button, hole underneath the belt loop section with a single button for closure for his tail to fix and go through, diagonal side pockets, and welt back pockets with button. Wrapped through the belt loop was this faux leather black belt and an black slip-on shoes with a dark brown bottom.
King Verago and King Stephan nodded in agreement, their eyes never leaving the screen as they cheered for their favorite team. "Go, go, go!" they shouted in unison, caught up in the excitement of the game.
As the game reached a thrilling climax, the dads couldn't help but get caught up in the action, shouting encouragement and exchanging playful banter.
"Come on, ref! That was a foul!" King Verago exclaimed, gesturing emphatically at the TV screen. He is showing off in this pale green polo shirt that features a slim, fit silhouette and made out of soft, lightweight knit fabric that provides a breathable, airy feel. The classic polo collar, complete with a button placket, gives it a polished look, while the short sleeves and straight hem add to the overall refined silhouette and the hole in the back are for his wings to go through.
King Stefan laughed, clapping his hands in support. "You tell 'em! These referees need to get their eyes checked!" He fixes his yellow shirt which has a regular fit and is made from a soft, fine knit fabric. It has a comfortable, classic silhouette. The collar is in a resort style, and the front fastens with buttons. The sleeves are short, and the hem is straight. The jeans have a slim fit and are deep black denim. They are held up by a dark red leather belt with a gold buckle and his footwear consists of a pair of white Converse shoes. Sat upon his head was this sunglasses featuring brown plastic frames, blue lenses, and side pieces.
Poe De Spell shook his head with a smile. "Ah, the passion of sports fans. Truly a sight to behold."
King Stefan, starts to feel a bit uneasy as he watches the children outside through the window that shows the view of the backyard, clears his throat and speaks up amidst the cheers and shouts at the TV. "Uh, gentlemen, um, do you think it's quite alright to leave our children alone outside with those…. stove or whatever they are called in this modern world?" he asks, furrowing his brow in concern. "I am quite certain none of them really know how to use it properly, do they?"
Gavin chuckles and leans back in his seat, "Oh, they'll be fine," he says with a grin. "I was a Scout Master at my local troop, you know. Both my sons, Gabriel and Gray, made it to the rank of Eagle Scout when they were in the troop. They earned badges for everything from knot-tying to fire safety." He pauses for a moment, scratching his chin thoughtfully. "Although, come to think of it, there wasn't a Gas Grill badge. Probably because it's a bit dangerous for young kids to be messing around with."
Mr. Godfrey's brow furrowed in concern. "Well, safety should always be our top priority, especially when it comes to our children."
Poe De Spell reassures the group. "Oh, I'm sure they'll be fine! Children are quite resourceful, you know. They probably picked up on our grilling skills just by watching us."
Roberto chuckles with skepticism in his voice. "I suppose you're right, Poe. But still, it wouldn't hurt to check on them every now and then, just to make sure they're handling the grill properly."
Meanwhile, Robin Hood, King Verago, and King Stefan exchange amused glances, knowing full well that their kingdom didn't feature gas grills. Robin Hood scratches his head, puzzled by the concept of a gas grill. "Gas? Grilling? I must admit, I'm more accustomed to cooking over an open flame in the forest!"
King Verago nods in agreement. "Well, they've learned to roast game over a campfire rather than using modern conveniences like gas grills."
King Stefan chuckles, taking a sip of his drink. "Ah, the simpler times of our kingdoms. But I'm sure our children will adapt just fine to the gas grill, given their resourcefulness."
As the dads continue to debate the merits of leaving their children unattended with the grill, but the game on TV reaches a pivotal moment, capturing their full attention once again. With the sound of cheers and jeers filling the room, they momentarily forget about their concerns, caught up in the excitement of the match. But the question still remains: Will the kids be able to handle the grill on their own, or is disaster looming on the horizon?
In the backyard of Logan's home, the children are busy setting up for the Father's Day cookout, making sure that everything is perfect and ready for this occasion for their dads.
Rachel and Cerwyn are busily arranging tables and chairs, placing them in a long line and covering them with a red and white checkered tablecloth.

Once the tables are set, Toren, Jameson, and Lena begin placing plates and plastic ware.
Jameson, rubbing his beak chin, spoke up, "Mmm… maybe we should make this look nice. How about folding the napkins like swans?" Toren chuckles, "Probably not, but maybe we should just do something basic and easier like a square fold method?"
Once the three begin to fold the napkins, Roland, Amelia, and Valentina arrive with small jars with small colorful bouquets of wildflowers placing them into the table.
Roland beams, "These flowers look so pretty!" The young boy dressed in crisp, white shirt features a classic collar, a buttons-up front closure, and a yoke detail at the back. The short sleeves are finished with sewn foldover cuffs, adding a tailored touch to the design. Paired with the white shirt is a pair of sage green shorts. The shorts have an adjustable, elasticized waistband, while the front features a mock fly with a button detail, the pockets are also mock, giving the impression of functionality without added bulk. Similar to the shirt, the shorts are finished with sewn foldover cuffs at the hem. Together, he had a comfortable brown pair of boater shoes and his hair was pulled into a ponytail.
Amelia nods, carefully placing a jar in the center of the table, "Thanks, Roland. I thought they'd brighten up the table." For added comfort and opacity, the blouse is fully lined. On the bottom, a matching pair of high-waisted denim pants in ankle-length. The pants feature pleated accents, enhancing the overall tailored appeal. There are diagonal front pockets, strategically placed for both functionality and aesthetics and these pockets provide a convenient storage option while maintaining the sleek lines of the pants. The footwear she decided to go out with is this white flat with elastic strap to make it look like a Mary Jane style shoes. Her hair was brushed back before it was accessory with this thin headband covered in white silk.
Nearby, Aurora, Silver, and Aline are working on decorations. Silver and Aline are on ladders, hanging a garland of triangular banners while Aurora stands back to direct them.
Aurora calls out, "A little higher on your side, Silver! And Aline, move yours just a tad to the left." From the top of her head, she put her hair into a slightly high ponytail. A soft baby blue blouse features a classic V-neckline design, made from a subtle sheen. The collar frames her neckline, while the front of the blouse is adorned with six buttons. "Perfect!" Aurora confirms, smiling at the banner.
Skylar and Nico are by the cooler, where Nico is dumping ice inside before Skylar places bottles and cans of cocoa, water, Sprite, Pepsi, and 7-Up inside.
Nico wipes his brow, "That should keep everything cold. We've got plenty of drinks now." Skylar grins, "Great! Let's hope the ice doesn't melt too fast," he says. "Otherwise, this cooler will be full of cold water with some bottles and cans!" The eldest is simply wearing this regular-fit overshirt in a rigid cotton denim, offering a comfortable, classic silhouette. The shirt features a collared neckline and a full-zip closure at the front in rusted gold. Lastly, Gabriel and Gray are standing in front of the grill, staring at it with puzzled expressions.
Gabriel scratches his head, "So... how exactly do we turn this thing on?" The leader of the Dream keeper is shown wearing this open regular-fit, short-sleeved shirt in white made from cotton that features a olive green printed tropical leaf pattern. The resort-style collar, with its slightly open neckline, while the button closure without a traditional placket. Gabriel frowns, "Well, it can't be that hard, right? There's gotta be a manual or something."
They begin inspecting the grill, poking at various knobs and buttons.
"Okay, this knob says 'Ignite'..." Gray mutters, "should we just turn it?"
Gabriel hesitates, "Uh, maybe we should read the instructions first?"
Gray looks around, "Do we even have instructions?"
"Good point." Gabriel sighs, "Let's just give it a try. What's the worst that could happen?"
Gray nods, turning the knob. The grill clicks but nothing happens.
"Did we miss something?" Gabriel asks, frowning.
Gray checks under the grill, "Maybe there's a gas valve we need to turn on?"
Gabriel kneels down, spotting a valve, "Found it! Okay, let's try again."
With the valve turned on, they try the ignition knob once more. This time, the grill roars to life with a burst of flames.
Gray yelps, jumping back, "Whoa! That was intense!"
"Yeah, but it's on!" Gabriel laughs nervously, "we did it!"
Gray grins, "Alright, let's get cooking. What's first on the menu?"
Gabriel glances at the table where the food is laid out, "Looks like we've got burgers, hot dogs, and some veggies. Let's start with the burgers."
They begin placing patties on the grill, the sound of sizzling meat filling the air.
Back at the tables, Rachel surveys their work, "Everything looks amazing, you guys. Our dads are gonna be so surprised!"
"Yeah," Cerwyn nods, "I think we did a pretty good job. Now we just have to wait for the food."
Aurora joins them, wiping her hands, "Silver and Aline are finishing up the decorations. How's the grill situation?"
Rachel glances over at Gabriel and Gray, who are now confidently grilling the burgers, "Looks like they figured it out. We're all set!"
with the delicious aroma of grilling meat wafts through the air, the children can't help but accomplishment for getting the place up They had come together to create a special day for their dads, and everything was falling into place perfectly.
Just then, Silver and Aline climb down from their ladders, admiring their handiwork.
Silver grins, "Looks pretty good, huh?"
"Definitely," Aline nods, "I think our dads will be proud."
Aurora adds, "And they'll appreciate all the effort we put into this. It's gonna be a great Father's Day!"
As the children continue to prepare, their excitement grows. They can't wait to see the looks on their dads' faces when they step outside to see the beautiful setup and enjoy the delicious food they had prepared.
Gabriel, flipping the burgers, calls out, "Hey, can someone check if we have enough buns and condiments?"
"I'll check," Toren heads to the cooler, "we should have plenty."
Amelia starts arranging the drinks, "Let's make sure we have a variety. Dads love their choices."
"Right!" Valentina agrees, "we've got soda, juice, and some water."
once they finalize the preparations, the moment arrives. The kids hear the front door open and close, signaling the end of the dads' indoor activities. Logan's home is filled with the cheerful noise of the dads making their way towards the backyard.
Gabriel and Gray exchange excited glances. "Here they come!"
The children quickly gather around the long table, ready to greet their dads and unveil their surprise.
As the dads step out into the backyard, they are met with the sight of the beautifully decorated space, the long table set with care, and the delicious aroma of barbecue filling the air.
Roberto, still catching his breath from the intense game, looks around in amazement, "Wow, kids! This looks incredible!"
"You really outdid yourselves this time," Gavin claps his hands together, beaming with pride.
Mr. Godfrey, smiling broadly, adds, "This is fantastic! We feel so appreciated."
"You've done an excellent job, everyone," Poe De Spell nods, clearly impressed.
King Verago and King Stefan exchange glances of approval, while Robin Hood gives an approving nod, "Well done, all of you. This is truly a special day."
Once the dads take their seats and begin to enjoy the food prepared with love and care, they had come together to create a memorable Father's Day, one that the dads would cherish forever.
Gabriel and Gray, now grilling the hot dogs, share a high five, "We did it, bro."
"Yeah, we did," Gray grins, "Happy Father's Day, everyone!"
A moment later, everyone at the table is still savoring the barbecue foods and drinks with everyone sitting at the table. Gavin Aquila stands proudly next to his sons, Gabriel and Gray, marveling at how they've managed to handle the grill without any prior experience or causing this whole place on fire.
Gavin chuckles, shaking his head in amazement. "Boys, I have to admit, I was half expecting a disaster when you took over the grill earlier. But look at you now, grilling like pros."
"Well, Dad, you know we had to figure it out somehow," Gabriel grins, carefully turning a skewer of vegetables. "It's all about intuition."
"Yeah, and a bit of luck, I guess." Gray nods enthusiastically, adjusting the temperature. "But hey, the burgers didn't burn, so that's a win."
Gavin laughs heartily. "More than a win, it's a Father's Day miracle! You two have definitely earned your grill masters badge today." He joked as both father and sons chuckled at each other.
Nearby, Mr. Godfrey shares a knowing look with Rachel and Cerwyn as they enjoy their meal. "Rachel, this barbecue is fantastic. You really nailed it this time."
"Thanks, Dad." Rachel beams with pride. "We wanted to make sure today was special for you."
Cerwyn adds, "And we made sure to get all your favorite dishes, Dad."
Poe De Spell joins in, a satisfied smile on his face. "Rachel, dear, you and the kids have outdone yourselves. Everything tastes amazing."
"Yeah, and we had fun setting everything up together." Lena chimes in.
Jameson nods enthusiastically. "It was like a team effort, and the result is awesome."
Over at another corner of the table, Roberto Willow leans back in his chair with a contented sigh. "Silver, Amelia, Valentina, this barbecue is bueno. You've really made your old man proud."
Silver grins. "Thanks, Papa. We aimed to impress."
"And we made sure to include all your favorites," Amelia adds.
Valentina smiled playfully. "And dessert is still coming, so save some room. We're having ice cream later when the sun goes down."
"You bet I will," Roberto laughs. "You kids really know how to treat your dad right."
Verago Vallestrella nods approvingly at his sons Skylar, Nico, and Toren, who are engaged in animated conversation nearby. "You boys did a fine job today. The food is excellent."
Skylar smiles proudly. "Thanks, Dad. We wanted to show our appreciation for you."
"And Toren was a great help with the setup," Nico adds.
Toren beams with pride. "I learned from the best, Skylar and Nico."
Verago chuckles warmly. "Well, you've certainly proven yourselves capable. I'm proud of all of you."
Robin Hood then joins with Roland as they recount helping setting the place up. "So you two help setting the place up?"
"Yeah, we kinda don't want to just sit around, bored, and let the oldest take care of things by themselves so we want to help." Toren grinned.
"Yeah," Roland nodded. "It would be boring if we just sat back and watched without doing anything at all."
Robin ruffles both of their heads affectionately. "You've got a knack for helping out, boys. I'm proud of the person you're both becoming."
King Stefan sits comfortably with Aurora and Aline, enjoying the lively atmosphere. "Girls, this celebration is truly special. You've made it a day to remember."
Aurora smiles warmly. "We wanted to make sure you felt appreciated, Father."
Aline adds, "And we loved planning everything together."
The event progressed throughout the day, after everyone finished their delicious barbecue meal, Logan suddenly burst into his own backyard through the gate with a megaphone in hand while Destiny, in her anthro form, strolled behind him, calling out to gather everyone's attention.
"Alright, ya'll, hope you've saved some energy because it's time for our Father's Day Game Competition!" Logan announced enthusiastically, echoing across the backyard as Destiny played a "crowds cheer" sound effect on the sound effect remote. "We've got seven teams here today, each consisting of a dad and their kids. We're starting off with a classic: tug-of-war!"
Destiny chimed in, "That's right, Logan! Each team's dad will pair up from their eldest child to their youngest child to form their team. Remember, it's all about strength and strategy here, folks. Let's see who can outpull the competition! And just to refresh everyone's memory, here are our teams:"
Logan nodded, gesturing towards the participants. "Team Aquila with Captain Gavin, joined by Gabriel and Gray. Team Godfrey, led by Mr. Godfrey, along with Rachel and Cerwyn. Team De Spell, led by Poe De Spell, with Lena and Jameson. Team Willow, with Roberto Willow at the helm, accompanied by Silver, Amelia, and Valentina. Team Vallestrella, Captain Verago, along with Skylar and Nico. Team Hood, led by Robin Hood, with Toren and Roland. And last but not least, Team Sleeping Beauty, led by King Stefan, accompanied by Aurora and Aline."
The teams gathered up. Logan then continued, "Alright, folks, it's time to draw for Team Blue and Team Red. Destiny, care to do the honors?"
Destiny grinned, holding up two colored flag. "Let's see who gets what! Team Blue will be... Team Aquila!" she announced as Gavin and his sons cheered. "And Team Red will be... Team Godfrey!" she finished, as Mr. Godfrey and his girls gave each other a nod.
Logan explained the rules once more, "Teams, you'll be grabbing opposite ends of this rope, and the goal is to pull the white ribbon past this marker in your direction. But remember, no magic allowed, and no cheating! We're looking for good, clean fun here."
Gavin patted Gabriel and Gray on their backs. "Alright, boys, we've got this. Let's show them how it's done!"
Gabriel nodded, "Absolutely, Dad. We've got strength and teamwork on our side."
Gray grinned, "And maybe a little bit of Aquila!"
Poe De Spell winked at Lena and Jameson. "Alright, team, let's give it our best shot. No spells, just muscle power."
Lena pumped her fist. "You got it, Dad. We're ready!"
The other teams lined up, each eyeing their opponents. Roberto Willow called out to his children, "Silver, Amelia, Valentina, let's make sure we keep our footing steady. We are the Willow! Strength in numbers!"
Robin Hood clapped Toren and Roland on their shoulders. "Alright, lads, we're not letting up an inch. Let's make Hood proud!"
King Stefan shared a reassuring smile with Aurora and Aline. "Remember, girls, it's not just about winning. It's about enjoying ourselves together."
The families gathered around, excitement in them as Logan began announcing the teams. "First up, we've got Team Aquila!" Gavin Aquila stood tall with his sons Gabriel and Gray by his side, all looking eager for the challenge.
Gabriel grinned, nudging Gray playfully. "Ready to show them how it's done, Gray?"
Gray nodded confidently. "You bet, Gabe. Let's do this!"
Logan continued, "Facing off against Team Aquila, we have Team Godfrey!" Mr. Godfrey stood with Rachel and Cerwyn, exchanging determined nods with his daughters.
"Whoo!" Destiny whoo while clapping.
Rachel smirked at her sister. "Come on, Cerwyn, we got this. Dad's counting on us!"
Cerwyn pumped her fist in the air. "Let's make him proud!"
Next, Logan announced, "Team De Spell, step on up!" Poe De Spell took his place with Lena and Jameson, sharing a quick strategy huddle before the game began.
Poe chuckled at his kids. "Remember, it's all about teamwork. We're in this together."
Lena grinned mischievously. "Don't worry, Dad. We'll make you proud."
Jameson added confidently, "Just watch, we'll surprise them."
Logan continued on to announce the teams — Team Willow, Team Vallestrella, Team Hood, and Team Sleeping Beauty — each group exchanged competitive banter and friendly teasing, gearing up for the challenge ahead.
Robin Hood winked at Toren and Roland. "Time to show off our Hood family strength, boys."
Toren grinned back. "We got this. Let's make them work for it."
King Stefan smiled at Aurora and Aline. "Remember, girls, it's not just about winning. It's about having fun together."
Aurora nodded, "But winning would be nice too, Father."
Aline giggled. "Let's show them what we've got!"
With all teams lined up and ready, Logan stepped forward once more, holding up a red and blue bandana. "Alright, let's determine our teams. Team Aquila, you're Team Blue. Team Godfrey, you're Team Red. Everyone else, take your spots on the sidelines and cheer on your favorites!"
The two teams quickly took their positions, picking up and gripping the rope tightly as Logan set the white ribbon in the center. "On my count... Three, two, one, pull!"
The backyard erupted with shouts and laughter as the teams strained against each other, muscles flexing and feet digging into the grass. Team Aquila and Team Godfrey were evenly matched, each side determined to gain the upper hand.
Gabriel gritted his teeth, his hands tightening on the rope. "Come on, Dad, let's show them!"
Gavin grinned, putting all his strength into the pull. "That's it, boy! Keep it steady!"
On the other side, Mr. Godfrey encouraged his eldest daughter. "Rachel, hold steady! We can do this!"
Rachel dug in her heels, pushing against the ground. "I am not giving up, Dad!"
The competition was fierce but good-natured, with Logan and Destiny keeping a close eye to ensure fair play. Teams Willow, De Spell, Vallestrella, Hood, and Sleeping Beauty cheered enthusiastically from the sidelines, voicing with the sounds of encouragement and friendly taunts.
After a hard-fought battle, Team Godfrey managed to inch the white ribbon over the line, securing a victory over Team Aquila amid cheers and applause.
Logan raised his hands, announcing, "Team Godfrey wins this round! Great job, folks!"
Mr. Godfrey high-fived Rachel, beaming with pride after winning this round. "Awesome job, Rachel! That was a tough one."
Rachel laughed, catching her breath. "Whew, that was intense! Good game, Team Aquila."
Gabriel grinned, shaking Rachel's hand. "Well played, Rachel. You two earned that win."
Once the teams regrouped and caught their breath, Logan's voice rang out once more. "Now, Team Godfrey will face off against Team De Spell in the next round. Let's keep the momentum going, folks!"
The excitement continued to build as the competition progressed, each round bringing new challenges and moments of camaraderie among the families. Laughter filled the air, mingling with the smell of barbecue and the warmth of Father's Day celebrations.
At The Grand Floridian Spa at Walt Disney World, the mothers of the families were basking in a well-deserved day of relaxation and luxury. Soft music playing in the background and the gentle scent of lavender filling the air. Each woman was dressed in white comfy spa robe wrap around them and was indulging in a different form of pampering, making the most of their break from their usual busy lives.
Gilda Aquila was nestled in a plush lounge chair, she sighed with contentment as the cream mask with two slices of cucumber resting on her face eased the tension from her feet. "This is exactly what I needed. I can't remember the last time I had a moment like this."
Paula Willow, who was a month and a half pregnant, was reclined on a massage table, enjoying a gentle prenatal massage. The therapist worked expertly to relieve the aches and pains that come with pregnancy, and Paula closed her eyes, a smile of pure bliss on her face. "I didn't realize how much I needed this. The pregnancy has been wonderful but tiring."
Mrs. Godfrey was getting her nail manicure done. One staff is doing her finger nail while the other is doing her left side foot nails with the other in the toe bath, and Mrs. Godfrey felt calm and comfortable. "No kids, no noise, just pure relaxation. I could get used to this."
Marian Hood was in a quiet corner, having a deep tissue massage. The therapist kneaded her muscles with just the right amount of pressure, working out the knots and stress accumulated over time. Marian sighed deeply, her body melting into the table. "Roland and Toren are wonderful, but they sure know how to keep me on my toes. This is heaven."
Queen Leah was indulging in a full-body aromatherapy treatment, the fragrant oils soothing her senses and relaxing her muscles. She breathed in deeply, feeling the stress of her royal duties melt away. "It's so important to take time for ourselves. This is the perfect way to recharge."
The women shared the space in companionable silence for a while, each absorbed in their own treatments. Eventually, they began to chat, their conversation flowing easily as they enjoyed their pampering.
Gilda Aquila leaned back in her lounge chair, a warm towel wrapped around her shoulders and a refreshing cucumber mask on her face. "This is absolute bliss," she said with a sigh. "I can't remember the last time I had a moment to myself without a hundred things to do."
Mrs. Godfrey, reclined next to Gilda, smiled. "I know what you mean. It's so nice not to hear 'Mom!' every five minutes, especially now that the girls are out the house with one is married and the other has a place of her own. Just peace and quiet."
Paula Willow, cradling a glowing glass of herbal tea, looked over with a knowing smile. "Especially with another one on the way, this break is more than welcome. I can already feel the difference."
Marian Hood, having one staff placing six hot stones on her back, felt like she could fall asleep at any moment now before she nodded in agreement. "Oh yes. With all the boys running around, it feels like I'm always on my feet. This is so heavenly," She hummed.
Queen Leah, getting the same treatment as Maid Marian, added, "It's so rare to have this kind of luxury. Even in the castle, there's always something going on like royal engagements and duties to attend. This is a real treat."
The attendant approached, offering another round of refreshments. "Would any of you ladies like a fresh glass of cucumber water or perhaps a herbal tea?"
Mrs. Godfrey raised her hand. "Cucumber water for me, please."
"As do I!" Queen Leah asked for the same drink as Mrs. Godfrey.
Gilda nodded. "I'll take the herbal tea."
Paula smiled. "I think I'll stick with the tea as well. It's so soothing."
Marian agreed. "Herbal tea and a magazine for me too."
Soon, a few minutes later, the attendant brought their refreshment as they requested.
Queen Leah opted for the cucumber water, enjoying the crisp, refreshing taste. "Thank you," she said to the attendant.
The mothers started to sip their drinks, the conversation flowed easily among the friends. Gilda set her glass down and turned to Paula. "So, Paula, how are you feeling? You must be so excited about the new baby."
Paula's face lit up with a smile. "Ay si. I am so thrilled to have another baby. My kids are so excited to have a little brother or sister. It's just a lot of preparation, but it's all worth it. Even my son Silver is beginning to talk and thinking about moving out of our home so that he can let us use his room for the nursery."
An attendant approached with a tray of essential oils. "Ladies, it's time for your aromatherapy massage. We have a selection of oils for you to choose from. Lavender for relaxation, eucalyptus for rejuvenation, and chamomile for calming."
Gilda smiled at the attendant. "I'll go with lavender. It sounds perfect for today."
Mrs. Godfrey selected chamomile. "Chamomile for me, please. I could use some calming."
Paula chose eucalyptus. "I think I'll try the eucalyptus. It sounds refreshing."
Marian nodded. "Lavender for me too, please."
Queen Leah opted for chamomile. "Chamomile sounds wonderful."
The attendants began the massages, expertly working out the knots and tension from the mothers' muscles. The room filled with the soothing scents of the essential oils, enhancing the already tranquil atmosphere.
Gilda sighed contentedly. "I could get used to this. It's like all the stress is melting away."
Mrs. Godfrey agreed. "Exactly. It's amazing how much better I feel already."
Paula closed her eyes, enjoying the massage. "This is exactly what I needed. It's so nice to take a step back and just relax."
Marian chuckled softly. "We should make this a regular thing. A little time for ourselves every now and then."
Queen Leah smiled. "I think that's a wonderful idea. It's so important to take care of ourselves, too."
Gilda stretched lazily. "This has been amazing. We should definitely make this a regular tradition."
Mrs. Godfrey nodded. "Absolutely. A monthly motherly spa day sounds perfect."
Paula agreed. "I'm in. It's so important to have these moments for ourselves."
Marian smiled. "Count me in too. This has been wonderful."
Marian started to join in the conversation. "Do any of you ever feel guilty for taking time for yourselves like this?"
Queen Leah shook her head gently. "I used to, but I've learned that self-care isn't selfish. It's necessary. We can't pour from an empty cup."
Gilda nodded in agreement. "Exactly. We do so much for our families. It's important to recharge so we can continue being our best selves."
Mrs. Godfrey took a deep breath, inhaling the calming lavender essence around her. "I know my husband and kids are having a blast at the cookout. It makes it easier to relax knowing they're having fun."
Paula smiled, feeling a gentle kick from her baby-to-be. "Even baby agrees. We all need this downtime."
Marian chuckled softly. "I think Toren and Roland would have caused some mischief if they were here. This quiet is nice for a change."
Their spa treatments continued, they gradually transitioned to lighter topics, swapping stories about funny moments with their children or about their spouse as well what these mothers are up to with the soft music playing in the background.
Queen Leah has a thoughtful expression appear on her face. "You know, these moments remind me how lucky I am to have such a wonderful family. Despite the chaos, they're my greatest joy."
Gilda smiled warmly. "That's true for all of us, I think. Our families are our everything, even when they drive us a bit crazy."
Mrs. Godfrey nodded, her face glowing from her facial treatment. "Days like today help us appreciate them even more."
Paula sighed happily, her feet feeling lighter after the soothing massage. "And having friends like you all to share these moments with makes it even better."
The mothers continued to relax and unwind, cherishing every moment of peace and pampering without any disturbance now that they can finally relax from all the mother duties they have done and surely needed some break as well.
Back at the Father's Day cookout, the families were gathered once more, their spirits high after a series of fun and challenging games. Logan, holding his trusty megaphone, stood at the center of the yard, ready to announce the final game. "Alright, folks, we've had an incredible day so far! We've seen some intense three-legged races, some serious hot potato action, impressive jump roping, strategic block building, and skillful bean bag tossing. But now, it's time for the final competition of the day: the football catch!"
The crowd of dads and kids cheered enthusiastically. The fathers looked excited while the children, brimming with energy, were eager to get started.
Logan raised his megaphone again. "Here's how it works. Each dad will be paired with their last child for this game. You'll start facing each other about four feet apart. When I say 'go,' you'll start tossing the football to each other. After each successful catch, you'll take a step back. If anyone drops the ball, you're out. The last team standing wins! Remember, this is all about having fun and enjoying the day!"
Destiny, standing beside Logan, held up a bag of small, soft footballs and began distributing them to the teams.
"Team Aquila, you're up first! Gavin and Gray, ready?" Destiny called out.
Gavin ruffled Gray's hair. "Ready, champ?"
Gray nodded eagerly. "Ready, Dad!"
"Next, we have Team Godfrey! Mr. Godfrey and Cerwyn, are you ready?" Logan continued.
Mr. Godfrey and Cerwyn exchanged a determined look. "We're ready!" they said in unison.
"Team De Spell, let's go! Poe and Jameson, ready?"
Poe De Spell patted Jameson on the shoulder. "You bet we are. Right, Jameson?"
Jameson grinned. "Absolutely, Uncle Poe!"
"Team Willow, Roberto and Valentina, ready?"
Roberto smiled at Valentina. "We've got this, sweetheart."
Valentina gave her dad a confident nod. "Ready, Dad!"
"Team Vallestrella, Verago and Nico, are you ready?"
Verago and Nico shared an enthusiastic fist bump. "Ready!" they chorused.
"Team Hood, Robin and Roland, ready?"
Robin Hood winked at Roland. "Let's show them what we've got, Roland."
Roland nodded, a determined look in his eyes. "We're ready!"
"And finally, Team Sleeping Beauty! King Stefan and Aline, are you ready?"
King Stefan smiled warmly at Aline. "Let's do our best, Aline."
Aline nodded excitedly. "Ready, Father!"
Destiny, standing next to Logan, added, "Alright, everyone, let's get into positions. Dads, line up with your kid. We're looking for good, clean fun, so let's give it our all!"
The teams quickly took their places, excitement and friendly rivalry buzzing in the air. Logan pointed to the first pair. "Team Aquila, you're up first!"
Gavin Aquila and his youngest son, Gray, stepped forward, football in hand. "Alright, Gray, let's show them what we've got." Gavin smirks.
Gray grinned, "We've got this, Dad."
Logan nodded, signaling for the next team. "Next up, Team Godfrey!"
Mr. Godfrey stood with Cerwyn, who looked up at her father with a confident smile. "Ready, Dad?"
Mr. Godfrey smiled back, adjusting his grip on the football. "Always ready, Cerwyn. Let's do this."
Logan continued, calling out the remaining teams. "Team De Spell, step forward!"
Poe De Spell and Jameson took their positions, sharing a quick high-five. Poe chuckled. "Alright, Jameson, no spells, just catches."
Jameson laughed. "I know, Dad. We're going to win this fair and square."
"Team Willow, you're next!" Logan announced.
Roberto Willow stood with his youngest daughter, Valentina. She bounced on her toes, excitement radiating from her. "Dad, we've got this! Just like in the backyard."
Roberto nodded, smiling down at her. "Exactly, Val. Let's give it our best shot."
"Team Vallestrella, you're up!"
Captain Verago and Nico stood ready, exchanging a quick nod of encouragement. "Let's show them what we're made of, Nico," Verago said.
Nico grinned. "You bet, Dad. Let's do this."
"Team Hood, take your place!" Logan called.
Robin Hood and Roland faced each other, both looking determined. Robin winked at his son. "Remember, steady hands and sharp eyes, Roland."
Roland nodded. "Got it, Dad. We're not losing this."
"And finally, Team Sleeping Beauty, step forward!"
King Stefan and Aline took their positions, sharing a supportive smile. "Just like we practiced, Aline. Nice and steady," King Stefan said.
Aline nodded eagerly. "I'm ready, Dad. Let's win this!"
Destiny, standing beside Logan, reminded the families, "No grand prize, you guys, but the real reward is the fun we've all had today. Let's get started!"
The teams gathered on the field, each dad standing with their next child. The competition had been fierce, but spirits were high, and everyone was eager for one last chance to shine.
With all the teams in position, Logan raised the megaphone. "Alright, everyone, on my count. Three, two, one, throw!"
The footballs flew through the air, each pair successfully catching and taking a step back. The backyard was filled with cheers, laughter, and the occasional gasp and "ohh" as the balls were caught or dropped.
Gavin and Gray focused intently, their throws precise. "Great job, Gray! Keep it up," Gavin encouraged.
Gray beamed. "Thanks, Dad! We're doing great!"
Mr. Godfrey and Cerwyn were a well-oiled machine, their catches smooth and confident. "Nice catch, Cerwyn. Just a bit further," Mr. Godfrey said.
Cerwyn nodded, catching the ball with ease. "We've got this, Dad!"
Poe and Jameson maintained their rhythm, their throws and catches seamless. "Great job, Jameson. We're almost there," Poe said.
Jameson grinned. "We're winning this!"
Roberto and Valentina were steady and focused, their bond evident in their teamwork. "Awesome catch, Val! Keep it up," Roberto encouraged.
Valentina giggled. "Garcia, Papa!!"
King Verago and Nico were equally determined, their movements synchronized. "Nice one, Nico! Just a few more," Verago said.
Nico nodded. "We've got this, Dad!"
Robin and Roland showed off their archery-trained reflexes, their catches almost effortless. "Great catch, Roland. Keep going," Robin said.
Roland smiled. "Thanks, Dad! We're almost there!"
King Stefan and Aline were steady and precise, their focus unbroken. "Excellent, Aline! Just a bit more," King Stefan encouraged.
Aline nodded. "We can do this, Dad!"
The competition continued, the distance between the pairs increased, and the throws became more challenging.
After several rounds, only three teams remained after Team Willow and Team Hood were eliminated for unsuccessfully catching the football. Logan's voice rang out. "We're down to the final three! Team Godfrey, Team Aquila, and Team Sleeping Beauty are left in the game!"
The final teams faced off, each throw and catch crucial. Mr. Godfrey and Cerwyn maintained their strength, ready to win. Gavin and Gray stayed focused, making sure they managed to catch the football. King Stefan and Aline showed no signs of slowing down, their catches precise.
In a dramatic turn, Team Godfrey missed a catch, and the football hit the ground. Logan announced, "Team Godfrey is out! Great effort, folks!"
Mr. Godfrey patted Cerwyn's shoulder. "We did great, Cerwyn. I'm proud of you."
Cerwyn nodded, smiling. "We almost had it, Dad."
It was down to Team Aquila and Team Sleeping Beauty. The final throws were tense, each team pushing their limits. In the end, King Stefan and Aline managed to make the final catch, securing their victory.
Logan's voice boomed through the megaphone. "Team Sleeping Beauty wins the final game! Congratulations!"
The crowd erupted in cheers, celebrating the winners. King Stefan hugged Aline, both beaming with pride. "We did it, Alone! Great job!"
Aline laughed, hugging the king tightly. "OMG, we won!"
Logan stepped forward, addressing the crowd. "Great job to all the teams today! It's been an amazing day of fun and games. Remember, it's not about winning or losing but about having a good time together. Happy Father's Day, everyone!"
The other families gathered to congratulate each other, and enjoy the rest of the afternoon. It was a great moment for the dad spending quality time with their children and competing together in the competition.
As the hours went by, with evening more foods to eat and drink to drink, the evening began to wind down and the Father's Day cookout was coming to an end. The sun dipped below the horizon, lights began to come on and the air was filled with the mingling scents of grilled meat and freshly cut grass, and the sounds of laughter and chatter began to fade as everyone shifted into clean-up mode.
Gavin clapped his hands together, gathering his family. "Alright, boys, let's make sure everything's back in its place. Gabriel, Gray, you two start with the tables."
Gabriel nodded, grabbing his younger brother's arm. "Come on, Gray. Let's get these tables folded and stored."
Mr. Godfrey was already directing his daughters. "Cerwyn, help Silver and Aurora take down the decorations, please. Rachel, can you help me with the trash?"
Cerwyn looked up, smiling. "Sure thing, Dad!" She started helping Silver and Aurora to remove the banner and balloons, while Rachel grabbed a trash bag and began picking up plates and cups.
Roberto was rounding up his daughters. "Ninas, can you help with the chairs?"
Amelia grinned, nudging her twin. "Of course, Silver. Let's get these chairs stacked."
Valentina nodded in agreement. "Let's make sure we don't miss any, Silver. Dad will have our heads if we leave a mess."
Meanwhile, Toren Hood was working with his adoptive families. Verago Vallestrella and Skylar were moving the grill back to its spot, while Robin Hood and Roland were collecting stray utensils and napkins.
Verago looked over at Toren. "Toren, could you check the yard for any leftover trash? We don't want anything blowing into the neighbor's yard."
"On it, Dad," Toren replied, grabbing a bag and scanning the area for any remaining litter.
King Stefan, working alongside his adopted daughter Aline, was making sure the backyard looked pristine. "Aline, dear, could you help me with the tablecloths?"
"Of course, Father. Let's fold them neatly so they don't wrinkle," Aline said, smiling.
As the final bits of clean-up were underway, the mothers began to arrive, completely fresh and relaxed from their day at the spa. Gilda Aquila, Mrs. Godfrey, Paula Willow, Maid Marian, and Queen Leah greeted each other warmly.
Gilda smiled at her husband, Gavin. "Looks like you managed to keep everything under control."
Gavin chuckled. "Of course we did. We had it all planned out."
Paula Willow hugged Silver. "Did you have fun, mi amor?"
Silver grinned. "Si, Mom. It was a great day."
Mrs. Godfrey arrive andl hugged her family one by one. "Crewey, did you enjoy the cookout?"
Crewey nodded. "It was awesome, Mom. We had so much fun."
Rachel looked around, satisfied with the clean-up. "Looks like we didn't leave anything behind, all clean and well."
Destiny, who had been helping throughout the evening, walked over to Logan. "Thanks for inviting me as your co-host of the competition, Logan. It was a blast."
Logan smiled, giving her a kiss on the cheek. "Glad you could make it, Destiny. It was fun having you co-host the game."
Once the last of the decorations were taken down and the trash was secured, everyone gathered for a final group photo with Logan capturing the memory of a wonderful Father's Day. The mothers joined in, laughing and teasing the fathers about their day.
Maid Marian put an arm around her husband. "You didn't cause too much trouble while we're gone, did you?"
Robin laughed. "Not at all dear. Just a typical day with the kids."
King Stephan approached Aline, patting her on the back. "You did a fantastic job today, Aline. We're so proud of you."
Aline beamed. "Thanks, Dad. It was a team effort."
Once every single family began to say their goodbyes and head back home, there was a sense of accomplishment and joy. They had celebrated their dads, enjoyed each other's company, and ended the day with a clean backyard and happy memories.
The fathers, though tired, felt a deep sense of fulfillment. They had spent the day with their children, creating moments that would be cherished for years to come. As the last car pulled away and the lights in the houses began to flicker off, the backyard stood quiet and serene.
Logan turned to Destiny as they walked inside the house. "Man, today was really special."
Destiny yawned as she stretched her arms out. "You bet it. I feel so tired, might as well stay here for the night, I don't think I have enough energy to head back home now."
As the last bits of twilight faded into night, Destiny settled on the couch. "I wonder how Adam spent Father's Day," she mused aloud. "Must be pretty lonely without celebrating the day with his dad."
Logan, who was rummaging in the storage closet for a couple bottles of water for the two of them in the kitchen, turned around and smiled. "Actually, Adam took his dad, Scott, to Tomorrowland. They're having a whole day exploring the new attractions and rides."
Destiny's eyebrows shot up in surprise. "Adam has a dad? He never mentioned anything about his family to us."
Logan shrugged casually, handing Destiny a bottle of water. "Yeah, Adam doesn't talk much about his family because he's usually so wrapped up in his work. But he has a good relationship with them all. His parents, Scott and Mary, had a family emergency which kept them from coming to his wedding."
"Really?" Destiny sipped her water, intrigued. "I always thought there might have been some sort of falling out since he never brings them up nor does he ever invite them to his and Melanie's wedding."
"Nope, nothing like that," Logan said, leaning against the counter. "They received a warmer reception when they announced their retirement last week. Adam not only invited them to move to the Magical World but also arranged for them to have their own apartment in Tomorrowland. He even set up a personal guest room for them in Ravenswood Manor in case they want to spend the night."
Destiny shook her head in amazement. "That's pretty incredible. I had no idea he was so close to them."
"Yeah, Adam's just a private guy," Logan said with a smile. "He likes to keep his personal and professional lives separate."
Destiny looked thoughtful. "But how do you know all this, Logan? You never brought up Adam's family before."
Logan chuckled, scratching his head. "Adam actually asked me to help move his parents' belongings into their new apartment. It was kind of surprising how casual he was about it over the phone. I went over, introduced myself to Scott and Mary, and we spent the afternoon helping them setting things up in their new home like hanging up the shelves, putting some pieces of furniture together, and some other things to help around."
"Why didn't you tell us before?" Destiny asked, curious.
"It's not my place to spill someone else's family details," Logan replied sincerely as he shrugged. "I figure that Adam wants to be the one to introduce his family to us when he's ready. So I'm respecting that. Until then, I'm just going to let him take the lead."
Destiny took another sip of water and leaned back. "So, what about your parents, Logan? Our friends and I've met your brother before, but I don't know much about your parents."
Logan opened his mouth to respond, but the screen suddenly paused, a large pause symbol appearing in the middle.
Peeking in from the side of the frame, Deadpool suddenly leaned against the edge of the screen, "Whoa, whoa, whoa! Hold up, folks!" Deadpool interrupted, breaking the fourth wall. "This is your friendly neighborhood Deadpool here and I hate to break this up with you but we're going to fast-forward a bit." He revealed.
"Let me explain to you, now, I know you're all dying to hear about Logan's family, but here's the thing — the author of this story doesn't know much about Logan's family life or his parents. Which is why this chapter took so long to make….. Seriously, the guy's got no clue if Logan has a good relationship with them or not since he never mentioned them at all in Logan's story and in the Magical World sagas stories by TheDragonSaver. Now, the author here doesn't want to step on any toes or make up stuff about Logan's folks without their official debut. So, in the interest of not causing any continuity error or weird retcons down the line, we're gonna fast forward through that whole 'meet the parents' bit."
Deadpool then added on before he apologized. "Sorry if I have to fast forward for a bit but I have to until that gets sorted out, okay? I apologize to anyone who's bummed out about not hearing all the revealing details about Logan's mom and dad, but hey, I'm sure Logan's creator will fill us in when they're ready. Until then, we're skipping ahead!"
Deadpool then pacing around as if he owned the place (which, let's be honest, he kind of does in his own way) before he pulled out a remote control from seemingly nowhere and twirling it around, " So, let's fast forward a bit, shall we?"
He pressed a series of buttons on the remote. The screen flickered, and scenes rapidly flashed by: Logan and Destiny talking, family discussions, random bits of dialogue, and lots of casual chatting. Deadpool's voice narrated over the fast-forwarded scenes.
"Family talk, family talk… blah blah blah… Skip ahead, skip ahead… Oh, look! A moment that we're going to skip over… And there we go! Right back to where we need to be." Deadpool muttered as the scene sped through. "Now that we've cut through the family talk, let's get back to your regularly scheduled program!" Deadpool announced, stepping aside before he pressed the resume button on a remote control, allowing the scene to continue as if nothing had happened.
Logan yawned, stretching his arms. "Well, it's been a long day. I think it's time to call it a night."
"Yeah, me too," Destiny said, standing up and stretching. "Thanks for letting me stay over, Logan. I really don't think I could make it home right now nor do I have enough energy right now."
"No problem at all," Logan replied with a smile. "The guest room is all set up for you. If you need anything, just let me know."
Destiny gave Logan a grateful smile. "Thanks, Logan. Goodnight."
"Goodnight, Destiny," Logan replied, heading to his personal bedroom.
They parted ways, Destiny disappearing into the guest room while Logan headed towards his own bedroom. He closed the door behind him, exhaling softly as he leaned against it for a moment. The day had been eventful, filled with laughter, family, and a touch of unexpected revelations.
As Logan brushes his feet and wash his face he the. changed into his pajamas and settled into bed, Logan glanced out the window, seeing the night sky outside.
With a contented yawn, Logan turned off the bedside lamp, sinking into the comfort of his bed. Tomorrow would bring new challenges and surprises, but for now, he allowed himself to drift off into a well-deserved sleep. After being behind a host of the Father's Day competition, he is sure to be exhausted and tired from all the cheering and shouting.
The house grew quiet, with the two tucked into their respective rooms, ready for a good night's sleep. The Father's Day cookout had been a wonderful event, and now, it was time for everyone to rest and recharge for the days ahead.
Firstly, I want to extend my sincerest apologies to all the readers for not being able to finish up this Father's Day chapter special in a timely manner. As much as I wanted to bring you to the conclusion of this heartwarming celebration, unexpected demands from my college studies took precedence. Balancing academics and creative writing can sometimes be challenging, and unfortunately, it delayed the completion of this chapter. Your patience and understanding mean a lot to me, and I assure you that I am committed to delivering the best experience possible in future updates.
Secondly, I want to take a moment to wish all the fathers, stepfathers, grandfathers, and father figures a very Happy Father's Day! This is a time to celebrate the love, guidance, and support that fathers provide to their families. Whether it's through laughter, lessons, or simply being there, fathers play a pivotal role in shaping our lives. To all the dads out there, may your day be filled with joy, appreciation, and the warm embrace of loved ones.
To the readers who may be celebrating Father's Day without their fathers or who may have complex relationships with father figures, I want to extend my heartfelt support. This day can be a range of emotions, and it's okay to feel whatever you feel. Whether you're reminiscing about cherished memories or navigating more challenging feelings, know that you are not alone. Take this time to honor your own journey and the meaningful connections in your life, whatever form they may take.
Moving forward, I want to share some exciting news. While the Magical World saga has come to a close, this story will continue to evolve. I'm planning to delve into more one-shot stories that explore various universes such as the Epic Universe, Warner Bros. Universe, Gamepshere Universe, Universe 20 (or Dream Keeper Generations Universe as I like to call it), Nexus Universe, and other realms that spark my interest and drive my creativity insane.
These one-shot stories will allow us to go into new territories, discover unique characters, amazing personalities, and unravel fresh narratives. I'm eager to explore these alternate universes and bring you along for the journey. Each universe offers its own path of adventures and possibilities, and I can't wait to dive into them with you once I finish writing and editing the first chapter and once the Notification is fixed.
Lastly, I appreciate your understanding and patience once again. Your support means everything to me, and I am dedicated to continuing to deliver stories that resonate with you.
Anyway, review if you can. I would like to see your thoughts about this chapter so far! The reviews are the best form of motivation! Let me know what you think and see you all for the next one-shots chapter. Thank you. :)
