The Gothano cometh!
Jason in his pink business shirt and dark pants of Asian descent and black hair. began his Afternoon routine. As he did every other day. He came home from school quickly and did his homework. Happily, spent the free time he had now that he was no longer part of the Purple Dragons. So far, his parents didn't know about his transformation. And he wanted to keep it that way. He had specific instructions to go to Mikey if Kendra ever threatened to expose him.
Once he got the mail and himself a snack he sat down and began to sort through it. A couple of bills a letter from Kendra's parole officer given one incident three months ago. And then something for him. He opened it and read it out loud.
Dear Jason Miyamoto Dean.
We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted to Waseda University in Shinjuku City, Tokyo after your graduation in two weeks. After reviewing your academics-
Jason's blood froze a little, he didn't apply for this college he was looking for something away from Kendra and her little clique sure. But across the world?"
"The hell does that say!?" Kendra gasped before ripping the paper out of his hand. Jason did not resisting so it wouldn't tear. He turned to her dark-skinned purple hair with a dark magenta fez, blue lipstick in an attempt to be as punk and rebel as possible. She wore black pants and flats and had an aqua undershirt with the signature purple satin jacket with a red circle with a dark purple dragon head on the left breast. She quickly scanned her eyes over the parchment. "You little twerp when did you apply for this!?"
Jason shrugged. "I made a lot of applications that I sent out. Looks like one made it's way to Japan. Honestly, I don't really know."
Kendra immediately grabbed him by the collar and lifted him out of his chair. "Don't know my ass!" she snarled eyes blazing right into his. "Tell me how you got into that college! There's no way they'd let a little one trick pony into a place like that!"
Immediately Jason changed into his true form. A Saltwater crocodile mutant. With black rings on his tail wrists and ankles with brownish green skin and black spikes on his back. He snarled animalistically at her making her let go as he growled.
"I told you I. don't. know. Now back off!" he growled at her. Once he was sure she wouldn't get physical again he changed back and took his food and his letter and headed to his room. He could hear her growling.
"John and Angel are better than you'll ever be!" Kendra snapped at him.
Jason sighed holding the letter in his hand. Focusing on Mikey's words.
"You're already better than them."
"I hope so…." He muttered to himself thinking about how to get to this Oaishu place since Mikey had been out of town so suddenly.

Krysta gasped while waking up. She felt her whole-body ache. She even saw blood, but it wasn't hers she saw Mikey with his shell completely smashed and him cold and lifeless.
"NO!" she cried horrified holding his body gently tears immediately filled her eyes as they fell on his smashed plastron. "What happened?! Mikey…." She squawked her voice incredibly choked. She then saw the corpses of everyone else. April, Splinter, Klunk, Donnie, Frida, Lizzie, Cass, Raph, Leo, Tiger Claw. All bloodied smashed and torn apart. Leo's arm was even a few feet away from his smashed shell. She even saw Shelldon in pieces with his CPU smashed to tiny bits.
"NOOOOOO!" she screamed only to fall losing her grip on Mikey as she desperately reached out for him only for strange black straps to wrap around her wrists and ankles and thrust her backwards against a hard surface.
She tried to get up but couldn't she then, realized that she was strapped to a table with all of the Mutant Mafia watching her. Immediately she tried to scream for help only for more straps to snap her jaw together and down.
"MMMMPH!" she then saw all of the Mutant Mafia smirking and laughing at her helplessness. She was back in that horrible place that horrible moment! Had she even escaped or what that just a dream her soul wished to be real?
Tiranno came forward smirking at her with Draxum, she began shivering. "They're gone Alopex I understand you miss them but, in a few minutes, you won't feel anything except loyalty to me…."
As soon as he finished Draxum stepped forward with the two worms dropping one on her nose and the other by her ear. Immediately they crawled up her nose and ear. She could feel them digging the pain indescribable as she thrashed wildly screaming she then saw her world change and get weird as T…Tir…..tirrrrr King Komodo smirk at her.

Krysta screamed bolting up and panting wildly her fur matted with a cold sweat she held herself tightly before hearing breathing and snoring. She looked around and saw April sprawled out all over the bed snoring a little with some drool and Mayhem curled up beside her under her left arm. Cass was punching the air in her sleep. Then, she sat up suddenly.
"Hamato Clan!" she sleepily shouted before falling back into her pillow muttering something about brownies.
Frida was sleeping comfortably on her side, her shell perfectly intact and moving a little with her breathing. She then heard Lizzie mutter in her sleep next to her.
"HEeeee I love being alive….heeeee." she muttered as Krysta couldn't help but smirk at that. She steadied her breathing and went into the bathroom shutting the door before turning the light on. She looked at herself in the mirror. There were deep tear streaks on her face that she gingerly touched. She sighed splashing water on her face before quietly returning to her own bed and curling up into a ball her tail tightly curling around her for extra protection and comfort.

After everyone had eaten the next morning, they headed out to the Map room where Chikara had told them to go. When they got there, they saw Casey sitting at the table staring at the map.
"Casey! Have you been here all night?" Krysta asked surprised as Cass rushed over.
"Did you sleep!?" she asked practically on his shoulder before jumping to the other side. "HAVE YOU BEEN EATING!?"
"I'm used to going for a while without both of those things." Casey said not turning away from the map and waving his young mother off.
"You should still eat." Azulong said coming in before looking up at the opposite entrance with confusion and curiosity. They turned.
"Jayce!?" Mikey gasped. "What are you doing here?"
"I got a strange acceptance letter from Waseda University in Tokyo. I came here for help and to find you guys because while I wanted to get far away from my family Drama. I was aiming for another state or even Canada. Not Asia."
"That is weird you don't think someone there knows you're a mutant, do you?" Mikey asked thoughtfully.
"Yes." Master Azulong said speaking up. "But there's no need to fear. There's a Yokai with cloaking magic who works at the University and is an old friend of mine. So, I was able to pull some strings. I'm hoping you'll visit us to help learn how to fight in your Mutant form as well as give a place to stay should you ever be exposed."
Mikey and Leatherhead lit up happily at this. "This is amazing! How can I ever repay you!?" Leatherhead, said almost at the verge of tears.
"There's no need. We ignored the threat that was Baron Draxum in our last days as the Sacred Guard. And this is the fall out. Helping those transformed by his Ooze is the one way we can atone for that mistake." Azulong replied. "Not only that the hacking skills your sister made you cause trouble with will be put to good use." He said with a slight smirk as Leatherhead laughed nervously.
"Fair enough." Jason replied sheepishly. There was a loud beeping that made him yelp and look around wildly seeing everyone race over to the map and look at it.
"It's there! In this large northern continent." Casey said pointing to somewhere near the northern part of Russia where nobody lived. That was when Leatherhead saw him for the first time.
"Who's that?" Leatherhead asked Mikey quickly hoped between them.
"Casey Jr. Leatherhead/Jason. Jason/Leatherhead, Casey Jr. you can talk later! Right now, we have to stop the herald of the Apocalypse! Where do we go Hoss?!" he said to Azulong who looked a bit amused.
"Follow me! We have a hub of platforms that lead to different areas of the world. The Guard should join us soon they have alarms in their quarters." He replied, leading them down a hallway that suddenly opened behind him on the east side of the room.
It didn't take long for them to hear Mona groan as she rushed into the room, her hair looking like she hadn't brushed it. Her clothes twisted on her body as she struggled to fix them while holding Banrai in her tail.
"AHHHG IT COULDN'T HAVE WAITED TWO MORE HOURS!?" she groaned loudly as Satoshi was next looking ready to go. Shinji and Slash rushed in next adjusting their own outfits quickly. As Shinji multitasked, cleaning his glasses while running. Slash quickly swallowed whatever was in his mouth.
After a few minutes of nothing else Azulong sighed and opened a portal showing Goku in his pajamas flying through it still asleep. Leo winced very sure he had landed on his face. He mumbled a little bit sticking his head up as Inazuma then proceeded to fall on his head.
"OW!" he yelped rubbing his head very awake now as he looked around. "Uhh did I miss something." He asked a bit groggily as Satoshi stuffed a bento box in his hand.
"Eat on the way the Gothano is awakening." Satoshi barked.
"It couldn't have waited two more hours?" Goku asked.
"That's what I said!" Mona barked grumpily.
"Only in fiction does an apocalyptic event have such courtesy." Azulong replied, handing her granddaughter a Bento Box. Before having one of the many platforms that would whisk them off across the world wherever light up brightly.
Immediately Casey rushed ahead. Much to everyone's shock and jumped onto the portal.
"CASEY!" shouted the voices of Raph, Cass, Krysta and Mikey who all rushed after him. When Mikey regained his footing after the sensation of warping and flying across the world, he immediately saw he was in a deep lush forest barely touched. It was still a bit nippy but not cold enough, he was going to need winter clothes.
Krysta sniffed the air and looked pleasantly surprised. "It smells really clean out here."
"It's beautiful out here too." Mikey noted.
"Here I thought we'd be knee deep in snow." Raph muttered as the others caught up.
"He seriously couldn't have woken up somewhere warmer, like Florida?" they heard Leo whine before his brain caught up with his body. "Oooohhh." He said pleasantly surprised.
"Weather is as Weather does ya know." Krysta replied.
"Still kind of chilly due to it being only late spring and more north." Donnie pointed out.
"Where's Casey?" Cass asked.
"He must've already gone ahead." Krysta replied. "He's already too far away to smell. We're gonna have to split up and-"
"MY BABY!" Cass shouted rushing off left into the distance towards a denser part of the forest. Raph, Mikey, Krysta, Klunk and Mona followed her. Everyone else went to the right.

Klunk flew up into the air looking around and soaring around. She was having a hard time concentrating as did Mikey who was watching her.
"See anything?" Raph called.
"No!" Klunk replied sheepishly.
"You're not lookin' are you!?" Raph scolded.
"It's too fun flyyyyinnnnggggg!" Klunk whined, making him groan.
"Well at least Cass' screaming will lead us to her." Raph grumbled.
Krysta's ears moved a little bit she turned to see a pack of artic foxes now mostly wearing a two-toned brown coat with small patches of bright white fur. Threatening to fall off them as the alpha female snarled at a insubordinate pack member. The growl was familiar making Krysta grip the paw where she had been bitten tightly knowing there was scarring underneath the fur.
"Krysta?" Mikey asked.
"Oh! Yeah, I'm good promise!" she replied quickly before running off ahead using some parkour up the rocks as Mikey looked on after her worriedly.
When she got to the top, she panted. Then, held her head and steadied her breath. "What is wrong with me!? I shook it off last time. So why not now! I can't let him know he got to me! I won't give him that satisfaction!" she growled in her thoughts when she suddenly heard his voice.
"I'm not done with you Alopex…"
Krysta almost shrieked but covered her mouth and looked around. "He's dead….Leo killed that monster, you saw him do it! Calm down…..he's gone….you can't let your own issues get in the way of finding the Key and Gothano now! Focus!"

Satoshi was a bit ahead of the rest of the group looking for any sign of the Gothano. The rest of the group, sticking together as they looked around. Trying to keep their eyes and ears peeled. Leo then finally broke the silence.
"Hey, quick question. What if Me or Mayhem portaled to that Gothano thing?" Leo suggested.
"It won't work. The Gothano is immune to teleportation magic." Slasg replied.
"Plus, according to the ancient texts it has amazing senses. Despite it's appearance not suggesting as such. It wouldn't be wise to do it anyway." Shinji replied.
"What about Casey?" Frida asked. "I doubt he'd have such protection."
"There's a lot about the future we don't know. He might have it for a reason and we wouldn't know. There's a lot about his time he hasn't told us." Tiger Claw added.
"Not only that. When I just went on a feeling to find Mikey. I ended up being in the same general area. Not really next to him. And the way he's moving he might be gone before I could see where he is." Leo added with Mayhem nodding in agreement.
There was suddenly a loud roar, everyone turned to see a Polar Bear on it's hind legs going to slash at Slash and Goku who had been sleeping on his shell. They both yelped only for Tiger Claw to attack and start grappling with it.
It then began snapping at his face. Tiger Claw now having to keep from having his face get bitten into the rest of his skull couldn't concentrate to use his Ninpo or fight back as he struggled not to let the massive wall of muscle pin him down.
"Lizzie put it to sleep!" Leo shouted before Satoshi had run back to fight hearing the commotion. Before he or Shinji could do much Lizzie had pulled out one of her Tessen and swung it quickly a crescent shaped light that hit the bear putting it to sleep. Now limp Tiger Claw was able to use just a bit of his Ninpo to lift and place it down a bit away from them gently.
He sighed when he was done. "Good job Leo." Tiger Claw sighed.
"Slash, Goku why weren't you ready!?" Satoshi scolded.
"It surprised us!" Slash snapped. "We can't have our attention everywhere at once! I was trying to find our targets!"
"Well, you should've! We're the Sacred Guard! We can't be jumped by Polar Bears Or be saved."
"Why are you so mad!? The Polar Bear was stopped and everyone's fine right?" Goku snapped.
Satoshi growled looking embarrassed as Leo tried to make himself look small. He then went off ahead to look around.
"Ya see anything?" April asked catching up to him.
"Other than Satoshi throwing a hissy fit? No." Leo replied flatly. He began to look around for either of his targets as April stormed back towards Satoshi who was taken a back from the sudden marching.
"Now you listen here Dragon Boy!" April snapped. "Leo is co-leader now of our group! You're not the only one who can lead! So back off or we're gonna have problems. Got that."
"Crystal…" Satoshi muttered with a vibe and look of what the hell emerging from his face and body.
Leo looked back at Satoshi. He knew exactly why Satoshi wouldn't trust him. He was grateful April stood up for him. And defended his new Leader position. But that didn't change the fact he almost destroyed New York. Probably caused the Sacred Guard to get in so much trouble.
Leo sighed curling in himself a little.

Leo wasn't the only one curling in on themselves back with Mikey's group Krysta sighed falling behind and sighing. "Hey you okay Krys?" Mona asked, turning back towards her. "You've gotta keep up."
"I…I know….I know…" Krysta sighed. "I'm sorry."
"Are you sick?" Klunk asked landing on her and looking at her worriedly.
Mikey ran up to her as well as she sat down. "You gotta tell us if something's wrong." Raph said rubbing her back and sitting beside her. Mikey sat opposite them and held her hand.
"I….I had a nightmare….everyone one was dead. Except for me and Mikey was the first on I saw….and then I was back in the World Trade Center with those monsters when they….." Krysta muttered before gritting her teeth and trying not to break down.
"The Mind worms?" Mona asked.
Krysta nodded. "I remembered them taking me over clearly! And ever since that bastard's been in my head!"
"Shinji should've purged all the Mind worm effects though. He usually doesn't miss with stuff like that." Mona pointed out.
"There might be faint traces since the mind worms are something new." Mikey pointed it out. "But I also wonder if she's fully developed PTSD like I have?"
"Either way I could screw us up!" Krysta shouted slamming her fists in the fallen tree she was sitting on. "I was useless during the war! Useless fighting Tiranno and I could be useless now!"
"That's not true!" Mikey scolded. "And you're not useless! You've been so much help since everything else began! And being kidnapped doesn't make you useless either! You're gonna be okay with time. It's just really soon, that's all. You were hurt badly hurt….and I'm the one that-"
"HAMATOOOO CLAAAANNNN/GOOONGALLLAAAA!" came the voices of both Casey's cutting Mikey off. And making everyone look in the direction of the screaming.
"Found em." Raph stated flatly as they ran in the direction of the voices.

Leo's group had also heard the screaming running as fast as they could when both groups met at an area at the top of a plateau, they immediately saw Casey and Cass swing at a black inky cloak that swirled and dodged out of the way of Cass's dual chop.
Casey had tried to use his grappling hook to try and catch up with it. Only for Gothano to fly towards him and cut his cord making Casey start falling. However, Leo was quick to use a portal to save him.
"Fibonacci!" Donnie shouted, throwing his tech bo like a frisbee after pulling out a rocket extension on both ends. It crashed into the cloaked figure who braced against it before managing to stop the weapon and use it against its original owner.
"SAD FACE EMOJI!" he shouted as Raph immediately used his Power Punch to block the attack as Klunk flew in and snatched the M-Tech Bo from Gothano. She threw it back to Donnie as Goku swung Inazuma into the things back. It shrieked in pain as Mona tried to quickly attack it. But it was quick to slip into the ground and slip away like a shadow.
Shinji used a spell that shone a bright light on it making it yelp and fly up and barely dodging Slash's swing with his axe. Leo rushed in portaling in close Mayhem helping April do the same as they both swung at Gothano with all their might.
The creature managed to spin out of the way of their strikes before flying towards Krysta for an attack but she fired a bunch of ice spears at it. When they burst apart there was a bright ball of intense fire inside of them. Making the Gothano shriek before being tied down with chains.
However, before Satoshi could stab it an intense burst of Darkness came from it breaking the chains and sending him and Mikey back into the ground and causing April, Mayhem and Leo to go flying off the nearby cliff as well.
"NO!" Raph screamed rushing after them, but Mayhem and Leo teleported back to safety.
"We're okay Raph! Smash the Dementor at home!" Leo replied. Raph nodded and fully incased himself in his avatar. Frida build up a large orb of her own Ninpo above her head and both charged at Gothano who took the hit and managed to absorb it.
Tiger Claw roared charging slashing at Gothano and grabbing a large boulder with his Ninpo when he landed from his midair attack which hadn't worked. Tiger Claw's stripes shone in a sliver light as he threw the boulder at Gothano who grabbed it and attempted to smash it into the Tiger mutant.
Donnie was quick to blow the rock apart with a bunch of mystic missiles. Gothano knocked them back with his smokey tentacles getting large and solid. They had crashed into the ground. Satoshi roared slashing Gunshin at Gothano landing a couple of hits before unleashing a burst of blue fire from his mouth.
Mona joined in with her lightning breath Gothano dodged the breathes which exploded against each other blinding them and Shinji who blew it away with wind. Allowing Mikey to summon chains that surged after Gothano as Krysta sent more ice spears. Gothano swatted the spears away and dodged all the chains, even the ones from Inazuma's two side.
Shinji slashed at Gothano and thrust at him as Leo went to stab it from behind thanks to a portal but Gothano flew up causing the two to crash into each other.
However, from behind Gothano, Lizzie had jumped up as had both Caseys and Klunk and while both slammed their hockey stick like weapons into Gothano's back. Klunk turned into the Shredder and pinned down Gothano.
"Lizzie go!" Klunk shouted. The Reeves turtle quickly charged up her two tessen and swung her arms. The soaring pink light hit Gothano who didn't seem to react but was still struggling.
"Did it work?" Leo asked as everyone watched.
"I don't know….I can't tell what's going on with-" there was a horrifying unholy shriek from Gothano that suddenly made everyone freeze and flinch as it broke free of the Pink light and surged up flying away so fast no one could hope to catch it.
"DAMN IT!" Satoshi shouted rushing after it only being stopped by the cliff. "NO!" He growled falling to his knees as Mona and Shinji rushed over to comfort him.
"Mikey, any idea what happens now?" Leo asked worriedly.
"I only learned so much about it. But from what I understand he's going to seek out an Apocalypse Trigger. It has to be a person with an incredible amount of Darkness in their heart."
"Not to be cynical but that doesn't really narrow it down. Both humans and Yokai can be massive jerks." Slash replied crossing his arms.
"If the Gothano has to find this 'trigger' maybe we still have a chance. We should hurry back to Oaishu and figure out what to do."
"We're not gonna talk to stupid Dregg. Honest anything he knows can go through the council." Mona assured Satoshi who nodded. Leo looked empathetically at Satoshi, he wondered if being nothing without something was a fear they shared. Then he remembered something.
"WE FORGOT SHELLDON AND DAD!"
"WHAT?!" everyone shouted turning to him.

Shelldon and Splinter raced into the hall running or flying in the drone's case as they arrived into the meeting room. "We're here! I saw the sign! And it opened up my eyes!" Splinter screamed as they raced in the rat man huffing and puffing as he fell to his knees. "And….I'm so out of shaaaaapppee!" he wheezed before face planting into the tile but quickly pulled his head up when he saw everyone walking in annoyed and tired.
Raph turned to his father. "You're too late pops." He said pointedly.
I forgot about those two honestly and decided to make it a joke XP sorry. Jason's maternal surname comes from Shigeru Miyamoto from Nintendo Dean Kendra's surname comes from Mark Dean a computer engineer and inventor.
