"Amazing! The more I look at it, the more complex and amazing it becomes!"

"Really... is this really worth taking time away from my training for?" Naruto was channeling chakra through his body so that the seal on his stomach would appear. He was in his own room, and Yukari had visited him right before he would go and train for the night. She had magical tools with her, including a magical magnifying glass used to analyze what was being looked at in greater detail.

Yukari was drawing a giant sealing matrix.

While his seal looked simple at a glance, when it was broken apart to be looked at, the entire thing suddenly became so incredibly complicated. He knew how his seal worked for the most part, it was 2 seals that were fused together to make a stronger seal, and it was created by the 4th Hokage. It locked away the Kyuubi's chakra inside of him, and allowed their chakras to mix slowly over a long period of time.

"Okay, I finished translating this part... okay... overlap... overlap... Uzumaki... overlap Uzumaki... Tailed Beast?" Yukari was looking at the magically translated terms that were on the tool she was using to translate the vaguely japanese characters. It was incredibly interesting for her, and after the first time she saw it, she had to learn more about it. "Okay, untranslate, and then translate it again, but this time instead of modern Japanese, lets use Japanese from... 70 years ago... okay... now we're cooking!" Yukari shouted out when a much better translation came out.

She started to copy and write down the translated parts.

"... Tailed Beast is the correct word, and I guess the Uzumaki part of the seal refers to me." Naruto pointed out.

She raised a finger.

"No, not unless your name is Kushina Uzumaki, it doesn't refer to you. Well, your name is here too, but at the center of the seal where it designates where something is being sealed inside of... but now this is interesting!" Yukari was having the nerdy time of her life breaking apart and learning how the seal on his stomach worked. If she could learn from it, she would be able to modify the matrix and use it for herself in her magical spells in the future. She could also make inventions.

Naruto was bored.

'Kushina Uzumaki?' Naruto raised an eyebrow at the name.

"Okay, so conditions for unsealing the Kushina Uzumaki chakra seem to be... opening the seal, combating Kyuubi... combating Kyuubi?" Yukari questioned and looked at Naruto. Naruto just shrugged his shoulders, since he had absolutely no idea what she was talking about. "... okay, but this Minato Namikaze unsealing conditions seem simpler. When the seal is about to be opened for the first time, it's set to unseal the Minato Namikaze chakra to... lets see... programming here is a little weird." Yukari untranslated and translated the new section she was looking at.

Naruto was pretty sure he had heard that name before.

'Oh yeah, that's the 4th Hokage's name... I guess he sealed some of his chakra in my seal, and if my seal ever got opened he would close it back up using that chakra.' Naruto was able to piece together that at least, something that Yukari just didn't have the knowledge to understand the signifigance of the name and action. Still, it was a comforting feeling to know that the 4th Hokage had put some more thought into his seal rather than just doing a shoddy job of it.

Naruto looked over Yukari's shoulder.

Naruto shrugged his shoulders.

-Inside his Mind-

"Sup Kyuubi, just dropping in to check something with you."

"Naruto... what brings you here... you have no need for my power as of right now." The Kyuubi opened a massive red eye and looked down at him. He seemed interested in why Naruto was visiting him, since there was no battle going on at the moment. Naruto was also way too laid back with what was going on right now.

Naruto hummed and looked at the sealing paper on the front of the cage.

"Just checking out the seal. Anyway, since we're not in Konoha anymore, you're not a burden to me. Since nobody in this world knows who you are, and nobody has the power to seal you, when I die do me a favor and don't cause any trouble, kay?" Naruto asked as he peeked underneath the paper, and saw the spiral lock on the cage. The Kyuubi stared down at Naruto.

"I am hatred incarnate-"

"Don't be such a dick, just stay in the Yuki-onna village and looked after it when I'm gone. I don't want to make any of my future kids Jinchuriki, so if you promise me you won't go around destroying anything, then I won't seal you into somebody else before I die." Naruto wasn't paying much attention to the Kyuubi. Still, the large creature was silent and stared down at Naruto.

"You are far too comfortable being near me."

Naruto put his hands in his pockets.

"This isn't Konoha, and I have the love and support of my new home village. This was a chance for me to start over, and since I'm starting over, I figured you could start over too." Naruto wanted to let go of all the hate and attachments to his old life that were holding him back. He let go of his desire to save Sasuke, and he let go of his anger at Konoha, in order to move forward and make the best of his new life. He examined the sealing tag on the cage again, and rubbed his chin in thought. "Of course, I don't trust you yet either. Still, I'm pretty sure the hatred in your chakra won't bother me too much now." Naruto pointed out.

"You think you can handle my hatred!?"

"Yep, I know I can. I've never been more filled with love all my life. Still, I don't really need to use your chakra, but I can't exactly set you free without dying. So as long as you promise me you won't destroy my new home when I die, then I won't seal you away and I won't teach any of my kids how to seal you away." Naruto didn't have an issue with setting the Kyuubi free if it wasn't going to be a threat.

There was a silence.

"What a fool you are, trusting your mortal enemy."

"You aren't my enemy, we're roommates. Anyway, I don't trust you, but I'm willing to give you a chance to earn my trust in the future. You don't trust me either, but... ah... now I see what Yukari was talking about." Naruto could see the part of the seal that would unleash the 4th Hokage's chakra as a failsafe. He had never looked for it before, but now that he knew what he was looking for, he could totally see where it was.

Naruto placed his hand on the part of the seal that contained the 4th Hokage's chakra in it.

"I don't believe you."

"We're stuck together either way... so I'm going to start being nicer to you from now on. I don't really care if you believe me or not. Still, if at the end of my life I think you're going to go wild, I can't afford to let you destroy my home. You already killed my Mom... didn't you?" Naruto asked the Kyuubi.

There was a silence again.

"How did you..."

"Kushina Uzumaki's chakra is sealed inside of me... and you were sealed in me the day I was born. I don't know WHO she is, but we share the same last name, and her chakra was sealed in me the day I was born... and I'm the only Uzumaki in Konoha... so... yeah... the 4th Hokage sealed Mom's chakra inside of me because she was dying, she wanted to see me... I'll bet he used me as a sacrifice because you killed my parents, and Mom gave me to the 4th Hokage as long as he would put her chakra in me to meet me one day." Naruto smiled softly when he thought about it.

The Kyuubi was silent.

Naruto raised an eyebrow.

"You should be angrier."

"I always knew you killed my parents dipshit. I mean, I was orphaned the day you were sealed inside of me, so no duh you were the one who killed them. I got over that a long time ago." Naruto didn't really find it surprising. He always knew his parents died when he was born, and he was born the day the nine tails attacked the village. It was easy to just assume they were killed by the monster sealed inside of him, even an idiot could figure that part out by themselves.

Tons of people lost their lives the day he was born.

It was kind of the reason he was so hated.

"You should hate me."

"Oh, I do... I hate you a lot, but I'm going to let go of my hate. I'm going to be nicer to you, and I'm going to forgive you for what you did. This new world is a way for both of us to change for the better." Naruto didn't see the point in holding onto the hate from his old world. The new world he lived in was a much more gentle place than the world he came from, at least the village he lived in was better.

-Outside of Naruto's Mind-

"Okay... so the seal has some kind of hidden key somewhere... damn... I'm stuck without the key. I can't analyze the seal anymore than this." Yukari complained when she noticed a massive gap in the seal that she just couldn't analyze.

Naruto could see it in his mind.

"Yeah, weird." Naruto agreed with her.

"So, do you have the key?"

"Nope, my teacher has the key." Naruto knew exactly where the key to his seal was, and he didn't have access to it at the moment. Even if he did, he wasn't about to let Yukari see the key to his seal, not when he barely knew the girl. He was fine with her studying his seal, because that wasn't as dangerous as her studying and copying the key to his seal.

She touched his stomach.

"So... there is some super powerful being in here?" Yukari asked.

"There is."

"All your power comes from it?"

"No, most of my power comes from me. I'm plenty strong, and I try not to rely on the power inside of me." Naruto didn't like the insult to his hard work. Yukari went back to studying the seal, and she started to translate the translation into her own magical language, so that she could see what she could use to make her magic better in the future.

"Can I borrow a blanket... you keep it too cold in here?" Yukari requested with a shiver.

He tossed a blanket onto her, before he got on his bed and relaxed.

'I don't need to train tonight anyway, tomorrow is mail day, and Pervy Sage sent me a message last month that he was sending something this month.' Naruto didn't have a reason to push himself, since he was sure that he was going to get some new training tool to enhance his training even more than before.

He smiled.

'Kushina Uzumaki... so that's her name.' Naruto smiled with a giddy smirk.

His mother had a beautiful name.
