Ah, yes. The long-lost Yoyle City, currently inhabited by a low(ish) population. Downtown, we can find the lonely Pin, searching for someone.
Pin: Coiny, where are you!?
Needle comes around the corner, severely damaged.
Needle: Hi Pin!
Pin: Hi Needle! Have you seen Coiny?
Needle: Last time I saw him, he was in the FreeSmart Van!
A long, stretchy hand appeared, slapping Needle, before retracting.
Needle (continued): And the van went into the nearby laboratory!
Pin: Thanks Needle! *starts running*
(Meanwhile, at the laboratory)
Book and Ice Cube were standing in the middle of a mess. Shards of glass were everywhere.
Ice Cube: Where is everyone?
Book: We're gonna have to find them, I guess.
Walking around, Ice Cube and Book searched for their missing companions. The room was slightly dark, with dozens of desks and documents.
Book: Too dark in here.
Attempting to find a flashlight, Book searches one of the desks - blindly - for one, but instead switches on a cassette player.
Icy and Book: Huh?
"You ready Shuttle?"
"Sure."
"Alright, in 10, 9, 8, 7..."
"Be careful, we don't know what's on the other side!"
Book (in thought): What's the "other side"?
"...3, 2, 1!"
"Arrival in 30, 29, 28..."
"Has anyone ever thought of time-traveling?"
"Well, since we can travel to other dimensions. I'm pretty sure we could."
"Nah."
"Hmmm, what about the existence of monsters?"
"I'm not so sure about that."
"...10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1!"
"WHAT IS THAT!?"
*roaring noises*
"Ahhhh! It ate Boxy!"
"Run everyone, run!"
"AGHHHHHH!"
The recording ended, leaving both scared. Soon, Pin appeared.
Pin: Hi Book! Hi Ice Cube! *silence* Why are you guys shivering?
Book: C-c-creatures!
Pin: What?
