"Rocke, Arigatou for letting me move in with you guys. Are you sure Piper and your kits won't mind." Kimi asked Rocke. It was night after the sun had went down and Rocke and Piper after hearing Kimi couldn't afford to stay in their childhood apartment, they'd made up their minds to let her move in with them as they couldn't allow her to be on the streets but she was appreciative of her furbeans as she had moved into the house plus Piper was setting up Kimi's room along with answering their kiss's questions
"Sure mommy, you're family even though Juliet's my mommy too." Rocke told her.
She knew about this, as Rocke had been honest and explained about this to her, but she'd told him she'd always love him which filled his heart with love arriving at the Nirohita house entering seeing Piper walking around using her long cane seeing a worried look on his pale furry face helping her despite her telling him she was okay hugging Kini saying her room was ready making her grin.
"Are you alright honey, as it's been a long time since we've seen each other." Kimi said.
"Yeah I'm okay mom. These things happen plus Rocke seems worried." Piper told her. Kimi sensed it was because Piper's sight was starting to get worse knowing the female's sight problems were a touchy subject knowing Rocke loved his Piper not wanting to have anything happen to her seeing Rocke go make tea like in the past when he and Piper had been lil when he'd make her coffee after she returned from all night shifts at the karaoke bar making her smile joining him wanting to help majibg him nod.
"I can't wait for mine and Piper's kits, John and Juilet to meet you in the morning. We've told them about growing up with you." Rocke told her making Kimi grin as she was looking forward to meeting her grandkits making him nod along with Piper
That next morning, Kimi and Piper were up while Rocke had went to bed after being up all night which they got hearing soft, Paddington's footsteps as John and Juilet entered seeing their mom and confused about Kini as Piper introduced their grandmother to them. "This is the Kimi you and daddy talk about, who you grew up with. She's not like us mommy." John and Juilet said making Piper stunned at her and Rocke's kits. "John, Juilet Nirohita we've taught you better and if it wasn't for Kimi, daddy and I wouldn't be here along with you guys." she told them.t
"Sorry mommy, Obaa Kini. Is daddy asleep now." they said making Piper soften.
"That's better, let's have breakfast as you two have school." Piper told them.
Kini smiled at them as they were adorable helping Piper with breakfast as Rocke had secretly confided his worries about Piper's sight getting worse and hated watching her struggle, guessing the kits were worried too putting breakfast on the table hearing John and Juilet thank her and their mom but Kini was making coffee for her and Piper seeing she'd put food aside for Rocke when he woke up when the sun went down. Kimi was checking on Rocke hearing his gentle sleep noises and snorts making her grin.
"Rest well my lil sushi roll. I brought some of our stuff from the apartment." she whispered putting the John and Yoko stuffies that were his favourires when he'd been lil beside him seeing him cuddle them guessing he'd missed her too too like Piper leaving his and Piper's room. Piper smiled getting dressed kissing Rocke's furry head before leaving Ito take their kits to school seeing them leavibg their house as Kimi was using her long cane which Kimi noticed knowibg her sweet Piper was doing that more.
"Yeah mommy's been using it more, even in the house. Daddy's really scared." Juilet whispered to Kini.
"Don't worry guys, I'll help your mommy." Kimi whispered to them. They were arriving at school seeing John and Juilet hug them before running off to join their friends making Kini and Piper leave but going home seeing Piper using her long cane making Kini get why Rocke had been concerned along with her grandkits as they went home doing their own thing seeing Kini unpacking her things seeing stuff from her and Rocke's childhood home
"Yeah, I gave Rocke his John and Yoko stuffies before we left." Kimi told her.
This made Piper smile knowing that had made Rocke more calm and knew he missed out doing things with her during the day despite her explaining that he had to rest as he couldn't run on an empty tank which relieved and eased his nerves and guilt about this which Kini got so could help him out with this making Piper nod.
Later, after the sun went down, Rocke was up, tucking his John and Yoko stuffies into his side of the bed smelling dinner was ready coming downstairs in his slippers hugging Kini making her giggle as well as Piper along with their kits as they had dinner after sunset after Rocke had been sired which the kits understood. "Mmmm it's so good Piper, did Kimi help you." Rocke said to her.
"Yes, she helped me, Rocke don't worry about me. You seem to be doing this a lot recently." Piper told him eating.
Kimi placed a hand gently on Rocke's shoulder which was relaxing him, knowing he cared about her but trying not to upset Piper squeezing his paw gently which was helping him relax only he was doing the dishes making their kits guess he didn't want Piper to get hurt making Kimi understand going over to him hugging him which he needed making Piper smile.
"Go hang out with Rocket, you need it. I'll be okay." she said to him seeing him turn into his bat form surprising Kimi as he flew into the night.
