"Hello, class 1-A scums." Yaomomo and her team groan as they turn around and see Monoma with his team standing there with a smug expression. "I believe you have something that I want."

"I have no clue what're you implying," Yaomomo retorts as she creates a shotgun along with the shotshells. Monoma merely smirked as a pair of horns appeared from his head and shot towards Yaomomo's head, but she shot them down with her shotgun.

"Move back!" Yaomomo exclaims but Bondo immediately spits out glues onto the horses' legs, trapping them. "What the-!? Glue!"

"Oh, my! It seems that Bondo from Team Monoma has managed to immobilize the team! How are Yaoyorozu and her team shall escape!?" Present Mic exclaims.

"I shall be taking that!" Monoma grins as he charges toward Yaomomo, but her eyes glow red briefly before using the shotgun to smack him away, causing the boy to stagger. Tsuburaba takes a breath before shooting solid air to knock the shotgun off Yaomomo's hand and Yanagi immediately uses her quirk to pull the headband from Yaomomo. Still, Tokoyami uses Dark Shadow to grab the headband and keep it from flying to the opponent's hand. Meanwhile, Hanzo uses his quirk to create an iron spear and start breaking the hardened glue on their legs.

Kuroiro uses his chance to use his quirk by putting his hand into Dark Shadow and the sentient quirk feels his limbs go out of control, slowly loosening the grip on the headband. Yaomomo looks at Kaminari before nodding as she summons an insulation cloak around everyone and Kaminari charges his quirk.

"100,000 Volt Shock!" Kaminari unleashes electricity indiscriminately but with a much lower output, shocking the entire group of opponents. The shock was enough to break the glue stuck on their legs, weakening Dark Shadow, Kuroiro, and Yanagi as they all lost their grip on the headband. Yaomomo takes the chance as she discards the cloak, takes back her headband, socks her fist onto Monoma's nose, and grabs his headband as well.

"Go, now!" Kaminari and Iida nod in unison as they both activate their quirk and bolt away.

"….oh, wow. That's a lot of stuff going on in just under a few minutes….." Present Mic mutters in disbelief. "Did you teach them to be this ruthless?"

"No," Was Aizawa's blunt response.

"Sorry that I can't help you much," Hanzo mutters as he wipes off the hardened glue on his iron spear and reabsorbs it into his body.

"Given your position and circumstances, it's understandable," Yaomomo says as she hangs onto everyone tightly, making sure she doesn't fall over.

"Besides, I think if you joined in the fight, I think we would remain stuck as lowering my output will not be enough to destroy it alone," Kaminari says with a grin. "So, I think you help us a lot in escaping, allowing us to survive longer."

"…..Kaminari, did you fry your brain once more? Because you're not acting like yourself." Iida asks with genuine concern, making Kaminari look at the blue speedster in disbelief.

"Revelry in the Dark…" Tokoyami mutters.

"Oh come on! I may not be smart, but I'm not a complete idiot!" Kaminari exclaims as the entire team chuckles. Meanwhile, Monoma rubs his broken nose as he wipes off the blood, sneering at the retreating Yaomomo.

"O-ouch…" Kuroiro groans in pain, the light from Kaminari's quirk affects him badly. He didn't remember getting hurt this badly when he made contact with light for his entire life, so what has changed?

"We're not going to chase after them, not with them running with such speed," Monoma mutters, a hint of displeasure in his voice. He then notices Izuku and his team slowly descend with Manga and his team approach them. "…come on, boys. We got a bigger fish to catch."

Now

In the VIP Booth

"Oh, dear. Izuku's getting surrounded." Inko says in a worried tone.

"I'm sure he will find a way to get out of there," Toshinori reassures Inko while soothingly patting her shoulder.

"I…I know he can….I just simply dislike how it reminds me of when Izuku told everything regarding his bullying…" Inko says softly, which is heard by everyone. Vlad King choked before regaining his composure, guilt slowly building up in his chest. Midnight and Mandalay frowned when they heard about it, both repulsed at the idea of young children being bullied, especially Mandalay who understands Inko very well. Both had no desire for their child not to get bullied.

"What...is bullied?" Eri asks in confusion.

"It's a word describing a person getting hurt by others either by hands or words because the person looks weaker than others," Himiko explains as Eri widens his eyes.

"Izu-niichan….was hurt? L-like me?" Eri asks shakily.

"….I don't know, he never talks about it," Himiko says. Meanwhile, Kota can't help but think, is the bullying he experienced another reason why he chose to be a hero? Kota can't help but feel slightly embarrassed, here he is, crying about how his parents died yet the boy who helped him was hurt more than him, but didn't cry about it, and continued to pursue his dream.

"Come on, you idiot….win this," Kota whispers to himself but is heard by Hackmon and smiles at the boy. He can see the anger in the boy slowly disappear, which is a good thing since no child should have such strong anger within him.

Now

With Izuku

"Explosion boy, laser boy, hit them!"

Izuku and his team barely dodge an incoming explosive strike from mind-controlled Bakugou and a laser barrage from Aoyama. Then, Monoma followed suit by sending glaciers toward them. Eijirou activates his quirk and Armament to shatter it. Thankfully, because Monoma were mere copies, it wasn't as potent as Todoroki's. Secretly, Ochako touches every debris from the destruction and uses her quirk.

"Tsuburaba, caged them!" Suddenly, a cube-shaped solid air shot from Tsuburaba's mouth and trapped the team. Monoma grins widely before it disappears as Izuku merely touches it and it disappears. "W-what!?"

"Wow, the kid's easily neutralized Tsuburaba's air cage with a mere touch!" Present Mic shouts.

"Are we just gonna ignore everything else?" Aizawa asks dully.

"Didn't you hear the teachers of how I use ice and fire!?" Izuku asks before raising his arm to block Ojiro's tail swinging down on him. He flinches when he feels a second impact from the tail as the ground under him cracks.

'Shoda uses his quirk on Ojiro's tail to replicate a technique similar to Convergence Fist!?' Izuku thought before he coated his arms with Haki.

"Get away!" Shinsou shouts desperately as Ojiro jumps back, barely dodging Izuku's attack. Izuku clicked his tongue before his eyes glowed blue and raised his hand to block an incoming fire by solidifying the air, shocking Tsuburaba.

"Hey! He used my quirk!" Tsuburaba exclaims as Izuku uses Gearshift at the solid air and shoots it towards Monoma, who uses a copy version of Tetsutetsu's quirk to break the solid air.

'How does Monoma able to copy other people's quirk!? Did he touch them when we were behind the wall and keep it dormant before using them?' Izuku thought before dodging another attack from mind-controlled Bakugou, not noticing Monoma subtly touching Shinsou.

Izuku stops himself as Koda yelps, turning around and noticing their team is on the corner. Cursing himself, he looks at the two teams cornering him, glaring at them.

"Oh, dear. It seems that Team Miles is in a pinch, driven to the corner. What are they gonna do? Can they escape at all?" Present Mic asks, keeping the spectators on the edge of their seats.

"Look at here, the supposed First-Year Representative, completely driven to the corner," Monoma says with a smug smirk. "What are you going to do now, Midoriya? Perhaps, you would willing to listen to my suggestion? Give the headband up, and forfeit the match entirely."

Izuku wanted to retort but instinctively bit his lips, noticing something was off from Monoma's words and intent. His Observation picks Monoma's intention is to subtly nudge him to speak by goading him and his friends. He was at first confused before noticing how close he and Shinsou currently were, connecting the dots. Monoma had copied Shinsou's quirk and tried to use it on him or either of his teammates.

"What's the matter? Cat got your tongue?" Monoma taunts but Izuku remains silent, which infuriates Monoma a bit. Izuku's team was a bit confused by the sudden silence, wondering why he had not spoken a word.

"Guys, don't reply to him…." Izuku whispers at them, getting their attention. "Monoma's manage to copy Shinsou's quirk and try to goad us to answers." This made everyone understand before they replied 'yes' in a hushed whisper. Izuku frantically looked around before looking at the mind-controlled students. Izuku looked at them for a second before he formulated a plan, but before he could think of one, Shinsou's headband was taken away by a long slimy tongue. This made Shinsou panic and accidentally bumped into Bakugou's head, which gained Monoma's attention and Izuku's Observation senses Bakugou's rage slowly rise like an active volcano.

Taking the chance, Izuku activates Gearshift: Second Gear on himself before dragging his friends and disappearing in a trail of afterimages, getting as far away as possible from the impending doom. After a few seconds, Izuku deactivates Gearshift as he is far away from the two groups.

"In an unexpected twist, Team Mina has assisted Team Miles, giving them a chance to bolt away!" Present Mic roars, causing the stadium to cheer. "Although, it seems that Team Shinsou and Team Monoma are in trouble because of a rogue ally! Oof, talk about an ironic twist of fate…."

"Please warn us next time!" Miles exclaims. "Also, why didn't you use this earlier to escape!?"

"I would rather not use Gearshift on human bodies, especially myself since it consumes my body's oxygen as fast as I move, and it's Recovery Girl's order as she's worried about my health. But, given the current situation, I had no choice." Izuku says with a grimace, feeling more winded than before.

"What exactly happens?" Eijirou says as he feels his body shakes slightly.

"Bakugou breaks out of Shinsou's hypnosis," Izuku says, making everyone understand why. As he said that, a loud explosion happened right where the Shinsou's and Monoma's groups were.

"Did he just blow Monoma's and his teammate?" Miles asks in sheer disbelief.

"He didn't take hypnosis very well, seeing it as a 'villainous' move," Izuku says in a deadpan manner, trying to catch more breath.

"Izu-kun, are you okay? You seem more out of breath." Ochako asks in concern.

"Y-yeah, sorry. With all the ambushes and Gearshift on my body, I'm losing oxygen as easily as a deflated balloon." Izuku says as they continue to run, ignoring the constant explosion that happens in the background. "Also, Ochako, I think you can let go of your quirk now."

"Oh, right!" Ochako says as she deactivates her quirk. They hear screams of pain in the background and turn around to see rubbles and ice hit the groups with both of their riders falling to the ground, disqualifying both teams.

"...oh, wow. Team Monoma and Team Shinsou are both disqualified. I was genuinely surprised at how long they remained in the match with a rogue ally attacking everyone with such brutality…" Present Mic says in a surprised tone.

"Remind me why is he even here again?" Aizawa asks incredulously.

"… Okay, I have no response to that." Present Mic admits.

"Brutal much?" Eijirou says with a wince.

"Given to Monoma and Bakugou, I say no," Izuku says bluntly as the team sweatdrops, not expecting Izuku to be petty.

Meanwhile, Mina and her team can be seen running while holding the points and cheering happily. But, out of nowhere, icicle spikes start to move towards them and freeze them solid. They saw Todoroki staring at them coldly before taking the points away from their grip and going after Izuku's team. The entire team was unable to move as Tsuyu hibernated due to the low temperature.

Meanwhile, Takechi can be seen facing against a large wolf with multiple people riding on his back. Michiru looks at Takechi before grinning as she looks at the point on Awase's headband.

"Sorry, hero course students. I don't plan on losing!" Michiru extends her limbs as they stretch towards Awase, but Takechi grabs the limbs and redirects them elsewhere before Awase uses his quirk to weld metals around Michiru's limbs, locking her on the ground. Michiru yelped as she wasn't expecting such a strategy but Mei used her net gun and shot it toward the team, Kenzo summoned a pair of mechanical limbs with metal saws and tore it apart.

"Sorry, Mei, but I ain't planning to lose either. I'm gonna show every invention I've got," Kenzo says with a grin as Mei narrows her eyes. Pony summons her horns and Yui enlarges the horns before Pony launches it towards Takechi's team. Tetsutetsu turned his entire skin into metal before enduring the attack, but he was knocked back as Awase almost fell if not for the entire team held their bearings, especially Sen who used one of his legs to drill down the ground.

"Holy cow! Those combinations were more deadlier than it seems! Tsunotori's Horn Missile and Kodai's Embiggen managed to bypass our resident tank!" Present Mic exclaims.

"Can you tone down the voice? It's giving me a splitting headache." Aizawa says in an annoyed tone.

'Damn it! That horns were not a joke!' Tetsutetsu exclaims as the horn manages to injure the metal skin, and blood escapes from the wounds. 'I can't believe this….I'm supposed to be the tank here….yet, I can't handle an attack….' Time slows down as Pony summons another pair of horns while Yui enlarges them. Michiru manage to pull her limbs out of the ground and enlarges her hand before swinging it down. Takechi's eyes glowed pink before he moved forward, trying to tank the attack.

'N-no…?' Anxiety and self-doubt slowly crawl out of his inner thoughts. 'My quirk….grants the durability of steel….yet, here I am, crumbling like sand….while my friend had to do it alone…. In the training, I…..I can see everyone improving, but….not for me….I suck at Observation…..I am barely able to use Armament….I….' Tetsutetsu glanced at everyone trying to keep themselves together, trying not to panic. He sees it, everyone is worried, but they're holding themselves together, trying to not give in.

'…what am I doing…' Tetsutetsu grits his teeth before clenching his fists, his metallic skin slowly turning black. 'Stop being pathetic and get up! You're supposed to be a man, be better! Move, Tetsutetsu! Move to help your friend!'

With a primal roar, he gets in front of Takechi and tanks the hit, surprising the boy. Gritting his teeth, he shatters the horn and punches back the limbs, causing Michiru to yelp in pain despite her arms being shock-resistant. Takechi takes the chance and rushes to get the headband, but Ogami tries to bite him. Tetsutetsu takes the attack head-on once more while Takechi climbs into Ogami's back and takes the headband before jumping off. Tetsutetsu punches Ogami on the nose before rushing back, deactivating his quirk and both drag the team away.

"Oh, wow! Tetsutetsu from Team Awase managed to pull a second wind and go beyond, leading to his friend stealing their opponent's headband! What an epic comeback!" Present Mic shouts.

"Oh, man…" Michiru grumbles, holding her bruised hands. Ogami looked at his friend apologetically before they went to chase after the team again.

"You're okay, Tetsu?" Takechi asks in concern, looking at the wounds on Tetsutetsu's arms.

"I'm fine. This is just a scratch." Tetsutetsu grins as he tries to hide the pain. "Good news, I am finally able to unlock Armament!"

"Took you long enough," Sen mutters.

"Come on, let me at least celebrate a bit! Don't bring down the mood." Tetsutetsu scowls.

"Don't worry about the sourpuss here. You know how tactless this peasant is." Awase decided to take his chance to insult Sen, who scowls at the boy.

"I'll show you tactless!" Before Sen could do anything, Takechi karate-chop his head.

"Can we focus more on our current situation? We got big bad wolf chasing after us!" Takechi scolds, reminding them of their situation before looking at Mei. "Mei, do you have any support items to get them off our back?"

"No," Mei says bluntly as everyone looks at her in disbelief, their face turns pale. But before they could say anything, Mei grabs her drone and takes off the screw under it before gasoline starts to pour out of the hole and into the ground behind them. Ogami yelps as he slips on the gasoline-covered floor before he and his riders fall to the ground. The boys stop and stare at the scene blankly before looking at Mei with a dry look.

"…..okay, that was super anti-climatic." Present Mic says in a deadpan manner.

"I hate the fact that I agreed with you," Aizawa grumbles.

"What? You guys ask for support items, I say no. I never said I don't have the solution to our problem." Mei says with a shrug.

"That's not….oh, whatever," Awase grumbles while pinching the bridge of his nose.

As Izuku and his team run, they face-to-face with Manga once more as Togaru clashes with Eijirou once again. Manga uses his onomatopoeia to try to hit Miles, but he manages to shoot the letters flying towards him. Rin blasts scales toward them, but Izuku summons an ice wall to protect them.

"That flashbang was super not cool!" Manga exclaims.

"So is destroying the inventions I built with my blood, sweat, and tears!" Miles exclaims before pulling out a wrench (Which suspiciously looks like Ratchet and Clank's Omniwrench) and bashing Manga on his face, earning a pained yelp from the boy.

"Oof! Such a brutal swing from a young fox! The child has quite a feral side, despite his size!" Present Mic stated.

"Size doesn't make anyone less dangerous," Aizawa says dully.

"Okay, I may have deserved that…" Manga mutters before narrowly avoiding another bash on the head. "Hey, take a chill pill!" But, Miles didn't listen as he continued to try and bash Manga's head. Koda calls rodents to distract Rin, but Rin easily blasts them away while Ochako sneakily uses her quirk on the rubbles around before dropping them on the team, but once again, Rin easily destroys them.

'Okay, this is so not working,' Izuku took a peek at the screen and saw they had 7 minutes left before he shifted his focus to Manga who managed to grab the wrench and toss it away, much to Miles' ire. '….oh, what the hell!'

"Hey, Fukidashi!" Izuku says, getting the boy's attention. "Have you heard of the onomatopoeia 'BAMF'!?!"

"' BAMF'!? What kind of-!?" To everyone's shock, a physical onomatopoeia of 'BAMF' appears out of Manga's mouth before the team disappears in a purple cloud. This of course shocks the entire arena as they didn't expect the team to disappear.

"….I'm sorry, but did Midoriya just make his opponent off themselves with their quirk!?" Present Mic asks in disbelief.

"Ouch!" Everyone hears a shout and the screen shows a camera of the team falling on top of the tree with a bunch of pro heroes watching them in confusion.

"…okay, scratch that. He made his opponents out of bounds by making him teleport himself and his teammate…how?" Present Mic asks incredulously. "…..um, Aizawa?"

"….."

"….oh dear, I think that teleportation has broken my buddy here."

"….did you know that could happen?" Miles asks as Izuku sweats.

"….in theory…." Izuku admits as they all facepalm. But, before they could rush off, they sensed ice spikes moving toward them. In retaliation, Izuku uses Gearshift to summon a wave of fire to counter it.

"Midoriya…" Todoroki says coldly as he and his team approach. Izuku's team suck a breath as they watch Shoto coldly look at them, a flash of irritation visible in his eyes. "You are quite troublesome…"

"Well, I did say I won't make it easy for you," Izuku says with a wide grin, making Todoroki click his tongue in annoyance. Todoroki's team charges at them, and Kendo and Shishida clash with Izuku and Eijirou respectively, Juzo tries to soften the ground, but Ochako keeps him from doing that by floating him. Tokage uses her severed limbs to keep Juzo from floating away while using the rest of the limbs to attack, but Koda summons birds and rodents to take them away as far as possible, much to Tokage's panic. Todoroki pays no heed to his teammates and tries to steal Miles' headband, but

"Oh, I am starting to regret ever teaming up with Todoroki…" Kendo mutters while Izuku raises his eyebrow.

"Why do you even team up with him?" Izuku asks.

"My idiot self feels bad for him being all alone while your classmates already formed your team," Kendo mutters. "Also, him being a powerhouse is also a plus."

"What's the point of powerhouses if they see you all as nothing but means to the end?" Izuku asks. "Just look at Shinsou who just got eliminated. He pulls a risky move to get himself a team but ignores the possible cons."

"Please don't remind me again." Kendo groans before using her embiggen hands to push Izuku back, but he doesn't budge as green lightning flows out of his body and pushes her back instead before knocking her hands away. Eijirou takes a few blows from Shishida before he lands a gut punch on him, causing him to stagger and Todoroki to almost fall. Izuku takes the chance to create a smokescreen by hitting the ground with his quirk, which also causes a slight tremor in the arena. The team immediately bolts off while Todoroki and his team try to get rid of the smoke.

"Are they after us!?" Izuku exclaims as Miles turns his head and sees them rushing towards them.

"Yes!" Izuku grunts at Miles' reply before using Gearshift to summon a large ice wall but is much smaller than the previous one before continuing to run. Not long after, the team heard a loud crash and turned to see Todoroki's team still chasing after them. But, all of a sudden, they see a blur and are followed by a bright yellow flash along with a pain yell. They see Yaomomo's team intercept Todoroki's as Yaomomo herself tries to grab one of the headbands, but Todoroki retaliates by taking hers.

Shishida roars in anger before pushing the team away and Todoroki summons his ice wall to separate them from the team. Momo pulls her shotgun and shatters the wall while Hanzo uses his quirk to create a chain spear and tries to take the headband from Todoroki, but Kendo uses her quirk to catch the chain. Before she could pull, Hanzo detached the chain from his palm.

'I swear to god or whatever deity existed in the universe, the cavalry battle wasn't supposed to be as chaotic as this,' Izuku sweatdrops. Kaminari unleashes an electric charge on Shishida, who reels back in pain while Todoroki, who's covered in frostbites, tries to freeze Kaminari, but is stopped by Tokoyami who unleashes Dark Shadow, forcing Todoroki to reel back. Before they could continue, the buzzer went off.

"All right, the cavalry battle is over! Wow, I have to say, that is one hell of a chaotic battle! Everyone gets their chance to shine and refuses to be outdone by each other! Anything you would like to comment, Aizawa!?" Present Mic exclaims.

"The kids' gonna need to learn what teamwork means," Aizawa dryly remarks, making Present Mic snort in laughter. Everyone sweatdrops but can't refute it, it was too chaotic.

"Anyways, let us see the results for each team!" Present Mic says. "In the first place, we got a group of champions who have defended their headbands for the entire match while pulling so many crazy stunts! Team Miles with a whooping 10,000,810 points!"

"Haha!" Izuku cheers before pulling his entire group into a hug while the 5 of them laugh happily. The majority of the crowd find the interaction wholesome, some even let out an 'Aww'.

"For our second place, we got the group of men who are led by an actual strong female, unlike the one from the dark ages of 'woke' entertainment, Team Yaoyorozu with an astounding 1,855 points!"

"Thank you for the assistance," Yaomomo says as she respectfully bows towards her teammates.

"No need for that, Yaomomo! We're all friends, right? No need to be overly formal." Kaminari says as everyone nods.

"…thank you," Yaomomo says with a bright smile.

"For our third place, it goes to a team that could give a dysfunctional family a run for its money, Team Todoroki with an incredible 1285 points-, Ooof!" Present Mic cuts himself off as he groans in pain.

"…." Todoroki gripped his fist tightly, unable to believe what happened. He was unable to expect his classmates would be able to put up such fights against him. He was pretty sure none of them were that strong when he met them for the first time, so how were they able to do it? He looks at the 2nd place teams approaches Izuku and cheers together before narrowing his eyes.

"And for our fourth place, it goes to our residence's underdog! No one could've expected it, but they did it! Give a round of applause to Team Awase with 1225 points!" Present Mic exclaims.

"Rude much!?" Awase exclaims in disbelief.

"Don't mind Present Mic's insensitive comment get to us. We get to move to the finals!" Takechi says as they all grin widely.

"Then, last but not least, our fifth ranking goes to another group of underdogs, team Togeike! They were able to collect enough points to get themselves into the final round!" Present Mic stated.

"O-oh, god…" Togeike collapses to the ground, letting out a sigh of relief. Komori tackled her and wrapped her into a hug.

"We did it! We all did it!" Komori exclaims happily as Togeike chuckles. Both Sato and Shugo bump their fist with each other, a big grin plastered on their face. Jirou merely smiles as she watches their interactions.

"Oh, wow. This is quite new. We never had 25 students get themselves into finals. But, there's a first time in everything!" Present Mic says.

"Well, then. Before we continue our final round, let us have a commercial break. The competitors do deserve their lunch break after everything that happens." Snipe exclaims as the remaining competitors all sigh in relief, finally able to get a proper rest.
