Flash forward 2months
Rose POV
Scorpius and I had been dating 2months today and things couldn't be better he was the best boyfriend any girl could ask for. Classes were almost over before summer and the end of term and everything was going smoothly I had already aced my transfiguration and herbolgy final and potions was today which would be easy seeing how I was Slughorn top student. I was on my way to class when arms wrapped around my waist. I smiled "hey there" "hello beautiful" a sweet husky voice spoke in my ear. I turned to kiss him and we pulled away and smiled , then walked to class together "any news from your mom and dad about the baby" Scorpius was going to be a big brother he was so excited and nervous at the same time I tried to reassure him that being a older sibling wasn't too bad. "Mom finds out what it is next month dad said she was driving him crazy but he loved more than anything and the both want a girl" he said as we turned the corner and walked into potions. We took our seats and Slughorn explained the exam. It was simple just make a cure for boils potion but then again many people even messed that up. I of course did exceptional. I was brilliant like my mother. Scorpius did great as well because we got a few studying in between our make-out sessions. When we finished our potions we were finally done. So we decide to go and hang out for the rest of the day. We were sitting near the shore a little bit off campus Scorpius stuck his hand in his pocket and pulled out a box I looked up at him a little confused. "Calm down Rose babe it's not a ring." He said seeing my face" I took the box from him and opened it was a heart necklace with a piece for a key etched out of it as I looked up at him to asked where the key was he pulled out a chain that was hidden under his shirt and there was the key that fit perfectly in the heart he now had the key to my heart and I could only hope it would stay that way. I smiles at him blushing he pulled me in his arms and kissed me and when we pulled away and he put the necklace around my neck. We stayed there and watch as the sunset and then we walked to the common to finish packing because tomorrow we were going home, to continue our lives because this was the end of our Hogwarts years. I would go off to be a heeler and Scorpius would work with his father at the ministry. I laid back on my bed and instantly fell asleep.
Scorpius POV
Rose really seemed it like the present I bought her I thought it was perfect as I thought she was perfect. Everything about her was perfect I couldn't as for any one better to call mine. I finished packing my last bag and fell asleep. When I awoke the next morning I grabbed my stuff and walked down to the common room were all my friends and my beautiful Rose stood with their stuff just waiting for McGonagall to come in and give us her end of the year speech before we boarded. She always gave each house and different speech and all the 7th heard it but she always ended with Gryffindor she said she used to be head of Gryffindor before she became headmistress. She walked in and looked at all of us and I could have sworn she was going to cry. "Good Morning 7th Years" she began "look at all of you I remember when each of you put the sorting hat on as 1st years and you were sorted into Gryffindor. Some of you we knew would be placed here and some were quite the surprise but needless to say you have grown so much since then you have become men and women you have learned things that I hope will never leave you. As I stand her before you all I can honestly say that you have been my favorite groups of student to ever set forth in the corridors of this school I hope you all the best in all that you plan to do chase your dreams. And when things get hard I want you to know that it will be okay in then end and if it's not okay then it's not the end." With that she finished and we all erupted into applause she smiles and said "now go get on that train" and walked out. When she was we all ran out excited and a little sad. We were sad that we would be leaving but excited to be starting our lives. When the train arrived and kings cross station, Rose and I walked off hand in hand smiling.
