"With their rather risky incursion upon the Triceraton Arena, the small crew were making their escape which took them a while, they had to fly threw a asteroid belt along of avoiding that of the warships that chased after them. Luckily enough, they got away. Now however came to the difficult task, decoding the data that was stored onto the device that held the information about where the turtles where located. While the Fugitoid was focusing his attention on it, Harley was still learning from the wise rat master who was teaching her much about his ways. Along how to properly handle herself if she or her friend's would be there to help her out."

Unknown Area in Space-Fugitoid's Ship

In the middle of the void of space, was the ship along the crew inside that were right now doing their own business. For Bebop and Rocksteady, they were checking out the digital devices the Fugitoid had along the games it apparently had. Harley and Ivy were both with Splinter, as both women were meditating together to help calm their minds about their predicament let alone where they were at.

"I really don't get this, I've traveled to a literal hell planet as well saw some messed up ship. So how does meditating help..."

Harley complaining on the fact of when she'd arrive on the planet, that she lose her mind or something. Though before she could continue, Splinter whipped his tail on the ground making her stop talking. Ivy, could tell that he was the strict teacher as well the strong one to make even Harley stop talking.

"For most people meditation helps find peace, though for your mind. That is unbalanced as well full of emotion, in which where we will be going. You must find your inner self, let alone accept that our travels will be both peculiar and different."

Splinter offering her some words about that her trip to Apokolips was just one part of the galaxy, they would be traveling across half of the system to see where the turtles would be at. Or rather if they head to another planet, they would need to not let whatever happen distract them.

"Sorry if I'm speaking our Splinter, but both of us are doctors. Along have seen some pretty messed up crap that we had to deal with. Not saying this is helpful, but we can handle what might happen."

Ivy complimenting on the account of that they both were once doctors as well handled strange scenarios let alone problems in their lives. To which Splinter nodded, seeing how he believed in the confidence they both have from what they had been threw on earth.

"Really? then perhaps you know how to defend yourself. Against serunage?"

He asked them let alone of coming at them quick, both Harley and Ivy didn't see it coming. He did that of a fast technique in which sent Harley and Ivy thrown across the ground as well shocked at the fact he did it so quickly. The two groaning from the quick jabs, they looked at Splinter as he merely kept a calm expression on his face.

"Lucky shot Mr. Miyagi. But I can pull that shit off to."

Harley acknowledging him on how fast he moved that fast, though Harley did a quick spin launching herself back up. As well rushing right towards Splinter with a back kick, Splinter saw how she was doing something unpredictable. Let alone of trying to catch him off guard, though he was able to stop her kick.

"I happen to like that movie, I used to watch it with my sons."

The old rat master spoke to her before spinning her to the ground as well going face first. While it was a rough way to learn about what to expect and handle, it wasn't so painful. Ivy, however was thinking about something else which caught her attention since they've met the mutant rat.

"Not trying to sound offense but, how are four turtles your sons? Was their mom a turtle or did they escape from TCRI."

She spoke out on how four turtles could have a father who was both a former human ninja master as well a rat. Splinter, merely smiled at her curiosity as well desiring to know about his connection to them. Helping up Harley, the two women wanted to know how he became a father.

"No, they were normal turtles. After I was banished from the Foot clan, I left to New York. To start a new life if possible, though the Foot have spies. I had no choice, but to travel threw the sewers."

He begun to explain his origin with the turtles, let alone of that when the Foot fell under the Shredder's control. Splinter had to go into hiding to avoid detection, the sewers were the best place to not be seen and have any innocents hurt.

"It was a harsh time living there, as well of how I went to the surface once to collect food. However, during my strolls I happened to notice something, above me was a opening. As well threw the cracks was a boy, who held four baby turtles. A truck almost hit him by accident, he survived. But he dropped the turtles down into the sewers."

Explaining that living in the sewers were rough, along of how he had to keep in the shadows to avoid the Foot from noticing him. As well bringing up the part of how the four turtles landed right onto him, along the next part was where his life changed forever.

"In that moment, when I caught the four turtles. A strange like canister spewed over me, along with the turtles. Changed us, let alone of mutating each of us into. Mutants."

Bringing them up to what was important, of how what fell on them was the same thing that was responsible for the new element that was going around Gotham City. Mutagen, the same stuff that changed both Bebop and Rocksteady as well them seeing the recent mutants.

"Although I still had my humanity, let alone control over this new form. The turtles, they were able to walk. Move, show emotions as well even talk."

Splinter expressing that while the mutagen had turned him into a humanoid rat, it evolved the turtles into that of sentient beings. The last time Harley and Ivy saw a reptile like that was Slash, in which he was rather savage and beastly like. Though from what Splinter explained, the baby turtles were babies.

"After they slowly changed, as well were able to think. I took care of them, as well taught them the ways ninjutsu. So that they could protect themselves as well watch over one another when I am not there. To which lead to, many misadventures."

Finishing his story of how he raised the turtles from simple mutants to that of sentient ninjas, for Ivy. It was strange and wholesome for him to try and start a new life, but for Harley. She was crying a bit seeing how it was a touching story about a fallen ninja master becoming a foster father to four reptiles.

"Sorry, I just love a good adoption story with a parent that loves their kids."

Harley stating as well wiping a tear from her eye, in which Splinter nodded to her in a grateful manner. Soon enough they heard that of some footsteps, in which was that of Bebop who came in to see the three talking.

"Hey boss, and rat. The robot might have found something, looks really fancy like."

Bebop telling them about the Fugitoid has found something out on the Triceraton device. The three followed the warthog to the command deck, in which Rocksteady was by the professor. He brought up on the screen that of charts and possible names of what happened to the turtles.

"After searching through the Triceraton device, it was able to help me figure out what has happened to the turtles. Apparently they were each sold off to a powerful figure across the galaxy. Apparently their unique personality as well knowledge of Earth made them, fascinating."

Fugitoid explaining on how instead of possibly killing them, the Triceratons sold them off like if they were slaves. It made most of them upset along of how they just sold them off to beings that could do heaven knows what.

"So who are they? As well when do we start cracking some fucking heads."

Rocksteady speaking out on how that while the same turtles that beat them on earth had finally gotten beaten. He still should have been the one to do it, as well wanting to do some more fighting. The Fugitoid, pressed a couple more buttons on his control console to try and find any more information on the device.

"That's the problem. Apparently when they were taken, Mozar had scrambled it. Luckily, I was able to locate one of the turtles as well who might have them in their possession."

Fugitoid offering them some hopeful words on where they could locate one of Splinter's sons. Continuing to move his robotic fingers across in which they came up with a turtle, he had a purple bandana along of a bow staff in which got Splinter's attention.

"Donatello."

The ninja master spoke out in which this was the name of one of his sons. Harley and Ivy looked to their mutant muscle to see if this turtle was his son, the two nodded at how they remembered this smart reptile.

"Hey, brain boy there is one of the turtles we used to bang up. He always broke Shredder's toys and we get the blame. As well sometimes he would use his stuff on us."

Bebop expressing a rather upset tone in explaining who the turtle was, in which they looked to see where was Donatello was sent to. They saw the being the Triceratons sold him off to, in which was a green skin like male. He had three circles above his forehead that were purple along light red eyes, he had a cold like look as well of appearing similar to Lex Luthor.

"Your son got sold to Brainiac?"

Harley asked out in which got Splinter concern seeing how she might know this strange alien, seeing how from the look on her face. It appeared she may have either heard or encounter this strange being.

"He's this super smart computer dude schmuck that fight's Superman. He's somewhat of a alien that collects worlds, now apparently turtles now."

Briefing them on what this machine was, in which Honeycutt had heard from as well. His people avoided him due to his impulsive collecting of worlds and people. Typing in where Brainiac was last seen, the five looked to see that of a nearby dying star. Where they saw a planet being destroyed, out of the flying rocks and destroyed world. They saw a ship, a skull like ship with tentacles as well leaving the planet.

"Now that thing look's like Krang's dream ship. All tentacle and weird."

Bebop spoke out at how this ship was the vessel of Brainiac, it would take them a few hours before they could travel to the skull ship. Splinter, remain quiet of how his son could fall into the hands of this world destroyer.

"While he has a warlord status, can he be beaten?"

Splinter questioning Harley's knowledge if this machine had been beaten before, in which she nodded confirming that while Brainiac may be a formidable enemy. He wasn't all invincible.

"Yeah. He's all big head and technology. Put him in a room with someone who has muscle and he can be considered a flip phone."

Ivy stating that he could be overpowered if he had no connection to any machinery or technology around him. It may be a advantage they had if possible, in which the Fugitoid begun to coordinate their location on where the skull ship was. As well prepare for meeting face to face with this destroyer of worlds.

A few light years later

Traveling across the sector the Fugitoid ship had finally found the location where Brainiac's ship was last seen. The ship was arriving to the area as well saw debris of rocks and other types of pieces from the planet floating in space. It was a shocking sight, let alone how it made everyone speechless.

"Where the people at?"

Rocksteady asked at how if a planet was destroyed, there should be people or something to tell if it was populated. Fugitoid tried to look into what happened, in which there was life on the planet. However it was taken, like if it was nothing as well the planet being destroyed in the process. As they continued to venture threw space, along try to find Brainiac's ship.

"I must advise that this might be dangerous. Let alone how if he somehow captures me. Then my knowledge will be his and he can possibly create his own teleportation device."

Fugitoid spoke out that if Brainiac had gotten his metallic hands on him, as well the information on this ship. It be possible to make him impossible to track down, let alone of locate if he was able to make his own teleportation device. Harley, walked over and pats him on his robotic shoulder in a confident like manner.

"Which is why we need you to hide, or possibly put on a cloaking device. Something that going's make you invisible, while we get our hands dirty."

Assuring him on how she and the others will be distracting Brainiac as well have him focus his attention on them than looking for the Fugitoid. Continuing their flight threw the rocks, Bebop was looking out threw the windows to see if the large skull ship was outside. Suddenly the ship stopped as the whole crew fell onto the floor, everyone was taken by the sudden stop.

"Shit Prof, I thought you knew how to drive this thing?!"

The warthog shouted as he was surprised by the sudden break, though he didn't do anything. Something was holding onto the ship in that of a tracking beam, as well how there was something above them. Ivy, took a moment to look at the sides of the ship to see a shadow as well long like tentacles.

"Honey? I think he stole your idea about hiding. Cause he's right above us."

Ivy spoke out as well of them being below the large skull ship, the Fugitoid took a scan of the ship as well above them in which they could confirm they were right underneath his ship. Not taking any chances, Harley informed them to get their weapons in which they did so as Bebop got out that of a laser rifle in while Rocksteady was given a energy based sledgehammer.

"You got something boss? Don't know what this Brain guy has."

Rocksteady asking Harley about what she'd use, in which the clown woman responded by showing her boys a metallic like bat. Which had a energy ring over them, as well had a laser base at the front that looked like it could bash anything.

"Big time, now let's go see this Brainiac."

Harley spoke as well preparing herself, in which the four were about to walk over to that of a door leading to the outside. However, they heard a sudden thud above the ship. The six looked up to see if anything would happen, they begun hearing a hissing type sound. It went into a circular type pattern in which someone was making a entrance. The top part of the ship soon came off, as well a light appearing above them.

"Be ready my friends, I believe there will be a fight to start."

Splinter speaking out as he got into a fighting stance, everyone waited to see what would descend. In which someone did, they saw a pair of long metallic type tentacles looking at them. They struck the group as well pulled down a man, having green skin along a black metal armor around his body with dark pink lights around him. It was Brainiac, everyone stepped back preparing for the worst in his pupils were red.

"Status, three genetically altered Terrans with animal DNA. Two chemical infected Terran females, one cyborg with a human brain. Analysis, you are the ones that the Triceratons are targeting."

Brainiac acting like a machine as well scanning the six, before he could continue. Both Bebop and Rocksteady rushed them as well tried to get the jump on him, however Brainiac's robotic like tentacles grabbed their throats. He slapped both of them against each other as well throwing them to the side. The alien machine looked at them to see if they would attack him.

"Hey there Brainiac, I bet you heard of me? Harley Quinn. Joker's Ex? Went to join the Legion of Doom? Possibly became Darkseid's newest general?"

She asked him to see if he may have knowledge on her, Brainiac took a moment to do a quick scan across her along her assailants. Took seconds before he could pull up the data on the earth woman.

"Indeed. Harleen Quinzel, your mind is half compassion and chaos. Along that your seat in the Legion was brief, I read it on Lex's blog."

He responded to her as well how that not knowing to Ivy or the others, Harley knew that Brainiac. Was apart of the Legion of Doom, the first one apart of his roster. Splinter looked at the machine waiting to strike the right move, Brainiac. Looked at the mutated humanoid as well could tell from his expression he was angry with him.

"I recognize you, the once human called Hamato Yoshi. Born in Japan, raised in the ancient ninja clan called the Foot. Your son has told me much, if you wish to meet him of course."

Explaining to Splinter about the background on him, as well how his son was alive. Brainiac, looked upwards as well used his tentacles to pull him up. They all saw how he went up the hole as well not bothering to look at the Fugitoid. No one knew who would go first let alone see if Splinter's son was safe.

"Well that wasn't as sure shit creepy. So who's going.."

Before Ivy could finish her question about heading up into a strange ship with a possible dangerous alien machine, though the one to answer it was Harley seeing that she wasn't going to get punk by the alien. Splinter, looked at Ivy seeing that this might be a trap. The two bravely went up threw the hole without the two knocked out mutants. As they would try to catch up with Harley before she would either beat Brainiac or have him capture her.

Aboard Brainiac's Skull ship

It's common knowledge to not let a enemy's words fool someone, for Harley Quinn? It was just a way to find a rather painful manner to make her enemy pay. Walking through the hallway of the ship, she could tell from the structure was this looked similar to the Legion's signature base look. Keeping her bat close as well not taking any chances, gripped the handle as well kept calm.

"Ok Splinter, time for that lesson to kick in."

Telling herself about how while visiting Apokolips was something that of the first steps for her in space, this was considered that of a leap. Into meeting another powerful figure, along of not knowing what might happen next. Continuing her walk, Harley walked over to that of a room. In which she noticed something rather alarming.

"Son of a small world."

Harley speaking out speechless as she was looking at cities, or rather shrunken ones in glass containers. She couldn't count how many where here, as well above her in which it seemed what the Fugitoid said was true. Brainiac had stolen several cities and collected them, walking across them she noticed on by the side. Harley went over to see that of small like animal citizens in the shrunken city.

"This would make one hell of a exhibit show at Gotham, in a weird mad scientist way."

Talking to herself as well checking out some of the cities, as she got close. Harley felt someone from behind her. Not taking a chance, she hurls her bat behind her in which it was stopped by Splinter. Who was with Ivy as they followed her from behind.

"Never venture alone in danger without a team."

Splinter speaking to her as well how that they were lucky to find her here, in which the two looked at the gallery of planets stuck in jars. As they continued to look around, they heard a certain tapping. It was coming from the other room, in which the three rushed to see what was making the sound. As the three prepare to handle whatever was making the sound, they pulled out their own type of weapon.

"So, can we actually do this as a team then Harley?"

Ivy asking Harley in which she seemed annoyed on how they were lucky that nothing bad happened to her. Heading inside of the room where they heard the tapping sound, they were shocking seeing something that made Splinter stop moving. It was a laboratory, several robots across the side working as well someone at a char. It was green bald headed like male with a purple bandana, as well working on something.

"It's one of Brainiac's weird robot clones, I'll get em."

Harley thinking it was some sort of clone, in which she rushed right towards the clone. Splinter was going try and stop her, however the strange. Quickly turn it's head, leaping right over her with agility. He pulled out that of a wooden staff, spinning it around. He lands right behind Harley as well kicks her legs, and spins her staff to the ground.

"And here I though the first sign of help from earth would be friendly."

He spoke towards Harley, as he turned around showing his full face. In which it was a adult size turtled, along having a pair of glass's over his head. This was one of Splinter's son's, Donatello. Noticing his dad, Splinter stood there shocked to see his son safe as the turtle rushed over and hugged him. As the two engaged in a father and son hug, Harley stood up a bit biffed from the surprised attack.

"From how you dropped me on my bum, I can see the resemblance between you two."

Harley responding as she walked to Ivy seeing how they were hugging, like if it had been months since they've seen each other. While the moment was great, Ivy snapped her fingers in which the two noticed the villain women.

"Sorry for the interruption. But I'm sketchy when it comes to bonding moments, but from the history we've heard about Brainiac. How do we know that your you."

Ivy expressing that of a not so trusting attitude in this situation since it felt to easy for them to all be seeing him so easy. Though the moment was interrupted by footsteps, in which they all turned seeing that of Brainiac with his arms crossed behind his back.

"Because I would not try and control a fascinating terrapin, who's knowledge goes beyond human standards. In which he can explain."

The alien robot telling the three, in which Donnie nodded to his response as there was a lot to cover. In which he walked ahead to which the three didn't know whether to follow. But Splinter, could tell from how Donatello was responding to the situation. Though they had no choice, they followed the two in which they would hear from the mutant turtle about what has happened.

Command deck

Passing through the hallways, Donatello was explaining to both his father as well of Harley and Ivy about the capture. Along of how he ended up in Brainiac's ship, as well went to the care of the alien machine.

"So after the Triceratons gave me to Brainiac. He got me away from them, seeing how they aren't fond of intellectual types. Dad, he heard about us. On earth, with Krang and everything else."

The turtle explaining to the three about how he was taken away from the Triceratons for safety. As well how that he had studied the turtles as well their exploits, going to the deck where Brainiac controlled the ship. He pulled up recordings of the ninja turtles, their adventures as well of their battles with many strange like beings on earth.

"Quite the gallery of fandom you have here Spock."

Harley noticing how each video was collected by year, month and day. As well how from what the two villains had dealt with in Gotham, Splinter had his sons did so much in their time in New York.

"When I heard about the turtles being captured, I had to acquire them. Especially the one they call Krang, but to no luck. Others took the rest, no sign of the Utrom. However, I was fortunate to have the smart mutant."

Brainiac explaining to them that he was going try and get all of them, but found only Donatello. While Splinter was angry about how this being was buying his sons, Harley stopped him seeing that this was a good time to listen.

"So then what, possibly do something weird or perverted with four turtles?"

Ivy speaking out seeing that with the past history with him and the people on earth, as well the design of the ship with tentacles. The ideas of the robot doing something with the turtles were endless, though Brainiac didn't understand the question as he continued his conversation with them.

"To study them, learn of their genetics as well the beings they had encountered. Unlike the possible meta beings you've met with derange plans, I only hunt for knowledge. Which is why I stopped destroying worlds and fighting, to preserve them. Such as the last planet, in which I was able to rescue and shrink them. Right now Donatello is aiding me in finding a place for them to recolonized."

He explained to them about how he was done being a super villain as well affiliating himself to battling Superman and destroying worlds. But to preserve them as well seek their knowledge in a more peaceful manner, Donnie walked over to the controls to pull up a map of the system they were in. So far they saw three colored like blimps which indicated the others.

"With his help I was able to figure out where the others are. Since the mutagen in us have a rare code, me and Brainiac found a way to find the others."

The purple masked turtle telling them as he designed a map where they could find his brothers, it felt to good to be true. As well how it looked perfect, though for Harley. Merely gripped her bat in a defensive manner, seeing how she couldn't exactly trust Brainiac.

"What do you get out of this then? Because I know for a egomaniac like yourself want something yes?"

Harley questioning him on the account, to which the alien nodded. Brainiac had his metal tendril going towards his table, in which he showed her a tablet. The white skin clown woman took a look, as well showing a recording of the Triceratons trying to move across the galaxy securing areas.

"There is something off with the Triceratons. They had no trouble selling him to me, but now their emperor desires their return. I do not know why, but I wish to know. Record for me, consider it a trade."

Explaining to her about the sudden shift with the horned aliens of why they now want the turtles, which made no sense. Harley, merely nodded taking it as it seemed Donatello's stay was done. The others noticed this as well how Donnie was bringing a map to that of Ivy's gauntlet. Splinter, walked over to Brainiac as well merely bowed to him in a form of respect for watching over his son. Even though he did take him, he did nothing to the turtle.

"We should hurry on, can't exactly stay in one place now right?"

Ivy asking them seeing that if they had time, they could get going with finding the other turtles. Making sure their goodbye with Brainiac was quick, the four left the large robotic ship. As well saw the entrance that Brainiac made to the Fugitoid's ship patched up. The Fugitoid looked at their arrival as well Brainiac's departure from them.

"How was it? Did he offer something to you?"

The professor asking them about if he did anything to them, only the one thing he was given was from Ivy. Which would be a map to finding the turtles, as well possibly anything else Donnie was able to bring out from Brainiac's ship in order to help them out. While it was good this rescue didn't end in a dangerous like situation, the robot only hope that the rest could go off easy as this one.
