"It was a scientific breakthrough for Ivy, after all these years of studying plant life as well learning the ways of manipulating it with nothing but the wave of her hand. She has able to genetically give plant life a boost, or in which case if Frank a makeover after adding her own research with that of the mutagen that was stored within Rocksteady's blood. Harley was a bit upset with how that was the same method that happened to her when Scarecrow used her blood to make it into a weapon. Which resulted in a lot of death and destruction, except now that destruction came at the price of the mall that was their home for two years. Luckily, they had a back up home that Enchantress had kept just for something like this. The first Legion of Doom's base, as well currently the home of Sy."

Gotham City Forest-Legion of Doom Base

It was a rough moving day for everyone seeing how everyone put a lot of effort into making the mall into their home. Though no home is forever, luckily Sy and June were more then happy enough to bring their friends items and other possessions to the lair. While the others were getting settled in, Ivy was right now continuing her project in turning the city into a tropical paradise. However it came in a form of Frank, who was floating in the air enjoying his newfound abilities like if he was a nerd getting his wish come true.

"It's a bird, it's a plane, it's Frank the mega plant bitches!"

Laughing at how he could levitate without dropping to the ground, by the side was Ivy who was writing down much of Frank's evolution. His increase size and body mass were quite a change, however him getting abilities was a new one.

"Listen Frank. While my research for plant and fauna life is simple, it was a headache understanding mutagen. So I'll make it simple, for people it can turn them into either animals or globs of shit. However for plant life? It seems to increase your DNA ten fold."

Stating to the now actual walking and moving Frank the plant as it seemed the Venus Fly Trap wasn't listening as he discovered another ability of his. Which involved making things float, making several pebbles spin around him. He barely listen to her seeing that what he had become wasn't a mistake, but more of a blessing in disguise for the likes of him.

Going to the ground and into position, Ivy straighten her back as well calmed herself during the moment. Frank looked confused at the sight of how she would be the one trying this type of activity.

"Meditating? That's what I did when I was a potted plant. Forget that shit, I'm going.."

Before he could continue to banter about being reborn into a possibly plant god, Ivy grabbed his foot and dropped him to the ground. This surprised the plant on how she ignored his banter while also being focused at the same time. Breathing in and out, the fly trap saw how calm Ivy was along ignoring almost everything around her.

"Splinter told us that meditation helps find our inner selves, not just peace and emotion. Ignore everything around you and focus on yourself."

Remembering the lesson from the ninja rat as Frank was confused about who she was talking about since when she came back from space. He was still back at the apartment as well passed out from smoking a bit of weed, however Ivy was still focused on meditating.

The two pointed their nose over at the base where Ivy could tell something going on inside of the base. Following the hyenas as well wanting to check out what was going on, heading into the base she saw how most of her supplies and everything else was placed back in. However there was another sound being made in the backroom, which was like a bunch of utensils were being thrown around.

Questioning the moment as Ivy got a better hearing of what was making the sounds, which was apparently several musical instruments. Heading down the hallway as well checking on one of the rooms, she saw in front of her Harley on a guitar while Bebop and Rocksteady using different instruments. King Shark was in the back on drums as the four were doing a practice.

"They've been at it for a hour after they brought your stuff in. Along that during their unpacking they found some of the original Legion of Doom's old instruments."

June stating who was watching the performance as the green skin woman could see how the instruments looked old as well belonging to several villains who lived here in the past. The four were dead set on playing with the instruments as Harley noticed in front of her was Ivy, who saw the performing as she had to get the boys to stop practice.

"Hi Ivy. This is kinda awkward, this was suppose to be a surprise for when you takeover Gotham we do a performance. Like how I did when we blew the city up? But we're doing it for you, though it's hard since some of us are arguing who gets the drum solo."

Explaining that the practice was for when Ivy's plan had succeed they'd do a performance for her. Though it seemed to be a problem as Rocksteady and Shark had a argument between who would play the drums better. While it was a nice gift for her, she still had a lot of work to do and it was to early to do a victory performance.

"Seriously this place has so much shit I didn't think we find. Apparently Sy was going sell this stuff online, fat chance now. This bad boy is property of the 'Outlaws for Life'! Band name we came up with."

Bebop announcing the band name for them as Ivy could see how they were already set on the band. Before she could suggest a idea on how they could maybe take a break for them to get several things for her, several footsteps came from behind her as it was Clayface who was holding his phone.

"Friends! Apparently Sy has hooked up across the whole internet, plus the current events of upcoming movies like the Thomas Wayne origin story I'm trying to enroll."

Sounding excited as the others rushed over to check out what else Sy could do since his virtual conscious was now uploaded to the mainframe of the base. Ivy now felt ignored seeing that while this was her master plan of making Gotham go green, it was still messed up she could mess around with her friends. June noticing this walked over to try and be a friend since it seem Ivy might need one.

"You know it wouldn't be that bad to spend time with them. Take a moment off the evil plan and enjoy being near people? I mean, once things go to hell with Gotham becoming a living garden. We might not get moments like these."

Exchanging some words of comfort for the scientist seeing that while Ivy was working on the project. Everyone else was here having fun and keeping busy, it was good seeing Harley like this. Though as she continued to lose herself in the moment, she began to think about something when Clayface brought up Sy.

"Hang on. If Sy is hooked up to the internet, wouldn't that mean he isn't in the base. Who's looking over the security cams?"

Asking the group since while Sy was able to transfer himself to any type of device, that would mean he left the Legion of Doom's system. Realizing how the last time they got distracted which left them almost killed by the Foot, they knew something might be outside waiting for their chance to attack. Grabbing his sledge hammer Rocksteady decide to go out thinking that type of question would lead to a attack.

"Come on you mother fuckers! Wanna jump on us during a band practice is a death wish!"

The rhino announcing as well letting out a roar making sure to scare off any attackers or anyone who might be near by. Except no one was here, it was silent. Gripping his weapon tight he soon felt someone tapping his shoulder making Rocksteady jump as well swinging his hammer. Luckily it was Bebop who managed to avoid the hammer.

"My man! You almost hit me, bros don't hit each other without acknowledging the rules. We hit each other when it comes to food, movies and comparing which of us has the best kills."

Reminding him about the rules whenever they fight each other as the rhino nodded, however what they didn't notice was the newly formed Frank gone. The others came out realizing that Frank was gone, leaving Ivy to panic as the others decided to try and look around if he was possibly hiding.

"Shit! I knew I should have brought Frank in, it was stupid to leave him out here. I mean who the hell would kidnap a asshole like him?"

Starting to blame herself for not thinking about possibly the one plant that could help her with terraforming Gotham. Just as Ivy was about to blame herself even more, Harley stopped her seeing that she was losing herself right now.

"Listen. Whoever did it seemed to have a thing for plants, but whoever did it didn't know who they were stealing from. So we just need to find whoever did it, and then beat the shit out of..."

Aspiring Ivy to keep calm and them going find out who might have done this theft. They heard a sudden yelp from the side as it seemed they found a clue, turning over to Bebop it seemed he might have stepped on something. Taking a moment to sit down, the group looked at whatever the warthog might have found.

"Looks like our thief wasn't so smart, since they might have left a. Whatever it is, but it's actual gold."

King Shark stating as he took a moment to gnaw on the pin which was a set of owl eyes. Harley checking out the pin, she grabs it as she gotta better look at the pin seeing how there was a memory locked within her mind. The others looked at Harley as she was biting her lip seeing how she had seen this before.

"It's literally on the tip of my tongue. Joker had this whenever he went out to play softball, I mean what kind of softball team would have a owl."

Someone adding their own voice to the moment as the others turned seeing Enchantress who had taken over June as this was a important moment. Walking over the witch took a look at the golden owl pin recognizing the symbol.

"It's the Court of Owls. Basically any other secret society that believed to be the top of everyone. I was once a member since I bonded my soul to this baroness, but then there was a incident with their elite assassins called Talons. Needless to say a whole lot of people died and especially my host. Right now their basically a group of rich old folks jerking each other off."

Enchantress giving them a brief history about another group of criminals which valued their status and power they had build up. Though it didn't matter seeing how Harley was going make sure whoever did it would regret stealing from her wife.

"And let me guess, you have something from the court since you like to steel from them?"

Ivy suggesting since Enchantress seemed to be the type to leave any group before the drama started. Smiling at the words she brought out four masks which were owl based, handing them out to Harley and Ivy. They also gave to Bebop and Rocksteady seeing how they'd need the muscle if there might be any assassins at their location.

"From what I was told there having another meeting at someone's mansion. Password is hoot hoot, stupid I know. But while you four learn how much that bundle of a group has change, I wouldn't mind looking over the place and joining the band."

Offering them assistance if the four were going to head out to find the Court of Owls. While also turning over to Clayface and King Shark with a smile seeing how she got interested with the band. While the two got worried about their witch playing with them, the others would be heading out to see who stole Frank and what the reason was.

Night Time-Court of Owl's Mansion

Several blocks away and having a set of cars lined up to a mansion, was the place where the Court of Owls meeting being held. The four Outlaws looked at the sight while also having their mask covering their faces, so far everyone was coming into the front entrance along saying the password. Heading to the front doors they saw a cloaked figure with the same owl mask, he waited for a response as the four didn't know who would say the password.

"Hoot hoot."

Harley talking first as it seemed the bodyguard accepted the code, allowing the four entrance they each took a moment to look around the room. It was large as well filled with several cloaked figures with masks, as well other individuals who seemed easily recognizable.

"Wow. I guess they don't care about people who aren't monsters, I mean there's Killer Croc and Bane."

Rocksteady pointing it out as they could see the two villains by the side looking upwards to a balcony. Suddenly the lights shinned upon it as well numerous individuals began to come together and view what might possibly be a announcement.

"Don't do anything yet, lets just see who's in charge and then look around the place."

Ivy whispering to the four as they seemed hell bent in looking for Frank. Though it didn't seem like a good time since they couldn't expose themselves, merely nodding to her decision. Bebop asking since he and Rocksteady had seen a fair share of secret groups when they were in the Foot clan. However now it seemed they had to get on the mission in figuring out who might have kidnapped Frank. As they continued to talk with several people who looked like candidates in kidnapping Frank, Bebop was checking out the table which had a buffet of food lined up for the guests.

Asking the one who pulled him to the side as it was his former ninja boss now possible girlfriend since the times they used to hang out. The kunoichi looked both annoyed at how this seemed like a bad moment to be in a place like.

"Shut up, and start talking. Because I know a idiot like you wouldn't be involved in this scene."

Questioning the warthog on how out of all the places he would visit, a mansion with a bunch of wealthy people wearing owl masks and cloaks would be the last place to be. Bebop snorts at her seeing how he could ask her the same question.

"One of these schmucks stole a friend of ours and we're going question them. What about you? Wanna try and take on those 'Talons' I got told about?"

Thinking about with how deadly Karai might be in a fight, she would often find about others who would be better then her. However Karai could see how Bebop would focus on the small matters and not think about the important things that might be going on.

"I'm observing the Court since they've been around for a while, and with how you and the others been running around. I want to make sure they don't try and make any owl mutants."

Expressing that with how mutants were becoming a trend here in Gotham due to several them being shown in the city thanks to the two. A group like this would try to make their own mutants to influence their power across the city, though it seemed threw the moment it seemed just like any other gathering rich people mingling with one another. With the two talking, they noticed Rocksteady coming over with Shinigami as the two found each other during the commotion.

"Senpai. I believe this isn't a group that's interested with possibly making any mutants or anything to deal with the Talons."

The witch woman stating along Rocksteady agreeing seeing how while the rhino met up with Shinigami, they were given by the waiters what seemed to be a bottle of lotion. Getting a better look at it, the title was called 'Legion of Dildos Spermicidal Lubricant'. Looking confused about it, Bebop looked at his friend trying to figure it out.

Seeing how now it seemed like a good reason to leave, they got over to grab their still petrified muscle and regroup at the base seeing how they may have found a idea of who might have taken Frank. While also making sure to strike off one group from possible threats that might try and be a bother, seeing how the Court might not be the same dangerous group they heard in the past.
