Enrolling to Citadel Academy

Aqua woke up the next day and rubs her head, what was that dream. Was it even a dream at all as it felt so real. Either way she gets up and gets sorted out before getting dressed in her school uniform and sits on the bed.

'That dream was so weird…Ruin…Rehabilitation…' Aqua thinks about it. 'What does it all mean…?'

"Looks like you're up now." Vito is head as he enters, he was wearing his usual clothes along with a brown jacket and a white fedora what with a blue stripe around the base. He said "Well then, let's go introduce ourselves properly to the staff about your transfer."

"Okay then" Aqua said nodding to him

"The school you're attending is in the Galactic district." Vito explained to her "It'll take a while to get there by train. The transfers are real hassle, as well. I'll be driving you there, but for today only. Let's go."

"Okay I will get my bag" Aqua said to hi,

Vito nods and goes to head downstairs but Aqua hears him say "Sheesh…high school girls usually aren't allowed in my passenger seat."

Aqua sighs and get up and goes to grab her bag.

A while later they arrived at Citadel Academy it was sleek and looked futuristic type of building and Aqua was amazed by it. After parking the car, Vito leaves his hat in the car as they approach the school entrance.

Vito stops by the gate and says to Aqua "Do me a favor and behave yourself, all right? Don't get the wrong I don't care what happens to you. Just don't cause me any trouble."

"I understand." Aqua said nodding.

The two walks into the school. A while later they were in the principal's office where Vito was signing some paperwork. In it was the principal and one of the teachers.

The principal was a middle-aged man with a mane of tan/gray hair and a beard also a lion tail of the same colour. He had a tanned complexion with brown eyebrows and dark brown eyes. He was wearing an brown greatcoat with a matching mantle, which had cross emblems on each side. He also wore a white dress shirt under his coat, a western necktie and carried a pocket watch with a lion head on it as an emblem. He also wore dark brown slacks and dress shoes. His name was introduced as Leo Lionheart.

The teacher was a very beautiful, graceful, and fairly tall young woman with a slender yet curvaceous frame. She has long, straight, black hair reaching her mid-back with short bangs framing her forehead and upturned red eyes. She splits her hair into two parts and crosses it over her head, securing it with a headband and forming two thick locks of hair that reach below her chest. She was wearing a semi-backless red off-shoulder sweater with black tights, a red skirt, and brown-heeled ankle boots. She wears a white headband and a pair of dangling gold earrings in the shape of small spikes. So far her name hasn't been mentioning in the meeting.

Leo looks at Aqua serious and said "To reiterate, just so we're clear, you will immediately be expelled if you cause any problems. If you were to ask my opinion, you're nothing but a liability, but we had our circumstances to consider…"

"Whatever you might've gotten away with in your hometown…those days are over." Leo added to it "If you are thrown out from our school, there will be no place for you to go. Keep that in mind."

"I understand Principal Lionheart, I promise not to cause any problems." Aqua said bowing to him.

Leo nods and motions to the teacher and said, "This is the teacher in charge of your class."

"I'm Yor Forger." The teacher said finally speaking, through from her tone Aqua picked up she sounded a bit tired or didn't care. "Here's your student ID."

Yor places the ID that had Aqua's picture on it but there was a folded up pink paper underneath it. Just before Aqua was about to inquire about it, Yor sees it too and swipes it away. No one questioned it so Aqua just took her ID.

"Be sure to read the school rules. Any violations will send you straight to the guidance office." Yor explained "And if by chance you cause any problems, I won't be able to protect you at all." She then look to Leo "…That IS your promise, right, principal Lionheart?"

"Correct, she is responsible for all her actions." Leo said nodding.

"But really though, why me? There should've been better candidates." Yor said concerned "One who didn't have to concern a husband and a young daughter."

"It was a sudden transfer, and you class was the only one that had an opening." Leo said sighing "and if you think she would cause your family to worry about your safety, I will gladly help explain it to Loid to put him at ease."

"If you're done explaining thing, you mind if we get going?" Vito asked them. "I do have a store to get back to."

"Vito, please keep a close eye on her." Leo said to him "Don't let her cause any trouble outside…"

"Well, I'll be sure to have a serious talk about the situation's she's in." Vito told him.

'Seriously I get it…how many times are they going to have to nail it into my head?!' Aqua thought to herself sweat dropping.

Yor sighs and said "Come to the faculty office when you arrive at school tomorrow. I'll show you to your classroom"

Aqua nods and walks back to the entrance with Vito. She looks at the school halls and liked how they looked to her.

"Everyone's giving you the cold shoulder." Vito said sighing as he stops near the entrance to talk. "That's what having a criminal record will do to you. Take it from me, your past will follow you wherever you go."

"I guess that is true." Aqua said nodding.

"By the way…if you get expelled now, I won't hesitate to kick you out. Understand?" Vito told her.

"Yes, I will be careful, promise." Aqua said to him.

"Hmph…" Vito said thinking and sighs smiling "School seems to never change, huh? Come on, let's head home."

"Right." Aqua said and follows him out the building.

Meanwhile Yor was walking through the courtyard, thinking about her new student and was dreading what fresh hell she was put into.

"What a troublesome situation." A male voice said to Yor and she looks up and sees a black ponytailed hair with icy blue eyes and athletic build. He wore a red tunic with a yellow collar and a long V-cut neckline, black tights, a brown belt with a gold buckle around his waist, and brown boots trimmed with golden and yellow gloves. Yor knew him as a fellow teacher, Gaston LeGume, Citadel Academy's PE Teacher.

"I can't believe they pushed someone with a record on me." Yor said sighing "A more qualified teacher would be better suited for this…"

"Why in the world was someone like that admitted here?" Gaston said sighing and shaking his head.

"Who knows? It was a sudden decision from Leo." Yor admitted to him. "He told me it was for the school's reputation."

"Ha! I wouldn't thought that my volleyball team has contributed more that enough to cover that." Gaston said laughing "After all what is better than a graduate who won Olympic gold for the school teaching the next generation for school rep."

"That is certiantly true." Yor said nodding.

"You should be careful, okay Yor?" Gaston said to her "Through if anything were to happen, I'd kick a student like that right away."

"I am sort of wishing she'd just end up not coming to school." Yor admits to him. "Still, that isn't something I should be saying as a teacher…"

"Anyway, I should be returning to practice." Gaston said to her.

"Oh, that's right. The tournament's coming up, isn't it?" Yor said remembering.

"Hehe, having such hight expectations placed on you by others is quite a problem in itself." Gaston said chuckling. "We'll have to work hard to make up for the track team too."

"Yes…that's true." Yor said sadly, she remembers when Gaston pushed for the track teams disbandment, she felt like it caused more problems then helped but she can't say anything. She sees Gaston walk off and said to herself "Why'd it have to be my class."

We come back to Aqua and Vito who were in the latter's car heading home. Vito had his hat back on and they were currently stuck in traffic.

"Uuugh. Traffic isn't moving at all…" Vito said annoyed. "You are seriously taking the train from tomorrow onward." Aqua nods understanding "…Anyway, how was it? I'm talking about the school. You think you can manage going there?"

"It will be tough, but I think I will be able to manage" Aqua admits.

"Well, you bought it on yourself through for it to be tough." Vito told her. "Still, you were expelled once already. To think you'd re-enroll at a different one. I wouldn't expect anyone to be sympathetic with you."

"I guess that is true" Aqua said.

"…If that's what it was like at school, people might say stuff about me in the future too…" Vito said "What a troublesome kid I've taken in…"

"So, why did you take me in?" Aqua asked him "I would like to know why you accepted."

"Nothing special, I was asked to do it, and I just…happened to agree to it." Vito told her. "Plus I was already for it too, after all so I figured best uphold my end of the agreement."

"…And now back to today's top stories." A Newscaster on the radio said stopping the conversation "A subway train has derailed, severely affecting the timetable across all of-"

Vito sighs and groans "…Another accident? That explains why it's so crowded. There's been a lot of them lately."

"Yeah, I even heard about these before moving here" Aqua said in agreement.

"It is not easy to hear about, there was actually a real sad one just last month…" Vito said sighing. "It happened before you came here. If memory serves me right, the girl that passed away was only fifteen." He looks down "Her parents have got to be just…"

The radio suddenly speaks up again as the newscaster said "…All traffic around Vale Station is being redirected due to the accident, so drivers should expect jam-packed streets."

"Oh, come on!" Vito said annoyed.

We come to the Subway, several hours before the subway train accident, where we see several passengers waiting for a trains.

"The inbound train will soon be arriving at platform number 1" The announcer girl said "Please wait behind the yellow lines"

The people wait when all of the suddent the E-train on the line speeds past them at several of them lose balance from the gust of wind the train generated racing past.

On board the train the passengers were panicking and wondering what was happening and why the training was at full speed. One passenger bangs on the door to the conductor controls and called out "Hey! What's going on?!"

The conductor however didn't hear any of this. His hands were on the controls having pushed the acceleration all the way, his eyes were completely white no iris and he mouth was leaking out black liquid. It was like he was not completely there or aware what he was doing.

All the sudden the train begins to strain and then falls off its track making several passengers lose balance scaring them a lot more.

At the next station the announcer said "We're experiencing technical difficulties in the lower line." The people waiting for the train could hear the scraping the train was making on the line as it approaches.

A Scout Trooper who works as security for the Subway was peering down the tunnel from the platform and reports "I have a negative on visual. Oh Sc…" He then yellsas he moves to get out the way,

The reason for that is the train Then come bursting out the tunnel and creashes into the platform edgies and the people on it had to move overwise get hit by the train as it was then it came to a spot.

We then see it was on the news as a news reader Kent Brockman, reports, revealing that what happened was a while ago, "That was direct footage from the accident. According to trooper police, the engineer's life was not in danger, despite his injuries. After questioning, even he could not explain his high speed when approaching the station. No further comments were made. Trooper police are still looking for a possible motive."

Watching the news report in the SIU office was Tarkin and Windblade, the Cybertronian's Law Trooper bodyguards Jess and Jacob stood by the door also watching. Either side of Tarkin were two more Law Troopers as well but they would remain quiet.

"Such a tragedy" Jess said with a sigh as she shakes her head.

"I lost count on how many that was now." Jacob said in agreement.

"Indeed, but this one was less of an operating accident and more of a crime of the company and the government." Tarkin said pondering "According to reports, site inspectors apparently reported all of this six months ago, the deterioration of the tracks and the ATC."

"And nothing was done about it?!" Jacob asked.

"Yep." Jess said nodding as she sighs "Looked over those reports, the railway company and the Minster of Transport both turned a blind eye to the truth."

"That's awful" Jacob said in shock.

"On that we can agree." Tarkin said to them. "There's no way they can hide now. This will go all the way to the top."

"Now on to our top story." Kent said and showed a list of recent accidents "With this derailment accident, as well as other recent incidents of unknown motive, concern is spreading among the general public. Just what could be causing such a drastic change so suddenly in these people?"

"Everything's linked-that's what you're thinking, right Windblade?" Tarkin said and smiles "…Ah well. Are you perhaps free? It's been a while since we gone for a drink just you and I."

"Thank you, sir but me, Jess and Jacob have another meeting to attend to." Windblade said to him smiling and bows to Tarkin "We must be going."

"Not rest for us" Jacob said sighing.

"Come on." Jess said.

The three then laves the office. Tarkin sits back in his chair and thinks.

We see Windblade, Jess and Jacob walking down the stairs to the ground floor and they see near the bottom of the grand stairs two figures waiting for them.

The first was a silver and blue insectoid like alien with a blue face and white eyes, he wore a silver armor with a silver cloth. He was known as Vrak, a former prince but also a well respected detective despite still attending highschool.

The other was a female robot in black armore and some parts whire like skin, she wore a black mouth mask and had white eyes and green like bits for hair or decoration on her body. She was Metal Alice, Vrak's creation and assistant.

"Did you ask for me? Does it have something to do with a case?" Vrak asked Windblade.

"Not quite like that." Windblade told him as she and her Law Troopers walk past "I just need your opinion on something."

"Of course, through I would be foolish to not think your judgement is usually on point." Vrak compliments "But perhaps we can discuss this over some of that Earth food known a sushi?"

"I will agree, Master Vrak is technically a student, and you are making him work late." Metal Alice said with a nod.

"Alright, but only the kind on conveyor belt." Windblade said as she walks

"Awww…never going to get the good stuff." Vrak said sighing.

"I ain't complaining, all I can afford." Jacob said with a laugh and Jess shakes her head.

We come back to LeBlanc in the evening where Vito and Aqua just made it back though it took all day to get back.

"Dammit, to think there would be that much traffic…what a waste of time." Vito said in annoyance. "I was unable to open the café at all today…"

"I am sorry I have been too much of a burden on you Vito." Aqua said sighing

"…Whatever." Vito said sighing. "Just head upstairs. There is something I need to give you."

"Oh, okay." Aqua said nodding and goes upstairs.

As they go up the stairs, Vito checks the news on his phone and winces and said "Talk about gruesome accident….Eighty people were involved."

"I feel sorry for them, but I bet this will make more people panic." Aqua said sighing.

"Yeah, but nothing we can do about it anyway…" Vito said and pulls out a blue notebook "Here's a diary. Make sure you keep it up to date." He tosses on the nearby table near the stairs.

"Okay…what for exactly? Not that I'm complaining." Aqua said.

"Simple, you may be under probation, but there's no special limitation on what you do in particular." Vito explained "Except following the law, that is as well as any permissions and restrictions I implement."

"Besides that, I'm obligated to report on you, which is why I'm having you record your daily activities." Vito explained "As for what I am allowing you to do, you're free to do what you want after school and during the days you're not at school but I expect you to be back here at the café before nightfall so I can lock up and you are only allowed to remain here at night. Understand?"

"Yes, completely." Aqua said nodding.

Just then Vito's phone rings and he turns around and answers "Hey, what's up?" He listens to the other end "…I'm about to leave right now." He smiles "Not to worry, I'll be there in no time….Uh-huh I'll see you soon."

Who ever was on that other line was apparently someone Vito cared for Aqua thought. Despite his gruff exterior Vito was kind of nice. She just needs to show him she's more then what her criminal record says.

"Well, I'm off." Vito said after putting his phone away "I'll lock up the place, so do whatever you want for the rest of the night. Oh but don't mess up my store. If I find anything missing, I will hand you right over to the Stormtroopers."

"Understood, I'll be careful" Aqua said nodding.

"Glad we understand, but you do have school tomorrow… My suggestion is heading off to bed, got it?" Vito said and heads down the stairs to leave.

Aqua goes and picks up the diary. "I should do as I'm told for now and write down what's currently happened yesterday and today"

Aqua goes to the couch in her room and begins writing in her diary. Once she's done, it was 30 minutes later, she goes to the bed but then hears something ringing.

"What the…?" Aqua said and checks her phone "Not my cell phone." The ringing was coming downstairs. She heads down stairs and sees the pay phone of the café counter ringing and answers it "Hello?"

"Hey, it's me." A male voice said on the other end.

"Um…who is this?" Aqua asked concerned.

"Geez, did you forget my voice in the last half hour? It's Vito." The voice said annoyed. "The reason I'm calling is I closed up the shop, but I forgot to flip the sign to closed when I left."

"It's too much of a hassle for me to come back to do just that. Can you do me a favor and take care of that for me?" Vito asked.

"Sure, I can do that" Aqua said with a nod.

"Thanks, however I seriously doubt customers are gonna come now even if the sign's flipped to Open, my place isn't the café Coffee Talk after all" Vito said with a chuckle "Plus I will say it's a bit of a relief."

"If you're wondering why I called you on the pay phone, it's a personal policy of mine not to save a persons number on my phone of people who can cause me trouble." Vito explained. "Through I am glad you actually picked up, I'll leave the shop sign to you then." With that he hangs up.

Aqua puts the phone down and goes to the door, opens it and flips the sign to closed. She heads upstairs and gets into her Pyjamas and lies in the bed.

"I will have to take the train to school, should plan it now." Aqua said and gets her phone out "It appears I have to go to Vale, then transfer to the Beacon line."

"Seems like there is more news on that subway accident, lot of people were hurt." Aqua said sighing. "Won't surprise me if it effects the timetables…wait…?" She sees a famialar red and black occult eyes again "That app from yesterday again. How does it keep showing up"

"I really thought I erased it, this is getting creepy now." Aqua said and deletes the app for a third time "This time I should do a reboot on my phone for safe keeping." She does that and yawns as she then drifts off to sleep.

After all she has a big day tomorrow at a new school…nothing strange or bad should happen right?

Well looks like Aqua has a big day tomorrow but the strange accidents seems to be happening more with no explinations

Yes Yor in this is married and Loid and Anya will be mentioned but not appear this is my way of saying we won't be presuing the romance route with her.
