Well Aqua and Uzi have escaped, let's see what they do for the rest of the day.

New Bonds and Cards

"You have returned to the real world. Welcome back." The Metaverse Navigator said

Indeed Aqua and Uzi were back in their school uniforms and were in the alleyway just outside the school, they were panting as they felt exhausted. But they were back in reality.

Uzi sighing in relief said "…Thank robot god. We're back."

"Yeah, that was way to close" Aqua said nodding.

"I dragged you around a lot, huh?" Uzi said looking at her "…I am sorry."

"It's alright, I agreed to it after all" Aqua told her,

"Ugh, I'm dead tired…How are you feeling?" Uzi asked.

"Yeah, I'm exhausted too." Aqua said sighing shaking her head.

"Heh, I guess you don't really show it." Uzi said with a nod. She then smiles "But damn, if what we saw was for real, this is going to get good! I completely remember the faces of the people Gaston was treating like slaves." She nods firmly "Once we make them fess up to any physical abuse, Gaston will be done."

"It is worth a shot I suppose" Aqua said nodding.

"Yeah, so….you want to help me look for those people or any witnesses?" Uzi asked Aqua.

"Yeah, I'll help you out." Aqua said smiling.

"That's what I'm talking about!" Uzi said smiling excited. She then folds her arms and said frowning a bit "Hey, so…If you're thinking of laying low because you got a record, I don't think that'll help…Everyone already knows. They completely got you pegged as a criminal."

"I had noticed people looking and talking about be weirdly, but how did that happen?" Aqua asked concerned.

"Gaston opened his damn mouth!" Uzi told her firmly.

"Why would he do that?" Aqua asked surprised.

"No one else besides a teacher could've leaked it that fast!" Uzi explained to Aqua "It doesn't matter if it's a student or a club; that jerk just wrecks things he doesn't agree with." She clenches her fists "Just like he did with me!"

"I see…" Aqua said looking down.

Uzi sighs and leans a bit on the wall and said "No one'll take anything I say seriously. Still those rumours about him getting physical might be real. And after seeing Gaston's distoreted-heart thing in person, there's no way I can just sit back!"

"Of course, I feel the same way" Aqua said nodding.

"I'm counting on you! Don't worry I'm hyped about this too!" Uzi said with a smile

Aqua smiles and thought 'I can sense a bond of trust coming from Uzi…'

We come back to the present, Windblade, Jess and the returned Jacob look at Aqua.

"Acting as a phantom thief would've been more efficient alone." Jacob said "You could've gone about it that way…"

"But you did not." Jess said nodding "There are merits to having associates…That's what you decided."

Windblade nods and firmly looks at Aqua "Are we wrong?"

We return to the past as Aqua in her head hears that female voice again who said "I am thou, thou art I…Thou hast acquired a new vow."

"I shall become the wings of rebellion that breaketh thy chains of captvitiy" The voice continued "With the birth of the Chariot Persona, I have obtained the winds of blessing that shall to freedom and new power"

Aqua feels somign appear in her bag and pulls out a book made to hold cards and she opens it to see a fortune cartd with a king riding in a chariot, on the top it had Uzi's name and on the back 10 stars, 9 where black while 1 was yellow. She nods and puts the card book back into her bag.

Uzi who didn't notice looks down as her head beeps and said "Oh…Right, I haven't had an energy recharge since lunch. It'd be weird splitting off now, so why don't we go somewhere for recharge and a bite for you somewhere?"

"Sure I could use something to eat" Aqua said nodding "Where would you like to go?"

Uzi smiles as she grabs her backpack and said "Just follow me. I mean I have to hear about your past!"

"I guess but I warn you, not going to be a pleasant one." Aqua said.

Uzi had taken Aqua to a Beef Bowl shop known as Ore no Beko. Aqua had gotten a bowl of ramon while Uzi had one but was made to be more edible to robots and was made with energon instead of water.

"WHAT?!" Uzi said in shock as Aqua just finished her story so she was shocked and angered "The heck! How much lousier can that jerk get?! He makes most anime villains seem pleasant!"

"I understand but calm down." Aqua said to Uzi sweatdropping.

"But just hearing your story makes me angry!" Uzi told her, she then eats more of her robot friendly "So…you left your hometown and…you're living here now, huh?" Aqua nods to that. "We might be more alike then I originally thought."

Aqua smiles, she was happy to least make one friend here and nods saying, "You might be right about that Uzi."

"You're the first person be it robot or organic to make me think that." Uzi said with a smile "I guess it's how we're treated like a pain in the rear by the people around us, like we don't belong." She sighs "I did something stupid at school before, too."

"Yeah, I guess that is true" Aqua said nodding smiling.

Uzi finishes her bowl and looks at Aqua "The place you're living is in…Metru-Nui, right?"

"That's right." Aqua said nodding

"It's rush hour on the subways." Uzi explained "I suggest you kill some time before heading home." She looks at Aqua's bowl that was still full "What the heck. You barely touch your food." She puts her chopsticks in a box.

"What are you doing?" Aqua asked confused.

"Just let me do it. I got to thank you for helping me." Uzi said smiling "Anyways, I got your back like you got mine from tomorrow onward. As long as we do something about Gaston, I'm sure we'll both feel better about being at school"

"I agree with you there. Might make it more pleasant." Aqua said nodding.

"Oh yeah!" Uzi said realizing something and pulls out her phone with a black and purple case with a skull logo on the back. "Tell, me your number. Chat ID too."

"Sure." Aqua said nodding pulling out her phone with the blue flower like case and they exchange numbers and Chat ID's.

"Just you wait, Gaston…" Uzi said looking determined. She then explains to Aqua "We're gonna start right away tomorrow. First, let's hit up those people that were kept as slaves. The volleyball rally's tomorrow, right?"

"That's what I heard from Mrs Forger." Aqua said thinking.

"Yeah, that stuffs recommended by Gaston. Makes me want to somehow gag." Uzi said shaking her head "But thanks to that, we got no classes in the afternoon, and we can walk around unnoticed. Well, I guess we can work out the details tomorrow…"

"I guess that's true." Aqua said thinking.

Uzi puts her phone away and looks at Aqua's food "Come on, you have to eat more. I hear there's tons of ginger in there."

Aqua sweatdrops and reluctantly let's Uzi help her out with her food. A while later the two left the restaurant and walk down the street.

Uzi stops them and says to Aqua "So, about this plan to take down Gaston…"

"Shhh…lower your voice Uzi" Aqua said to her looking around.

"Ah-Right." Uzi said understanding.

The two continue on their way, unknowingly passing by Windblade, Vrak, Metal Alice, Jacob and Jess going in the opposite direction.

Meanwhile back at Citadel Academy in the courtyard we see Alexis hanging out with a girl who has brown skin, blue eyes, and wears her brown hair in a very high curled ponytail accessorized with a paperclip-style barette and whore blue dolphin hotpants, green sneakers, a white tank top, and a red tracksuit jacket with the Citadel Academy logo on it. She was Aoi Asahina (Hina for short) and was Alexis' best friend for a long time. She was also a player on the Volleyball team under Gaston. She also had a bandage around her leg.

Hina sighs a bit sadly and told Alexis "I-I haven't been sleeping well lately…Whenever I close my eyes, I keep thinking about too many things…"

"Hina…" Alexis said sadly.

"Nationals are coming up soon, so I keep thinking…Should someone like me really be on the starting lineup?" Hina asked sadly.

"Don't worry about it." Alexis said placing her hand on her friends shoulder "Just be confidant in yourself! Your skills have been recognized! It's all because you work harder than anyone else!"

Hina looks Alexis and nods a bit and said "Yeah…Volleyball's all I have, after all."

"More importantly, was that injury, okay?" Alexis asked concerned indicating to the leg. "It looked really swollen."

"No, it's nothing." Hina said shaking her head "It's normal…Especially since a meet's coming up…"

Alexis sighs as she knows Hina was no doubt lying but before she could inquire, she sees the bruised red and blue haired girl from her class approach them.

"Sorry to interrupt, Hina." The bruised girl said. "Um…Mr. LeGume told me to get you."

"Huh?" Hina said going wide eyed and getting nervous. "What does he want?"

"He didn't say…" The bruised girl said looking down.

Hina sighs and said "Alexis, I…"

Alexis sighs as well and said to try and boost her friends' spirits "It'll be fine! I bet it's a meeting about the starting line up or something."

Hina nods and smiles a bit saying "…Yeah." She and Alexis stands up and she said "Well, I better go…"

"Yeah. Good luck Hina!" Alexis said with a smile. Hina nods and leaves with the bruised girl. She watches her friend and said in a low voice "Hang in there, Hina…"

We come back to Aqua who arrives back at LeBlanc. Vito was sitting on a stool by the counter doing the crossword, he looks up hearing her arrive back.

"…You're home." Vito said, "I'm to assume you actually went to school today?"

"Yes, I did go" Aqua said with a nod.

"Huh, I guess you learned your lesson after what happened yesterday." Vito said nodding. "Eh, as long as you're not getting into trouble, it's fine by me."

Vito looks serious and said "I don't know what you've been up to, but trust me, you'll be gone if you start causing problems. In case you forgot, your life is not a free one right now."

"Yes, I understand." Aqua said nodding and hears her phone ding and see it was a Chat DM from Uzi.

"Hey, I decided to go ahead and message you." Uzi put then sent an additional message asking "Can you see this?"

"Yes, I can see it." Aqua writes and sends.

"I'm gonna be counting on you tomorrow, OK?" Uzi writes

"Got it." Aqua sends

"You're a true pal..." Uzi writes then adds "Well, see you tomorrow. Let's save those guys who've been getting abused. You and me."

Aqua nods and puts her phone away and sees Vito shaking his head.

"Sheesh, are you evening listening to me?" Vito asked "Just stay away from bad influences, okay?"

"I understand Vito, thank you." Aqua said nodding and goes to head upstairs.

Vito puts his paper on the counter and stands up and said to her "Hey, I'm going to head home for the night. I'll lock the store up. Don't go wandering out."

"Okay then, see you tomorrow Vito" Aqua said smiling and heads upstairs. "Hmmm…I might have some stuff that might be useful in my supplies from home."

She checks in and indeed finds a whole bunch of stuff from accessories to items that could be useful. She even found her mother and father left her some money to help her get by as well.

"Well that's nice but I am exhausted. I guess that other world takes it out on you." Aqua said as she get dressed and heads for bed only for Uzi to contact her via chat again.

"That think on your phone was some red eyeball icon, correct?" Uzi asked.

"Yeah, that is right." Aqua asked in the chat concerned.

"We ended up at that weird place when we used this nave app, right?" Uzi asked and then followed up with "I found it on my phone too…I don't even remember installing it!"

"That's creepy, it just appeared on my phone too and no matter how many times I deleted it, it always came back" Aqua said surprised.

"For real. What is this thing?" Uzi writes. "Think it's being downloaded on its own somehow? It's dangerous to use something without knowing what it is…But with it, we can go to that weird place, right?"

"It does seem like it" Aqua writes nodding to herself.

"Basically, it's gonna depend on how we use it." Uzi writes. "But first we go to find evidence for the beatings. I'm counting on you, all right? Don't go ditching school on me."

"I wouldn't dream of it." Aqua said putting her phone away

She then goes to bed and falls asleep.

However her day wasn't done as she again woke up in the Velvet Room, she slowly has gotten used to this. She gets up and goes to the gate to see Yen Sid, Galla and Gardine waiting for her. However also there with her in her cell was Arsene

"Welcome to the Velvet Room." Yen Sid said smiling from his desk. "I thought about resuming our previous conversation tonight. That is why I have summoned you. What are you thought? Are you becoming accustomed to this place?"

"Yeah, I am getting used to this place a bit." Aqua said nodding.

"Ah, glad to hear it. It seems you have nerves of steel." Yen Sid said with a nod. "The goal of rehabiliatation is to thwart the fated ruin. However, such a feat cannot be done by you alone."

"Today, you entered a partnership with someone who awokw the same power did you not?"

"You mean Uzi?" Aqua asked surprised.

"Indeed, her Persona Captain Kidd is an old friend of mine." Arsene said nodding. "Same with Zorro though he is a lot more strict then me and Kidd. For this I am aiming to gather the best to aid in…something but it's difficult finding the right people. For skilled thieves you need the best of their fields"

"I see." Aqua said nodding to Arsene getting what he means, especially since Arsene in stories was a master thief.

"Involving yourself with others in an important foundation for your recovery. You've done well." Yen Sid said smiling "That, said I am not advising this formation of superficial relationships. It must not be of frivolity, but a ring of those who would, by morals or faith, lend you, their strength."

"In other words, they a bonds with those who have been robbed their places to belong." Yen Sid added "The expansion of said ring, will, in return, help you mature as well."

"Indeed, you need a team as well as those you can trust." Arsene said nodding "It's important for beings like me."

"Really now?" Aqua asked

"Personas are the strength of heart…" Gardine said to Aqua. "The stronger the bonds that surround you, the more power your Personas will gain."

"There are countless people in the city who have talents that a weakling like you doesn't." Galla told Aqua.

"Gee….thanks." Aqua said deadpan, she knew it was true but didn't need to be that blunt.

"You better rack that noggin of yours and get them on your side. We'll change that into power." Galla added nodding.

"Indeed. You should be prepared to use even myself, or your ambition will not come to fruition." Yen Sid said. Smiling

"I understand, I will do my best for all of you" Aqua said and Arsene nods with his usual smile.

Yen Sid chuckles and said "We have a deal then." Aqua could feel Yen Sid had high expectations of her.

Aqua has the book and opens it to see a similar fortune card to Chariot only it has a Jester on it to represent a Fool and the name on it said Yen Sid. She also felt an abilities given to her known as Wild Talk and Arcana Boost.

"So this is what these cards are." Aqua said.

"Indeed, and Personas all have Arcana's aligned to us." Arsene said nodding "This one Fool is my domain. As you increase your bond to these Arcana's those of us associated with it will get stronger"

"I see, well good to know" Aqua said smiling. "Not that I fully understand."

"Well, you will understand it all in due time…Continue devoting yourself to your rehabilitation." Yen Sid said smiling.

"Now this conversation's over!" Galla said bluntly "Get lost inmate!"

"Alright, alright." Aqua said sighing.

She then goes back to sleep. Tomorrow will be a busy day.

Well Aqua has earned her first confidants and is ready to help Uzi try to get evidence on Gaston's abuse, will they succeed? Find out next time.
