In the Year 22XX Dr Light has created a series of Robots that were supposed to help mankind. However, the evil Dr Willy corrupts the robots and tries to use them to take over the world. In a desperate move Light assistant/Son Rock becomes the hero that the world needs. To get a better knowledge on how to defeat heroes that arent over Rock would join UA to learn to be a hero.
