"Okay, so we're all here?" Lloyd asked as accompanied him to the portal leading to Sonic's World is Sonic, Silver, Blaze, Tails, Amy, Knuckles, the Phantom Thieves, Stelle, Himoko, Welts, Wendy Marvell, Carla, and Terry.

"Yep! That's about everyone!" Amy said.

"Emblem Rings?" Lloyd calling out as Emblem Lucina, Emblem Sora, Emblem Camilla, Emblem Tiki, Emblem Sigurd, Emblem Olivert, Emblem Lyn, and Emblem Edelgard, Dimitri and Claude appeared

"Present." Emblem Lucina saluted

"So it's finally time we beat down ol' Eggman, huh?" Sonic smirked. "Something never changes."

"Yeah. But we also know that he's involved with the mastermind since he's aware of Elyisum's existence. And back at Reinford Company, he seems to know how to create a simulacrum." Tails said.

"True. But he may also know what we need to know about this other Rean. It would be wise to take him in." Blaze advised

"Right. We can't afford to let this opportunity go to waste either." Akira changes into his Joker appearance along with the Phantom Thieves. "We'll be sure to give the doctor a good ol' beatdown."

"You betcha!" Oracle smirked. "Plus, with him guarding one of the generators, you'll need experts like me or Tails in the team while the others are also gonna prepare to liberate Crossbell."

"Right. As well as many of our tacticians planning to guide us to victory and to outsmart Elysium." Emblem Edelgard agreed. "With any luck, we may be able to encounter the Other Rean."

"Given to how Rean and the others face him during the Castle of Mirror... I think it safe to say he'll be our most challenging opponent." Noir remarked.

"Still, we can't give up. Not when we're so close." Panther agreed.

As Lloyd and his team arrived in Sonic's World. They arrived at Green Hill

"And welcome to our side of the universe!" Sonic smirked. "This is Green Hill."

"So where should we go to head to Metropolis?" Morgana asked.

"Just north from here but it's gonna take a long while to reach Metropolis. Well for you guys, anyway."

"Me and the others discussed and our option was for you guys to travel on transportation like Orbal Bikes and such. We would normally use the Blue Typhoon, but with Eggman having highly advanced anti-aircraft even high stealth detectors, it will be dangerous."

"Makes sense, guess we have no other choice but to take the long road from here." Joker nodded.

"Right. I'll go ahead and transform." Morgana said as he transformed into a car. "However, only a few people can get in."

"Oh! I'll drive!" Amy raised her hand

"Aww, I wanted to drive." Noir sighed

Skull sweatdrop. "Err, I rather have Amy drive there Noir."

"All right, then some of us will be riding on Orbal Bikes." Terry pull out his ARCUS Alpha and his motorcycle appeared.

"Well, it's a good thing Roy helped me out with riding an Orbal Bike and was kind enough to let me borrow it for now." Lloyd pull out his ARCUS Alpha and tap a button and then an Orbal Bike appeared.

"All right, once everyone's good to go, you better keep up!" Sonic smirked.

One long travel later...

"All right, here we are!" Sonic said as they arrived at the remnants of Metropolis. Or at least... it was remnants of it. "Wow. So Egghead build the city again, huh?"

"I just hope we don't have a Phantom Ruby situation again. It was already hell with that." Knuckles said.

"Knuckles, don't try to jinx us!" Amy yelled.

"I wonder what the inside looks like." Himoko wondered

"By researching about the Doctor's intelligence... and his supplies of the army... I imagine that it is more advanced with technology." Welt said. "Brace yourself, everyone."

"Right. Don't underestimate Eggman. And consider this advice from us." Amy nodded

"Duty noted. Shall we?" Fox said as they headed inside the city.

"Whoa." Lloyd gasped at the sight of Metropolis's highly advanced city. "So this is Metropolis? It's more advanced than I expected... It's like Crossbell City but... more than I expected. Boy, now I kinda wish Tio could see this city."

"Eh. It's no different to the other cities and base Eggman build." Sonic shake it off. "Still, I'm surprised Ol' Egghead decided to build back this city. He got plenty of places to hide and build his lair."

"Guess so, but we should be careful now that we arrived." Terry said. "Eggman will have—"

"Eeeeyahahaha!" A voice laughed as they all had an ! over their heads as they see a hologram broadcast appeared in front of them.

"Welcome back, my annoying Archnemesis and his merry band of friends." Eggman greeted.

"Well that didn't take long before we're busted." Skull muttered.

"Well, had a feeling you know that we show up, Egghead. Are you gonna greet us with your welcoming party?" Sonic smirked

"Ooh, quite right you annoying hedgehog. I should commend you for locating the certain object that you found. But this is where it will end. Now then my robots. ATTAAAAAACK!"

Then an army of Badkins showed up to launch the attack.

"Well, this might be a problem..." Lloyd muttered as he got his Pokeball out.

"A problem? You never fought against an army before? This is child's play." Sonic smirked. "All right, everyone, let's move out!"

"Yeah!" The others except Lloyd who blinked as they charge ahead.

"Well... guess I shouldn't lack behind." Lloyd smirked as he toss his Pokeball and then Arcanine appeared. "All right, Arcanine, let's do this!"

"Ruff!" He barked as Lloyd hop on his back and then charge into battle.

"Prepare to meet your Eternal doom sonic the Hedgehog!" Eggman's voice boomed as the Rocket Launchers were fired from Eggman's base.

A line of Eggrobo firing bullets toward the Phantom Thieves as they move swiftly around and then Joker summon Satanael for Megidolaon to destroy a large group of Badniks as Egg Guardian flew in the air, firing bullets toward Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Amy but they each dodge as Tail flew up and dive for a kick to one of them and then pull out a Arm cannon and fired a laser sphere against the other as Sonic Homing Shot one Buzz Bomber and then Homing Shot the other until he landed on his feet for Hammer Hammer jump off from one of the buildings and swing his hammer down, to create a shockwave which Sonic, Knuckles and Amy jump away while Egg Pawn readied their arm cannons and begin firing at them.

Amy got her Hammer out and started swinging to deflect as Knuckles charge toward Egg Hammer and throw a punch, but Egg Hammer block and then counter with a swing as Knuckles leap over and punch to knock the robot away. Blaze Homing Shot one Egg Pawn and the other and then conjured fire from her hand and then spin around to create a fiery vortez to pull the Robots in and blow them away. The Flappers flew toward Blaze and begin shooting at her but Silver used his Telekinetic powers to stopped and throw it back to them.

Silver created psychic spheres and throw them toward the Flappers and destroyed them until E-2000s flew in and slammed into him until Silver blow them away with his telepathic powers. Blaze conjured a fire sword and then lung toward a couple of Egg Pawns who had guns and shields and begin firing at her. She deflected them and then slash through one Pawn and then slash the other and summon fireballs and throw it at them as Silver use his telepathic powers to grabbed and throw away a couple.

In the distance, one of the Egg Pawns grabbed laser canons and begin firing toward the group, but Silver redirect it course with psychokinesis and destroying them.

"Well, they certainly are lively, aren't they?" Himiko asking Welt and Stelle.

"Well who wouldn't be?" Stelle shruggled. "But we can't let them have all the fun, now can we?"

"Perhaps not. We shouldn't lack behind then. Shall we?" Welt conjured energy from his hand.

Himeko pull out a chainsaw-like weapon. "Nope. She said as she ran off with Welts while Stelle summon a Rifle-Blade from a pocket dimention and started running.

Stelle begin firing toward the Badniks as they took notice and return fire back. Stelle move around, leaping over and them aim and firing energy bullets to destroy the Robots and then she land on her feet, her energy blade charge with green energy, then lung and slash them and keep going and then she spotted a couple of more Flappers firing bullets at her. She took cover and then lock on and firing Homing Shots at them as Himeko chainsaw her way against the Badkins as Welts firing energy laser from his hand and then raised his staff to fire energy beams to cause s destructive explosions against the Badniks.

"So that's their weapons?" Wendy asked as she and Carla who's carrying her in the air.

"No surprised, but never mind that, Wendy!" Carla stated as Hordes Flappers charging and firing laser shots toward her as Carla flying around them.

"SKY DRAGON ROOAAAAR!" Wendy unleash a massive tornado from her mouth to intercept and cause a large explosion. "SKY DRAGON WING ATTACK!" Wendy swing her arms to generate a whirlwind to blow away the badniks as Terry riding his Motercycle across the city.

"Wooohooohoooooo!" He yelled excitedly as Laser beams were fired at him as he pass them and then spotted a couple of Egg Hammers who charge their lasers with energy and swing down to create a shockwave.

Terry smirked as he used the orbal Art: Aerial Dust to launch him into the air and then dive and slam on one of the Egg Hammers and hop off his Motorcycle. Terry dive and stomp on the other then jump to punch the other and then sweep kick the other one to knock it on its back and then, grabbed one its hammer and swing to knock them away and then throw the hammer to the nearby Egg Pawn. Terry tan toward a group of Egg Pawns who are firing at him, but he jump over them and Power Dunk them, then throw a couple of punches and kicks.

A group of Egg Gunner flew and landed on its feet and begin firing toward Terry who run to his left and taken cover as the robots begin to approached.

"Megidolaon!"

The Egg Gunners were hit by that attack as Terry see Akechi running toward them with his sword and slashing them as Skull throw his Bat and knock one over and then Panther throw her whip grabbed one and spin rapidly as Noir lung and swing fierce while Queen riding Johanna and ram into them. Fox unleash an Arc slash and then as Morgana jump into the air with Magarudyne. Joker aim his grappling hook gun to the nearby building and then pull himself toward while firing bullets to the Egg Pawns who using Energy shields to protect themselves.

"Megidolaon!" Joker snapped his finger as the Egg pawns got hit with the attack.

Arcanine using Extreme Speed to tackle away a couple of Egg Pawns as two Egg Wizards raised and firing laser beam at him. Arcanine dodged and then ram them as Lloyd hop off. Lloyd ran to a couple of Egg Pawns and he throw punches and kicks. The Pawns shield themselves with their arms and one of them throw a punch at Lloyd, but he leap over and then punch the ground to generate a shockwave to knock them away. Lloyd used Zero Breaker to destroy them and then Spotted Egg Lancers flying around and then fire energy cannon toward Lloyd as he rolled to his left, then jump high enough to swing kick them slash, knocking them away.

Lloyd landed on his feet and then see Silver using telenokesis on a couple of Eggman's Robots and throw them away and then raised his hand to created a sphere of psychic energy and then fired a laser beam onto the robots, destroying them with trails of slashes. Lloyrd spotted a couple of Buzz Bombers lock on them, only to be shot turn as Lloyd turn and see Stelle on one of the building rooftop who gives a thumps up.

Stelle begin to fire more Badniks as Two Egg Hammers climb their way up to the building and then ran toward Stelle to swing at her, but she backflip and then slahs their backs. She switch to a black baseball bat that's imbued with purple energy, swing fiercely and then rotate slash, knocking them off the roof.

Welts channeling energy and then summon a Black Hole to pull Badniks and explode. Then Egg Wizards circle around him, forming barrier around themselves and then aim their wands until Welts snapped his finger and gravity pin them down and then toss them away as Himeko lung at them to slash them, but the barrier prevented them from being destroyed. Himeko summon a drone with chainsaws and aim toward to break the barriers. The Egg Wizards teleported and then throw energy projtections at then until Welts created a barrier to prevent the attack.

Himeko throe gadgets on the Badniks and then electrified them as Blaze move around Egg Pawns and then, then spinning, creating a fiery tornado and exploded as she hop out of there. Tails looking around until he see the door leading to the enxt area.

"Everyone, I see a door up ahead from here!" Tails yelled.

"All right, let's go guys!" Sonic yelled as they all make their way toward the door as more Badniks plan to stopped them.

"Out of our way!" Silver fired a psychic spheres at them, but the Egg Wizards form a line and combine their energy into a barrier.

"Shattering Light: Sky Drill!" Wendy form a large wind barrier around the Badniks and then she swirl her arms and unleash a massive wind-like beam to launch the Badniks away.

"Wow, Wendy, your Sky Magic is something!" Lloyd said as he was riding Arcanine.

"Thanks, Lloyd! And it's Sky Dragon Slayer Magic." Wendy smiled as they soon made their way toward the gate.

One the Gate was opened for them, they pass through as it close behind them.

"Phew. At least we got through from that hellhole." Panther said.

"We should be somewhere near Eggman. And with him is the generator." Amy smirked.

"Right. But we gotta be careful. Who know who else is here besides Eggman." Tails reminded.

"That's true. So we gotta watch out." Oracle nodded

"Right.' Lloyd nodded as he was lost in thought for a moment. 'I also need to watch my back. Literally...'

"Did you all really think you have enough time to relax?" Eggman's voice asked. "Unfortunately for you, that's not happening!"

A large shadow was scene in the distance as something came crashing down.

(Sonic the Hedgehog (2006) ost - Boss Egg Cerberus & Egg Genesis)

It was none other than the Egg Cerberus, and floating down was the Egg Genesis.

"What is that!?" Noir exclaimed. "Is that a giant Robot dog!?"

"Uh-Oh. Looks like Mona gonna have a hard time with a dog." Skull said

"Will you STOP thinking I am a CAT?!" Morgana yelled.

"Well, I haven't seen those two in awhile. You decided to recycle them, Eggman?" Sonic smirked

"Oh, quite right. But I've made some improvements Meet the new and improved Egg Cerberus and Egg Genesis! After our last encounter in Soleanna, I've decided to make more adjustments to my robots. It won't be the same as you defeated them last time. This time, you're gonna be crush and be crew like its chew toy! Bwahahaha!"

"So we got two giant robots, huh?" Joker smirked. "It won't be different to what we've been through with the Great Twilight."

"Yeah! If we can take that robotic serpent down, then we sure can beat these things!" Panther smirked.

"Heh. Especually with Giant Dragons, Aions. Nothing we can't handle." Lloyd smirked. "Let's do this boy!"

"Sky Dragon Roar!" Wendy breath out a stream of wind toward the two Robots but they both split up as Egg Genesis fired a laser cannon toward the group but they all quickly split up.

"Emblem Engage!" Lloyd tap into his Emblem Ring as he and Emblem Lucina merge together and then flew toward Egg Cerberus.

Lloyd flew and punch Egg Cerburus's face but it didn't flinch as it tried to backhand him, but he leap over it and then it backflip slash, pushing Lloyd in the air as Terry leap off Cerberus's legs and hop on the back and repeat punching it while Arcanine breathes Flamethrower towards the case. Egg Cerberus open its mouth and spit out water to douse the same.

Joker and Akechi throw Megidolaon toward Egg Cerberus as Egg Genesis lock on and firing multiple missiles toward the group. Silver used his telekinesis to control and launch them back at Giant Badniks but it shielded itself with a barrier. One of its hatches opens and forms an arm to fired a laser ways toward him. Silver used his psychic powers to redirect toward it as Blaze conjured flames as she hopped toward Egg Genesis and then threw a stream of fire toward it. Egg Genesis moves away and pull back its mechanical arms to its body and then firing bullets toward the group.

Queen rode Johanna and then jumped high toward and dived punch to its face, then hop away to Johanna as Noir threw her axe and hit it.

"Milady!" Noir snapped her finger as her Persona appeared, aiming her hand and firing Mapsiodyne at Egg Gensis as Fox aim his pistol and firing at it.

Stelle switch to her Rifleblade and then knelt down and lock on and firing Homing Shots toward the Robot, hitting it.

"Emblem Engage!" Panther tap her Emblem Ring and Merge with Lyn into Engage form. Then she flew into the air with a Bow in hand. "Astral Storm!" She pull Mulagir's bowstring and unleashed five Homing Shot and dealt devastating hits while Welts casting Orbal Arts and threw Ixion Vortex on it.

Egg Genesis open one of its hatches and them four arms emerges and then each one firing laser rays toward them while the other hatch came from its head, throwing throwing bombs at them. Silver used his telepath powers to grabbed a hold on them as Emblem Claude aim his Failnaught and fired a powerful shot ward the shell.

Egg Cerberus open its mouth and fired laser beam toward the group as they split up and then one of its hatches open and fired homing missiles toward Panther and Skull. They both shoot the missiles as it explode but few of them dodge and aim to attack them.

"Augh! Panther winched from the attack as Egg Cerberus charge to stomp on them, but Lloyd shoulder bashed to push it away while Terry Jump Kick and then Rising Tackle as Welts gathering energy and then aim Pillars around Egg Cerberus while Himeko threw the Orbal Art: Albion Wolf on both Egg Robots.

"Sky Dragon Roar!" Wendy throw a stream of wind while Amy swing her hammer on Egg Cerberus's legs but not to much effect as it attempted to stomp on her as she jump away.

"Grrr! Emblem Engage!" Amy rap to her Emblem Ring as she and Emblem Camilla emerge Engage Form as she flew in circle and then swing Camilla's Axe around Egg Cerberus.

Egg Cerberus spin around for a slash and then unleash a mighty howl to blow Amy away.

"Quantum Shot!" Stelle activated a magic circle from her Rifle Gun and then fire multiple Homing Shots as it rotated around and blasted on Egg Cerberus as Noir follow up by slashing Egg Ceberus's eggs.

"Emblem Engage!" Noir tap to the Emblem Ring and she and Emblem Olivert enter Engage state.

Noir flew back and then firing orbal shots around Egg Cerberus as Morgana firing toward it. But its bullets bounced off as it threw Ixion Vortez at it, shocking it as Lloyd flew and pummeled its face and then uppercut crescent kick and then punched the head. Egg Cerberus backhanded Lloyd but he leaped and then repeatedly kicked its face while Arcanine used Extreme Speed to ram it, then Amy readied herself and then flew and slashed through Egg Cerberus, imbuing it with power as she flew above and then slammed hard on its back as it roared.

Tails flew and then firing multiple shots from his arm canon as Sonic hop toward Egg Cerberus and then kick its back with Knuckles punching the legs. Egg Cerberus unleashes a force field to push them away and then it howls at them. It opened multiple hatches and each one fired laser rays his mouth charged a beam and then fired a mega beam. They all dodged as Tails aim and fired his Armcanon on the side left of its face and exploded.

Morgana and Joker both used their trapping Hook Gun to attach and pull toward Egg Cerberus as it opened its hatches to fired more laser rays, then Joker summoned Satanael and swung its gun on it like a blade and Morgana summoned Zorro to readied its rapier, and then flew, rapidly thrust around it and then fired Magarudyne while Lloyd flew up and then dive and punch hard on Egg Cerberus's back with Terry following up by going underneath and go for a uppercut on the stomach. Egg Cerberus roared as he rolled on the left and then opened its mouth to fire a laser beam at them. They all quickly dodge as it leaves an explosion in its wake and then Zorro throws Magarudyne and Satanael throws Megidolaon.

Stelle repeatedly firing toward Egg Cerberus to get its attention and succeeded as Noir readied her bow and fired her arrow, hitting the face to get its attention as it growled, then Lloyd flew and punched the side to knock it down. Amy readied Camilla's hammer she flew heard and slam hard on the stomach as Knuckles pummel the face along with Terry and Sonic Homing Shot with Tails charging and firing a blast of energy onto its face. Egg Cerberus getting back on its feet until Stelle switch to her Baseball Bat and then she ran up toward Cerberus and then rotated her body clockwise and slam hard on the head, bounced off and then imbued it with energy, rotated clockwise again and dived and slam hard on its back with Noir finish it off with slashing the side.

Silver threw an energy blast toward Egg Genesis but it formed a force field and then firing more missiles as Silver used his telepath powers to grabbed a hold on them as Akechi threw Megidonlaon and Panther threw Maragidyne with Carmine unleashed a flurry of whip attacks. Captain Kidd aim his cannon and fied a cannonball to help break through the barrier but it bounced off.

"Aaaugh! What's with this barrier?!" Skull complained.

"Oracle, is there something we can do about it?" Panther asked.

"Nothing but have to wait. The barrier seems to only be active around 15 seconds or more. If it tried to overheat it, it will cause problem for itself. I'm sure the Dr. knows that when he upgraded this robot." Oacle answered as the barrier was deactivated.

"Well it's about time." Akechi aim his pistol and begin firing toward it.

Egg Genesis bounce off the attack and it silver throw all the missiles back to it. Then Queen throw Atomic Flare on it to deal a critical hit on it as Himeko firing slash projections from her chainsaw weapons while Welts raised her staff as a magic circle appeared underneath and pillars and launch them toward the robot and cause some hits. Fox summon Goemon to deal Brave Blade onto the Egg Genesis with Morgana following up with Zorro rapidly slash it.

"Sky Dragon Wing Attack!" Wendy swing her arms around to generate a whirlwind and slam hard on Egg Genesis as Blaze throw a scream on fire toward it.

Egg Genesis open its hatches to its four arms to shield itself and then flew to slam them with its hands.

"Gotcha!" Silver flew to its opening and then channel psychic energy into a sphere and slam it as Emblem Edelgard slam hard with Amyr, nearly pinning it down as Noir gathering energy around herself and then materialized multiple spears and aim toward Egg Genesis and hitting them with multiple explosions.

Noir materlize both pistols and then charging them with powerful Orbal Shots as she flew around as Welts swing his staff imbued with black energy to sent slash projection around it, then gather energy in his hand and then throw it and created a block Hole which deal an explosion on the Egg Genesis. Silver spread his arms around to form psychic sphere and throw multiple of it.

"Sky Dragon's Wave Wind!" Wendy swing her hand and generates a large and very powerful tornado as Himeko pull out drones to form into a circle and then charge and fired a laser beam around Egg Genesis, dealing devastating explosion.

Both Egg Genesis and Cerberus were dealing multiple explosion around their body until their body explodes.

"Woohoo! We did it!" Panther raised her fist.

"Hah. Nothing we can't handle." Joker smirked.

"Grrrr! Don't think you fools won yet!" Eggman growled. "My next batch will be your last!"

"We'll see about that Egghead!" Sonic smirked. "Let's go guys!"

"Right!" Tails nodded as Lloyd felt the Black Mirror respond as he pulled it out.

"The Black Mirror." He said

"Oh? What is that?" Welts asked.

"It's actually something that help us. Hold on everyone. Let's begin our next training." Lloyd said as the mirror shine.

Meanwhile with Eggman...

"Hmm..." Eggman hummed to himself in his lair. "Sage."

"Yes, Father?" Sage asked

"It's almost time. Get Cubot and Orbot ready."

"Understood father." Sage nodded as she flew away.

Eggman turn to the monitor. 'It's almost time...' He press a button where one of the co-supreme leaders' allies is on the monitor.

"Hm? Yes Doctor?"

"They're almost within reach. We better prepare ourselves." Eggman said.

"Understood. My revenge on those phantom thieves is at hand. By the way professor, are you feeling exhausted?"
